Hunter Biden Indicted on false certifications in a gun purchase. Special Counsel David Weiss brought these charges against Hunter Biden on one count of making a false and fictitious statement intended and likely to deceive the gun dealer with respect to the lawfulness of the sale of a firearm. If convicted, Hunter could face up to 25 years in prison for those crimes. Meanwhile, Joe Biden is dealing with the Congress's impeachment inquiry of the President and his involvement in Hunter's business dealings.
