00:05:35.820 And look, if I'm able to win at the higher level and what they call settle a good law on this,
00:05:43.860 then it'll all have been worth it, even if I have to go to prison for some months while it plays out.

00:05:53.660 For them to sit and shoot a prison, to bring the charges to begin with,
00:06:00.000 to overthrow the concept of presidential privilege, executive privilege, is outrageous.

00:07:34.860 But that does not for one moment lessen the outrage of the American public at this Justice Department,

00:08:55.240 They love seeing folks like me and Donald Trump in prison.

00:08:59.120 And they don't understand that the bigger issue here is that if the justice system can be weaponized in such a way

00:10:24.580 I don't see anything other than to say they have declared us the enemy,
00:10:28.720 and therefore they are the enemy of the people.

00:10:39.020 but to me they're more like Stalinists and the Chinese Communist Party
00:10:45.060 with respect to how they've weaponized the criminal justice system.
00:10:49.460 And one of the biggest surprises and shocks to me, Lou,
00:10:54.720 is by the time my case got to the jury,
00:10:58.420 the judge had stripped me of every single defense.
00:11:03.160 My guilty verdict was a foregone conclusion
00:11:07.200 by the time the case was able to be allowed before the jury.
00:11:12.020 And that's, something's wrong.
00:11:14.560 As my lawyer loves to say, that can't be the law.
00:11:18.420 That should not be the law.
00:11:20.400 But that's what a court in Russia or Communist China,
00:11:24.760 that's the way those courts run.
00:11:27.240 So, let's assume that there is an opportunity here
00:11:32.220 to, that there will be an intervention.

00:15:19.460 by five armed FBI agents,
00:15:21.440 putting leg irons for the arrest,
00:15:23.280 they would have simply called me up
00:15:24.240 and said, hey, report to the court, okay?

00:15:29.080 I filed the appeal on Friday, yesterday,
00:15:33.560 and we'll see what happens,
00:15:37.420 but we've also filed the notice of appeal

00:42:19.480 overcome those challenges,
