The Great America Show - OBAMA’S MARXIST TAKEOVER ALMOST COMPLETE

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show, and great to have you with us.

00:00:08.880 President Trump pleading not guilty in Georgia election case. He's waived his arraignment.

00:00:14.240 He is set to face his fourth criminal arraignment tomorrow at the Fulton County Courthouse.

00:00:19.800 The president, however, waiving his right to appear in court will have his attorneys enter the not guilty plea.

00:00:25.060 The court has said all hearings and trial will be televised and streamed.

00:00:30.980 The president's first trial date in his criminal cases begins March 4th in D.C. for his January 6th related charges.

00:00:38.400 That's just one day before Super Tuesday, if that date stands.

00:00:42.720 Now, people on both sides of the aisle have agreed that this is smack in the middle of an election and shouldn't be tried until after the election.

00:00:50.200 And then there's the failed and fired former Attorney General Bill Barr, who says there's no way that this is election interference and President Trump's claims of that are just simply wrong.

00:01:03.100 Here's Barr.

00:01:03.980 The governor is right. I mean, the basic principle in the criminal justice system is if a prominent person commits a crime and there's an seeking office, that doesn't give him immunity.

00:01:14.540 If there's if there's enough time to have it resolved before the election, it should be resolved.

00:01:21.400 The idea that, oh, OK, well, I'm sorry, we'll let you get run in the election and then after we'll address it.

00:01:26.860 That's not a principle of the criminal. I mean, just think some mayor charge, you know, charged with massive embezzlement.

00:01:33.820 And he says, well, you know, it's a year and a half to the election. Let's put that on hold.

00:01:37.660 Will I run for reelection? It's silly. It's silly.

00:01:40.320 Now, you can argue about whether he should have been charged and so forth, but the idea that this is interfering with the election is simply wrong.

00:01:47.340 The truth of the matter is Bill Barr doesn't know what election interference apparently is because he's never investigated election fraud.

00:01:55.280 As a matter of fact, he lied about doing so.

00:01:58.000 And as a matter of fact, Barr was an election interferer himself when he didn't intervene in the 2020 election. 0.99

00:02:04.940 Although he knew very well the Hunter Biden laptop was legitimate, not Russian disinformation, and that Joe Biden was a corrupt and lying son of a gun.

00:02:16.460 A news exclusive from the Daily Mail this week telling us Bill Barr wasn't the only crooked attorney general over the last decade. 0.91

00:02:23.960 Mail Online reporting that Merrick Garland's corrupt DOJ meddled in the Hunter Biden investigation at the highest level.

00:02:30.440 Attorneys for IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley said his client was contacted by Deputy Attorney General Brad Weinsheimer about the Hunter Biden case in April, immediately after meeting with Shapley.

00:02:44.820 Weinheimer went straight to Hunter's then lead attorney, Chris Clark, and top Delaware prosecutor and now special counsel David Weiss,

00:02:53.480 and then dropped his inquiry, it wasn't long after this that Hunter Biden was offered that sweetheart plea deal that was ultimately thrown out by the judge in the case.

00:03:04.720 The National Archives has formally asked Joe Biden and Barack Obama for their permission to release all of Joe Biden's emails,

00:03:12.760 in which he used his alias in particular, Robert Peters.

00:03:16.480 The Archives will now wait for Biden and Obama to approve the release of those emails.

00:03:21.280 I'm guessing that might be quite a wait.

00:03:24.200 After all, Joe Biden has said he's the most transparent president in history.

00:03:28.420 I'm sure there will be some considerable difficulty despite his transparency.

00:03:33.520 And you'll remember President Obama promised his administration was absolutely scandal-free.

00:03:39.240 Except for the Clinton Foundation, the sale of 20% of U.S. uranium reserves to Russia,

00:03:44.660 the Russian collusion hoax,

00:03:46.320 the disinformation campaign against the opposition party's presidential nominee.

00:03:51.540 And he left out the part about sending all of that cash to the Iranians so that they could develop a nuclear weapon 0.70

00:03:57.220 that in the guise of trying to do a deal that would be in the U.S. national interest.

00:04:03.900 Not so hard to figure.

00:04:05.640 To take all of this up, I want to bring in our guest today.

00:04:08.040 He's Mike Davis, founder of the Article 3 Project.

00:04:11.080 He does great work for the nation.

00:04:12.680 Mike, great to have you back with us here on The Great America Show.

00:04:15.920 We're watching as nothing we've ever seen before, not even in the Nixon era of impeachment.

00:04:21.860 We're watching more attorneys at work right now in D.C.

00:04:25.360 than at any time outside of an election that I can remember.

00:04:28.900 Just out of curiosity, and I know this may seem a little tangential,

00:04:32.800 but are they bringing in extra lawyers for all of the lawyering that's going on and all the prosecutions?

00:04:38.900 Well, it seems like there's a lot of lawyering going on on the Democrats' side with their lawfare,

00:04:45.820 unprecedented lawfare against President Trump, his top aides, his advisors, including his attorneys,

00:04:52.640 and all of his supporters, including January 6th defendants who protested and got thrown in the D.C. gulag.

00:04:59.040 It doesn't seem like there's a whole bunch of lawyering on the Republican side,

00:05:02.780 because it seems like for the last year we've been sitting back and taking it from the Democrats,

00:05:07.860 starting with the Mar-a-Lago raid against President Trump,

00:05:11.140 the unprecedented, unnecessary, and unlawful Mar-a-Lago raid last August

00:05:15.740 to go get presidential records that President Trump is allowed to have under the Presidential Records Act,

00:05:21.260 and it's just a continuing assault against President Trump, his supporters,

00:05:26.240 and frankly, the American Republic.

00:05:28.120 We've had, what, two impeachments, four indictments, two civil lawsuits.

00:05:33.240 It never ends, and it's just, it keeps going.

00:05:36.020 And I think the reason it keeps going is because I don't think that Republicans,

00:05:40.560 particularly the House Republicans, are putting up enough of a fight.

00:05:43.980 Well, I agree with you 100% about that.

00:05:47.860 Here's my problem about the lawyers, though.

00:05:50.660 I'm not a big fan of lawyers and litigation and an entire guild, the Lawyers Guild, that works.

00:06:01.420 You know, really, it becomes almost parasitic, I would say, to see all of that we're watching. 0.99

00:06:08.220 In courtroom after courtroom, the federal courts are jammed with this crap. 0.94

00:06:12.300 There are state courts as well, obviously, prosecutors at every level. 0.97

00:06:17.740 What in the world do these people do when Donald J. Trump isn't available as a target?

00:06:24.840 And I'm being serious about that.

00:06:27.260 Well, I mean, as a lawyer myself, I also do not like lawyers, so I agree with you, Lou.

00:06:32.960 And I would say that here's the issue.

00:06:36.220 If people think that this lawfare is going to go away, if Donald Trump goes away,

00:06:41.120 they are in for a rude awakening because they have not studied history,

00:06:45.660 including 100 years of Marxism with 100 million people killed at the hands of these Marxists.

00:06:51.500 Donald Trump is protecting the rest of us.

00:06:54.520 He's in their way.

00:06:55.820 And when Donald Trump goes away, these lawyers are going to start to come after us.

00:06:59.560 Let me give you an example.

00:07:00.620 People said, oh, you know, they're just going to be protesting outside of these conservative Supreme Court justices' homes,

00:07:08.020 you know, like Justice Thomas and Justice Alito, Justice Gorsuch, Justice Barrett.

00:07:13.720 I mean, now they're going after the chief justice and his wife.

00:07:17.560 It never ends, right?

00:07:18.820 The only thing that the left respects is power.

00:07:23.900 That's all they care about. 0.92

00:07:25.000 They're godless.

00:07:25.920 And so their god is power on earth.

00:07:28.660 And unless Republicans, particularly House Republicans, start putting up a fight,

00:07:35.220 start moving forward with impeachment, start moving forward with aggressive oversight of Biden,

00:07:41.200 his crime family, the weaponized Biden Justice Department Attorney General Merrick Garland,

00:07:46.200 they're going to keep doing this, and they're going to keep doing this even if they are successful

00:07:50.960 in taking out President Trump.

00:07:52.460 They're going to come after the rest of us.

00:07:54.420 Well, I don't doubt it.

00:07:55.600 I mean, I'm one of those people that's been targeted, whether it's in surveillance or whether

00:07:59.920 it's lawsuits, all sorts of targeting, censored.

00:08:04.880 So I have a high appreciation for the pain they can create.

00:08:10.980 But I also have a great appreciation for what people can do in response in this country.

00:08:18.680 President Trump is a great exemplary leader for all of us, standing tall, strong, and

00:08:25.040 basically saying, I don't really care if I understand the left.

00:08:30.460 I do care that we don't allow them to decide how we live in this country.

00:08:34.920 And that's what's really important here.

00:08:37.100 Yeah, I mean, we saw this start under President Obama, right?

00:08:41.940 This is not, we say this a lot on here.

00:08:44.580 This is not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat Party.

00:08:47.540 These aren't liberals who love America and just disagree with conservatives on the best

00:08:52.020 way to get there.

00:08:52.600 These are Marxist.

00:08:54.060 They hate America.

00:08:55.160 They hate free speech.

00:08:56.720 They believe in censorship.

00:08:58.020 They hate equality.

00:08:59.440 They believe in equity.

00:09:00.440 They hate due process.

00:09:01.380 They believe in me too presumption of guilt and politicized and weaponized justice systems.

00:09:08.180 And what the left, the Obama Democrat left is trying to do is destroy our country from

00:09:14.540 within.

00:09:14.960 They are subversive, right?

00:09:16.740 They are trying to divide and conquer this country because they hate America.

00:09:20.080 They want to build back better, as they say.

00:09:22.900 They want to make it a Marxist utopia.

00:09:24.760 I'm sorry, can I just interrupt to say to all the build back better folks out there, go 1.00

00:09:32.800 to hell. 1.00

00:09:33.660 You know, I mean, that's just really a stupid, stupid slogan and a pathetic emblem for what 1.00

00:09:41.140 has become a venal, vicious group of people who'd mean nothing more than to destroy all 1.00

00:09:49.680 of us and this country. 0.99

00:09:51.300 I just can't, I can't stand it when I hear their nonsense they propagandize with.

00:09:57.420 Yeah, I mean, that's all they do, right?

00:09:59.260 That's all they have because they can't be honest with the American people about their

00:10:03.760 intentions.

00:10:04.280 Look, these are Marxists.

00:10:05.660 They, their goal or God is power on earth because they're godless and their religion or

00:10:10.100 strategy to get to that goal or God of power on earth is Marxism.

00:10:14.220 They can't talk about that because that's not popular.

00:10:16.640 So they have to do it subversively through their religious sex or tax or sex or tactics.

00:10:22.360 They want to, it's through chaos and division.

00:10:24.660 They want to divide and conquer America from within, whether it's racial chaos with BLM, whether 0.94

00:10:30.740 it's gender chaos with me too and 15 pronouns, whether it's immigration chaos where they want

00:10:36.740 to flood America with, you know, 6 million unvetted illegal immigrants from all over the world. 0.64

00:10:42.920 It never ends with them.

00:10:44.580 They want to use COVID to divide and conquer.

00:10:47.160 They want to have students going to school and rat out their parents.

00:10:51.320 I mean, this is the Marxist playbook.

00:10:53.800 And again, this started with President Obama.

00:10:57.040 He's the one who transformed the party, the Democrat party from a liberal party to a leftist

00:11:02.960 party to a Marxist party.

00:11:04.540 And, you know, it seems like Obama is the guiding force for the Biden regime and driving

00:11:12.080 a lot of this.

00:11:12.820 I mean, I've never seen a president so divisive and so destructive than we've seen with President

00:11:20.540 Biden.

00:11:21.100 Just letting America's borders get flooded with 5, 6 million illegal immigrants, that's impeachable 1.00

00:11:28.080 in itself.

00:11:29.260 And then weaponizing his Justice Department, Attorney General Merrick Garland and the Biden

00:11:34.300 Justice Department, coordinating with Democrat district attorneys across the country to launch

00:11:41.900 a lawfare campaign to take out their political opponent, President Trump, a leading presidential

00:11:47.820 candidate and a former president.

00:11:50.900 The first indictments ever of a former president and a leading presidential candidate.

00:11:56.000 And they're doing it and they don't even blush doing it.

00:11:59.180 It's just they're very open with the fact that they're running lawfare and election interference

00:12:03.160 to take out their political political opponent.

00:12:05.780 I think we've crossed a Rubicon as a country by indicting President Trump.

00:12:09.460 I don't know how we come back from this because I think it's going to lead to a legal and political

00:12:14.780 tit for tat that's going to destroy our country. 0.97

00:12:17.140 I think tit for tat is one of the kindest and gentlest expressions I could imagine for what I

00:12:22.080 think is lies ahead of America.

00:12:24.320 We're talking with Mike Davis and Mike, when we continue, I want to talk to you about your

00:12:30.560 experience in guiding so many nominees through to confirmation of Supreme Court justices and

00:12:38.740 what this means for the courts in this country.

00:12:41.400 And what does what does civil war in this country look like?

00:12:47.080 Will it be a civil war?

00:12:49.680 I seriously doubt it.

00:12:51.300 We'll be right back with Mike Davis.

00:12:52.880 Stay with us.

00:12:54.320 We're back now.

00:13:00.460 We're talking with Mike Davis, founder of the Article three project.

00:13:04.340 And Mike, let's go to that issue.

00:13:07.260 You said you seriously doubt that this is going to be a gentle and rose colored candy rock mountain

00:13:16.140 when this confrontation finally is, you know, it comes together in conflict.

00:13:23.920 Give us your sense of what it's going to take to to move ahead and to resolve these issues, whether it is with a great amount of conflict and friction.

00:13:36.100 How does resolution look to you here?

00:13:39.200 Well, legally, how this gets resolved is President Trump is going to win these cases as a matter of law with the Supreme Court.

00:13:46.980 Regardless of these Democrats' bogus legal theories on, you know, espionage for the non-crime of a former president having his presidential records,

00:13:56.920 which is allowed by the Presidential Records Act, civil fraud for the non-fraud of a businessman paying back sophisticated Wall Street banks in full with interest.

00:14:08.520 You know, the campaign finance felony for the non-felony of settling a nuisance claim.

00:14:15.840 We've got working men and women who are watching their government come after them.

00:14:22.220 They're targeting families because the schools want to transition their children without them being even notified.

00:14:31.780 They are watching their jobs go to illegal immigrants. 0.60

00:14:35.040 They are watching $200,000 a year public servants making $20 million on the side.

00:14:42.080 And while they're trying to pay their bills and their taxes, good God, man, how do you resolve that?

00:14:49.320 Yeah, I mean, what I think is going to have to happen is the American people need to resolve this by, you know, we need to put, first of all,

00:14:57.660 the most important thing that needs to happen is putting President Trump back in the White House after November 5th, 2024.

00:15:05.680 But I think the next thing that needs to happen is these Republican politicians across America,

00:15:11.240 whether it's House Republicans or these state attorneys general, these state legislatures,

00:15:17.600 they need to start using power and hold the left accountable.

00:15:21.100 The reason the left is getting away with going after Trump, Trump's top aides, Trump supporters,

00:15:26.920 parents protesting at school board meetings,

00:15:29.420 is going after the kids behind the parents' backs with this gender-affirming care nonsense. 1.00

00:15:35.940 The reason this is happening, the reason the left is so emboldened is because no one on the right is fighting them back.

00:15:43.620 And that's what needs to happen.

00:15:45.100 We need to start using our own lawfare against the left. 0.94

00:15:48.720 We need to start defunding them.

00:15:50.480 We need to start impeaching them. 0.94

00:15:52.060 We need to start hauling them in for aggressive oversight.

00:15:55.840 Make them spend $200,000 on attorneys.

00:15:58.680 We need to stop unilaterally disarming.

00:16:01.340 And that's what we've been doing for the last three years.

00:16:04.400 We have to do more than fight with lawyers. 0.92

00:16:07.420 We have to do more than put more money in the pockets of a different set of lawyers.

00:16:12.960 It's outrageous what has happened to our legal profession.

00:16:17.760 Why should we have to have a lawyer to adjudicate a case?

00:16:22.360 And a left-wing court decides, irrespective of what the evidence presented or how skillful the lawyer,

00:16:30.860 that he or she is going to follow their ideology, which is what we're seeing in courtrooms all over the country.

00:16:36.740 Yeah, that's the problem is that President Obama was very good at stacking the D.C. District Court along with the D.C. Court of Appeals,

00:16:46.620 the second highest court in the lands, with these left-wing radical judges like Judge Tanya Shutkin.

00:16:52.620 And how you fight back against this right now is, look, these are unprecedented indictments against a presidential candidate and a former president.

00:17:02.500 We have not done this before ever in our nation's history.

00:17:05.460 There are actually Justice Department policies against indicting presidential candidates or any candidate.

00:17:12.660 And the fact that the Biden Justice Department has done this and done this on many levels with President Biden's full blessing

00:17:19.180 and Attorney General Merrick Garland's full blessing, it's time for House Republicans to fight back against this.

00:17:24.900 And what they need to do is we have the appropriations process coming up.

00:17:29.660 And Congressman Andrew Clyde put forward two appropriations writers that we've been pushing at the Article III project.

00:17:37.700 And it's simply this, Lou, and I think it would be very effective.

00:17:41.280 Number one, no federal funds may be used to prosecute any major presidential candidate on or before November 5th, 2024.

00:17:49.400 Number two, any state or local government that prosecutes any major presidential candidate on or before November 5th, 2024,

00:17:57.620 loses all federal funds.

00:17:59.180 So what would happen is, is that House Republicans include these two appropriation writers and the appropriation bills.

00:18:06.800 If the Senate doesn't want to accept that, if President Biden doesn't want to accept that, you know what? 0.93

00:18:11.420 Shut down the damn government because our government, our country is going off a cliff anyway. 0.97

00:18:17.260 If the Democrats are successful in convicting and putting in prison President Trump, our country is going to come to an end. 0.99

00:18:26.360 These are republic ending tactics by the Democrats.

00:18:30.040 And maybe the Marxist left, this is what they want.

00:18:32.620 But House Republicans need to say this is a red line.

00:18:35.980 And I also think that we need to consider a couple of realities here.

00:18:42.020 One is, can the House of Representatives and its appropriations process, singularly and without the process of going to the Senate for concurrence and the signature of the president,

00:18:54.260 shut down appropriations for these executive departments and individual positions?

00:19:00.880 Well, they, what they can say is, is you have to, in order to fund the government, the House has to fund it, the Senate has to fund it, and the president has to agree to it.

00:19:11.340 So if the House doesn't fund it, it doesn't get funded.

00:19:14.220 And that's, that's what it comes down to.

00:19:16.060 You can say, look, we are going to include these appropriation writers, Senate Democrats and President Biden. 0.91

00:19:22.620 If you do not want to take these writers, then we will shut down the damn government because this is too important. 0.89

00:19:28.660 These are republic ending tactics by the, these Democrat prosecutors to take out Trump. 0.97

00:19:33.660 We're not going to fund this.

00:19:34.980 We're not going to let state or state or local governments fund this.

00:19:37.620 And if you don't agree to this, we'll just shut down the government.

00:19:40.980 And, and have you, have you game played this?

00:19:44.280 I mean, do you know what that would look like when we shut down the government?

00:19:49.240 Immediately, there will be a wailing and gnashing of teeth from every quarter of society, irrespective of politics, because this country is so dependent on the federal government for funding.

00:20:01.460 I don't know what you say to the elderly who need their Medicare, they need Social Security, they need all sorts of assistance.

00:20:11.340 The state governments, which are now completely dependent upon federal funding in so many areas, we have made a devil's bargain with the federal government from the state perspective and created great dependency.

00:20:27.740 Very few states would not be in exactly that position.

00:20:30.660 What do you think?

00:20:31.460 Well, I would say this, the entitlements are separate from the appropriations process of the Social Security benefits, which don't go out regardless, because those are entitlements.

00:20:40.780 But I would say this, look, our country is going to come to an end anyway.

00:20:44.860 These are republic ending tactics.

00:20:46.680 If you indict and imprison your political enemies, this is how the Roman Republic fell.

00:20:51.960 Remember, Caesar was the populist outsider.

00:20:54.900 The Roman insiders waged lawfare against him, right? 0.74

00:20:58.420 And so he felt that his only resort was to cross the Rubicon from Gaul into Rome, and it led to civil war in the fall of the Roman Republic.

00:21:08.620 And what's going to happen with this lawfare against President Trump, it's going to lead, like I said, to the tit-for-tat legally and politically that's going to lead to the end of the American Republic.

00:21:19.400 We cannot let that happen.

00:21:21.200 We need to shut down these criminal prosecutions against President Trump immediately.

00:21:26.760 And if they don't shut down, to hell with it, shut down the government.

00:21:31.820 We're talking with Mike Davis, and we're talking real.

00:21:35.320 We'll be right back in just a few moments.

00:21:37.760 Please stay with us.

00:21:44.620 We're back with Mike Davis, and we are talking, Mike, just to reference the fall of the Roman Empire.

00:21:51.420 Mike, your thoughts about how likely it is that there is a rational way in which to come together and say, these things will not stand, whether it be the FBI, the Department of Justice, all of those lawyers will be flushed out.

00:22:08.720 We will not see their likes again, and the devil take the hindmost.

00:22:13.740 We will not tolerate in our military any more of the nonsense that has just bled the lethality and readiness of our military and what has happened to a public education.

00:22:30.360 It goes from one thing to the next in this country.

00:22:32.840 What do we do?

00:22:34.020 I mean, I think that there is an element of the Democrat Party, the Marxist left, who are – they are subversive, and they've been trying to destroy our country from within for many years.

00:22:46.520 And it's going back to the Obama wing, where you have people who – I just think that these people hate America.

00:22:56.000 They're Marxist, and they would like nothing more than to destroy America as we know it and build it back into their Marxist utopia.

00:23:04.060 And, you know, we've seen with 100 years of Marxism, 100 million deaths, and it doesn't end well.

00:23:10.440 I think that they think that they can turn America into one of these Marxist utopias, and we're going to end up being Zimbabwe, right? 0.61

00:23:16.760 And I think we're already heading down that path with these political –

00:23:20.580 For those who don't know, what is Zimbabwe other than a country in Africa?

00:23:24.940 Yeah, Zimbabwe is a failed country in Africa that was a thriving country in Africa.

00:23:31.060 Then Marxism took over Zimbabwe, just like it's taken over so many other third-world Marxist hellholes around the world, and it destroys the country. 0.61

00:23:39.820 You chase out all the wealth creators, and you just have a bunch of freeloaders, and then you have Tragedy of the Commons, and the country fails.

00:23:47.940 And you have government corruption, and it turns into war and, you know, prosecuting your political enemies.

00:23:54.660 And that's where we're heading in America, and we're heading there a lot faster than people understand.

00:24:00.060 I think people are beginning to get the idea that Joe Biden is going after his principal opponent for the 24 presidential election.

00:24:08.720 He's going after the leader of the Republican Party that his party hasn't got a chance against now, I believe, because they know and are learning more every day about the pervasive corruption and abuse of power brought to you by the Marxist Dems.

00:24:27.500 And you notice there's a word that's being used here lately, that if you listen to all of the airwaves a year ago or go to the newspapers, people weren't talking about the Dems as Marxist.

00:24:37.860 That word was, you know, that word just wasn't used in polite circles.

00:24:42.200 And now everybody knows that's exactly what we're talking about.

00:24:46.000 It's Marxism and with lineage to communists.

00:24:50.980 This is an attempt by a lot of forces, I think both external, of course, as well as internal, that mean to turn this country inside, out and upside down.

00:25:03.900 I agree with you.

00:25:05.060 And the Marxist Dems are under the control of the Chinese. 1.00

00:25:07.420 And that's very clear when you have President Joe Biden on the Chinese payroll, along with the Ukrainian payroll of Burisma. 0.86

00:25:16.000 But there's no question that the Chinese government controls Joe Biden and his family.

00:25:20.820 And there's no question that the Chinese government pushes their Marxism and controls so many other institutions around the world. 0.91

00:25:28.300 And particularly in the United States, they control big tech.

00:25:30.660 They control big media.

00:25:32.340 They control a lot of things.

00:25:34.580 And then they use that influence, that Marxist influence, to control our society.

00:25:39.640 And they do it through influence campaigns.

00:25:42.080 They do it through division and chaos.

00:25:44.200 You have to wonder, where does BLM get all of its money?

00:25:46.980 Where does the Me Too movement get all of its money?

00:25:49.680 Where does the big tech gets a lot of its money from China?

00:25:53.280 Where does – who funds all this?

00:25:55.340 And you have to look at how much money is coming from China and how much control that China has.

00:26:00.200 And we saw this vividly during COVID, where we have Chinese-style censorship, Chinese-style lockdowns, Chinese crackdowns on misinformation and disinformation, whatever the hell that means, where we're censoring, silencing, canceling doctors and scientists who have differing views on the science, which is the scientific method.

00:26:22.080 They end up being right, millions of people end up suffering and even dying, and these scientists are shut down because it doesn't fall within the Chinese government's talking points.

00:26:34.700 I think people need to understand that this Marxist left that we're seeing in America derives from the Chinese and the Chinese influence over our country.

00:26:43.640 There's no question about it.

00:26:45.560 It's one of the reasons that the Chinese control both ends of the Panama Canal. 1.00

00:26:50.280 They control the most strategic shipping real estate in the hemisphere.

00:26:57.620 They also control Cuba.

00:27:00.000 They also have all sorts of bases.

00:27:03.220 We don't even know all of the capabilities that they have in Cuba, but we do know this.

00:27:08.500 They're not operating in the national interest of the United States.

00:27:12.040 And we're watching Canada, for God's sake, is, you know, what is happening there?

00:27:18.720 That's a country that is, I think, borderline, has fallen to Marxism and to the communist Chinese.

00:27:28.480 The economic influence of China and Canada is overwhelming.

00:27:33.000 The dependency of the United States, lest any of us forget it, is immense.

00:27:37.520 We can talk about what the United States is going to do with China, but we better understand that we depend on China for so much, whether it's pharmaceuticals, whether it's technology, whether it is manufacturing of medical equipment that we rely upon every day.

00:27:53.760 We are dependent on communist China and we haven't got, as far as I know, a single plan by anyone in this country, whether it be in business or government, to deal with the shortages and the pressure that can be brought to bear by the communist Chinese if we were to go into even a Cold War. 0.96

00:28:15.900 Yeah, I mean, President Trump came in and really woke up a lot of people, including me, about the dangers of open borders and the dangers of free trade and how it empowers evil regimes like China. 0.73

00:28:29.160 Yeah. And, you know, he I think that's the big reason why the Uniparty in D.C. hates President Trump and they they try to do everything they could to prevent him from becoming president.

00:28:39.200 And they sabotaged and destroyed his presidency during when he was president and they're trying to take him out through lawfare now.

00:28:46.520 And I think it is so important. I really do think President Trump, if he he's going to if he is reelected as the president, as our president on November 5th, 2024, he's going to save our country.

00:28:59.500 If he's not reelected, they're going to go after him with with this lawfare and we're going to lose our country.

00:29:04.660 I really do think that November 5th, 2024 is the decisive it is the most consequential election in our lifetime is probably the most consequential election ever.

00:29:16.520 Because we will lose our country if President Trump does not get back into the White House right now, the president is being assailed by prosecutions he faces.

00:29:27.420 If all of the prosecutions brought by the Marxist Dems at the state level, at the local level and at, of course, the four major indictments by the special counsels, Jack Smith, if they succeed.

00:29:43.040 Uh, what would be the likelihood that we would have elections?

00:29:48.360 I think the answer is we wouldn't. Your thoughts.

00:29:52.600 Look, I would not put anything past today's Democrats because the Marxists, we've seen that they are willing to indict a president twice over nothing.

00:30:01.540 They're willing to, uh, excuse me, they're willing to impeach a president twice over nothing.

00:30:06.640 They're willing to indict him four times with, with their legal free, uh, criminal theories against President Trump.

00:30:16.200 This is lawfare they're running against him.

00:30:17.980 They, they are organizing these highly dangerous, uh, uh, intimidation campaigns outside of Supreme Court.

00:30:25.000 Justice's homes, including after the 1 a.m. assassination attempt against Justice Kavanaugh, his wife, Ashley, their two teenage daughters.

00:30:33.260 They ran riots across the country with BLM, $2 billion in damage, dozens killed, destroyed many lives, destroyed American cities. 0.96

00:30:42.860 They're willing to mutilate kids behind their parents' backs.

00:30:47.340 They're willing to kill, uh, unborn babies up to nine months in the womb. 0.98

00:30:52.280 These are evil people we're dealing with, right?

00:30:54.740 This, again, not our parents' or grandparents' Democrat party.

00:30:57.360 I would put nothing past these Democrats.

00:31:00.460 Do you think there will be elections in 2024?

00:31:04.560 I think the Democrats are going to try to disqualify President Trump from the ballot under the Section 3 of the 14th Amendment dealing with civil war, insurrection, and rebellion.

00:31:14.360 And it is a completely lawless, bogus legal theory pushed by, uh, many Democrats and even some Trump-deranged Republicans.

00:31:23.200 Uh, if, if the Democrats try to disqualify President Trump in key swing states so President Biden wins by default, our country is over.

00:31:31.880 Well, now you're talking about keeping him off the ballot, correct?

00:31:36.180 Yeah.

00:31:36.720 And I'm talking about if they proceed against him.

00:31:40.720 Uh, because they're, you talked about lawfare, but there's nothing lawful about, or fair about what they're doing.

00:31:46.820 Uh, it is, it is blunt force, uh, being applied against a citizen of the United States.

00:31:52.040 And meanwhile, it's a battle between good and evil, but only evil is on the field right now, it seems to me.

00:31:58.440 Yeah, and that's, and that's the problem, Lou.

00:32:00.620 This is where I keep saying to these Republican elected officials, particularly House Republicans, who have subpoena power, who have impeachment power, who have the power of the purse, who have oversight power, who can haul in these people and make them pay a price.

00:32:15.360 It's a zero-sum game.

00:32:16.920 If they are on defense in the House of Representatives dealing with subpoenas and impeachment and appropriations fights, they're not on offense running a lawfare campaign against the leading presidential candidate. 0.99

00:32:28.760 It's time for House Republicans to get off their asses and start doing something. 0.95

00:32:33.820 Mike Davis, it's always great to have you here on The Great America Show. 0.98

00:32:37.680 Mike is the head of the Article III Project, doing wonderful work for the nation, for the American people.

00:32:42.820 Thanks for being with us, and thank you, everybody, for joining us today.

00:32:47.180 I want to say as we wrap up here that I know much of what we talk about here on The Great America Show and what you're hearing may be disconcerting to some who are listening to us perhaps for the first time or two.

00:32:58.560 I know it's hard for many to realize that our government has turned against us, that the Department of Justice and FBI are actually corrupt, targeting many of our fellow citizens simply because of their political beliefs, their religions, their values, because of their political ideals, and because they simply love this country.

00:33:19.620 And the Marxist Dems mean to destroy this America you and I love.

00:33:24.220 None of us is happy that our federal government has been taken over, but it's a fact.

00:33:29.060 We, the people, are no longer in charge of our government.

00:33:31.980 Our federal government no longer requires the consent of the governed.

00:33:36.140 The federal government is controlled by the Marxist Dems, all of government, every agency, every department.

00:33:42.860 The White House, the Pentagon, you name it, and the Marxist Dems are running it. 0.99

00:33:47.220 Not you, not me, or the people we vote for, who are supposed to represent us all.

00:33:53.260 All this Marxist Dems control government requires now is our quiet obedience, our conformity, our compliance.

00:34:02.900 The vast majority of Americans don't want to acknowledge what has happened.

00:34:06.700 But we must, even as we're shocked to our timbers by what is unfolding before us right now.

00:34:12.020 The reality is we're facing unprecedented threats from within our society.

00:34:17.220 The Marxist Dems who not only control our federal government, but most of our public schools, colleges, universities, academia, big tech, social media, news media, Hollywood, and the music industry. 0.93

00:34:29.880 We have to come to terms with what the Marxist left has done to America.

00:34:34.680 And what they mean to do to us as well, and our fellow citizens.

00:34:38.080 It's not a time to surrender to fear or to despair or a time for false hope or blind optimism, for that matter.

00:34:45.780 It's our time.

00:34:47.320 It's up to us to fulfill our responsibilities to this nation, to stand up for our constitutional republic for everything our flag represents.

00:34:56.220 We need all of us in this fight to take back our government and to straighten out this government that demands no voice of opposition, no dissent, and complete obedience.

00:35:06.580 This is the time for truth, and nothing but the truth.

00:35:11.180 And so help us God.

00:35:13.280 President Trump is under full assault by the Marxist Dems, and he needs millions of us by his side to prevail in the great battles that we all have before us.

00:35:22.180 We have, as Americans, much better, much brighter futures than what the Marxist Dems intend, what they demand, and insist.

00:35:30.560 They put America and all of us and our families under their threats.

00:35:35.140 And we will make no mistake about it.

00:35:37.980 We will have to contend with them in the days, weeks, and months ahead.

00:35:42.840 And first, we have to assure that there will be an election in November of 2024,

00:35:47.960 and that it won't be rigged, that it will be fair and honest and transparently so.

00:35:53.220 And then we have to make certain that President Trump wins the White House and his second term that the Marxist Dems stole from him in 2020.

00:36:01.980 It will take all of us.

00:36:04.180 We thank you for being with us and for listening today.
