The Great America Show - The Great America Sunday Show： July 27, 2025

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Great America Show. It's great to have you with us. Thanks

00:00:06.040 so much for spending part of your night, day, whatever time of the day you're joining us

00:00:09.480 or night. It's always a pleasure to have you guys with us. Hunter Biden is back in the

00:00:14.180 news and no, he doesn't have a new laptop. He doesn't have a new iPad. He doesn't have

00:00:17.780 a new iPhone, but he's decided to do some podcasting interviews. He sat down for a two

00:00:23.980 hour interview with the YouTube star just the other day. He had a lot to say, but in

00:00:30.220 that two hour interview, didn't mention his father's advanced prostate cancer that's

00:00:35.020 metastasized. Really doesn't talk about his father much. So we saved you some time and

00:00:41.440 went through this interview and found some of the greatest clips and highlights, I guess

00:00:45.880 you can say. For those of you who've never done crack before, smoked crack, thought about smoking

00:00:51.820 crack. Let not your heart be troubled. We've got the recipe for you. Take a listen.

00:00:59.380 No. Do you know what I mean?

00:01:00.400 Well, because they think cocaine, Scarface, very cool. Crack cocaine, they think the wire.

00:01:04.620 Oh, in that sense. Oh, absolutely.

00:01:06.500 You know what I mean? Like they don't know how similar the chemical compounds are.

00:01:09.540 The only difference between crack cocaine and cocaine is sodium biocarbonate and water and

00:01:14.820 heat, literally.

00:01:15.780 That's it?

00:01:16.020 That's it.

00:01:16.820 And those things are pretty much free if you go to like a science store.

00:01:20.080 This is free. You can go to a, your neighborhood convenience store and just get, anyway, I don't

00:01:28.380 want to tell people how to make, how to make crack cocaine, but it literally is a managed

00:01:32.380 jar of cocaine and baking soda.

00:01:34.100 How different is the experience?

00:01:35.420 It's vastly, vastly different. And like for real, I, I, I feel really reluctant to kind of

00:01:42.820 have some euphoric discussion. I know you're not asking me to do that, but have some euphoric

00:01:46.620 discussion about crack cocaine.

00:01:48.780 I think this might be kind of the opposite here.

00:01:50.620 Okay. No, I, it's the exact opposite. I'm saying I don't want to have the experience

00:01:55.660 of some euphoric recall. That's how powerful crack cocaine is. Does crack cocaine make you

00:02:01.800 act any differently? No. Is it safer than alcohol? Probably. People think of crack as being

00:02:08.680 dirty. It's the exact opposite. When you make crack, what you're doing is you're burning

00:02:13.200 off all the impurities so that it combines with the sodium biocarbonate, which makes it smokeable.

00:02:18.260 That's all, you know, all of these actors and, you know, people in the past that talked

00:02:23.680 about, they had a problem with cocaine and freebasing. They were smoking crack.

00:02:29.080 So straw on the stove is the same thing.

00:02:31.420 Not exactly, but close to it. But it's a little bit different. But anyway.

00:02:36.560 You heard that right. So next time you want to go out with your husband, your wife, your 0.76

00:02:41.720 boyfriend and girlfriend, have a glass of wine, go to your local convenience store and pick

00:02:45.440 up a crack pipe and some steel wool and smoke some crack. That's safer than having an alcoholic

00:02:51.200 beverage, according to Hunter Biden. Now, I'm not exactly sure how safe it is. Those of you

00:02:56.040 who saw the Hunter Biden laptop, we all know what his teeth look like without those dentures

00:03:00.340 in his mouth. But according to Hunter, that's safer than having a drink. So take it for what

00:03:07.140 it's worth. Joe Biden did say once that Hunter Biden is the smartest man he knows. So it's

00:03:12.900 starting to make a lot more sense. Speaking of not so smart people, Stephen Colbert, whose

00:03:17.140 show, by the way, was losing $50 million a year because of terrible ratings because nobody's

00:03:23.240 watching him had some wise choice words for President Trump. Now, you may not like Donald

00:03:29.000 Trump, but we all have respect for the office, whether it was Joe Biden or Barack Obama or

00:03:34.260 George Bush or Bill Clinton. We all respected the office of the presidency, except, of course,

00:03:39.160 if you're Stephen Colbert and you're unemployed in the coming months. Take a listen.

00:03:42.800 On Friday, Donald Trump posted, I absolutely love that Colbert got fired. His talent was even

00:03:49.760 less than his ratings. How dare you, sir? Would an untalented man be able to compose the 1.00

00:04:02.240 following satirical witticism? Go f*** yourself. 1.00

00:04:05.720 For good measure, Stephen Colbert, this is for you. 1.00

00:04:25.740 You're fired. You're fired. You're fired.

00:04:28.000 Fire. Fire. You're fired.

00:04:30.020 Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire.

00:04:31.920 Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire.

00:04:33.880 Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire. Fire.

00:04:35.000 Fire. He's fired.

00:04:38.480 His show will be canceled very

00:04:39.680 soon. Cease to exist

00:04:41.680 and he'll go off into irrelevancy

00:04:43.520 just like the rest of them do.

00:04:45.480 Maybe he'll start a podcast.

00:04:47.540 Seems to be the popular thing to do these days.

00:04:49.680 Who knows where he'll go.

00:04:51.560 While all that was happening, while Hunter Biden

00:04:53.580 was teaching how to make crack and Stephen Colbert

00:04:55.380 was losing his mind over Donald Trump

00:04:57.240 cheering on that he's now been fired,

00:05:00.120 he was in the Oval Office today

00:05:01.460 and he's been unrelenting the past few

00:05:03.520 days on Adam Schiff, James

00:05:05.460 Comey, Barack Obama, all the people

00:05:07.180 who decided they were going to stage a coup against

00:05:09.440 him. First, we'll bring you the clip of

00:05:11.260 Adam Schiff was now under

00:05:13.360 investigation for mortgage fraud.

00:05:15.480 Imagine that, mortgage fraud. Take a listen.

00:05:17.560 One more thing on Adam Schiff.

00:05:19.580 Director Pulte reports

00:05:21.480 that Adam Schiff claims

00:05:23.120 he lived in a one-bedroom apartment

00:05:25.300 How does a family of four, and you're a developer,

00:05:27.660 a very successful developer, how does a family of four live in a one-bedroom apartment?

00:05:31.380 Now, it looks like Adam Schiff

00:05:32.980 really did a

00:05:35.420 bad thing.

00:05:37.040 They have him. Now, let's

00:05:39.400 see what happens. It's not up to me.

00:05:41.040 It's not up to, I stay out of it purposely.

00:05:43.660 But it's mortgage loan

00:05:45.180 fraud. It's a big deal.

00:05:47.680 He defrauded

00:05:48.480 banks and insurance companies

00:05:51.160 in the federal government, but it's

00:05:53.480 very simple. It's mortgage loan

00:05:55.240 fraud. And you're right.

00:05:56.680 That's a lot of people to live in a one-bedroom apartment,

00:05:59.300 right? But he put it down. But he has a lot

00:06:01.300 of other things far worse than that.

00:06:03.100 So, you know, Adam Schiff,

00:06:04.920 they have him 100% on

00:06:06.820 mortgage fraud.

00:06:09.580 Now, if there's anybody else

00:06:11.260 in this room except you,

00:06:12.780 you would have no problem. But anybody

00:06:15.180 else in this room, you'd have

00:06:17.220 a problem. I'd have a problem.

00:06:19.760 As I said, Schiff,

00:06:21.540 far from the only person who's been

00:06:23.100 having a rough week, Comey,

00:06:25.280 Hillary Clinton, a name you haven't heard 0.97

00:06:27.080 quite some time.

00:06:28.980 Another one having a very rough week.

00:06:31.000 Take a listen to some of his comments

00:06:32.420 on what is next for them

00:06:34.920 and what's more importantly, what's next

00:06:36.980 for the country?

00:06:37.980 Well, based on what I read, and I read

00:06:40.280 pretty much what you read,

00:06:42.160 it would be President Obama.

00:06:43.940 He started it.

00:06:45.300 And Biden was there with him.

00:06:46.540 And Comey was there. 0.97

00:06:48.820 And Clapper, the whole group

00:06:50.640 was there.

00:06:52.160 Brennan, they were all there

00:06:53.460 in a room.

00:06:54.780 Right here, this is the room.

00:06:56.400 This is much more beautiful

00:06:57.440 than it was then, but that's okay.

00:06:59.580 I have nice pictures up

00:07:00.680 that came out of the vaults.

00:07:02.740 They were in there for 100 years.

00:07:04.160 This is much more beautiful.

00:07:06.500 We have the Declaration of Independence

00:07:08.440 now in the room,

00:07:09.620 which wasn't here.

00:07:10.580 I guess people didn't feel too good

00:07:11.840 about putting it here,

00:07:13.320 but I do.

00:07:14.420 But you know what?

00:07:15.280 If you look at those papers,

00:07:17.980 they have them stone cold,

00:07:19.880 and it was President Obama.

00:07:22.040 It wasn't lots of people

00:07:24.100 all over the place.

00:07:24.980 It was them too.

00:07:26.160 But the leader of the gang

00:07:27.740 was President Obama.

00:07:29.740 Barack Hussein Obama.

00:07:31.060 Have you heard of him?

00:07:32.600 And except for the fact

00:07:33.960 that he gets shielded by the press

00:07:35.540 for his entire life,

00:07:37.720 that's the one they...

00:07:40.080 Look, he's guilty.

00:07:41.080 It's not a question...

00:07:42.300 You know, I like to say,

00:07:43.300 let's give it time.

00:07:46.120 It's there.

00:07:46.920 He's guilty.

00:07:48.200 They...

00:07:48.940 This was treason.

00:07:50.700 This was every word

00:07:52.200 you can think of.

00:07:53.540 They tried to steal the election.

00:07:55.960 They tried to obfuscate the election.

00:07:58.780 They did things

00:07:59.540 that nobody's ever even imagined,

00:08:01.520 even in other countries.

00:08:03.180 You've seen some pretty rough countries.

00:08:04.820 This man has seen

00:08:05.540 some pretty rough countries,

00:08:06.540 but you've never seen

00:08:07.800 anything like that.

00:08:08.860 And we have all of the documents.

00:08:11.520 And from what Tulsi told me,

00:08:13.940 she's got thousands

00:08:14.920 of additional documents coming.

00:08:18.020 So President Obama,

00:08:20.160 it was his concept, his idea,

00:08:23.200 but he also got it

00:08:24.480 from Crooked Hillary Clinton. 1.00

00:08:26.600 Crooked is a $3 bill.

00:08:29.000 Hillary Clinton and her group,

00:08:31.920 the Democrats,

00:08:32.680 spent $12 million

00:08:34.300 to Christopher Steele

00:08:35.820 to write up a report

00:08:37.440 that was a total fake report.

00:08:38.960 It took two years

00:08:39.560 to figure that out,

00:08:41.080 but it came out

00:08:42.000 that it was a total fake report.

00:08:44.380 It was made-up fiction.

00:08:46.360 And they used that.

00:08:47.620 Now, the one thing

00:08:48.360 they weren't able to do

00:08:49.660 was to...

00:08:50.700 And probably the only thing

00:08:52.000 I respect about the press

00:08:53.320 in years is

00:08:54.060 the press refused

00:08:56.080 to write it

00:08:56.960 before the election.

00:08:58.440 They refused to put it in.

00:09:00.340 The Steele report

00:09:01.200 was a disaster.

00:09:02.620 All lies,

00:09:03.420 all fabrication,

00:09:04.480 all admitted.

00:09:05.060 An admitted fraud.

00:09:07.680 She paid $12 million

00:09:09.160 and the Democrats

00:09:10.320 for that report

00:09:11.840 to a wise guy

00:09:12.680 named Christopher Steele.

00:09:14.300 He wrote a phony report

00:09:15.640 and they wanted

00:09:17.380 to get that report in

00:09:18.560 before the election.

00:09:20.220 And I'll tell you what,

00:09:21.000 I talk about it all the time,

00:09:22.520 the fake news,

00:09:23.180 how bad it is,

00:09:24.100 but in this case,

00:09:25.880 they wouldn't do it.

00:09:27.440 They saw it,

00:09:28.300 they read it,

00:09:28.940 and they said,

00:09:30.400 we don't believe it.

00:09:32.480 And it was only after,

00:09:33.760 substantially,

00:09:34.460 like a month and a half

00:09:35.240 after the election

00:09:36.240 that it got printed

00:09:37.540 and it was a big wisp.

00:09:38.760 It was just like a bang

00:09:39.680 of nothing

00:09:40.260 because the election

00:09:41.640 had ended.

00:09:42.640 If that report

00:09:43.800 had gotten published

00:09:45.780 by the New York Times

00:09:47.520 or somebody,

00:09:48.260 and I respect the Times

00:09:49.260 for maybe only this 0.88

00:09:50.720 because they're crooked

00:09:51.720 as you can be.

00:09:52.460 They're a terrible paper, 0.99

00:09:53.940 a crooked, corrupt paper. 0.98

00:09:56.160 But for this one moment, 0.81

00:09:58.040 they said, 1.00

00:09:58.680 this is bullshit, 1.00

00:10:00.140 we can't put this in. 1.00

00:10:01.660 And neither could

00:10:02.280 any other paper.

00:10:03.000 Wall Street Journal

00:10:03.680 is a lousy paper, 0.87

00:10:04.780 very, very dishonest paper.

00:10:07.000 As you see,

00:10:07.600 I'm suing them

00:10:08.180 for a lot of money

00:10:08.860 because they do things

00:10:10.360 very badly.

00:10:11.700 It's a really,

00:10:12.420 it's got a nice name,

00:10:13.440 but it's really,

00:10:14.180 in my opinion,

00:10:14.900 it's a terrible paper

00:10:15.940 and it can be corrupt.

00:10:18.940 But just so you know,

00:10:20.800 they didn't take

00:10:22.740 the Steele report.

00:10:23.640 It was the dossier,

00:10:25.080 remember the famous dossier?

00:10:26.620 I called it

00:10:27.000 the fake news dossier.

00:10:28.780 The news wouldn't publish it.

00:10:31.580 And I'm amazed.

00:10:32.940 They had two and a half months.

00:10:34.140 It was finished.

00:10:35.360 Two and a half months.

00:10:36.400 That was supposed to be

00:10:37.380 what was going to happen.

00:10:38.820 And it got published

00:10:40.020 a couple of months

00:10:40.760 after the election.

00:10:42.640 And frankly,

00:10:43.260 nobody cared too much about it.

00:10:44.960 But that was a big thing.

00:10:46.320 No, no.

00:10:46.680 We caught Hillary Clinton.

00:10:48.380 We caught Barack Hussein Obama.

00:10:51.000 They're the ones.

00:10:52.100 And then you have

00:10:52.780 many, many people under them.

00:10:54.280 And Susan Rice.

00:10:55.600 They're all there.

00:10:57.200 The names are all there.

00:10:59.500 And I guess they figured

00:11:00.520 they're going to put this

00:11:01.340 in classified information

00:11:02.780 and nobody will ever

00:11:04.440 see it again.

00:11:05.100 But it doesn't work that way.

00:11:07.280 And it's the most

00:11:08.440 unbelievable thing

00:11:09.420 I think I've ever read.

00:11:10.460 So you ought to

00:11:11.560 take a look at that

00:11:12.480 and stop talking

00:11:14.040 about nonsense

00:11:14.740 because this is big stuff.

00:11:17.040 Never has a thing

00:11:17.980 like this happened

00:11:18.820 in the history

00:11:19.540 of our country.

00:11:20.240 And President Trump

00:11:21.980 taking that fight

00:11:23.040 to exactly those people

00:11:24.180 who have sought

00:11:25.940 to undermine

00:11:26.400 American democracy

00:11:27.480 in this country

00:11:28.340 and him and his administration

00:11:29.860 for the last 10 years.

00:11:32.120 It seems truth and justice

00:11:33.360 may finally be

00:11:34.160 at the forefront

00:11:34.740 of this administration

00:11:36.280 and at the forefront

00:11:37.820 of America.

00:11:38.880 Our guest today

00:11:39.480 knows a little bit

00:11:40.220 about this,

00:11:41.240 the Russia collusion hoax.

00:11:42.680 He's written three books

00:11:43.400 on his latest

00:11:44.040 disappearing the president.

00:11:45.920 The great Lee Smith

00:11:46.900 joins us after this

00:11:47.960 quick break.

00:11:48.620 Stay with us.

00:11:49.100 We'll come right back.

00:11:55.860 Lee Smith, as always,

00:11:57.600 I appreciate you

00:11:58.420 joining us here

00:11:58.880 on The Great America Show.

00:11:59.640 There's so much

00:12:00.040 to talk about,

00:12:00.720 but this is something

00:12:01.480 in particular,

00:12:02.740 my monologue

00:12:03.360 I just laid out.

00:12:04.740 This is something

00:12:05.220 that's been going on

00:12:05.840 with President Trump

00:12:06.480 since 2016, 2015.

00:12:09.240 You've been writing

00:12:10.000 about it since then.

00:12:11.920 You've written a book

00:12:12.820 that caught the eye

00:12:13.680 of Lou Dobbs.

00:12:14.860 He said we need

00:12:15.480 Lee Smith on the show

00:12:16.240 and it's been

00:12:16.680 all history from there.

00:12:18.280 So you know

00:12:18.680 this perhaps better

00:12:19.500 than anybody.

00:12:20.900 Lay out for us,

00:12:21.820 if you will, Lee,

00:12:22.980 the latest revelations

00:12:24.400 in what Tulsi Gabbard

00:12:25.760 just declassified.

00:12:28.000 Well, I mean,

00:12:29.160 she sheds 0.73

00:12:30.080 more light

00:12:31.260 on something

00:12:31.880 that I have been reporting,

00:12:33.140 as you say, John,

00:12:33.920 for quite some time now,

00:12:36.060 that Barack Obama

00:12:37.500 was really the one

00:12:38.420 who was

00:12:39.080 the one in charge here.

00:12:40.940 He was the one

00:12:41.960 who told them

00:12:42.820 to,

00:12:43.540 who told his

00:12:44.300 intelligence chiefs,

00:12:45.320 in particular,

00:12:45.860 John Brennan,

00:12:46.660 to revise

00:12:47.600 the intelligence

00:12:48.360 community assessment

00:12:49.380 that would

00:12:50.640 delegitimize

00:12:52.540 the Trump presidency

00:12:53.680 by saying that,

00:12:55.400 yeah,

00:12:55.540 Vladimir Putin

00:12:56.460 aspired to help

00:12:58.360 Trump win.

00:12:59.660 And so,

00:12:59.980 again,

00:13:00.160 that delegitimized

00:13:01.520 Trump's presidency,

00:13:02.980 but also it delegitimized

00:13:04.460 half of the electorate,

00:13:05.540 those people

00:13:06.020 who vote for Donald Trump,

00:13:07.500 because the message

00:13:08.180 was that,

00:13:08.780 well,

00:13:09.040 these people

00:13:09.480 didn't really vote

00:13:10.160 for an American.

00:13:11.000 At best, 0.99

00:13:11.400 they were suckers. 0.99

00:13:12.120 At worst, 0.99

00:13:12.480 they were willing

00:13:13.460 collaborators

00:13:14.200 in a foreign,

00:13:16.020 in a foreign operation

00:13:17.900 to undermine

00:13:19.380 the United States

00:13:20.800 of America.

00:13:21.320 So it's incredibly

00:13:22.180 destructive

00:13:22.700 what Obama did.

00:13:24.220 But the,

00:13:24.680 again,

00:13:25.840 the documents

00:13:27.020 that DNI 0.99

00:13:28.640 made available

00:13:29.400 shed more light

00:13:30.440 on this.

00:13:31.100 They show,

00:13:31.680 you know,

00:13:31.960 they show the,

00:13:32.820 they show the people

00:13:34.000 at different meetings

00:13:35.080 who were running this,

00:13:37.120 and this was

00:13:37.500 at the White House.

00:13:38.780 And,

00:13:39.400 you know,

00:13:40.120 it was Barack Obama

00:13:41.340 who told them

00:13:42.360 how to,

00:13:44.040 how to write

00:13:45.020 this intelligence

00:13:45.720 community assessment.

00:13:46.940 He was the one

00:13:47.680 who wanted it finished

00:13:48.680 before he left office.

00:13:50.320 Again,

00:13:50.740 this is something

00:13:51.360 that we've known.

00:13:52.200 It's something I reported

00:13:53.220 in my 2019 book,

00:13:54.560 Plot Against the President,

00:13:56.260 where Devin Nunes

00:13:57.240 saw exactly

00:13:58.540 what had happened.

00:14:00.020 But again,

00:14:00.900 a DNI here

00:14:01.580 has shed more light on it,

00:14:02.580 which is excellent.

00:14:03.480 Happy to have it.

00:14:04.540 But it is something

00:14:05.260 that we've been talking about

00:14:06.340 and something

00:14:06.900 that we've known

00:14:08.060 for quite some time.

00:14:10.040 So this is something

00:14:11.020 I've taken big issue with

00:14:12.140 and I've always asked

00:14:12.960 Lou this question

00:14:13.800 and he said

00:14:14.480 he would tell me one day,

00:14:15.380 unfortunately,

00:14:15.800 he's no longer here

00:14:16.540 to tell me

00:14:17.120 the answer

00:14:17.940 to what he believed

00:14:18.900 was the question.

00:14:19.960 And it was why

00:14:20.920 Donald Trump

00:14:21.680 set this precedent

00:14:22.800 of not going after

00:14:24.580 corrupt politicians.

00:14:25.860 And one of them 1.00

00:14:26.640 was Hillary Clinton.

00:14:27.840 Take a listen

00:14:28.540 to him being asked

00:14:29.440 about it today.

00:14:30.340 The woodshot

00:14:30.840 that you should be

00:14:31.480 talking about

00:14:32.120 is they caught

00:14:33.080 President Obama

00:14:34.020 absolutely cold,

00:14:35.860 Tulsi Gabbard,

00:14:37.120 what they did

00:14:38.680 to this country

00:14:39.480 in 2016,

00:14:41.320 starting in 2016,

00:14:42.740 but going up

00:14:43.400 all the way

00:14:43.960 going up to

00:14:44.740 2020 in the election.

00:14:46.840 They tried to

00:14:47.540 rig the election

00:14:48.340 and they got caught.

00:14:50.560 And there should be

00:14:51.280 very severe consequences

00:14:52.620 for that.

00:14:53.680 You know,

00:14:53.900 when we caught

00:14:54.460 Hillary Clinton,

00:14:55.220 I said,

00:14:55.580 you know what,

00:14:56.780 let's not go

00:14:58.560 too far here.

00:14:59.520 It's the ex-wife 0.97

00:15:01.020 of a president

00:15:01.720 and I thought

00:15:02.340 it was sort of

00:15:03.320 terrible.

00:15:03.920 And I let her

00:15:04.880 off the hook

00:15:05.440 and I'm very happy

00:15:06.740 I did.

00:15:07.780 But it's time

00:15:08.760 to start

00:15:09.300 after what they

00:15:10.720 did to me

00:15:11.360 and whether

00:15:13.700 it's right or wrong,

00:15:14.640 it's time to go

00:15:15.300 after people.

00:15:16.700 Obama's been

00:15:17.500 caught directly.

00:15:18.980 So people say,

00:15:19.740 oh, you know,

00:15:20.260 a group.

00:15:20.660 It's not a group.

00:15:21.680 It's Obama.

00:15:22.660 His orders

00:15:23.140 are on the paper.

00:15:24.360 The papers are signed.

00:15:25.600 The papers came

00:15:26.280 right out of their office.

00:15:27.300 They sent everything

00:15:28.100 to be highly classified.

00:15:29.940 Well,

00:15:30.100 the highly classified

00:15:30.980 has been released

00:15:31.860 and what they did

00:15:33.660 in 2016

00:15:34.800 and in 2020

00:15:35.780 is very criminal.

00:15:38.880 It's criminal

00:15:39.380 at the highest level.

00:15:40.780 So that's really

00:15:41.740 the things

00:15:42.260 you should be talking about.

00:15:44.220 So it was something,

00:15:45.360 Lee,

00:15:45.520 I could never figure out

00:15:47.280 why he didn't

00:15:48.400 prosecute Hillary Clinton.

00:15:49.340 I think there was

00:15:49.780 more than enough there

00:15:50.700 to get her.

00:15:52.220 What's your take

00:15:52.840 on why he never did?

00:15:54.420 On Hillary Clinton?

00:15:55.260 I mean,

00:15:55.480 I don't know

00:15:56.560 at the time

00:15:57.080 what was there

00:15:57.920 to go after Hillary Clinton.

00:15:59.240 I mean,

00:16:00.200 I guess they

00:16:01.040 could have found

00:16:02.080 a different way

00:16:03.000 to maybe they

00:16:04.560 could have reopened

00:16:05.380 the email investigation

00:16:07.260 into her mishandling

00:16:08.200 of classified intelligence

00:16:09.440 because FBI documents

00:16:11.460 show that she definitely

00:16:12.580 mishandled classified

00:16:13.760 intelligence.

00:16:15.040 And in fact,

00:16:15.800 you know,

00:16:17.240 there was some

00:16:17.940 information that came

00:16:20.000 out of the Department

00:16:20.620 of Justice

00:16:21.060 this week

00:16:21.720 showing that,

00:16:23.360 you know,

00:16:24.620 showing different

00:16:25.340 problems

00:16:26.080 with that investigation.

00:16:28.420 And in fact,

00:16:29.500 I've reported

00:16:30.140 this before,

00:16:30.900 too,

00:16:31.580 that one of Hillary's 1.00

00:16:32.620 emails that she sent

00:16:33.820 from,

00:16:34.440 she was on the tarmac

00:16:35.840 in St. Petersburg

00:16:36.740 June 2012

00:16:38.740 and actually July 2012,

00:16:41.700 I believe it was

00:16:42.640 when she,

00:16:43.000 early July 2012,

00:16:44.940 she replied

00:16:45.500 to an email

00:16:46.880 to the president

00:16:48.060 at the time,

00:16:48.940 Barack Obama,

00:16:49.700 and it appears

00:16:50.760 that those emails

00:16:51.660 that allowed her email

00:16:53.160 to be hacked

00:16:53.700 by the Russians

00:16:54.300 and maybe Obama's,

00:16:55.540 too.

00:16:56.200 Because this report

00:16:56.980 that came out

00:16:57.800 this week

00:16:58.720 was talking about

00:16:59.740 Obama's email

00:17:00.920 being hacked

00:17:01.700 and that's probably

00:17:02.480 how it happened.

00:17:03.260 So is that what

00:17:04.560 President Trump

00:17:06.060 could have gone

00:17:07.560 after her for?

00:17:08.500 I guess.

00:17:09.380 There wasn't enough

00:17:10.400 information yet

00:17:11.420 about what had happened

00:17:12.480 with what was going

00:17:14.660 on with Russiagate.

00:17:15.740 Though it's worth

00:17:16.320 remembering

00:17:16.820 the first person

00:17:18.200 who really understood

00:17:19.620 what Barack Obama

00:17:22.060 had done

00:17:22.500 is Donald Trump

00:17:23.200 himself

00:17:23.680 in a March,

00:17:24.340 I believe it was

00:17:24.660 March 4th,

00:17:25.400 2017 tweet

00:17:26.660 saying,

00:17:27.200 I just found out

00:17:28.400 that Obama

00:17:28.880 had my phones

00:17:29.840 tapped

00:17:30.300 at Trump Tower.

00:17:31.860 The President,

00:17:33.060 President Trump

00:17:33.780 didn't have the,

00:17:35.120 you know,

00:17:35.340 the details

00:17:36.240 exactly right,

00:17:37.420 but he was

00:17:37.920 basically right.

00:17:39.060 And they said 0.60

00:17:39.440 he was crazy, Lee. 0.97

00:17:40.400 They said he was crazy. 0.95

00:17:41.080 Well, yeah, 0.88

00:17:41.200 they said he was crazy,

00:17:42.140 right.

00:17:42.460 No one understood,

00:17:43.680 right.

00:17:44.040 They said it was crazy

00:17:45.240 and libelous

00:17:45.980 and scandalous

00:17:46.640 and whatever.

00:17:47.560 But Donald Trump

00:17:48.260 was right.

00:17:48.800 But John,

00:17:49.380 I would say

00:17:50.820 the bigger problem

00:17:51.620 is not what

00:17:52.760 the New York Times

00:17:53.660 and the Washington Post

00:17:54.580 were saying,

00:17:55.240 what we were expecting

00:17:56.120 to say,

00:17:56.840 because that Republicans

00:17:57.660 weren't listening,

00:17:58.800 right.

00:17:59.920 Republicans weren't

00:18:00.740 paying attention.

00:18:01.940 And that's why,

00:18:02.700 you know,

00:18:03.240 and that's why,

00:18:04.140 you know,

00:18:04.940 why I kept writing

00:18:06.200 about this,

00:18:06.900 kept saying,

00:18:07.260 look,

00:18:07.780 none of this

00:18:08.760 happens without cover,

00:18:11.200 without top cover.

00:18:12.300 And the person

00:18:13.020 at the top

00:18:13.480 was Barack Obama.

00:18:14.520 John Brennan,

00:18:16.780 James Comey,

00:18:17.560 James Clapper,

00:18:18.460 these were all senior,

00:18:19.900 these were all

00:18:20.680 cabinet,

00:18:21.280 cabinet posts,

00:18:23.340 but they're all

00:18:23.940 bureaucrats finally, 0.99

00:18:25.140 right.

00:18:25.620 Bureaucrats don't act 0.99

00:18:26.780 unless they have top cover.

00:18:28.400 So that's obviously

00:18:30.320 what happened.

00:18:31.020 And again,

00:18:31.500 these documents

00:18:32.440 that were released

00:18:33.120 last week by the DNI

00:18:34.740 give us,

00:18:35.900 give us more information

00:18:37.480 on that.

00:18:38.980 Yeah.

00:18:40.000 It's indisputable

00:18:41.100 the amount

00:18:41.780 that you've written

00:18:42.420 on this compared

00:18:43.060 to perhaps anybody

00:18:44.560 in it.

00:18:44.860 I'm talking about

00:18:45.420 everybody at Breitbart

00:18:46.460 and everybody

00:18:47.360 at the Gateway Pundit.

00:18:48.320 Those are two

00:18:48.720 of my favorites.

00:18:49.160 I mean,

00:18:49.580 I wrote three books

00:18:50.400 on it,

00:18:50.920 so.

00:18:51.420 Right.

00:18:51.740 I'm saying it's

00:18:52.320 indisputable

00:18:52.800 that you have,

00:18:54.380 you know,

00:18:54.720 this perhaps better

00:18:55.460 than anybody,

00:18:56.680 maybe even more

00:18:57.300 than Donald Trump,

00:18:58.100 which is why you've,

00:18:58.940 I think,

00:18:59.880 invested so much time

00:19:00.880 in it because,

00:19:01.360 you know,

00:19:01.540 the miscarriage

00:19:02.300 of justice

00:19:02.780 and the disservice

00:19:03.520 to this country

00:19:04.160 that it's brought forward.

00:19:06.940 Now,

00:19:07.040 let me ask you a question.

00:19:07.880 We've heard about

00:19:09.020 these Epstein files

00:19:09.820 maybe being deleted,

00:19:11.020 maybe being washed away,

00:19:12.620 whatever the facts may be.

00:19:15.140 I'm not talking about that,

00:19:16.540 but we have heard

00:19:17.540 that maybe some things

00:19:18.460 were deleted.

00:19:19.500 Why would Joe Biden

00:19:21.600 allow these documents

00:19:23.520 to not be destroyed?

00:19:25.540 Is there some sort

00:19:26.640 of animosity

00:19:27.540 between him

00:19:28.660 and Barack Obama?

00:19:30.420 Regarding Epstein?

00:19:31.900 No, no,

00:19:32.280 regarding these documents.

00:19:33.520 So if they deleted

00:19:34.180 the Epstein documents

00:19:35.020 and those were destroyed,

00:19:36.180 why would Joe Biden,

00:19:37.220 if he was in office

00:19:37.900 for the last four years,

00:19:39.760 allow these documents

00:19:40.760 to still be there?

00:19:43.540 You mean,

00:19:44.320 you mean the stuff

00:19:45.480 showing that Obama

00:19:46.360 was at the head of,

00:19:47.840 you know,

00:19:48.280 was at the head of this?

00:19:49.520 Well,

00:19:49.720 I mean,

00:19:50.020 Biden wouldn't have known

00:19:50.960 where they were.

00:19:52.740 You know,

00:19:53.320 remember how deeply

00:19:54.640 these documents

00:19:55.500 were buried,

00:19:56.380 right?

00:19:56.700 So I'm not just

00:19:57.320 referring to

00:19:58.780 Joe Biden's

00:20:00.880 cognitive challenges.

00:20:02.220 I'm also saying

00:20:02.800 that these,

00:20:03.900 look,

00:20:04.240 Devin Nunes,

00:20:04.920 when he was leading

00:20:06.400 the congressional

00:20:07.220 investigation,

00:20:07.800 they were supposed

00:20:08.660 to give him everything.

00:20:10.160 So he should have

00:20:10.800 gotten stuff like this.

00:20:12.180 And then remember

00:20:12.720 the Kash Patel 0.82

00:20:13.860 was working with

00:20:15.260 Rick Grinnell

00:20:15.840 at D&I at the time

00:20:16.940 and they were very aggressive,

00:20:18.220 declassifying lots of stuff,

00:20:19.800 as was John Radcliffe

00:20:21.120 who followed Grinnell.

00:20:22.640 Well,

00:20:22.880 Rick Grinnell

00:20:23.680 was the acting D&I.

00:20:26.060 Then Radcliffe

00:20:26.580 had the position.

00:20:28.020 It was confirmed.

00:20:29.500 So these people

00:20:30.360 were all looking

00:20:30.940 for stuff

00:20:31.500 and they found

00:20:32.020 a lot of stuff

00:20:32.700 and declassified

00:20:33.380 a lot of very important

00:20:34.400 information,

00:20:36.400 as did John Durham.

00:20:38.720 So,

00:20:39.300 again,

00:20:40.320 kudos to Tulsi Gabbard

00:20:42.140 for finding this stuff.

00:20:44.420 It's great she did,

00:20:45.860 but yeah,

00:20:46.400 that's,

00:20:46.860 I mean,

00:20:47.780 that's,

00:20:48.120 they just,

00:20:50.260 they buried it

00:20:51.040 for a long time.

00:20:52.080 So again,

00:20:52.300 let me ask,

00:20:53.820 if you're planning on,

00:20:55.220 I mean,

00:20:55.460 it's treasonous

00:20:56.100 to try to overthrow

00:20:56.940 a president,

00:20:57.560 it's treasonous

00:20:58.100 to try to do

00:20:58.680 what they did.

00:20:59.800 Why would they,

00:21:00.460 do you think 1.00

00:21:00.860 they were stupid 1.00

00:21:01.400 or just flat out brazen 1.00

00:21:02.700 to be keeping documents

00:21:04.500 on trying to overthrow

00:21:05.280 a president?

00:21:06.640 Again,

00:21:07.120 I think a lot,

00:21:07.780 I think a lot of people

00:21:08.600 didn't know

00:21:09.100 where these things were.

00:21:10.380 I think,

00:21:10.800 look,

00:21:10.980 there must be tons

00:21:11.660 of stuff that's still,

00:21:12.720 why even have them exist

00:21:13.940 if you're Barack Obama?

00:21:15.160 Because,

00:21:15.700 I mean,

00:21:16.120 I can't go into,

00:21:18.060 I can't,

00:21:18.560 I cannot speak

00:21:19.560 with any authority

00:21:20.440 on how the record system works,

00:21:22.320 but remember,

00:21:23.100 these stuff,

00:21:23.880 these things

00:21:24.360 are supposed to be

00:21:24.920 digitally stored.

00:21:26.800 So it's,

00:21:27.600 this goes to the heart

00:21:28.980 of the whole

00:21:29.380 Mar-a-Lago story

00:21:30.460 as well,

00:21:31.520 right?

00:21:31.920 We're really going

00:21:33.060 far afield here,

00:21:33.860 but I'll explain.

00:21:35.140 You know,

00:21:35.400 when they tried

00:21:35.880 to frame Trump

00:21:36.740 for stealing documents

00:21:38.860 and taking it

00:21:39.660 to Mar-a-Lago,

00:21:40.600 none of these

00:21:41.120 were original documents.

00:21:42.680 There were two

00:21:43.160 original documents

00:21:44.200 that Donald Trump

00:21:45.020 was holding,

00:21:45.880 right?

00:21:46.540 And these were,

00:21:47.860 or was probably holding,

00:21:49.320 this was the letter

00:21:50.480 that Barack Obama

00:21:51.500 left for him

00:21:52.080 in the Resolute desk

00:21:53.180 in 2017

00:21:54.440 and also his correspondence

00:21:55.840 with Kim Jong-un,

00:21:57.280 right?

00:21:57.640 Everything else

00:21:58.200 was a copy

00:21:58.840 because that's the way

00:22:00.680 the world works now.

00:22:02.040 Now,

00:22:02.200 if we all go

00:22:02.880 and we think about it

00:22:04.000 and we look at how

00:22:04.740 we're looking at our phone,

00:22:06.100 we're watching you and me

00:22:07.380 on our computer

00:22:08.380 or whatever,

00:22:09.040 that's how the world works.

00:22:10.620 That's how records

00:22:11.580 are made digitally,

00:22:13.380 right?

00:22:13.800 So,

00:22:14.360 again,

00:22:15.120 I can speak

00:22:15.880 with no authority

00:22:16.860 about how,

00:22:18.100 we all know

00:22:19.180 how they're created,

00:22:20.560 but whether it's easy

00:22:21.660 to delete records

00:22:23.220 like this

00:22:23.920 from an electronic system,

00:22:26.720 they probably,

00:22:28.260 probably too easily,

00:22:29.840 but it's,

00:22:30.880 you know,

00:22:31.200 again,

00:22:32.160 that's going into,

00:22:33.640 that's going into

00:22:34.500 a lot of detail.

00:22:35.440 No,

00:22:35.800 no,

00:22:35.880 I understand all that,

00:22:37.420 but Lee,

00:22:37.820 I'm just thinking,

00:22:38.840 back then when the mafia

00:22:39.840 was doing hits on people,

00:22:41.740 when the mafia was doing,

00:22:42.860 when the mafia,

00:22:43.320 they weren't saying,

00:22:43.820 hey,

00:22:44.000 we're going to practice.

00:22:44.800 The mafia was doing hits

00:22:45.380 on people,

00:22:46.020 they weren't,

00:22:46.480 you know,

00:22:46.880 they weren't keeping records

00:22:48.120 digital,

00:22:49.220 right?

00:22:49.620 They weren't even writing

00:22:50.800 it down.

00:22:51.280 Keep records

00:22:52.100 when you're in the mafia,

00:22:53.300 right?

00:22:53.560 That's the whole story

00:22:54.460 about casino,

00:22:55.580 right?

00:22:55.880 That's how they all get

00:22:57.320 brought down.

00:22:58.500 Right.

00:22:59.280 That's why it's just

00:23:00.420 so mind-blowing to me.

00:23:01.280 If you're going to do 1.00

00:23:01.700 something as stupid as that. 1.00

00:23:02.600 Because they're bureaucrats, 1.00

00:23:04.080 this is the key.

00:23:05.040 We have to understand

00:23:06.000 this is the key

00:23:06.820 to the story.

00:23:07.940 This is what bureaucrats do. 1.00

00:23:09.780 They keep paper around

00:23:11.360 to cover for themselves.

00:23:12.960 That was the tip-off

00:23:14.340 the whole time,

00:23:15.340 and that's why you know

00:23:16.660 that Barack Obama

00:23:17.640 was running it.

00:23:18.520 That's why they kept

00:23:19.800 records to show

00:23:20.780 who's calling the shots,

00:23:22.400 and that's why you can

00:23:23.420 find all of this stuff

00:23:24.680 because the bureaucrats

00:23:25.580 need to keep it

00:23:26.420 to cover themselves.

00:23:27.660 Who said it's okay

00:23:28.380 for me to do it?

00:23:29.560 Well,

00:23:29.860 this guy in charge

00:23:30.880 was the number one guy.

00:23:32.000 It wasn't me.

00:23:33.020 I didn't give the orders.

00:23:34.120 I'm just following orders here.

00:23:35.920 That's the way bureaucrats

00:23:37.040 have been the world over

00:23:38.580 since the beginning

00:23:39.480 of bureaucracies.

00:23:41.000 So you're asking

00:23:41.740 why those records

00:23:42.500 are there?

00:23:43.260 Because it's a bureaucracy.

00:23:44.800 Now,

00:23:45.140 those records

00:23:45.600 will be buried.

00:23:46.480 They have been buried,

00:23:47.440 but they'll be there.

00:23:48.520 So do you think

00:23:55.180 John Ratcliffe

00:23:55.880 was,

00:23:56.180 I guess,

00:23:57.240 acting on DNI

00:23:58.380 for a lot of seconds?

00:23:59.860 No,

00:23:59.960 he was real.

00:24:01.080 He was confirmed.

00:24:02.160 He was DNI.

00:24:02.540 Okay,

00:24:02.740 so he's there

00:24:03.980 for a little bit of time

00:24:05.000 with Donald Trump

00:24:05.640 around his first time.

00:24:07.440 Do you think

00:24:07.800 it's an accident

00:24:08.520 that Ratcliffe

00:24:09.220 didn't find these

00:24:09.980 and somehow

00:24:10.400 told him?

00:24:10.820 I just said

00:24:12.640 how difficult

00:24:13.180 it is

00:24:13.640 to find these.

00:24:15.880 And again,

00:24:16.180 they hid them.

00:24:16.940 They buried them.

00:24:17.680 They were supposed

00:24:18.120 to give them

00:24:18.560 to Devin Noon

00:24:19.220 as they didn't.

00:24:20.240 John Ratcliffe

00:24:21.060 from what I can tell

00:24:22.960 is doing

00:24:23.380 an outstanding job

00:24:24.640 as the director

00:24:25.440 of the Central

00:24:26.100 Intelligence Agency.

00:24:27.600 I know there's

00:24:27.940 lots of speculation

00:24:28.920 often from,

00:24:31.160 for the most part,

00:24:31.860 from very,

00:24:32.540 very bad actors,

00:24:34.160 even on our side,

00:24:36.080 especially bad actors,

00:24:37.980 creating a lot

00:24:38.640 of suspicion

00:24:39.200 about John Ratcliffe.

00:24:40.620 John Ratcliffe

00:24:41.240 is not targeting

00:24:42.340 Donald Trump,

00:24:43.900 right?

00:24:44.120 John Ratcliffe

00:24:44.720 has been a Trump loyalist

00:24:45.940 certainly since

00:24:46.560 the first impeachment process

00:24:48.000 when,

00:24:48.580 as a former federal prosecutor,

00:24:50.600 Ratcliffe really,

00:24:51.880 really made his name

00:24:54.600 defending Trump

00:24:55.900 in that first impeachment process.

00:24:57.460 Again,

00:24:58.020 as DNI

00:24:58.860 at the end of Trump's

00:24:59.720 first term,

00:25:00.480 he did a great job then.

00:25:01.780 I'm certain

00:25:02.580 he's doing a terrific job now

00:25:04.600 as director

00:25:05.100 of the Central Intelligence Agency.

00:25:07.040 It's been such a tough

00:25:09.040 last 10 years,

00:25:09.960 I think,

00:25:10.280 for all these people

00:25:11.100 around him

00:25:11.520 because you really

00:25:12.020 don't know

00:25:12.620 at this point,

00:25:13.180 Lee,

00:25:13.360 how many...

00:25:13.760 No,

00:25:14.020 you know.

00:25:14.880 No,

00:25:15.180 I'm just saying...

00:25:15.920 There's a lot,

00:25:16.760 there's a lot,

00:25:17.500 again,

00:25:17.960 there's a lot of bad people

00:25:19.380 and we know who they are.

00:25:21.080 No,

00:25:21.280 I'm not saying Ratcliffe.

00:25:22.340 No,

00:25:22.620 no,

00:25:22.940 I'm saying the people

00:25:24.040 who are making noise

00:25:24.980 about Ratcliffe,

00:25:25.940 the people who are saying

00:25:26.760 bad things about Ratcliffe.

00:25:28.340 These are the same people

00:25:29.420 who are putting forth lies

00:25:30.480 like,

00:25:30.780 oh yeah,

00:25:31.440 Jeffrey Epstein

00:25:32.080 was a Mossad agent

00:25:33.160 and Donald Trump

00:25:33.960 is protecting a,

00:25:34.960 protecting a Jewish 0.99

00:25:36.100 operation to rape 1.00

00:25:37.360 American girls. 1.00

00:25:38.760 I mean, 1.00

00:25:39.000 it's garbage. 1.00

00:25:40.140 It's the same people 1.00

00:25:41.100 and you know exactly

00:25:41.960 who I'm talking about.

00:25:43.340 These are the people

00:25:44.120 who are targeting

00:25:44.800 Ratcliffe now too.

00:25:46.960 The truth is

00:25:47.600 we still have people

00:25:48.400 and I'm not saying Ratcliffe,

00:25:49.400 I'm not saying Tulsi,

00:25:50.060 but there are people

00:25:50.620 in these agencies

00:25:51.220 who are still buried deep

00:25:52.380 and I think there was

00:25:54.980 a perfect example of that

00:25:57.840 when Tulsi Gabbard

00:25:59.120 sat before a committee

00:26:00.240 in the Senate

00:26:01.440 and spoke about

00:26:02.560 nuclear weapons

00:26:03.280 and it put her

00:26:03.760 at a clear disconnect

00:26:04.560 with Donald Trump,

00:26:05.400 which caused some fraying.

00:26:07.160 I knew then and there

00:26:08.060 there was an issue

00:26:08.920 and you know,

00:26:09.920 I talked to Roger Stone

00:26:10.820 every day

00:26:11.260 and he's good friends

00:26:11.860 and he says

00:26:12.800 they're gunning for him.

00:26:14.300 Now we get these documents out

00:26:15.480 and it's clear,

00:26:16.840 it's clear why

00:26:17.940 there's people gunning

00:26:19.460 for Tulsi,

00:26:19.980 there's people gunning

00:26:20.700 for Ratcliffe

00:26:21.520 because these guys

00:26:22.500 are trying to figure out

00:26:23.660 what you said,

00:26:24.820 you know,

00:26:25.580 where I guess

00:26:26.500 the metaphorical bodies

00:26:27.500 are buried.

00:26:28.300 The DNI,

00:26:29.120 as you said,

00:26:31.140 when she started talking

00:26:33.380 about Iran's

00:26:34.820 nuclear weapons program,

00:26:36.940 you're right,

00:26:37.620 John,

00:26:38.080 that put her at odds

00:26:39.780 with the president

00:26:40.640 in a very significant way.

00:26:43.060 I don't know

00:26:43.680 if people are gunning

00:26:44.580 for her or not,

00:26:45.680 but that put her

00:26:46.920 at odds with the president

00:26:47.820 and that's,

00:26:48.980 you know,

00:26:49.260 something between

00:26:50.060 the DNI

00:26:50.840 and the president

00:26:51.720 to resolve

00:26:52.480 in whatever way

00:26:53.140 they can.

00:26:54.040 She absolutely

00:26:54.720 deserves credit

00:26:55.740 for, again,

00:26:56.880 finding these documents

00:26:57.860 and shedding more light

00:26:59.160 in a very important

00:27:00.160 historical

00:27:01.460 and political issue.

00:27:02.660 I mean,

00:27:02.800 this is an enormous,

00:27:04.380 an enormous issue

00:27:05.340 for Americans

00:27:06.460 now and going forward.

00:27:09.280 The similarities

00:27:09.900 are so big

00:27:11.600 between Tulsi

00:27:12.280 and Trump,

00:27:12.880 right?

00:27:13.480 Neither of their parties

00:27:14.340 wanted them.

00:27:15.060 Neither of their parties

00:27:15.700 did everything they could

00:27:16.520 to try to extinct them

00:27:17.420 of them.

00:27:18.100 The Democratic Party

00:27:18.840 was very successful

00:27:19.640 in getting rid of Tulsi Gabbard

00:27:20.860 and stealing

00:27:21.300 and cheating from her.

00:27:22.380 The Republican Party

00:27:23.140 was almost successful

00:27:25.020 in 2016

00:27:25.820 for an overwhelming

00:27:27.700 amount of voters.

00:27:28.680 I think,

00:27:29.000 you know,

00:27:29.440 she's doing a terrific job

00:27:30.660 at what we've got.

00:27:31.460 So how do you think

00:27:32.240 this whole process

00:27:32.940 now progresses?

00:27:33.880 Do you think

00:27:34.440 that this will finally

00:27:35.740 be a time

00:27:36.440 where people

00:27:37.120 could be satisfied

00:27:39.480 with an investigation

00:27:40.420 from our Department

00:27:41.460 of Justice?

00:27:42.260 Well,

00:27:42.460 yeah,

00:27:43.440 I think that people

00:27:44.080 should be optimistic.

00:27:45.480 I mean,

00:27:45.720 we see from,

00:27:46.660 you know,

00:27:46.960 their reports,

00:27:47.760 I believe that John Solomon

00:27:48.960 at the top of the list

00:27:50.080 is reporting that,

00:27:51.620 you know,

00:27:51.820 that he believes

00:27:52.540 that DOJ and FBI

00:27:53.780 are building a case.

00:27:55.140 And the person

00:27:55.900 who's now FBI director,

00:27:57.340 Kash Patel,

00:27:58.140 I mean,

00:27:58.520 you know,

00:27:58.800 he was the lead

00:27:59.440 investigator for Devin Nunes.

00:28:00.820 So we have the right

00:28:02.560 people in place.

00:28:03.600 You know,

00:28:04.040 there's no reason

00:28:05.160 for us to be Pollyanna-ish.

00:28:06.540 We see the different,

00:28:07.660 we see the different challenges

00:28:08.900 and what it's going to be like

00:28:10.360 to build a case

00:28:11.420 to bring charges

00:28:13.760 and to win convictions

00:28:15.140 to put some of these

00:28:17.080 very bad actors

00:28:17.980 in orange jumpsuits.

00:28:19.380 But I think that also

00:28:20.320 we shouldn't be,

00:28:21.280 we shouldn't be pessimistic.

00:28:23.600 I mean,

00:28:23.800 we elected Donald Trump

00:28:25.040 because we were optimistic

00:28:26.100 about the country,

00:28:27.100 elected Donald Trump

00:28:28.080 because of the optimism

00:28:29.740 because that Donald Trump,

00:28:32.060 you know,

00:28:32.400 promised to get

00:28:33.580 certain things done.

00:28:35.460 So,

00:28:36.320 again,

00:28:37.380 the idea that we're going

00:28:38.120 to go south on that

00:28:39.180 and say,

00:28:39.540 no,

00:28:39.780 no,

00:28:40.000 no,

00:28:40.240 I believe that nothing

00:28:41.160 is ever going to happen.

00:28:42.060 I mean,

00:28:42.240 that's,

00:28:42.720 you know,

00:28:43.360 that run,

00:28:44.040 that cuts against the grain

00:28:45.560 of what the,

00:28:46.660 of what Donald Trump's

00:28:47.740 second term is supposed to be.

00:28:49.060 We're supposed to be optimistic

00:28:50.520 that things will happen,

00:28:51.900 that wrongs will be righted,

00:28:53.820 that there will be

00:28:55.120 redemption and justice.

00:28:56.620 It's no,

00:28:57.780 no,

00:28:58.080 I think that we should be optimistic

00:28:59.360 and I certainly am.

00:29:00.700 The way I see it,

00:29:01.660 Lee,

00:29:01.820 is that these Epstein files

00:29:03.060 and what many people

00:29:04.640 are calling mishandling of them

00:29:05.800 was a test.

00:29:07.820 You saw what happened

00:29:08.660 for the last two and a half weeks.

00:29:09.880 People were not,

00:29:10.880 stop talking about it.

00:29:12.000 Mark Mitchell of Rasmussen Reports

00:29:13.540 polled on it every single day

00:29:15.040 and the people wanted answers

00:29:16.340 and it,

00:29:17.020 I think it got us

00:29:17.840 into the situation now

00:29:18.980 where we may get in some light,

00:29:20.980 a little bit more light shed

00:29:22.200 on what happened there.

00:29:23.620 I'm not talking about

00:29:24.260 the actual situation,

00:29:25.200 but I'm talking about

00:29:27.200 the instance that people

00:29:28.360 want you to give them something.

00:29:30.200 The Epstein stuff is,

00:29:32.260 I'm sorry,

00:29:33.420 the Epstein stuff is nothing.

00:29:34.980 The important thing

00:29:35.820 is Russiagate.

00:29:36.960 No,

00:29:37.480 and I agree with that.

00:29:38.280 No,

00:29:38.500 because it's very distressing

00:29:39.420 to see people on,

00:29:40.480 when the New York Times,

00:29:44.240 the Wall Street Journal,

00:29:45.320 Washington Post,

00:29:46.160 CNN and NBC

00:29:47.200 are all leading

00:29:48.220 with stuff on Trump and Epstein,

00:29:50.460 you know we're in a bad place,

00:29:52.240 right?

00:29:52.620 We're in a bad place

00:29:54.040 with the Epstein stuff

00:29:55.120 and the people

00:29:55.880 who've been pushing it

00:29:56.740 have been,

00:29:57.380 the people on our side

00:29:58.320 who've been pushing this non-stop,

00:30:00.360 now we see where we are,

00:30:02.120 right?

00:30:02.700 The important thing,

00:30:04.040 the important thing

00:30:04.660 that we need clarity on

00:30:05.840 when we're talking about

00:30:06.740 weaponization of the federal government,

00:30:08.780 that cuts,

00:30:09.420 that Russiagate

00:30:10.380 cuts right to the heart of that.

00:30:12.200 That's where that started

00:30:13.100 in 2016.

00:30:14.360 We can talk about Epstein

00:30:15.560 in some other time.

00:30:16.320 No,

00:30:16.720 I wasn't even talking about Epstein.

00:30:17.960 I'm happy to walk

00:30:19.420 your great audience through it

00:30:20.740 and explain how many holes

00:30:22.460 there are in that story

00:30:23.600 and why this is,

00:30:25.060 you know,

00:30:25.240 and why it's very unfortunate

00:30:26.580 that this was revived once again.

00:30:28.600 The big story is Russiagate.

00:30:30.340 I'm not talking about

00:30:31.360 the story per se.

00:30:32.120 I'm talking about

00:30:32.740 people's appetite

00:30:33.660 for justice

00:30:34.760 and that's what it was.

00:30:36.500 We saw what people did

00:30:37.880 regardless of what

00:30:38.960 the situation was.

00:30:39.840 I said Epstein

00:30:40.360 because that's the latest one

00:30:41.440 that was brought up.

00:30:42.520 If this investigation

00:30:44.120 heeds no arrests of people,

00:30:45.600 I think the American people

00:30:47.700 aren't going to stand for it

00:30:48.880 because we've been promised

00:30:50.360 so much from Donald Trump.

00:30:51.960 We've been promised

00:30:52.420 so much from investigations

00:30:53.620 and we've literally

00:30:54.800 got nothing out of it.

00:30:56.500 So that's the way I see it.

00:30:58.920 Do you see it similarly?

00:31:00.700 Yes,

00:31:00.940 I said there's reason

00:31:01.820 for optimism now.

00:31:03.040 I believe that there

00:31:03.720 is an investigation.

00:31:05.220 I believe that they will come.

00:31:06.800 I believe that there

00:31:07.680 will be charges.

00:31:08.840 Will there be convictions?

00:31:09.960 I mean,

00:31:10.160 we'll have to see

00:31:10.880 where the,

00:31:12.060 you know,

00:31:12.360 if there are cases

00:31:13.980 where these cases are tried.

00:31:15.380 Again,

00:31:15.760 if it's a conspiracy

00:31:16.560 and it goes from 2016

00:31:17.820 to 2024,

00:31:19.660 it appears to include

00:31:21.060 non-blue jurisdictions,

00:31:23.240 right?

00:31:23.460 We know that the DOJ

00:31:24.740 is not going to win

00:31:25.720 convictions of John Brennan

00:31:27.900 or James Comey

00:31:29.220 in a Washington, D.C. courtroom.

00:31:30.980 But if these cases

00:31:32.240 are tried elsewhere,

00:31:33.060 then that's something else.

00:31:34.280 So again,

00:31:35.300 I really hope people

00:31:36.920 will be optimistic

00:31:37.700 about this.

00:31:38.880 But we also know

00:31:40.860 that juries are human

00:31:42.840 and, you know,

00:31:44.700 we're leaning

00:31:46.260 a little too far

00:31:47.140 out ahead here,

00:31:47.980 even assuming that cases,

00:31:49.660 you know,

00:31:50.000 that cases will be brought.

00:31:53.080 But again,

00:31:53.900 it's an imperfect system

00:31:58.220 as everything made

00:31:59.220 by human beings

00:31:59.980 is imperfect.

00:32:01.380 Last question.

00:32:03.280 Do you think

00:32:03.940 this investigation

00:32:04.500 leads into something

00:32:06.440 Donald Trump

00:32:06.960 has also promised

00:32:07.680 to figure out

00:32:08.220 what happened in 2020?

00:32:09.140 I mean,

00:32:11.080 there's so many questions

00:32:11.960 left unanswered.

00:32:13.360 People were fired

00:32:13.960 from their jobs

00:32:14.620 because of it.

00:32:15.320 I think people

00:32:16.220 deserve answers.

00:32:17.460 Well, and so first,

00:32:18.120 people are,

00:32:18.580 you know,

00:32:18.980 again,

00:32:19.540 I think that Solomon

00:32:21.360 has reported this,

00:32:22.440 that people are talking

00:32:23.100 about a conspiracy case

00:32:24.280 and it's not just

00:32:25.440 about Russiagate.

00:32:26.440 It goes from basically

00:32:27.520 2016 to 2024.

00:32:29.740 And that would include,

00:32:31.120 you know,

00:32:31.340 that would include

00:32:31.940 the 2020 elections,

00:32:33.240 presumably.

00:32:34.400 You know,

00:32:34.800 and if we look,

00:32:35.440 I mean,

00:32:35.600 this is what I report

00:32:36.320 in my most recent book,

00:32:37.500 Disappearing the President,

00:32:38.480 Barack Obama

00:32:39.780 played an enormous role

00:32:41.380 in pushing COVID

00:32:45.020 and pushing COVID lockdowns

00:32:47.440 and breaking Trump's economy

00:32:49.300 than in the irregular voting,

00:32:54.060 the irregular voting procedures

00:32:55.940 that were pushed in 2020.

00:32:58.180 So Obama has a huge role 0.95

00:33:00.120 in that as well.

00:33:01.500 And so, you know,

00:33:02.600 I hope people

00:33:03.400 are re-disappearing

00:33:04.260 the president,

00:33:04.780 but we have to understand

00:33:05.880 when we're talking

00:33:06.420 about Barack Obama's role,

00:33:07.800 it's not just about

00:33:09.240 what he did in 2016

00:33:10.640 and 2017

00:33:11.480 to push Russiagate

00:33:14.200 and to hobble

00:33:15.200 Trump's presidency.

00:33:16.520 It's what he did

00:33:17.360 in 2020 as well.

00:33:19.180 You know,

00:33:19.440 the different things

00:33:20.780 he participated in

00:33:22.080 at that point.

00:33:23.860 And I think we're

00:33:24.200 at a really interesting point

00:33:25.180 because based on

00:33:26.140 Hunter Biden's

00:33:26.880 most recent interview,

00:33:28.000 if you can imagine

00:33:28.520 Hunter Biden's

00:33:28.980 new interviews,

00:33:29.940 he does not like

00:33:31.040 Barack Obama.

00:33:31.760 And I think Joe Biden's

00:33:33.380 probably had enough

00:33:34.060 of him too.

00:33:34.480 So whatever we got

00:33:35.960 from it all, Lee,

00:33:36.880 you're going to have

00:33:37.700 to come back

00:33:38.280 and keep us updated.

00:33:39.840 I look forward to it.

00:33:41.200 The latest book

00:33:41.840 is Disappearing the President,

00:33:43.340 available on Amazon, right?

00:33:45.060 That's right.

00:33:45.720 Thank you, John.

00:33:46.720 Lee, come back soon.

00:33:47.820 Look forward to it.
