00:02:48.240 the debacle of this thrown together press conference to try to get ahead of this firestorm
00:02:53.040 by Biden. And you read her's report, you know, we have a constitutional crisis. Number one,
00:02:59.060 look at Putin and look at and look, you don't have to agree with what Putin said, but look at the way
00:03:02.500 he handles himself in this depth of knowledge on topics, including the destruction of the American
00:03:07.280 dollar, which is good as any. I don't agree with it totally, but as good as any Wall Street hedge
00:03:12.200 fund guy. You look at President Trump yesterday, as you know, probably the best day we've had in the
00:03:16.640 MAGA movement combined since President Trump left the White House with Biden. It's a level of
00:03:23.520 seriousness. And look, let's let's just cut to the chase. Her gave us an indictment of Joe Biden
00:03:28.780 and not just for the for the classified documents, which is incredibly disturbing and quite profound
00:03:36.360 because he knew Garland would never approve a actual formal indictment. He gave us the indictment
00:03:41.560 document. But I think what has to happen now, and I think this has to happen immediately,
00:03:46.100 three things. Number one, I believe Kamala Harris at her constitutional role as an officer needs to
00:03:53.600 which is her constitutional duty needs to call the cabinet together in the cabinet room with Joe
00:04:00.020 Biden not there. And she needs to go around the table and see where people stand, not taking the
00:04:04.860 formal vote that's required, but she needs where people stand with the 25th Amendment and Biden and
00:04:10.220 their personal experiences, et cetera. But she very quickly, I think, needs to start the process,
00:04:15.360 the formal process of having the cabinet address this as it's laid out in the Constitution.
00:04:21.000 Number two, I think Comer and Jordan on Monday, and I think they ought to call the House back over
00:04:25.660 the weekend. Johnson should. On Monday, there should be a formal hearing and Robert Hur should be before
00:04:32.000 the nation to walk through in depth over a couple of days exactly what his investigation found in
00:04:37.660 detail. And the ghostwriter should be there too to see what he deleted a number of tapes. We ought to
00:04:46.100 get to the bottom of all that. Justice Department officials ought to be called. We ought to know
00:04:49.300 what's not in the report, what's been redacted. We ought to call the intelligence community, find out
00:04:54.200 about this. This should be a week's hearing with Comer and Jordan to get to the bottom of this in front of
00:04:58.820 the American people, nothing behind closed doors. Number three, I believe the impeachment committee right
00:05:03.660 now that's working under Comer should begin actual or formal process over and above what they're doing
00:05:09.320 with Hunter Biden to also begin the process of impeachment about both the classified documents
00:05:13.820 and his ability to perform as the president, as the commander in chief. Look,
00:05:20.520 we now know they've covered up a huge crisis right before Christmas where Austin was gone for two or
00:05:25.280 three days and nobody knew about it. And obviously, Joe Biden's not mentally or physically up to the task.
00:05:30.780 We have a crisis right now. And this is beyond the Democratic Party and just politics of what's
00:05:35.240 going to happen in this election. We're in a couple, we're in a shooting war in several locations.

00:06:20.500 about this for years and they have covered it up for pure partisan politics to keep Trump out of the
00:06:25.000 White House. We have a crisis on our hand, Lou, as big as any has hit this nation in its history.

00:06:38.460 described is precisely the way the Republicans will likely follow. I hope that they do follow

But Steve's got his view and I have mine. And mine is this. It'll be a defensive play by the Democrats. And I think they have no choice whatsoever, Steve, to to actually move the 25th Amendment and to and for Kamala Harris to

They are going to have to be unleashed. The Justice Department is going to go to maximum defense because they have much to hide. Robert Herr subpoenaed or not will not comply.
00:11:07.600 And we're going to see the national media, I think, in reflex to all of this begin. And I say just begin to actually probe the the the the administration, the regime, these Marxist Dems that have had full throttle and the wheel for the past three years to destroy the nation.
