00:00:30.940 Federal Judge Eileen Cannon originally scheduled the Trump documents trial to begin just over a
00:00:36.860 month from today. Marx's special counsel Jack Smith had then asked to push the trial until December
00:00:43.520 to give Trump's attorneys time to get security clearances to be able to review classified
00:00:49.380 documents. The president's attorneys have now responded, asking Judge Cannon to push the
00:00:55.800 trial back even further, asking that the trial date be set sometime after the 2024 presidential
00:01:03.040 election, saying proceeding to trial during the pendency of a presidential election cycle,

00:01:49.940 Great America Show. Our guest is chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Congressman Jim Jordan. We take
00:01:55.900 up tomorrow's big day for the committee as FBI Director Christopher Wray testifies. Here is Chairman
00:02:02.340 Jordan on some of tomorrow's issues. The Justice Department and the FBI have called parents terrorists, set up a
00:02:09.240 snitch line to report parents. The FBI investigated 25 moms and dads across this country. We know that
00:02:15.020 because of whistleblowers who come forward. Then it was the memorandum at the Richmond field office,
00:02:20.820 the FBI field office, where they said, if you're a pro-life Catholic, you're a radical, you're an
00:02:25.580 extremist. Then it was retaliation against the whistleblowers who came forward and told us about
00:02:30.360 these things. Then, of course, finally, we had what we got just a week ago, six days ago, in the decision
00:02:37.320 from Judge Doty in the Western District of Louisiana, where he talked about the censorship
00:02:42.560 that the FBI and the rest of the government has been involved in limiting Americans' First Amendment
00:02:48.460 free speech rights. I think we'll highlight all that, not to mention this latest thing with the
00:02:54.020 whistleblower, Gary Shapley, and the Biden family business operation. I'm sure we'll get into that as well.
00:02:59.380 Chairman Jordan, on the expected Chris Ray testimony tomorrow. Please go to today's Great
00:03:05.480 America Show episode and be with us each and every day for the Great America Show. I'm Lou Dobbs
