The Great America Show - The Great America Saturday Show： November 15, 2025

00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this

00:00:06.220 beautiful monday in america an especially great day in america though it's a little chilly across

00:00:11.560 america right now weather wise at least here in the northeast and i spoke to some friends down

00:00:15.900 in florida i heard it's a little chilly down there as well things in america are actually

00:00:20.220 starting to heat up and it's uh it's all thanks to the republican leadership that is held strong

00:00:25.940 through this government shutdown and it wasn't to hurt the american people wasn't to harm

00:00:31.180 our government employees it was to make a statement that we're done paying for illegals and we're going 1.00

00:00:36.740 to get to all of that today but i want to bring you the good news it seems tonight as we sit here

00:00:41.220 for this episode of the great america show we begin the beginning of the end for one charles

00:00:47.360 schumer's political career the democrat base tonight is in an unhinged uproar after a handful

00:00:53.600 of senate democrats got a face-saving deal to reopen the government late last night

00:00:58.620 the senate broke the chuck schumer-led filibuster last night after eight senate democrats caved

00:01:04.340 that's right the democrats caved to join uh in with the republicans to finally end this

00:01:10.800 this shutdown once and for all at least for right now the motion to evoke closure on the house past

00:01:16.180 continuing resolution was passed on the 15th attempt by a vote of 60-40 that was after john

00:01:21.840 corden tonight decided to show up for work he was seemingly missing for a little bit but they

00:01:26.480 finally found him at the airport somehow republicans plan to amend the bill and attach three full year

00:01:34.660 long appropriations bill seven democrats and one independent angus king who caucuses with the

00:01:40.480 democrats join the republicans and pass this resolution ran paul of course as expected the

00:01:46.540 thomas massey of the senate uh was the only republican no vote the democrats who caved angus

00:01:53.480 king as i said of maine who caucuses with the democrats but it's an independent sort of like

00:01:57.920 bernie sanders john fenderman of pennsylvania who i think has been a decent human being throughout this

00:02:03.340 whole entire process going on news outlets and calling out the marxist dams for what they've done

00:02:07.900 to this country catherine cortez mastro of nevada jean shaheen of new hampshire maggie hassan of new

00:02:13.860 hampshire jackie rosen of nevada tim kane of virginia dick durbin of illinois the house will

00:02:20.780 now return to session on wednesday to vote on the senate past funding packages they could have

00:02:25.840 theoretically voted today but the democrats want to eat up all of their time so how it works is they

00:02:31.520 pass it and then they go to discussion and they get a crap ton of time to discuss this thing and then

00:02:37.320 it moves on so theoretically if the democrats wanted to stop playing games they could have

00:02:42.320 ended discussion and opened the government today but they don't care they want to make everyone sweat

00:02:47.220 as long as possible but it's a it's a done deal so they're only just hurting the american people

00:02:53.280 the childish elitist folks on twitter on blue sky if you don't know blue sky is it's the safe haven

00:02:59.300 for the marxist dems uh who left twitter they are absolutely going berserk and i want to go through

00:03:05.660 some of the the posts uh as the gateway pundit highlights it so brilliantly these people are in

00:03:12.160 a total total meltdown folks going insane on chuck schumer and this is the new democratic party folks

00:03:20.580 this is uh the new wing of the marxist party those of you joining us on video you'll be able to uh

00:03:27.020 to see here and we won't read out the profanity for you but here here are some of the posts quote

00:03:33.040 learn these mother effers names they just betrayed every single member of the democratic coalition 0.75

00:03:38.460 and let republicans rip health care away from 11 million people and then he goes on to list

00:03:44.900 durbin hassan king cortez mastro kane shaheen fetterman and rosen he left out the um ripping

00:03:52.560 health care from the illegals this is a message of failed feckless and a leaderless party we need 1.00

00:04:00.560 a party with a backbone and the only path through it is through a clean cleansing primary season

00:04:06.480 if your dem is up for re-election and you aren't damn sure they're fighting the facets with everything 0.97

00:04:12.940 primary the bastard that's what the good folks on blue sky say 0.99

00:04:19.700 the democrat party stabbed america in the back less than a week after america's voter gave the 0.99

00:04:25.860 party a quote fight back mandate hmm what else do we got here another fellow on blue sky expel the

00:04:35.240 yes votes from the party and cut off all their access to fundraising then remove schumer from

00:04:40.780 leadership anything less is immediately mouthed coward bs oh boy these people how they turn 0.85

00:04:49.440 another one a profanity most of them are related to profanity dear schumer go f yourself uh some of 0.99

00:04:55.500 them uh spineless effing cowards i hope your constituents don't forget when you're up for 0.91

00:05:01.120 re-election i'm so glad the democrats finally get to see what it's like to have uh some in their 0.93

00:05:06.680 party turn we deal with susan collins we deal with lisa murkowski uh mitt romney ran paul so we

00:05:14.660 i mean we deal as republicans we deal with this on a daily basis uh these unhinged people senate

00:05:22.300 democrats with no skin in the game voted against america's sick and vulnerable forgets to leave he

00:05:27.360 leaves out the illegals too they are retiring aren't returning until 2028 or in federman's case has

00:05:32.960 nothing but contempt for the democrat voters all facilitated by chuck schumer don't be fooled

00:05:38.060 it's 65 to 35 minimum in the senate against us welcome to the party marxist dems it's nice that

00:05:47.020 you finally get to deal with what we deal with as a republican party each and every single day with

00:05:53.360 abandonment except this was a little bit different this is the the american people who are being held

00:05:59.100 hostage if you're holding a a politician or metaphorically of course um hostage it's a lot

00:06:05.480 different the democrats have been holding the american people hostage so bernie sanders and we're

00:06:13.580 going to get to all this today folks but bernie sanders and this mandate they talk about that was

00:06:18.020 a week from tomorrow last week i should say um tomorrow march a week since the the marxist takeover

00:06:25.660 of new york city but i tell this to everybody i speak to folks this is the new democratic party

00:06:32.560 zorhan mamdani is the new democratic party chuck schumer's got himself in the middle here and he's

00:06:38.360 going to lose he's going to be primary and he's going to lose it's the changing of the guard it's

00:06:44.020 the same reason we're seeing these people start to retire you think nancy pelosi is going to retire and 0.99

00:06:48.600 give away all her stock advice for nothing no they don't want to be attached to this new wing of

00:06:55.480 the marxist dem party bonnie watson coleman in new jersey announcing today that she won't be seeking 0.82

00:07:00.340 re-election dick durbin who voted yesterday won't be seeking re-election i think this is the start of

00:07:07.400 the purge folks of the democratic party and for the democrats who are joining us on this show and i

00:07:15.020 can't imagine this many of them when you go to the ballot box and you go to vote for democrats now

00:07:19.680 you're not voting for the john f kennedy democrat wing of the party you're not even voting for the

00:07:26.280 bill clinton uh democrat wing of the party or the may i say jimmy carter democrat wing of the party

00:07:32.360 hell i'd even say you're not even voting for the barack hussein obama wing of the democratic party

00:07:41.420 that's how bad it's gotten

00:07:44.280 these democrats are starting to make guys like barack hussein

00:07:49.040 and bill clinton look like republicans

00:07:51.980 imagine that i never thought we'd sit here and see this day of this happening i never thought i'd say

00:07:57.700 something like that

00:07:58.580 it wasn't even premeditated it's just off the cuff

00:08:02.200 this is the new democratic party folks

00:08:06.160 so if you're a democrat listening to the show watching the show hating on the show

00:08:11.100 wishing me dead think about it the next time you folks go to vote

00:08:16.260 think about the leadership that you want is this what you want

00:08:21.760 health care for illegals

00:08:25.900 illegal storm in the country

00:08:28.640 city-run state-run grocery stores

00:08:32.000 um universal medicare

00:08:37.380 i mean is that what you want

00:08:39.980 think about that next time

00:08:42.940 you go to vote

00:08:45.140 because that's what these people want

00:08:47.960 and bernie sanders has been very vocal about this folks

00:08:51.200 had this to say after the vote

00:08:53.420 eight democrats voted with the republicans to allow them to go forward

00:08:57.620 on this uh continuing resolution and to my mind

00:09:01.720 this was a very very bad vote

00:09:07.100 uh what it does first of all is it raises health care premiums for over 20 million americans by doubling

00:09:16.100 and in some cases tripling or quadrupling people can't afford that when we are already paying the highest prices in the world for health care

00:09:23.600 number two it paves the way for 15 million people to be thrown off of medicating

00:09:28.980 the affordable care act studies show that will mean that some 50 000 americans will die every

00:09:34.360 year unnecessarily and all of that was done

00:09:39.740 to give a trillion dollars in tax breaks to the one percent as everybody knows just on tuesday we had an election all over this country and what the election showed is that the american people want us to stand up to trumpism to his war against working-class people to his authoritarianism that is what the american people wanted but tonight that is not what happened

00:09:50.740 so we've got to go forward to the best that we can to try to protect working-class people to make sure that the united states

00:09:56.120 to make sure that the united states not only does not throw people off of health care but ends the absurdity of being the only major country on earth that doesn't guarantee health care to all the people that are trying to protect working-class people

00:10:07.120 To try to protect working class people, to make sure that the United States not only does not throw people off of health care, but ends the absurdity of being the only major country on earth that doesn't guarantee health care to all people.

00:10:21.420 We have a lot of work to do. But to be honest with you, tonight was not a good night. Thank you.

00:10:28.860 Do you realize everything he said in that was a lie?

00:10:31.980 The millions of people being thrown off of health care, health care premiums.

00:10:40.840 That was all made possible because of Obamacare. 0.99

00:10:44.540 The man is just an absolute blatant liar. 1.00

00:10:49.300 I mean, it's so sick and nobody calls him out on it. 1.00

00:10:53.040 Nobody calls him out on his bullshit. 1.00

00:10:55.180 Every word out of his mouth in that video was a lie. 1.00

00:10:58.900 But nobody calls him out.

00:11:00.660 We're taking a quick break here, folks.

00:11:08.800 We're coming right back, folks.

00:11:09.800 There's so much more to get to.

00:11:10.900 President Trump issuing a demand to the air traffic controllers.

00:11:15.060 Stimulus checks are going out, apparently.

00:11:17.980 Supreme Court, some big cases there this week.

00:11:19.940 We're taking it all up on The Great America Show, folks.

00:11:21.640 Please stay with us.

00:11:22.600 We're coming right back.

00:11:23.480 Happy Monday.

00:11:24.080 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us.

00:11:31.620 And once again, happy Monday.

00:11:43.220 So, as I said, folks, the Marxist purge is continuing.

00:11:48.420 Another Democrat representing announcing their retirement after Pelosi calling it quits.

00:11:53.200 Marxist Dem, Bonnie Watson Coleman, announced this afternoon she wouldn't be running for re-election in 2026.

00:11:59.520 She was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2015.

00:12:02.740 The 80-year-old Democrat served over 50 years in public service in New Jersey.

00:12:06.860 Obviously, Watson Coleman was one of the New Jersey Democrats who stormed the detention center earlier this year to protest ICE.

00:12:15.160 So, now she's going to be heading off into the sunset to let another Marxist take over to continue to destroy the Marxist Democrat Party. 1.00

00:12:23.740 So, folks, some of the people, one of the, some of the eight people who voted in favor of keeping this government, ending this government shutdown or reopening, the government was Dick Turbin, who will not be seeking re-election, had this to say for his Marxist Dem counterparts.

00:12:41.960 After lengthy negotiations, an agreement was reached with the Republican Senate leader, John Thunen.

00:12:47.900 We will agree to open the government until January 30th, 2026.

00:12:54.740 During that time, we will pass three bipartisan appropriation bills that will fully fund SNAP, WIC, and all the veterans programs and finish our work on the remaining spending bills for this fiscal year.

00:13:09.060 The agreement would also reverse the Trump administration's mass firing during the shutdown and prevent future ones through January 30th.

00:13:18.880 We credit Senator Kaine of Virginia for this provision.

00:13:23.600 Leader Thun has also promised the Democrats an opportunity before mid-December to present a Democratic bill on the floor with proposals to change the law and protect American families from dramatic health care premium increases.

00:13:38.040 It is my fervent hope that this ends up being a bipartisan effort.

00:13:43.020 It would be such an achievement of the Senate to finally return to that status.

00:13:48.540 I've served in the Senate for 29 years, and I've never seen that kind of offer from a Senate majority.

00:13:56.340 During the historic roll call last night, I walked across the aisle and met with Senator John Thun, the Republican leader.

00:14:04.180 I told him that I was counting on him to keep his word on this agreement.

00:14:10.240 He assured me he would.

00:14:13.000 The fate of this effort depends on both the Senate and the House of Representatives.

00:14:18.260 After a seven-week absence, the Speaker Johnson needs to call his members back and join us in the hard work that lies ahead.

00:14:25.920 Many of my friends are unhappy.

00:14:29.220 They think we should have kept our government closed indefinitely to protest the policies of the Trump administration.

00:14:35.940 I share their opinions of this administration, but cannot accept a strategy which wages political battle at the expense of my neighbor's paycheck or the food for his children.

00:14:47.160 Mr. President, I yield the floor.

00:14:48.640 So, Durbin pretty much admitting that it was, I mean, it was all just political the whole time, which we knew, but now they're admitting it out loud.

00:14:59.480 It's just weird that they come to this conclusion now.

00:15:02.560 The interesting part about this whole thing will be some of those eight, like I said, Durbin not running for re-election, but some of those eight who may vote with the Republicans more.

00:15:13.700 Because clearly the Dems are going to, I mean, the Marxist wing of the party are absolutely going to alienate Durbin, alienate, you know, the seven other ones, August King,

00:15:27.920 Cortez Mastro and the rest of them for voting with the Republicans.

00:15:33.920 So, I guess why not?

00:15:36.440 Now, Bernie Sanders, we use him here as a staple all the time because he's the one who really started this entire thing, you know, with his backing of AOC, going on a hate-filled tirade last night.

00:15:50.360 He always talks about health care, but I don't think the man knows what the hell he's talking about.

00:15:55.420 This was just moments after they voted last night.

00:15:58.100 I think it is important that the American people fully understand what is being voted on today.

00:16:06.440 Everybody in America knows that our current health care system is broken, it is dysfunctional, it is cruel, it is by far the most expensive health care system in the world,

00:16:18.880 and the only health care system of any major country that does not guarantee health care to all people as a human right, covering every man, woman, and child.

00:16:29.520 We are unique in that respect.

00:16:32.620 And yet, tonight, what this Senate is about to do is make a horrific situation even worse.

00:16:42.020 So, let's be clear what this vote is about.

00:16:45.520 If this vote succeeds, over 20 million Americans are going to see at least a doubling in their premiums in the Affordable Care Act.

00:16:58.880 In my state of mind, throughout this country, for certain groups of people, it will be a tripling and a quadrupling of their premiums.

00:17:08.900 There are people who will now be paying 50% of their limited incomes for health care.

00:17:15.860 Does anybody in the world think that makes sense?

00:17:18.780 And if this resolution is passed tonight, we are on a pathway to throw 15 million Americans off of Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act.

00:17:31.940 15 million.

00:17:33.380 Our job is to create universal health care.

00:17:37.160 Guarantee health care to every man, woman, and child.

00:17:39.840 Not throw 15 million people off the health care that have low-income and working-class people.

00:17:46.240 And, my friends, know what you are voting on.

00:17:49.420 Studies are out there that when you throw 15 million people off of health care, some 50,000 of our fellow Americans will die unnecessarily every single year.

00:18:03.060 Anyone think that's funny?

00:18:05.300 Something to laugh at?

00:18:06.800 Something to just go past?

00:18:09.360 I don't.

00:18:10.300 50,000 Americans die unnecessarily.

00:18:12.520 Now, I know as part of this resolution that the majority leader is going to say, well, Democrats can create, put together their own bill, and it will come to the floor here in the Senate for a vote.

00:18:25.160 As everybody here knows, that is a totally meaningless gesture.

00:18:30.000 You can get 100 votes here in the Senate.

00:18:32.340 Won't mean anything because the House is not going to take it up.

00:18:35.920 And the President of the United States certainly will not sign it.

00:18:43.000 So, Mr. President, I hope. 0.99

00:18:46.380 The same bullshit talking points. 1.00

00:18:49.340 The same BS numbers. 1.00

00:18:52.140 I mean, everything out of the man's mouth is a total lie.

00:18:55.240 But this is the direction that they want to go in.

00:18:58.960 Now, let's take a listen to one of these Democrats who voted in favor, Angus King, from Maine, who's an independent caucusing with the Democrats.

00:19:07.720 And he, I mean, he goes on camera.

00:19:10.940 On MSDNC Morning Joe.

00:19:13.180 And admits that keeping the government closed was a Democrat strategy that hurt people.

00:19:17.180 And he also responds to Bernie Sanders calling on him and the seven other Democrats who voted with Republicans, traitors.

00:19:25.680 He wants to know what the strategy was.

00:19:28.640 Keep the government closed.

00:19:29.840 Keep it closed indefinitely.

00:19:30.920 Keep it closed through Christmas.

00:19:33.240 Maybe August King woke up to the fact about what happens to some of these people that you're not paying, including the air traffic controllers.

00:19:42.180 Take a listen.

00:19:42.680 I don't want to land at an airport in the United States with a with a sleepy air traffic controller because they're working double shifts.

00:19:52.640 So the any good general, if the strategy isn't working, you change tactics and particularly you change tactics if your own troops are at risk.

00:20:05.540 And that's really what's happening here.

00:20:07.240 There was collateral damage to the American people.

00:20:10.080 At the same time, the goal wasn't being achieved.

00:20:14.320 So we're going to change we're going to change the narrative.

00:20:18.920 And now we have a guaranteed vote within the next month on the ACA tax credits drafted by the Democrats that the majority leader has agreed to bring to the floor.

00:20:28.220 That's a big deal.

00:20:29.440 And it gives us a chance to put the Republicans to the test.

00:20:33.220 Are you going to work with us on this issue or not?

00:20:36.040 In the midst of the shutdown, they just weren't talking.

00:20:38.600 Yeah. So Bernie Sanders and other progressive leaders have said that that you and other moderates that have voted to reopen the government are going to cause great damage to the Democratic Party.

00:20:53.340 And many will see it as a betrayal and that that voters will remember next November.

00:21:01.560 What what do you say to Bernie Sanders?

00:21:04.460 Well, I think what I'm saying is, what was your strategy, man?

00:21:08.220 What was your end game?

00:21:09.960 If we're going to extend the shutdown another week, another month through Christmas, Thanksgiving, is that going to get us anywhere?

00:21:18.940 The point is, there never was an end game if the initial strategy didn't work.

00:21:23.360 And now we have one. We're going to have, as I say, a guaranteed vote on the ACA and it may not succeed.

00:21:29.320 I grant that. But a reasonable chance, 10, 20 percent, 30 percent is a lot better than zero percent, which is where we were as of yesterday morning.

00:21:38.840 So I understand everybody wants to stand up to Donald Trump.

00:21:43.220 Everybody wants to deal with the ACA tax credits.

00:21:45.640 I do, too. The question is, is this the right tool to do it?

00:21:51.160 And it's it's becoming counterproductive and you can't ignore 42 million people not getting their SNAP benefits.

00:21:59.800 Told you exactly what it was, the end game, which is what it is for Bernie Sanders.

00:22:04.160 And he's right. It's actually a little bit of breath of fresh air.

00:22:07.640 Obviously, I don't agree with any of the Marxist policies that he wants to put forward.

00:22:12.200 But he's right. What is the end game?

00:22:15.580 I mean, did you want to keep it closed till Christmas or Thanksgiving?

00:22:18.660 What's the end game?

00:22:21.040 Because the Republicans were showing no signs of caving.

00:22:23.900 They were standing firm on it.

00:22:26.340 So what was your end game?

00:22:27.740 We're taking one more quick break here, folks.

00:22:29.560 We're going to return here on The Great America Show.

00:22:31.280 President Trump issuing a warning to our traffic controllers.

00:22:33.860 Mike Johnson is speaking out and two thousand dollar credits for each and every American.

00:22:39.220 Before Christmas, all of that and much, much more here on The Great America Show.

00:22:43.560 Also, a Marxist Dem caught cheating on his girlfriend.

00:22:47.500 You're going to want to hear all about it.

00:22:49.040 Take a listen.

00:22:50.280 We're coming right back here, folks, on The Great America Show.

00:22:52.500 Please stay with us.

00:22:53.220 We're coming right back.

00:22:53.980 I promise less than 60 seconds.

00:23:01.280 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us here on The Great America Show.

00:23:04.040 If you join us on YouTube, Rumble, please be sure to hit that like, subscribe button, follow, all of that good stuff.

00:23:09.400 Speaker Mike Johnson holding a press conference earlier today.

00:23:12.740 And I got to give him a great deal of credit because credit where credit's due.

00:23:16.700 I've been tough on him when I need to be tough on him and give him credit when credit is deserving.

00:23:21.720 Because he's, you know, stood through this whole entire process and haven't they haven't caved one inch, folks.

00:23:28.320 And I think that's far different than what we would have gotten out of Speaker McCarthy, what we got out of Speaker Paul Ryan, what we got out of certainly John Boehner.

00:23:37.880 So you got to give credit where credit's due.

00:23:40.080 Take a listen.

00:23:40.780 Let's listen to Mike Johnson earlier this afternoon.

00:23:43.360 Good morning, everybody.

00:23:44.180 I'm very thankful to see you all this morning.

00:23:46.600 And I'm thankful to welcome you to what appears to be the beginning of the end of the longest government shutdown in U.S. history, as shameful as that is.

00:23:56.120 I don't think it's coincidental.

00:23:57.980 You know how I think.

00:23:58.920 But it's after 40 days of wandering in the wilderness and making the American people suffer needlessly.

00:24:06.060 Some Senate Democrats finally have stepped forward to end the pain.

00:24:10.200 It appears to us this morning that our long national nightmare is finally coming to an end.

00:24:14.840 And we're grateful for that.

00:24:15.740 At least some Democrats now finally appear ready to do what Republicans and President Trump and millions of hardworking American people have been asking them to do for weeks.

00:24:27.420 But as we said from the beginning, the people's government cannot be held hostage to further anyone's political agenda.

00:24:35.660 That was never right.

00:24:37.140 And shutting down the government never produces anything.

00:24:39.980 It never has, if you study history.

00:24:42.340 And so here we are.

00:24:43.380 I want to remind everybody this morning of another critical point that you've heard me here repeat over and over over the last several weeks.

00:24:51.560 It's something that I and Leader John Thune and President Trump and every Republican leader have all said repeatedly from the beginning.

00:24:59.720 We have always been open to finding solutions to reduce the oppressive costs of health care under the Unaffordable Care Act.

00:25:09.060 We just made clear that we would not and should not ever do that.

00:25:13.440 That is, negotiate as hostages.

00:25:15.900 And I've also reminded you here every morning that this president, Republicans have not just been talking about reducing costs and fraud and abuse in so many areas and in health care.

00:25:27.920 We've been actually passing new laws to accomplish that urgent mission for the people, and we will continue to do so.

00:25:36.000 So here's where we are by way of schedule, just so you know.

00:25:38.520 You're following, and if you're not at home, if you're waking up to this good news this morning, that the Senate's vote late last night of 60 to 40 opens the door now.

00:25:48.540 The Senate is moving forward on an amended House CR, a continuing resolution, that will reopen the government until January 30th.

00:25:57.120 Added to that are provisions to fully fund SNAP provisions through the end of the next fiscal year, which is September 2026,

00:26:05.660 guaranteed back pay for all federal workers who have been made to endure these hardships over the last several weeks.

00:26:11.480 And it also includes passage of three appropriations bills, which we're grateful to be moving through the process.

00:26:17.380 That is the Military Construction Veterans Affairs Bill, it's the Agriculture Bill, and the Legislative Branch Bill.

00:26:24.460 The Senate will be back in session this morning to finish their job, and we're certainly praying that they do.

00:26:30.460 They'll need unanimous consent from all senators to fast-track their final vote.

00:26:34.440 As you know, there are some procedural hurdles that one or more could throw in the way,

00:26:38.280 but we certainly hope that they won't do that, because so many people across this country are desperate for the government to reopen.

00:26:46.780 At the very moment that they do that final vote, I will call all House members to return to Washington as quickly as possible.

00:26:55.040 We'll give a 36-hour formal and official notice so that we can vote as soon as possible to pass the amended CR bill

00:27:02.860 and get it to the President's desk, as you all know.

00:27:04.920 And he said as recently as last night, I was with him, and he told the press, he said, we want to get the government open.

00:27:10.800 He's very anxious to get the government reopened and to end the Schumer shutdown.

00:27:14.260 We all are.

00:27:15.480 So, as you heard Speaker Johnson there, it's looking like probably Wednesday will be the day that the government reopens,

00:27:22.260 but it's possible if the Dems give their unanimous consent, we can get it open tomorrow night.

00:27:27.700 But we'll just have to wait and see.

00:27:30.320 President Trump is issuing a warning to some air traffic controllers who decided to take off during the government shutdown,

00:27:39.160 posting this on Truth Social earlier today.

00:27:41.720 Air traffic controllers must get back to work now. 0.92

00:27:44.500 Anyone who doesn't will be substantially docked.

00:27:46.780 For those air traffic controllers who were great patriots and didn't take any time off during the Democrat shutdown hoax,

00:27:53.060 I'll be recommending a bonus of $10,000 per person for doing the single service to this country.

00:27:58.420 For those that did nothing but complain and took time off, even though everyone knew they would be paid in full shortly in the future,

00:28:05.740 I am not happy with you in all cap socks.

00:28:08.260 You didn't step up to help the USA against the fake Democratic attack that was only meant to hurt our country.

00:28:15.040 You will have a negative mark, at least in my mind, against your record.

00:28:19.040 If you want to leave service in the near future, please don't hesitate to do so with no payment or severance of any kind.

00:28:26.360 You will be quickly replaced by true patriots who do a better job on the brand new state-of-the-art equipment,

00:28:32.540 the best in the world, he goes on to say.

00:28:35.040 President Trump announcing this afternoon in the Oval Office that the whole air traffic control system,

00:28:41.220 which, folks, I can tell you as a pilot myself, is so antiquated and obsolete.

00:28:46.220 And actually, right now, as we do the show, I'm in the process of getting my flight instructor's license so I can teach people how to fly.

00:28:53.880 I'm a commercial pilot, but I'm thinking of giving back and teaching kids how to fly, which I had given to me when I was a young kid.

00:29:03.140 So as I sit now in the process of out there flying, doing my flight instructor certificate, I know how bad and antiquated our system is.

00:29:12.000 But take a listen to President Trump earlier today, promising some upgrades to some new state-of-the-art technology, which is long needed.

00:29:18.160 Can you guarantee to Americans that travel is going to go back to normal once the government?

00:29:22.940 That travel is?

00:29:24.120 Oh, it'll go better than normal.

00:29:25.780 You know why?

00:29:26.440 When the government reopens.

00:29:27.620 Yeah, sure.

00:29:28.180 It'll be much better than normal because we're buying the most sophisticated avionics and, you know, technology for our control towers.

00:29:37.140 And we didn't have that.

00:29:38.560 We had a guy named Buttigieg.

00:29:40.540 Buttigieg is the best way. 1.00

00:29:42.600 Just say two edges, like off the edge of a cliff, which is where they were taking us, by the way.

00:29:48.800 Buttigieg was the Secretary of Transportation, and he spent billions of dollars trying to patch together our air control, our air traffic control system, which was a conglomeration of all different systems in all different cities.

00:30:04.840 He spent, they had hundreds of countries, companies working on it, and they were spending billions of dollars.

00:30:11.000 And when they turned it on, it didn't work.

00:30:12.780 It didn't even work a little bit.

00:30:13.960 That's why you had a helicopter crashing into an airplane, that if we had a great system, bells and whistles would have started going off.

00:30:21.160 So we are now in the process.

00:30:23.540 We're in final bids of getting the finest system anywhere in the world.

00:30:27.480 I've analyzed it.

00:30:28.860 Sean Duffy has been working really hard on it, doing a fantastic job, by the way.

00:30:33.080 And over the next two or three weeks, we'll be handing out the finest air traffic control system anywhere in the world.

00:30:39.880 All the towers will be equipped.

00:30:41.740 But they were going copper wire into glass wire, into other types of wire.

00:30:46.780 And if you knew anything, you know copper wire doesn't work with glass.

00:30:51.020 You know glass doesn't work with other substances.

00:30:53.880 And they spent billions of dollars, and when they turned it on, nothing happened.

00:30:58.200 Okay?

00:30:58.980 We're getting the most sophisticated, all brand new, all brand new.

00:31:03.100 Every control tower will have the same exact system.

00:31:05.780 It'll be the most sophisticated system.

00:31:07.720 And that should all be music to our ears, folks.

00:31:11.380 Safe air travel is what we need.

00:31:12.980 President Trump also announcing $2,000 dividend checks for the middle class and low class income class Americans.

00:31:20.060 Take a listen.

00:31:20.540 We're going to issue a dividend to our middle income people and lower income people of about $2,000.

00:31:27.860 And we're going to use the remaining tariffs to lower our debt.

00:31:30.800 We're going to be lowering our debt, which is a national security thing.

00:31:34.040 So we're doing a lot of good work.

00:31:36.540 The numbers were reported so incorrectly.

00:31:38.480 Obviously, the real numbers are trillions of dollars have been taken in or gotten in terms of investment from the tariffs.

00:31:47.840 And so if that were ever reversed, it would be a disaster.

00:31:50.980 Frankly, it would be a national security problem for our country.

00:31:53.940 And nobody thinks it's going to be reversed.

00:31:56.180 I think we had a very good court case.

00:31:57.820 As you know, it's before the Supreme Court right now.

00:32:00.160 But if that were ever reversed, you know, people say, oh, it's a billion dollars.

00:32:04.880 Some people said, oh, it's two billion.

00:32:06.300 Well, that obviously we can handle very easily.

00:32:08.440 But this is trillions of dollars we're talking about in terms of the tariff income and all the investment income that's come into our country.

00:32:16.720 And there you have it.

00:32:17.780 So we'll keep you updated as those come.

00:32:19.580 Not confirmed yet, but we'll have to wait and see what the Supreme Court says on that.

00:32:23.280 But every American may be getting a $2,000 check.

00:32:25.780 I'm not exactly in favor of it.

00:32:27.280 I think we should be paying down our debt, but if President Trump likes it, I guess I like it.

00:32:31.960 And an unlikely Marxist dem, folks, before we wrap up, caught cheating.

00:32:36.440 Former New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio appears to have ended his most recent relationship after having an affair with an elected official.

00:32:44.060 De Blasio, 64 years old, had been in a 10-month relationship with a 41-year-old lady going public at the Fling in February.

00:32:52.300 The lady Const, Namakiri Const, is a progressive activist who has formerly been an investigative reporter for the Young Turks podcast, as well as a campaign surrogate for former Marxist-Democrat presidential candidate and current Marxist-Democrat senator Bernie Sanders. 0.97

00:33:10.380 Bill de Blasio caught cheating.

00:33:12.000 I can't imagine anyone would date that man in the first place, let alone get with him while he cheated on his girlfriend.

00:33:21.840 The Marxist Dems for you, folks.

00:33:23.640 That is all for us tonight, folks, here on The Great America Show.

00:33:26.140 We hope to see you back here tomorrow.

00:33:27.620 Truth, justice, and the American way, always at the forefront.

00:33:30.740 Happy Monday, folks.

00:33:31.540 We'll see you back here tomorrow.

00:33:32.820 Until then, may God bless you.

00:33:34.480 May God bless America.

00:33:35.540 And may God bless the great, great Lou Dobbs.

00:33:37.900 We'll see you tomorrow, folks.

00:33:38.680 God bless you all.

00:33:39.280 God bless you all.
