00:08:20.480 Adder. I mean, this judge, who, by the way, kind of reminds me of Riff Raff in the Rocky Horror Picture

00:08:27.140 Show. I mean, this guy is a disaster. So the verdict first and then the trial. This makes no sense

00:08:34.720 whatsoever. The claim that Trump is not entitled to a jury trial is not based on an error by Trump's

00:08:46.880 lawyers that they forgot to check some box on a form. It's because the Attorney General Letitia James,

00:08:54.620 who has said in multiple forums that she's out to get Donald Trump before she had any evidence

00:09:00.800 with which to try to indict him, actually was brought under a statute that does not allow him

00:09:09.600 a jury trial. So his fate is in the hands of one man who is an obvious partisan. I mean, he's a

00:09:18.360 machine hack who has sought to gag Trump in this action, just as the federal prosecutors are seeking

00:09:28.440 to gag him in D.C. And I guess the most outrageous thing, Lou, is who's the victim? There is no victim.

00:09:39.680 Donald Trump borrowed a huge amount of money. He paid handsome interest rates on that money. Everyone got

00:09:46.500 paid back. The banks in question used their own lawyers, used their own appraisals. No one would lend

00:09:53.880 anyone, even a billionaire money solely on their say-so. And there was a disclaimer clause in all of the

00:10:02.160 contracts. There's no crime here because there is no victim here. This is obviously a totally

00:10:09.960 political prosecution. It's almost as outrageous as the business records case that Alvin Bragg brought

00:10:19.540 in the same jurisdiction. It just demonstrates yet again, Donald Trump is an existential threat to the

00:10:27.580 current status quo. And they will use any trick in the book, including the weaponization and

00:10:34.920 politicization of our judicial system to try to stop him. There is, in my opinion, Roger, no judicial

00:10:43.760 system, no justice system in the state of New York. It is overwhelmingly run by the Democrat machine.

00:11:25.100 more corrupt than that of New York. Well, unless, of course, we're talking about the federal system in

00:11:30.640 D.C., which I think is every bit as biased. It's interesting that the judge in the D.C. case,

00:11:39.900 Judge Chukton, had received a motion for a gag order. She paused it temporarily. Then she enacted it.

00:11:52.540 Trump asked for a stay. The three-judge panel that gave him a temporary stay,

00:11:59.500 that is not a victory, by the way. They make it very clear. We're not ruling on the underlying merits

00:12:05.760 of the government's motion for a gag order. We're just staying it until we can consider it.

00:12:13.260 Two out of the three judges in this panel I appealed to when the same D.C. circuit gagged me in my trial,

00:12:22.640 and they strung me out for eight months without making a ruling, eight months in which I was gagged.

00:12:38.360 the dominant news outlets in the jurisdiction to which I was going to be tried.

00:12:42.800 And then a week before the trial, they reacted to our writ of mandamus by saying that it wasn't right

00:12:59.640 in place to begin with, which, of course, she never would have done. So I didn't get justice from

00:13:05.800 these the same panel of judges. And at the end of the day, I still believe that they will put in

00:13:12.680 place a gag on Donald Trump in the D.C. case. I think you're exactly right. Two Obama judges

00:13:22.760 and a Biden judge making, you know, stirring the cauldron and ready to pour. It is it's disgusting what

00:13:33.240 we're seeing. I was reserving just the state governments in terms of corruption. I don't

00:13:39.220 know of another jurisdiction as corrupt as New York. I don't I do know that Delaware on occasion

00:13:44.800 comes very close. And I do know as well, in absolute agreement with you, that the D.C. court system

00:13:52.300 is run by Marxist Dems. It might as well have red flags flying atop the courthouses. And rather than 0.98

00:14:00.480 and there is no such thing as blind justice, I'm not sure I ever understood the the metaphor anyway.

00:14:07.260 But the reality is that right now, the justice system in this this country is a criminal enterprise

00:14:14.120 unto itself. Well, and there is one substantial difference. And I will I will admit this. I mean,

00:14:21.260 I'm a U.S. citizen and I'm entitled my constitutional rights. But I think I was gagged unconstitutionally

00:14:29.080 when I went through the meat grinder in D.C. But I was not a candidate for president of the United

00:14:34.520 States. And I certainly wasn't the leading candidate for president of the United States.

00:14:40.760 The Constitution holds that political speech is particularly protected. So the idea that Donald

00:14:47.440 Trump would be gagged while running for president adds an entire another layer of outrageousness to

00:14:55.540 this. Back in April, I predicted that he would be gagged in D.C. I stand by my prediction. I think it

00:15:02.760 is egregious and unfair. But at the end of the day, the prosecutors can continue to leak and they leak

00:15:10.740 constantly. For example, the leak several weeks ago in which it was alleged that Mark Meadows had been

00:15:19.580 granted immunity to testify against Donald Trump, Mark Meadows being Donald Trump's former chief of

00:15:25.720 staff. Now, Lou, where could that possibly have come from? It's unlikely to have been leaked by Mark

00:15:33.040 Meadows or his attorney. So where could that where could that leak possibly have come from? So the

00:15:39.620 prosecutors leak like a sieve to shape the news against Trump. But Trump himself would be prevented

00:15:46.300 from defending himself in any forum under this gag order. Well, on this show, Roger, we refer to Jack

00:15:54.840 Smith as the junkyard jackal. He is no nothing more than an operative, an activist and a vicious one

00:16:03.620 at that. It's this history that his practicing history is a prosecutor. And he has demonstrated that

00:16:11.420 he's still up to the same standards are still down to the same standards as as ever. Looking at what he

00:16:19.860 has done to this point is to to bring charges based on the documents case in Mar-a-Lago, prosecuting

00:16:27.860 the January 6 case. All of this is in on its face, pure bunkum. It's all manufactured. It's all

00:16:37.480 astroturf. It's all shaped and sculpted out of pure fantasy and conjuring of the of the worst that they

00:16:45.320 could possibly do with so little to to help them in the way of evidence. It is appalling that the chief

00:16:53.680 justice of the United States Supreme Court and the head of the courts, the federal judiciary, hasn't stopped

00:17:01.380 this nonsense because it is in each instance purely that nonsense. We had if I just sit here and I can't

00:17:09.600 even believe that the special counsel was allowed to begin two trials within 20 days of each other

00:17:18.660 in March. And Judge Cannon is now, it appears, going to separate those cases and at least one of them be

00:17:25.840 deferred until after the election. Personally, I think both should be deferred. I think, though,

00:17:30.920 obviously that both should be thrown out of court. And I'd like to see proceedings against the attorney

00:17:38.460 general and also Jack Smith and his helpful his helpful trolls of accomplice prosecutors on the team.

00:18:47.620 these. This is just an ignorant and vicious game being played by the special counsel. And he has

00:18:55.400 not been called out on it. Judge Cannon apparently is going to act on it. But someone needs to say loud

00:19:01.760 and clear to this man that you are a rotten, corrupt and vicious operative of the Marxist Dem party. 0.82

00:19:10.160 Well, why does it take special counsel John Durham five years, five years to finally tell us what most

00:19:17.500 of us already know, that there was no Russian collusion, that there was no probable cause to

00:19:32.440 the appointment of Robert Mueller as a special counsel, that the Steele dossier was bunk.

00:19:47.500 docket here where Jack Smith wants to try Donald Trump, wanted to try him this year,

00:19:52.940 wanted to go to trial this year, now agrees to go to trial in March, which is too soon. It is

00:20:00.820 obviously because this is all about election interference. And this new spate of five battleground

00:20:10.560 state polls yesterday published by the New York Times shows you precisely why they are so desperate to

00:20:18.480 gagged Donald Trump. Because when Donald Trump can speak, it helps the American people see through

00:20:25.780 how bogus this entire process is, see through how they are weaponizing the judicial system in a political

00:20:35.780 way to interfere in the election, to harm Trump's chances of returning to the White House.

00:21:23.840 presidency of the United States. The record is clear. The statement is profound and loud. The American

00:21:32.960 people don't care for these candidates who are challenging Donald Trump. And the poll, the most

00:21:38.740 recent polling, McLaughlin poll, showing that 76 percent of voters, Republican voters, want to see

00:21:48.960 nothing of a primary debate. It's really stunning stuff and a very clear message about why, as you say,

00:21:57.160 this is, without question, election interference on the part of the Marxist Dems, the Department of

00:22:05.900 Justice, the FBI, you name it. If it's federal, it's tainted, it's corrupted, and they're aligned

00:22:13.580 against one Donald Trump. Devil take the hindmost.

00:22:18.840 Well, it's really interesting when you look into the internals of these New York Times polls,

00:22:24.800 is Trump has made stunning gains among African Americans. He is only very narrowly behind among

00:22:33.980 Hispanic Americans. He's doing extraordinarily well with younger voters. And that explains his lead in

00:22:43.540 five of the six states. The only swing state he is not leading in is Wisconsin. What you have right

00:22:53.440 right now, Lou, is palpable hysteria and panic among the Democrats because Joe Biden is starting

00:23:02.620 more and more to smell like a loser. The fact that you have Mr. Comer, the chairman of the House

00:23:11.620 Oversight Committee, saying that he's about to send subpoenas to certain members of the Biden family,

00:23:19.140 Politico trying desperately this week to cancel the fact that there is indeed evidence of epic

00:23:28.540 corruption. And it does, in fact, involve Joe Biden himself. There is a real panic in the Democratic

00:23:36.200 Party. And it is interesting to me that in the face of this panic, who comes forward to support Joe

00:23:45.780 Biden and tried to reassure people about his viability, Barack Obama. Is Barack Obama not,

00:23:54.120 in fact, actually just defending his own third term, which we're, you know, three years into right now?

00:24:02.940 Yeah, I think you're exactly right. And it's interesting his emergence here in moments of high

00:24:08.660 stress and low drama, if you will, in the Biden administration, when they need someone who can speak

00:24:15.220 this sitting puppet president is in Delaware on the beach and has been throughout since the October

00:24:22.780 7th massacre. Meanwhile, somebody has to stand up. And unfortunately for President Obama, he has to

00:24:30.760 step forward out of the shadows and emerge as to claim what has been his property all along.

00:27:27.600 voters. Barack Obama was the keynote speaker when they nominated John Kerry. Four years later, he was the

00:27:47.540 biographies as the run-up to his presidential campaign. And she's out doing voter registration drives, which I

00:27:54.820 don't think she's doing for her health. Folks who want to make jokes about her sexual orientation or gender, I 1.00

00:28:03.180 think, are making a horrific mistake. She would be a very, very formidable Democratic candidate.

00:34:27.560 grassroots Republican primary and caucus voters, this is Donald Trump's party. It is the party of the

00:34:36.020 middle class. It is the party of America first. He is going to be nominated. Assuming that he is breathing,

00:34:45.860 he will be nominated. His legal status does not matter. Although, as you know, there is this illicit,

00:34:54.580 completely illegal effort to bar him from the ballot in Colorado and in Minnesota and in Michigan.

00:35:08.260 attempts to bar him from the ballot based on the bogus argument that he is guilty of insurrection and
