00:02:32.440 The Department of Justice filing an emergency action against California in the fight to stop the state from counting 20,000 ballots that have been given to non-citizens, also known as illegals.

00:02:45.680 Now, on Friday, the DOJ put California a notice and vowed to prosecute any election officials who tabulate unlawful ballots.

00:02:52.500 But if they don't know who those ballots are coming from. What's unlawful about it? And I'm just looking at it from a broader view from how they're going to try to explain it. They say California has been put on notice.

00:03:04.300 The first assistant U.S. attorney, Bill Asai, said on Friday, under 18 U.S.C., two officials knowingly tabulating unlawful ballots risk aiding and abetting a federal offense.

00:03:17.080 The Justice Department urges the county and the secretary of state to temporarily segregate the flagged ballots pending citizenship verification or face legal consequences.

00:03:25.660 But like I said, how do they know?

00:03:27.600 Now, as I said this afternoon, the DOJ requested a restraining order to separate those 20,000 ballots.

00:03:33.300 I don't know if they're mail-in ballots or absentees or whatever they may be.

00:03:39.840 But California is at it again.

00:03:42.800 Now, the California, the lawsuit was filed in the Central District of California last week.

00:03:47.860 Of course, the order preventing the tabulation of those ballots that were most likely, they say, sent to individuals identified as likely non-citizens where they can't determine it.

00:04:03.300 Now, the Justice Department said that Homeland Security investigations and federal partners examined voter registration records and conducted that additional verification and paperwork, likely that these people are not allowed to be voting.

00:04:17.660 President Trump has tried to ramp up the efforts on Friday, vowed to jail any lawbreakers in California if they count these ballots.

00:04:24.680 He said they'll go to jail for a long period of time, but how are we supposed to take that seriously when we still don't know what happened in the 2020 election?

00:16:48.420 suggests that before the raid, investigators collected garbage from Omar's home in an effort to obtain her DNA.

00:16:55.280 Hey, multiple sources familiar with the probe told NewsNation that the potential DNA evidence is critical to the investigation of Omar.

00:17:03.500 They say that the case is broader than the public may assume based on longstanding accusations surrounding her immigration history and her marital status to her brother.
