The Great America Show - This level of CORRUPTION from Democrats has never been seen before!

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody, and welcome to the Great America Show.

00:00:05.120 It's great to have you with us on this beautiful Friday here in America.

00:00:08.440 Thank you so much for spending part of your day, your night, your evening with us.

00:00:11.620 As always, we truly and greatly appreciate it.

00:00:15.600 Well, tonight, the problems for Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook are continuing and they're

00:00:20.880 continuing to get worse.

00:00:23.040 Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte expanded his allegations against the

00:00:28.040 Federal Reserve Board Member Cook, saying she may have made false representations on yet

00:00:33.620 another property she owns. 0.85

00:00:36.760 Just a few moments, we're going to be joined by my good friend and weekly favorite on this

00:00:40.860 show, the great Roger Stone, to take all of this up and much, much more, put some new

00:00:45.140 details into these allegations.

00:00:47.640 Pulte, in a letter to the Justice Department that he posted on his ex-account, said that

00:00:51.840 Cook bought another condo, this one in Massachusetts, so you've got the Michigan one, you've got

00:00:56.540 the one in Atlanta, this one now in Massachusetts, in 2021 and classified it as a second home,

00:01:03.760 but then she listed it as an investment slash rental property and a filing to the U.S.

00:01:08.140 government in December of that year.

00:01:10.820 Cook was nominated to the Fed Board by Joe Biden in January of 2022.

00:01:15.680 Pulte writing in his post, three strikes and you're out.

00:01:20.300 Anybody else in this country commits mortgage fraud?

00:01:22.940 You and I, we're in jail.

00:01:26.100 If you're a member of the elite, I guess you get a free pass.

00:01:31.900 Someone who's not getting a free pass tonight is Kamala Harris. 1.00

00:01:35.020 Former Vice President Kamala Harris has lost her Secret Service detail after President Trump

00:01:40.560 withdrew the privilege.

00:01:42.580 An Oval Office directive instructs the agency to discontinue all security protocols and procedures

00:01:48.540 beyond those required by law, effective September 1st.

00:01:53.000 A senior White House official confirmed the decision that President Trump says no more for Kamala Harris.

00:02:00.440 Now, AP notes that the loss of Harris' Secret Service protection comes as former Vice President

00:02:06.520 Harris became the Democratic nominee over the summer.

00:02:10.320 Joe Biden did a little thing called stretching, and he stretched her protection a little longer

00:02:15.940 than it should have been.

00:02:16.780 Mike Pence, when he left office, not defending Mike Pence in any way, trust me, lost his protection

00:02:23.020 when he left office.

00:02:24.840 So Kamala Harris should have been afforded the same thing. 1.00

00:02:27.520 But, you know, the Democrats, they think that the rules apply for everyone else but themselves.

00:02:33.680 Donald Trump says no more Kamala Harris.

00:02:36.120 Well, the school season is underway, which means 600,000 new Chinese students are going to be

00:02:43.240 entering the United States very, very shortly.

00:02:46.860 That's right.

00:02:47.440 The visa program under the administration is going to allow these people to continue to come 0.84

00:02:51.440 into the country as China is still not answered for the over a million lives lost, the American

00:02:58.480 million lives lost during the China virus pandemic and the millions that happened worldwide.

00:03:06.120 A deep breakdown and a deep dive into these student visas was done by the Gateway Pundit today,

00:03:12.740 and I think they lay it out absolutely brilliantly.

00:03:15.920 I want to go through it because the Gateway Pundit lays out that the Chinese students who come

00:03:22.840 to America are sent here to spy on Americans. 0.97

00:03:28.460 Now, this is according to their documents.

00:03:31.120 So I want to go through this because I think it's extremely, extremely important for us.

00:03:37.120 There have been numerous cases of Chinese graduates stealing American intellectual property and 0.96

00:03:43.020 even biological samples.

00:03:44.580 But the most compelling reason to restrict their entry into America is the Chinese law that

00:03:49.040 obligates all citizens to spy for the regime.

00:03:51.780 And the CCP routinely threatens or coerces individuals and their families until they comply.

00:03:59.160 By this standard, Chinese students in the U.S. are effectively acting as spies or what U.S.

00:04:04.540 law officially refers to as foreign agents.

00:04:07.920 You heard that term quite frequently when it came to General Michael Flynn, but I guess not

00:04:12.880 for these Chinese students.

00:04:15.040 Now, under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, FARA, individuals must register if they act,

00:04:20.860 quote, at the order, request, distraction, or direction, or control of foreign principles,

00:04:26.840 even without a contract or formal agreement.

00:04:30.400 The law also considers whether requests are made through coercion or through threats,

00:04:35.500 and whether the foreign principles exercise power over the agents.

00:04:39.460 By these standards, Chinese students studying in America meet the definition of foreign agents

00:04:45.200 and should be required to register.

00:04:47.700 So why are they not?

00:04:50.320 The Gateway Pundit goes on to point out that the PRC's 2017 National Intelligence Law,

00:04:56.140 Article 7 states, quote,

00:04:57.920 all organizations and citizens shall support, assist, and cooperate with national intelligence

00:05:04.000 efforts in accordance with law and shall protect national intelligence work secrets they are

00:05:09.520 aware of.

00:05:10.900 In practice, this means that when the intelligence agencies demand information or assistance,

00:05:16.640 compliance is mandatory and refusal can result in punishment.

00:05:20.980 But, folks, we have 600,000 of them continuing to come to the United States under student visas.

00:05:28.520 It begs the question, why?

00:05:31.060 We don't have a clear trade deal with China.

00:05:33.540 We have that one that was put together temporarily,

00:05:35.660 but we've got no trade deal with China about them stealing our intellectual property

00:05:39.820 and the companies and corporations that willingly turn it over.

00:05:43.980 But then you've also got the fact that I can't get past the million-plus Americans who were killed

00:05:51.880 and murdered by China during the China virus.

00:05:56.820 They've still not paid the price for it.

00:05:59.520 Xi Jinping still gets out there on a stage and stands with a firm chest.

00:06:04.080 Nobody's held this man to account for the people, our brothers, our sisters, our grandparents,

00:06:09.340 our mothers, who died, funerals that we couldn't go to because of lockdowns in draconian New York,

00:06:16.840 California, and every other state that did lockdowns.

00:06:21.320 That doesn't sit right with me.

00:06:23.360 The fact that we even have one student visa coming from China after nothing was done about that

00:06:30.540 breaks my heart because we all know, whether it be a friend, a family member,

00:06:36.540 someone who died from COVID, some of us very sick, including myself, from the China virus

00:06:42.440 and no accountability for these people for what they unleashed on the world,

00:06:49.100 yet we allow them to still come study here.

00:06:50.860 Now, some will tell you that the American universities can't sustain.

00:06:56.120 They can't stay in business without these Chinese immigrants coming over to come to our schools, 1.00

00:07:01.820 and that's total nonsense.

00:07:03.460 You've got willing and able American bodies who score in the percentile to go to these universities,

00:07:11.280 and it's the Harvards of the world who, by the way, have enough endowment to never take a dollar of tuition ever again.

00:07:18.500 The UPenns of the world, the Columbias of the world, all, like I said, have enough endowment

00:07:24.240 to self-sustain, to not charge anybody even tuition.

00:07:28.380 So the notion that we need these people to come in here to keep the universities open is hogwash.

00:07:35.560 And anyone who's allowing these people to do this should be ashamed because they need to answer for what they did to this country

00:07:41.480 and what they did to the rest of the world.

00:07:44.340 Folks, we're going to be joined on the other side of this quick break by my friend, as I said, the great Roger Stone.

00:07:49.260 We're going to take up all of this.

00:07:51.580 We're going to take up Bill Pulte over at FHA and the work that he's doing to uncover the mortgage fraud

00:07:59.440 by the Democrats who think that it's cool to commit mortgage fraud.

00:08:04.000 We're going to take up that.

00:08:04.940 We're going to take up some corruption, possibly, in the D.C. courts.

00:08:10.340 Imagine that.

00:08:10.980 You're not going to imagine the connection, the judge who was assigned to miss Cook's lawsuit against President Trump.

00:08:19.820 I'm sure it was random, but we're going to tell you about that on the other side of this quick break.

00:08:23.160 We're also going to take up the possibility of an R&C convention in 2026 before the midterm elections.

00:08:29.680 All of that and much, much more, folks, on the other side of this quick break.

00:08:32.900 The Great America Show continues in just moments.

00:08:35.580 Please stay with us.

00:08:36.280 We're coming right back.

00:08:40.980 Roger, as always, happy – let me restart there.

00:08:46.820 Roger, happy Friday.

00:08:47.840 As always, a delight to talk to you, especially when it's a Friday.

00:08:50.440 Let's start with the Federal Reserve governor seemingly not wanting to leave her post,

00:08:57.000 suing Donald Trump in her lawsuit against President Trump, acknowledging she may have made a few clerical errors,

00:09:02.640 but he's only going after her because she's the first black governor of the Federal Reserve. 0.98

00:09:08.200 Yeah, this is ridiculous. 0.81

00:09:10.040 Bill Pulte, who is the head of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, is being criticized because he's enforcing the law. 0.82

00:09:18.180 Every year, thousands of people get referred to the Justice Department for mortgage fraud.

00:09:25.000 The thing is, most of them aren't famous or prominent or important, so you don't hear their names.

00:09:30.560 But evidently, Lisa Cook thinks that because she's a DEI hire at the Federal Reserve, there are special rules for her. 0.98

00:09:38.460 She thinks she's above the law. 1.00

00:09:39.960 So, first of all, let's be clear about the facts.

00:09:43.160 She claimed that her home in Ann Arbor, Michigan was her principal legal residence.

00:09:49.080 She got a state tax break.

00:09:51.000 She got a favorable mortgage rate.

00:09:52.920 She got a favorable insurance rate.

00:09:55.600 Then, two weeks later, she claimed that her home outside of Atlanta was her principal legal residence.

00:10:03.440 Once again, she got a special state tax break and a favorable mortgage rate and a favorable insurance rate.

00:10:11.320 Two weeks later, unlikely that that's a clerical error.

00:10:14.980 Now, it turns out she has a third property in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which she sometimes claims is an investment property, but other times she says it was a second home, which would give it an entirely different tax treatment.

00:10:30.660 So, this is three strikes, and I say three strikes, you're out.

00:10:34.540 The president has the authority to fire Federal Reserve board members for cause.

00:10:41.300 At least three previous Federal Reserve board members resigned when they were under federal investigation.

00:10:49.880 So, she is now going to sue the president in D.C. 0.93

00:10:54.820 She went out and hired literally the worst lawyer in America, Abby Lowell. 1.00

00:11:00.040 This guy has a long track record.

00:11:02.240 He represented my friend Joe Bruno, who was a Senate majority leader in New York.

00:11:08.400 Bruno was convicted on all counts.

00:11:10.400 The Supreme Court threw out his conviction.

00:11:13.520 They retried him.

00:11:14.860 He fired Abby Lowell, got a good lawyer.

00:11:17.560 He was acquitted on all counts.

00:11:20.700 He also, Abby Lowell represented a former Senator Robert Torricelli of New Jersey.

00:11:26.440 He was forced to resign.

00:11:28.340 He also represented Hunter Biden.

00:11:32.300 Well, you know how that worked out.

00:11:34.000 And Norma Eisen, too, Roger, is now representing her.

00:11:37.220 I don't know if you saw that.

00:11:37.800 I saw that.

00:11:38.920 So, and then additionally, in his filing, he admits that she's a member of the executive branch.

00:11:48.200 Therefore, Donald Trump, as the chief executive, has the full authority to fire her.

00:11:53.100 But what's really outrageous is she files her lawsuit in the District of Columbia, and it gets referred to a judge named Gia Cobb, who, by the way, when you look at her, is a carbon copy of Lisa Cook. 1.00

00:12:10.300 Now, that would not be unusual to send a lawsuit to a crazy left-wing, Trump-hating radical judge in D.C., but the woman who referred it is the clerk of the D.C. courts, a woman named Angela Caesar. 0.69

00:12:26.320 Here's the judge who got her case, Gia Cobb, are sorority sisters in the same female sorority, the Delta Sigma Theta. 1.00

00:12:39.700 Can you say recuse? 0.97

00:12:41.660 This is ridiculous.

00:12:42.820 In all honesty, this is not the first time that Angela Caesar has been accused of manipulating where cases end up. 0.55

00:12:52.040 It's funny how Judge Bosberg seemed to get all of the Trump cases.

00:12:57.200 The FBI should arrest Ms. Caesar this afternoon. 1.00

00:13:01.160 I'm not sure what they're waiting for.

00:13:02.960 Any idea where they went to college?

00:13:05.840 I'm just curious where they were taught to do this.

00:13:09.840 I don't know that they went to the same college, but they're the same members of the black female sorority.

00:13:16.940 To me, that's a conflict of interest.

00:13:18.980 For sure.

00:13:19.480 Well, I mean, if someone had tweeted something in positivity of Donald Trump back in 2016 to 2020, they had to recuse themselves immediately.

00:13:28.400 Otherwise, it was some crazy conflict of interest. 0.64

00:13:30.580 Jeff Sessions had to step down as attorney general of the United States for whatever stupid reason because he had Russian salad dressing one time on a salad. 0.97

00:13:40.280 It's time that these Republicans get serious, Roger, because time is running out. 0.96

00:13:45.280 Three and a half years is going very fast.

00:13:48.840 But I do want you to think about the possibilities here.

00:13:51.820 It's really possible that Letitia James and Lisa Cook and Gia Cobb and Fannie Wills could all be sent to the same federal prison.

00:14:01.860 How appropriate would that be?

00:14:03.140 You know, it excites me to think about it.

00:14:07.620 But like you said, Kash Patel, people have to get serious, Roger.

00:14:11.540 When are we going to see it?

00:14:13.180 Strongly worded letters aren't going to work anymore when we see everything that happened to President Trump and anyone around him, including yourself.

00:14:20.820 Well, when you're just getting slaps on the wrist of these people and they're sitting around laughing like it's some sort of joke.

00:14:26.940 Since when is Morgan's brought a joke?

00:14:28.600 This is one of the funniest segments I've ever seen on CNN.

00:14:31.660 Now, as you know, I don't get my news from CNN, the same reason I don't drink out of the toilet.

00:14:36.320 But Aaron Burnett, who's literally brainless, is interviewing Van Jones on this.

00:14:45.140 And they imply that the facts of this case, Lisa Cook's case, are incorrect when the facts are indisputable.

00:14:53.980 Now, I'd seen a guy on Bloomberg previously accuse Bill Polk of using proprietary information.

00:15:00.040 No, all of these facts regarding Lisa Cook are online.

00:15:03.620 Any American can go look them up.

00:15:05.760 The fact that she lied, you can see her signatures.

00:15:08.660 They match two weeks apart.

00:15:10.860 So then to make the thing even worse, Van Jones comes on and says, these Republicans need to be careful because if they use these weaponization tactics on Democrats today, when the Democrats get back in, they could use them on the Republicans.

00:15:28.900 Van, what planet have you been living on?

00:15:31.580 You and your friends, Comey, Biden, Rice, Brennan, Mueller, Rosenstein, all of these people got busted, falsifying an entire criminal conspiracy that didn't exist.

00:15:47.780 You already tried to destroy us.

00:15:49.680 And now, when you're under scrutiny for actual crimes performed by Democrats, you don't like it?

00:15:55.880 Van, they should look up your mortgages this afternoon.

00:15:58.520 What you mentioned about Pulte is absolutely brilliant because he posts, if you don't follow him on Twitter, I think his Twitter is just at Pulte. 0.59

00:16:05.960 He posts literally the Zillow listing, which is public information of this idiot listing her place for rent two weeks after she obtained the mortgage for it. 0.55

00:16:16.960 Like you said, public information for these journalists to go do diligence. 0.99

00:16:21.400 But they don't because they don't care.

00:16:22.980 They don't care about where the facts lead.

00:16:24.620 They have an agenda, and that's what they want to push.

00:16:27.380 But Kash Patel, somebody's got to do something about this. 0.98

00:16:31.240 Pam Bondi, they had no problem going to get Peter Navarro in an airport in leg irons because he didn't appear before a bullshit committee. 0.93

00:16:39.540 This is a real crime that any other American, Roger Stone, John Fawcett, gets brought in right away for. 0.89

00:16:45.420 If you owe $1,000 on your taxes, they can come and get you.

00:16:49.320 Yet these people, it doesn't matter, Adam Schiff, another one committing mortgage fraud, Big Tish James, another one committing mortgage fraud.

00:16:56.840 They have the evidence.

00:16:58.180 What the hell are they waiting for?

00:17:00.000 No, I think you raised an excellent question, although I must admit I'm always impressed by Adam Schiff's ability to lie with a straight face.

00:17:07.560 Yeah. 0.99

00:17:08.080 I saw him on with that brainless twit, Kristen Welker, the other day. 1.00

00:17:12.640 She's another moron. 1.00

00:17:13.680 If her IQ is one point lower, you'd have to water her like a plant. 1.00

00:17:18.660 But she's interviewing Adam Schiff and he says, oh, none of it's none of it's true.

00:17:23.540 It's all made up.

00:17:24.540 Adam, we can see the records online.

00:17:27.020 You said your condo in Burbank, which, by the way, could not accommodate a family of four, is your principal legal residence.

00:17:35.740 You got a California state tax break.

00:17:37.660 You got a lower mortgage rate.

00:17:39.000 You got a lower insurance rate.

00:17:40.200 Then you said your home in Potomac, Maryland, is your principal legal residence.

00:17:45.680 Refinanced that one four times.

00:17:47.800 Each time you said the same thing.

00:17:49.600 Now, they can't both be your principal legal residence.

00:17:52.500 So it's not made up.

00:17:53.520 It's 100 percent true.

00:17:54.940 You just think you with your pencil neck and your watermelon head.

00:17:59.200 You think for some odd reason you're above the law. 0.93

00:18:03.600 I know you have those crazy eyes, those kind of those those crystal meth eyes that you and AOC have. 0.62

00:18:11.120 But that is not going to present you, prevent you from being prosecuted like average Americans. 0.97

00:18:17.280 If anyone else did what you did, they'd be in jail right now.

00:18:22.100 What are they waiting for?

00:18:23.520 What what what are they waiting for to go after Adam Schiff for his lies on the Russia collusion, his leaking of classified documents, his mortgage fraud?

00:18:31.460 What what's the holdup, Roger?

00:18:33.360 I wish I wish I knew.

00:18:35.280 I mean, I do hear from credible sources that there is a grand jury, multiple grand juries that are hearing this testimony.

00:18:42.720 I hope that that is right.

00:18:44.620 One of Stone's most important rules, John, use power or lose power, use power or lose power.

00:18:51.700 I think it's rule 131.

00:18:54.340 Yeah, they've got to stop sitting on their hands, Roger.

00:18:56.720 It's really if you're ready for you and I to sit here and to realize that time is just ticking, time is just ticking.

00:19:03.880 They have midterm elections coming up in just over a year. 0.98

00:19:08.040 Who knows if they're going to win them because the Republicans are dumber than than, you know, I won't even say it. 0.98

00:19:14.360 But who knows what's going to happen in the next six months? 0.98

00:19:18.080 Who knows what's going to happen in the next year?

00:19:20.420 Yet it seems the Republicans and it's not Donald Trump because Donald Trump is the only one who's working.

00:19:26.200 It's Mike Johnson.

00:19:27.140 It's Kash Patel.

00:19:28.180 It's Pam Bondi.

00:19:29.860 What have we really seen come out of this cabinet aside from Tulsi Gabbard and Donald Trump?

00:19:35.960 Yeah, no, I think this is why Bill Pulte is a standout.

00:19:39.240 I mean, Bill Pulte is being attacked in the Wall Street Journal and Politico editorials yesterday in Bloomberg.

00:19:46.420 This shows that he's over the target.

00:19:48.100 What is he doing other than his job?

00:19:50.900 He has not made any assertion in public or in his referral letters to the department that is incorrect or false.

00:19:59.200 And again, thousands of people are prosecuted for these crimes every day.

00:20:04.140 It's not just Republicans.

00:20:05.180 It's not just Democrats.

00:20:06.440 It's not just well-known elitist liberals.

00:20:08.960 So it'll be interesting to see the president's lawyers since Lisa Cobb, the Federal Reserve board member who's busted for mortgage fraud, is suing Trump in D.C.

00:20:22.480 Trump's lawyers need to move to recuse the judge on the basis that they're sorority sisters. 1.00

00:20:29.260 But there needs to be an immediate federal investigation into this woman, Angela Caesar, who is the clerk.

00:20:36.620 I'm sorry.

00:20:37.400 She either shows you evidence of a random draw, which does not exist, or she needs to go to jail. 1.00

00:20:43.680 Yeah, it never does exist.

00:20:44.900 It never does exist.

00:20:46.320 Earlier this morning, President Trump pulled a Secret Service detail for Kamala Harris, I think long overdue.

00:20:51.600 So it's nice to see.

00:20:53.520 But like I've said, Roger, he's the only one who is doing absolute anything.

00:20:57.460 But he's a one-man team.

00:20:58.640 He can't do everything on his own.

00:21:01.380 We need to start seeing things change around Washington, D.C., don't you think?

00:21:06.300 Well, I think you're being a little harsh.

00:21:08.600 The president, Bill Pote, and, of course, Tulsi Gabbard, who has accomplished more in a few months than imaginable.

00:21:17.600 People don't really understand the significance of John Bolton.

00:21:21.560 You see, John Bolton talked the president out of declassifying the crossfire hurricane documents when he was a national security advisor.

00:21:30.720 He told him that releasing these documents would put U.S. intelligence agents' lives in danger. 0.99

00:21:37.640 That's bullshit. 0.98

00:21:38.880 He also said this is going to upset our allies. 0.99

00:21:41.400 Well, if our allies were involved in trying to topple a U.S. president, they should be embarrassed.

00:21:47.120 In fact, they should have all their federal aid cut off.

00:21:50.180 But he persuaded the president not to do that.

00:21:53.640 Then at the end of his term, Rick Grinnell, who was the acting director of national intelligence, ordered that these same documents be declassified.

00:22:03.680 And the bureaucrats simply refused to do it. 1.00

00:22:06.420 So now, thanks only to the persistence and the courage of Tulsi Gabbard, it's all out there.

00:22:13.400 Hillary knew about the operation before, and she approved it.

00:22:17.280 These are in the words of her own aides.

00:22:19.440 Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Susan Rice, James Clapper, John Brennan, they're all in the room.

00:22:25.680 This makes them all targets for the grand jury.

00:22:28.700 They may think that they're going to escape.

00:22:31.660 I don't think so.

00:22:32.820 John Brennan, my information, I think it's accurate.

00:22:35.400 He's on the lam.

00:22:36.380 He's already left the country.

00:22:37.660 My guess is that he will disappear soon because he knows two things.

00:22:42.640 His indictment is coming.

00:22:44.120 He's going to be charged seditious conspiracy to commit treason.

00:22:47.320 And he knows what the penalty for treason is.

00:22:50.560 Where do they bring these charges?

00:22:52.120 Because clearly, D.C. has a very big problem with the judge pool.

00:22:55.620 Where do you think they bring these charges?

00:22:56.620 Well, that's because it is a continuing conspiracy.

00:22:59.640 In other words, it began in 2016.

00:23:01.920 It continues into 2017.

00:23:04.380 As Tulsi Gabbard is going to prove very shortly, I believe it continued into the 2020 elections.

00:23:09.700 It continues with the unconstitutional appointment of Jack Smith.

00:23:13.300 It continues with the raid in Mar-a-Lago.

00:23:15.260 Therefore, the trial will be in Fort Pierce, Florida.

00:23:18.480 That's where the trial will be.

00:23:19.620 A place, by the way, that all those people can actually get a fair trial. 0.66

00:23:24.420 You get a fair judge.

00:23:25.720 You get a fair jury.

00:23:26.980 Unlike the District of Columbia, where there is not a single honest judge, not one.

00:23:32.760 There's a zero chance of getting an honestly drawn jury.

00:23:37.300 I know about this firsthand.

00:23:39.100 Trust me.

00:23:39.480 Speaking of Jack Smith, they've got an investigation going on into him where his lawyers just responded.

00:23:52.460 It's from a federal watchdog group.

00:23:55.200 He said they say the allegations are imaginary and unfounded.

00:23:59.280 Jack Smith went on the greatest witch hunt, Roger.

00:24:02.720 I may say even bigger than the Russia collusion, which was big.

00:24:07.320 They're investigating Jack Smith for the wrongs.

00:24:09.480 I think General Flynn and others have turned over to the Justice Department absolutely irrefutable evidence that Jack Smith was soliciting and getting bribes when he was at the Hague.

00:24:20.940 This is what he should be investigated for.

00:24:22.860 This is what he should be charged for.

00:24:24.360 This is what he should be convicted for.

00:24:26.080 This is what he should be incarcerated for.

00:24:27.640 Not imagining this.

00:24:28.960 It's not baseless.

00:24:30.380 The evidence is indisputable.

00:24:32.680 Once again, our Justice Department is investigating Jack Smith for the wrong crime.

00:24:37.300 Who is doing this investigation?

00:24:43.360 No one.

00:24:44.120 That's precisely the problem.

00:24:45.800 The evidence has been handed over to the Justice Department.

00:24:48.640 You should get General Flynn on.

00:24:49.900 He can speak to this extensively.

00:24:51.100 We have absolute irrefutable evidence that Jack Smith was soliciting bribes from people in Bosnia and others in Eastern Europe saying, if you don't pay me off, I'm going to charge you in this international court.

00:25:05.360 You're going to prison.

00:25:06.060 This guy is the most stone-cold criminal that ever lived, and it's right there.

00:25:12.060 It's an easy, easy indictment and conviction. 0.77

00:25:15.940 They're not even looking at it.

00:25:17.720 Let me ask you something, Roger. 1.00

00:25:18.960 Are the Democrats just dumb or brazen? 0.97

00:25:22.160 Based on the fact that every single person they had come forward, every single person they had do an investigation, every single member of Congress or senator come forward with Russia collusion has some sort of checkered past, some sort of skeletons in the closet. 0.98

00:25:37.560 Not one of these people, Roger, who has investigated President Trump, checks out clean, Robert Mueller to name one, Jack Smith to name another, James Comey, Clapper, Brennan, whatever, whoever you laid down the list, these people have some sort of checkered past. 0.61

00:25:53.160 Not one of these people, in my opinion, could pass a friggin' regular background check. 0.97

00:25:58.200 That's because they're demons, John. 0.98

00:26:00.060 These people are not mortal. 0.82

00:26:01.840 They're demons. 1.00

00:26:03.140 They're epically corrupt. 0.99

00:26:04.080 Let's take John Brennan, because I think it's important. 0.97

00:26:06.000 No, he's an admitted communist.

00:26:08.400 It's not me saying it.

00:26:09.340 He said it while under a federal polygraph examination.

00:26:15.040 He signed the visas for four of the men they tell us attacked America on 9-11 when he was the station chief in Riyadh.

00:26:25.080 He converted to radical Wahhabism in a ritual while there.

00:26:30.880 If you're listening, Mr. Brennan, sue me.

00:26:32.900 Please sue me.

00:26:33.600 My lawyers are very anxious to question you under oath.

00:26:37.140 When will that be?

00:26:38.100 Never.

00:26:39.200 He also got caught red-handed spying on a Senate committee that was investigating his use of torture. 1.00

00:26:47.280 He's an arrogant son of a bitch, but he's on the lam because he's a wanted man. 0.99

00:26:52.640 This may end up having to be a citizen's arrest. 1.00

00:26:55.120 Who knows?

00:26:55.640 But this guy's going down one way or another.

00:26:57.940 There's a few citizen's arrests that I think need to happen.

00:27:01.280 We'll talk about one particular at the end of the show that I want to get your take on.

00:27:05.080 Let's turn to some politics, Roger.

00:27:06.700 President Trump tweeting out yesterday about the possibility of having an RNC convention before the 2026 midterm elections.

00:27:13.820 I guess it would be, to put it nicely, to bail out the lazy, weak-kneed Republicans who need to be dragged across the finish line, yet once again, one more time by President Trump before he retires at the end of his term.

00:27:26.680 And your thoughts on it?

00:27:29.120 Well, I think it's actually a very good idea because it would be a media extravaganza, and it would be an opportunity to show people the accomplishments of this administration.

00:27:38.520 I was watching, as painful as it is, MSNBC the other night, and I saw Claire McGaskill.

00:27:44.340 Now, she was ignominiously defeated by the people of Missouri.

00:27:48.360 They rejected her.

00:27:49.340 They don't like her.

00:27:50.320 They don't like her at all. 1.00

00:27:51.580 They tossed her ass out. 1.00

00:27:52.920 But she said that the Epstein scandal, the scandal involving Bill and Hillary Clinton, the scandal involving former Senate Majority Leader George Mitchell, the one, you know, where Larry Summers, the Treasury Secretary, makes various trips to Epstein's Island for his parties, that scandal, that this is a distraction from the collapsing economy of Donald Trump. 1.00

00:28:19.380 Is this woman mentally deranged? 1.00

00:28:21.700 Can she not read? 1.00

00:28:23.400 What's her problem?

00:28:24.860 You see why the people of Missouri sent her packing?

00:28:27.840 She probably can't even go back there. 1.00

00:28:29.480 She's so hated.

00:28:30.640 But this is who MSNBC puts on the air.

00:28:33.720 Now they're changing their name from MSNBC to MSNOW.

00:28:37.860 That's not going to fool anybody. 1.00

00:28:39.620 Everything you say is bullshit. 0.99

00:28:41.540 Nothing they say on MSNBC is either true or accurate. 1.00

00:28:45.420 Their individual hosts need to be relentlessly mocked for stupidity. 1.00

00:28:49.880 Yeah, and the mainstream media, Roger, has been complicit all along the way in just the garbage spewed upon the American people. 1.00

00:28:59.080 Who can hold these people accountable? 0.98

00:29:01.100 I mean, the viewers clearly don't, who still tune into the garbage. 0.98

00:29:04.140 Who's going to hold these people accountable for the lies and treason that they've spewed for the last 10 years? 0.97

00:29:08.800 Well, first of all, I think they were held accountable in the last election.

00:29:11.860 We both understood Trump's return to the White House was an impossibility.

00:29:15.680 There was zero chance that was going to happen. 1.00

00:29:18.340 They spewed their bullshit throughout the campaign. 0.99

00:29:20.800 Now, this whole new narrative that the Republicans shouldn't be mean to us because when we get back into the power, we're going to pay them back. 1.00

00:29:28.680 John, they tried to send me to jail for seven to nine years for lying under oath about Russian collusion that never actually happened.

00:29:36.380 They tried to send General Flynn to jail for a conversation with the with the ambassador to Russia in which he did not discuss sanctions.

00:29:45.340 Just to be very clear, the James Clapper, his successor, he spoke to the Russian intelligence, the Russian ambassador for he was sworn in.

00:29:56.060 Susan Rice, she spoke to the Russian ambassador before she was sworn in.

00:29:59.880 But nobody charged them.

00:30:01.160 It's a new day, John.

00:30:03.960 I don't think they continue to get away with much.

00:30:07.180 Look at their ratings.

00:30:08.380 They're in the toilet.

00:30:09.620 No one's watching.

00:30:10.780 No one's watching CNN.

00:30:12.760 Jake Tapper has soiled himself beyond anything I've ever seen.

00:30:16.680 Jake, you knew the entire time that Joe Biden was non-complish mentis.

00:30:21.500 You knew all along. 0.82

00:30:23.060 You chastised Laura Trump when she tried to say it, although she humiliated you because you're such a girly man.

00:30:31.160 But now you've written a hit book saying that Joe Biden was around the bend.

00:30:36.920 You know it then.

00:30:37.760 Why didn't you see it then?

00:30:39.060 You shouldn't even be able to go out in public with your record.

00:30:42.180 It's embarrassed. 1.00

00:30:42.960 You're an embarrassment. 1.00

00:30:44.020 It's an embarrassment. 0.99

00:30:44.780 Let's turn to, before we wrap, Roger, RFK over at HHS and the CDC director.

00:30:52.320 Another one being fired, let go, refusing to leave, doesn't agree with RFK Jr.

00:30:58.340 Wasn't President Trump's first pick.

00:31:00.000 Last pick didn't, of course, have Senate approval because of, I think it was Bill Cassidy who handpicked this one.

00:31:08.680 What's going on here?

00:31:12.520 I think RFK is doing an amazing job.

00:31:15.180 He's done away with this childhood requirement for COVID-19 vaccinations.

00:31:20.520 This woman, Susan Monterey, you better look at the track record of your lawyer, Abby Lowell, because you're done.

00:31:28.460 You're completely finished.

00:31:29.600 And, by the way, if she refuses to leave the office, this is where you send federal marshals in to grab her and throw her out in the street. 0.93

00:31:36.780 And you lock her out of the computer and out of the office.

00:31:39.140 That's the way it works.

00:31:41.520 They may not have realized that we had an election.

00:31:44.320 So I think that the people at CDC don't like it because they can't read for the script written for them by Big Pharma.

00:31:52.240 Again, you people lost the election.

00:31:54.580 You're leaving.

00:31:55.320 If you don't want to leave, we'll accompany you to the door.

00:31:58.060 Yeah, it doesn't get much simpler than that.

00:32:00.560 You had mentioned the Epstein stuff.

00:32:02.080 Do you think that's said and done?

00:32:04.040 Do you think we get any more information about that?

00:32:07.120 Any more people involved?

00:32:07.820 It's unfortunate that two Democrat federal judges, one in Florida, one in New York, refused to release the grand jury testimony regarding a man who's dead and therefore has no rights.

00:32:19.460 But we know that they're covering up for Bill Clinton.

00:32:21.540 So this idea that Bill Clinton never went to the island, according to Maxwell, put a lie detector test on or put a polygraph on that one.

00:32:32.220 Look at the sworn testimony of Virginia Roberts-Dufresne.

00:32:36.760 Bill was on the island four times.

00:32:39.140 Jeffrey Epstein imported two 16-year-olds from New York specifically for Bill's amusement.

00:32:44.600 Bill, what will happen when you are subpoenaed to the Congress?

00:32:48.160 If you don't show up for that subpoena, well, then like Steve Bannon, like Peter Navarro, you need to be arrested and put in jail.

00:32:56.740 See, we have one tier of justice now.

00:33:00.440 No two-tier justice stuff.

00:33:02.020 Bill Clinton's got a subpoena.

00:33:03.560 So does Kenkels, his wife.

00:33:05.680 They need to show up or they need to be arrested.

00:33:09.220 Yeah, that's before House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, who I think, I don't know your opinion on him, Roger,

00:33:14.320 but I think he's doing a hell of a job given the circumstances he's dealt with.

00:33:18.940 I met with him a few months back.

00:33:21.380 He wants to do the job, but from what I got from him, there's people who are blocking him, and it's not Democrats, it's Republicans.

00:33:28.960 Well, I mean, that is a larger problem.

00:33:31.280 They're going to have to get a lot tougher about the elections.

00:33:33.760 I mean, I'll give you a brief example.

00:33:35.140 Kathy Castor in the 13th District of Florida did not win her seat.

00:33:38.800 They counted 54,000 mail-in ballots that have no date of birth and no Social Security.

00:33:44.740 This is how it works.

00:33:46.200 You go to the House Administration Committee, we have a vote.

00:33:48.880 They vote to unseat her. 0.98

00:33:50.360 Now someone on the floor says, I move to unseat Kathy Castor. 0.99

00:33:53.420 Is there a second?

00:33:54.300 There's a second.

00:33:55.320 And you vote.

00:33:56.080 That's it.

00:33:56.680 She's out.

00:33:57.520 She didn't win the election.

00:33:59.120 The Congress people who represent Orange County, California, where more people voted than are registered to vote.

00:34:06.220 Very simple.

00:34:06.920 You unseat them on the House.

00:34:09.420 The House is the final arbiter who is seated.

00:34:12.220 So, Speaker Johnson, please, my friend, grow a set.

00:34:16.780 Unseat these people.

00:34:18.080 They were not legally seated.

00:34:20.540 That brings me to my final question here.

00:34:23.300 President Trump last week tweeted out that he wants election reform.

00:34:26.520 He wants mail-in ballots, paper ballots, and he wants the machines gone.

00:34:29.520 But then he tweeted out to the Republicans to get it done.

00:34:33.300 Can he do this as President of the United States?

00:34:34.920 It's something that we all want to see.

00:34:36.540 It's something that people lost their jobs over.

00:34:38.900 Lou Dobbs was fired over.

00:34:40.280 Tucker Carlson was fired over.

00:34:42.080 Mike Lindell was sued into an oblivion over.

00:34:44.900 I mean, people lost everything they have, every penny they had, their livelihoods, their jobs over these election companies who will not show the proprietary software that they use, don't have to show anything they use.

00:34:58.280 Private companies running the most important elections in the world just doesn't seem right to me.

00:35:04.100 It doesn't seem kosher, Roger.

00:35:06.140 Well, there's a couple of points.

00:35:08.420 First of all, elections are not regulated by the federal government.

00:35:11.840 They're regulated by the states.

00:35:13.200 Right.

00:35:13.760 So I don't know if the president has this authority.

00:35:15.920 I appreciate the spirit of what he's trying to do, but it's the states who have to make these changes.

00:35:20.180 However, the bad news for them is Tulsi Gabbard is on the case.

00:35:24.160 There's a working group there.

00:35:25.400 They're looking at classified documents regarding the integrity of these machines.

00:35:29.900 Stay tuned.

00:35:31.060 Yeah, I think there's I mean, there's more than enough there to get rid of these things.

00:35:35.040 And if the Democrats are against it, Roger, it means that the Republicans, as you said earlier, are over the target.

00:35:41.320 You, Roger, as always, get the last word here.

00:35:43.800 I'd like to talk to you on a Friday.

00:35:45.800 No better day to talk to Roger Stone than a Friday, although every day is a good day.

00:35:49.420 So I just want to remind folks that you can hear my show every day at 8 p.m. Eastern at 77 W.A.B.C. Radio in New York.

00:35:59.400 So you go to W.A.B.C. Radio dot com, W.A.B.C. Radio dot com.

00:36:04.640 You can hear my show at 8 p.m. Eastern every weeknight in real time.

00:36:09.400 Now, if you can't make that, it's also posted at that same address, W.A.B.C. Radio dot com.

00:36:15.100 Check it out.

00:36:15.880 We talk politics.

00:36:16.880 It's a pretty hot show.

00:36:18.240 I think you'll like it.

00:36:19.120 And beyond that, go to StoneZone dot com.

00:36:22.580 You can get all my books.

00:36:23.860 My birthday was this past Wednesday, August 27th.

00:36:27.580 The same day as the greatest single corrupt and evil president of the United States, Lyndon Baines Johnson.

00:36:33.500 We share a birthday.
