00:00:33.860 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to the Great America Sunday Show. Thanks for being with us.
00:00:39.380 Our guest today is former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
00:00:43.980 He's also the host of the hit news show, America's Mayor Live.
00:00:48.620 Rudy, great to have you with us. Rudy, great to have you with us.
00:00:52.720 Great to be with you.
00:00:53.420 Well, thank you for being here. Great to see you.
00:00:55.780 Let's start with Fannie Willis. Let's keep it simple.
00:01:00.460 Sure. I know Fannie well. She wants to put me in jail for the rest of my life.
00:01:06.040 She has famously said a few weeks ago that this isn't a trial about her.
00:01:12.620 However, she's not on trial, but the defendants, including the President of the United States, are.
00:01:21.080 We're watching her destruct before our very eyes.
00:01:23.620 Yeah, yeah, yeah. The only crime down there is her and a lover.
00:01:27.040 I mean, the reality is people keep missing something she said in the middle of her testimony.
00:01:32.460 She said that she got the cash from her campaign fund and kept it at home.
00:01:38.520 I checked the statutes of the state. That's a crime.
00:01:44.680 Immediately, they should put her under investigation.
00:01:47.720 Basically, she stole campaign funds.
00:01:50.900 Go back, listen to it. You'll hear her say just nonchalantly, well, yeah, I always kept cash at home.
00:01:56.320 I took a lot of cash from my first campaign and I kept it at home.
00:02:00.040 It's a remarkable moment.
00:02:02.060 We're in crooked Fulton County, which I tried when we were litigating the case there.
00:02:07.780 It would explain the place as crooked as hell.
00:02:10.500 They don't even react to something that honest people would react to.
00:02:15.400 If that happened in an honest place, people would say, she took money from a campaign fund.
00:02:19.760 Meanwhile, he got ruined.
00:02:22.020 Bradley.
00:02:22.460 My goodness, I mean, every message is ridiculous.
00:02:27.440 He was begging that lady to testify.
00:02:29.340 Nathan Wade's divorce attorney suddenly is looking like he is a co-conspirator in the lowest denominator possible of public graph.
00:02:43.980 I'd really like to know, though, what went on with the meetings in the White House.
00:02:47.420 Because what you're talking about there with DeSantis and that whole thing,
00:02:50.120 the reason this case has got to be dismissed on all of them, this was orchestrated right out of the White House.
00:02:55.740 And what they were orchestrating was scheduling.
00:02:58.640 Remember, this was pretty much the fourth case.
00:03:01.260 So they were orchestrating it.
00:03:02.600 We've got to bring it down.
00:03:03.900 We've got to bring it down quickly so we can get it in.
00:03:06.760 Remember her first indictment.
00:03:09.460 She didn't get the grand jury to vote on it.
00:03:11.700 A little error.
00:03:13.020 Right.
00:03:13.280 She files it.
00:03:14.900 The grand jury hasn't voted.
00:03:16.600 She has to bring it back.
00:03:17.760 They vote again.
00:03:18.800 And it's the same indictment.
00:03:20.600 So the grand jury added nothing to it.
00:03:22.340 Right.
00:03:22.940 And it was an absolute rush job.
00:03:26.180 So that must have come out of the meetings that lover boy had in the White House.
00:03:30.720 Because they wanted one more case.
00:03:34.380 I don't know why they put so many in one year.
00:03:36.940 In a way, if they went with one good case, they might have a chance of getting it tried.
00:03:41.540 But by putting four in one year,
00:03:43.560 I've never heard of anyone tried four times in one year.
00:03:46.400 Ever.
00:03:47.840 And we were watching.
00:03:49.140 Anywhere.
00:03:49.980 We're watching exactly that.
00:03:51.740 And there's so many questions.
00:03:52.860 I want to come back to that question.
00:03:54.780 But I also want to point out to the audience that this, as Rudy says,
00:03:59.500 I mean, this is not the only case in which we have seen this prosecutor, if you will,
00:04:06.880 from the White House injected into a local DA.
00:04:10.260 The same thing happening with Alvin Bragg in New York City.
00:04:15.000 The same thing.
00:04:16.260 Bragg had actually concluded there was no case.
00:04:19.760 And, you know, he's not much of a lawyer or person.
00:04:25.580 And they just squeezed his arm.
00:04:28.840 And he went with a case where the legislature had to change the statute of limitations
00:04:33.620 just so they could go get Trump for something nobody else has been prosecuted for.
00:04:39.020 In fact, most of these cases, if not all of them,
00:04:41.220 are things that nobody else has ever been prosecuted for.
00:04:43.720 And we used to have a rule that if you're going to take on a major public figure
00:04:49.740 because of credibility of the system, you have to have a good case.
00:04:54.220 It couldn't be one of these Jack Smith, you know, make it up
00:04:56.940 and they get reversed by the Supreme Court, nine, nothing.
00:04:59.680 And why does Garland select Jack Smith?
00:05:01.940 He's got a big group of lawyers.
00:05:03.220 And here's the guy with the worst record in the Justice Department.
00:05:06.420 Reversed twice for unethical behavior.
00:05:09.920 You only select him because he wanted an unethical case.
00:05:12.480 And right now, the Supreme Court has taken up immunity for this president.
00:05:17.420 I hope they remember Smith.
00:05:19.100 I hope they do, too.
00:05:20.100 And I think they do.
00:05:21.680 As a layman, let me say to you.
00:05:23.420 They're human beings.
00:05:24.200 They've got to remember how he screwed the governor of Virginia.
00:05:28.860 Exactly.
00:05:29.260 And they've got to remember, too, that this man has been viciously and with great banality
00:05:35.540 going after a president of the United States on the most novel of pretenses.
00:05:42.480 Whether it be the raid on Mar-a-Lago, whether it be the nonsense that go to Judge Ingeron,
00:05:51.320 just step over there for just a minute, $354 million in fine, ladies and gentlemen.
00:05:56.860 Are you kidding me?
00:05:58.300 This is, this is outer, that's a Marxist psychopath as a judge.
00:06:04.220 I hope that the president's attorneys aren't afraid to argue and remind the court, you know,
00:06:09.120 he's actually trying to do what he did twice before, Your Honors.
00:06:12.880 He's trying to get you to rush this case.
00:06:15.920 He'll get a verdict out of D.C. because you don't get a fair trial in D.C.
00:06:19.480 And it'll get reversed a year from now.
00:06:21.600 Meanwhile, the American people will be deprived of their ability to make a choice.
00:06:26.700 Let me ask you, do you think that the Supreme Court will, first of all, hold, uphold immunity for this president?
00:06:34.940 Because that could undercut everything that's happened to this point.
00:06:39.480 And also protect it.
00:06:40.960 I don't think they'll give him the immunity that his lawyers are arguing for.
00:06:44.800 And I'm not sure why they don't qualify it a little bit.
00:06:48.960 He doesn't need immunity to commit murder.
00:06:50.720 He needs immunity to be able to carry out what you can conclude are official acts without being prosecuted.
00:06:58.480 It's not official we'll murder somebody.
00:07:00.900 You can sort of take that out of the category.
00:07:03.540 But it is official to check on the regularity of an election.
00:07:07.720 In fact, the Constitution says the president has to faithfully execute the laws.
00:07:11.980 I know because I was his lawyer at the time.
00:07:14.620 He had well over a thousand complaints of voter fraud.
00:07:19.680 He didn't make them up.
00:07:21.140 People brought them to him.
00:07:23.780 I didn't make them up.
00:07:25.220 They brought them to me.
00:07:26.380 I mean, at one point we had so many coming in, we couldn't keep track of them.
00:07:30.800 And I've had people tell me, you know, they changed my vote.
00:07:35.420 They changed the machine.
00:07:36.340 They did this.
00:07:36.880 They did that.
00:07:37.740 So, look, as a lawyer, you put witnesses on.
00:07:41.920 You take the evidence for your client.
00:07:44.200 And there was plenty of it.
00:07:45.680 So he had every right to pursue it.
00:07:47.460 And they're turning it into a crime.
00:07:48.960 I mean, that's so dangerous.
00:07:50.420 And they tried to turn it into a crime.
00:07:52.500 And I think that's going to backfire.
00:07:54.740 And that's the issue, the banality of all of this persecution of the president.
00:07:59.940 We're now in the ninth year of the political persecution of Donald Trump and his family.
00:08:05.840 And as we're wrapping up here, I'd just like to get your sense as to what you think will be the disposition by the Supreme Court.
00:08:16.220 Because we've got Jack Smith trying to bring a new trial date in July.
00:08:20.360 We've got him going after Trump just rabidly, without reference to law, Alvin Bragg, all of this.
00:08:28.760 If there's ever been a case built, it's been this case built by the Marxist Dems in this country in the political persecution of Donald Trump.
00:08:38.280 This Supreme Court has to understand the chief executive of this nation has to have extensive immunity.
00:08:46.120 So I think they're going to fashion a limited immunity, but we call it limited immunity.
00:08:52.180 And they're going to send it back to the court to hold a hearing on whether he fits into that limited immunity category.
00:08:57.900 The limited immunity category is, are you actually in good faith exercising your responsibility as president?
00:09:04.320 Or have you gone beyond that and you are secretly having a personal agenda?
00:09:12.300 And for that, you have the factual hearing.
00:09:14.680 So it puts the case off, which I also think ultimately is the wisdom here to put this case off until after the election.
00:09:23.320 And I think they see that.
00:09:24.480 I think they should get rid of every case.
00:09:26.300 I think every case is pure nonsense.
00:09:28.620 I think the Supreme Court understands that.
00:09:31.220 They have they've been my gosh, they've been intimidated every which way from Sunday by the Marxist left.
00:09:37.240 They're watching what is happening to Donald Trump.
00:09:39.980 They know that every president deserves that immunity.
00:09:42.400 I mean, prosecutors and and legislators.
00:09:48.160 I think it would be pretty easy to make a finding that this was all done purely to interfere with the election.
00:09:56.320 And destroy because because the positive, the legitimacy of trying to try a man four times in one year and claiming giving him due process.
00:10:04.140 If I had any client who's tried four times in one year, the judges would throw the cases out.
00:10:09.240 They'd say you can't possibly prepare for four trials in one year.
00:10:12.400 You're making it impossible for the man to prepare his defense.
00:10:14.820 Absolutely. And you have made it very easy to understand much of what's going on in the arcane world of the judicial system.
00:10:24.060 It's such a strange world. I think you and I react to it the same way.
00:10:27.380 But everything we can do to clear it up, we have to try.
00:10:29.820 Well, you've done a wonderful job.
00:10:31.280 You do a great job.
00:10:32.140 Wow.
00:10:32.820 Always.
00:10:33.500 Thanks so much for being here.
00:10:34.320 Great to see you.
00:10:35.780 Thank you.

00:10:59.860 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.
00:11:04.720 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90 percent of all our pharmaceuticals.
00:11:10.260 With clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here, we need to be prepared.
00:11:16.420 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.

00:12:21.760 Welcome back.
00:12:22.880 I told you that we had a special guest today and here he is, Bill O'Reilly, an old friend, colleague and great American.
00:12:32.140 Great to have you here.
00:12:33.060 Thank you, Lou.
00:12:33.700 I appreciate the great American thing.
00:12:35.960 I don't know if I can rise up to that, but I try.
00:12:39.540 You've met the standard more times than you probably counted.
00:12:44.160 So it's great to have you here.
00:12:45.740 Thank you.
00:12:45.980 Let's let's talk about first the president.
00:12:47.780 I think it's the greatest comeback in political history, what he has done here as of Super Tuesday.
00:12:54.380 Your thoughts?
00:12:55.140 You're talking about Trump now.
00:12:56.220 I am.
00:12:56.840 OK.
00:12:57.360 Because Biden may make a comeback on Thursday with the State of the Union.
00:13:01.780 I don't think so, but possible.
00:13:05.140 Donald Trump is a unique character.
00:13:07.780 I just completed my next book called Confronting the Presidents.
00:13:12.840 No spin assessments from Washington to Biden.
00:13:15.820 And we write about every single president, all 45 of them, whether they helped or hurt the United States.
00:13:24.600 Trump is unique.
00:13:26.240 He has nothing in common with any of the other presidents, whereas the other 44 have similarities.
00:13:35.380 Right.
00:13:35.560 Not Trump.
00:13:36.180 So when you go outside the mole like he has and when you understand that you establish a base of power, which he has, that base of power stays unless you really screw up, unless you really go in the face of of your audience.
00:13:57.140 Right.
00:13:57.340 Like Fox did.
00:13:59.160 See, Fox got hurt because it went away from its core audience that started with it and veered into territories that the audience was discombobulated.
00:14:12.240 Trump never did that.
00:14:14.180 He stayed right in the MAGA zone.
00:14:16.600 So I don't know if it's a comeback so much as he is able to take advantage of a weak opponent.
00:14:24.540 And that's a big advantage for Trump.
00:14:27.600 Joe Biden is second worst president in the history of this country.
00:14:31.820 And he's taking advantage of that.
00:14:33.840 So that's what you're seeing.
00:14:34.820 You're seeing that he solidified his base, respects his base, the MAGA people.
00:14:39.380 And then he's exploiting the weakness of his competitor.
00:14:43.500 The reason I say it's the greatest comeback is that this man has been assailed for nine years now.
00:14:49.820 We're in the ninth year of the political persecution of Donald Trump.
00:14:53.820 The Marxist Dems and the Marxist Dems who run the Democrat Party have tried to destroy this man.
00:15:00.700 They have done everything in their power.
00:15:03.080 And at one point, at one point, I think the left really thought they were going to win this thing out.
00:15:08.220 But I think that has been dispelled.
00:15:10.780 What do you think?
00:15:11.600 Well, I think that it's terrible.
00:15:16.760 Particularly the cases in New York.
00:15:20.280 They're terrible.
00:15:22.200 It's an abuse of power to target one single American, whether he's a politician or not.
00:15:28.620 And use the power of the state to try to destroy the person.
00:15:32.900 And we all know, you know better than anybody because you're an economics guy,
00:15:36.120 that what he's allegedly done in the real estate business happens all the time.
00:15:42.820 And this is the only time it's ever been prosecuted.
00:15:46.240 I think that the fine and all that will get thrown out at the federal level.
00:15:50.280 I think you're going to see that.
00:15:51.740 The abuse of power is very disturbing, not just for Trump.
00:15:55.400 But if these people can target somebody like that, they can target you and me and everybody else.
00:15:59.720 The second thing is that the media enables all this.
00:16:05.080 It used to be that the media acted as kind of a restraint.
00:16:10.580 All right.
00:16:11.180 But now the media has allied itself with the Democratic Party.
00:16:16.900 It's one in the same.
00:16:19.160 And so that Trump stands almost by himself.
00:16:21.840 Now, he's got the MAGA people, but he doesn't have any media to speak of.
00:16:27.740 He's got right wing talk radio, a few people on Fox, not that many anymore.
00:16:33.980 And then Newsmax.
00:16:35.700 But Newsmax doesn't reach that many people.
00:16:38.920 So it's disturbing that the United States of America could come to this kind of a partisan play
00:16:46.800 when the founders gave the press special power to stop just this thing.
00:16:54.740 But they're on board with it.
00:16:56.940 What we're watching now is the checks and balances of this great constitutional republic are not working.
00:17:04.200 There is no countervailing force within our government, whereas there has always been in times previous
00:17:10.320 when challenged, when confronted with a threat from within or without.
00:17:15.940 We could rely upon the judiciary to be at least neutral.
00:17:21.120 We could rely upon the prosecutors of the Department of Justice not to be corrupt.
00:17:26.540 And we could rely on presidents to certainly fulfill their duties under the Constitution,
00:17:33.300 whether it is securing the border, whether it is defending this nation against invasions of illegal aliens,
00:17:41.360 whatever it may be.
00:17:43.000 We do not have that rationality.
00:17:45.480 We do not have that that clear set of principles guiding us right now,
00:17:50.960 because this president has simply thrown them out.
00:17:55.140 And we have really nowhere to go but to Donald Trump, in my opinion.
00:18:00.640 A lot of people believe what you believe, that if you compare Trump's four years just policy-wise to Biden,
00:18:11.400 there's no comparison.
00:18:12.780 I mean, the welfare of the country was much higher under Trump than it is under Biden.
00:18:17.580 Absolutely.
00:18:18.060 I mean, and every poll shows that, every single poll.
00:18:21.180 The problem with Donald Trump is that he's undisciplined
00:18:23.740 and that he diverts away from his policy success into the personal realm.
00:18:29.020 He doesn't have to do that anymore.
00:18:31.660 You don't have to do that.
00:18:33.400 You don't have to attack Nikki Haley's husband.
00:18:36.100 That's not necessary.
00:18:38.140 So if he would stop that, and we've seen a little moderation in the last couple of weeks
00:18:43.500 with the Super Tuesday speech, he didn't hammer anybody.
00:18:49.160 If he stays in the statesman realm, he will win.
00:18:52.860 I think you're right.
00:18:55.220 And I think also what we're watching are the globalist elites, the business community,
00:19:01.180 Wall Street, moving toward him right now.
00:19:03.780 He hasn't moved.
00:19:05.560 His policies haven't changed, as you established right from the beginning of this discussion.
00:19:12.500 They're moving toward him.
00:19:14.200 They have seen the failed policies of the Biden administration,
00:19:17.860 if you can really call them policies.
00:19:19.320 And you also know that this president was the most effective president we had had in modern history.
00:19:26.620 And so there's a proved record.
00:19:29.360 There is an established America first agenda and make America great again as the base
00:19:36.880 and as the direction we're headed.
00:19:39.220 So I think that it's interesting to see Wall Street suddenly backpedaling on ESG.
00:19:45.720 They're starting to backpedal on DEI, diversity and equity and inclusion.
00:19:53.480 And that, to me, is really important because this president, I know a lot of the elites want him to come to them.
00:20:00.320 But if he goes to them, that defeats his entire purpose.
00:20:04.780 He doesn't need to do that.
00:20:05.960 Wall Street just wants to make money.
00:20:07.320 They don't care.
00:20:08.460 They couldn't care about DEI, MSN, BPC.
00:20:11.620 They just want to make money.
00:20:12.900 And it's dawned on these money people that Trump, in the way that he crafted the economy,
00:20:22.280 lower interference from the federal government, number one.
00:20:26.420 Remember, Biden's regulations, and people don't even know what they are.
00:20:30.220 But as soon as he got in, he started to regulate the fossil fuel industry, which lighted up inflation.
00:20:35.640 As soon as he got in, slapped all these regulations on the fuel industry.
00:20:41.260 And the fuel industry goes, holy, you know what?
00:20:43.960 We better raise our prices now because we're going to have to be paying all this stuff down the road.
00:20:48.940 That's what ignited inflation.
00:20:51.360 And then Biden gets out there and goes, oh, we're bringing inflation down.
00:20:54.960 Well, who started it?
00:20:56.980 You.
00:20:58.060 OK?
00:20:58.420 And he's not really bringing inflation down.
00:21:00.880 That's a number.
00:21:02.300 The necessities of life, food, fuel, insurance premiums, they're as high as they've ever been.
00:21:09.800 They're not coming down.
00:21:11.520 And that's, again, why Biden's getting hammered in the polls, because people know what they're paying in the grocery store.
00:21:17.200 So he can say whatever he wants to say.
00:21:18.960 But the way Trump governed was, it was deal after deal after deal after deal after deal.
00:21:24.960 And most of the deals worked out, not only in the economy, but also overseas.
00:21:31.280 OK?
00:21:31.860 Which is just now a calamity everywhere.
00:21:34.660 Because Biden doesn't have a cohesive foreign policy.
00:21:38.480 To say the least.
00:21:39.840 He knew full well.
00:21:41.880 His intelligence agencies knew full well.
00:21:44.040 When Vladimir Putin assembled 200,000 troops on the eastern border of Ukraine, that Vladimir Putin would be invading.
00:21:53.060 He didn't act.
00:21:54.820 He knew full well a year in that they could negotiate a peace.
00:21:59.760 He refused.
00:22:00.860 He has so many calamities that are on his, that are his burden.
00:22:06.160 I don't think it's possible for this man to achieve anything approaching a favorable rating.
00:22:11.520 And I don't believe that the American people will tolerate this, again, from the Marxist policy, Marxist policies that have, first of all, put an illegitimate president in the Oval Office.
00:22:27.260 And secondly, have put an impaired, cognitively impaired, and compromised president there.
00:22:36.720 I don't think the American people are going to forget that.
00:22:38.760 Do you?
00:22:38.960 Well, Trump should be up by 20 points in the polls.
00:22:43.240 He's up by five.
00:22:44.800 And that's because of Trump.
00:22:47.280 It's because of his demeanor.
00:22:49.020 If he moderates his demeanor, as we were just talking about, you will see a rise.
00:22:54.440 There is no one that I know, and I know a lot of liberal people.
00:22:59.080 I was afraid of that.
00:23:00.260 I really want Joe Biden to be reelected.
00:23:03.640 Do you know anybody?
00:23:05.780 Nobody.
00:23:06.220 Just a hardcore progressive left because Biden does what they want.
00:23:13.600 They're the ones that want the open border.
00:23:15.500 OK, but there's no regular folks going, we've got to have four more years of Joe.
00:23:21.560 There's no enthusiasm at all.
00:23:23.540 It's all we don't.
00:23:25.560 He's better than Trump.
00:23:27.200 That's what Biden's got going for him.
00:23:29.360 And that's what he'll campaign on.
00:23:31.120 Yeah, I may be a screw up, but he's worse.
00:23:34.500 And if that's your campaign, you really have nothing.
00:23:38.560 Exactly.
00:23:39.100 And you and I agree on that entirely because this president has offered the American people
00:23:44.920 nothing.
00:23:45.260 He has.
00:23:46.020 No, it's a disaster.
00:23:47.400 It's a second worst next to James Buchanan.
00:23:50.360 And I know you're familiar with James.
00:23:52.480 Personal friend.
00:23:52.720 I think you guys were roommates in college.
00:23:55.020 That's right.
00:23:55.340 You were in James Buchanan.
00:23:56.480 That's right.
00:23:56.900 But he was the worst.
00:23:58.740 Wait till you read my book, this guy.
00:24:01.640 But Biden's second.
00:24:03.240 He's worse than Herbert Hoover and Warren Hardy and all of these screw ups.
00:24:07.020 And when I said that on News Nation the other night, and I thought that the liberal hosts
00:24:14.700 on there, and it's evenly divided.
00:24:17.280 News Nation does a good job.
00:24:19.280 I thought they were going to have a heart attack when I see he's the second worst president.
00:24:22.720 But he is.
00:24:23.440 Don't be a disruptor, Bill.
00:24:25.060 Don't be a disruptor.
00:24:26.780 I would never be a disruptor.
00:24:28.580 Me?
00:24:29.240 Come on.
