00:00:21.740 Over on Capitol Hill today, former special counsel and junkyard jackal Jack Smith sat for testimony before the House Judiciary Committee.
00:00:28.660 Now, Jack Smith's got some questions to answer, and he was there to talk about the alleged efforts to interfere with President Trump's 2024 election.
00:00:40.120 In 2023, Jack Smith, of course, indicted President Trump.
00:00:43.420 37 federal counts on Miami for lawfully storing presidential records at his Mar-a-Lago estate, which was protected by Secret Service agents.
00:00:51.480 And then in a separate Washington, D.C. case, Jack Smith indicted President Trump.
00:00:54.800 Now, four counts, conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.
