00:00:06.120 Well, the wait is finally over.
00:00:09.160 You're probably wondering what the heck I'm talking about.
00:00:11.060 Well, after nearly five years, the January 6th pipe barmer was finally arrested earlier this afternoon.
00:00:18.120 Brian Cole, 30 years old, of Woodbridge, Virginia, was taken into custody and charged with uses of an explosive device
00:00:24.440 and attempted malicious destruction by means of an explosive materials.
00:00:28.540 Cole planted pipe bombs, allegedly, of course, at the RNC and the DNC headquarters on January 5th, the night before the Capitol riots.
00:00:37.040 At least they call them riots.
00:00:38.980 FBI Director Cash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino said during a press conference
00:00:43.540 that the FBI solved this case without any new tips or witnesses.
00:00:49.060 The FBI identified Cole based on his phone pings and transaction history on his credit cards, according to the affidavit.
00:00:55.480 The FBI had identified one bank check and an account, six credit cards used by Cole.
00:01:01.740 The FBI obtained records for the checking accounts and three credit cards for the time period between January of 2018 to January of 2021.
00:01:09.520 Three additional credit cards were obtained for that time period of 18 of January to November of 2025.
00:01:16.580 The FBI reviewed the transaction history for all these accounts.
00:01:19.480 During 2019 and 2020, Cole purchased multiple items consistent with the components that were used to manufacture the pipe bombs
00:01:27.660 that were placed at the RNC and DNC.
00:01:30.420 Cole used those accounts to purchase these items from both physical retail locations in Northern Virginia.
00:01:35.320 Some of those items that were purchased, a 1x8 galvanized pipe markings consistent with the particular manufacturer product labeling
00:01:44.640 that they found on the ones at the RNC and DNC.
00:01:47.480 He purchased a total of six galvanized pipes of this size and this shape on or about June 8th of that year
00:01:55.340 and November 16th of 2020, so six months to just about two months before the incident.
00:02:03.400 These purchases were made at different Home Depot locations in Northern Virginia.
00:02:07.660 According to the pipe manufacturer, approximately 26,000 of these items from the pipe manufacturer were sold in 2020
00:02:14.360 and over 22,000 sold at Home Depot.
00:02:19.380 Now, they went through multiple components, the end caps, the batteries.
00:02:24.360 Now, this is great for the FBI.
00:02:26.960 Maybe they can start to recuperate their name and their legacy.
00:02:31.040 But this is, as we heard from Kash Patel, good old-fashioned FBI work.
00:02:37.440 Nothing new, nothing sophisticated, just good old-fashioned work where they went through thousands and thousands of documents,
00:02:43.520 thousands and thousands of credit card statements to find out where and who and link it all together.
00:02:51.300 I mean, as I said, and as they said, just some old-fashioned FBI work.
00:02:56.300 And just moments ago, folks, a grand jury refusing to indict Letitia James for mortgage fraud,
00:03:02.640 a federal grand jury, as I said moments ago, in Norfolk, Virginia, refused to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James
00:03:08.800 after the judge dismissed her case last month.
00:03:11.780 James was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia in September,
00:03:15.820 charged with two crimes, bank fraud and false statements to a financial institution.
00:03:19.980 The charges related to her mortgage loan on her property that she owns in Norfolk, Virginia,
00:03:25.320 which she referred to as her primary property.
00:03:29.760 Obviously, we know that's not the case.
00:03:32.100 Now, a federal grand jury in Norfolk refusing to indict her once again.
00:03:37.200 I mean, if this were Donald Trump, he would have been indicted about 16 times since the case was thrown out.
00:03:43.120 Yet, Letitia James, Big Tish James, will walk free.
00:03:46.780 A federal appeals court this afternoon also pausing a lower court's order
00:03:50.680 that would have ended President Trump's National Guard deployment in Washington, D.C.
00:03:54.740 The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals temporarily pausing Judge Gia Cobb's order
00:03:58.440 that would have ended the troop deployment by December 11th.
00:04:02.340 Gia Cobb is a Biden appointee last month, freezing that deployment, saying it's illegal.
00:04:07.800 However, Cobb pausing her own ruling until December 11th to give Trump and his administration time to appeal her decision.
00:04:13.600 And the Marxist damn rogue judges, folks, they just keep on coming and keep on coming and keep on coming.
00:04:20.820 I mean, it's absolutely absurd and absolutely ridiculous.
00:04:27.400 Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, the Somalian, has glaring ties to the $1 billion Somalian food fraud scam in Minnesota.
00:04:37.640 You know, the one that has got everyone up in arms.
00:04:40.280 Has President Trump absolutely gone berserk?
00:04:42.380 It's been reported 70 members of the Somalian community in Minnesota were involved in stealing $250 million in COVID funds

00:04:51.680 Millions of dollars were stolen from the American taxpayers sent overseas to Somalia,
00:04:55.280 and 80% of the money has not been recovered.

00:05:00.720 Seven Democrats were tried in connection with the scheme on charges
00:05:04.200 related to stealing more than $40 million in taxpayer funds.
00:05:07.580 Five, of course, found not guilty.
00:05:10.060 However, the FBI is still investigating an attempt by a Somalian woman to bribe one of the jurors
00:05:14.540 with $120,000 in cash.
