00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. Welcome to The Great America Show. It's great to have you with us. Thanks
00:00:06.220 so much for joining us. So it's been an eventful, I'd say, last few weeks since President Trump
00:00:10.980 won on November 5th, November 6th, I guess is the real date he really won the election.
00:00:16.540 But it's been very eventful. I mean, filling up his cabinet with top level people. Some
00:00:22.060 people, you know, we didn't expect. Matt Gaetz, for one, to be the next attorney general.
00:00:27.140 Um, Tulsi Gabbard to run the DNI. Vivek Ramaswamy and Elon Musk to go in there and gut the government
00:00:35.940 and all the corruption that we've seen over the last four and a half years, really nine years
00:00:40.080 of political persecution against President Trump. But nonetheless, a very unprecedented
00:00:44.160 administration, but it's shaping up to be something that I don't think I've ever imagined.
00:00:50.700 Matt Gaetz, for once, facing a lot of backlash from some rhinos in the Senate. We're getting
00:00:55.200 reporting out of the Wall Street Journal that according to their reporting, as many as 30
00:00:59.840 rhinos have decided to split ranks behind the scenes. Of course, these folks aren't going to
00:01:04.620 come out in public and tell us that they're not voting for Matt Gaetz. So they're going to do
00:01:08.460 everything they could to throw him off. But apparently, as many as 30 rhinos are trying to
00:01:13.540 stop the Gaetz nomination for attorney general. And I think the reason for that is, is they know what
00:01:20.820 Matt Gaetz is going to do. Matt Gaetz is going to come in and do business. It's not going to be
00:01:24.620 business as usual. It's going to be new business and none of that BS that we've seen in the past.
00:01:29.300 But to those 30 rhinos, and we don't know who they are yet, of course, because it's a secrecy
00:01:33.900 thing. These guys are all closet thugs, we'll call them. But to those 30 folks, let's remember the
00:01:41.080 seats that are open in 2026 for Senate. And I just want to go down the list. And I'm not saying any of
00:01:46.360 these people are of the 30 that are opposing Matt Gaetz. But I just want to go through the list of
00:01:51.000 the 30 senators, the 2026 senators who are up for re-election. Starting in Alabama, Tommy Tuberville,
00:01:59.820 Alaska, Daniel Sullivan, Arkansas, Tom Cotton, Idaho, Jim Reich, Iowa, Rhino Journey, Joni Ernst,
00:02:08.400 Kansas, Roger Marshall, Froghorn Leghorn, Mitch McConnell out in Kentucky, Bill Cassidy in
00:02:14.060 Louisiana, another known rhino. Maine, Susan Collins, another known rhino. Mississippi,
00:02:19.760 Cindy Hyde-Smith, Montana, Steve Daines. In Nebraska, Pete Rickins, Tom Tillis in North Carolina,
00:02:27.060 Mark Wayne Mullen in Oklahoma, who's decided recently he wanted to become a rhino.
00:02:31.880 South Carolina, Lady G, as they call him, Lindsey Graham. South Dakota, Mike Rounds, Tennessee,
00:02:37.640 Bill Haggerty. Texas, Rhino Senator John Cornyn. West Virginia, Shelly Moore Capito,
00:02:42.840 and Wyoming, Cynthia Loomis. So folks, it's time we put these people on notice. And now I said to
00:02:48.420 you before I read that list to you that I'm not sure if any of those folks, I'm assuming the folk,
00:02:53.480 the names like Susan Collins or Sullivan up in Alaska, are on the list of 30 opposing Matt Gaetz.
00:02:59.480 But it's something to keep in the back of your mind as we, you know, look towards now 2026,
00:03:04.740 these folks who are going to be in the Senate. So that's something definitely to keep an eye on,
00:03:10.340 because these people need to pay the price if they're going to start upending the Trump agenda
00:03:15.020 before he's even coming into office. President Trump, an amazing weekend,
00:03:20.480 flew up to New York for the UFC fight. And as always, President Trump actually making a return
00:03:25.920 to Madison Square Garden, getting an absolutely amazing, amazing welcome from the New York crowd.
00:03:32.740 Take a listen.
00:03:33.740 And ladies and gentlemen, look who is now making his way to the world's famous octagon flanked by UFC CEO,
00:03:42.800 Dana White, 45, soon to be 47, President-elect Donald Trump.
00:03:50.240 It's so loud here. It is so loud. It's always loud when he comes here, but now that he's won,
00:04:05.720 now that he's the president again, oh my God.
00:04:08.640 So Donald Trump, making his way to watch the UFC, which he absolutely loves,
00:04:21.160 and doing so with some sort of victory lap after regaining the presidency earlier this month
00:04:27.460 in an ecstatic fashion with an election blowout of the Democratic candidate Kamala Harris.
00:04:33.420 Congratulations, sir.
00:04:50.840 Congratulations.
00:04:53.620 For those of you who are joining us on video, you saw just how happy Joe Rogan was to see President Trump.
00:04:58.540 But that's a New York crowd, a deep New York crowd. I'm a New Yorker myself,
00:05:02.840 and I've never seen anything like it. I was at the MSG rally, the one they called the Nazi rally.
00:05:07.100 I was there. I never seen anything like it. I go to probably 20 Knicks games a year.
00:05:11.260 Never seen anything like it for a Knicks game. So, nonetheless, remarkable for President Trump,
00:05:16.500 and he does so well at those UFC events.
00:05:20.820 The folks on CNN, of course, having a total meltdown about it not being able to handle,
00:05:25.380 that President Trump is just absolutely popular among the American folks.
00:05:30.160 Dana White, the president of the UFC, coming out after the fight to give President Trump a little shout-out.
00:05:36.760 Take a listen to Dana White.
00:05:38.200 Well, if you saw the election, the entire country relates with Trump right now.
00:05:42.840 When all the swing states, the only states she won were the ones that you didn't need ID to vote in.
00:05:47.360 It would have been interesting if you needed ID, how that would have played out, too.
00:05:50.640 So, I think that, I think the whole country, it feels like somebody hit the reset button.
00:05:57.400 Everything feels, and...
00:06:00.360 You know, it absolutely does feel like that, like a reset button has come.
00:06:04.700 It's sort of amazing, because back in 2016 and 2020, you had a lot of closet Trumpers,
00:06:09.560 and by that I mean people who supported President Trump, but couldn't come out into the mainstream,
00:06:13.280 and these are folks who are people in the public eye, who couldn't come out and say that they support President Trump
00:06:19.440 because of things like the left naming them racists and xenophobes and all that crap that they come after Trumpers with
00:06:27.080 for simply supporting President Trump.
00:06:29.700 But now, it seems, it's becoming a popular thing to support President Trump.
00:06:33.920 Here's a Detroit Lions over the weekend.
00:06:36.500 Take a look at their dance that they do, and tell me if he looks familiar.
00:06:39.620 They weren't the only ones.
00:06:49.460 Brock Bowers on the Las Vegas Raiders.
00:06:52.680 Not exactly a good team, but take a look at Brock Bowers doing a dance.
00:06:55.700 He's open for a first down, he sheds one tackle into the end zone.
00:07:00.300 Touchdown, Raiders!
00:07:02.480 23 yards for the rookie.
00:07:09.620 That's Brock Bowers.
00:07:11.840 I want to wrap up with one more and go back to UFC over there.
00:07:15.480 Jon Jones, who was obviously the main fight card for everyone who watches UFC over the weekend,
00:07:19.760 the greatest fighter in the world, and a massive supporter of President Trump.
00:07:23.520 I want to play this clip for you to show how great of an American Jon Jones is
00:07:27.300 and how proud he is to be an American.
00:07:30.120 I'm sure.
00:07:30.840 I also want to say a big, big thank you to President Donald Trump for being here tonight.
00:07:35.820 Can I get out of the car, yeah!
00:07:44.540 Hey, what do you guys think about my version of the Donald Trump?
00:07:46.940 Check it out.
00:07:53.000 USA!
00:07:53.960 USA!
00:07:54.440 USA!
00:07:54.900 Let's go!
00:07:55.800 USA!
00:07:56.940 USA!
00:07:58.320 USA!
00:07:59.640 USA!
00:08:00.960 USA!
00:08:02.600 I'm proud.
00:08:03.560 I'm proud to be a great American champion.
00:08:06.740 I'm proud to be a Christian American champion.
00:08:11.740 As Dana White said, it seems like America has hit the reset button.
00:08:15.600 These are things that we didn't see, folks, in 2020.
00:08:18.400 These aren't things we saw in 2016.
00:08:20.680 These people, proud supporters of America.
00:08:23.280 So for these folks on CNN to come out and call us racists and xenophobes,
00:08:27.300 what do you call John Jones, an African-American man who's the number one fighter in the world?
00:08:32.320 What do you call him for supporting President Trump?
00:08:34.060 Is he a racist as well?
00:08:36.980 So with that reset comes Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, which I had mentioned to you,
00:08:42.040 who are heading up the Doge Committee, the department that will oversee all government agencies
00:08:47.900 and seeing how they can cut and save some wasteful spending and get rid of these woke ideologies.
00:08:53.580 Vivek Ramaswamy was on Fox News over the weekend issuing a warning to the Marxist Dems.
00:08:57.480 Take a listen.
00:08:57.980 Are you expecting to close down entire agencies like President Trump has talked about the Department of Education, for example?
00:09:05.300 Are you going to be closing down departments?
00:09:06.960 We expect mass reductions.
00:09:08.560 We expect certain agencies to be deleted outright.
00:09:11.280 We expect mass reductions in force in areas of the federal government that are bloated.
00:09:15.320 We expect massive cuts among federal contractors and others who are overbilling the federal government.
00:09:20.020 So, yes, we expect all of the above.
00:09:22.240 And I think people will be surprised by, I think, how quickly we're able to move with some of those changes,
00:09:27.080 given the legal backdrop the Supreme Court has given us.
00:09:30.460 So the Marxist Dems should absolutely be shaking, but I don't know why they are.
00:09:34.480 $1.8 trillion budget for HHS.
00:09:37.420 Where's that money going, folks?
00:09:38.680 How much how much are we paying for transgender surgeries for children?
00:09:42.220 How much are we dumping into these woke transgender surgeries for military members, folks?
00:09:47.020 Those are things that Vivek and Elon are going to look into.
00:09:49.440 And we should have looked in long ago, but also with Vivek and Elon comes some more troubles for these Marxist left leftists.
00:09:58.240 The Trump transition team is reportedly drawing a list of deceitful military officers for court martial consideration,
00:10:05.380 treason charges possibly on the table.
00:10:07.640 These are folks like, of course, Mark Milley, who came out after President Trump left office and said that he kept this out of war.
00:10:14.440 He wouldn't let Trump near the nuclear button.
00:10:16.340 Speaking to China's Xi Jinping behind Trump's back, all treasonous activity.
00:10:23.140 So I'm glad to see that President Trump and his transition team are keeping up on their promises.
00:10:28.760 Also over the weekend, Joe Biden has reportedly authorized the use of strikes for Ukraine against Russia with U.S.-made long-range missiles.
00:10:36.860 So Joe Biden leaving, I think, all on the field for us as he leaves office now here in the next few months,
00:10:42.540 trying to start a war to leave on President Trump.
00:10:45.600 Now, two weeks ago, I thought President Trump and Joe Biden were friends.
00:10:48.680 So I'm not exactly sure if this was a move of Joe Biden or the move of the deep state cabal.
00:10:53.840 I guess we're going to have to go ahead and wait and see.
00:10:55.960 Hopefully, Vladimir Putin, you know, doesn't takes it with a grain of salt, I should say,
00:11:01.960 and expects President Trump to do the right thing when he comes in in January and writes this wrong.
00:11:08.360 Folks, today's show is going to be a little bit different.
00:11:10.320 This was a cause for today's show that Lou took near and dear to his heart,
00:11:15.520 and it was January 6th and the events that happened on that day.
00:11:19.220 So this show today is going to be dedicated to January 6th.
00:11:23.820 We're going to take a quick break here.
00:11:25.620 When we return, we're going to be joined by brilliant attorney Joseph McBride,
00:11:29.260 CEO and founder of McBride Law Group.
00:11:31.220 We're coming right back, folks.
00:11:32.220 Stay with us.
00:11:34.660 Folks, as a lot of you may know, Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their box stores
00:11:39.120 or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:11:41.260 They've been part of this cancel culture, so they want to pass savings directly on to you.
00:11:45.160 So they're bringing back the $25 extravaganza.
00:11:48.100 When Mike started MyPillow, it was just a one problem, one solution company.
00:11:51.420 Well, since then, with the help of his dedicated employees, they now have hundreds of products
00:11:56.540 some of you may not even know about.
00:11:58.700 To get the word out, they're having a $25 extravaganza.
00:12:02.220 Two-pack multi-use MyPillows, just $25.
00:12:05.180 MyPillow sandals, $25.
00:12:07.500 Their six-pack towel sets, $25.
00:12:10.620 Four-pack dish towels, you guessed it, $25.
00:12:14.100 This amazing offer won't last long, so order now.
00:12:16.960 Just go to MyPillow.com or call 800-969-3077.
00:12:23.080 That's MyPillow.com.
00:12:25.020 Use promo code John, J-O-H-N, or call 800-969-3077.
00:12:31.920 And be sure to use promo code John, that's J-O-H-N, for all those amazing savings on all MyPillow products.
00:12:41.240 We're back, folks.
00:12:42.120 Thanks for staying with us through that short break.
00:12:43.880 So like I said, today we're going to be talking January 6th and the day that was.
00:12:48.080 It's now years in the rearview mirror, but there's still folks who are paying a deep, deep price
00:12:53.060 for what happened that day.
00:12:55.000 And absolutely nothing happened that day.
00:12:57.280 I want to play a reel for you guys really quickly.
00:13:00.740 I was there on January 6th reporting for LUDOPS tonight for Fox Business.
00:13:04.680 I saw what went on.
00:13:06.440 I spoke with the folks there on the ground.
00:13:08.560 And it's a far different picture, folks, that I saw with my own eyes than the mainstream
00:13:14.040 media paints for you guys to see out every single day.
00:13:17.480 And rhino hacks like Mike Pence who are coming out saying he doesn't want these folks pardoned.
00:13:22.500 He doesn't want President Trump keeping his promise to do right by these folks.
00:13:26.080 I want to show you guys what happened on that day when I was there some years ago on January
00:13:31.460 6th, 2021.
00:13:33.480 LUDOPS tonight.
00:13:35.020 John Fawcett down in D.C.
00:13:37.240 yesterday to see what people are saying.
00:13:40.920 And he asked about why they were who they were blaming for that Democratic sweep.
00:13:48.840 Who do you blame for this overwhelming Democratic sweep?
00:13:51.060 I blame the Democrats for one.
00:13:52.540 And I also blame the rhinos.
00:13:55.740 It's unbelievable what is happening in our nation.
00:13:58.600 And we're not going to these you see a million people here.
00:14:01.360 We're here.
00:14:02.100 We're fed up.
00:14:02.840 We're not going to take this anymore.
00:14:04.140 We're not going to allow the Democrat Party and the Republican Party to take over our democracy.
00:14:11.100 It's fraud.
00:14:11.820 They didn't want anything.
00:14:12.980 Trump got 80 plus million votes.
00:14:14.660 You do all the investigation.
00:14:16.120 That's all Pence needs to do.
00:14:17.120 Kick it back.
00:14:17.700 Let this work itself out for being investigated.
00:14:20.640 It's blatantly in your face.
00:14:22.840 Because it was stolen.
00:14:24.740 I just feel that the unfairness and the lack of standing up and representing.
00:14:32.560 And then it's going to take some people that's done something wrong to admit it and come forth.
00:14:36.680 One, the DNC for cheating.
00:14:39.280 And two, the Republicans that didn't want to come back out and keep supporting them.
00:14:44.620 I tell you what, I don't understand how these Democratic candidates can go out and not get 15 people there.
00:14:49.840 And you have hundreds of thousands of people here and they still win.
00:14:54.100 So I think there's definitely corruption going on.
00:14:56.540 A lot of the public doesn't even care what's going on.
00:14:58.660 They're going about their daily lives because they've been tricked by the media so they don't care what's going on.
00:15:02.940 We're out here fighting for everybody that doesn't care.
00:15:05.120 We're supposed to be the racists and the bad people.
00:15:07.000 We're fighting for them.
00:15:07.960 The Democrats, you know, they're so far left.
00:15:13.000 We aren't, it's not like America anymore.
00:15:16.920 Will you ever support any of these weak Republicans who are not fighting for the president right now?
00:15:22.380 Well, you would see Nancy Pelosi become a nun before I would vote for a weak Republican.
00:15:28.840 Absolutely not.
00:15:29.780 I'm telling you, there's not a patriot that will.
00:15:32.080 This is a serious deal.
00:15:33.280 These people want to take our country away from us and sell it to China so they can get rich.
00:15:37.860 Are you kidding?
00:15:38.500 No, they're not Republicans as far as I'm concerned.
00:15:41.080 They're Democrats or Chinese-owned corporate Americans.
00:15:44.320 They're not going to stand up and be a Republican if they're going to follow in.
00:15:49.540 Like, the Democrats all stick together.
00:15:51.340 Why don't the Republicans do that and support our president?
00:15:54.080 Because they're the voice.
00:15:55.660 2022 is going to be a brutal year for you.
00:15:57.880 And every race for dog catcher, for state legislature, for any judge, is going to be a bloodbath for the establishment Republicans.
00:16:06.400 Get out of the way.
00:16:07.040 Hey, we've been sitting back for four years watching you guys use the media to propagate Trump and acting like he's a Nazi.
00:16:13.500 We just sat back and waited.
00:16:14.740 We did the right thing.
00:16:15.820 We came out to the election.
00:16:16.780 We voted.
00:16:17.420 And you guys trying to steal it?
00:16:18.520 We're not going to stand by and let it happen.
00:16:20.300 So if you're not going to stand for the fight, get out of the way.
00:16:22.480 It's people that will do it for you.
00:16:23.680 Go away.
00:16:24.320 We've got stuff we want to do.
00:16:25.620 We have life we want to get back to.
00:16:26.940 I have been out of work since March.
00:16:28.540 I'm a clown.
00:16:29.160 I really am a clown.
00:16:30.300 That's my job.
00:16:31.140 Every politician, all these hack politicians that we have, there needs to be term limits.
00:16:36.720 Some of these people got in office when I was a child.
00:16:40.240 I'm 53.
00:16:41.160 They're still there.
00:16:42.200 They're the problem.
00:16:46.700 They're the problem.
00:16:47.880 There is no doubt of that.
00:16:50.280 The great Lou Dobbs.
00:16:51.560 I miss him so much every single day.
00:16:53.520 I think about him before I go to sleep and when I wake up in the morning.
00:16:55.960 But, folks, you saw what happened on the other day.
00:16:57.940 I mean, there wasn't a violent person I spoke to that day.
00:17:00.940 Everyone had American flags waving in the wind, Trump flags waving in the wind.
00:17:04.780 I didn't see any sort of violence.
00:17:06.440 And then just minutes later, all of a sudden, windows are being broken at the Capitol.
00:17:10.440 So, folks, I want to bring in our guest today who's waited long enough while I ran my mouth.
00:17:14.980 Joe McBride, brilliant attorney.
00:17:17.440 Joe, thanks so much for joining us today.
00:17:19.280 You've done so much for these January Sixers who are just living in some of them living in hell, Joe.
00:17:26.040 I was there on that day.
00:17:27.880 I didn't see any of the stuff that they've alleged happened.
00:17:30.440 And obviously, we saw it happen.
00:17:31.720 But we also now find out, Joe, that there were government agitators there.
00:17:35.460 There were people who were there on behalf of the U.S. government infiltrating the crowd.
00:17:39.440 Now, I don't know of any instance of why that would happen unless you were trying to stage something.
00:17:46.420 Joe, your thoughts as we look back now, January 6, 2021, with President Trump coming back in just a few months.
00:17:53.360 Well, John, it is good to be here.
00:17:56.400 There is so much to say.
00:17:58.140 But first, before I get started, I'd just like to make a brief comment about our good friend, Lou Dobbs, who is no longer with us.
00:18:05.560 I've appeared on so many shows.
00:18:07.380 I've met so many people as a consequence of being one of the first attorneys out and speaking and advocating for January Sixers.
00:18:14.780 It wasn't often that I got starstruck.
00:18:17.940 But when I met Lou, when I spoke to Lou, I mean, I've been watching him for so long.
00:18:22.760 I grew up with the guy.
00:18:24.160 And every time I spoke to him, I was just a little bit amazed.
00:18:27.980 And I always made sure to tell him because he meant so much to me.
00:18:31.300 He meant so much to my family.
00:18:32.640 He meant so much to this country.
00:18:34.220 And he was always on the right side of January 6.
00:18:36.420 And I was incredibly proud to be able to work with him and work with you during that time.
00:18:41.140 And I'm glad to be on the show here with you today.
00:18:44.460 With regard to your question, look, it's been a very long and hard road for all January Sixers, not just for them, but for their family members as well.
00:18:55.580 January 6th was one big, gigantic entrapment operation.
00:19:00.780 They wanted things to get out of control.
00:19:03.280 They wanted people to approach the walls of the Capitol.
00:19:05.860 They invited people into the Capitol because Trump and Trump supporters had everything to lose.
00:19:12.940 And we saw their animus.
00:19:14.880 We saw their plan go into action immediately after January 6th with the public cancellations, the loss of jobs, mass incarceration of American citizens on an industrial level.
00:19:27.840 And, of course, the plot to get Trump, which which which which failed and failed miserably.
00:19:33.040 These people, these Marxists, these infiltrators of the deep state have grossly underestimated the will of the American citizen to live free or to die.
00:19:43.780 And I don't say that as a matter of hyperbole.
00:19:46.800 That's what our that kind of principle is what our country was founded on.
00:19:50.620 We're not communists.
00:19:51.780 We're not socialists.
00:19:52.900 We're free men and women who live in the greatest country the world has ever known.
00:19:56.260 And now we have the greatest president this country has ever known back in office.
00:20:00.720 Yeah, Joe, you know, it kills me.
00:20:02.360 I know we played a lot of video throughout this show, but important stuff that I think the audience needs to hear and the audience needs to see because it's things that you won't see on Fox News and MSNBC and CNN and even Newsmax.
00:20:13.280 Mike Pence, who's an absolute rhino traitor.
00:20:17.880 This is from a few years ago when he decided he was going to run for president.
00:20:21.600 He's got a severe case of animus against January 6th.
00:20:25.860 I want to play this clip for the audience and I want to get your reaction.
00:20:28.920 The Constitution of the United States.
00:20:30.460 Sir, on that, Donald Trump says he is, quote, inclined to pardon many members of the mob who attacked the Capitol on January 6th.
00:20:37.860 Those people were, of course, part of the same mob who built gallows and chanted about wanting to hang you.
00:20:45.620 Would you consider parting and pardoning any of them?
00:20:49.000 You know, on the day of January 6th, I issued a tweet demanding that people leave the Capitol and end the violence.
00:20:58.540 And I said that those that failed to do that should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
00:21:03.300 And I continue to believe that today.
00:21:05.060 We cannot ever allow what happened on January 6th to happen again in the heart of our democracy.
00:21:14.260 And I'll stand by the decisions and the due process of court in our laws.
00:21:19.220 And I have no interest or no intention of pardoning those that assaulted police officers or vandalized our Capitol.
00:21:28.880 They need to be answerable to the law.
00:21:30.320 Joe, what Mike doesn't mention is the small percentage of folks who actually did vandalism and who they were there on behalf of.
00:21:37.820 Now, I'm sure there were Trump supporters there who did some sort of vandalism or whatever.
00:21:42.240 Very, very, very small percentage, right?
00:21:45.320 Pushing down a barricade, going into an office, whatever.
00:21:48.640 That's technically whatever they want to call it.
00:21:50.360 OK, but there were agitators there who were doing serious damage, starting fires and stuff like that.
00:21:55.560 These aren't folks who came to a Trump rally to show peace.
00:21:58.640 And I think we know that.
00:22:00.400 Your thoughts to Mike Pence and why he has such animus towards these folks and why he doesn't distinguish the difference between the people who did do crimes, who were probably there on behalf of Antifa, and the folks who were there to peacefully go to their home, the people's house, Joe.
00:22:15.900 Mike Pence, Mike Pence, is a Judas.
00:22:18.460 He's a traitor to this country.
00:22:20.280 He's a traitor to democracy.
00:22:22.180 He talks just like Judas would have spoke if he didn't hang himself.
00:22:27.400 There were hundreds of wrongdoers at the Capitol that day.
00:22:33.200 I would say probably 95 percent of them were not Trump supporters.
00:22:37.760 I would say that a good 40 percent of them were paid agitators, whether they were actual members of the D.C. Metropolitan Police Force, whether they belong to the FBI, the CIA or the men in black.
00:22:49.800 We don't know.
00:22:50.940 We're never going to know.
00:22:52.040 But we have seen them on video.
00:22:54.220 We have watched them act in concert with each other.
00:22:57.020 I have published these wrong actors in undercover regular civilian gear, climbing up ladders, telling people to go, go, go, go, climbing over the scaffolding, pushing officers, the whole nine yards.
00:23:10.880 They participated in it.
00:23:12.440 They encouraged it to the highest level possible.
00:23:15.340 And before people got to the Capitol, when people started crossing the peace circle, all of the material that said, don't come on Capitol grounds, don't go here, don't go there.
00:23:26.140 All the fencing was all taken down.
00:23:28.300 Not one of those people have ever been arrested.
00:23:30.760 The gallows that were put up that morning, that was put up by God knows who, but it wasn't Trump supporters.
00:23:36.240 Those people have never been arrested.
00:23:38.140 The pipe bomber, never been arrested, never been found.
00:23:41.420 The whole thing stinks to high heaven.
00:23:44.080 Any reasonable person who can look at this from an objective standpoint, that's not so tainted and poisoned by their own political bias, can see that there are many things that was wrong.
00:23:56.140 With what happened on January 6th, a Supreme Court case comes out.
00:23:59.980 It's going to be a controversial ruling.
00:24:01.660 They put up fencing in an hour, right?
00:24:03.640 Everybody knew that this was going to happen.
00:24:05.580 Trump asked for the National Guard.
00:24:07.380 They let it happen because they wanted it to happen.
00:24:10.500 Thank God.
00:24:11.620 Thank God that God himself did not abandon this country.
00:24:14.640 Thank God that people came out and voted for President Trump.
00:24:17.020 And it is my sincerest hope that President Trump will reconvene the January 6th committee to get to the bottom of what took place that day.
00:24:25.740 There are good people still on the Hill like Congressman Clay Higgins, Congressman Corey Mills, Annapolino Luna.
00:24:31.580 Lots of people on there on the Hill in Congress who want to get to the bottom of what happened.
00:24:36.860 And I think that we have enough time to do it if they have the courage to do it on day one.
00:24:42.080 Yeah, they want us to move on, Joe.
00:24:45.740 They want us to move on from investigating what happened in 2020 during the election.
00:24:50.240 There's folks who say they want us to move on from January 6th, give them the pardons, and let's move on.
00:24:54.400 You can't do that, Joe, because people paid the price of something they did not do.
00:24:59.320 It doesn't work like that, Joe.
00:25:00.920 A man who's been in jail for 20 years being accused of rape, and then after 20 years comes out because they find out that he wasn't actually a rapist, which we see a lot more happening now than we've ever seen before.
00:25:13.380 Is he supposed to just go on his daily life, Joe, and go back and assimilate back to normal society like nothing happened?
00:25:19.540 What about the folks who are mentally now not well because of sitting in jail cells?
00:25:25.560 Joe, I spoke to a lady, I think her name was Cindy Young on this show, a 77-year-old lady from New Hampshire.
00:25:31.040 Beautiful old elderly lady, Joe, tells me she walked through the Capitol, met a police officer, waved her through.
00:25:38.120 She's now facing time in jail.
00:25:39.740 We'll lose her Social Security.
00:25:40.960 We'll lose her business if she is convicted later on this month.
00:25:44.860 I mean, these are human beings, Joe.
00:25:48.580 100 percent, John.
00:25:50.220 In the cases, look, I became an attorney because my own brother was wrongfully convicted.
00:25:54.420 That was the reason why I decided to go to school in an effort to try to get him out.
00:25:59.140 So the wrongful conviction issue is something that's very near and dear to my heart.
00:26:03.860 And when these men who have been wrongfully convicted and they've done time in jail, especially serious time, they sue for millions and millions of dollars.
00:26:11.000 There have been awards that 20, 30, 40, 50 million dollars, depending on how long that you've been in jail.
00:26:15.960 This was about targeting the Trump supporters who went to the Capitol, targeting them and their families to disenfranchise them from the political process, to disenfranchise them from gun ownership, to make sure that they couldn't get meaningful and gainful employment anymore.
00:26:30.580 And to bankrupt them as a means to an end, to send a message to them, anyone like them, that if you stand against the deep state and the current regime who is in power, we will crush you.
00:26:41.460 So, you know, are they due recourse?
00:26:44.380 Yes, 100 percent.
00:26:45.780 Will they get it?
00:26:46.760 It's going to be interesting because of the statute of limitations.
00:26:49.880 It's it's it's there are a few complications.
00:26:51.740 But if President Trump advocates for that and if we get the right kind of backing with it in Congress, then anything is possible.
00:26:58.280 Well, the only case we've seen them go to the Supreme Court, they ruled in, we'll say our favorite, because, Joe, we're on the side of truth, justice in the American way for these poor folks who have been so done wrong.
00:27:09.080 And you want to talk about reparations, Joe?
00:27:11.440 Let's talk about reparations to these folks.
00:27:13.220 I want to take a quick break here.
00:27:14.340 We're talking with attorney Joe McBride, CEO and founder of McBride Law.
00:27:19.440 We're coming right back with him.
00:27:20.580 Stay with us, folks.
00:27:21.740 Folks, as a lot of you may know, Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:27:29.820 They've been part of this cancel culture, so they want to pass savings directly on to you.
00:27:33.740 So they're bringing back the $25 extravaganza.
00:27:36.700 When Mike started MyPillow, it was just a one problem, one solution company.
00:27:40.580 Well, since then, with the help of his dedicated employees, they now have hundreds of products some of you may not even know about.
00:27:47.280 To get the word out, they're having a $25 extravaganza.
00:27:50.140 Two-pack multi-use MyPillows, just $25.
00:27:53.680 MyPillow sandals, $25.
00:27:56.080 Their six-pack towel sets, $25.
00:27:59.120 Four-pack dish towels, you guessed it, $25.
00:28:02.200 This amazing offer won't last long, so order now.
00:28:05.660 Just go to MyPillow.com or call 800-969-3077.
00:28:11.660 That's MyPillow.com.
00:28:13.580 Use promo code John, J-O-H-N, or call 800-969-3077.
00:28:20.020 And be sure to use promo code John, that's J-O-H-N, for all those amazing savings on all MyPillow products.
00:28:27.420 We're back.
00:28:30.640 We're talking with Attorney Joseph McBride, big supporter of the January 6th folks who have been so done wrong.
00:28:35.700 And I want to give a shout-out to Julie Kelly, another one who's on this show often.
00:28:40.200 Go to her substack, juliekelly.substack.com.
00:28:43.140 She lays out what you mentioned before, Joe, a chronological order of events.
00:28:47.020 President Trump calling for the National Guard, kicking up the ladder, kicking it back down the ladder.
00:28:51.360 Chief Stephen Sund, back up the ladder, back down the ladder.
00:28:54.320 Sund asks Bowser, can we do it?
00:28:56.960 She kicks it to someone else.
00:28:57.900 Just a whole cluster mess.
00:29:00.140 Ultimately, we never get the National Guard.
00:29:01.760 We find out later that day that Nancy Pelosi wants the National Guard,
00:29:05.100 but that's after the fact that President Trump suggested we do it seven days earlier.
00:29:09.600 So Julie Kelly does a great job at that substack, juliekelly.substack.com, I believe is her substack.
00:29:14.760 Joe, you had mentioned the government agitators, the folks who were put there on behalf of the United States government.
00:29:21.400 Well, we have an IG report that was supposed to come out, I don't know, maybe a year ago or so.
00:29:26.320 We still don't have it out.
00:29:27.400 It was delayed until after the election.
00:29:29.080 I believe Michael Horowitz is behind that.
00:29:31.340 That's a man who we know the name very often, very familiarly on this show.
00:29:35.880 But nonetheless, this report was supposed to come out, and he spilled the beans early,
00:29:38.900 and he told us before Congress that there were government folks there who may have been there acting.
00:29:45.880 When do we expect this report to come out, and what do you expect to see in this report?
00:29:50.740 It's going to be interesting because the main charge that is on its face unconstitutional
00:29:55.980 is the obstruction charge that January 6ers were charged with.
00:29:59.080 And what I believe is happening right now in the halls of power in Washington, D.C.,
00:30:03.920 is probably the biggest, most massive obstruction operation ever happening.
00:30:09.800 They're ordering shredders.
00:30:11.300 They're destroying documents.
00:30:13.140 They're breaking computer hard drives.
00:30:15.440 You name it.
00:30:16.000 They're going to do everything under the sun to conceal what happened that day.
00:30:20.520 And that is a travesty of justice.
00:30:22.820 I don't know if we're ever going to get to the bottom of it.
00:30:25.100 But what I can say, and you gave Julie Kelly a shout-out, it was Julie Kelly, Miranda Devine,
00:30:30.620 and Tucker Carlson were the first people out there, Lou Dobbs.
00:30:34.640 And there wasn't really anybody else after that for the first couple years.
00:30:37.980 Everybody was so scared to talk about what actually happened because the idea of agents
00:30:42.940 at the Capitol and the process of identifying them, it's muddy waters.
00:30:48.360 Like, what does it mean to be an agent at the Capitol?
00:30:50.460 You got people who are active members of law enforcement from different agents who were there.
00:30:55.100 Agencies who were there.
00:30:56.220 And you also had a bunch of people, I would say hundreds of people who were at the Capitol
00:31:00.900 that day that participated in nefarious activities.
00:31:04.420 And they had a history with government, right?
00:31:07.500 They were CIs.
00:31:08.400 They were confidential informants.
00:31:09.780 They were working off and they owed the government a debt.
00:31:12.240 They went there.
00:31:13.340 They caused trouble.
00:31:14.580 We identified a lot of these people, right?
00:31:17.360 Actually, some of these people we identified and the government never owned actually working
00:31:23.760 with them or having commanded control over them.
00:31:25.900 What they did was bring them into D.C. court and give them a slap on the wrist.
00:31:30.240 And then they go, oh, no, this person got a January 6th conviction.
00:31:33.260 Well, if you look at somebody that was at the lower Western Terrace where a big battle happened,
00:31:37.740 if you look at one guy who was just an honest aide who went there that day, he gets five years in jail.
00:31:41.880 If you look at another guy who was an alleged informant or an alleged agent, he gets a month in jail.
00:31:48.620 You know that something is wrong, right?
00:31:50.680 So they had to burn a lot of the assets on the ground.
00:31:53.760 But you can tell by the very limited punishment that these guys got that this is really what was going on.
00:32:00.560 We need to get to the bottom of it.
00:32:02.740 President Trump and Congress are the only people that can do this.
00:32:07.040 And they need to take this seriously because I don't know if Horowitz is ever going to give us what we need.
00:32:12.340 Well, I think he'll have no choice at this point.
00:32:13.840 Now, with President Trump and his administration, we're going to get to Matt Gaetz in a little bit.
00:32:17.500 Hopefully our next attorney general, who I think will do an absolute amazing job on this.
00:32:22.220 But the accountability, Joe, you're an attorney, Liz Cheney.
00:32:26.920 We find out now that she was going behind the scenes and talking with a witness who then came before Congress, testified.
00:32:34.660 Liz Cheney said she had never met this woman before, never spoke to this woman before.
00:32:37.840 We find out there's text messages of her corroborating evidence.
00:32:41.020 Speaking on the telephone, asking if they can talk on the phone.
00:32:44.440 Now, we all know what that means, Joe.
00:32:46.040 I worked at Fox News, and it's called the nothing in writing policy.
00:32:50.100 When you don't want something in writing, you get an email, hey, can you give me a quick call?
00:32:53.740 So we obviously know that there was something going on there.
00:32:57.720 Now, behind the scenes, these folks, I think they could commit it out.
00:33:01.260 You want to talk about treason?
00:33:02.260 What they did to this country, those people on the January 6th committee, one of them just got promoted.
00:33:07.260 Senator Pencilneck now, Adam Schiff, is now a senator after what he's did.
00:33:12.260 That man has been lying, Joe, because of congressional immunity, because they can say whatever the hell they want and get away with it.
00:33:17.260 No such thing as defamation, has been lying now since January 6th of 2021, and he's gotten away with it.
00:33:24.160 You'd mentioned folks like, we'll say Ray Epps.
00:33:26.700 Now, I don't know what Ray Epps' role is.
00:33:28.500 I hear he's very involved in the January 6th instances, but he was never charged with anything.
00:33:34.840 Is that correct?
00:33:36.260 He was charged, and I think he might have taken a plea to a misdemeanor.
00:33:40.200 But look, this is exactly what I was talking about.
00:33:43.020 Ray Epps is the guy on the ground the night before, the day of, going to the Capitol, command control.
00:33:50.780 You know, he's dressed in military gear.
00:33:52.680 He's got a history with the government.
00:33:54.420 Any other guy who did anything like that got 10 years, right?
00:33:58.220 But somebody like Ray Epps gets no jail time.
00:34:00.540 It's unconscionable.
00:34:01.820 It's clear and convincing evidence that these guys are in cahoots with each other,
00:34:05.700 and it's only because he got outed that he got a very insignificant slap on the wrist.
00:34:11.620 You know, when you're talking about Adam Schiff, it's a very unfortunate situation.
00:34:17.080 But, you know, you mentioned the list of rhinos earlier in your opening monologue.
00:34:21.460 The MAGA movement, the America First movement that's now in power, right?
00:34:25.040 We have to continue to drive this message home.
00:34:30.220 Truth, justice, the American way, America First, accountability in government
00:34:34.280 for the next hundred years, right?
00:34:36.740 Donald Trump is the George Washington, the birther of this movement.
00:34:40.940 But this movement has to carry on.
00:34:42.940 These people need to get out.
00:34:44.600 That is the only way we overcome these issues in perpetuity.
00:34:48.600 Otherwise, they're just going to play the long ball.
00:34:50.560 They're going to wait us out like the Taliban in Afghanistan for four years,
00:34:53.560 and it's going to be back to business as usual.
00:34:55.720 We can't have that.
00:34:56.780 There has to be a message that this is the way going forward.
00:35:01.280 Yeah, and the voters out there, you guys got to smarten up.
00:35:04.060 And we all do.
00:35:05.100 I'm not saying just you.
00:35:06.220 It's me, too.
00:35:07.280 We have to start holding these people accountable.
00:35:09.460 We can't just go ahead and keep voting in the Mitch McConnells of the world
00:35:13.100 because he's been there for 100 years, and you just go and you circle a Republican.
00:35:16.580 It can't be like this way anymore, folks, because it's ruining our country.
00:35:20.760 The Susan Collins of the world, the Lisa Murkowskis, the Sullivans from up in Alaska,
00:35:25.400 these people are ruining the Republican Party, the Mitt Romney rhinos.
00:35:29.440 They've got to go.
00:35:30.220 So we've got to start primarying these people.
00:35:32.160 And I think what Elon Musk is doing right now is absolutely brilliant.
00:35:35.280 He's raising a fund, a PAC, rather, where he's going to start going after
00:35:39.480 and primarying these folks who are undermining the Republican Party,
00:35:42.920 who are undermining President Trump's agenda.
00:35:45.460 They did it in 2016.
00:35:47.080 They would have done it in 2020, and they will do it in 2024.
00:35:50.060 You know, I was reading something the other day that if President Trump would have won,
00:35:53.980 obviously he won in 2020, but if he would have taken office again in 2020,
00:35:57.420 he would have had a split house, he wouldn't have been able to get anything through.
00:35:59.500 And this sort of 2024 issue we've got in front of us is a godsend.
00:36:03.660 He has the House.
00:36:04.640 He has the Senate.
00:36:05.860 He's got the Supreme Court.
00:36:07.000 He's got it all.
00:36:07.900 And if you listen to MSNBC and CNN, they'll tell you it's going to be a dictator.
00:36:12.500 He's going to go ahead and rule like Caesar.
00:36:14.860 It's not the case.
00:36:17.580 He's come out now after the election and said, I don't want a national abortion ban.
00:36:21.400 He said it before the election.
00:36:22.460 They went after him and said, you're going to ban all abortions across the United States.
00:36:26.280 He says, I'm not going to do that.
00:36:27.320 He's come out now after the election and says, I'm definitely not going to do that.
00:36:29.800 He puts Robert F. Kennedy in HSS.
00:36:32.680 Obviously, they don't agree on the abortion thing.
00:36:35.400 So it's things like that, Joe, but nobody holds the mainstream media accountable
00:36:39.980 for their role in this whole thing.
00:36:41.680 CNN running hours and hours of the January 6th bullshit, the tapes, all that garbage,
00:36:47.880 hours and hours.
00:36:49.100 Now, they're paying the price when it comes to advertisers because nobody watches that
00:36:54.340 garbage anymore, but nobody holds them accountable, Joe.
00:36:57.560 How do we change this?
00:36:59.840 One of the ways we change this is by reinvigorating the concept of an informed citizenry, right?
00:37:06.340 We are citizens of the greatest country the world has ever known, and we have a civic duty
00:37:10.780 to be well-informed, to understand how our government works, and to not be duped because
00:37:15.980 we can't find a search result that we need on Google or because some schmuck at CNN or
00:37:21.920 MSNBC is feeding us garbage that we know is wrong.
00:37:26.020 If you were to sit down and have a meal at a restaurant, if you were to pick something up,
00:37:29.340 put it in your mouth, and if it tasted bad, you'd immediately put it down.
00:37:33.120 I'm not going to put that in my body.
00:37:34.860 It's the same stuff.
00:37:36.520 Same thing with this stuff.
00:37:37.580 We know a lot of this stuff is bad for us, but for whatever reason, we did it.
00:37:42.740 Our parents are certainly guilty of just perpetually ingesting this filth and this garbage.
00:37:47.980 Your point about Elon Musk, it's the dawn of a new era.
00:37:51.140 It's the dawn of a new information age, and with that age comes responsibility, and it comes
00:37:55.660 what I would proffer as a higher IQ for the general public.
00:37:59.360 We have a duty to be informed.
00:38:01.120 We have a duty to shout this nonsense down.
00:38:03.040 We have a duty not to participate in watching these Hollywood movies that these Satanists
00:38:07.900 appear in regularly or listening to this garbage music or turning on a TV channel that we know
00:38:13.780 is proffering nothing but propaganda to the American public.
00:38:17.220 We have a duty to bankrupt them.
00:38:19.740 We have a duty to participate in the free marketplace of ideas and debate and to support the companies
00:38:25.120 and the candidates who speak truth to power.
00:38:27.800 And, you know, we've done a good job thus far of getting to where we're at today, and now
00:38:33.120 we need to 10X it going forward.
00:38:35.060 Yeah, I couldn't have said it better myself.
00:38:36.580 Absolutely brilliant.
00:38:37.540 We're going to take one more quick break here.
00:38:39.000 When we return, I want to take up Matt Gaetz and his job over at the Justice Department
00:38:44.560 running the place.
00:38:45.900 I'm pretty excited thinking about it.
00:38:47.660 We're talking with Joe McBride.
00:38:49.100 You can check him out, McBrideLawNYC.com.
00:38:53.660 You can follow him on Twitter at McBrideLawNYC.
00:38:55.980 If you need a lawyer, folks, I'm not going to give you his number on air.
00:38:58.460 If in case there's any Marxist Dems on here and want to prank, call him.
00:39:00.960 But you go to McBrideLawNYC.com.
00:39:03.240 If you need a lawyer, if you want to follow any of the great work that Joe's doing for
00:39:07.500 January 6th and all these political prisoners who have just absolutely been suffering for
00:39:12.140 these last few years.
00:39:13.140 We're coming right back with Joe McBride.
00:39:14.620 Stay with us, folks.
00:39:17.240 Folks, as a lot of you may know, Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their
00:39:21.160 box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:39:23.800 They've been part of this cancel culture.
00:39:25.220 So they want to pass savings directly on to you.
00:39:27.700 So they're bringing back the $25 extravaganza.
00:39:30.660 When Mike started MyPillow, it was just a one problem, one solution company.
00:39:34.520 Well, since then, with the help of his dedicated employees, they now have hundreds of products
00:39:39.080 some of you may not even know about.
00:39:41.220 To get the word out, they're having a $25 extravaganza.
00:39:44.660 Two-pack multi-use MyPillows, just $25.
00:39:47.700 MyPillow sandals, $25.
00:39:49.200 There's six-pack towel sets, $25.
00:39:53.100 Four-pack dish towels, you guessed it, $25.
00:39:56.660 This amazing offer won't last long, so order now.
00:39:59.620 Just go to MyPillow.com or call 800-969-3077.
00:40:05.620 That's MyPillow.com.
00:40:07.160 Use promo code JOHN, J-O-H-N, or call 800-969-3077.
00:40:14.480 And be sure to use promo code JOHN, that's J-O-H-N, for all those amazing savings on all MyPillow products.
00:40:21.380 We're back.
00:40:24.720 We're talking with attorney Joseph McBride.
00:40:26.660 Folks, a great American, one of Lou's favorite lawyers.
00:40:29.560 For all you guys who watch the show, you know Lou is a very small base of guests that he actually likes.
00:40:34.500 So if you were on Lou's show, chances are Lou liked you, and he liked you a lot.
00:40:39.000 If you weren't on Lou's show, it was probably because he didn't like you.
00:40:41.620 And that's, you know, just the way it goes.
00:40:43.660 Anyone who knows Lou knows that's the case.
00:40:46.720 But nonetheless, Joe is one of our go-to guys, and he's going to be one of our go-to guys moving forward here.
00:40:52.780 As we go into this next Congress and we go into these next few years of political persecutions, Joe,
00:40:59.120 I thought when President Trump won on November 5th, November 6th, it was going to be over.
00:41:03.960 We now find out there's a former NFL linebacker who was arrested last week for his role in January 6th.
00:41:10.800 What the hell is going on?
00:41:14.080 Unbelievable.
00:41:14.520 You know, the fact that they're arresting that gentleman is unconscionable.
00:41:22.540 I believe that it's payback for what that gentleman has done with his life.
00:41:29.180 He actually went to law school, became a lawyer, and they're going after him in an effort to cancel him.
00:41:34.980 It's wrong what has happened to him.
00:41:37.700 That's Mr. Antoine Williams.
00:41:39.680 I have a good feeling in my stomach that he'll be vindicated at the end of the day.
00:41:44.500 And hopefully the Matt Gaetz DOJ will just look at that case for what it is and just DP it and say, get the hell out of here with this garbage.
00:41:51.420 Yeah. And we're reporting now that there's a great deal, Joe.
00:41:55.980 This is a quotation of, quote, anxiety and dismay inside the Justice Department after President Trump taps Matt Gaetz to run the DOJ.
00:42:04.020 So, you know, if they don't like it, that means it's probably good for the country.
00:42:09.020 What happens to we'll start with Jan Sixers when Matt Gaetz takes over as attorney general, in your opinion?
00:42:15.480 So, you know, Matt Gaetz has an opportunity to to decline to prosecute all pending cases right now, to just take them and throw them in the garbage and say any outstanding cases that haven't made their way into the court system just need to go just need to go away.
00:42:30.880 Then he has, you know, an opportunity to reverse engineer these investigations and take a look at whose constitutional rights have been violated.
00:42:42.000 You know, were there were there Pfizer? Was the Pfizer court used them properly?
00:42:45.400 There's a bunch of things that he can do right there.
00:42:47.700 But the policy on day one of the of the incoming Department of Justice needs to be to turn the faucet off on these January six persecutions and to turn the faucet up and to turn the volume up on the investigation into the corruption that has been taking place in this country for the past, you know, especially the past four years, but really the past 40 years.
00:43:11.160 So what can we do about those folks who have been wrongfully overcharged?
00:43:15.100 We'll call it because that's exactly what's been done to them.
00:43:17.420 What can we do for those folks who have, you know, should have been charged with misdemeanors and a slap on the wrist and a thousand dollar fine or five dollar fine who served time in jail?
00:43:26.840 Folks like Jake Lang, who has now been in jail for years with no no trial.
00:43:32.300 What can we do for folks like them?
00:43:34.560 So first and foremost, we can pray.
00:43:36.540 Right. And I mean that wholeheartedly.
00:43:38.320 Secondly, I spent a lot of time up on Capitol Hill and a lot of time with Congress men and women and their staffers, and they sort of have this unwritten rule that if 10 to 20 people from their district call in on a specific issue, then they're going to act on that issue.
00:43:54.140 So what I would encourage the general public to do is to find out who your congressperson is and to call into that person and say, hey, listen, I'm deeply concerned over the mistreatment of the January 6 prison population.
00:44:06.160 I want to encourage you to participate in their exonerations, their pardons, their commutations, and eventually financial compensation.
00:44:16.580 That's really what the general public can do in conjunction with, of course, advocating for people in the free marketplace of ideas and on social media and at the Thanksgiving dinner table.
00:44:28.000 Yeah, you're absolutely right.
00:44:28.920 And the number for that, and Lou used to give it out all the time on this show because he was tired of it.
00:44:33.320 He wanted people to do their damn job, these members of Congress, 202-224-3121, 202-224-3124, that 3-1-2-1, again, 202-224-3-1-2-1, that's the White House, the Congressional Switchboard.
00:44:50.420 Call them up and tell your members of Congress.
00:44:52.700 Folks, if enough of you guys call, I worked in Congress.
00:44:54.680 I know exactly how it works.
00:44:55.640 If enough of you guys call, the message gets to the headmaster.
00:44:58.920 It gets to the member of Congress.
00:45:00.060 A lot of times, the offices are very small.
00:45:02.000 A lot of times, the members of Congress are walking around the office and hear these phone calls ringing.
00:45:06.060 So if you bombard your congresswoman, your congressman, tell them to do their damn job and get to the bottom of this because it's enough is enough.
00:45:14.260 When do you expect we'll see some pardons come out from President Trump, from the Trump administration?
00:45:19.160 It could be as early as day one.
00:45:21.420 It's going to be very interesting to see how they do it.
00:45:23.800 If it's general pardons, it could come out.
00:45:26.080 I mean, he should probably announce it right away, at least within the first week.
00:45:30.240 I think he has a duty within the first day of the first couple of 72 hours of his administration to say exactly what he's going to do and how it's going to be handled.
00:45:38.880 You know, there's the idea of just general pardons saying, hey, look, some of you were less than perfect, but you weren't treated like Antifa or BLM.
00:45:47.080 There was a heavy hand here.
00:45:48.300 Others of you really didn't do nothing, but the actual the greater wrongdoer and the saga for January 6th is the federal government and how they mistreated, don't over prosecute it and over sentence you as a general population.
00:46:01.000 And for that reason alone, I'm going to issue a general pardon.
00:46:04.240 If he does that, it'll be it'll bring great healing to the United States of America.
00:46:08.320 You know, when you look at the troubles of Northern Ireland in the 1998 Good Friday Agreement, they released some 400 prisoners.
00:46:15.200 The Democratic unionists were against it.
00:46:18.000 Lots of them were sick to their stomach over it, but they agreed to do it at the end of the day because of what was it was the necessary component for the sufficiency of healing in that country.
00:46:27.120 And it works.
00:46:28.060 The violence stopped.
00:46:29.060 The political unrest stopped.
00:46:30.320 And Ireland is now a peaceful place unless you're looking at the invasion of immigrant problem over there.
00:46:36.020 But that's a separate issue.
00:46:37.000 Right. So there's a very big opportunity for President Trump to do that.
00:46:41.860 And look, if he doesn't if he doesn't issue a general pardon, then, you know, he's probably going to issue a sentencing commission.
00:46:48.360 There'll probably be a case by case basis.
00:46:50.400 But he needs to say, if not on day one, by day three, exactly what the plan is going forward.
00:46:55.160 He campaigned on it.
00:46:56.460 So many people are eagerly anticipating his messaging on it.
00:46:59.740 We need to know what's going on immediately with regard to that issue.
00:47:03.660 Yeah, I know President Trump personally, obviously, through Lou.
00:47:07.000 I've met the man many times.
00:47:08.180 I've spoken with the man many times.
00:47:09.840 He's a man of his word, Joe.
00:47:11.380 And, you know, I know he's going to keep up on this promise because he never backed down from it, Joe.
00:47:16.440 He sat at debate stages.
00:47:18.160 He stood on debate stages.
00:47:19.460 And when asked the question, he didn't shy away from it, which he politically,
00:47:23.780 I'm sure nine out of ten political advisors would have told him, skate around the question, don't answer the question directly.
00:47:29.640 He went right at it.
00:47:30.980 And he looked at Kamala and he looked at Joe Biden and said, those people are in there because of you, not because of something they did wrong.
00:47:36.520 So I don't think President Trump would have went out on the limb, risking losing the election to stand up for Jay Sixers and then come into office and say, oh, forget about you guys.
00:47:45.740 So I have great confidence in President Trump that he is going to be a man of his word, as he always has been, coming through on 99 percent of his promises.
00:47:54.700 And the one percent were stopped short about something we were talking about earlier, his personnel, which is President Trump admits was is not his best thing.
00:48:02.400 And it's probably because he's too nice of a guy.
00:48:05.260 You know, everyone goes out there and sees him as this big alpha male.
00:48:08.460 But President Trump's got a massive heart and he gives too many people way too many chances, in my opinion.
00:48:14.840 Joe, I want to wrap up with something.
00:48:17.120 Another big issue.
00:48:19.100 How do we clean up the DOJ?
00:48:20.940 How are we going to clean up the FBI?
00:48:22.540 How are we going to finally say enough is enough?
00:48:26.320 Get out the rot, the people who are the holdovers, which are probably trying to hide under desks right now in garbage pails, in paper shredders.
00:48:35.040 How do we go ahead and and put an end to that and finally get rid of these people once and for all so that they're not sitting there undermining the Trump agenda?
00:48:45.540 The folks in the DNI who are going to be working for Tulsi Gabbard, the folks in the FBI who will hopefully work and be working for Cash Patel, those folks.
00:48:54.500 How do we get out the bottom rotters who managed to just stay there after administration, after administration?
00:49:00.640 A lot of these, as you know, in Washington, you got career pilot, you got you got career people and you got people who are there pursuant to an administration.
00:49:09.840 Well, lots of the rot comes from the career people who are in DOJ, FBI and other places.
00:49:15.460 These places need to be culled.
00:49:17.040 They need to be absolutely gutted from the top all the way down to the bottom.
00:49:22.220 New leadership needs to come in.
00:49:24.220 Strong, intelligent leadership.
00:49:25.840 America first leadership needs to come in.
00:49:27.800 I would suggest resurrecting guys who have retired and gals who have retired.
00:49:32.400 Let them come in for a few few years.
00:49:34.500 I know many of them.
00:49:35.900 Brad Geier, Jeff Clark, lots of people who are at the DOJ for a long time who are capable patriots who want to go in and reverse engineer a lot of the filth and a lot of the garbage that we have seen.
00:49:47.360 It's going to be a hard job.
00:49:49.420 You're going to have to look people in the face and say, look, you know, I understand you've been here your whole life, but it's time for you to get the hell out of here.
00:49:55.320 And, you know, it's going to take somebody like a Matt Gaetz and a Donald Trump in the DOJ in order to get that stuff done.
00:50:02.920 Lots of people are jumping up and down about these appointments.
00:50:05.500 But, you know, I'm a practicing Catholic.
00:50:07.720 I used to I like to use Jesus and a lot of my analogies.
00:50:11.260 And when you think about his apostles and the people that he called tax collectors, you know, fishermen, you know, rough guys who they weren't the academics of the day.
00:50:20.920 Lots of people snapped their head around in the Sanhedrin.
00:50:23.520 They were like, you're calling these people to lead your new church?
00:50:26.340 Like, what kind of guy are you?
00:50:28.360 But, you know, God doesn't look at the outside.
00:50:31.000 He looks at the heart.
00:50:31.860 And Donald Trump is calling people into his administration and into his cabinet because he knows them personally.
00:50:38.320 He knows their heart.
00:50:39.640 He knows their mind and their heart are aligned in the right place and that America is everything to these people.
00:50:45.520 So if you don't like Matt Gaetz, that's probably a good sign.
00:50:48.820 I love him.
00:50:49.520 I think he's going to do a great job.
00:50:51.040 And I'm looking forward to to just all these people walking out like Lehman Brothers, you know, after 2011 is walking out, holding the holding their baskets and never coming back.
00:51:02.300 The thing that scares the hell out of me, Joe, is the fact that we were talking about this before is the folks, the snakes in the grass, the rhino Republicans who are looking for jobs now.
00:51:12.920 There's a lot of jobs to be had in the White House.
00:51:14.660 I've had people reach out to me asking me if I was interested in, you know, it's a decision I don't know.
00:51:18.800 I would only want to go work there if there was a job that I can make consequential advice to the president, things that can help this country.
00:51:28.240 I wouldn't just go there to go take a job to say I work in the White House, be a paper pusher.
00:51:32.200 I have no interest in doing that, Joe.
00:51:33.620 I think some of us are put on this earth like you and I to spread a message.
00:51:37.240 Other people are put on this earth to sit behind a desk and do the work that we don't want to do and procedural things and things like like that.
00:51:44.780 You know what the problem is, is there's so many jobs to be had and there are so many bottom feeders and rats and snakes in the grass who are going to whittle their way in there.
00:51:55.760 The Cassidy Hutchinson's of the world.
00:51:57.620 They're going to make their way back into the White House.
00:51:59.460 They're going to be looking to set him up.
00:52:00.680 They're going to be looking to record him.
00:52:02.360 Good news is, is he never has to run for president again.
00:52:04.440 The good news is, is he has the house for the next two years.
00:52:06.600 So he's impeachment free, at least for the next two years.
00:52:09.000 The better news is, is they probably will hold it tight in the Senate in the next Senate election.
00:52:14.520 So he's probably safe on all fronts on that.
00:52:18.000 But nonetheless, it throws a monkey wrench into his agenda.
00:52:22.120 You know, it slows things down.
00:52:24.580 Do you expect his administration now, as we conclude here, will be better rounded this time around, better vetted this time around?
00:52:33.900 I think it will it will be better vetted right right this time around.
00:52:39.240 He's President Trump has some has some good people.
00:52:41.500 He's got some bad apples around him, but he's got some really good people around him as well.
00:52:45.900 You know, I think of my good friend Alex Bruce, which has been with him for a long time.
00:52:50.040 Right. Alex is a good judge of character.
00:52:52.980 I'm somebody who works with the administration.
00:52:54.380 He's been involved in the Trump campaign for a long time.
00:52:57.280 I would hope to see somebody like Alex in the White House.
00:53:00.600 There are other good people, young blood, important blood.
00:53:03.780 John, somebody like yourself.
00:53:05.100 I'd love to see you there as well.
00:53:06.940 President Trump needs stand up men, stand up women who are unafraid to judge somebody, who are unafraid to call somebody out, who are unafraid to say, hey, you know, what you're doing right now is the old guard.
00:53:18.840 It doesn't align with what we're trying to do with this new mission.
00:53:22.340 This new mission.
00:53:23.300 President Trump has a very limited window, a very limited time frame under which he can accomplish this great mission.
00:53:29.740 He needs the absolute best, highly trained warriors around them, whether they're political warriors, legal warriors, warriors that have to do with people in the economy, information warriors, whatever it is.
00:53:40.420 He needs the best of the best.
00:53:42.080 And that doesn't mean that you went to Harvard or you went to Yale.
00:53:44.580 It means that you know what you're doing on the battlefield and you have the results to show it to him and to prove it and to get the job done.
00:53:53.320 Joe, I'd make the argument that folks who didn't go to Harvard and Yale and Princeton are smarter than those folks who went there.
00:53:58.660 We've seen time and time again, these folks who run our country, Joe, they went to Ivy League schools.
00:54:03.160 Absolute total idiots, buffoons, Barack Obama, wherever the hell he went, Harvard and wherever.
00:54:09.700 Absolute buffoons, total idiots.
00:54:11.540 You look at these presidential candidates who have made it through the ranks.
00:54:14.340 President Trump stopped every single one of them.
00:54:16.240 Every single Ivy League degree stopped on a wall.
00:54:19.580 But you're absolutely right.
00:54:20.760 You know, he does need people in the White House who don't care about the rap.
00:54:25.000 They're going to get the job that they're going to get when they come out, because folks like you and I, Joe, we're never going to get a job in corporate America.
00:54:30.500 You're never going to go get a job working for Kirkland Ellis.
00:54:32.880 They'll never hire you.
00:54:34.000 And it's probably you should get a trophy for not ever being hired by them because you would never go work for those scumbags.
00:54:39.240 Number one.
00:54:40.700 Number two, we would never be welcome.
00:54:43.120 I'd never be welcome back in a mainstream news outlet again.
00:54:45.980 I worked for Fox News with Blue for four years.
00:54:47.640 I'd never be welcome back there.
00:54:49.000 I'd never be welcome to go work for another thing.
00:54:50.960 And I'm fine with that, Joe.
00:54:52.120 I've accepted it.
00:54:53.040 And the reason I come out here every day and I say what I want to say is because I've accepted that.
00:54:56.920 And I'm happy where I am.
00:54:58.040 And I'm happy I can come out here every single day and say what I want to say and tell the truth to the audience and have folks on like you who are not afraid to say what you want to say.
00:55:06.920 President Trump needs folks like that by his side.
00:55:09.920 Folks who are not scared of the repercussions for working for President Trump.
00:55:14.480 That's just my two cents.
00:55:16.040 And I think President Trump understands that by now.
00:55:18.000 Joe, as we conclude here, I want to I want to get your final thoughts and we hope you'll come back soon and often with me hosting the show now.
00:55:25.640 But I want to get your concluding thoughts on on America right now.
00:55:29.620 The patriotism we're seeing, where we go from here as we go into this new year, as we head into the Christmas season.
00:55:36.200 So I live in Brooklyn and the day after the election, I was walking around and I seen flags everywhere.
00:55:43.080 People were happy in the streets and it reminded me of the level of patriotism that I saw after September 11th.
00:55:49.920 People were unified.
00:55:51.680 You know, people had a common cause to come on to come around each other and to support each other.
00:55:57.580 September 11th was a horrible thing.
00:55:59.780 But America came together.
00:56:01.460 People came together.
00:56:02.400 Families came together.
00:56:04.040 I'm seeing something similar here again.
00:56:06.140 January 6th and the persecutions and the prosecutions, the stealing of the of the 2020 election.
00:56:12.480 The last four years of absolutely horrible.
00:56:15.540 But the American person, the American spirit knows that a new day is upon us.
00:56:19.660 Right.
00:56:20.260 So hopeful, positive.
00:56:23.880 But people need to get to work.
00:56:25.700 This is we just took the most important hill in the war.
00:56:29.760 But now we have to defend it and we have to route the enemy.
00:56:33.520 These next four years are about routing the enemy out of the halls of power by no longer subscribing.
00:56:40.120 If it's a Fox News or a CNN or a Kirk Lonell or whoever it is, we don't need those people.
00:56:45.100 That's blockbuster video.
00:56:46.740 That is the old guard.
00:56:47.960 The new world is moving in a new direction.
00:56:50.360 President Trump is leading the charge.
00:56:52.060 The America First movement is leading the charge.
00:56:53.940 Good men like you, lawyers like me, good people out there in the world are doing everything that we can do for a cause that is bigger than ourselves.
00:57:03.120 That's what this is about.
00:57:04.440 I remain hopeful.
00:57:05.780 I remain grateful.
00:57:06.760 I'm thankful to the American people for voting for President Trump.
00:57:09.840 I'm thankful to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for not abandoning this country.
00:57:14.460 You're a great American, Joe, and everyone out there should pray for Joe for all that he's going through.
00:57:19.260 And you folks don't realize the backlash Joe probably gets from defending these folks and all the business he's probably lost for defending these folks.
00:57:27.080 But I think there's a good song lyrics, Joe, to end this show.
00:57:30.180 It's a new dawn.
00:57:31.020 It's a new day.
00:57:32.480 It's a new life for me.
00:57:33.540 And I'm feeling good as President Trump comes back to the White House.
00:57:36.960 Joe McBride, you can find him.
00:57:39.240 McBrideLawNYC.com.
00:57:41.940 McBrideLawNYC on Twitter.
00:57:42.860 You can follow all Joe's great work there.
00:57:44.860 And I'm looking forward to January 20th of 2025, Joe.
00:57:49.540 I think it's probably going to be a good day and a good week for you.
00:57:52.260 But keep up all the great work, brother.
00:57:53.920 You're a great American, and God bless you.
00:57:56.060 God bless you too, John.
00:57:57.700 Thank you, everybody, for being with us today.
00:57:59.560 I hope you guys enjoyed this episode as much as I enjoyed talking with Joe.
00:58:03.680 He's a great American, and he puts his rear end on the line every day going out there and defending these January 6th folks.
00:58:09.460 A lot of people don't realize what it takes and what it takes out of you to come out here and do what we do every single day.
00:58:16.560 And I'm not saying to pat us on the back, but it's a draining job when you constantly got arrows on your back, and it's a draining job knowing that everyone's gunning for you.
00:58:24.980 But you know what?
00:58:25.440 We do this with pride, and I think we're happy.
00:58:27.800 I can at least speak to myself.
00:58:29.080 I'm happy to do this, and I know Joe is happy to do what he does defending truth, justice, and the American way.
00:58:35.180 Folks, we'll see you right back here tomorrow for The Great American Show as our quest for truth, justice, and the American way continues.
00:58:41.660 Until then, may God bless you, may God bless America, and may God bless the great Lou Dobbs.
