00:00:37.500 Hello, everybody. Welcome to The Great America Show. Great to have you with us.

00:00:41.920 This week, Marxist judge Juan Merchant says he'll consider four more Trump gag order violations.

00:00:48.760 He set a hearing date for this Wednesday, and the big, powerful Marxist Dem judge

00:00:53.020 says if President Trump fails to appear, he may be arrested and imprisoned.

00:00:59.060 Merchant needs to be arrested and imprisoned. 0.99

00:01:02.440 He's out of control, and he is nothing more than a Marxist Dem thug with a black robe. 0.85

00:01:08.940 These four new violations of the gag order, in addition to the ten already imposed on President Trump, 0.72

00:01:14.940 the irony of it all is that every one of those violations

00:01:18.180 for things Trump tweeted or said on camera that were true.

00:01:21.600 For example, Judge Merchant's daughter's company has brought in millions of dollars

00:01:26.540 off of campaigns of Marxist Dems and the fact that the government witnessed Michael Cohen

00:01:32.620 is a serial perjurer. That's a fact.

00:01:36.140 And Cohen went to jail for lying under oath.

00:01:39.180 It seems Judge Merchant can't quite figure out how to handle truth.

00:01:44.680 And puppet President Joe Biden, who doesn't deal in truth at all himself,

00:01:48.800 making his campaign rounds, not with the American people, of course,

00:01:53.180 but with celebrity elites who are trying to drag him over the finish line.

00:01:57.480 And by the way, that's going to be a very tough proposition.

00:02:00.840 Last week, Biden was at a fundraiser with Barack Obama at actor Michael Douglas' house,

00:02:06.860 and shortly thereafter, he phoned into the Howard Stern show of all things. 0.72

00:02:11.800 Stern, by the way, is one of the most perverse, disgusting people in broadcasting.

00:02:15.560 So it makes sense that Joe felt safe with him. 0.62

00:02:18.720 Stern asked Biden if he will debate Trump.

00:02:21.960 Biden said he can't wait and then went off into a rant about women sending him lewd pictures

00:02:27.520 when he was just a mere lowly senator.

00:02:30.220 I don't know if you're going to debate your opponent.

00:02:33.200 I am somewhere. I don't know when. I'm happy to debate him.

00:02:36.100 I got put in that 10 most eligible bachelor's list.

00:02:39.720 Because you were a United States senator. You were a catch. 0.94

00:02:41.800 And so, and a lot of lovely women, but women would send very salacious pictures. 1.00

00:02:49.460 And I just gave them to the Secret Service.

00:02:50.780 I thought somebody would think I was, and I just gave up.

00:02:55.180 Biden said he gave those pictures to the Secret Service.

00:02:58.180 Someone forgot to write on the note cards, though,

00:03:00.620 that the senators don't have Secret Service protection.

00:03:04.280 So that was sort of awkward, as usual.

00:03:07.020 Unfortunately, that wasn't actually Biden's most egregious moment.

00:03:10.440 Take a listen to Biden telling Stern how he was arrested during the Civil Rights Movement

00:03:16.300 for standing on a porch with a black family.

00:03:19.440 Put your hands over your heart as you listen. 0.78

00:03:22.220 And I looked at my mom. I said, honey, you haven't said anything.

00:03:24.720 She said, Joey, let me, I remember, true story.

00:03:27.500 I said, remember when they were desegregating Linfield, the neighborhood,

00:03:30.640 and there was, you know, 70 homes, build a suburbia.

00:03:36.240 And I told you, and there was a black family moving in,

00:03:38.900 and there was people who were down there protesting.

00:03:41.480 I told you not to go down there, and you went down.

00:03:43.720 Remember that? 0.97

00:03:44.900 And you came, you got arrested, be standing on the porch with a black family. 1.00

00:03:49.180 Right.

00:03:49.500 And they brought you back, the police.

00:03:51.020 And I said, yeah, mom, I remember that.

00:03:52.540 And yet, the mainstream media will not cover this man's mental impairment.

00:03:57.700 Biden also telling Stern he's aware that President Trump makes fun of his constant gaffes.

00:04:02.920 Biden again renewed his call that he would love to fight Trump.

00:04:07.980 But, like, for example, you know, I mean, Trump makes fun of me.

00:04:12.320 Right.

00:04:13.700 He's the kind of guy in the neighborhood who wish he could have gotten in the neighborhood

00:04:16.620 and meet head-to-head.

00:04:17.840 And that, folks, is a man that is certainly not well.

00:04:23.260 And with all of this going on, President Trump's attorney, John Sauer,

00:04:26.760 was in D.C. before the Supreme Court,

00:04:29.560 arguing for presidential immunity in the Jack Smith's prosecutions.

00:04:34.360 It seems the conservatives on the court, for the most part, agree that a president needs immunity.

00:04:40.560 Take a listen to Justice Brett Kavanaugh asked DOJ attorney Michael Dreeben,

00:04:45.800 why is it that Obama was never charged in drone strikes that killed innocent people?

00:04:52.120 The DOJ attorney says it doesn't apply because Obama didn't commit the killings himself.

00:04:57.920 Can you believe that?

00:04:59.780 How about President Obama's drone strikes?

00:05:02.580 So the Office of Legal Counsel looked at this very carefully and determined that,

00:05:07.960 number one, the federal murder statute does apply to the executive branch.

00:05:12.160 The president wasn't personally carrying out the strike, but the aiding and abetting laws are broad.

00:05:17.360 And it determined that a public authority exception that's built into statutes

00:05:22.660 and that applied particularly to the murder statute, because it talks about unlawful killing,

00:05:28.400 did not apply to the drone strike.

00:05:30.240 So this is actually the way that the system should function.

00:05:33.460 The Department of Justice takes criminal law very seriously.

00:05:36.240 It runs it through the analysis very carefully with established principles.

00:05:41.220 It documents them.

00:05:42.260 It explains them.

00:05:43.580 And then the president can go forward in accordance with it.

00:05:46.020 And there is no risk of prosecution for that course of activity.

00:05:49.520 Truly absurd.

00:05:50.760 Our guest today is former Defense Department official and close advisor to President Trump,

00:05:55.180 Cash Patel.

00:05:56.360 Cash, great of you to join us.

00:05:57.880 And what a month it's been.

00:05:59.140 Historic, certainly, from every angle,

00:06:01.020 whether it be that of the Supreme Court or the outright raw criminal persecution of President

00:06:07.020 Donald Trump.

00:06:08.100 Your thoughts on just this moment right now about President Trump and how he's doing.

00:06:14.220 I think it's a moment where the Constitution is colliding with the deep state.

00:06:19.740 And people are now seeing that the deep state is a reality.

00:06:23.740 And what you have been broadcasting for years, Lou, is not a conspiracy theory or wild tales,

00:06:29.240 but a sad reality in the leadership structure in government that is being overly politicized

00:06:34.360 to take out a guy in Donald Trump that the deep state in the swamp hate.

00:06:39.320 And what I think you see with the lead case here that's front and center now because of

00:06:42.980 the Supreme Court, I've always said, you know, the best way to defeat the corrupt actors

00:06:48.080 is to utilize their own verbiage and their own documents against them.

00:06:52.120 And I thought Justice Alito just did a one-line zinger that absolutely destroyed

00:06:57.620 the special counsel and Department of Justice position.

00:07:00.500 He flat out asked the special counsel's attorney,

00:07:03.480 hey, if President Trump had gotten his attorney general to say,

00:07:06.840 whatever I'm doing is lawful, would he have immunity?

00:07:10.040 And the special counsel and DOJ said, yes.

00:07:14.460 So Alito went on to say, so wait a second, you're telling me

00:07:17.360 that the commander in chief who employs the attorney general,

00:07:22.480 who could now go out and hire anybody to be an attorney general and say,

00:07:25.900 you're immune from everything.

00:07:27.180 Everything you do is lawful.

00:07:28.660 Therefore, you can never be prosecuted.

00:07:30.320 But the commander in chief doesn't have a right to presidential authorities,

00:07:33.560 even though he's the attorney general's boss.

00:07:36.860 I mean, the guy looked dumbfounded.

00:07:38.940 I know most Americans couldn't see him, but he was flatlined.

00:07:41.920 And that's it.

00:07:42.720 That's the case.

00:07:43.440 It is, one would think that if there were any,

00:07:48.560 and I agree with you entirely about that moment,

00:07:51.180 I think that the Department of Justice has had a very bad week.

00:07:58.200 And even the mad Marxist few on the court, the justices,

00:08:06.300 I mean, even they were expressing dismay at some of the exchanges,

00:08:14.740 and as well they should be, to look back and see the question about,

00:08:20.480 well, if you were going to assassinate someone and you did this and that,

00:08:25.260 these were not questions of intelligent people, frankly.

00:08:28.820 And that, unfortunately, for a number of the justices, several of them,

00:08:33.220 three to be exact, it was unfortunate.

00:08:36.300 Because we're looking now at a court that is,

00:08:41.400 certainly two of them are intellectually unqualified for the job they hold.

00:08:47.860 They do not understand law.

00:08:49.480 They have no apparent background in either history or knowledge of our heritage as a nation.

00:08:55.940 Or current events, for crying out loud.

00:08:58.800 All around us, there is the evidence of everything that the Trump attorneys are arguing.

00:09:06.300 You've got this going on in New York right now with Judge Merchant.

00:09:11.320 It's obvious political corruption.

00:09:13.720 The best legal minds in the country are saying so, except for the ones on the left.

00:09:18.680 And if they had very good minds, they wouldn't be on the left, right?

00:09:21.400 And then you go to the D.C. courts.

00:09:24.920 It's a morass of corruption and filthy ideological fervor that is appalling to the point that they are

00:09:33.960 throwing people in jail for years because they wanted to protest the election integrity on January 6th.

00:09:43.620 I mean, everywhere you look, go to Fannie Willis and her madness in Fulton County. 0.66

00:09:49.640 It just keeps going. 0.98

00:09:51.160 It's a rancid, corrupt political party.

00:09:54.800 The Democrat Party that is now led by Marxist Dems.

00:09:58.820 No, look, Lou, dare I disagree with you just a touch because my disagreement will actually show

00:10:06.200 that it might be worse than what you just laid out, which is sad. 0.89

00:10:09.800 I think these judges, I think some of these justices, while they are intellectually inept, 0.99

00:10:14.760 I think they're evil. 0.93

00:10:16.540 I think they see the law and know what the right constitutional decision is.

00:10:20.920 But their vitriol for Donald Trump and his supporters and their impetus to take him out

00:10:26.680 overrides any ability to base their decisions on constitutional law.

00:10:31.260 And I think the best example we have is the justices on the Supreme Court.

00:10:34.920 I think it was Sotomayor and company, you know, where basically it was put out during oral arguments.

00:10:40.560 Well, what about when Barack Obama drone struck Worsami, an American citizen who happened to be 0.83

00:10:44.860 a really bad guy, a terrorist, and he should have been killed?

00:10:48.380 Is he open to civil suits? 0.98

00:10:50.920 From the family for killing an American citizen overseas?

00:10:53.940 Is he open to criminal suit for killing an American overseas?

00:10:58.060 And the special counsel's office and the DOJ response was especially savory.

00:11:04.140 They said that the Office of Legal Counsel, the OLC, an office that works for the corrupt cops

00:11:10.600 in the building of the cops, said, oh, they gave Barack Obama an exception.

00:11:15.460 I didn't know the Department of Justice had an office that could congressionally exempt federal

00:11:20.400 statutes.

00:11:21.460 I had no idea that that had been created.

00:11:23.820 I didn't know the Supreme Court bent the knee.

00:11:26.420 The number one Article III court in the land said, oh, you in office at the DOJ can tell us

00:11:31.760 how the Constitution is applied.

00:11:34.300 That's the argument they put forth.

00:11:36.740 They, the DOJ.

00:11:38.180 Well, you know, it's really amazing because they make an exception sound like something that

00:11:43.560 the CIA does when they go seeking a finding from the chief executive.

00:11:48.940 I mean, we're watching a regime that is creating law. 0.94

00:11:55.960 It's destroying law, whether it's Title IX with a stroke of a pen by an unelected buffoon

00:12:00.600 who happens to be the Secretary of Education, takes away women's rights in sports and girls 0.97

00:12:08.640 in sports and athletics.

00:12:10.580 I mean, the madness of it all.

00:12:13.800 And yet the media, I'm going to go back to the media, filled with these just self-important

00:12:22.440 certifacts who, you know, lick the boots of everyone that has a Marxist dim tattoo on their

00:12:30.720 shoulder.

00:12:31.660 No, you're absolutely right.

00:12:33.580 And if I may, Lou, read a beauty of a headline from CNN yesterday after the Supreme Court

00:12:38.680 arguments to your point on how in the bag and corrupt the media is.

00:12:44.100 They might be bigger liars than the people that are corrupt in government.

00:12:47.460 And they said Supreme Court appears ready to reject Trump's claims of sweeping immunity.

00:12:52.020 Were they at that oral argument?

00:12:53.740 Did they hear anything the justices said?

00:12:56.460 Reject the claims of immunity?

00:12:58.140 I mean, literally, I believe that President Trump is constitutionally immune.

00:13:03.200 And here's the thing, the defense attorney, or excuse me, the attorneys for Donald Trump

00:13:07.720 were brilliant.

00:13:08.960 They didn't say we want full sweeping authority for a president for his private actions.

00:13:12.920 They just said we want the Nixon doctrine, which the Supreme Court adjudicated in the 70s,

00:13:18.300 that said all presidents have full authority and immunity for all civil actions that they take

00:13:24.460 from civil actions that they take from public office.

00:13:26.520 They said just apply that to criminal.

00:13:28.640 And then DOJ went on and tried to split the hair and say, well, Donald Trump wasn't actually

00:13:32.500 using that for public.

00:13:34.180 What was he being?

00:13:35.260 He was being a president that was challenging a presidential election.

00:13:39.200 If that's not an act of a president in office who disagrees with an election result, whether

00:13:44.200 you like it or not doesn't matter.

00:13:45.720 I wonder why a justice wouldn't ask, well, just when is the president on unofficial duty?

00:13:54.060 At what point do we not have the buttons, the briefcase there for nuclear launch?

00:14:05.280 I mean, at what point?

00:14:07.920 Now, in Biden, that kind of weakens that argument because this man is not on duty a lot.

00:14:14.420 But we're talking with Cash Patel.

00:14:16.340 We're coming right back.

00:14:17.300 Stay with us.

00:14:19.940 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.

00:14:23.360 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster,

00:14:29.100 war or another disease.

00:14:30.640 We have to be ready as we can be.

00:14:33.140 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:14:38.080 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90% of all our pharmaceuticals.

00:14:43.500 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be

00:14:48.900 prepared.

00:14:49.560 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis

00:14:54.780 hits.

00:14:55.220 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company

00:15:51.480 Be ready tomorrow.

00:15:55.100 We're back.

00:15:55.940 We're talking with Cash Patel about this historic week, about the continued persecution of President

00:16:01.320 Trump.

00:16:01.580 It makes me so mad.

00:16:02.300 I start spitting nails to think what this man has gone through, what this country is going 1.00

00:16:07.180 through because of these ignorant, disloyal, and contemptuous Marxist Dems who want to destroy 1.00

00:16:15.020 this country. 1.00

00:16:15.780 And that's all this is about.

00:16:17.020 Now, I want to go to a quick headline, Cash, coming out of the Daily Caller.

00:16:23.240 Biden DOJ says Trump is first president to face criminal prosecution because predecessors

00:16:28.340 committed no crimes.

00:16:30.220 Now, I thought that was one extraordinary defense.

00:16:33.040 Again, brought to you by the Biden regime, Merrick Garland DOJ.

00:16:39.360 These guys, they've got to be smarter than that.

00:16:43.560 Don't they have to be smarter than that?

00:16:45.920 They're smarter than that.

00:16:47.320 They just don't have facts to better their argument that are any better than that.

00:16:51.480 And they know it.

00:16:52.480 They're arguing basically, oh, you have to prosecute.

00:16:56.180 And this was raised by the D.C.

00:16:57.560 Court of Appeals.

00:16:58.600 And one of the justices, I think it was Justice Roberts, actually pointed it out yesterday.

00:17:02.220 They said they said the prosecution per the D.C.

00:17:05.200 Circuit Court of Appeals of President Donald Trump is appropriate because he's being prosecuted.

00:17:10.560 Literally, that was the justification at the D.C.

00:17:14.200 Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

00:17:15.880 And the Supreme Court called him out on that and said, that's a tautology.

00:17:19.720 That doesn't make any sense.

00:17:21.280 And that, to your point of what the headline you just read saying, is essentially the same

00:17:26.040 thing.

00:17:26.360 Oh, well, we didn't have to deal with it before because nobody else committed a crime.

00:17:31.480 It should only happen now.

00:17:33.240 And thus, Donald Trump is being prosecuted.

00:17:35.140 So please let us prosecute him.

00:17:36.660 That's not legal constitutional law.

00:17:39.300 That's hyperbolic rhetoric.

00:17:41.520 That's cheap political slappings of the day to achieve a political end state. 0.99

00:17:46.680 And I think these headlines that the mainstream media, of course, is going to garble until the

00:17:52.000 Supreme Court justices issued their decision, which is going to be predominantly in favor of

00:17:56.960 President Trump for his presidential immunity because every president must have it.

00:18:02.320 Otherwise, every president, literally every president from now until the end of time will

00:18:07.360 be charged with a crime from their political opponent.

00:18:09.560 And how about we go backwards?

00:18:10.700 Are we going to charge Obama?

00:18:11.840 Are we going to charge Bush with Iraq?

00:18:13.400 Are we going to charge Clinton?

00:18:15.520 I mean, the list goes on.

00:18:17.280 This is what the presidential immunity privilege is for.

00:18:19.960 And the constitutional jurors on the Supreme Court know it.

00:18:23.400 Well, let's go back to your federal prosecutor days and deal with this issue.

00:18:30.480 We are looking at a, to me, a seminal moment in time.

00:18:36.120 Either the Supreme Court now intervenes in this political persecution by one political party

00:18:43.720 against the other and its standard bearer, or we lose the constitutional republic.

00:18:50.360 This is not something, as I've seen a number of legal analysts saying, you know, we can remand

00:18:55.480 this back and we can issue this and that'll get a delay.

00:18:58.860 That's all poppycock.

00:19:00.940 That's pure blather.

00:19:02.900 They know neither law nor politics or common sense.

00:19:06.500 Your sense of where this is, where we're headed here and what the inclination in your judgment

00:19:13.780 will be of these justices, or at least the majority of them.

00:19:18.180 Look, I agree with you.

00:19:19.300 This is probably the most consequential decision in U.S. history that the Supreme Court has to

00:19:24.080 make.

00:19:24.360 And it's been foisted upon them by political animals in D.C.

00:19:29.320 who have abused the court system, federally and state court system, for political gain.

00:19:35.260 There is only one stop, one place where Donald Trump can get justice and America can get

00:19:42.840 constitutional law restored.

00:19:45.020 And that's this decision at the Supreme Court.

00:19:47.380 And it's highlighted again, we go to the people, the government gangsters and the corrupt animals

00:19:53.040 that are bringing these charges against Donald Trump.

00:19:55.460 And let's go to their arguments before the Supreme Court.

00:19:58.580 They're these DOJ lawyers, these career prosecutors, supposedly the most brilliant minds in America,

00:20:05.920 have gone to the United States Supreme Court and said, you have to decide this case quickly

00:20:11.340 because there's an election coming up.

00:20:14.400 That has never been the ethos of my Department of Justice where I work.

00:20:19.600 That is actually not permitted by the law.

00:20:22.880 There is no dictation, no mandate that we go to a federal judge and say, judge, I need

00:20:27.680 this case decided by X because I got to vote.

00:20:30.880 That is literally the argument that the brightest legal minds of Biden's DOJ have put forth.

00:20:38.300 And they've shown their true colors.

00:20:39.640 They're shown their true intent.

00:20:41.140 They only care just like the media. 0.97

00:20:43.580 The media doesn't care about the actual constitutional law.

00:20:46.140 Everyone's short sighted.

00:20:47.360 They just want a decision so that Donald Trump has tried this summer.

00:20:50.400 They don't care about the legal ramifications for the future because they will rig the system

00:20:56.480 if they are able to rig it here against Donald Trump.

00:21:01.200 And so for me as a former federal prosecutor, the fact that the legal argument they're putting

00:21:05.380 forward is expediency and time during a presidential election is outrageous and should shock the

00:21:11.580 conscience of the Supreme Court and they should throttle Jack Smith and DOJ.

00:21:15.880 And there is also an irony in all of this in that Jack Smith has come to the court for the

00:21:25.340 court to say, oh, please, we cannot proceed with the with the legal test of all these ideas.

00:21:32.300 We've got to have your judgment now as a as a precedent to the actual finding of fact and

00:21:39.620 application of law in the district court.

00:21:42.020 I mean, this is madness on its face.

00:21:44.520 I it's amazing to me.

00:21:47.420 I think Jack Smith right now is probably thinking about that old saw.

00:21:51.460 Be careful what you ask for, because now he has it.

00:21:55.200 And the court, as much as they want to be reticent and reserved and retiring even, you know,

00:22:03.160 for those 70 to 120, say, cases a year they do.

00:22:07.380 This one has taken the this is this owns the court right now.

00:22:12.300 The court will be nothing after it if they decide improperly against the Constitution and

00:22:18.000 the law.

00:22:18.640 And if they do not intervene in this, they will be cowards for evermore.

00:22:26.120 They will have destroyed they will have destroyed the country.

00:22:28.920 Look, the jury, even the radical left wing jurist on there, Ketanji Brown, Jackson and Sotomayor

00:22:34.580 and Kagan, they know they know what the right decision is.

00:22:39.400 They know what the constitutional decision is, but they also know what the politically

00:22:44.260 expedient decision is for them in their base.

00:22:46.820 And they are going to go with the latter rather than the former.

00:22:49.460 They're going to violate their oath to the Constitution and come out. 0.89

00:22:52.680 And the justices, as if Jack Smith's behavior wasn't shocking enough about talking about

00:22:58.440 going to court fast for presidential election purposes, those justices actually ask questions

00:23:04.420 to Trump's defense counsels about why shouldn't this case be tried before the election?

00:23:10.080 Who cares?

00:23:11.260 That's not the constitutional question before you.

00:23:14.460 Did you mention the word tautology?

00:23:17.260 Yeah.

00:23:17.540 Think about that one.

00:23:18.480 I think you really should.

00:23:22.060 We're going to decide this case on immunity by, well, first of all, we'll get rid of the

00:23:26.680 immunity.

00:23:27.240 You try it down there in that court.

00:23:28.820 Come back.

00:23:29.400 We'll see what it looks like.

00:23:30.820 I mean, this is a mad piece of street bargaining on the part of the court, or at least some of

00:23:36.820 the justices.

00:23:37.460 We're talking with Cash Patel, and we're getting the true and straight dope on what is happening

00:23:45.500 in the nation's capital.

00:23:46.720 Not always pretty.

00:23:48.600 Well, seldom pretty.

00:23:50.020 We'll be right back.

00:23:51.160 Stay with us.

00:23:53.720 Lou Dobbs here.

00:23:54.700 I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs Tonight has returned to the

00:23:59.880 air.

00:24:01.180 That's right.

00:24:02.020 Lou Dobbs Tonight is back.

00:24:04.520 We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m.

00:24:08.020 Eastern and 6 p.m.

00:24:09.780 Central on Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.

00:24:13.720 That's Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.

00:24:17.100 I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs Tonight as our fight to save this country has

00:24:22.940 only begun.

00:24:24.240 We're back with Cash Patel.

00:24:31.560 And Cash, thanks so much for being with us.

00:24:33.540 I just want to turn to, let's get out of D.C. for a minute and go to Judge Cannon.

00:24:39.880 Unsealing documents, you know, with alleging Jack Smith's lead prosecutor threat and Trump

00:24:47.400 valet attorney, you know, kind of said, well, if you want to be in the game, you're going

00:24:52.280 to have to go along with the game.

00:24:54.520 I mean, this is ugly stuff.

00:24:59.020 How important is it?

00:25:01.580 How will it play?

00:25:03.860 Monumentally so, Lou, and I'm glad we're talking about this.

00:25:06.680 Judge Cannon had the federal gumption necessary to call out Jack Smith and his lunatic DOJ

00:25:13.060 co-counsels by saying, why are you hiding this information from the defendant?

00:25:17.680 In this case, Donald Trump.

00:25:18.720 Why have you chosen a typical D.C. corruption cover-up scheme, redactions, and not provided

00:25:25.280 this defendant with his due process constitutional rights?

00:25:27.980 The Trump attorneys had to file a motion to get this unredacted.

00:25:31.300 Now, let's talk about what the judge had the temerity to unredact.

00:25:34.880 The entire time, the Biden administration of justice from the White House hung down has

00:25:39.780 said, we have nothing to do with the Trump prosecution.

00:25:42.920 It's being handled entirely separately by the DOJ special counsel.

00:25:46.240 We have no relationship with them whatsoever.

00:25:51.340 This document singularly shreds that statement.

00:25:56.720 And it's a document from the DOJ because it says, when the NARA reps, the NARA chief of

00:26:03.700 staff, librarians, whatever you want to call them, when they were in discussions with me,

00:26:08.140 me, President Trump's representative, to obtain the documents after he left the White House,

00:26:13.000 as his, President Trump's NARA representative, NARA refused to give me those documents and

00:26:19.020 access to those documents.

00:26:20.620 And now we know why.

00:26:22.100 They lied to me.

00:26:22.900 They gave me the runaround.

00:26:23.740 Oh, you don't have the clearance.

00:26:25.000 OK, I have the highest security clearance in the land, but let's put that aside.

00:26:27.700 What other excuse do you have?

00:26:29.420 And they gave you the typical government email response.

00:26:31.980 We're working on it.

00:26:32.800 But now we know what happened.

00:26:33.920 They, the chief counsel there, Gary Stern, immediately picked up the phone and called

00:26:38.780 DOJ, the White House counsel's office, and said, what do you want us to do here?

00:26:43.260 And the White House counsel's office and the head shed at DOJ said, essentially, don't work

00:26:49.140 with them.

00:26:49.820 Don't provide them anything.

00:26:51.040 Let us intervene.

00:26:52.120 Don't believe me, Lou.

00:26:53.220 Read the documentation and the emails that have now been exposed by Judge Cannon's brave

00:26:58.320 order.

00:26:58.600 All of this shows a direct quarterback engineering and architecting of the Donald Trump unconstitutional

00:27:04.600 prosecution by the Biden administration, by Joe Biden, by his White House, by his DOJ.

00:27:10.280 And furthermore, it shows to me the unconstitutional prevention of the disclosure of class, excuse

00:27:16.520 me, the disclosure of declassified information that President Trump put forth at the end of

00:27:22.120 his term.

00:27:22.700 And now you got to ask yourself, Lou, what else have they redacted and what else have they

00:27:27.040 not shown us?

00:27:27.840 They, the DOJ.

00:27:29.880 They, the DOJ, under Merrick Garland, more corrupt than any Justice Department in the history

00:27:37.680 of this country.

00:27:38.600 The FBI, a lawless and reckless and highly partisan organization now.

00:27:47.500 Christopher Wray talking about, well, we just don't want to have any sort of surveillance

00:27:52.940 of those anti-Semitic, anti-America, anti-Israel protests on college campuses.

00:28:01.440 Why not?

00:28:02.580 Why would he not?

00:28:04.200 Because they're calling for genocide.

00:28:07.460 They are disrupting and destabilizing the entire university system of this country.

00:28:15.280 And what campuses of this, these riots aren't on, they will soon be visited upon them if

00:28:22.480 the Marxist left have their way.

00:28:24.920 So I look at this as a moment in history where the choices keep getting narrower and narrower

00:28:31.560 for the John Roberts court.

00:28:34.060 John Roberts has not been a man of great fortitude.

00:28:36.840 He has not been historic in any way in his adherence to the principles that he has sworn to uphold,

00:28:46.440 and that is the tenets of the U.S. Constitution.

00:28:49.700 To me, frankly, and I admit being a partisan in all of this, I am pro-Trump through and through.

00:28:57.240 The fact of the matter is, it seems to me that the Supreme Court right now has sufficient evidence

00:29:03.840 in the streets of everywhere from Boston to New York to Cornell to USC, Texas.

00:29:14.620 My gosh, they have enough evidence in the streets of how destabilized this country is. 0.54

00:29:21.960 And it's because of an anti-Semitic, anti-America, anti-Israel administration that's trying to kill 0.98

00:29:28.860 one man, Donald Trump. 1.00

00:29:30.720 And by the way, I mean kill. 0.97

00:29:32.140 They want to take away his Secret Service protection. 0.77

00:29:34.860 They don't want to just imprison him for 700 years. 0.98

00:29:37.420 They mean to kill him.

00:29:38.680 Now, that's quite an obvious conclusion from everything we're witnessing.

00:29:43.980 And the justices have to be able to see that.

00:29:47.320 And surely they do.

00:29:49.200 I think most of them do.

00:29:50.240 I think the evidence you outlined is clear cut.

00:29:52.820 It's not arbitrary.

00:29:53.940 It's not up for debate.

00:29:55.680 And, you know, listen, Chris Wray at the FBI is only going to investigate domestic terrorists

00:30:00.720 that are MAGA supporters.

00:30:01.880 He's basically told us that.

00:30:03.660 He's also going to use FISA and break the law and illegally surveil you if you are a Trump

00:30:10.520 MAGA supporter.

00:30:11.260 He did that 274,000 times last year alone.

00:30:14.440 That's the Chris Wray running this FBI.

00:30:16.340 Any other top cop in America would say that these riots, as you have pointed out, these

00:30:21.720 violent riots across the country, across campuses, across this nation that are pro-terrorism

00:30:26.940 are interconnected and funded by the likes of George Soros and company.

00:30:31.840 That is a federal level investigation that the FBI should be architecting right now.

00:30:37.420 They should be all over that.

00:30:38.860 But because it destroys the political narrative of the value of an America First movement,

00:30:44.800 they won't do it.

00:30:45.920 It is the opposite of putting MAGA on trial baselessly.

00:30:49.800 We need to investigate these folks and follow the money and ask them, why are you supporting

00:30:55.340 terrorism over America and our number one ally in Israel? 0.53

00:30:58.280 And why are these universities who are publicly funded allowed to host these types of events?

00:31:05.060 And at the core, the FBI needs to find out, because I believe it's fraudulent criminal activity

00:31:09.700 to fund this type of behavior that leads to violence.

00:31:12.580 Who's at the back end of this?

00:31:14.280 Is it Soros?

00:31:15.160 Is it his buddies?

00:31:16.400 Somebody's paying these guys for this, just like they paid the hundreds of thousands of

00:31:20.500 migrants to cross the southern border illegally.

00:31:22.860 If we had a credible FBI, that's what they'd look at.

00:31:25.760 But we don't.

00:31:26.420 We have Chris Wray, a government gangster of the first order, who continues to break the

00:31:30.180 law and illegally surveil Trump supporters and, quote unquote, domestic terrorists.

00:31:35.300 Cash, I wonder if there are undercover FBI agents in these demonstrations.

00:31:40.780 I wonder if they've sent anyone in to be informants or to incite.

00:31:47.280 Maybe that's what's behind all of this.

00:31:50.000 And maybe that's why Chris Wray demurs.

00:31:52.880 And this becomes simply a sentinel who tells us, oh, by the way, there's a cyber attack

00:31:57.820 under a wave from mainland China against the U.S. government.

00:32:01.620 We don't know what to do, but wanted to let you know.

00:32:04.440 We will continue to observe the goings on.

00:32:08.080 I mean, the man is it's preposterous. 0.94

00:32:10.540 The whole of the FBI is corrupt and indolent, it seems to me.

00:32:15.840 But anyway, it's as we conclude, if we may, your thoughts about where the Supreme Court

00:32:24.940 comes down.

00:32:25.740 I'm putting you in the business.

00:32:29.200 But who better to do it?

00:32:31.820 Look, I think the Supreme Court needs to come down on the side of the Constitution.

00:32:36.500 That's it.

00:32:37.480 And if they choose to follow that path, there is only one ruling that President Trump and

00:32:42.840 every president before him and every president after him has full presidential immunity for

00:32:48.300 all public acts conducted while they were president of the United States of America.

00:32:52.560 It's that simple.

00:32:53.500 What that does to any current future or prosecution from yesteryear is irrelevant to the constitutional

00:33:02.600 analysis put before the Supreme Court.

00:33:04.900 And that's another thing this DOJ and Jack Smith and their corrupt thugs with Merrick Garland

00:33:08.300 are going at.

00:33:09.220 Oh, you're if you if you don't decide for us, this is going to happen.

00:33:13.960 That's not the analysis.

00:33:15.900 What is the law?

00:33:17.180 What are the facts?

00:33:18.280 What is the historical precedent?

00:33:19.700 And the decision must be that Donald Trump has the immunity he seeks because every president

00:33:26.000 has the immunity he seeks.

00:33:27.900 And the decision cannot be, well, if we don't decide under the Constitution, we decide for

00:33:33.200 political expediency, at least we'll have an election and a conviction of Donald Trump

00:33:37.580 likely before the next November cycle.

00:33:39.920 That cannot be the ethos.

00:33:41.560 And I guard against it.

00:33:43.040 And I'm going to go out there and make sure people are educated as to what the Constitution

00:33:46.980 demands.

00:33:47.500 And it's so great to be on your show with you to discuss this critical issue of our

00:33:52.120 time, literally.

00:33:53.600 Absolutely.

00:33:54.760 As usual, we conclude in agreement.
