00:00:35.240 Court ruling today on Trump's tariffs. We're told it's not coming today, so I guess we'll have to
00:00:39.800 wait another week to see if they're going to rule on those. Polly Market and Calci have been
00:00:44.160 overwhelmingly showing that the Supreme Court is going to knock down President Trump's tariffs,
00:00:48.760 which would be a great disjustice to this country, would be a great disjustice to the stock market.

00:02:10.940 doesn't understand how bad the economy is for Americans and isn't talking about it correctly
00:02:15.920 and how to fix it the right way. And then the other one is it's just been a complete
00:02:20.380 goose egg for government reform. And I think America would be OK with not getting the economy
00:02:28.680 fully fixed in five years or whatever. I think we understand that this is going to take decades
00:02:33.220 to reverse course on all of the wreckage the Uniparty did. But unfortunately, if we go into
00:02:39.320 26 and nobody's been arrested, I don't think that there's a good path forward. I really don't.
00:02:43.860 Republicans had a mandate. And if if the Republican sweeping all branches of government
00:02:50.520 can't fix our problems, then what is the solution? What is the redress of the grievances for American
00:02:57.540 people? But the last three days have been absolutely insane. It's like one win after another. And what

00:03:07.780 energy that they were in the beginning of February last year. And that's when Trump was absolutely
00:03:11.760 cruising. So his numbers haven't picked up yet, but I really do think they're going to.

00:03:19.520 got down to negative 12. And he's right about where he was in the first term at this point.
00:03:25.600 And that was after a recovery from the Russia collusion hoax. And for the rest of his first
00:03:31.320 term, Trump was in the 45 to 50 percent range job approval rating. We'll probably see that with
00:03:35.860 this Trump as well. It all just comes down to the midterms.

00:03:46.460 accountability. And we saw we were talking before the show, James Comer did an interview with
00:03:50.760 Catherine Herridge. And he pretty much said, I don't you know, I really don't know what to do
00:03:55.700 at this point with Pam Bondi. Pam Bondi has issued nothing. We've given him everything on the auto pen.
00:04:00.540 And it seems everything that's given to Pam Bondi, it just expires and expires and expires
00:04:06.560 until the next thing comes out. And it's like, oh, well, here's the new shiny object.

00:05:40.840 American people retribution and when Americans fundamentally know that the problem is the government
00:05:46.020 and you don't deliver any of that stuff, I think you're going to see more of what we're seeing
00:05:50.900 with Dan Bongino right now, which is somebody who was pretty beloved as an influencer, huge following
00:05:56.540 massive show. And now everybody on the social media is just trolling this guy because he's coming out of
00:06:02.760 the gate swinging. He's fighting his own movement on social media more than he fought within the FBI to
00:06:09.100 actually fix these problems with not a shred of humility. And so I think that this is a very
00:06:15.060 cautionary tale because people are fed up, obviously, with Pam Bondi. And one of the
00:06:19.560 questions is, why hasn't Trump done anything? And now here's the other issue, too, is that we all
00:06:24.540 know there's a deep state. We all know that the Department of Justice is probably full of a bunch
00:06:28.460 of scumbags that haven't been fired. But at the end of the day, if Trump was unable to find those
00:06:33.840 people and fire them and replace them with patriotic Americans, then what is the redress for the
00:06:40.420 grievances of Americans? And the answer is, I don't think he was making those lists of lawyers
00:06:45.560 that to come in and take over. And I don't think that stuff was done. And so if we look at this
00:06:51.240 situation, which is if there's no accountability, we might be in a shooting civil war. Republicans
00:06:57.280 might lose for generations. Donald Trump might have zero legacy. He might be a laughingstock
00:07:02.580 because this is kind of a rug pull to promise retribution and give America Pam Bondi with no arrests
00:07:08.440 is a bit of a rug pull. And Trump is sitting in the White House and watching this and not doing
00:07:12.640 anything about it. And so if the if the system is so unaccountable and if Americans can never have
00:07:19.560 an elected representative arrested, in my opinion, there's almost an ethical or moral obligation
00:07:25.840 to burn down for the American people. If it's not going to work, don't say, well, we can't find

00:10:51.880 say that major agencies like the FBI and the CIA still need massive reform. And so he failed.
00:10:58.180 Like he objectively said he was going to restore trust, did some stuff. And now he's attacking
00:11:04.520 influencers with zero self-awareness or humility.

00:12:58.480 unbelievable. And I ratioed him 11 times with 40 times less followers. It's to the point where
00:13:05.440 we started calling him a lol cow. And what does Dan Bongino do in the first 24 hours of his new
00:13:12.360 civilian life on Twitter? He retweets Mark Levin two times. I think he's up to four retweets now.
00:13:17.920 And about one third of this guy's retweets are Israeli firsters. He's literally retweeting like
00:13:22.660 Josh Hammer and fricking Ben Shapiro. And it's like Ben Shapiro is hemorrhaging a thousand YouTube
00:13:28.760 subscribers a day. He is like, I'm sorry. And you can look at the straw poll that Rich Barris did.

00:19:45.840 it's probably the Likud party. And I think it's reasonable to believe based on that reporting by
00:19:51.120 probably pretty good journalists over there that, you know, look, an investigation by Channel 12 found
00:19:57.960 that about half of politically active Israeli social media accounts are bots, with many amplifying
00:20:03.260 posts by PM Netanyahu and other members of his coalition. And so it is kind of interesting how
00:20:08.920 rapidly Laura Loomer and Mark Levin and these other folks and the ones I've only blocked three people
00:20:14.820 ever. But there's a bunch of these people that are basically just the frickin Hasbara accounts like
00:20:19.640 Max Abrams and stuff like that. And they will glom onto you and stick with you almost as if they've
00:20:25.040 been assigned. They really have. And it's peculiar behavior. And I don't want to get in trouble with
00:20:31.120 Laura Loomer. I'm actually very afraid of her, to be honest with you, I think. But, you know,
00:20:37.180 when I look at your wife and children, that's what she does. Yeah. You know, you know,

00:21:45.000 and just compare what Laura Loomer saying versus what like the most Trumpy community on the Internet
00:21:50.320 is saying, if she's to the right of that cheerleading a Trump thing, it's probably something that's
00:21:56.080 beneficial for Israel. Like that's my litmus test. Yeah, you know, one hundred hit 50 percent. Right.

00:22:10.220 to not bring this topic up because it's these influencers that, you know, they want to go at

00:22:21.400 and it can't be like that. If you want to call out one side, that's fine. Call out the other side,

00:23:46.920 targeting order. So there's something called Suspicious Activity Report. If a certain amount
00:23:54.080 of money gets wired anywhere. So we're lowering that to $3,000. And we're also targeting the two
00:24:02.080 counties here. And we're going to do enhanced surveillance. And from now on, anyone who wires
00:24:08.800 money out from one of these money service businesses has to check a box saying whether
00:24:14.260 they are on public assistance. And if you are on public assistance, we are going to.
00:24:20.580 That's great. He went on to say that they're going to pull that. And those monies transfer
00:24:25.800 services are, for example, for folks listening, like Western Union and MoneyGram and things like
00:24:30.760 that, where you can send money over as well as wiring through directly to a bank. That's excellent.
00:24:35.240 I think Scott Besson's doing a terrific job. But at the end of the day, Mark, should they find any
00:24:39.440 fraud? It all leads back to who?

00:24:59.420 or down. Let's audit Fort Knox. Let's go into the DOD defenses. If he had just done that,
00:25:04.140 I think his administration would have been a lot more successful because it would have been
00:25:08.260 something permanent and tangible that he gave the American people that they needed, which is
00:25:11.840 draining the swamp. But unfortunately, the Republican Party, in my opinion, is the one
00:25:16.040 that got rid of Doge. And it was a huge blow to Trump. And I think we can all agree that his six
00:25:21.100 months kind of since the end of Doge has been substandard, not what people expected. And so
00:25:27.880 all of this Minnesota fraud is kind of rewinding it back to the Doge period, where I think why
00:25:35.340 everybody was freaking out with joy was because Trump got elected because people didn't trust the
00:25:41.080 federal government and Doge validated how bad it was. And so when you worry about the future of the
00:25:46.500 country and our finances and you say, well, how are we going to have Social Security? We can't even,
00:25:51.220 you know what I mean? When it instead looks like 10 to 20% of our finances is literally just being
00:25:58.200 stolen, there's a lot easier answer out. You just arrest everybody. And the problem is solved.
00:26:03.720 And Besson himself is implying that as much as $300 to $600 billion annually of our government
00:26:10.140 expenditures is literally just fraud and malfeasance, not even talking about inefficiency or waste.

00:30:05.420 these people greatly and I know, you know, they do a really good job. By the way, I got invited to
00:30:10.400 somebody, but by somebody to take a trip over to India to look at some opportunities over there,
00:30:16.060 business opportunities. And I respectfully declined. But what says you?
00:30:23.760 The background here is that I had to teach John about the UNICEF poo in the loo.
00:30:30.180 From 2013 that actually exists where they literally paid pollsters, I guess, or whoever to gather this
00:30:42.180 statistic to determine that as of like 1995 or whenever, over 50 percent of all world open
00:30:49.580 defecation instances per capita happened in the country of India. It's real data, folks.
00:30:57.840 So, oh, man. Well, OK, for people who don't know the lore, I worked in tech and H-1Bs is way worse
00:31:06.600 than anybody knows. And the H-1B program from an economic perspective is what's hurting the younger
00:31:13.480 people who should be getting white collar salary jobs by far the most out of anything. I would put
00:31:18.580 them in order H-1B, then offshoring and then finally illegal immigration. And so to me, the H-1B has
00:31:25.280 always been the low hanging fruit of we just need to get rid of this. And obviously, it was legislated
00:31:30.320 by George H.W. Bush in the 1990 Immigration Act. And it actually still polls well, but it's being
00:31:35.520 abused by corporations. And so to me, this was always the sticking point, which is if Trump isn't
00:31:40.360 talking negatively about the H-1B program, it means that these big corporations have his ear.
00:31:46.480 And India specifically is over 72 percent of all of our temporary visas. And there are almost all of
00:31:54.320 the high paying jobs. So literally, India has taken the future of the American people. They can't buy
00:31:59.780 houses. They can't form families because the Indians are doing it instead. And it would be really easy
00:32:05.660 to fix because Trump levied a new social media requirement in the interview process for H-1Bs in
00:32:12.180 Chennai. And it costs holy hell. There are people that couldn't get these interviews scheduled for
00:32:17.060 months and months and freaking out and getting fired from their jobs. So there's a lot of stuff
00:32:20.520 they could do. And even the H-1B fee that he put in place is not perfect. It exempts students.
00:32:26.280 And so all it's doing is making the Indians take a BS eight-month master's program in order to
00:32:31.260 still steal the jobs. But where we're at now is that pretty much every Fortune 100 company at least
00:32:37.280 has a significant foothold of Indian engineering. And it's all kickbacks and nepotism.
00:32:43.540 And so what I'm afraid about, John, we haven't really talked about this,
00:32:46.580 is that with Venezuela, I think there's an aspect of election integrity. I think that's one of the
00:32:51.400 reasons that Trump went there. But I also think it's a lot to do with China and oil. And if you see
00:32:56.980 Trump's out there increasing, calling for the increase of the Department of Defense from $1 trillion to $1.5
00:33:03.720 trillion, which would be a major investment in the US military at a time when NATO is also talking
00:33:10.440 about putting troops in Ukraine for safety guarantees and putting... Basically, NATO troops
00:33:16.800 are going to be put in a situation where we're going to be in contact with Russian troops.
00:33:20.580 And so what I'm afraid of is that I feel like there's this situation where we get in,
00:33:27.400 where the world all realizes that everything's gotten screwed up and that the only way out is a
00:33:32.200 massive shooting war. And I think we're getting pretty close because I think we're finding out
00:33:38.200 increasingly that Iran, Russia, and China in a coordinated manner are behind some of these
00:33:44.460 things like the Somali fraud ring. It was implicated that Iran is receiving some of the money that's
00:33:48.880 getting sent to Somalia. I think we're going to find that they've all been coordinated against
00:33:52.660 America. Well, they're members of the competing currency block, the BRICS.
00:33:56.960 So is India. And India is in a position to sabotage the engineering of every corporation
00:34:04.920 basically in America that counts. 90% of our stock market value has a significant foothold of Indians
00:34:11.620 in engineering where they could sabotage. Not even engineering leadership as well.

00:34:53.360 has all these photos, has that, are they going to use that information? Like, where does that go?
00:35:01.120 And I think that that's very, very, very possible future. And so now Trump has gone out and
00:35:07.440 literally because of skirting the sanctions. And of course, I guess, Western Europe is skirting
00:35:12.440 the Russian sanctions as well, but he's threatened a 500% tariff on India. And that's profoundly high.
00:35:21.780 And we're, so we're dealing with them in a very hostile manner when they own every single one of
00:35:26.220 our fortune 100s. It's really weird. And yet he didn't talk about tariffing offshores, you know,
00:35:30.360 like a 50% tariff on offshore labor would be a bigger hit probably than the 500% increase.
00:35:37.540 So I don't know where it goes, but I know that India hates me and they write articles about me
00:35:41.120 because they, they're such gangsters and people are so afraid in corporate America that they will
00:35:48.460 be unemployable by talking bad about the H1B program. There's really only about 10 of us that did it.

00:35:59.140 Americans like the idea of taking talented people from, but if the, what little I've said is enough
00:36:04.440 for at least three mainstream organizations, like the times of India to write articles about things

00:36:50.380 uh, uh, Minneapolis, and we're going to probably see across other, you know, parts of the country
00:36:56.120 right here in New York. Um, do you think we're heading on that trajectory towards a civil war here
00:37:04.160 in America? Do we get to that point? Uh, do, do we nip it in the bud before we get there? And how does
00:37:09.520 it play out? Uh, well, so the question we ask is how likely is it that a civil war or revolution
00:37:16.260 is coming in the next few years? And the number has been going up. It used to be low thirties,
00:37:20.600 10 years ago. It's in the forties now, 43% last time we said it, it's actually a higher number among
00:37:26.320 the youth close to half and under, under 30 Christians. It was like 56% of them. Like,
00:37:33.160 so the people understands what civil war is Mark. Uh, well, I think, no, I don't think they do
00:37:40.960 because I would objectively say that we're in a cold civil war right now. Yeah. And not a lot of
00:37:45.880 people are talking about that, but a lot of people like, you know, this isn't like, this is a topic
00:37:50.440 people talk about. Tim pool talks about all the time and he's got a huge reach and they just put a
00:37:55.680 movie out like not that long ago envisioning what a modern civil war might look like. I don't think
00:38:00.960 obviously that it's going to be lines of troops standing across cornfield, taking pot shots at
00:38:06.140 each other. I think it'll probably things. I think what we're seeing and what I talked about
00:38:12.400 on Tim pool show is that it will be conflict between state and federal law enforcement is
00:38:18.240 where it will start. And when that's what we're seeing now, and he had some convoluted scenario where
00:38:22.700 it's like, Oh, you got a parent in Texas and the mom takes the kid over to a state where she can get
00:38:28.640 the kid trans and there's a fight over it, blah, blah, blah. No, it's like, we're going to try to
00:38:33.340 arrest somebody like Phil Murphy for harboring illegal aliens. We send in the ice and the state
00:38:39.200 troopers say no. And then what do you do? And this comes down to, and I think the pendulum swings back
00:38:45.380 and forth, right? So it's like when Democrats are in power, it comes down to how intent are they to
00:38:52.820 play out the world economic forum, George Soros color revolution. And the harder they push at a
00:39:00.560 certain point, the right will get mad and take action. And it will look like J six, except they're
00:39:06.680 going to blow up bridges into a blue city or something like that, right? Like that's probably
00:39:10.260 the kind of thing that would happen if the Democrats were in charge. But when the Republicans are in
00:39:14.720 charge, there's a lot less risk of that happening because the government's not going to overreach as
00:39:18.860 much. And so then in my opinion, the ball goes into the Democrat court, which is like, okay,
00:39:23.180 you have these blue States, which as we're finding out are completely, completely hopelessly corrupt
00:39:28.220 and stealing our federal dollars. So there is a moral obligation for a Republican leadership to
00:39:33.120 stop this and take action against these people. And so then you, it all is in their court. Like how
00:39:38.520 aggressive is Gavin Newsom going to be? He wants to be president. His state sucks. We're going to go
00:39:43.380 after the fraud there. And the balls in his court to pull a Fort Sumter is basically what it comes down
00:39:48.680 to. And the second that that thing happens, then people are going to pick their battle lines.
