J.D. Vance and Iran's Prime Minister Hassan Rouhani have signed a deal on Iran's nuclear program. President Trump is on his way to Switzerland to meet with French President Emmanuel Macron to finalize the deal. Meanwhile, President Trump has ordered the opening of the Strait of Hormuz and the removal of the U.S. Navy blockade on Iran.
