The Great America Show - The Great America Saturday Show： July 18, 2026

00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on a beautiful

00:00:06.340 day in america happy monday i hope you all had a great weekend your weeks are off to a good start

00:00:10.980 we appreciate uh you spending a part of your evening with us tonight live for the great

00:00:14.960 america show as i said we're live so as always let us know where you're tuned in from if you're

00:00:18.640 enjoying the show or if you're not enjoying the show so much so there's so much news uh to get to

00:00:24.300 today a lot happening over the weekend as it seems happens all the time anytime it's a weekend

00:00:31.900 obviously the big news of the weekend Senator Lindsey Graham passing away really out of

00:00:39.600 nowhere on Saturday night we got that call for you that was made just about 8 30 on on Saturday

00:00:48.580 Knight, reportedly died from a tear in his aorta, according to the preliminary medical

00:00:55.860 examination.

00:00:58.220 The passing, of course, came as a surprise to everyone, a surprise to President Trump,

00:01:04.280 a surprise to the nation from Lindsey Graham.

00:01:09.640 So, you know, we pray for his family and, you know, wish them all the best.

00:01:14.500 I want to roll for you guys, too, just because there's so many conspiracy theories, which I don't think conspiracies are a bad thing because most of the time they end up coming true.

00:01:25.180 But there's some people who ruin it for the rest of them.

00:01:27.600 So there's conspiracies out there going that Lindsey Graham, who was over in Ukraine over the weekend, reportedly died in Ukraine.

00:01:33.960 They sent his body back to America and made it look like he died at his home Saturday.

00:01:41.220 As I said, that call was made.

00:01:42.780 Nah one in a smile, perhaps Mr Express kay 네, some capital this out.

00:01:49.520 Oh yeah.

00:01:51.800 My responsearto 그 Carter Street, Southeast

00:01:58.740 Southeast

00:02:12.580 And just having a call to say she's not in the home.

00:02:15.160 She says the door is unlocked because you're going to let me in.

00:02:19.740 I get bullied secured.

00:02:22.480 So as you can hear there, a 911 call was made from someone, I guess,

00:02:26.020 who was on the phone with the senator at the time.

00:02:28.100 She called 911.

00:02:29.200 They went to the house.

00:02:29.880 They couldn't get in the house because the door was locked.

00:02:32.220 I guess eventually they made their way into the home.

00:02:37.220 Apparently he died at the hospital, not on the scene,

00:02:40.760 as they tried to revive him there, I guess they were for a bit,

00:02:47.140 and then at the hospital eventually did pass away.

00:02:50.320 So as I said, it's always some sort of conspiracy,

00:02:53.720 and I think it takes away from when there's actually a conspiracy to talk about,

00:02:59.220 when there's actually a real conspiracy like the 2020 election,

00:03:03.200 which we're going to talk about in depth today.

00:03:06.080 But before we get into that, President Trump had a request for Governor McMaster.

00:03:10.760 As for the appointment of the next senator to take over for Lindsey Graham, here's the press conference from today.

00:03:20.880 To an honor, to name someone to serve in the place of this irresistible man, this irreplaceable man, this extraordinary man for the remainder of his term.

00:03:37.540 Lindsay took care of his little sister and years long departed.

00:03:43.260 It's my honor to ask his little sister, Darlene Graham, to finish his work for him now.

00:03:50.980 And by the way, Darlene, I don't know if I told you,

00:03:53.820 but after we spoke on the phone in the wee hours of Sunday morning

00:03:58.160 and you agreed to serve through tears earlier,

00:04:04.300 i had wondered what you would say and i was humbled by your quickness to see the duty

00:04:17.460 that you had to serve and i called the president afterwards and he thought it was a great idea

00:04:25.640 and i'm sure you that everyone here does as well darlene little sister come forward please

00:04:33.000 thank you governor and just bear with me as i try to get through this

00:04:44.440 but first i just want to say one thing i've never heard lindsey described as is irresistible

00:04:51.480 there you have it his sister will be uh reportedly taking over uh the rest of his term there as i

00:04:59.780 said the dc metal examiner released their preliminary findings um and it was aortic

00:05:05.920 dissection due to uh arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease which i said is

00:05:12.900 they say a tear obviously i'm not a doctor uh but a tear and they they order so uh we'll leave it

00:05:19.820 at that i didn't always see eye to eye with the senator lindsey graham but uh we're going to keep

00:05:23.900 it respectful and uh as i said wish his family uh the best and uh keep keeping our thoughts and

00:05:29.300 prayers because it's never easy dealing with the loss of a loved one. So where do we go?

00:05:35.720 I say we start to talk a little bit about 2020 because President Trump today teased

00:05:41.500 a massive announcement that's set to be coming on Thursday. And I wanted to get ahead of it

00:05:47.260 to let each and every one of you know to be prepared for it Thursday night.

00:05:51.420 And he said to reportedly be talking about newly declassified intel reports to reveal a foreign

00:05:58.620 nation's plan to interfere in the 2020 presidential election. We always heard about

00:06:04.780 Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia, Russia. They interfered in 2016. They made President

00:06:12.940 Trump the president, which is sort of interesting because nobody's been tougher on Russia than

00:06:18.380 President Trump, certainly not Hillary Clinton. So we heard that for, you know, 10 years and they

00:06:24.420 He tried to delegitimize President Trump, tried to delegitimize his presidency by saying he was put there by Russia.

00:06:32.180 We all knew that was total BS or, as the great Lou Dobbs would say, hogwash.

00:06:38.620 So we heard that for 10 years.

00:06:41.080 But I don't think we ever heard it.

00:06:42.620 And, you know, you always hear what I would say is there's two sides to every story and somewhere in between is the truth.

00:06:48.700 We've yet to hear the other side of the story.

00:06:51.320 The other side of the story being the 2020 election was certainly rigged, but it wasn't by Russia.

00:06:59.180 2016 election wasn't rigged by Russia.

00:07:02.840 The last person they wanted in there was President Trump.

00:07:06.260 So we've yet to hear that side of the story, which is hopefully on Thursday what we'll get.

00:07:12.300 President Trump is set to be joined by multiple officials, including CIA Director John Radcliffe,

00:07:18.580 Acting Director of National Intelligence, Bill Pulte, FBI Director, Kash Patel, and Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen,

00:07:26.940 according to a person who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss the internal plans with MSNOW.

00:07:34.060 President Trump posted earlier this afternoon that he will be making a speech to the nation Thursday evening, 9 p.m., without providing further details.

00:07:42.780 Now, there are still outlets reporting that President Trump falsely claimed that the election was stolen due to widespread voter fraud.

00:07:55.060 But we know, each and every one of you who's tuned in here know that that wasn't a fair and square election.

00:08:03.860 Joe Biden campaigned from his basement, never left his basement.

00:08:06.500 Somehow, at that point, because President Trump this last election gained the most votes in the history of the country, but at that point, the person who held the most votes before that was Barack Obama, the first black president.

00:08:23.740 And we were told to believe that Joe Biden somehow received more votes.

00:08:33.900 We're talking about Democrats, by the way.

00:08:36.200 More votes than the first black president in history. 0.85

00:08:39.720 They wanted us to believe that. 0.99

00:08:42.360 Certainly nobody did.

00:08:43.640 Nobody bought it except for the mainstream media, which I think probably some of them acknowledged that it didn't make sense.

00:08:53.740 that Joe Biden didn't really win the 2020 election.

00:08:56.440 There was no possible way.

00:08:57.600 A man who couldn't form two sentences coherently together,

00:09:02.260 who didn't leave his basement,

00:09:06.340 had just beaten the most popular president of all time.

00:09:13.340 Nobody for a second believed it.

00:09:16.480 We've all been thirsty for 10 years since 2016,

00:09:21.700 And now six years since 2020 to find out what the Democrats do and how they steal elections.

00:09:28.960 Now, we've all been told stories about this and that and what can happen and what might happen and what might not happen.

00:09:39.080 But we've never been told the legitimate story, which we hope now is going to start to come out.

00:09:46.860 Folks, we're live tonight for The Great America Show.

00:09:48.380 We're going to get to all your questions, your shout outs, all that good stuff.

00:09:50.920 We have to take a quick break.

00:09:52.120 We're going to be back in less than 60 seconds.

00:09:53.900 There's much, much more to get to on this and what President Trump has coming

00:09:58.040 and the investigations that are ongoing, particularly in Georgia,

00:10:03.780 where the fraud is run rampant.

00:10:06.300 Some legislation coming out of the Senate to end birthright citizenship.

00:10:11.080 We've got all that and much, much more on the other side of this quick break.

00:10:13.600 So don't turn that dial.

00:10:14.460 We're coming right back in less than 60.

00:10:16.260 I promise.

00:10:16.840 Stay with us.

00:10:20.580 thanks everybody for staying with us here live on the great america show as always a delight to

00:10:26.800 have each and every one of you guys uh with us appreciate you guys uh tuning in live gb5

00:10:32.160 delight to have you with us kelly song thanks for uh for joining us tonight strafer always a delight

00:10:37.160 to have you with us as well praying this title is true i know trump is supposed to make a speech

00:10:41.960 on thursday and have heard some speculation about what he is addressing nothing i've heard yet seems

00:10:46.900 solid from Strafer. From everything

00:10:48.920 I'm being told, this is what it

00:10:50.840 is and this is what we're

00:10:53.020 expecting. So we appreciate

00:10:54.640 like I said, you joining us tonight

00:10:56.980 but we want to be the first to

00:10:58.840 bring you the good news.

00:11:01.360 Good evening right now from

00:11:02.880 Ambler, Pennsylvania. My mother's

00:11:04.880 in hospice so I'm trying to go on and watch your show as much

00:11:06.860 as possible. I'm sorry to hear Christine and

00:11:08.720 God bless your mother and

00:11:10.280 all of our thoughts and prayers.

00:11:13.080 I've been through that situation before with

00:11:14.800 family members. It is not fun so

00:11:17.040 Thoughts and prayers with you and your family.

00:11:19.380 Fall girl, I'd like to have you with us tonight.

00:11:21.960 As always, every conspiracy theory that has any mean to it

00:11:25.500 should have some motive.

00:11:27.060 What would be the motive of sneaking Graham's body back into the U.S.

00:11:29.600 if he did die on your grave?

00:11:31.100 People need to think forward.

00:11:32.100 Yeah, they don't.

00:11:32.720 People don't.

00:11:33.400 I mean, and I always say it takes away from the actual conspiracies 1.00

00:11:36.840 that do wind up coming true when people spew stupid stuff like that. 1.00

00:11:41.740 Like, it's absolutely absurd. 1.00

00:11:43.820 It's the Russia, Russia, Russian Arab.

00:11:46.600 There's people out there alleging he was killed by Russia. 0.98

00:11:48.960 I mean, it's so ridiculous. 0.87

00:11:51.460 Liptards on X still think he's working with Russia. 1.00

00:11:53.820 That's absolutely true. 0.98

00:11:55.400 Prayers for the Graham family, and they must focus on the upcoming midterm elections.

00:11:58.460 Keep the Senate and Congress.

00:12:00.840 That's the plan.

00:12:02.220 That's the plan.

00:12:03.140 But who the heck knows what they can do? 1.00

00:12:05.480 Obama, America's first Islamic president. 0.97

00:12:08.700 Yeah, you know, that's an interesting one.

00:12:11.000 an absolutely interesting one that we

00:12:13.680 you know

00:12:15.480 never got the truth to that as well

00:12:17.540 we all know that that election was stolen

00:12:20.080 no way that Joe Biden got all those votes

00:12:21.880 from his basement unbelievable I wonder how many

00:12:23.820 years have gone before

00:12:25.620 gone by before the

00:12:27.880 truth is finally told because they keep

00:12:29.700 trying to say Joe Biden was fair and square

00:12:31.940 but we know that's not the

00:12:33.880 true

00:12:34.140 absolutely great products from MyPillow yes

00:12:37.460 indeed he does so today

00:12:39.820 is the two-year anniversary of the butler near assassination attempt on president trump president

00:12:46.300 trump called into fox and friends this morning to reflect on it as certainly changed that i mean

00:12:53.100 i got lucky that god was watching there's one ainsley god was watching because you know my

00:12:59.020 son don and eric both of them they know a lot about guns they hunt they like to hunt and they

00:13:06.780 They said from that distance with that gun, that particular gun, there's almost no chance

00:13:13.880 of missing.

00:13:14.880 They considered it something maybe easier than a two-foot putt, to put it in golf terms.

00:13:20.200 They said from that distance with that gun, it's like sinking a two-foot putt, which is

00:13:27.220 hard for those non-golfers.

00:13:28.840 A two-foot putt is almost automatic.

00:13:31.680 wouldn't say automatic for some people it's not but it's uh it's almost automatic and uh so you

00:13:38.880 know i god was with me i turned my head to show a chart and a chart that i never show on the right

00:13:45.440 hand side but this time i did and it's a chart that i don't even use that much i use it probably

00:13:50.800 one in ten times at the rallies and but it's always on my left and this time it was on my

00:13:56.080 right i looked to the right and said if i looked to the left i wouldn't be talking to you right now

00:13:59.920 there's so many amazing things and the chart is always at the end of the speech and i just put it

00:14:06.560 at the beginning because it was appropriate you know sometimes i'll start out and i won't be

00:14:10.960 reading a lot of things because it makes it much more interesting i think that's what people like

00:14:16.080 it but uh i just said i'm going to put it up there just felt good it felt right you know i speak the

00:14:21.840 way i feel and it felt right and the chart i said let's talk about the chart now look over to the

00:14:27.280 right as it's coming down and i said wow what was that wow i said it's either the biggest most

00:14:35.040 violent mosquito in history i or i just got shot it was one of the two things because i i touched

00:14:40.720 my ear there was blood all over my ears as soon as i touched it this was in like a slow bleed i

00:14:46.160 i touched it you saw i mean the picture is a very famous one and i'm going down and i said to myself

00:14:51.600 And sort of, I guess it's much as you can joke about something like this, but that's either the most violent mosquito in history or I got shot.

00:15:02.640 I mean, what a prospect.

00:15:04.440 And, you know, that was another one that the Marxist left came up with.

00:15:11.800 God bless President Trump.

00:15:15.120 That President Trump faked getting shot.

00:15:19.160 The whole thing was staged.

00:15:21.600 That was President Trump's attempt at winning the presidency.

00:15:25.420 We actually heard this conspiracy from people.

00:15:29.360 That the whole thing was staged.

00:15:31.420 He didn't actually get shot in his ear and some sort of fake blood bag exploded.

00:15:38.700 And that's what the blood was.

00:15:42.340 That's what I mean when people come up with these conspiracies.

00:15:45.700 It takes away from the conspiracies that are actually true. 1.00

00:15:49.700 But that was a conspiracy from the, we'll say it nicely, the idiots on the left. 1.00

00:15:56.920 I want to get back to the stolen 2020 election for just a second. 0.99

00:16:02.680 Because as President Trump plans to make this speech to the nation on Thursday,

00:16:09.200 the FBI has assigned 260 investigative analysts to assist in its ongoing investigation into Fulton County, Georgia, during the 2020 election.

00:16:19.700 Now, this is according to an internal memo that was obtained by none other than the New York Times, who may finally want to be putting out real news, that the analysts have been tasked to completing approximately 708 record checks by July 17th.

00:16:36.040 It's around the time when President Trump will be making that speech.

00:16:41.800 So, the memo describes the operation as a priority for FBI Director Cash Patel.

00:16:46.880 While specific records under review have not been disclosed yet, the expanded efforts follows the FBI's raid on the Fulton County Election Warehouse.

00:16:54.700 Back in January, federal agencies had more than 600 boxes of election materials, including the original 2020 ballots, as part of the Justice Department's investigation.

00:17:06.880 No criminal charges have been filed, and federal authorities have released few details about the scope of this investigation.

00:17:13.700 The FBI and Fulton County officials have so far declined to comment on the latest developments.

00:17:19.960 Justice Department has also sought the identities of every worker involved in administering the 2020 election in Fulton County.

00:17:27.520 County officials challenged that request in court and a judge, of course, temporarily blocking the disclosure.

00:17:33.080 Well, litigation continues.

00:17:35.600 The internal memo states that overtime, including weekends and holidays, have been authorized to complete this review.

00:17:40.600 They ain't playing around.

00:17:42.320 Fulton County Commissioner Chairman Rob Pitts complained about the expanded review, calling it a Hail Mary, saying he had not been informed of the move.

00:17:51.700 Georgia's RINO Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, insisted that his office runs the most secure elections in the nation, but said that he would, of course, assist in the investigation.

00:18:03.440 Imagine that.

00:18:06.200 Just who we want involved in the investigation.

00:18:11.440 Now, this comes as Raffensperger, who says that he runs the most secure elections and

00:18:18.960 Georgia runs the most secure elections, just two days ago, Brad Raffensperger says that

00:18:24.780 an election audit found errors only in hand-marked ballots.

00:18:30.860 Ha, hand-marked ballots.

00:18:34.000 They said there was only 23 discrepancies after checking over a million ballots, only

00:18:38.780 on the hand-marked paper ballots.

00:18:41.440 which they say were 99.93% accurate in total.

00:18:47.700 Raffensperger says there were zero errors found on the over 1 million ballots

00:18:52.020 that were cast by machine.

00:18:54.760 Interesting.

00:18:56.420 Very, very interesting.

00:18:58.080 Wise choice of wording for Mr. Raffensperger.

00:19:02.880 Making sure to let us know the machines play no role in stealing or changing elections.

00:19:10.420 Very, very interesting.

00:19:11.900 We're taking one more quick break here live tonight, folks,

00:19:13.840 for The Great America Show.

00:19:14.900 So much more to get to on the other side of this quick break.

00:19:18.640 There's only 20 legislative days left in Congress

00:19:22.280 for them to do absolutely nothing.

00:19:25.140 But one senator has introduced a bill to end birthright citizenship

00:19:28.400 for the children of illegal aliens.

00:19:31.320 What's taking so long?

00:19:32.800 We're taking a quick break here, folks.

00:19:34.020 We're coming right back live for The Great America Show.

00:19:36.160 Please stay with us.

00:19:39.600 thanks everybody for staying with us live tonight here for the great america show it's always a

00:19:46.100 delight to have you guys with us and i truly truly appreciate it uh each and every time uh

00:19:51.540 you guys join us uh for the great america show so delight to have you guys with us

00:19:57.560 so where do we get to and there's so much to get to you know let's let's turn to iran president

00:20:02.460 trump uh offered some thoughts on iran it seems like i've said last week he's really starting to

00:20:07.820 turn the page on Iran. He's really starting to sour on them. And I think it's great. But I'm

00:20:13.480 upset it's taken this long, but he's finally got a deal. What nobody knows, we had a deal. It was

00:20:18.420 a done deal. And then they broke it. They always break it. We've had 10 deals with these people.

00:20:24.080 And so we're just going to hit them very hard. And we're going to keep the straight and we'll

00:20:29.360 probably run it. We'll become the guardian of the straight. Maybe we'll call it the guardian angel

00:20:33.720 of the straight and we should be reimbursed for that when we do that we're going to be reimbursed

00:20:38.440 because the other nations are very wealthy they're on our side and we can't be expected to do that

00:20:43.400 for nothing unlike we had for many years you know we we guarded the straight for 50 years more and

00:20:50.600 we never got paid for it they made all the money and the united states was just you know not they

00:20:55.960 wouldn't it's amazing it's uh we we never made we guarded it for nothing and now we're going to guard

00:21:02.760 and we're going to get paid for guarding it a lot of money but we just want to be reimbursed for

00:21:08.200 doing all of this for putting our people in danger but we're really not putting people we're really

00:21:13.240 saving people remember this they killed 52 000 protesters so far as of this moment the number is

00:21:19.800 52 000 so who's going to protest and a lot of people are surprised about the protesting that

00:21:25.320 you know that they haven't but nobody's going to protest when they get shot they have ak-47s

00:21:30.600 they're machine guns aimed at people's heads if you move one foot further you get shot and then

00:21:36.040 they'll shot they'll shoot 10 of them and everybody flees who's not going to flee they don't have

00:21:40.680 guns so uh they're a bad group of people let me just tell you that i don't say that often and i 0.98

00:21:46.940 have to live with that statement they're a bad group of people they've been this way for a long 0.99

00:21:51.380 time and right now they're getting their ass kicked and in in the top form there you have it 0.99

00:21:59.460 Now, that comes as just moments ago, it's being reported that CENTCOM has launched another round of strikes. 0.99

00:22:09.820 They're reporting that U.S. Central Command began launching a third consecutive night of strikes against Iran.

00:22:16.060 At the commander-in-chief request, the strikes will continue imposing a heavy cost on Iranian forces

00:22:21.760 and degrade their ability to attack innocent civilians and commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz.

00:22:29.460 as President Trump continues to put the pressure on them.

00:22:36.240 And I think this is exactly what he has to do in order.

00:22:40.680 President Trump also, in an interview just moments ago with you,

00:22:43.740 Hewitt said that he's prepared to hit Iran very hard tonight and tomorrow,

00:22:48.800 saying the country's pickaxe mountainside is a possible target for a big fat shot,

00:22:53.720 according to him.

00:22:54.600 and pickaxe is a possible target for a nice fat shot 0.98

00:22:59.060 right in the front door. 1.00

00:23:01.320 We're going to hit them very hard tonight, 1.00

00:23:03.020 and we're going to hit them hard tomorrow, 0.99

00:23:05.400 and there's not a damn thing they can do about it. 0.99

00:23:08.360 They have nothing going other than they have big mouths. 1.00

00:23:12.480 I got to know them, and they're stone-cold crazy people. 0.96

00:23:16.740 That's one of my favorite lines. 0.80

00:23:17.680 He says there's nothing you can do about it

00:23:19.340 because that's one of the most debilitating things

00:23:22.920 that someone can say to you, like, I'm going to take this from you

00:23:27.560 and there's nothing you can do about it,

00:23:29.340 especially when you're in a situation, because we've all been there,

00:23:32.340 when there's actually nothing you can do about it.

00:23:35.520 We've all been in situations where something happens,

00:23:39.180 nothing you can do about it.

00:23:40.580 So I think it's pretty freaking funny.

00:23:45.320 He's sitting there going, yeah, I'm going to do this.

00:23:48.180 I'm going to take your lunch money.

00:23:49.200 And there's nothing you can do about it,

00:23:51.820 Because there is nothing they can do about it.

00:23:53.660 I think, like we've said on the show, if there comes a point where he wants to level them for good, he could.

00:24:01.460 And I think they're going to continue.

00:24:04.540 As they should.

00:24:07.800 In order to get these people to the table.

00:24:10.100 Otherwise, there's no getting them to the table.

00:24:13.780 Their own belief system doesn't allow them to come to the table. 0.98

00:24:19.420 So, sucks to be them. 0.97

00:24:21.820 But they started this. 0.99

00:24:24.140 People say, oh, look, Trump did this.

00:24:26.300 No, this has been going on for 50 years.

00:24:29.760 Trump has just had enough of it.

00:24:33.280 He says enough's enough.

00:24:35.300 We're all tired of it.

00:24:36.640 So now they're paying the price of 50 years of BS and bullying.

00:24:41.840 It's like I say all the time, like a broken record.

00:24:44.940 It's like that kid on the playground.

00:24:47.060 Be the most docile, nice kid in the world. 0.69

00:24:49.420 But you pick on them enough, you're eventually going to get tired and punch the bully right in the face. 0.66

00:24:57.920 This is long overdue.

00:25:00.400 And so people say there's no nuclear weapons.

00:25:03.940 It's actually being reported.

00:25:05.520 I think it was the New York Post reported today that they're trying to rebuild one of their nuclear sites.

00:25:11.260 So that's a country who doesn't care to have nuclear weapons. 0.99

00:25:17.240 Give me a damn break. 0.99

00:25:18.400 So let's talk about the Senate. Since the Senate's got an interesting shakeup, Mitch McConnell put out a proof of life post over the weekend, which folks are saying is not real. 0.98

00:25:29.400 I can't that one. I can't vouch for. I'm not sure. But they're saying it's not real.

00:25:33.120 But he says that he didn't have a heart attack. He didn't have a stroke, no hemorrhages, no nothing.

00:25:38.060 he just passed out and he's working to get to rehab to to rehabilitate i thought was also

00:25:45.180 raising more red flags than we originally had in the first place he hadn't been to work since

00:25:50.800 june 14th so it's been about a month we still really don't have any questions but any answers

00:25:58.400 but you know that's i guess that's really just business as usual when it comes to the u.s senate

00:26:03.440 So speaking of the Senate, Senator Jim Banks has introduced the Citizenship Act this afternoon, legislation that would finally slam the door on birthright citizenship for children, illegal aliens and birth tourists by classifying their parents as invaders under the federal law.

00:26:20.880 Now, I want you to remember that, the term invaders, because Brett Kavanaugh said something about that.

00:26:27.360 The proposal comes just weeks after the Supreme Court struck down President Trump's executive order that was restricting birthright citizenship,

00:26:33.080 ruling that children born in the United States to illegal immigrants, or as I like to call them, migrants,

00:26:38.760 and temporary visa holders remain U.S. citizens under the 14th Amendment.

00:26:43.120 Chief Justice John Roberts authored the majority opinion, joined by Justice Amy Coney Barrett,

00:26:47.540 The court's liberal bloc, Justice Brett Kavanaugh, concurred on the statutory grounds of it.

00:26:52.820 Banks' legislation seeks to respond directly to that ruling by codifying the argument that individuals who enter the United States illegally should be treated as invaders for the purpose of federal citizenship law.

00:27:05.060 Supporters argue that the 14th Amendment phrase is subject to jurisdiction thereof,

00:27:09.400 was never intended to grant automatic citizenship to children

00:27:12.760 of those who entered the country unlawfully

00:27:15.300 or solely to obtain U.S. citizenship for newborns.

00:27:20.220 Banks is using this clever legislation to work around,

00:27:23.620 inspired by, as I told you to remember that,

00:27:26.560 Justice Breck Kavanaugh.

00:27:28.540 There's concurrence in the case.

00:27:30.340 Kavanaugh noted that while Trump's executive order

00:27:32.640 conflicted with the existing statute,

00:27:35.380 Congress does have the power to amend the law

00:27:37.780 create some clear exceptions exactly what his bill does the legislation would amend the

00:27:44.640 Immigration and Nationality Act to state that any person who enters the United States without

00:27:48.720 authorization or for the purpose of engaging in birth tourism can you imagine that's a thing now

00:27:53.780 it's considered to be an invader of this country their U.S. born children would therefore not

00:27:59.280 receive automatic citizenship isn't that a thought isn't that a thought now Mike Johnson

00:28:07.400 has also been a stalwart in this,

00:28:08.880 vowing that Republicans would not surrender

00:28:10.540 after the Supreme Court ruling.

00:28:12.360 Johnson said on Fox News Sunday yesterday

00:28:14.440 that House Republicans were looking at all angles

00:28:17.060 to eliminate what conservatives described

00:28:18.860 that birth tourism and the racket of abuse

00:28:22.140 of the birthright citizenship.

00:28:24.720 Mike Johnson argued that birth tourism

00:28:26.660 makes a mockery of our constitutional order,

00:28:29.160 threatens our national security,

00:28:30.480 and devalues the citizenship,

00:28:31.860 adding that Republicans are valuing

00:28:33.680 both legislative solutions

00:28:34.700 and the possibility of a constitutional amendment.

00:28:38.340 So it's nice to see.

00:28:39.740 And like I say, I give Mike Johnson credit where he's due, where it's due. 0.99

00:28:44.980 He's doing a far better job than that idiot over in the Senate, John Thune. 0.99

00:28:50.700 That guy's just, as Lou Dobbs used to say, lower than a snake's belly, 1.00

00:28:56.060 doing everything he could to obfuscate President Trump and the agenda,

00:28:59.980 as he's been doing from day one.

00:29:02.180 That's literally all he's good for.

00:29:04.700 So with the limited number of legislative days remaining before Congress' next scheduled recess, Senator Mike Lee, who I think has been so good, is intensifying his push for the Save America Act, arguing that Republican lawmakers should extend their work schedules to move the election-related legislation across the finish line.

00:29:24.980 There's eight days left in the House and 20 days in the Senate before the next recess, which I'm sure absolutely nothing will get done.

00:29:36.020 Mike Lee has a problem with that, and he told Fox's Maria Bartiromo.

00:29:40.200 Examine what it is that voters want right now.

00:29:43.340 Overwhelmingly, not only do they support this bill, but they understand that it ought to take preeminence.

00:29:48.560 It ought to take precedence over other legislation we should be supporting right now.

00:29:52.280 So I think that's where the disagreement lies, is in the vision that we can pass this, even though we don't yet have 60 votes.

00:29:58.860 We do have a simple majority and on the technique, the method by which we bring it about.

00:30:04.300 But it does take effort and some creative thinking. We can get it done.

00:30:08.220 Well, you've got what, eight legislative days or 20 legislative days in the Senate and eight legislative days in the House before before the next recess.

00:30:18.280 you know i know john i know mike johnson is talking about a third reconciliation

00:30:23.480 bill but again john thune says uh stop talking about a third reconciliation bill

00:30:29.620 to colleagues when he's talking with them privately

00:30:32.960 yeah look um first of all we have control over how many legislative days we have left

00:30:41.280 it need not be uh that short a period of time we could choose to work through weekends through

00:30:47.700 scheduled recesses and frankly we should especially when something like this comes up

00:30:53.140 where we see a massive vulnerability in our election security that affects not only potentially

00:30:58.100 the outcome of elections but also the way in which they're perceived when we see something

00:31:02.900 like that we have a ready popular widely accepted widely supported solution we need to re-examine

00:31:09.700 our own practices even our own schedules in order to get it done we can do that and we must well

00:31:16.020 Imagine that. Mike Lee wants to work while the rest of them don't really care to take the money

00:31:25.260 and run. It's a joke. We pay these people to go there, get a job done, and they do absolutely

00:31:35.340 nothing. Making a mockery. Now, failed presidential candidate in a long time, never Trump or Chris

00:31:41.520 Christie is once again running his mouth about the Republican Party and the supposed doom.

00:31:47.600 The disgraced former New Jersey governor shut down a bridge.

00:31:51.360 Oh, they say he shut down a bridge.

00:31:55.260 The George Washington Bridge over a vendetta made the comments during an appearance on a podcast with Hassan Minaj.

00:32:05.220 Let's take a listen to what Big Chris had to say.

00:32:07.840 Do you think the Republican voters want the truth?

00:32:11.520 Well, certainly not all of them right now. Probably not a majority of them right now. But you know what? You know what forces people to have to listen to the truth? Losing. Losing forces you politically to have to listen to the truth. And I think we're on our way to a monumental defeat as a party in the 2026 midterms.

00:32:30.600 And when that happens, I think people, for practical reasons, will begin to reevaluate whether they really want to continue to hear the things that led to the losing or they want to hear some different ideas.

00:32:41.200 Do you really approach? Do you really think the Democrats have a chance to win the 2026 midterms in a major way?

00:32:45.660 Oh, I think they'll win the House. And frankly, I think they've got a better chance at the Senate today than I thought they would have given the map.

00:32:56.660 Are we really going to take political advice from this guy?

00:33:00.600 Oh, boy.

00:33:04.620 Chris Christie. 1.00

00:33:06.440 Talk about a total buffoon. 1.00

00:33:08.260 Talk about a total choke of a human being. 1.00

00:33:11.600 Chris, just go off into the sunset.

00:33:15.580 I don't know why you waste your breath, a little breath you have, 1.00

00:33:19.240 to come out here and spew such stupidity. 1.00

00:33:26.600 Let's end on that, folks. 1.00
