00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on a beautiful
00:00:06.780 day in america thanks so much for being with us live tonight here for the great america show
00:00:11.000 as i said we're live so let us know as always where you're tuned in from we appreciate you
00:00:15.600 catching up with us for those who've reached out um who missed uh i guess one of the shows
00:00:20.920 uh over the course of the next few weeks i'm going to be taking a little bit of time off
00:00:24.060 both for work and for travel and to enjoy a little bit of the summer.
00:00:29.780 So Stephen Gardner will be filling in for me on those days that I will be
00:00:35.340 taking off. So there's nothing wrong with me. Don't, don't worry.
00:00:39.820 I'll be back. But like I said, over the next, of course, two months,
00:00:44.220 we're going to be taking a little bit of time off.
00:00:47.240 So you'll be hanging with Steve Gardner.
00:00:49.900 who's just as good as me, if not better, but a big day, big day for the Supreme Court,
00:00:56.960 big day for the United States of America. It was good in some senses,
00:01:02.700 disappointing in others, disappointing in the sense of some of the justices we thought were
00:01:10.300 conservative. Some of the justices we thought were appointed to uphold truth justice in the
00:01:16.400 American Wade, appointed to uphold the rule and the value of our American laws. Turns out,
00:01:25.380 haven't exactly been doing that. Now, John Roberts, of course, one of them
00:01:28.480 we've all known about. Andy Coney Barrett, I think, is the one who managed to fool everybody.
00:01:37.200 And the big case, I guess we'll start off talking about today, is the birthright citizenship.
00:01:41.660 I want to bring a clip up that President Trump, just a few months ago, he didn't seem too optimistic that they were going to rule in favor of truth, justice in the American way.
00:01:52.400 And not even that, but in the rule of law.
00:01:55.580 Let's take a listen.
00:01:56.060 You have to accept it's the Supreme Court.
00:01:57.880 So I'll accept.
00:01:58.540 I think it's very bad for our nation.
00:02:00.020 We're the only nation that does it.
00:02:02.560 No other nation does that birthright citizenship.
00:02:05.920 No, not even close.
00:02:07.920 Some did it.
00:02:08.620 They ended it.
00:02:09.260 It's tremendously destructive.
00:02:10.780 it's extremely costly
00:02:12.720 I don't know, it's up to them
00:02:15.220 but in terms of for the good of the country
00:02:17.440 it would be great if
00:02:18.180 they didn't allow it
00:02:21.240 it would be great, but I can't tell you
00:02:23.700 the slaughter case
00:02:26.020 was the big case today
00:02:27.020 that was really a big case because it gave
00:02:28.860 strength to presidents
00:02:31.160 and strength to the presidency
00:02:32.620 a very important case
00:02:33.720 it's been going on for almost 100 years
00:02:36.240 and this was the ruling
00:02:38.280 that really topped everything
00:02:40.740 by a lot today yeah so as i said the big disappointment of course coming today we're
00:02:45.520 going to talk about it all we're going to get into it all uh but the massive disappointment
00:02:50.240 uh coming from jane uh judge amy coney barrett who has been nothing but i think uh disappointing
00:02:58.400 um since being you know appointed to the high court and i think she's tainted some of her folks 1.00
00:03:07.960 with her. So let's talk about the big case of the day, Trump versus Barbara.
00:03:14.140 Birthright citizenship, which is one that we've all been waiting on. I mean, we've sat here and
00:03:18.920 we've watched for years as presidents have used and abused this case, as migrants have come in 0.61
00:03:27.080 and used and abused this case. This one should have been a layup for the Supreme Court. This 0.91
00:03:31.780 should have been perhaps the easiest one yet but they didn't take it that way so this case was
00:03:38.940 president trump's executive order that was limiting birthright citizenship for children
00:03:42.900 born in the u.s to parents who are unlawfully present or only temporarily here and violates
00:03:50.480 citizens clause of the 14th amendment children born in u.s soil to such parents are subject
00:03:55.920 to jurisdiction of the United States and citizens at birth
00:03:59.120 while rejecting the executive order's broad new exceptions
00:04:05.000 in a 6-3 ruling striking down that executive order.
00:04:12.760 None other than Chief Justice John Roberts wrote the opinion,
00:04:17.260 the same, I'll keep it respectful and nice,
00:04:20.860 Same human being who wrote, of course, the opinion on Obamacare and allowed that to stay.
00:04:29.140 Now, joining with him were Justices Sotham Anur, Justices Kagan, Jackson, and, of course, Amy Coney Barrett, forming the six-vote result.
00:04:42.520 So, birthright citizenship is merely a thing. 0.55
00:04:45.240 Come over the border, bring as many people with you as you want. 0.96
00:04:50.020 Come over here and have a trillion kids, because that's the way the Supreme Court has it now.
00:05:00.600 Totally allowed.
00:05:02.660 Come across the border illegally, birth your child here, and you're good to stay. 0.99
00:05:11.400 Imagine that. 0.98
00:05:12.280 That's the rule of law now.
00:05:15.220 and when I say this was a layup
00:05:19.580 for the Supreme Court
00:05:23.160 it was a layup
00:05:27.500 a total total layup
00:05:31.240 and somehow some way
00:05:35.180 they managed to screw it up and I don't mean they
00:05:39.500 by the rest of them I mean they
00:05:43.480 by Amy Coney Barrett,
00:05:47.680 who apparently is more
00:05:49.280 a Democrat than Republican,
00:05:50.820 to which we were all fooled.
00:05:52.300 President Trump was fooled, clearly.
00:05:55.640 And it wasn't all of them.
00:05:57.520 Alito, absolutely just Alito,
00:05:59.660 absolutely fuming.
00:06:02.300 Fuming at it.
00:06:04.020 And brought up an absolutely
00:06:05.480 terrific point.
00:06:08.240 Alito says pretty much,
00:06:09.580 well, if this is the case, 1.00
00:06:11.640 You could allow all these people to come to the country
00:06:16.000 The kids who have never been, obviously, to this country before 1.00
00:06:18.900 Could be born in America, could hate this country 0.81
00:06:21.960 Could travel abroad, do whatever they want 0.96
00:06:25.780 Against this country
00:06:27.320 And it flies
00:06:30.320 Because they're American citizens, apparently, allegedly
00:06:34.280 It's a free-for-all
00:06:37.600 Do whatever the heck you want
00:06:40.100 is what the Supreme Court pretty much affirmed today.
00:06:48.800 A total joke.
00:06:51.500 Now, Justice Kavanaugh, not much better.
00:06:54.260 He concurred in the judgment, agreed the executive order was invalid,
00:06:58.000 but on statutory ground under the Immigration and Nationality Act,
00:07:02.440 rather than to a full constitutional holding under the 14th Amendment.
00:07:06.620 jackass another one you know they say these people deserve respect i don't i don't see it 0.57
00:07:16.380 i respect people who respect the rule of law i respect people who respect the 0.75
00:07:22.220 fibers of this country and these people take an oath to the constitution to this country
00:07:29.740 and then use it as toilet paper
00:07:33.420 to fit their own narrative
00:07:36.620 Let's take a listen to what Justice Alito was fuming about, reported by Fox News.
00:07:41.800 Back to Shannon, who's got more yet again.
00:07:46.100 Shannon.
00:07:46.780 All right.
00:07:47.140 This this comes from Justice Alito, who brought this up during the arguments.
00:07:50.940 This is his separate dissent.
00:07:52.120 He said the court's interpretation also has national security implications.
00:07:56.700 Suppose that a person's only connection to this country is that he was born here to a
00:08:01.000 mother who was present just long enough to give birth and then quickly return to her
00:08:05.240 native country.
00:08:06.360 Suppose that country is a strategic adversary or enemy of the United States.
00:08:11.500 Suppose the child never visited the United States while growing up and was inculcated with hatred of this country.
00:08:17.700 According to this court, now, that person is a citizen of the United States.
00:08:22.100 He can enter and leave the country as he pleases. He can travel the world on a United States passport.
00:08:27.780 Even if he plots to harm this country, he cannot be deprived of his status as a citizen, at least under current precedent.
00:08:34.420 He goes on to say that this this decision today also provides a powerful incentive to enter or remain in this country illegally.
00:08:43.860 He goes on to say, in my judgment, the court has made a mistake that will seriously affect the country's future.
00:08:49.200 So some very pointed dissents here from those who raised these very big concerns during the arguments and their real world scenarios, which are not a fantasy.
00:09:00.520 They're not a movie. I mean, these things that can actually happen now under this ruling that you have today from the majority.
00:09:08.640 Of course, they can happen and they will happen. 0.56
00:09:13.060 Iranian refugees will come across the border, the southern border.
00:09:18.200 Republicans aren't going to be in power forever.
00:09:20.060 They've got the border pretty under control right now, but it's not going to be like that forever till the Democrats take back over.
00:09:27.680 So they'll come across the border and they'll breed their children in this country to hate America, to despise America, to envy America.
00:09:38.360 And it will all be from this ruling from the Supreme Court that says they're allowed to do this. 0.95
00:09:49.240 And they'll register to vote and so on and so forth.
00:09:53.020 You folks all know the process.
00:09:54.640 we're live tonight for the great america show folks so be sure to let us know where you're
00:09:59.600 tuned in from if you're enjoying the show please be sure to let us know we're going to take a quick
00:10:04.480 break here less than 60 seconds as per usual we come back we're going to dig a little bit deeper
00:10:09.680 into this because president trump is responding and as always president trump has a plan b
00:10:14.840 and guess what they're already rolling on plan b we're also going to take up the other
00:10:19.280 uh supreme court cases today that the supreme court shockingly may have gotten right stay with
00:10:25.820 us folks we're coming right back on the great america show don't turn that dial and if you're
00:10:29.960 liking the show please be sure to hit that like subscribe and follow button we're coming right back
00:10:33.500 thanks everybody for staying with us here live for the great america show like i said live so
00:10:43.400 let us know where you're tuned in from if you're enjoying the show let's go a little bit deeper
00:10:47.120 into this Supreme Court rule and President Trump earlier today had this to say, the Supreme Court 0.91
00:10:53.480 upheld birthright citizenship, which is too bad for our country, but we can now easily make it
00:10:59.420 up in the Congress through legislation with the support of the president that now is determined
00:11:04.920 during this process. No long unwieldy constitutional amendment is necessary. Congress should start
00:11:11.620 today to work on ending the expensive and unfair
00:11:14.920 to our country birthright citizenship. They will have my complete and total
00:11:19.500 support, President Donald J. Trump. Now, that's promising news.
00:11:23.760 The only problem is, is what can be done in Congress can also be undone
00:11:27.720 by Congress. Now, I just want to go back to
00:11:31.040 Justice Thomas and Gorsuch agreeing
00:11:34.840 in their own dissent together, arguing that the majority's
00:11:39.960 historical account inaccurate and that the clauses require more to be produced.
00:11:45.800 So Gorsuch and Thomas, Thomas always one of the good guys.
00:11:51.500 Gorsuch has erred on the side of good Alito, another one who's been such a force.
00:11:58.640 And the day that he and Thomas decide to retire,
00:12:02.100 I think is going to be a really horrible day for the court.
00:12:05.620 I think we all hope those people could live for another hundred years to try to save this country as much as they could.
00:12:14.660 Now, Kavanaugh and his little weak descending argument noted Congress could potentially legislate exceptions.
00:12:22.700 You know, it's funny.
00:12:25.780 Everyone had these people's backs, Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett, when the media, when the psychopaths were going after them.
00:12:35.620 you know, had these people's backs.
00:12:38.440 Yet when it, and I don't think we're asking for much from these people,
00:12:41.960 follow the rule of law.
00:12:43.720 Where does it say in the constitution that you can come across that border
00:12:48.660 to this country illegally, have a baby, and that child is a citizen? 0.52
00:12:57.720 You best believe there's going to be people taking flights,
00:13:00.400 and it happens right now.
00:13:01.840 It's very big from China.
00:13:02.880 It's very prevalent from Asia.
00:13:05.240 People take flights over when they're, you know, ready to pop, when the baby's ready to come out.
00:13:12.660 And I'm on a vacation in America.
00:13:18.420 And then that baby's born here.
00:13:23.100 And boom.
00:13:25.460 That Chinese national came over here with her child.
00:13:31.260 Now has a child that's an American citizen. 0.96
00:13:34.380 And when that kid's old enough, couldn't bring the rest of the family into the country. 0.73
00:13:40.720 So as Alito said, it is a national security implication.
00:13:47.460 With regard to.
00:13:51.940 Birthing people to adversaries, to people who hate this country.
00:14:00.420 And we've not allowed them to do it.
00:14:02.220 And they're going to be continued to a lot to do.
00:14:07.580 And we're probably going to see upticks in the same exact example of what I just explained happens, where people taking trips over from Asia, like I said, is a very prevalent one, very common one, Europe, wherever.
00:14:23.840 to ensure that they're American citizens.
00:14:33.820 Now, Rand Paul is not a person I talk about kindly on this show often,
00:14:39.060 but I always give everyone a fair shake.
00:14:41.960 Credit where credit is due.
00:14:43.920 If you're a bad dude, we call you out on it.
00:14:46.400 If you do something good, we let everyone know you did something good.
00:14:49.040 Rand Paul this afternoon expressing his strong, strong disappointment after the Supreme Court decided to uphold birthright citizenship.
00:15:00.400 And instead of sitting on his hands, Rand Paul has already filed an amendment to fully end birthright citizenship for those who are in this country illegally. 0.92
00:15:13.120 This is, like I said, just the start. 0.73
00:15:15.080 And now President Trump, as we just read in his tweet, has already addressed Congress to get on it, to start rolling on it.
00:15:32.320 And they've even taken it one step further.
00:15:36.240 The DOJ has now, and this is just moments ago, directed prosecutors to prioritize birth tourism and the investigations to this Supreme Court ruling.
00:15:48.060 Now it's one of the things I just told you.
00:15:50.020 And this is a memo out, like I said, just moments ago.
00:15:53.180 It's a good thing we're live tonight because we would have missed it.
00:15:56.460 This is out just moments ago from the DOJ, from the Office of the Deputy Attorney General, soon to be Attorney General.
00:16:06.040 The subject is prosecutions of fraudulent birth tourism schemes.
00:16:10.280 And that's exactly what I just said to you guys about, you know, people from Asia coming into California to have their babies. 0.82
00:16:18.680 The benefits of the United States citizenship requires a little explanation.
00:16:22.580 Like most countries in the world, the United States extends this extraordinary privilege to almost anyone born in its borders and territories. 1.00
00:16:30.420 Regrettably, the American system is exploited each year by thousands of foreigners 0.98
00:16:34.060 who travel to the United States under false pretenses to give birth and secure citizenship for their child. 0.99
00:16:40.820 Criminal laws in the United States already prohibit conduct inherent to many of those so-called birth tourism schemes.
00:16:48.820 For example, many of the schemes start with false visa applications
00:16:52.460 with lies about the purpose of the duration for one's travel in the United States.
00:16:57.600 Some recent examples crystallized these schemes
00:17:01.080 In 2024, a husband and wife
00:17:02.660 Michael Wee Yang Liu and Jing Dong
00:17:05.880 Were sentenced to 41 months in prison
00:17:08.760 For operating birth tourism schemes
00:17:11.280 With a business named USA Happy Baby Inc
00:17:15.260 That charged, as I used the example
00:17:19.640 Chinese clients tens of thousands of dollars
00:17:21.980 To help them give birth to the United States
00:17:24.400 Liu and Dong assisted customers
00:17:26.420 with obtaining fraudulent visas
00:17:27.680 to enter the United States
00:17:28.660 and provided customary entry
00:17:31.880 and guidance housing, transportation
00:17:34.100 once inside the United States.
00:17:36.920 As part of the scheme,
00:17:38.500 Liu and Dong coached their customers
00:17:40.340 how to hide their pregnancies
00:17:42.060 from immigration authorities.
00:17:46.040 So as Alito said,
00:17:49.760 This is a national security issue
00:17:54.660 This is 100% a national security issue
00:18:05.240 Now in 2022
00:18:10.020 Abraham Askel
00:18:12.340 Was sentenced to 27 months imprisonment
00:18:15.280 For aspiring to commit health care
00:18:17.380 And wire fraud in connection
00:18:18.660 with birth tourism scheme that Eskal operated in New York.
00:18:24.840 This man and his co-conspirators advertised a birth tourism scheme
00:18:28.600 on two Turkish-language social media pages.
00:18:32.200 As part of the scheme, Eskal and his co-conspirators instructed women
00:18:35.240 to conceal their pregnancies from immigration authorities.
00:18:39.060 In addition to the prison term, Eskal was ordered to pay restitution
00:18:44.200 the amount of over a million dollars and forfeit the amount of nearly $400,000 that was made.
00:18:52.380 These are just two examples, folks, and happens probably each and every day in this country.
00:18:59.040 So moving past the third case that they give, they move on to say the Department of Justice
00:19:03.260 will investigate and hold accountable those who engage in this unlawful conduct,
00:19:08.660 as well as those who solicit and sell criminal services to others.
00:19:12.500 They say they're directing all U.S. attorneys and criminal divisions to work with the Department of Homeland Security to prioritize investigations and prosecutions of tourism birth schemes.
00:19:31.220 So will this stop it?
00:19:35.900 Probably unlikely.
00:19:38.180 They'll continue to do it because the Democrats allow this.
00:19:41.660 the Supreme Court allows us, and they allow it to move forward.
00:19:47.800 Folks, we're live tonight for The Great America Show,
00:19:49.520 so as always, let us know where you're tuned in from.
00:19:51.280 We're taking a quick break here, one more quick break.
00:19:53.240 We're coming right back.
00:19:54.460 We're going to talk about the other Supreme Court cases
00:19:56.180 that we're taking up today where we get a little bit of a victory.
00:19:59.380 Stay with us. We're coming right back.
00:20:06.400 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us here on The Great America Show.
00:20:09.820 As always, we're live tonight.
00:20:11.400 So please be sure to hit that like, subscribe, and follow button, and let us know where you're tuned in from and if you're enjoying the show.
00:20:19.760 So some other Supreme Court cases that were taken up today by the Supreme Court that were released in this case, in this session, I should say.
00:20:34.440 The Supreme Court striking down coordinated campaign spending limits.
00:20:38.860 Today, the Supreme Court struck down federal limits on the amount of money a political committee can spend in coordination with federal candidates.
00:20:46.080 Further, unwinding restrictions and restrictions on the flow of money into congressional campaigns just months ahead of the midterm elections.
00:20:54.080 In this case, it's the National Republican Senatorial Committee versus the FEC.
00:20:58.640 6-3 ruling along ideological party lines
00:21:02.820 finding that caps on what's so-called
00:21:05.620 coordinated party expenditures
00:21:07.120 violate the Fifth Amendment.
00:21:09.940 The decision joins a line of recent rulings
00:21:11.720 from the court's conservative majority
00:21:13.120 that have invalidated campaign finance limits
00:21:17.540 on the grounds that they restrict political speech.
00:21:23.720 This was, of course, opinioned by Justice Brett Kavanaugh
00:21:26.840 who tried to redeem himself, who was joined by Justice Roberts,
00:21:30.160 Thomas Alito, Gorsuch, and Barrett.
00:21:33.700 Kagan and Sotomayor and Jackson, all on the dissenting opinion,
00:21:39.460 argued that the limits were constitutional under the stair
00:21:42.480 and closely drawn scrutiny to prevent circumvention
00:21:46.640 of the base contribution limits.
00:21:49.960 So this, a loss for the Marxist Dems.
00:21:56.840 One they can't be happy about, certainly not happy about. 0.99
00:22:01.120 But I think they probably won the big one, which is the birthright citizenship, where they're going to allow these illegals to come to our country. 0.76
00:22:17.360 Now, the other one, which was a pretty big case that the Supreme Court took up today, or rather released today, was the transgenders allowing to play in women's sports, which I think we all know and disagree with here. 0.74
00:22:43.300 Why would men be playing in women's sports besides us, besides the point?
00:22:52.960 Absolutely absurd. 0.93
00:22:55.300 So the Supreme Court took that up, and this was another favorable ruling for justice in the American way. 0.96
00:23:04.260 states may now exclude transgender girls who are biological males from participating in girls 0.76
00:23:11.520 and women's sports and the teams at publicly funded schools title nine permits sex separation
00:23:18.520 teams based on biological sex and such classifications satisfy the equal protections
00:23:23.340 clause because there's subsequently further important governmental issues and competitive
00:23:28.240 fairness and safety lower court rulings blocking the bans were reversed this was another
00:23:34.200 6-3 rolling where Justice
00:23:36.260 Brett Kavanaugh wrote the opinion
00:23:38.300 trying to redeem himself
00:23:40.280 with his ilk 0.93
00:23:42.120 of Coney Barrett
00:23:43.620 and some other great Americans on there, Justice
00:23:46.080 Thomas and Alito, Gorsuch
00:23:48.440 and a not so great American
00:23:50.080 Roberts.
00:23:54.420 So this is a massive
00:23:56.360 win.
00:23:57.940 Your kids, your grandchildren
00:23:59.640 no longer have to worry about
00:24:02.380 playing against
00:24:03.140 grown full-size men in their sports, 0.99
00:24:08.620 which was idiotic to begin with, to think about, right? 0.99
00:24:11.480 That we had to worry about 1.00
00:24:14.600 transgenders in sports and locker rooms
00:24:20.780 with our kids, with our grandkids who are all girls. 1.00
00:24:26.700 This was the most ridiculous one to me 0.94
00:24:28.780 that we let it even get that far. 0.91
00:24:33.140 that we had to bring up legislation on it,
00:24:41.840 that it had to go all the way to the Supreme Court
00:24:43.880 just for them to tell us, 1.00
00:24:46.000 no, men can't play in women's sports.
00:24:50.980 What the hell's wrong with you guys? 1.00
00:24:56.300 Are you guys dumb? 1.00
00:25:00.140 Now, there's another Supreme Court ruling that came out. 1.00
00:25:02.860 This was yesterday. And Justice Alito authored the dissenting opinion because it didn't go the way that it should have.
00:25:13.940 And it was on mail and ballot deadlines. Supreme Court ruled yesterday, 5-4, that federal law does not require mail and ballots to be received by Election Day.
00:25:24.440 imagine that
00:25:30.520 send them in whenever you feel like it
00:25:33.060 the lawsuit challenging the mail-in ballots
00:25:34.760 was filed by the Republican National Committee
00:25:36.740 and the Libertarian Party in Mississippi
00:25:38.940 Annie Coney Barrett wrote the majority opinion
00:25:43.760 I'm sure as you can figure that out
00:25:45.700 arguing that Mississippi law
00:25:47.560 allowing mail-in ballots to be received
00:25:48.980 five days after the election
00:25:50.840 complies with the federal election day statute
00:25:54.440 Justice Roberts, of course, joining on with Coney Barrett in this one
00:25:59.760 and the three other Marxist Dems, Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh dissenting.
00:26:12.060 Sorry, the allergies are killing me today.
00:26:16.040 Alito writing in his dissenting opinion, federal law designates that the Tuesday,
00:26:20.420 Next, after the first Monday in November as Election Day, provided that elections for federal office must be held on that date, noting that the electorate must be in accordance with the federal day statute makes it a choice on Election Day, not Election Week, not Election Month, not Election Season.
00:26:38.240 If the ballots received after election are added to the set of ballots that dictate the election outcome, the electorate choice does not occur on election day, and the federal election day statutes are violated.
00:26:53.060 Common sense.
00:26:55.120 The acceptance of these late-arriving ballots effectively postpones the date on which the electorate choice is made, and the federal law precudes that postponement.
00:27:06.480 It's pretty simple what he's saying.
00:27:08.240 Well, it's election day. If your votes are not in by election day, it's not for that election.
00:27:17.780 That's probably too common of common sense.
00:27:22.480 For all of us, right?
00:27:25.440 Total, total joke. 1.00
00:27:28.200 Amy Coney Barrett should be ashamed of herself. 1.00
00:27:31.260 Terrible person.
00:27:32.340 get out to chris joining from summers point new jersey good evening great to have you with us
00:27:39.660 thank you so much for clearing up enjoying yourself everybody needs time off yeah i try to

00:27:59.080 they're trying to do and they're uh they're succeeding at it supreme court allowing them to
00:28:06.660 be happy this is a sad day yeah it's sad for sure hopefully they can do something move some
00:28:12.460 legislation but there was some good in it as well this country is going in the way of destruction 1.00
00:28:18.580 because of the stupidity of our politicians yep all bought and paid for from within listening 1.00
00:28:27.960 Tim from California. Thanks so much for being with us 1.00
00:28:31.640 tonight, Josie. Appreciate it. Roberts is a traitor and all the women
00:28:35.560 on the courts are idiots. Yeah, I don't think it's not a 1.00
00:28:39.600 woman thing for sure because Roberts is a total buffoon. 0.99
00:28:43.880 Kavanaugh shows his colors sometimes. But yeah, 1.00
00:28:47.620 the women on there, you know, not a gender thing, but 0.99
00:28:51.440 I think 1.00
00:28:52.340 not in favor of the
00:28:57.180 rule of law good afternoon Patriots
00:28:59.300 from San Diego thanks for being with us
00:29:01.260 GW5 fall girl delight
00:29:03.280 to have you with us as always
00:29:05.440 maybe Annie Coney
00:29:07.240 Barrick can redeem herself by showing Ketanji 0.92
00:29:09.120 Brown Jackson visibly what a woman is 0.99
00:29:11.120 yeah I don't know if that's going to happen 1.00
00:29:13.180 both of them are irredeemable
00:29:15.700 this
00:29:17.280 ruling is BS but people are talking about it
00:29:19.240 and thinking about it one road is blocked
00:29:21.380 We just need to find another.
00:29:22.740 No surrender.
00:29:23.960 Strayford.
00:29:24.360 Yeah, you're right.
00:29:25.460 If only everybody in Washington's ECC thought like that,
00:29:29.720 we'd be better off.
00:29:32.200 We've got South Carolina in the house.
00:29:34.320 Thanks for being with us tonight here, guys.
00:29:37.080 Appreciate it.
00:29:38.720 They can still play in places like California.
00:29:40.620 Let California do their own thing and let them disappear from the rest of 0.78
00:29:46.440 America, New York for that matter as well.
00:29:48.640 All the U.S. Congress has to do is pass a bill that states you cannot be an American citizen unless your mother is a legal citizen here in the United States. 0.52
00:29:55.740 Yeah, that would be the most common sense thing, GW5.
00:30:00.540 I mean, that's, you're far too smart for these people.
00:30:06.000 We'll just leave it at that.
00:30:07.920 Maybe Congress should get to work, Louisville.
00:30:10.040 Yeah, that'd be a good start, I think.
00:30:13.760 But probably just wishful thinking on our part. 0.98
00:30:16.700 we need to celebrate no males allowed 0.77
00:30:18.640 women's sports by having Leah Thomas swim 1.00
00:30:20.600 in a pool with gray white sharks 1.00
00:30:22.120 whatever happened to Liam Thomas
00:30:24.460 whatever the heck that guy's
00:30:26.580 name was
00:30:27.160 when does election day
00:30:30.380 mean weeks or months so much of the
00:30:32.480 issues should just be common sense yeah and that's
00:30:34.520 I think what
00:30:35.980 Alito
00:30:38.480 wrote there you know you're
00:30:40.360 casting your vote on election day
00:30:41.940 if it's not cast on election
00:30:46.580 day, it's
00:30:47.400 not for that election.
00:30:53.200 How much was spent to determine 1.00
00:30:54.700 no men or women's sports? 0.97
00:30:57.000 We should actually look into that.
00:30:59.120 Good question.
00:31:00.380 But a total joke. Nonetheless, that
00:31:02.580 it even had to come this far.
00:31:05.120 That it even had to come to the point of
00:31:06.600 going to the Supreme Court.
00:31:09.740 Common sense.
00:31:11.700 You're a biological
00:31:12.660 male. You should be playing sports
00:31:14.580 with biological men. 0.68
00:31:16.580 I don't know what's so hard about that, what's so hard to understand about that. 0.59
00:31:23.220 Vice versa, you're a biological woman, you play with women.
00:31:28.140 It's just that the problem is men aren't being bred anymore. 0.78
00:31:32.220 And it's this whole beta era, which is going to be, I think, the demise of America.
00:31:39.260 The fact that men don't know what men are anymore.
00:31:42.280 That's all for us tonight, folks, here on The Great America Show.
00:31:44.620 As always, a delight to have you guys with us live for The Great America Show.

00:31:58.900 Good times.
00:31:59.300 Enjoy the rest of your night, folks, and we'll see you tomorrow.
00:32:00.940 God bless.
