00:00:33.860 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.

00:00:36.940 It's great to have you with us.

00:00:38.840 Our guest today is Kash Patel.

00:00:40.900 He's a former top DOD official, current advisor to President Trump.

00:00:45.600 And now here is Kash Patel.

00:00:47.880 And, Kash, great to have you with us as always.

00:00:50.100 Well, the president did pretty well in the first three days after that so-called conviction by the Marxist Dems and the corrupt judge in New York. 0.63

00:01:01.320 $200 million.

00:01:04.540 Your reaction?

00:01:06.640 Hey, Lou, it's great to be with you.

00:01:08.120 That sounds like Lou Dobbs money to me in that kind of speed.

00:01:11.080 But, you know, I think it speaks to the movement that President Trump has created.

00:01:19.280 I know you need money to win a campaign, and I hope the money keeps pouring in.

00:01:23.620 But what you need more than money, as you know, Lou, is support from the American people.

00:01:27.840 And after that unjust conviction came in against Donald Trump, and during the entire pendency of that case, more and more Americans gravitated towards Donald Trump because they knew that the system of justice had been weaponized for political purposes to steal their vote on November 5th.

00:01:44.780 To force them to vote another way because the mainstream media and the Biden administration had orchestrated a bogus conviction to call Donald Trump a convicted felon, which was what their goal was for the election cycle.

00:01:58.060 But I think too many Americans are seeing through it, and more and more and more Americans are going to continue to see through it as we examine the details of why that trial itself was unconstitutional.

00:02:07.540 Well, I think you've said it perfectly.

00:02:10.340 That is, the American people are awakening to what is happening.

00:02:15.680 I mean, with the great assistance of the Marxist stems themselves and the Biden regime.

00:02:21.560 How crooked do you think you have to be before somebody notices?

00:02:25.840 I mean, there isn't a single area of policy.

00:02:29.640 There isn't a political area in which they are not absolutely dishonorable and attacking at every moment and pretending somehow that this is the stuff of which governments in the United States are made.

00:02:47.860 It's insane to me that they would continue along this path.

00:02:53.440 Well, there's a reason for it.

00:02:54.780 And I know you know it, Lou, and I think your audience is aware if they had a better policy to secure the border than Donald Trump, they would tell us if they had a better policy to end the forever wars than Donald Trump, they would tell us if they and they being Biden had a better policy to restore the economy and our global world leadership position, they would tell us they don't have any of those things.

00:03:14.120 What they have is hyperbole and the radical left wing media.

00:03:17.460 And so they continue with the baseless headlines and the election rigging engineering games that they're playing because they can't compete with Donald Trump's Agenda 47 and they can't compete with the results of Donald Trump's first administration.

00:03:30.860 And when you juxtaposition the first administration results of Trump with the first administration results of Biden, it's not even a contest in any category.

00:03:39.320 Whether you're talking food prices or security, just global national security issues, Donald Trump wins by leaps and bounds.

00:03:48.880 And so that's why the mainstream media is gone and continues to go to this cheap partisan rhetoric.

00:03:54.720 I think everyone at the Trump campaign certainly should be clicking their heels and delighted at the support that they're receiving, both monetarily and but most importantly, of course, politically, if they're not the same thing in this day and age, perhaps they are.

00:04:10.540 Your thoughts?

00:04:12.020 Absolutely.

00:04:12.700 And I think and I hope the support continues and I think it will.

00:04:15.540 But what I think you saw this avalanche of support come in right after the unconstitutional verdict is because Americans saw their weaponized system of justice on steroids.

00:04:25.520 They knew that judges held prosecutors in certain cases.

00:04:28.680 They knew that certain individuals at Department of Justice and prosecutorial offices had a certain political bent, but they had never seen any sort of weaponized system of justice like this only for one purpose.

00:04:41.720 To go to the ballot box and say, you cannot vote for Donald Trump.

00:04:45.180 He is a convicted felon and they want to deprive our right to vote at the ballot box freely and fairly.

00:04:51.140 And Donald Trump put them on blast during this trial.

00:04:53.860 And that's why I think you've seen the rush to support Donald Trump both financially, but also you've seen the street street fairs and parades across this country, including places like California, where you're seeing thousands and thousands of Trump supporters show up without Donald Trump even being there.

00:05:10.480 And I think that speaks volumes even more so than the 200 million that he raised about his growing support in sectors that normally wouldn't even involve themselves with politics.

00:05:20.820 So I think things are trending in the right direction and hopefully they'll keep going that way.

00:05:25.280 Dr. Miriam Adelson put up that 100 million of it, half of that 200 million herself to support Donald Trump, saying point blank, he is the man to lead this country.

00:05:39.700 And she is backing that up with her money, her judgment.

00:05:44.340 And I think President Trump has to be feeling pretty good right now when he sees even the corporate CEOs, that is not the owners, but the CEOs who are moving toward him rather than asking him to move toward them.

00:06:03.520 And that's a big difference right now because those CEOs in 2016 expected him to come to them.

00:06:13.200 They're moving to him and correctly so because his policies, as you suggested, are the ones that were working between 2017 and in the end of 2020.

00:06:24.000 2020, it's it's good to see because that is a that is a fissure that had to be sealed.

00:06:31.300 No, you're absolutely right.

00:06:32.540 You're talking about the entire spectrum from small dollar donations to the Miriam Adelson's of the world with her 100 million dollar donation and others.

00:06:41.020 Schwartzman at Blackstone and all these other people who we may not necessarily agree with politically 100 percent of the time, even they've realized that sitting on the sidelines or voting for Joe Biden is not going to help America succeed.

00:06:54.240 And so now that Donald Trump has drawn these individuals to him, not the other way around, as you astutely pointed out, Donald Trump wasn't chasing these individuals down.

00:07:02.800 They're calling him.

00:07:03.920 They're saying we want to cut you a check.

00:07:05.320 They're saying publicly we're going to support the Trump administration.

00:07:07.600 They're publicly saying that Joe Biden is bad for the economy.

00:07:11.160 They're publicly saying that Joe Biden is taking an anti-Israeli position and caused this war and countless civilians to be murdered overseas and is doing nothing about it or the hostages currently trapped.

00:07:22.240 So people who make the everyday average American medium income to people who make more money than anyone else on planet Earth in the United States of America are flocking to Donald Trump because they see that their business and the way of the American life that they have created for themselves is at stake with Joe Biden.

00:07:43.800 But with Donald Trump, they see security and it's about time.

00:07:47.740 I'll call some of them out personally myself.

00:07:49.900 They knew this to be the answer, but they were waiting for a politically convenient time to do so.

00:07:55.440 And they all need to start coming in in droves because there's not a single one of them that hasn't benefited both monetarily and through the safety of their family from when Donald Trump was in president.

00:08:04.740 I couldn't couldn't agree more.

00:08:07.420 We're talking with Kash Patel, one of the president's senior advisors and great American, I might say.

00:08:14.420 We'll be right back with him.

00:08:15.960 And we're going to take up where those policies are headed when Donald Trump returns to the White House.

00:08:23.600 We'll be right back.

00:08:24.500 Stay with us.

00:08:25.040 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.

00:08:30.400 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster, war or another disease.

00:08:38.020 We have to be ready as we can be.

00:08:40.160 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.

00:08:45.020 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90 percent of all our pharmaceuticals.

00:08:50.460 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.

00:08:56.620 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.

00:09:02.520 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company have put together just what you and I need with the Wellness Company's medical emergency kit.

00:09:57.380 Prepare today.

00:09:58.520 Be ready tomorrow.

00:10:01.940 We're back.

00:10:03.040 We're talking with President Trump's, one of his prized and top advisors, Cash Patel.

00:10:09.580 Cash, as we are, as you're talking about why it's important for those folks who are running Wall Street, running business in America to come to President Trump.

00:10:22.380 The fact of the matter is that every policy that has that influences business and national security and often most times, in fact, they are the same thing.

00:10:35.640 But the reality is, this is a nation that's no longer secure.

00:10:41.060 Even though we are the most technologically advanced, the world's only true superpower, it has been squandered by this administration over the course of less than three and a half years.

00:10:51.780 And these CEOs, these owners, these billionaires all see what is happening.

00:10:59.100 It's not just a question of markets, however, you know, however protected they may be on one level.

00:11:05.360 They are vulnerable as can be on others, particularly when you have a president who is sending U.S. weapons, U.S. missiles to Ukraine and inviting them to fire those missiles into Russia.

00:11:21.420 Russia has made that clear.

00:11:22.960 Vladimir Putin has made it clear.

00:11:24.500 That is a red line.

00:11:25.860 And they're already saying very clearly this will not stand.

00:11:32.520 Well, look, I mean, these two world wars and make no mistake about it, that what's happening in the Ukraine and the Hamas terrorist invasion of Israel are two separate world wars that started on Joe Biden's watch as president.

00:11:47.860 We need to remind the world that Donald Trump did not start world wars.

00:11:52.320 He ended them.

00:11:53.120 Now we are plus two because of Joe Biden in the world war category.

00:11:57.140 And this guy, after starting multiple world wars, is now threatening to escalate one of the largest nuclear powers on war on Earth in Russia by saying that the Ukrainians can go ahead and bomb targets in Russia using U.S. munitions. 0.74

00:12:12.740 That is the highest escalation of this war and the worst rhetoric that we can see from our commander in chief, which is going to lead to a global engagement that we haven't seen since the likes of 1941.

00:12:26.580 And it doesn't seem that President Biden cares too much about that because he's out there tooting the global elitist horn of we're going to keep printing money for the Ukraine as if that's somehow some global security issue that can be resolved with just money.

00:12:42.980 He's made it worse by not treating Putin as an adversary that has the measure and power and strength to combat the Ukraine and stay there for a long time.

00:12:55.120 And he's made it worse by not actually providing the assistance that the world needs, not just American assistance, but global assistance and relying on European powers to go there and also helped it.

00:13:06.860 He just wants to take American taxpayer dollars, forgive national student debt and print new money and send it to Ukraine and send inflation soaring in the middle of multiple world wars. 0.55

00:13:16.880 It's terrible for the United States of America.

00:13:19.000 Without question.

00:13:20.320 And Attorney General Merrick Garland going domestically here, classifying the embarrassing audio recordings of President Biden at the as the special counsel was asking questions that led him to conclude. 0.91

00:13:35.320 This is a feeble old man with serious memory issues. 0.59

00:13:40.860 All of that.

00:13:42.160 All of those audio tapes have now been declared top secret and stashed away in the darkness of the DOJ.

00:13:52.000 Your reaction?

00:13:53.820 Look, this as the former deputy director of national intelligence under Donald Trump and someone who ran the overall classification system, this is an absolute abuse of government power.

00:14:03.820 It is government corruption at its highest order to cover up corruption.

00:14:10.340 That's what they're doing.

00:14:11.600 They are breaking the law and regulations of the Constitution classified system to protect politically Joe Biden.

00:14:19.920 They don't want that audio out.

00:14:21.320 Their first excuse, and I know you in the audience know this, was, oh, we're worried about deep AI fakes.

00:14:26.340 I've never heard of such a thing in my life.

00:14:28.380 All of a sudden, the Department of Justice is worried that an audio tape recorded interview of the current president of the United States is going to be manipulated for AI purposes.

00:14:39.500 Is that what's going to happen in all federal prosecutions going forward?

00:14:43.040 No audio recordings of any kind will ever be produced by the Department of Justice because the defendant's constitutional rights are going to be abridged by AI recordings.

00:14:51.540 Is that the new rule of law?

00:14:53.580 Of course not.

00:14:54.360 It's a weaponized system of justice done for one reason.

00:14:57.440 We now know that the transcript itself that was produced by the Department of Justice was manipulated by the Department of Justice and excluded the entire exact verbiage of Joe Biden's transcript testimony.

00:15:10.440 So, of course, we want the audio.

00:15:11.860 And the reason they don't want to give it to us, I haven't heard it, but I can bet you, is because we are going to see a feeble, senile old man who cannot understand the questions that he's being asked.

00:15:23.560 And during an election year, the DOJ, of course, wants to give him a boost.

00:15:27.460 Congress needs to get involved and get in there and shut down the portion of funding that DOJ is utilizing to destroy constitutional rights of everyday Americans at the ballot box by depriving us of this truth.

00:15:41.460 I don't know that Congress will do that, Lou, but maybe, you know, someone over there that might.

00:15:46.840 Well, the reality is that Speaker Mike Johnson has been making some noises that sound to me at least MAGA friendly.

00:15:56.540 I'm not sure how much to take him at his word since he's broken his word consistently for seven months as Speaker of the House.

00:16:05.580 But do you think, in point of fact, he would allow the idea that appropriations defund this kind of corruption?

00:16:15.560 That's exactly what should happen.

00:16:17.100 It's called fencing the money.

00:16:18.280 We're not calling for an entire defunding of DOJ and FBI.

00:16:21.280 We're calling for taking a piece of appropriation.

00:16:24.000 We're talking about taking, you know, Chris Ray's government funded G5 jet and grounding it.

00:16:28.180 We're talking about taking the international boondoggles that DOJ and Merrick Garland go on to the tune of millions of dollars and stay in fancy hotels and fly first class so they can go over to Paris and everywhere else.

00:16:39.660 We're grounding those. 0.77

00:16:40.880 These are programs and dollars funded by taxpayer money directly that they do not need to be doing, especially when they are taking unconstitutional acts like in the Trump trial down in Florida and now here depriving the American people of a critical piece of evidence that they should have to decide whether or not this man, Joe Biden, is fit to be our next commander in chief.

00:17:03.520 This this reminds me of Russiagate.

00:17:05.420 The FBI and DOJ classified everything to hide it from the world.

00:17:08.680 This is exactly the same government gangster move they used back then that they are using today to cover up corruption.

00:17:15.640 And Congress needs to put Merrick Garland in the hot seat tomorrow.

00:17:20.240 And it reminds me of when the House Intelligence Committee, about which you know a great deal, and Devin Nunes is the chair of the select committee.

00:17:30.140 Suddenly a document was not retrievable.

00:17:33.420 Well, CIA just put it down in a in a little crystal box and froze it there.

00:17:40.520 And I mean, don't you see, isn't that completely analogous to this?

00:17:45.960 Yeah, I didn't know that the government agencies who constitutionally reported to Congress could deprive Congress of what they are required to receive for their oversight purposes.

00:17:58.060 It's amazing to me that the Republican majority has allowed these institutions, these agencies and departments to recreate constitutional oversight and allow themselves to be governed by the very agencies they're supposed to be sitting oversight of.

00:18:12.200 And that memo that I helped craft during the Russia investigation you're talking about is a perfect example of what happens when you let the CIA or the intelligence community seize information that should be provided to the American public and use government corruption to hide it and bury it in some vault in some unknown space at Langley.

00:18:32.900 They're doing the same thing here at DOJ.

00:18:34.700 They did it once before and got away with it because the Republican majority in Congress has let them get away with it.

00:18:40.040 And now they did it again.

00:18:42.400 And I don't know that there's going to be enough backbone in the United States Congress to get this audio, but there are ways to do it.

00:18:48.460 And giving national media interviews at, you know, prime time news hours for some of these elected officials, that ain't it.

00:18:56.860 Go and do your job.

00:18:58.440 Go and enforce your subpoena.

00:19:00.220 Go enforce Merrick Garland's hand and get the audio tapes.

00:19:02.920 The DOJ doesn't own those.

00:19:05.180 The American people do.

00:19:06.640 And you have to serve us and get us the information.

00:19:10.420 Cash Patel will be right back with Cash.

00:19:13.020 And we're going to talk about the fellow that he is advising, President Trump.

00:19:19.380 Stay with us.

00:19:20.280 We'll be right back.

00:19:22.340 The Wellness Company and their doctors are medical professionals you can trust.

00:19:26.120 And their new medical emergency kits are the gold standard when it comes to keeping you safe and healthy.

00:19:30.340 This medical emergency kit contains an assortment of life-saving medications, including ivermectin, Z-Pak.

00:19:36.420 Rest assured, knowing that you have emergency antibiotics, antivirals, and antiparasitics on hand to help you and your family stay safe from whatever life throws at you next.

00:19:46.100 We're back with Cash Patel and a former top DOD official.

00:20:00.540 And to that point, I want to ask you very quickly, where do you think this issue between the United States and Russia on those missiles that have been approved by Biden, recklessly, insanely, in my opinion, where are we headed with that if they launch those missiles into Russia?

00:20:21.300 No, we're good.

00:20:22.840 I mean, I really hope none of those missiles end up anywhere in Russian geographic space because it is an indirect assault on the Russian Federation by the United States of America.

00:20:35.320 We are supplying the very munitions should the Ukrainians choose to utilize them downrange inside of Russia. 0.63

00:20:41.580 You know, I remind the world that the largest outside of the U.S., the largest holder of nuclear warheads, nuclear proliferate material is Russia. 0.79

00:20:50.420 And the guy in charge is Vladimir Putin, who has said if these rockets enter our space, our airspace, our land space, he may take appropriate action.

00:21:00.480 And who knows what that is, right?

00:21:02.080 We have to not only fear Vladimir Putin, but respect the ability of his response and not grotesquely miscalculated because Joe Biden thinks it's a good idea to keep funding the Ukrainians to the hilt. 0.75

00:21:15.920 This kind of language, this kind of rhetoric and this kind of arms supply is exactly what causes complete world wars to implode.

00:21:25.640 And nothing good, in my opinion, can come of this if any of those missiles is utilized and ends up in the Russian space.

00:21:32.620 Well, watching all of this unfold and this this puppet president, we know he's not making these decisions.

00:21:40.380 It's Obama.

00:21:41.460 It is Obama acolytes and and enablers.

00:21:46.680 I'll put it that way.

00:21:48.500 And to think that he has done this and his national security team has permitted it.

00:21:54.720 That's why we always refer to them as something between a B and a C team, because they're Obama leftovers, if you will. 0.53

00:22:03.980 But to think that they let him get this far in the decision in the decision to do that is deeply troubling.

00:22:13.700 Let me let me ask you this as well.

00:22:15.720 President Trump has what I'm hoping is that we can get through to the election in January 20, 2025 with Donald Trump in place on that date, because right now these things can happen in instances, in instance.

00:22:34.440 And five months is a long ways away.

00:22:38.260 I'm with you, Lou, if the election were tomorrow, I'd be very confident.

00:22:42.640 But five months for these corrupt government bureaucrats who authored the likes of Russiagate, who authored the likes of the 51 Intel letter, who authored the likes of the two tier system of justice and gave Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton a hall pass, who authored the likes of the unjust, unconstitutional Trump prosecutions.

00:23:02.500 All of these people have remained in the government swamp orbits and are now in positions of authority to rig yet another presidential election with and they got four and a half months to do it.

00:23:12.920 So I do fear and I am in fear of the schemes they are currently coming up with to try and rig another presidential election, to try and deprive the American people of the truth, like the audio tapes that DOJ is now wormhole.

00:23:24.580 I am afraid of what they are doing that we don't know about yet, but we have to stay on the vigilant watch.

00:23:32.300 And right now, the only lever of authority we have is the United States Congress, the House of Representatives.

00:23:36.920 And we have got to force those guys and gals to get after it for us, because right now they're the only singular arm we have in a multi headed, you know, Medusa. 0.99

00:23:47.820 That is the swamp. And we've got no ability to fight it back if those guys don't act.

00:23:54.580 Cash, we thank you for being with us. And I'm delighted that you chose to spend a little time with us here today.

00:24:02.340 As always, come back soon, my friend.

00:24:04.800 Thanks so much. Have a great day.
