00:01:14.940 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to the Great America Sunday Show. Thanks for being
00:01:22.980 with us. This week, Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House, is said to be ready to rubber stamp
00:01:28.580 the reauthorization of the FISA 702 program, the FISA program they used to spy on President
00:01:35.660 Trump, his associates in 2016. You remember all that. And to spy on the rest of us whenever
00:01:41.860 they want. Politico is reporting the compromise legislation is still being drafted. In other
00:01:48.320 words, warrantless surveillance is here to stay and Mike Johnson doesn't have the stomach to fight it.
00:01:53.820 I hope you'll consider calling the Capitol switchboard and demand your representative
00:01:58.020 and your senators vote against reauthorization. That phone number is 202-224-3121. That's 202-224-3121.
00:02:11.000 Hope you'll call them. 202-224-3121. And 17 rhinos in the Senate last week voted to send Ukraine
00:02:21.100 another $60 billion. Your dollars and mine vowing to put our border first. Of course, they didn't.
00:02:28.560 But the $60 billion, they did. The rhinos are Shelley Moore Capito, Bill Cassidy, Susan Collins,
00:02:36.120 John Cornyn, Joni Ernst, Chuck Grassley, John Kennedy, Mitch McConnell, Jerry Moran, Lisa Murkowski,
00:02:44.720 Mitt Romney, Mike Rounds, Dan Sullivan, John Thune, Tom Tillis, Roger Wicker, and Todd Young.
00:02:52.220 Those senators are a disgrace. Our first guest today is retired Navy SEAL host of the Operator
00:02:58.640 podcast, Rob O'Neill. And Rob, great to have you with us. As always, the bill the rhinos wanted
00:03:04.580 everybody to sign on to and vote for, they ran from that bill because the backlash was so loud
00:03:11.120 all across the country. They didn't even stand behind it for 48 hours. Your reaction?
00:03:17.960 Thanks again for having me, Lou. Great to be here. My thoughts were initially what the government
00:03:22.600 always does. They give it a nice, pretty name, and they pretend it's something that it's not.
00:03:26.400 Like, you know, Build Back Better is the Green New Deal, and now the border bill is basically
00:03:30.500 funding Ukraine and just sending billions off to different places that we're not even sure
00:03:36.140 where they're going because it's so, it's not clear exactly what they're doing with what
00:03:40.820 they're funding. And basically what we're doing is we're making countries around the world just
00:03:44.700 turn into dependents, like welfare states. We spent more now on Ukraine than we did on the
00:03:48.000 Marshall Plan to rebuild Europe after World War II. And it's just because nobody in Washington
00:03:54.440 earns any money. They don't care about it. And these are, you know, people are hurting with
00:03:57.780 inflation. People are hurting with all, I mean, the taxes are nonstop. And the money goes nowhere.
00:04:02.100 It doesn't go to homeless vets. It's not going to our border. But I'm happy with the way they're
00:04:07.080 making people vote to go on the record because so many backdoor deals seem to be made nowadays
00:04:12.360 with unelected bureaucrats in a different room and they just hand them a bill and someone signs it
00:04:15.880 or a staffer tells them to sign it or which way are we voting on this? But even when the Speaker
00:04:20.300 Johnson said it's dead on arrival, I think they shouldn't do that. I think you should
00:04:24.280 force people to sit down and put it on the record you voted for or against it. And
00:04:27.820 I mean, the American public's never going to read it because we're so distracted by
00:04:31.820 everything. And, you know, powers that be in senators have been doing that forever. Back to
00:04:35.640 the Roman times, that's where they're feeding Christians to the lions back in the day because
00:04:39.280 too many people were complaining, well, let's make a big stadium. We'll distract them. We'll
00:04:42.400 entertain them while getting rid of our enemies. And that's just, they're just, they're counting on us
00:04:46.920 not paying attention. And no matter what, no matter what they do, it always seems like we'll complain
00:04:50.900 for two years or four years, whatever it is. And then we just reelect the incumbent most of
00:04:54.440 the time.
00:04:55.440 You're exactly right. And the madness of it all is becoming increasingly clear as the times become
00:05:03.200 increasingly desperate. We're in wars all over the country, but we don't talk about them. It's a war
00:05:10.000 in Syria. It's a war in Iraq. It's a, in point of fact, it's a war in Northern
00:05:15.320 Jordan. We're looking across the landscape right now. We've got SEALs all over the world.
00:05:22.240 We've got special forces all over the world. It's insane what we're doing right now.
00:05:27.920 Well, and you've got to figure with the special forces, you need to have the support with them.
00:05:32.300 And that was our three heroes that were just killed, you know, a number of days ago because
00:05:37.120 they're there to support the special forces. So we're talking 2,500 to 3,000 people, American
00:05:41.120 soldiers in Iraq and we're in Syria and we've got guys in Yemen. We've been running stuff there all
00:05:46.040 the time and we're always involved. And it's just my favorite phrase I used to come up with was the
00:05:51.140 military sort of as a self-licking ice cream cone. We just go places and spend money. And then we just
00:05:55.740 sort of support ourselves when it's not necessary. And then with the funding that goes with it,
00:05:59.880 we're, we send billions of dollars to countries that hate us. Like we're sending billions to Egypt.
00:06:04.200 If they don't like us and they're the ones building a wall, they don't, they want to keep
00:06:06.760 the Palestinians out. So that tells you something about that whole thing too, which side they're
00:06:09.660 on. But, you know, just the money, it just doesn't even matter to a lot of these people
00:06:13.760 in Washington, especially, you know, and, and right now, even the elites in this country,
00:06:19.460 the Wall Street, let's talk about the Wall Street elites for a second. They're starting to get the
00:06:24.240 idea that maybe they screwed up back in 2020. They're starting to get the idea maybe that it would be
00:06:31.300 really good to have law and order and stable markets for their own prosperity, to satisfy
00:06:38.400 their own greed. And that they've made a huge mistake by putting this puppet president in office
00:06:44.640 with all of the Marxists who surround him and control him and who are driving the nation
00:06:49.960 in these extraordinary directions, like open borders, inviting in tens of millions of people
00:06:57.660 without vetting them, without knowing whether they will have skills, let alone the fact that
00:07:02.700 they don't, no impediment, no problem, come on in. And we'll spend half a billion, half a trillion
00:07:08.780 dollars on you for the next 20 years, rather than our own people. The madness is here. The elites are
00:07:14.980 beginning to see it.
00:07:16.120 Look at the $53 million that New York just said they're going to give to migrants, give them,
00:07:20.080 you know, a stipend every single month. So that's $53 million of taxpayer money going to people who
00:07:24.120 were here illegally. The first, their first act to come into the United States was breaking the law.
00:07:28.380 And then you've got these Democrats that, you know, the whole admit nothing, deny everything,
00:07:32.440 make counter accusations. They're the ones they want to, they, and even though they say they don't,
00:07:35.800 they want to take away guns and they want to defund the police and you're going to get what you get.
00:07:40.480 I mean, if you just take a second and put yourself in the shoes of say someone that's poor and you,
00:07:46.000 like say if I'm like an 18 year old dude in New York and I'm poor and I can get away with going
00:07:49.340 and stealing a bunch of stuff. I mean, that's what they're doing. There's, there's no consequences.
00:07:52.720 Their gangs that live in Florida come to New York to steal. And then they go sell it in Florida.
00:07:56.860 And they were asked why they don't just stay in Florida. Well, they have laws there. They put
00:07:59.540 us in jail, not in New York and everything up to the attorney general in New York. It's lawless.
00:08:03.840 And that's kind of what they want. They want the chaos because the Marxists hate this country.
00:08:08.360 And, uh, and part of the plan too, when, when they, uh, however, I'm not even going to get into
00:08:12.160 how they got Biden into office as a puppet, their plan flooded with potential voters from every
00:08:17.680 country in the world. And they don't care if there's military age males from China, from Pakistan,
00:08:21.980 from Afghanistan, from Senegal. And all those countries are coming here and probably another
00:08:26.140 80 countries. Uh, and you know, they're all military age men. What, you know, the Democrats
00:08:30.680 only care about power. That's one way to do it. Um, pass the courts, make Puerto Rico a
00:08:34.640 state, make, uh, you know, put senators in DC, two more democratic senators. That's what they
00:08:38.960 want to do because they don't care about the little guy. They care about their own personal
00:08:42.500 power. I'm convinced that there's some sort of narcissistic magnet that's in Washington,
00:08:47.340 DC, and they get sucked into it. And you got a bunch of these sociopaths up there with the
00:08:50.620 first race. Yeah. They're sociopaths or psychopaths there, whatever they are, uh, is pathological.
00:08:56.980 I, I, I'm not a psychiatrist, but I, I, I see aberrant personalities and I recognize, uh, what
00:09:03.980 the dangers are. And by the way, uh, everything on Capitol Hill is flashing red. Uh, it's, uh,
00:09:11.440 it's stunning the times in which we live and we're talking with retired seal team, six, uh,
00:09:17.620 seal, Robert O'Neill. Uh, he, uh, he is a great American. And as you've just heard, uh,
00:09:24.300 smarter than a whip. We're coming right back. Stay with us.
00:09:28.840 Lou Dobbs here. I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs tonight has
00:09:34.300 returned to the air. That's right. Lou Dobbs tonight is back. We're live each and every
00:09:41.460 weeknight at 7 p.m. Eastern and 6 p.m. Central on rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs. That's rumble.com
00:09:50.560 slash Lou Dobbs. I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs tonight as our fight to save this
00:09:57.260 country has only begun.
00:09:59.600 We're back now. We're talking with Rob O'Neill and Rob, you mentioned the Middle East where
00:10:09.740 madness always prevails, it seems, and chaos reigns, but to see the national security, uh,
00:10:18.860 advisor to the president, uh, Jake Sullivan, talk about the, the, the madness of a two state
00:10:27.680 solution is the only way forward for Israel. And, and by the way, uh, support of the United
00:10:34.460 States, uh, as he tried to coerce, uh, is for a two state solution. It's as if he had
00:10:41.600 witnessed, read nothing about the history of the region over the course of the last half
00:10:46.660 century, your thoughts.
00:10:48.380 Well, my thoughts are they had a, uh, two state solution in October of last year, and it
00:10:53.600 was violated when they went through and, uh, did the, the horrific acts that they did to
00:10:59.500 men, women, children, innocent people in Israel. There was a two state solution and there was
00:11:03.120 a ceasefire and Hamas, um, they violated it. And this is some of the worst atrocities we've
00:11:07.580 seen since the Holocaust. And, uh, the, the, the way that I put it to, I try to keep it simple
00:11:13.180 because, um, just for myself. So I understand it. If, if the, uh, Palestinians threw their weapons
00:11:18.980 into the Mediterranean sea tomorrow, there would be peace. If the Israelis threw their weapons into
00:11:23.640 the Mediterranean sea tomorrow, there would be genocide. That should be simple enough for
00:11:27.460 people to understand what's going on. And keep in mind, these innocent Palestinians, they voted
00:11:31.040 for Hamas. They elected them up in the 90 percentile. They voted them in. And then they complained that
00:11:35.600 they're not getting aid from us and from Israel. We're the only ones who give them aid. It's like,
00:11:40.040 can you run yourself or not? And they complain about it after they, uh, you know, I don't even like
00:11:45.240 thinking about what they did to those innocent people. And that's again, another, another country,
00:11:48.560 prime example of gun control. They, well, they don't have any guns because the army is going to
00:11:52.400 be there to protect them. Like with us, the cops are going to come to help you, but what if they
00:11:56.920 don't? And that's just part of protecting yourself. And you should be able to do that. But the two
00:12:00.640 state solution isn't going to happen until they get rid of these leaders. And that, that goes for
00:12:04.680 Yemen, which is barely a country and Iran. We can't just hit proxies and say, there, we did
00:12:09.060 something. You got to take out the senior leadership and it sucks. And I don't want a war to happen,
00:12:13.620 but there are ways to do it right now. No one is afraid of us. Actually, it's the opposite. They're laughing at us.
00:12:18.240 They can't, I mean, people overseas cannot believe we have this guy in office. Look at his schedule.
00:12:22.380 The white house puts it out every day. Joe Biden doesn't do anything. Maybe one event on Thursday
00:12:26.440 every week, he doesn't do anything. And they know that they're, uh, uh, you know, I've talked to
00:12:31.440 family members who were getting out of the military instead of doing their 20 years because they can't
00:12:34.780 stand a wolf politics and it's invading everywhere. And eventually we run into the truth and the truth
00:12:39.920 is going to hurt the next generation. Yeah. If, if not already this, uh, because we really,
00:12:46.160 right, I think right now do not have the capacity to carry out, uh, a significant to fight in a
00:12:53.900 significant conflict, uh, whether it'd be in the middle East, whether we probably would be better
00:12:58.800 off. It's if it is in the middle East, frankly, militarily. Uh, but Europe, we have, uh, what a
00:13:06.120 hundred thousand troops on the Eastern flank for what, what are they going to be cannon fodder?
00:13:11.220 Uh, this is the most mindless thing I've ever seen, uh, when it comes to the U S military,
00:13:17.360 uh, deploying troops in peacetime, uh, we have those troops putting, we put them in harm's way.
00:13:25.460 They're within, uh, within every, seemingly every weapon that the, uh, that Russia has, uh, and,
00:13:33.040 and for what they've been there now, two years, two years. And it makes no sense whatsoever.
00:13:38.720 The deployment of any of these troops strategically, uh, Europe suddenly doesn't
00:13:43.780 have troops. NATO doesn't exactly work in Eastern Europe. Uh, this is a bizarre circumstance. Your
00:13:50.280 thought. Well, my thoughts are the agreement with NATO is every country that's a part of it has to
00:13:55.640 pay 2% of their GDP and nobody does except pretty much us and maybe two other countries. And if,
00:14:00.720 you know, they keep saying that they could, the military industrial complex can make a lot of money
00:14:04.900 if they keep us afraid with war or the possibility of war. And if I'm an American first guy and I,
00:14:12.320 you know, they're saying, well, who's going to roll through Poland? Who's going to roll through
00:14:15.420 Germany? Well, first of all, no, he's not because Germany and Poland are not Ukraine. But second of
00:14:20.400 all, still not our problem. We have a, we have the whole Atlantic ocean, you know, we'll see it coming.
00:14:24.540 If Germany is so concerned about Putin, why don't they get their house in order? Why are they doing
00:14:28.400 all this? They're doing the same mass migration stuff. That's not helping their country at all.
00:14:31.740 All they're doing is depleting their, all their resources. If, you know, if they want to be
00:14:35.340 serious about it, they can do something too. It's not the United States' job to just give handouts,
00:14:38.840 but we do that for some reason. We like to appease everybody except Americans. We love to give money
00:14:43.980 to Ukraine. We just, we love, we love to try to play nice. We send pilots of cash to Iran. You're not
00:14:49.140 going, you're not going to win them over. I had a terrorist personally tell me, you're not going to win my
00:14:54.200 hearts and minds by bringing me tea and cookies. They understand fear. They understand death. They
00:14:57.580 understand strength. You don't just give them money saying, Hey, you know what they said? They're going to take
00:15:01.480 this nuclear energy and use it for peaceful means. No, they're not. The first second they get a
00:15:05.300 nuclear weapon is going right to Tel Aviv. And do you know how many former generals and admirals
00:15:10.460 and intel community folks are involved in that effort to get Saudi Arabia nuclear power plants?
00:15:19.180 It's disgusting. It is absolutely disgusting because they know what will be the path,
00:15:24.960 the trajectory of that nuclear power plant and the fissionables that are processed. I mean, it's to me,
00:15:33.680 it's disgusting to what is happening to the revolving door with the lobbyists and the military and the
00:15:40.200 military industrial complex. And I understand everybody has to make a buck, but man, they said they suddenly
00:15:46.940 don't understand the concept of national security.
00:15:50.780 No, not at all. And I'm going to probably butcher this quote, but Albert Einstein, who obviously
00:15:55.840 played a key role in preventing the atomic bomb, he said, I don't know what weapon will end the
00:16:00.400 third world war, but I know there'll be fighting the fourth world war with sticks and stones,
00:16:03.840 because that's the point we're getting to where we can destroy the entire planet. We're back to caveman
00:16:07.780 days. And it's a scary truth. And we can sit here and live in the fiction of Instagram and Twitter and all
00:16:12.780 this stuff. But when reality hits in the form of a mushroom cloud or a electromagnetic pulse and
00:16:17.760 everything is off, you're going to figure out, I should have paid attention, got some survival
00:16:22.660 skills because I need to feed the family, get some water in my car, my phone, my house doesn't work
00:16:26.620 right now. Coming up next, President Trump's attorneys head to the Supreme Court, fighting
00:16:31.320 back against the Marxist Dems' efforts to keep Trump off the ballot in Colorado. It's not going well
00:16:37.820 for the Marxist Dems. We're coming right back. Stay with us.
00:16:42.780 Thanks for staying with us on the Great America Sunday Show. Our next guest is Kurt Olson,
00:16:52.560 conservative attorney. And Kurt, it's great to have you with us. There's so much that we could
00:16:57.480 take up here today, but I'd like to start with the trial in Georgia, where federal judge Amy Totenberg
00:17:03.500 is deliberating a path toward a verdict in the Curling v. Raffensperger case on electronic voting
00:17:11.140 in Georgia. What do you expect her to do? Well, closing arguments, Lou, and it's great to be with
00:17:16.740 you, by the way, closing arguments in Curling were held on Thursday. The judge now has all of
00:17:23.120 the evidence, has taken it under advisement. I suspect it could be at least several weeks before
00:17:28.360 a ruling is issued. The interesting aspect of Curling was how one of the plaintiff's groups
00:17:37.160 bent over backwards to limit the vulnerabilities with the machines and the issues therein
00:17:43.480 to just what are called ballot marking devices. These are touchscreen voting machines where
00:17:49.720 there is not a paper ballot that is hand filled out and then tabulated. And so that system is only used
00:17:59.520 statewide in Georgia. And that particular plaintiff group bent over backwards to not say anything
00:18:06.960 about the tabulators, which is a device that reads paper ballots, takes an image, tabulates the vote,
00:18:16.300 and then gives the result. And tabulators are a component that is extremely vulnerable to
00:18:25.520 manipulation and to rating an election. So it was odd that one of the plaintiff's groups tried to avoid
00:18:32.480 that. But Garland Favorito, voter GA, and Ricardo Davis, the plaintiff there, with their counsel,
00:18:39.520 David Oles, made great headway in upsetting those plans to avoid discussions about the tabulators and
00:18:47.760 just brought forward tremendous evidence of how the tabulators can be used to manipulate elections.
00:18:54.160 And also, importantly, that 2020 was affected by such manipulation. And that is something
00:19:02.160 I think the court and the other plaintiff's group were trying to avoid.
00:19:08.160 We know, at least circumstantially, by inference that the powers that be do not want this case to move
00:19:16.960 forward to a conclusion that will have significant impact. They have been, for example,
00:19:23.920 it's one of the few cases I've ever seen where Curlin B. Raffensperger, an appellate court,
00:19:28.720 has already decided that the defendant in the case, the state and the secretary of state,
00:19:34.640 Brad Raffensperger, doesn't have to be in a trial.
00:19:40.080 Because he's in such a high office with the thinking of the circuit court.
00:19:44.960 And that's in and of itself is bizarre. The trial judge, in this case, it's a bench trial,
00:19:52.960 there's no jury. And she put the leading expert witnesses study of the vulnerability and the
00:20:03.440 anomalies of these voting machines, put his his research and study and conclusions under seal for
00:20:11.680 two years. This doesn't bode well for a decision based on the evidence and, if you will, a high
00:20:23.200 level of integrity. Well, no, it doesn't. I mean, when you look at the use of electronic voting machines
00:20:32.960 and the fact that every step of the way, there have been efforts by the voting machine companies
00:20:39.600 and election officials to stop anybody from peeking inside, to know what goes on. And then you have to
00:20:46.400 ask yourself, why? For 200 years, we had hand counted paper ballots. It was done in the open.
00:20:54.400 What is so secret that we can't know how the voting machines actually process the votes?
00:21:02.080 And so if there was nothing to be concerned about, and it's always there, the mantra is basically
00:21:07.920 trust us. It's EAC certified. We do logic and accuracy tests. We do risk limiting audits and so
00:21:16.320 forth. So just trust us. And every time something pops up, like the interim glitch where 6,000 votes
00:21:23.520 were flipped from Trump to Biden in 2020, it always is an administrative error or something like that.
00:21:30.240 All right. There's never a full investigation. So the question is, what are they trying to hide?
00:21:35.200 Well, it is interesting to me that not only are they trying to hide it, they're trying to, at the
00:21:41.760 same time, save their industry through obfuscation. And the trial court seems to be, and I'm talking
00:21:50.880 state courts and federal courts seem to affix themselves to the fortunes of the electronic voting
00:21:57.120 companies. I don't know if, I don't know the degree to which there is any crooked
00:22:04.720 manipulation going on, but I do know this. What I was asking for in 2020 was a strong,
00:22:12.480 vast investigation because we had so many questions, common sense questions, like what were they doing in
00:22:19.520 Wayne County putting up boards around the election counting section? What the heck happened to all
00:22:29.360 those votes in Georgia at, what was it, two in the morning? I can't remember what time it was, but
00:22:35.040 suddenly the votes changed magically. And everyone wanted to poopoo that as if there were some sort of
00:22:43.200 sophisticated level of knowledge about this that we just simply couldn't get to.
00:22:46.960 By the way, it turns out they were right. They're hiding everything about those machines.
00:22:51.840 And now we have, we have Halderman, Alex Halderman, the professor from University of Michigan,
00:22:58.480 actually in a matter of seconds, demonstrating that the machines can be hacked in the courtroom.
00:23:04.720 He did it in the courtroom. They can be hacked, they can be manipulated, changing both candidate names and
00:23:12.400 votes and vote totals. I mean, how do they survive that?
00:23:17.920 Well, they're going to survive it by bobbing and weaving, I think, like they always do.
00:23:23.520 And so if you look at Professor Halderman, and yes, he demonstrated how easy it is to hack into a machine
00:23:31.040 or these ballot marking devices. Again, he limited it to the BMDs, not to tabulate.
00:23:35.920 But his report inspired CISA belatedly to come out with an advisory in June of 2022,
00:23:43.920 where they highlighted nine critical vulnerabilities. But here's what they said.
00:23:50.560 There's no evidence that any of these vulnerabilities were exploited.
00:23:55.840 Right, right.
00:23:56.640 But the question is, they never looked.
00:23:57.920 Exactly.
00:23:58.880 They never looked. And so this is the bob and weave that I mentioned earlier.
00:24:03.440 Kurt, I want to take that up. We've got a quick break here. We're coming right back. We're talking
00:24:09.760 with Kurt Olson, a former SEAL and now a trial attorney. And by the way, when you say cause of
00:24:18.240 action around him, you better understand you'll get one or the other. We're coming right back.
00:24:23.840 Lou Dobbs here. I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs tonight has returned to
00:24:29.840 the air. That's right. Lou Dobbs tonight is back. We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m.
00:24:38.160 Eastern and 6 p.m. Central on Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs. That's Rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.
00:24:47.520 I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs tonight as our fight to save this country has only begun.
00:25:00.240 We're back now. We're talking with Kurt Olson, conservative attorney, as I said, former US Navy
00:25:05.440 SEAL. Kurt, as we broke for break there, you were talking about, in effect, a shell game that's played by
00:25:16.880 the various parties. Is there an opportunity here to break the shell game to actually get down to what
00:25:23.280 is inside those machines and make it make it known to the voting public so that they understand the
00:25:28.720 complete depth of concern on the part of those who want a electoral system of great integrity?
00:25:36.560 I think there is, because regardless, curling has broken the log jam that says, you know, 2020 was the
00:25:45.520 most secure election in history or that these machines are secure and there's nothing to see here.
00:25:51.360 So even though the case was focused on the ballot marking devices, it shows that, yes,
00:25:58.720 you can hack into these machines easily. And I think it advances public awareness that these machines
00:26:05.120 should not be used to hold our most precious right to vote.
00:26:09.520 And yet here we are, the whole country, it seems it's not the whole country, but it seems the whole
00:26:15.280 country is using these electronic voting machines. And when I think about this, I mean, I think of,
00:26:22.560 you know, the 2001 Space Odyssey and not how, but rather the monolith is everybody, you know,
00:26:32.960 is it draws everyone's attention into the movie. It's a black box. It's a, it might as well be a
00:26:40.800 monolith because it's impenetrable. It is, it evades any inspection. And we really don't know the
00:26:51.200 purpose, but we know what we're supposed to do. And that is genuflect in its presence and take whatever
00:26:58.320 follows, you know, as is gospel. This is, this is a mindless way for a country, a nation,
00:27:06.400 a superpower in point of fact, to vote. Okay. We'll just take your word for it. Where else in
00:27:12.480 our society do we just take somebody's word for something? It's crazy.
00:27:16.960 Well, not only that, but you know, there are countries that refuse to use electronic voting
00:27:21.920 machines, such as Taiwan, which just recently held an election without voting machines.
00:27:26.880 And the same thing in France and federal elections in Canada do not use electronic voting machines for
00:27:33.360 all the reasons, you know, that we're talking about. And, and wondering why, how is it we got to
00:27:41.920 this point right now with a curling V Raffensperger for the first time watching a, an expert manipulate
00:27:53.920 the machine, hack the machine, which was, we were told by all of the voting companies that these
00:28:00.160 machines are not hackable. They're not available to the internet. There is no way there can be any
00:28:05.600 communication, all of this. And in one, one showing, Professor Haldeman demonstrated that it was all
00:28:17.120 a fiction and that they weren't protected and they're, and they're in great need of protection
00:28:23.120 because they can't even tell if it's been exploited, no matter what the cyber security and infrastructure
00:28:31.520 agency said, it's pure pablum that they're putting out. It's a second run of telling the truth. And,
00:28:37.440 and, and, and Sypha has, Sypha has just whipped at both.
00:28:43.120 Yeah, no, I mean, that's true. I mean, there's, so first of all, there's nothing magical about these
00:28:49.760 voting machines. They use, you know, off the shelf components that are made in China and elsewhere.
00:28:55.920 Their software is windows based software. Often it, there's nothing magical about it. I mean,
00:29:02.960 we hear time and time again of all these other electronic systems, not voting systems, but these
00:29:07.920 electronic systems being hacked. So for example, you know, in, on December 15th, 2020, just a month
00:29:14.000 after the election, we had the largest breach called solar winds, right? That penetrated over 15,000
00:29:21.600 companies and government agencies. And so there's nothing magical about voting machines. All computers
00:29:28.000 can be hacked. And here's, here's did what came out in curling one. Okay. Just interject. Sure.
00:29:33.680 That was a, a Microsoft product that was vulnerable. Is that right? It was a software manufactured by,
00:29:42.000 by a company called solar winds, but it used a windows based system. Exactly.
00:29:46.800 Right. Now, but it came out in curling, for example, that the machines, you know, we're all told that
00:29:53.040 they're not online, no connection to the internet. Well, no, it was shown in curling that those machines
00:29:58.720 are set up for wireless access. So this is an art that there is no connection to the internet and,
00:30:05.760 you know, or, you know, outside, outside entities was shown in curling to not be accurate.
00:30:12.240 Well, don't they all, and I understand that it's very difficult to have
00:30:17.520 considerable technology, technological knowledge. If you're a county clerk and you're running the
00:30:23.040 elections, whomever you may be associated with it, or the secretary of state for that matter,
00:30:28.960 taking care of the election for the whole state. There's no way these folks are going to be
00:30:33.600 technologically so adroit. So they seek protection. Do they not? The guarantees of the
00:30:42.080 integrity of these machines. Do they have such a guarantee or not?
00:30:47.120 They have the facade of guarantees. Even Professor Haldeman testified under oath that he could defeat
00:30:56.160 risk-limiting audits and logic and accuracy tests. Those two tests are designed supposedly to give the
00:31:03.920 public confidence that the machines are accurately reading and tabulating votes, and they can be easily
00:31:09.520 defeated, and as Professor Haldeman testified as such. And so when you talk about election officials not
00:31:17.440 understanding the complexity of these machines, that makes the point. If the election officials don't
00:31:23.520 understand how they work, why should we be using them to conduct our elections? Because Dominion actually
00:31:31.200 provides, for example, employees on site in many jurisdictions to help run the elections because the
00:31:37.600 election officials don't have the skills. Thanks, everybody, for being with us. Join us here tomorrow
