A massive win for the Trump administration this afternoon from the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court today allowed the Trump administration to strip legal protections from 350,000 plus Venezuelans,

The court's order, which only had one dissent, puts hold of a ruling from a federal judge in San Francisco

that kept in place temporary protective status for Venezuelans that would have otherwise expired last month.

Status allows people already in the United States to live and work legally because their native countries

are deemed unsafe for return due to natural disaster or civil strife.

The House Budget Committee has passed President Trump's budget reconciliation package.

House Republicans are taking intense talks with hardliners about changes to the bill,

In New York State, attorneys are held to stringent ethical standards of violations,
