00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:05.280 It's great to have you with us today.
00:00:07.000 We're now inside 10 days until the election, and there's so much going on.
00:00:12.040 Of course, we got an October surprise.
00:00:15.180 Democrats and the mainstream media have been promising we were going to get one.
00:00:19.040 Well, we've got one.
00:00:19.900 This one's from The Atlantic and John Kelly, Donald Trump's former chief of staff,
00:00:24.280 who's got a very severe case of Trump derangement syndrome.
00:00:26.700 He says Trump wishes he had more generals like Adolf Hitler had,
00:00:32.920 made some other wild claims about President Trump belittling a military veteran
00:00:39.300 who passed away and the funeral around it.
00:00:42.540 All nonsense.
00:00:43.800 It's just the campaigns against Donald Trump and everything they try to do to get this man,
00:00:50.940 nothing seems to work.
00:00:52.360 It only makes him stronger.
00:00:53.640 indictment after indictment, civil cases after civil cases, trying to bury him in bills,
00:01:01.640 two assassination attempts on the man, nothing seems to work.
00:01:05.560 I want to bring in our guest today, and he's a man, as I've told you,
00:01:08.520 you're going to see a lot of on this show.
00:01:10.400 He's going to be back each and every week.
00:01:12.520 The great Roger Stone.
00:01:14.680 Roger, thanks so much.
00:01:15.520 It's great to see you this week.
00:01:17.360 John, it's great to be with you.
00:01:19.040 I think it's important people realize that the Atlantic is the leading fake news site of the deep state.
00:01:26.260 They have a long, long record of just total fabrications and, more importantly, distortions.
00:01:32.900 So, for example, when I observed, having read all of the pleadings in the Trump documents case,
00:01:39.880 and followed the case very carefully and being familiar with the constitutional issues,
00:01:45.500 many of which have been raised by a witness in my own trial regarding the constitutionality of Jack Smith,
00:01:54.240 the special counsel's appointment, in view of the fact that he was never confirmed by the U.S. Senate,
00:01:59.360 to have these broad prosecutorial powers,
00:02:01.640 the fact that there is no law in place providing for his position,
00:02:07.860 including the fact that under his arrangement with the Attorney General,
00:02:11.880 he's unfireable by the president.
00:02:13.860 That's unconstitutional.
00:02:15.040 No executive branch employee can be unfireable by the president.
00:02:19.200 And then, of course, the fact that there's no funding,
00:02:21.080 no budget item for the millions he's spent trying to get Donald Trump.
00:02:25.500 And I opined in what turned out to be an illegally recorded video by some left-wing James O'Keefe wannabe woman
00:02:37.140 that I thought that Judge Canaan would ultimately rule that the indictment of Trump on these documents-related charges
00:02:48.700 would be voided because Smith's appointment was unconstitutional.
00:02:52.340 That was my opinion.
00:02:54.140 But the Atlantic would tell you that I must be in touch with the judge.
00:02:58.360 I've never met the judge.
00:02:59.760 I've never had any contact with her.
00:03:01.660 I've read about her.
00:03:02.940 The attacks on her integrity or her capability are laughable.
00:03:06.900 She was an effective prosecutor.
00:03:08.920 She's a Cuban-American.
00:03:10.760 Parents are refugees.
00:03:12.760 Whenever a judge makes a decision the left loves,
00:03:16.840 they're a statesman, they're a genius, they're the best.
00:03:19.280 Whenever a judge appointed by Trump or Reagan or Bush makes a decision favorable to Trump,
00:03:26.800 they're incompetent, they're compromised, they're an idiot, it's just an absurdity.
00:03:31.160 But the Atlantic claimed that it meant I must have had some contact with the judge.
00:03:34.960 Of course, I had none.
00:03:35.840 And then when I said correctly, basically at night, when the polls are closed and if the officials,
00:03:45.680 as they did in Detroit and in Philadelphia, stop the count at 3 a.m.,
00:03:51.020 have the local police remove the Republican observers, lock the doors, cover the windows,
00:03:55.500 and resume the count, that the attorneys for the Republicans need to be able to contact
00:04:03.100 a judge, specifically the duty judge.
00:04:06.640 Every federal circuit designates one judge who in an emergency situation you can file
00:04:13.060 for an injunction or other emergency motion with.
00:04:16.360 The headline, again, Stone says Trump has judges in his pocket.
00:04:22.140 That's not what I said, but again, the Atlantic.
00:04:25.320 And then more recently, yes, I said in a speech to the Jacksonville Young Republicans
00:04:29.980 that I believe there was a million non-existent voters on the rolls in the swing states.
00:04:36.100 These are voters who are dead, voters who moved out of state, voters who never perhaps really existed.
00:04:42.240 They certainly can't be located today and that they should be legally removed.
00:04:46.580 The Atlantic, Stone reveals plan to disenfranchise millions.
00:04:51.980 No, nothing written by the Atlantic is credible or true.
00:04:55.780 And this particular piece of poison comes from a man who was fired by Donald Trump.
00:05:01.200 John Kelly was fired for incompetence and insubordination.
00:05:05.320 John Kelly believed it was his role to dilute or slow down or change policies
00:05:12.940 laid out by the commander-in-chief.
00:05:16.620 He, for example, forbid anyone in the White House from using the terms Islamic terrorism,
00:05:23.500 which is inconsistent with the president's position.
00:05:26.720 And he made up these stories after he was fired.
00:05:30.760 He began to believe that he was saving the country.
00:05:35.320 And he didn't understand that it's the president who sets policy.
00:05:38.860 And then he invented the suckers and liars lie.
00:05:41.780 That's his first lie.
00:05:43.700 Trump is in a cemetery.
00:05:48.300 Kelly alleges that he said veterans who gave their lives to the country were suckers and losers.
00:05:53.380 There are 19 other people there, John.
00:05:55.320 None of them have any recollection of Trump having said this because he didn't say it.
00:06:00.060 But like the golden goose, they go back to Kelly for a new lie.
00:06:03.720 Mr. Kelly has a tape of Donald Trump saying he wants generals like Hitler's generals.
00:06:08.300 Let him play the tape.
00:06:09.680 It can't be some AI-recreated BS.
00:06:13.120 Trump never said that.
00:06:14.800 This guy Goldberg is caught coming and going.
00:06:17.320 And the family of the veteran you mentioned, they've come forward to say, to the contrary,
00:06:22.140 Trump treated them with nothing but dignity and they actually voted for him.
00:06:26.040 So this is a hit piece.
00:06:27.940 The Atlantic cannot be taken seriously.
00:06:29.820 It's not a journalistic outlet.
00:06:31.640 It should file with the Federal Election Commission as an independent expenditure,
00:06:39.400 corporate expenditure, to benefit Kamala Harris.
00:06:42.680 And you know what's crazy, Roger, is that it is technically it's a news reporting outlet.
00:06:47.480 So they're privy to lawsuits.
00:06:49.620 When I was at Fox News and we challenged the 2020 election, we were sued by Smartmatic
00:06:54.160 and we were sued by Dominion.
00:06:55.360 I sat through hours of deposition.
00:06:57.120 Lou, God rest his soul.
00:06:58.240 Sat through hours of deposition with hours and hours of total bullshit.
00:07:03.260 Yet the Atlantic will get away with another one of these things.
00:07:06.680 This guy will probably get a Pulitzer Prize and become a hero.
00:07:10.020 There's no October surprise here.
00:07:11.340 I want to read you something I saw on a guy's Twitter, Michael J. Morrison.
00:07:16.100 John Kelly was so shocked at how much Trump admired Hitler that he forgot about it for five years
00:07:21.700 and conveniently remembered two weeks before the election.
00:07:25.100 I got it.
00:07:27.140 Roger, the voters are smarter than that.
00:07:29.620 But the people who publish this, how are they so goddamn stupid?
00:07:34.320 I mean, but see, they're not stupid.
00:07:36.640 This is what is called clickbait.
00:07:38.720 Yeah.
00:07:38.900 So every leftist lunatic, if you smear Roger Stone in any way, if you say, for example,
00:07:44.600 there was no assassination attempt on Trump.
00:07:47.680 That's all made up.
00:07:48.540 That was all staged.
00:07:49.500 That's a PSYOP.
00:07:50.680 And it was run by Roger Stone.
00:07:52.580 There are people crazy enough to click on that.
00:07:54.840 And when they click, these outlets make money.
00:07:56.900 So whether it is the Huffington Post or the Daily Beast, I mean, they don't even hide who
00:08:02.240 they are, or Raw Garbage or whatever that site is called, they make money with these fabrications.
00:08:10.000 Kelly is not respected by anyone.
00:08:12.980 The fact that Kamala and Tim Walz continue to say Trump's chief of staff, his national security
00:08:22.020 advisor, two of his defense secretaries, and his vice president say he's not fit to be president,
00:08:27.820 those are all people that he fired for incompetence and insubordination.
00:08:33.700 Yes, H.R. McMaster, who was his national security advisor, was famous for getting drunk at dinner
00:08:38.800 parties and saying, I'm the only thing that stays between you and nuclear war because
00:08:43.280 Donald Trump, you know, I've got to handle him.
00:08:46.120 I've got to tone him down.
00:08:47.440 I've got to, this is not his job.
00:08:49.680 And he was fired for insubordination.
00:08:52.220 So the problem here is that Kamala's campaign and those handling it, basically Obama's people
00:09:00.140 at this point, they see things only in terms of Republicans and Democrats.
00:09:05.100 Look, we have Republican support, Dick Cheney, Dick Cheney, the war criminal who lied us into
00:09:12.520 war in Iraq based on two fabrications, that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction.
00:09:18.680 No, he didn't.
00:09:19.460 They forced Colin Powell, who was, I believe, then the national security advisor, to go to
00:09:24.560 the UN and say, Saddam Hussein has acquired yellow cake uranium to build nuclear weapons.
00:09:30.360 It's a lie.
00:09:31.660 And they promulgate the lie that somehow Iraq was involved in the attack on America on 9-11,
00:09:37.460 which is an open wound then and now.
00:09:40.160 It's a lie on which, amazingly, Halliburton, the company that Dick Cheney's on leave from
00:09:49.220 to be vice president and goes back to after vice presidency, they win all the contracts
00:09:54.100 for the restructuring and many of the projects pertaining to Iraq.
00:10:01.120 Vice president has his Halliburton sockets in his blind trust.
00:10:04.700 Well, how blind can he be if he knows it's there?
00:10:08.240 It's so funny because John Kelly, and like you said, he's probably not a stupid guy.
00:10:12.560 He's a malicious guy, and he probably has his personal interest forward, whether it's
00:10:17.020 a book deal or something, which he'll probably get a million bucks to write.
00:10:20.020 I don't know what we're waiting for.
00:10:21.140 We should have gotten it already.
00:10:22.880 He had the audacity to say there were other people in the room, Roger.
00:10:26.520 There's one problem with that.
00:10:28.220 Nobody else has corroborated the story.
00:10:30.600 Or then produce them, General.
00:10:32.420 Right, show us who they were.
00:10:34.180 I think he said seven or so people.
00:10:35.920 The other story about the soldier who was killed, the Mexican fellow who was killed,
00:10:42.020 Ben Williamson, who I know very well, the former assistant to Mark Meadows, came out and said,
00:10:47.380 I was in the room.
00:10:48.140 He never said that.
00:10:49.620 The family came out and said it.
00:10:50.940 But Kamala Harris is running with it.
00:10:53.060 She's got nothing left, Roger.
00:10:54.760 The tank is absolutely empty.
00:10:57.200 No, but they seem to be putting huge stock in the endorsements of Dick Cheney and his daughter.
00:11:03.800 In the same week, we find out that his daughter was coaching January 6th committee witnesses
00:11:08.840 behind the backs of their lawyers, something she, as a lawyer, knows she's not supposed to do.
00:11:13.700 She soberned perjury, in my case, with Cassidy Hutchinson.
00:11:18.600 Cassidy Hutchinson testifies that Mark Meadows, that the president told Mark Meadows to contact
00:11:25.020 Roger Stone and General Flynn on the 5th of January to find out what was going to happen
00:11:29.360 on the 6th.
00:11:30.480 No such call was ever made.
00:11:32.540 Meadows denies that.
00:11:34.020 Flynn denies it.
00:11:34.940 I deny it.
00:11:35.920 It's made up.
00:11:36.960 It's not true.
00:11:38.300 Then she goes on to say that there was a meeting in a war room at the Willard Hotel.
00:11:44.880 Well, first of all, let me say, if there's a war room there, I don't know about it.
00:11:48.400 I've never been in it.
00:11:49.360 I know nothing about it.
00:11:50.840 The Washington Post confirmed from three sources that I had no involvement in whatever was going
00:11:56.020 on in the Willard Hotel.
00:11:58.080 But secondarily, she says that Meadows, her boss, the White House chief of staff, is thinking
00:12:03.540 of attending a meeting at the Willard.
00:12:05.940 She talks him out of it, thinking it's unadvisable.
00:12:08.620 Because he's going to listen to her.
00:12:09.760 But that Meadows called Stone and Flynn afterwards for a debrief.
00:12:13.440 No, he didn't, because neither Flynn or Stone was in any such meeting, and there is no
00:12:18.040 such call.
00:12:19.160 Then they take videos of me, but they change the visual with an AI-created voice track.
00:12:25.920 I mean, this is a monstrosity, the January 6th committee.
00:12:29.640 But this is the woman who's talking about integrity and endorsing Kamala Harris, and who
00:12:35.080 presumably will inherit that Halliburton money when he has his next big heart attack.
00:12:40.200 And then little Adam Kissinger.
00:12:43.120 I mean, that's the old Republican Party.
00:12:46.280 Gone.
00:12:46.480 In time, the real story today, the big story is Tosi Gabbard, three-term Democrat congresswoman,
00:12:54.220 lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, who served her country in combat in both Iraq and
00:13:01.580 Kuwait, championship surfer and independent thinking independent, former vice chairman
00:13:10.220 of the Democrat Party, who saw the way they mugged Bernie Sanders, saw the way they mugged
00:13:17.100 Robert Kennedy when they tried to compete against the Obama-controlled party, has become a Republican.
00:13:24.160 She's decided to join the party of Lincoln, the party of Reagan, the party of Trump, the party
00:13:30.520 of peace, the party of prosperity, the party of law and order, the party of a healthy America
00:13:38.960 again.
00:13:40.120 That, to me, is seismic.
00:13:43.860 And Tosi was very articulate.
00:13:45.620 She says, look, I would never have joined the old Republican Party.
00:13:49.160 This is the party of the middle class.
00:13:50.840 This is the party of working people.
00:13:52.700 This is a party that puts America first.
00:13:54.480 It's an anti-war party.
00:13:56.300 It is a party now committed to making America healthy again.
00:14:00.020 So I think that was a major factor here.
00:14:03.960 Couldn't have come at a better time.
00:14:05.980 If I'm an independent or a former Democrat and I look at that, I'm going to take another
00:14:09.880 look at Donald Trump.
00:14:11.620 Yeah, you're absolutely right, Roger.
00:14:12.740 I want to take a quick break here.
00:14:13.840 When we return, I want to go a little bit further into how Kamala Harris, if possible,
00:14:17.720 can pull this out.
00:14:18.380 I don't, my opinion, and probably in yours, we don't think she can.
00:14:21.980 But there may be a little slim possibility.
00:14:24.680 I want to take up the prospect of that.
00:14:26.640 When we return, we'll talk about Roger Stone.
00:14:28.220 We're coming right back.
00:14:30.660 Folks, as a lot of you may know, Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their
00:14:34.620 box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:14:37.260 They've been part of this cancel culture, so they want to pass savings directly on to you.
00:14:41.160 So they're bringing back the $25 extravaganza.
00:14:44.100 When Mike started MyPillow, it was just a one problem, one solution company.
00:14:47.420 Well, since then, with the help of his dedicated employees, they now have hundreds of products
00:14:52.540 some of you may not even know about.
00:14:54.780 To get the word out, they're having a $25 extravaganza.
00:14:58.220 Two-pack multi-use MyPillows, just $25.
00:15:01.100 MyPillow sandals, $25.
00:15:03.460 Their six-pack towel sets, $25.
00:15:06.580 Four-pack dish towels, you guessed it, $25.
00:15:09.620 This amazing offer won't last long, so order now.
00:15:13.080 Just go to MyPillow.com or call 800-969-3077.
00:15:19.080 That's MyPillow.com.
00:15:21.020 Use promo code John, J-O-H-N, or call 800-969-3077.
00:15:27.920 And be sure to use promo code John, that's J-O-H-N, for all those amazing savings on all
00:15:33.880 MyPillow products.
00:15:34.840 We're back.
00:15:38.120 We're talking with the great Roger Stone, and as I said at the top of the show here,
00:15:41.420 Roger's going to be joining us each and every week on this show.
00:15:44.400 It's always a great conversation with Roger.
00:15:46.380 Roger, there's no sugarcoating on anything.
00:15:49.300 It's the truth, justice, and the American way.
00:15:52.640 It's the mantra and motto of this show that Lou came up with that we're going to continue
00:15:56.260 to live through on the show.
00:15:57.780 And Roger, there's no better person than Roger to do that.
00:16:00.040 But Roger, Kamala Harris, after that Atlantic piece came out, felt the need to go out and
00:16:04.340 host a press conference at her vice presidential residence, saying, quote, Trump would invoke
00:16:08.620 Adolf Hitler, the man who was responsible for the death of six million Jews.
00:16:12.560 I mean, it's unbelievable that she could come out here and say such a thing.
00:16:16.680 Yet, if Donald Trump goes out there and questions her ethnicity, which we all know she's lied
00:16:21.980 about now for some time, he's a racist and a xenophobe.
00:16:26.640 She's out here calling this man Adolf Hitler.
00:16:29.980 Donald Trump is like a gentle giant.
00:16:32.020 He talks tough, but at the end of the day, he wants peace.
00:16:34.400 He doesn't like fighting with people.
00:16:36.380 If he doesn't have to fight with people, he likes it.
00:16:38.220 It's the same reason he's become friends with 15 out of the 16 people who are on stage with
00:16:42.680 him in 2016.
00:16:43.320 Chris Christie, the whale, obviously could never get along because he had that Trump
00:16:48.540 derangement syndrome he can never get over.
00:16:50.660 Nonetheless, the rest of them, it was a tough primary, Roger, and he was friends with all
00:16:54.020 of them at the end, one capacity or another.
00:16:57.320 He's a man of the people.
00:16:58.920 I often say that.
00:16:59.740 And he gets along with a lot of people.
00:17:02.220 He's just a regular guy who can relate to everybody.
00:17:04.580 But you've got her going out here.
00:17:07.180 Last ditch effort, Roger.
00:17:08.540 Is there any chance that she can pull this thing out on November 5th?
00:17:14.180 Well, I'd say a couple of things.
00:17:15.760 First of all, first of all, this demonstrates the tight coordination between she and the
00:17:19.940 authors at the Atlantic.
00:17:21.540 So they're all together.
00:17:22.520 It's a cabal.
00:17:23.360 He's not an independent journalist.
00:17:24.840 He's he's either dreamed this up and gave him the heads up or they dreamed it up and sold
00:17:29.900 it to him.
00:17:31.460 Secondarily, they're slipping badly among Jewish voters and they know it because they won't
00:17:35.520 stand up for Israel.
00:17:36.620 So this is another way to to try to appeal to those voters.
00:17:43.760 This this is it comes in an interesting time.
00:17:48.060 Here's what I would say.
00:17:49.080 I see a lot of parallels now in the polling between the closing days of Reagan's campaign
00:17:55.040 in 1980 and today.
00:17:56.580 You have a situation in which Donald Trump, because of eight, really nine years of the
00:18:03.960 fake news media pounding on him, promulgating fake news stories, putting him through malicious
00:18:10.160 prosecutions, accusing him of, you know, telling people to swallow bleach and all kinds of crazy
00:18:16.100 shit that he never really said.
00:18:17.760 He's got a very high unfavorable.
00:18:20.260 He's got a very high favorable.
00:18:22.100 The unfavorables probably narrowly outnumber the favorables, but the favorables love him.
00:18:27.220 He has a voter intensity that I've never seen in any candidate for public office in the 45
00:18:32.300 years I have been in American politics.
00:18:34.760 Kamala's unfavorable continues to rise.
00:18:37.700 Her favorable continues to drop.
00:18:39.160 The more she talks, the higher her unfavorable gets.
00:18:41.760 She's now also underwater.
00:18:43.840 More people have an unfavorable view of her than a favorable view of her.
00:18:47.980 Her voters are not nearly as intense.
00:18:50.320 Some of them are because they're ideologues.
00:18:52.400 Right.
00:18:52.700 Mostly Marxists, I think.
00:18:53.800 Marxists, yeah, exactly.
00:18:55.180 But basically, when you then look, however, at the question of who is best to bring down
00:19:01.480 inflation or who is best to bring down gasoline prices or who do you think would be more likely
00:19:07.460 to solve the war, get a peace agreement or at least a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine
00:19:15.940 or end the problems in the Middle East or protect Taiwan, Trump outpoints her in the
00:19:22.920 low to middle 50s on every issue.
00:19:25.700 This is exactly what we saw.
00:19:27.080 Reagan, people were more confident that Reagan could bring back the economy than Carter.
00:19:31.500 People were more confident that Reagan could bring home the hostages that Iran was holding
00:19:35.320 than Carter.
00:19:35.840 People thought that Trump, pardon me, that Reagan could get, you know, spending and inflation
00:19:42.980 under control, get to re-spark, you know, a resurgent economy, which has gotten stagnant
00:19:49.700 under Carter.
00:19:50.360 So we're seeing that same phenomena.
00:19:53.600 At the same time, there are storm clouds that I find disturbing.
00:19:56.800 Now, I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but I don't understand why it will take so long to count
00:20:01.460 the votes in three of the major swing states.
00:20:04.480 If France, France can count 38 paper, 38 million paper ballots in one day, surely we, even with
00:20:13.140 all our sophisticated computers, can come up with a vote total.
00:20:17.340 And now we learn that the three secretaries of state, all Democrats, are talking to each
00:20:21.300 other.
00:20:22.040 That seems to me like some kind of plan.
00:20:24.040 Well, plus Brad Raffensperger, who's not a Democrat, Roger.
00:20:26.560 Correct, and the guy in Georgia.
00:20:29.040 Now, on top of that, Kamala says in her Fox interview that Donald Trump is going to use
00:20:34.920 the military on people who oppose him or disagree with him.
00:20:39.540 But actually, it's the Department of Defense under the Harris-Biden administration that shockingly
00:20:46.040 publishes new directives which give the military the authority to not only spy on American citizens,
00:20:52.900 but also to use lethal force against them.
00:20:56.900 What is it they are preparing for?
00:20:58.940 Now you have people like James Carville saying,
00:21:01.600 the Trump people are going to become violent.
00:21:03.460 Trump is going to foment violence.
00:21:05.960 When he learns he hasn't won, they're going to be violent.
00:21:09.380 No, no, no.
00:21:11.180 That is not our plan.
00:21:12.620 We denounce violence.
00:21:14.040 We'd like to win this at the ballot box.
00:21:15.760 If we can't win the ballot box, it would be much harder to win in the courts,
00:21:19.480 but we would have an obligation to try.
00:21:21.980 But that is where the solution, if there is a dispute, if there is evidence, real evidence
00:21:26.520 of fraud, then the courts is where this will have to be heard.
00:21:29.760 The courts last time would not hear it.
00:21:31.900 No, Trump did not lose 62 cases.
00:21:34.620 62 cases, mostly by state attorney generals, were not heard by the courts based on technical
00:21:40.920 reasons and reasons of standing.
00:21:43.040 So if there is, in fact, evidence of fraud or anomalies or irregularities in the voting
00:21:51.220 process, the proper place to address that would be in the courts.
00:21:55.300 But the left has a project, Project 65, in which we basically tell every lawyer in the
00:22:00.240 country, don't even think about representing Donald Trump or Republicans and questioning
00:22:05.340 this coming election because we'll have you disbarred.
00:22:08.040 A lawyer's job is to zealously and honestly represent their client and produce evidence
00:22:15.220 of their client's claims or actions.
00:22:17.220 But they don't want to allow that.
00:22:19.580 Now you add to that the fact that the attorney general, Mr. Garland, has announced that interfering
00:22:27.860 with the election day process on election day will be prosecuted.
00:22:31.500 OK, but what is interference in questions, objecting to something going on that's illegal?
00:22:38.700 I mean, that seems very broad to me.
00:22:41.180 And then he announces any effort to delay or question the certification of a winner will
00:22:47.560 be treated as a crime.
00:22:49.280 I'm not a lawyer, but I've read the Electoral College Act.
00:22:52.400 The whole idea of fake electors, there's no such thing as a fake elector.
00:22:55.680 That's made up by left-wing lawyers and prosecutors and the talking heads at MSNBC, who really are
00:23:02.060 the ones who invented it and sold it to the government.
00:23:04.760 But we know that in 1960, in Hawaii, in a razor-thin race, it was thought election night that Vice
00:23:13.500 President Nixon had carried Hawaii, but John Kennedy's campaign had wisely filed a slate
00:23:19.360 of alternative electors because they believed once the absentee ballots came in that JFK would win,
00:23:26.000 and he did, and his alternative electors were seated, and Nixon's electors were not seated.
00:23:31.660 The same thing happened in 1877.
00:23:33.860 The Electoral College does not prohibit, particularly when there's a litigation, and each side is trying
00:23:40.720 to preserve its rights to having alternative electors.
00:23:44.240 The people who were alternative electors in Georgia all got charged with a crime.
00:23:50.000 Read the minutes of their meeting.
00:23:51.780 They basically say, we are forming this slate of electors because we're in litigation,
00:23:57.220 and in the event that we succeed in litigation, then we have a slate that could be seated by the courts.
00:24:05.280 That's not illegal.
00:24:07.500 Those indictments are ridiculous.
00:24:09.900 But you already see them setting up a scenario to try to deny Trump victory when he wins.
00:24:21.000 The longer the vote count takes, the more contentious this is going to get.
00:24:27.720 It is vexing because I just see these storm clouds.
00:24:32.840 I would hope that they will allow for a free, fair, honest, transparent election.
00:24:37.400 That's what we want, because if that happens, I'm convinced that Trump will win.
00:24:42.100 Yeah, and early voting is underway.
00:24:43.660 We're going to take one more quick break here, but, Roger, over 20 million Americans have already
00:24:47.880 early voted in this country, a massive number that we've never seen before.
00:24:53.140 We're getting reports that President Trump, that the Republican Party is outperforming any numbers
00:24:59.480 they've done in the past with early voting.
00:25:02.140 I want to take that up with you.
00:25:03.280 Plus, Kamala Harris is having a rally, and this is breaking news, is having a rally next
00:25:09.760 Tuesday.
00:25:10.580 When the audience finds out where this rally is going to be, you're going to be very surprised.
00:25:15.140 We're coming right back with Roger Stone.
00:25:16.460 Stay with us.
00:25:18.660 Folks, as a lot of you may know, Mike Lindell and MyPillow no longer have the support of their
00:25:22.660 box stores or shopping channels the way they used to.
00:25:25.280 They've been part of this cancel culture, so they want to pass savings directly on to you.
00:25:29.200 So they're bringing back the $25 extravaganza.
00:25:31.560 When Mike started MyPillow, it was just a one-problem-one-solution company.
00:25:36.120 Well, since then, with the help of his dedicated employees, they now have hundreds of products
00:25:40.560 some of you may not even know about.
00:25:42.740 To get the word out, they're having a $25 extravaganza.
00:25:46.240 Two-pack multi-use MyPillows, just $25.
00:25:49.240 MyPillow sandals, $25.
00:25:51.500 Their six-pack towel sets, $25.
00:25:54.700 Four-pack dish towels, you guessed it, $25.
00:25:57.660 This amazing offer won't last long, so order now.
00:26:01.120 Just go to MyPillow.com or call 800-969-3077.
00:26:07.120 That's MyPillow.com.
00:26:09.060 Use promo code John, J-O-H-N, or call 800-969-3077.
00:26:15.980 And be sure to use promo code John, that's J-O-H-N, for all those amazing savings on all
00:26:21.920 MyPillow products.
00:26:22.880 We're back.
00:26:25.960 We're talking about Roger Stone.
00:26:27.340 Roger, Kamala Harris, this coming Tuesday, October 29th, has filed for a permit to host
00:26:34.440 an event.
00:26:35.280 First Amendment activity is what she filed it under, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
00:26:40.740 You're not going to believe this location.
00:26:42.620 At the Ellipse, the same place where President Trump spoke on January 6th.
00:26:46.880 You had mentioned last segment about sending in the military to fight back against the
00:26:54.840 American people.
00:26:56.720 They wouldn't send in the National Guard, Roger, on January 6th, days before, I think
00:27:01.760 January 2nd or 3rd, Chief Stephen Sun, the Capitol Police, said, you know, we think things
00:27:07.160 may get out of control.
00:27:08.860 I'm requesting the Capitol Police.
00:27:10.220 Ran it up and down the chain of command multiple times.
00:27:12.720 I spoke with Julia Kelly about it on the show this week, couldn't get approval for it.
00:27:17.840 Now they're so willing and able to get the National Guard and any military power they need
00:27:23.500 against the American people.
00:27:24.540 But on January 6th, when there was FBI informants and FBI actors and government actors there protesting
00:27:31.300 and maybe doing bad things, there were nowhere to be found.
00:27:35.920 So Kamala Harris hosting a rally on the Ellipse.
00:27:38.180 I mean, is she laughing in the faces of these January 6th political prisoners?
00:27:43.880 I call them a prize possessions of Merrick Garland because he sits there.
00:27:48.060 And as you said, Merrick Garland says anyone who challenges the 2024 election, you'll pay
00:27:52.720 the price.
00:27:53.180 And you look at those people on January 6th and what's happened to them.
00:27:55.840 Your thoughts, Roger?
00:27:57.260 Several things.
00:27:58.280 Look, they only have two issues on which they can run.
00:28:01.760 One of them, of course, is abortion, where they must distort Trump's position.
00:28:05.720 He's going to sign a federal abortion ban.
00:28:08.160 No, he isn't.
00:28:09.280 He's going to take away IVF, the fertility drugs.
00:28:12.920 No, he isn't.
00:28:13.900 He's going to take away your birth control.
00:28:15.900 No, he isn't.
00:28:16.460 Those things are all lies.
00:28:18.020 As I predicted, I predicted this multiple places.
00:28:21.080 They're going to try to claim that he wants to cut your Social Security.
00:28:23.860 I think that the Project 2025 agenda, which is not his agenda or his platform, calls for
00:28:31.080 extending the retirement age so you'd have to be older before you could get your benefits,
00:28:37.380 as well as means testing.
00:28:39.100 That means the government looks at a senior citizen to determine how much outside income
00:28:43.420 they have and then cuts their Social Security benefits on some formula.
00:28:48.140 Trump is opposed to both, has always been opposed to both.
00:28:50.940 There are legitimate critics who say the system is going to go broke.
00:28:56.660 That's true.
00:28:57.500 There needs to be a solution, but that's not the solution.
00:29:01.280 But Kamala Harris has begun saying Trump is going to cut your Social Security because it's
00:29:05.640 in somebody else's platform.
00:29:09.000 It'd be like holding her responsible for everything that's in the U.S.
00:29:12.560 Communist Party platform, although she probably is for most of it.
00:29:16.220 Anyway, of course.
00:29:16.940 So January 6th is the other one, the myth of January 6th.
00:29:21.480 Like Russian collusion, they have a huge investment in this because the mainstream media ran with
00:29:27.240 the whole fake narrative.
00:29:31.080 They're trying to prosecute Donald Trump now, even as we speak, under that fake narrative.
00:29:36.500 Her returning there gets that narrative back in the news.
00:29:39.180 That's what they want.
00:29:40.240 Trump supporters should stay as far away from that as humanly possible because they would
00:29:46.020 love some Trump supporter to do something stupid that they could then use to justify crushing
00:29:52.500 all of us.
00:29:53.520 So, folks, it's a free country.
00:29:55.640 She's got a permit.
00:29:57.020 She can go there and say anything she wants.
00:29:58.680 I would urge people to stay away and keep focusing on getting out the vote for Trump.
00:30:05.540 But they continue to think January 6th is a good issue for them.
00:30:09.240 It's why they trot Liz Cheney out.
00:30:11.760 Same time we learned that she was talking illegally to one of the witnesses in that entire manipulated
00:30:17.940 probe.
00:30:20.140 Speaker Johnson needs to appoint a committee, as Jim Jordan has suggested, to investigate
00:30:24.560 the investigation.
00:30:25.900 Why would they destroy their records on their way out the door?
00:30:28.480 What is it they don't want us to see?
00:30:30.360 This made-for-television drama is riddled with lies and omissions, fabrications.
00:30:37.580 But they think it is a huge issue for them.
00:30:40.520 Politics is about the future, not the past.
00:30:43.400 These are the only two things they can talk about.
00:30:45.960 They're trying to lock Donald Trump up.
00:30:47.680 Now you see Joe Biden coming in to support this narrative, saying, well, we've got to lock
00:30:53.780 Trump up.
00:30:55.080 14 days.
00:30:56.200 Just kind of bad timing on Joe's part, I would say.
00:30:59.640 So it's clear to everybody that they're doing that.
00:31:02.700 Joe Biden is obviously a conflicted man on the one part he hates Donald Trump.
00:31:06.420 There's no question about that.
00:31:07.960 And then Andy's deeply bitter because he now realizes that, hell, I could run better than
00:31:12.620 her.
00:31:12.900 She's running the worst campaign I've ever seen.
00:31:15.180 Even though I rarely have lucid moments, I'd still be more lucid than she is.
00:31:20.360 Yeah, I agree.
00:31:21.320 I think he was a, I mean, I thought he was the worst candidate we've ever seen until I saw
00:31:25.180 Kamala, who's completely lucid, just, I think, slightly brain dead.
00:31:29.640 And I think this is a key point, John.
00:31:31.600 But now that Trump has done McDonald's, I understand Kamala is going to do five guys.
00:31:38.100 Right there.
00:31:39.200 Oh, boy.
00:31:40.260 I mean, it's unbelievable.
00:31:42.500 Maybe then she'll do in and out.
00:31:43.980 Who knows?
00:31:44.380 It's truly remarkable to me because, Roger, she doesn't resonate with anybody.
00:31:50.240 I'm just a regular guy.
00:31:51.960 You, at the end of the day, you're a regular guy, Roger.
00:31:54.260 We all, President Trump, at the end of the day, is a regular guy.
00:31:57.080 And that's who he has backing him.
00:31:58.620 You look, he's got former football players backing him.
00:32:01.400 He's got radio people backing him as rappers, singers.
00:32:05.520 He's got a record number of rappers.
00:32:07.140 I don't remember George Bush or John McCain or Mitt Romney getting any of these damn people to endorse him.
00:32:12.640 And yet you've got Donald Trump, who, if you support Donald Trump, and he does a little, Elon Musk, the smartest man in the world, is putting it all on the line to back Donald Trump.
00:32:23.320 He didn't have to do this, Roger.
00:32:25.040 He was living a fine life before Donald Trump.
00:32:28.360 You look what happened after he started speaking out in support of the Republican Party.
00:32:31.780 He got complaints from the SEC, the FEC, I mean, different countries.
00:32:37.600 His life is turning upside down just like they did to Donald Trump.
00:32:41.860 Luckily, Elon Musk is a smart man, and he's a strong man.
00:32:44.980 These are the people supporting President Trump, yet you've got guys like Jamie Dimon we find out this week, the CEO of J.P. Morgan.
00:32:51.460 J.P. Morgan has paid $40 billion, Roger, in the last, I think it's 20 years or so, in fines for unethical practices.
00:32:58.540 That's a lot of money to be paying for doing things like that.
00:33:03.200 It's supporting Kamala Harris behind the scenes.
00:33:05.660 When I look at things like that, Roger, I say to myself, how are these people so dumb?
00:33:09.640 Jamie Dimon is a brilliant man.
00:33:11.500 He runs J.P. Morgan Chase, the number one financial institution in this country, and he knows what Kamala can do to this country.
00:33:19.840 The corporate tax cuts expire in 2025, Roger.
00:33:24.420 People don't realize what happens when those expire.
00:33:27.460 Kamala Harris' plan will be to double them, to triple them, to cripple these people.
00:33:33.040 On the other side, I see Kamala running commercials saying, oh, Trump is for the rich.
00:33:37.580 He's for the tax cuts for the quick.
00:33:39.420 What people don't understand, Roger, is by Trump giving these people tax cuts, they're able to dump more money into the economy.
00:33:45.400 They're able to hire more people.
00:33:46.900 They're able to open up more branches.
00:33:48.900 It gives people jobs from the top to the bottom and all around.
00:33:53.200 Let's start from the beginning.
00:33:54.140 The Trump tax cuts were across the board.
00:33:56.800 They would have you believe that he only cut taxes on billionaires and corporations.
00:34:00.580 No, every single American, except for those below a certain income level who weren't taxed at all, got a tax cut.
00:34:07.700 And the greatest tax relief went to the people in the middle brackets, not the billionaires.
00:34:11.780 It's just another Kamala Harris-created lie.
00:34:14.780 It's the big lie.
00:34:16.940 By the way, tax cuts do not cause deficits.
00:34:20.120 Spending caused deficits.
00:34:21.620 Every year Donald Trump was president, federal revenues went up substantially, just like they did every year after Reagan cut taxes, just as they did every year after John Kennedy cut taxes.
00:34:32.520 They try to claim that this trillion-dollar deficit that we have is caused by tax cuts on the working people.
00:34:39.300 No, it's caused by spending, out-of-control spending.
00:34:43.060 The prices in the grocery stores are not, as Kamala Harris would have you believe, because capitalist companies are trying to gouge you.
00:34:52.900 They're higher because they are paying more for everything because of the inflation.
00:34:57.760 And the inflation is caused by spending, wild, out-of-control, uncalculated spending, sending billions of dollars that I guess is not in any budget.
00:35:08.380 They just print it up and send it along.
00:35:10.640 That's what causes inflation.
00:35:13.480 That's what's jacking your food prices and the prices of everything else.
00:35:18.700 They pretend, you know, they're just anti-business, anti-free enterprise.
00:35:23.740 Let's blame the businessmen.
00:35:25.420 Kamala is incredible in her constant claims that we will do exactly what she's doing, saying that Trump will weaponize the criminal justice system against his political opponents.
00:35:40.020 Hello?
00:35:43.060 I mean, Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, please.
00:35:49.460 They tried to bankrupt Trump.
00:35:51.120 Even the appeals court is having serious problems with the so-called valuations case, a case in which there is no victim.
00:35:59.340 Trump borrowed money.
00:36:00.840 The banks he borrowed it from did their own independent appraisal.
00:36:03.560 They didn't take his appraisal.
00:36:04.920 What he thought things were worth is irrelevant.
00:36:07.760 Right.
00:36:08.580 Donald Trump made $40 million in interest on their investments.
00:36:12.100 And they got paid in time.
00:36:13.300 In some places, they even got paid early.
00:36:15.560 Where's the crime?
00:36:16.580 There is no crime.
00:36:17.240 And they could go after Donald Trump, and luckily for him, and it shouldn't even be this way, and I hate that I'm even saying this, he could afford to defend himself.
00:36:25.660 But guys like Roger Stone aren't millionaires who can go out there, and you have to pay for your attorneys, right?
00:36:31.220 You don't have a campaign that confronts some of the money for you to pay, can I?
00:36:34.200 I still have a set of residual civil complaints, civil cases that have been filed against me.
00:36:42.940 They were once 2017.
00:36:45.240 These are filed by, after my pardon, by nuts, cranks, crackpots, liberals, Democrats.
00:36:51.980 Oh, wait a minute.
00:36:52.600 I'm being redundant.
00:36:54.560 And they're expensive.
00:36:56.180 And you can't just not respond.
00:36:58.620 You have to go into court and respond to them.
00:37:00.360 Now, I think we're down now to three or four major cases.
00:37:04.360 The rest of them have been dismissed.
00:37:06.680 In some cases, the judges ordered those who sued me to pay my legal expenses.
00:37:11.420 I'm so waiting for that money, by the way.
00:37:13.740 But, yeah, I had to set up a legal defense fund, stonedefensefund.com.
00:37:17.580 I still have to pay those costs.
00:37:19.420 It's a big check every month.
00:37:21.580 But that's lawfare.
00:37:23.000 It's nothing compared to what the president's been through.
00:37:25.260 But it's the same essential philosophy.
00:37:28.180 That's why I think taking on Elon Musk, a man with very deep pockets, is a huge mistake because he will fight back.
00:37:34.820 And you're right.
00:37:35.520 Ever since he decided to take sides and stand up for truth, and ever since he decided to expose in the Twitter file the way, sorry, CNN,
00:37:44.580 the government did work with these big tech giants to silence people whose speech they didn't like.
00:37:50.920 It wasn't disinformation.
00:37:53.000 I'm sorry, but Hunter Biden's laptop did not have all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.
00:38:00.380 In fact, it was real, as we now know.
00:38:03.440 Yeah, it's unbelievable, Roger.
00:38:05.280 And going back to what I said, the people who are supporting Kamala Harris, you look at them.
00:38:09.080 Mark Cuban?
00:38:10.100 Are you kidding me?
00:38:11.340 The View, the ViewCast, Joy Behar saying this week, it's hard to believe that anyone would support this fascist pig.
00:38:17.920 Has this woman not looked in a mirror?
00:38:19.660 And I'm not even talking about her physical appearance or any of them on that show, their physical appearance.
00:38:23.980 Just who they are.
00:38:25.160 These people are people throwing stones while living in glass houses.
00:38:29.240 The people who want to censor what you and I and millions of others think, they're the fascists.
00:38:34.360 Good luck with that, Roger.
00:38:36.160 They ain't ever shutting me up.
00:38:37.320 I promise you.
00:38:38.000 I understand that.
00:38:39.220 But again, this is Alinsky's rules.
00:38:41.260 Always accuse your opponent of that which you yourself are doing.
00:38:45.640 So Trump's going to use the military.
00:38:47.780 Lo and behold, we find out they're preparing to use the military.
00:38:50.580 And they have issued orders.
00:38:52.880 They attacked me because I said that if the polls are shot, you have to go to a judge, get a court order.
00:38:59.600 You may need a security guard to go back into the polling places because they have been violent in the past.
00:39:05.560 Stone wants to put security guards at every polling place.
00:39:08.480 Well, then this week, what did the FBI announce?
00:39:11.160 Well, they're going to be putting FBI agents at polling places.
00:39:13.680 What's that for?
00:39:14.700 Is that for intimidation or is that for security?
00:39:17.620 What's that for?
00:39:18.260 So, again, they constantly do and are doing all the things that they accuse us of.
00:39:25.260 Yeah, I thought I thought 2016 was a bit of race.
00:39:28.120 I thought 2020 was a bit of race.
00:39:29.580 But this, I mean, it's hit new levels, indictments, assassination attempts, all perpetuated by the Marxist Dems on the left.
00:39:36.980 Roger, as we wrap up here, you've been a close confidant of President Trump, an advisor having his ear for a very long time.
00:39:43.320 And, you know, him taking your word, you were one of the first people, if not the first, to try to get him to run in the 2000s, trying to recruit him.
00:39:51.500 And you believed in him from the beginning before anybody else, before it was popular to do so.
00:39:57.240 It's still not popular to do so.
00:39:59.040 But let's say hypothetically, Roger, just to not get anybody in trouble here and make a headline that Roger Stone says, told President Trump to do this.
00:40:07.100 Hypothetically speaking, what do you tell President Trump with, you know, 10 days to go?
00:40:12.440 How does he finish this race strong, you know, pedal on the metal?
00:40:16.780 It's already on the metal.
00:40:17.900 The guy has rally after rally after rally lined up.
00:40:22.200 No days off for the man.
00:40:23.920 He never takes a day off.
00:40:25.580 What are you telling President Trump, of course, hypothetically, as he enters these final 10 days here?
00:40:31.300 Looks like he's ahead.
00:40:32.100 Well, first of all, I think he's been incredibly effective in all of his recent public appearances.
00:40:37.620 The Chicago Economic Forum, he knew until the last minute was an interview.
00:40:42.840 I think he thought it was a speech.
00:40:44.280 He had to joust with some arrogant never-Trumper, and he destroyed the guy.
00:40:49.320 It was one of his best performances.
00:40:51.160 Trump under fire is the best.
00:40:52.920 His speech in California, epic, his visit to McDonald's so people can identify with him.
00:41:03.300 He's a guy who loves people.
00:41:04.660 He's a guy who loves mixing with people.
00:41:07.220 I think the key thing here, and it's kind of obvious, he needs to stay focused on the big picture issues.
00:41:12.820 The economy.
00:41:13.940 They're destroying the economy and the buying power of our dollar.
00:41:18.300 We need to bring back energy independence to low gasoline prices.
00:41:21.680 And then you have the tools to fix the rest of the economy.
00:41:25.640 Secondarily, he has to stay focused on the crime wave across America that is caused by having open borders and the fact that the borders under this administration have been open.
00:41:35.420 And Kamala was, sorry, Charlemagne the God, Kamala was in charge of the border.
00:41:42.620 She did nothing.
00:41:43.340 She didn't even visit it.
00:41:44.680 He needs to stay focused on those big picture issues.
00:41:47.620 This is very much like the end of the 1980 campaign.
00:41:50.060 He just needs to ask that simple question.
00:41:52.300 Are you better off than you were three plus years ago?
00:41:55.440 And the answer is no.
00:41:56.500 Most Americans weren't.
00:41:57.820 And that's why he's making deep inroads into the Hispanic community, deep inroads into the African-American community, deep inroads into heretofore Democrat voting groups.
00:42:08.480 And I think he's on the cusp of a great victory.
00:42:10.900 But overconfidence is a problem.
00:42:13.360 Not on his part, but on the part of some of his supporters.
00:42:16.440 People keep saying, oh, it's going to be a landslide.
00:42:18.540 No, that's the wrong attitude.
00:42:20.520 Every single vote will count.
00:42:22.120 Every single vote.
00:42:23.580 Trump goes to California.
00:42:24.940 Now, realistically, he's not going to win California.
00:42:27.980 But there are millions of Republican voters in California and Republican-leaning independents who will vote for him.
00:42:34.320 And they count in the popular vote.
00:42:36.120 They count a lot.
00:42:37.140 It's one of the biggest states.
00:42:38.280 Also, he was able to raise money while he was out there and have a phenomenal rally.
00:42:42.760 So my advice to him, I would say the same thing privately, as I say publicly, is to stay focused on the big picture issues.
00:42:51.140 I think he might want to consider addressing this fake narrative that they're trying to push that his supporters are going to become violent or that they're not planning violence.
00:42:59.960 It's not true.
00:43:01.120 It's a setup.
00:43:02.100 It's not true.
00:43:03.120 We intend to win this election and do it legally and do it by the book.
00:43:06.760 Yeah, you're absolutely right.
00:43:08.360 You mentioned the illegal immigration and the problems it's caused in this country.
00:43:12.640 You learned today from the DHS, at least 600 Venezuelan gang members, most of them violent, if not all of them violent, are now in this country.
00:43:21.700 You don't hear anybody talking about that, only the people who are bearing the brunt of it, whose lives are being turned upside down, the people being brutally murdered.
00:43:29.220 As of right now, as the polls show, Trump's up two nationally, up eight in the swing states.
00:43:34.780 So, you know, we're all praying November 5th is a hopeful outcome.
00:43:38.660 Folks, for all you joining us on the Great America Show, Roger has a show of his own, the Stone Zone.
