00:01:05.380So you've got some new subpoenas out this week, I hear. Can you tell us a little bit about them?
00:01:09.200Yeah. Well, let's talk about the three White House aides we've subpoenaed just in the last 24 hours.
00:01:17.080We've all known for a long time that Joe Biden wasn't mentally or physically capable of being president.
00:01:25.560What we haven't known is who's been pulling the strings, who's been covering up and concealing the fact that Joe Biden wasn't able to perform his daily duties.
00:01:36.200Who's been writing those postcards that say, stand up, sit down, smile and shake hands with the person you're having a press conference with and stand there and be still.
00:01:47.460You know, and all that, all the stuff that we see, you know, that no one else would have to read on a cue card to know what to do.
00:01:54.200And we determined it's these three staffers. So we they're unknown staffers.
00:01:59.600They've certainly never been confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
00:02:03.740But the question is, number one, have they been covering up the president's health?
00:02:08.620And we pretty sure we know the answer to that.
00:02:10.760And number two, have these three no name, low level staffers been operating a shadow government?
00:02:16.520Have they been the one that have been calling the shots through a Manchurian president, which would be Joe Biden?
00:02:23.060And that's why we're bringing them in. Then I've asked for the White House physician, Dr.
00:02:27.460O'Connor, to come in because he just a few months ago released a report stating that Joe Biden was in excellent fiscal and mental condition.
00:02:36.600We want to bring him in because we have a lot of questions as to what he based that report on that that's on the White House website,
00:02:43.800that the American people have all been led to believe what was accurate.
00:02:48.580We know it wasn't accurate. And we wonder, is the reason that Dr.
00:02:52.940O'Connor misleading the American people about the health of the president,

00:03:04.660Right. So according to the reports out this week, a Parkinson's specialist evaluated Joe Biden as part of his physical is what the White House is saying.
00:03:12.620But, you know, I don't know how often it is that during an annual physical you see a Parkinson's doctor, number one.
00:03:18.600And number two, you see him 10 times over the course of 10 months.
00:03:21.660One time of seven hour long meeting going till midnight.
00:03:26.460I don't think I've ever been in a doctor's office past five o'clock.
00:03:29.960Is there anything you could tell us that you've uncovered in this in this quest for truth and honesty and exposing the collusion of the Biden regime?
00:03:42.000Well, we're going to we're going to bring those four people in and ask him about it, especially Dr.
00:03:46.880O'Connor, because he, again, is the White House physician.
00:03:50.980And it's the American people's business to know what kind of health the president is.

00:03:58.600Everyone in America needs to have confidence that the president's healthy and up to the job.
00:04:04.180And what we believe has been going on is there's been a cover up.
00:04:07.760We believe in more stories are coming out in places like The New York Times and Washington Post where Biden staffers have said, yeah, he's been sick a long time.

00:04:19.060Well, that's counter to what the doctor said.
00:04:21.900That's counter to what his aides around him have been shielding him from his cabinet secretaries, from other staffers and from the from the media.

00:04:36.280All we know is this doctor's been in the White House several times, but we found that he's went to the House several times when when Biden was was president, too.

00:04:49.780O'Connor, that'll be one of the first questions we ask about.
00:04:52.860So you've been investigating the Biden crime family, we'll call them, since the beginning of the 118th Congress, the end of the 117th Congress.
00:05:13.740And the only reason we knew about the doctor in the White House, I didn't even know who the White House position was.
00:05:19.360But when we brought Jim Biden in, the president's brother, for a transcribed interview, we asked him the same question we asked Hunter Biden about, you know, why we asked Hunter Biden.
00:05:29.420How did you get on the board of a Ukrainian energy company when you have no background in Ukraine or energy?
00:05:35.800We asked Jim Biden the same question, how did you get involved in a health care scheme when you didn't have any background in health care?
00:05:50.140O'Connor wrote a letter and has been a close advisor on the AmeriCorps health scheme, which I think, you know, is still going through the court process.
00:06:01.980And I believe Jim Biden has a lot of liability, not just financial liability, but personal liability, a criminal liability.
00:06:09.840And then we look once once we realized O'Connor wrote that letter and we start looking into that.
00:06:18.760O'Connor in a deposition as well when she gave.
00:06:21.980Remember, the Bidens have been in trouble for decades.
00:06:24.120No one's ever done anything about it because there's always going to cover up.
00:06:26.580So O'Connor has quickly risen to a person of interest, primarily because he lied to the American people about the health of the president.
00:06:35.380But the fact that we found that he was involved in one of the influence voting teams may answer the question as to why he would mislead the American people like that.
00:06:45.480The thing that's most alarming to me and highly peculiar is you've had all these Biden family associates come in.
00:06:53.140You've had members of the Biden family.
00:06:54.620When you cross-examine what one Biden told you and another Biden told you, how do their stories fare?
00:07:06.160What are you seeing when, you know, when you're talking to a Jim Biden, a Hunter Biden, a Devin Archer, a Tony Bobulinski?
00:07:13.660I mean, are the stories all coordinated or, I mean, is this just going to eventually blow up to be, I mean, you know, everyone pointing their finger at the other guy?
00:07:23.040Bobulinski was the only honest guy in the whole litter, and that's why he probably never did actually consummate a real deal or a real transaction with the Biden family.
00:07:35.700He was too honest, so they got rid of him.
00:07:38.540But everyone else had opening statements that were leaked to the press before the depositions would start, and they were all consistent because I believe they were written by the Biden legal team or the Biden White House or somebody.
00:07:49.840So the opening statements were all consistent saying, Joe didn't know anything about it.
00:07:55.840But once you start questioning them, and that's why I wanted to have everyone in for depositions versus public hearing, where you can, you have an hour at a time to press these people for answers, unlike five minutes a clip in a public hearing.
00:08:11.540And what we found was Jim Biden and Hunter Biden's stories were very different.
00:08:17.360And in fact, one of the criminal referrals that we issued on Jim Biden was because Hunter Biden, when he did his deposition, testified that something Jim Biden said wasn't true, that Jim Biden lied to Congress, which is a felony.
00:08:35.720So I think that history will show that what Devin Archer said, what Eric Sherwin said, what Hunter Biden said, what Jim Biden said, wasn't consistent on a lot of things, especially when they were asked about specific questions about specific LLCs, specific shale companies, specific wire transfers.
00:09:16.780You'd think that such a professional level of crooks, you know, back in the 70s and 80s in New York, the mafia all had their stories lined up.

00:12:20.140The same Democrats that have attacked me and said, oh, we haven't found anything damaging about the Biden family, they've known all along.
00:12:27.580They've been complicit in this, like the mainstream media and everyone else, that Hunter Biden was always a central figure in Joe Biden's world.
00:12:36.560Joe Biden told the American people there was a wall between him and his son's financial dealings.
00:12:46.520Hunter Biden's been living in the White House.
00:12:48.480Hunter Biden lived in Joe Biden's house in Delaware when Trump was president.
00:12:53.420Now Hunter Biden is in the Oval Office taking meetings on behalf of Joe Biden.
00:12:58.820And Hunter Biden shouldn't be allowed through a TSA line, much less allowed in the White House making policy decisions and national security decisions.
00:13:10.080And I think that report by the New York Times was the last straw that will go down in history as the straw that broke the camel's back.
00:13:19.560In other words, that was the final straw that required the Democrat elite to step in and say, Joe Biden, it's time to go to that assisted living facility.
00:13:31.100See, I mean, you and your staff, you have a presumably have a massive staff over at House Oversight and every deposition you do, you have staff in there.
00:13:39.940Are they required to get any sort of level of security clearance?
00:13:46.120When we go and look at something that the FBI had or the CIA had, I could only take the staff with me down in what's called the SCIA that had national security clearance.
00:13:57.520So a few members of my senior level staff have security clearance, but there wasn't all that much that we needed to utilize those staffers.
00:14:11.040There were some things, obviously, if her would have cooperated with us, Robert Herr, and told us specifically which documents Joe Biden had mishandled, then I would have used those staffers certainly for that.
00:14:23.500Because, you know, one of the big questions that was left out of the her report was, were any of these documents that Joe Biden mishandled that he had in his possession illegally, were any of these the documents that we believe are classified documents on some Hunter Biden emails to the owner of Burisma?
00:15:22.560Because if so, that proves Hunter Biden was going through those classified documents, showing it to these people around the world that were sending money to prove that he had value.
00:15:34.060Once Joe Biden left the vice presidency, look, my dad may not be in office now, but he's the front runner to be president in four years.

00:17:18.140But they're starting to report on even Chuck Todd mentioned my report today.

00:17:25.860But the press reports are that Kevin Morris has cut Hunter Biden off.
00:17:32.000Because if they see that Joe Biden's not going to be president anymore, why would they continue to flush money down the commode?
00:17:37.280And I think there may be some validity to that, because I've been on TV a lot in the last week or so.
00:17:43.380And I've said things that normally Abby Lowell, Hunter Biden's high-priced criminal attorney, would go on TV and blast me over, threaten to sue me and everything else.
00:17:56.080If all the people, whether they be the Chinese Communist Party or the Hollywood attorneys or the special interests that have been paying Hunter Biden's legal bills and Hunter Biden's lavish stuff, if they see the end is near for Joe Biden, then they're going to cut Hunter Biden off.
00:18:15.740You know, it's funny, we saw this week Hunter filing another appeal to his Delaware gun case and being rebuffed again by the courts, you know, for filing an appeal incorrectly.
00:18:29.860Abby Lowell is supposed to be the superstar attorney, high profile, presumably making a few thousand dollars an hour, and he's making a lot of mistakes.
00:18:37.700So it looks like Hunter's in a little bit of trouble in that case.
00:18:39.860But one of the biggest issues we've seen since, you know, we've started having you on the show and covered your investigation is the media.
00:18:47.740None of them want to report the truth.
00:18:49.740Everything is, you know, after the fact, like you said.
00:18:53.900And it's sugar-coated to that it's not as bad as you think it is, right?
00:18:58.180Well, one news outlet is finally holding someone to the fire, and it's a day late, a dollar short.
00:19:03.180CBS News announcing this week they're ousting a top executive for blocking, that executive is Ingrid Ciprin Matthews, for blocking Catherine Herridge, who I hold in regard.
00:19:14.720I worked for her at Fox News, one of the greatest investigative journalists we've ever seen, for blocking her from covering the Hunter Biden story.
00:19:22.880What do you think now that the media finally wants to, as the 118th Congress comes to summer recess and comes back for, you know, a month and a half of work, what do you think that they finally want to start covering your investigation?
00:19:35.460Well, I think I never thought there was any love or respect for Joe Biden by the mainstream media.
00:19:42.360I always felt like the reason they covered for Joe Biden is because they hated Donald Trump.
00:19:47.440And Joe Biden, in their eyes at the time, was the only person who could beat Donald Trump.
00:19:51.900He had already beat him in one election.
00:19:54.300They felt like he's our best chance to beat him in another.
00:19:57.500After that debate, the mainstream media realized that Joe Biden was not going to beat Donald Trump.
00:20:20.300And now here we are on about the eighth day after the debate, Chuck Todd and CBS News, and they're starting to report on our investigation that they had previously reported was no evidence and hadn't had any wrongdoing by Joe Biden.
00:20:34.640They're starting to say he's got a lot of liability.
00:20:39.340Chuck Todd said that, you know, I think he called it the COVID investigation or oversight investigation.
00:20:43.220He said, you know, there's a lot of liability for the Biden family in there.

00:20:54.440And I thought, my goodness, the last time I talked to Chuck Todd, I was on what's his show, Meet the Press, and he was attacking me for having the audacity to investigate a good admiral, a good, honorable man like Joe Biden.

00:21:11.140So they're desperate to get rid of Joe Biden.
00:21:14.060And I think if Joe Biden hangs on another week or two, they're going to start reading our reports that we've published that they've refused to read.

00:23:01.000How can we start holding these corrupt Biden administration officials accountable for all the destruction they're doing to this country?

00:23:13.000This was another level of contempt that hadn't been passed in a century.
00:23:17.420I think there was uncertainty on how it was going to be carried out.
00:23:19.720I know they went from going for the sergeant at arms, arresting him, which wasn't going to happen because, you know, I mean, you know, he's got Secret Service Protection and the Department of Justice Security, you know, to was fining.
00:23:32.660There was never really any mechanism set up to be able to determine who was going to actually collect the fines and all that.
00:23:40.000Look, I voted for Luna's contempt bill, inherent contempt bill.
00:23:43.660I won't vote for anything to hold these guys accountable.

00:23:50.000And Jim Jordan and I were telling Luna that.

00:24:26.700I'm glad that we've already held Merrick Garland in contempt because the next attorney general can prosecute Merrick Garland the way Merrick Garland's prosecuted the Trump people who were held in contempt by Congress.
00:24:38.400So, you know, I wish we'd gotten the vote on that today, but I wasn't surprised that it failed.
00:24:45.000You know, like you say, you know, there was no mechanism to collect it.
00:24:48.860But don't these Republican, it's not the four or six same every time, but a lot of the same names.
00:24:53.780Why is Mike Johnson not whipping these people and saying, listen, something is better than nothing?

00:25:07.000When you have Jim Jordan out here working 365 days a year to do all this work and you've got three or four or five, six, some of them, you know, some have already left Congress, you know, to get good lobbying jobs or, you know, wherever they ended up as advisors on boards of the directors.
00:25:23.780Why is Mike Johnson not sitting there saying, listen, we need to set a precedent so that these people don't think we're messing around when it comes time to to bring down Hunter Biden or James Biden or the White House doctor?
00:25:36.680The Democrats had no problem doing it to either Navarro and Steve Bannon for doing absolutely nothing.
00:25:44.900We now know it was even worse than we originally thought with Nancy Pelosi knowing everything that was happening that day.
00:25:51.860Why won't the Republicans grow a backbone and say, you know, we need to unite on this to let people know we're not messing around?
00:25:58.940I think we have 220 or 221 Republicans.
00:26:02.260We have about 5 to 12 that are always the usual suspect that you can never count on when you need a vote for accountability.
00:26:12.380Now, they did vote to hold Merrick Garland in regular contempt, and they did vote for my impeachment inquiry to certify that several months ago.
00:26:21.520But when it gets to impeachment, when it gets to cutting the budget and things like that, real meaningful ways to hold people accountable is just the fact there's some members that you can't count on.
00:26:48.620So, you know, one of the things that Marjorie Taylor Greene talks about is we need to win this next election, November.
00:26:57.020We need a few more Republicans up there so we can account for the half dozen to dozen that sometimes get weak need on us when we try to make a tough vote to hold someone accountable.
00:27:09.340I don't think it's a tough vote to hold Merrick Garland accountable.
00:27:12.440It's not a tough vote for me to eliminate funding for a new FBI building.
00:27:16.940But for whatever reason, there are a few Republicans that it appears that is a tough vote.
00:27:22.660And it wasn't a tough vote for the Democrats to hold two elderly men in contempt and send them to jail.
00:27:33.140You know, it's like these Republicans, these four or five that we mentioned, they come right up to the finish line and then they just quit.
00:27:39.900And we've heard it from other people before.
00:28:33.300Trump does a good job making sure that everyone knows that Russia was a hoax and that, you know, if anything, it's China.
00:28:46.240And the Democrats would have had more credibility if they had said China was trying to influence the election because China is trying to influence the election for Joe Biden.
00:28:54.120But the reason the Bidens never could invoke China is because they took $8 million from the Chinese Communist Party.
00:30:01.360The media, the Democrat National Committee, the Biden White House, they have told the Democrat members of Congress that Russia was involved in the election to try to help Donald Trump.
00:30:12.780And they believe it, you know, if the laptop was Russian disinformation, I'd love to see what other documents Russia has that they're not releasing to us, not limited to pictures.
00:30:25.680You'd mentioned the American people are starting to catch on to it.
00:30:27.960A new AP poll finds that 60 percent of Americans, adult Americans, say that President's son, Hunter Biden, it was right for him to be convicted on the felony charges, gun charges.
00:30:38.780Fifty-seven percent say it's good for him to go to prison.
00:30:42.560Meanwhile, 46 percent approve of Trump's 34-count Manhattan felony.
00:30:48.320You know, a couple of that with 65 percent chance of the Republicans holding the House.
00:30:54.320How do you proceed forward to get the messaging through to finish out strong these next few months going into November?
00:31:02.220Well, we've got a turnout and we've got to vote early.
00:31:05.740I mean, you know, the old politicians in Kentucky that I remember listening to when I was a kid, when they would travel around to the rural areas like where I grew up and give the old stump speeches in front of the courthouse, they would say, vote early and vote often.
00:31:18.160Well, the Democrats have got that down and the Republicans have never ever learned that.
00:31:22.660A lot of states have changed election laws.
00:31:24.820Now, I feel more confident in this election being fair.
00:31:30.600You know, you've got there's not going to be the massive number of mail-in votes that there were the last time, but there's always going to be mail-in votes.
00:31:39.220If you're elderly, if you're in college, if you're in the military, you need to vote by mail and you need to get that done early.
00:31:45.300A lot of states like Kentucky, where you used to vote on one day on election day, now you have three days to vote.
00:31:50.900Places like Tennessee, you have 10 days to vote early.
00:31:55.580We need to make sure, you know, the first day you can vote, go in and vote, and then the next nine days or the next two days of early voting, we need to make sure our family and friends go and vote.
00:32:10.040We tend to wait for whatever reason until election day and the last minute and vote, and we get behind.
00:32:16.320So I think we need to get in our minds that it's okay to vote early.
00:32:20.780We just need to go out there and not only vote ourselves, but we need to make sure everyone we have any connection to, family, friend, whomever, votes as well.
00:32:32.000You know, in Pennsylvania, you said vote early.
00:32:34.460Pennsylvania, I think on election day, going into the election, Dr. Oz was down to Fetterman, I think a million votes early voting.
00:32:42.460It's just impossible to come back after getting numbers like that.
00:32:46.900But, you know, you said the mail-in ballots, hopefully, you know, they'll slow down a little bit.
