00:01:14.940 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs. Welcome to The Great America Show. Thanks for being with us.

00:01:23.500 The Biden 2024 campaign is in shambles. Joe Biden is learning quickly. There's no basement in the

00:01:29.640 White House for him to hide in this campaign year. If he were to go into the basement in the White

00:01:34.880 House, he just might find himself somewhere near the press briefing room. And we all know he's being

00:01:40.000 kept as far away from that room as possible. The puppet president in South Carolina over the weekend

00:01:46.240 making a rare appearance at a campaign event. It was there that Biden forgot he was president of the

00:01:53.060 United States. That's right. Biden thinking that President Trump was already president or still

00:01:59.660 president. Hard to know which. But take a listen to Biden. Clearly lost and clearly confused.

00:02:05.940 That American consumers are facing real confidence in their economy we're building.

00:02:11.920 Let me tell you who else is noticing that. Donald Trump. Did you see what he recently said about

00:02:18.060 that he wants to see the economy crash this year? A sitting president.

00:02:26.460 As he said in my face, bless me, Father.

00:02:28.400 Biden was referring to a conversation I had on Lou Dobbs with President Trump two months ago

00:02:34.100 regarding the economy. Please listen to what President Trump really said with full context.

00:02:41.280 We have an economy that's incredible. We have an economy that's so fragile. And the only reason

00:02:47.280 it's running now is it's running off the fumes of what we did, what the Trump administration. It's just

00:02:52.080 running off the fumes. And when there's a crash, I hope it's going to be during this next 12

00:02:58.100 months. Because I don't want to be Herbert Hoover.

00:03:01.400 Of course, President Trump was referring to the stock market crash of 1929, marking the start of

00:03:07.720 the Great Depression. And the mainstream media, what did they do? They took that and misled the

00:03:12.940 American people with a crooked headline. Be sure to catch us weeknights at 7 p.m. Eastern, 0.80

00:03:19.280 6 central for Lou Dobbs tonight on Rumble.com. Lou Dobbs. Well, if you're tuned into the Great

00:03:26.660 America show today from the country of Mexico, you should know the cartel run border is open.

00:03:33.020 And if you want to come on up, Biden wants you to know you can just walk right on in as long as you

00:03:38.780 pay the cartels off. At least that's what rhino sellout Senator James Lankford is telling all

00:03:45.020 illegals waiting to enter the country. According to his proposed border bill, Lankford on Fox News

00:03:51.120 Sunday tried to blame the Republicans who want to secure a border. At least that's what he tried to

00:03:57.240 do. Here he is.

00:03:59.240 Hear it. Right now there's internet rumors is all that people are running on. It would be absolutely

00:04:03.600 absurd for me to agree to 5,000 people a day. This bill focuses on getting us to zero illegal

00:04:10.620 crossings a day. There's no amnesty. It increases the number of Border Patrol agents, increases asylum

00:04:15.720 officers. It increases detention beds so we can quickly detain and then deport individuals. It

00:04:21.600 ends catch and release. It focuses on additional deportation flights out. It changes our asylum

00:04:27.780 process so that people get a fast asylum screening at a higher standard and then get returned back to

00:04:33.260 their home country. This is not about letting 5,000 people in a day. This is the most misunderstood

00:04:38.160 section of this proposal. And let me tell you briefly what it is. In the last four months,

00:04:44.360 we've had seven days, in four months, we've had seven days that we had less than 5,000 people.

00:04:51.160 This is set up for if you have a rush of people coming at the border, the border closes down,

00:04:56.760 no one gets in. This is not someone standing at the border with a little clicker saying,

00:05:01.280 I'm going to let one more in. We're at 4,999 and then it has to stop. It is a shutdown of the border

00:05:07.040 and everyone actually gets turned around. That's the focus that we have right now is how do we

00:05:11.960 actually intervene in this administration and turn people around, not let people in?

00:05:17.120 What you heard there is a man lying through his teeth. First, he called it an internet rumor that

00:05:21.940 he wanted to allow 5,000 illegals in a day, each and every day. But less than a minute later,

00:05:28.040 admits that the rhino bill will indeed allow 5,000 plus illegals in each day. And then there's amnesty for

00:05:36.480 all. Lankford, folks, is bad news, a creepy, phony rhino disgrace. It didn't take the Oklahoma 0.98

00:05:43.660 Republican Party long to figure him out, just how bad their senator was. Over the weekend, the Oklahoma

00:05:49.500 Republican State Committee introduced a resolution condemning and censuring Senator Lankford's

00:05:55.420 open border deal. Talk about an embarrassing moment for the fraud Lankford. The resolution says

00:06:02.300 Lankford has been playing fast and loose with the Democrats that his border bill would disenfranchise

00:06:07.840 legal immigrants and put the safety and security of all Americans in great danger. And Greg Abbott 1.00

00:06:14.220 and the great state of Texas making it clear to the Biden regime that they refuse to play games.

00:06:20.520 They want their state's border secure. They're willing to go to war with Biden's regime to secure it.

00:06:26.420 Biden heeded the governor's warning and has said they will not cut down the wiring along that

00:06:31.640 southern border in Texas. Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick says it's good the Biden regime chose

00:06:37.780 to stand down because Texas has lots more wire ready to go.

00:06:43.680 I thought, is Joe Biden really going to come down here and confront them? Well, the answer is no.

00:06:48.580 And the answer is they've decided not to cut the wire. And as I said earlier today, that they can cut it

00:06:54.700 all day long. They're going to have to bring a lot of wire cutters because we have a lot of wire.

00:06:59.460 So we said no. And I'm glad that they don't want a confrontation. I'm glad they're standing down.

00:07:05.500 It's it's good news. Texas stood tall. And real quick, Trace, to give you a sense of how it's

00:07:09.880 working. And that's why it would have been foolish for them to come. Four months ago, about 3,000 people

00:07:15.000 a day were coming over right where I was on Eagle Pass today, where the fence is. Today, when I left at

00:07:21.540 three or four o'clock, no one had crossed. 3,000, no one.

00:07:25.100 As you heard from Dan Patrick, the makeshift wire border wall is working. Just imagine the wonders

00:07:31.100 an actual wall would do. Our guest today is a former director of Immigrations and Customs

00:07:36.540 Enforcement under President Trump, Tom Holman. Tom, it's great to have you back with us on the

00:07:41.600 Great America Show. Let's start right now where we are, this administration bringing in illegals by 1.00

00:07:47.920 the millions and now wants amnesty for them to boot. Plus two million more every year after that.

00:07:55.680 And they want a new piece of legislation to do it all. I mean, does anybody buy their bull?

00:08:02.640 Well, it seems like a few people up in the hill are buying it, but Tom Holman's not going to buy it.

00:08:06.920 I did it for 30 years. Look, the numbers right now between five and six thousand days. And what

00:08:12.040 they're going to do, they're still going to get seven, eight, nine thousand days. They just increase

00:08:16.080 those that bring to a port of entry that they don't count as an illegal entry, right? So the

00:08:21.120 only deal out there that makes sense to me is HR2. Yeah, for the House bill. And I agree, but

00:08:28.680 you know, that's not going to happen because it actually does something to secure the border.

00:08:33.380 And the left is never going to go with that. And what I love is that James Langford, that senator

00:08:39.860 from Oklahoma, he just got censured by the Republican Party of Oklahoma for being lower than a snake's belly.

00:08:51.740 The guy is an ordained minister, I think, but he missed some theology lessons, I'm guaranteeing you.

00:08:59.060 And he missed a lot of integrity lessons. He's out trying to sell amnesty to people. It's just

00:09:05.720 the ignorance of Mitch McConnell and these guys in that Senate, but Langford trying to sell this to

00:09:13.180 the House. Do you think Mike Johnson will buy this bull?

00:09:16.680 He better not. He better not. Look, I said the other day, I did a show today, I said, Langford,

00:09:22.960 who's he negotiating with? He said, don't talk to Alejandro Mayorkas. That's like negotiating with a

00:09:28.800 terrorist about, you know, how to put out a fire. We can't be doing that. And we got this,

00:09:35.720 why does he have it? What's his knowledge and experience with immigration-related

00:09:40.340 legislation? I don't know if he's even the point guy. But Mike Johnson better not go for it,

00:09:45.600 because I think the Freedom Caucus and most of the Republican Party in the House agrees with me

00:09:51.860 that HR2 works. And it's not a matter of, will it work? We know it works, because most of it's Trump's

00:09:56.960 policies. We've proven it's effective. So we shouldn't negotiate against ourselves.

00:10:01.000 We should put HR2. And I tell you, I am so, I'm at the point now, shut it down. Shut it down.

00:10:06.340 We can't get HR2. At what point is it enough to shut it down? When we got over 300 people at the

00:10:11.940 terrorist watch this on the southern border, we got 112,000 dead American fentanyl. We got 1,700 dead

00:10:17.620 migrants in U.S. soil. We got a 600% increase in child and female sex trafficking across the border.

00:10:23.260 When is it time to shut it down?

00:10:26.360 You couldn't be more right. And Mitch McConnell instead is talking about amnesty. He's pushing

00:10:34.180 it. He pushed Langford out. Langford is such a tool. I cannot get over him being this stupid

00:10:40.620 individually. I knew that he was a rhino, but a stupid rhino allowing himself to have this blazing 1.00

00:10:47.200 across his forehead that he's a traitor to both the Republican Party and the country 1.00

00:10:51.460 is outrageous what we're seeing. I don't know where this goes, but I do know this, that 0.82

00:10:59.280 we're looking at two articles of impeachment revealed today for Mayorkas in the House.

00:11:07.320 They're very serious about impeaching him, and it looks like it's going to happen just ahead

00:11:13.760 of what will be the Biden impeachment. Mayorkas lying through his teeth day after day after day

00:11:21.220 about a secure border and no one does anything. My assumption is, Tom, the man is, he and Biden

00:11:29.040 both are getting a cut from the cartels because I don't see any other way to explain it. Do you?

00:11:34.380 In 2014 and 2015, he was deputy secretary of Jay Johnson, and he knows we had a family surge

00:11:40.120 back then. He knows how we stopped it. So now as a secretary, what is he doing? He's not

00:11:44.540 toting him. He's not detaining. They're not seeing the judge, and ICE isn't even looking for him.

00:11:49.220 He's not looking for him. He's doing the complete opposite of what he knows worked in 2014, 2015.

00:11:57.040 What do you think? I tell everybody, in my judgment, the Biden administration would have

00:12:06.040 to enforce the border security effectively, and then really turned over the border to the

00:12:13.960 Mexican drug cartels. They are in control, in my opinion, on both sides of that border,

00:12:20.860 all 2,000 miles of it. What do you think?

00:12:25.020 I think I agree that the Mexican criminal cartels have operational control of our southern border.

00:12:31.900 They decide what comes in, who comes in, where it comes in, and when it comes in.

00:12:37.520 And that's just not my opinion based on three days. If you talk to most chief patrol agents who are

00:12:42.420 brave enough to speak out, they'll try the same thing. Matter of fact, one chief patrol agent used

00:12:46.640 a term with me, broken arrow. He says, Tom, I can't contain what's coming across. I may be catching

00:12:51.940 10%. So yeah, the criminal cartels, they have operational control over our southern border,

00:12:56.080 and this administration handed it to them. You know, no one celebrated this election when the cartels,

00:13:00.960 because based on Joe Biden's promises during the campaign, they knew they were back in business.

00:13:05.520 Yeah, it's just so ugly. And the gutless wonders that we have in both the Senate and the House,

00:13:13.500 frankly. But those four border states, Greg Abbott stands up and absolutely tells the Biden

00:13:21.100 administration to go to hell. He's going to pursue the Article 4 invasion clause. He's going to defend

00:13:26.700 the state of Texas. I think the man is a hero of our times to do this. 25 states agree with him.

00:13:33.800 10 are sending their National Guardsmen down to help him to help the state of Texas defend the

00:13:39.900 border. Your thoughts?

00:13:42.080 100% behind Greg Abbott. He should be the Secretary of Homeland Security. He's done more security

00:13:47.780 in this border than anybody in this administration. Every ounce of cocaine, I mean, every ounce of

00:13:52.620 fentanyl or other drugs that trooper sees are less overdose deaths in the United States.

00:13:57.660 Every illegal man they arrest and trespassing is one less gotaway. At least they're getting

00:14:03.260 bent and we fingerprint and make sure they're not terrorists. I said, Greg Abbott has done more

00:14:06.820 to secure this border than anybody. And now he's declared an invasion. He has taken action on the

00:14:13.560 southern border. I stand behind him 100%. I tell him, go for it. Don't back down. I think he's doing

00:14:19.080 the right thing for the safety and security of not only Texas, but for the United States.

00:14:22.860 We're talking with Tom Holman, former director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

00:14:27.340 We're going to continue the discussion about why is the Biden administration begging China

00:14:33.940 to cut down the precursors and ingredients in fentanyl that they're shipping to the drug cartels

00:14:40.580 in Mexico? We'll take that up with Tom Holman here next. Stay with us. We're coming right back.

00:14:45.760 Lou Dobbs here. I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs Tonight has returned to

00:14:55.680 the air. That's right. Lou Dobbs Tonight is back. We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m. Eastern

00:15:04.400 and 6 p.m. Central on rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs. That's rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs. I hope you'll be

00:15:14.060 joining us for Lou Dobbs Tonight as our fight to save this country has only begun.

00:15:25.780 We're back now with Tom Holman and we're talking about border security, the Biden administration,

00:15:31.360 and just rank corruption across the four border states on the border and in those states. Tom,

00:15:38.400 I think it's interesting that Abbott gets all of this support from 25 states, but not any support

00:15:44.560 from New Mexico, Arizona, or California, the other three border states with Texas. Did it surprise you

00:15:53.000 at all? I said, yeah, I think Texas is going to be successful. These governors need to step up. I don't

00:16:00.340 care. I don't care you're a Democrat. I don't care what party you're affiliated with. If you don't think

00:16:04.460 this is the biggest national security vulnerability in this nation, then you're an idiot. You shouldn't 1.00

00:16:09.320 be a governor. I don't care what party you're from. So they better get ready because it's getting

00:16:13.120 worse. It's going to get worse. Yeah. You know, I have a strange feeling that Greg Abbott is going

00:16:21.280 to kick Joe Biden's butt. I think Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas overstepped when they retaliated to stop 0.99

00:16:30.200 the LNG gas exports because Abbott was securing the border. They overstepped. Actually, the Supreme

00:16:37.960 Court did the Joe Biden administration no favors when they sided with the Mexican drug cartels and the

00:16:47.520 Biden administration with that five to four vote. I think that there is no doubt so long as Abbott persists

00:16:54.320 and maintains his present stance. He will prevail, and this will look all the worse for Joe Biden,

00:17:01.460 and it will illuminate exactly who he, Mayorkas, and his administration really are. What do you think

00:17:07.900 of that idea? This is by design. Like I said, Alejandro Mayorkas knows how we closed the border down

00:17:13.820 before. We have HR2, which has proven effective. If it's really serious about shutting down the border,

00:17:18.920 we have a plan that we don't think is going to work. We know it's going to work because it worked

00:17:22.820 on the last administration. Mexico's going to take unprecedented action in a few months to get

00:17:28.820 those borders down. Then Mayorkas is going to take more to the port of entry, which means then he

00:17:34.480 can claim less illegal entries between the ports. Between what Mayorkas is a shell game and what

00:17:39.260 Mexico's about to do, they're going to try to fool the American people that the border is under 0.70

00:17:43.500 better control. Yeah. And, you know, we've already seen this work. The Summer of Love, riots, arson,

00:17:50.420 murders all across the country, burning federal courthouses, Antifa, Black Lives Matter. And guess

00:17:57.840 what? Miraculously, it all stopped in the fall like it never happened going into Election Day.

00:18:07.260 And I think you're right. We're going to see the same thing in Mexico on the border. I'm going to,

00:18:13.640 you know, I, I, unfortunately, I really think that the national news media would resolve this if they

00:18:21.180 had the guts to report what was really going on. This time, it's pretty clear. Everybody knows that

00:18:26.940 Biden is corrupt. Seventy percent of the people in this country know he's corrupt. And when they think 0.98

00:18:33.000 about all of the money that the Biden family got from Ukraine, from various other Eastern European

00:18:39.660 hellholes, if you will, and from China itself, millions from China, wonder, it's just, it's hard

00:18:49.940 not to wonder just how much money, how big the money is that the cartels are giving him to keep that

00:18:56.660 border wide open. It's the sums have to be enormous. What do you think?

00:19:02.660 Well, there's got to be a reason why we got over 100,000 Americans that died from fat and all

00:19:07.900 poisoning. That's, that's more deaths, American deaths than, than any terrorist organization

00:19:14.320 in the world is responsible for. Why hasn't the White House, why hasn't Joe Biden took an action

00:19:20.580 against China, knowing that the precursors come to China, demand action. He hasn't done a single

00:19:25.960 thing. If President Trump is in office, he would hold China accountable. He would hold Mexico

00:19:31.140 accountable. If they didn't take action, President Trump would. But this administration has done

00:19:35.760 nothing to slow down the fentanyl flow. In fact, I testified on the Hill two weeks ago,

00:19:41.280 the Democrats still pushed that most of fentanyl is smuggled in the United States by U.S. citizens

00:19:45.800 to the port of entry. That is a bunch of hogwash. I've been this for three decades. The criminal

00:19:49.920 cartels in Mexico are going to use a rather least resistance. Matter of fact, last month in several

00:19:55.180 different sectors, they pulled every single uniform off the line to process. You don't think

00:20:00.560 the criminal cartels had a field day with that. Even the Democrats on the Hill are, are supporting

00:20:05.780 this nonsense that U.S. citizens are smuggling the fentanyl in the United States. It's just

00:20:09.740 ridiculous. 1.00

00:20:11.340 Well, they're ridiculous. They're evil. They're violent. They're corrupt. And they are everywhere 1.00

00:20:17.240 in this country right now, or every state, as you well know. And as we said, they own the

00:20:23.020 border. We're talking with Tom Holman, the former director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

00:20:28.120 Tom, as we wrap up here, your concluding thoughts on what you think will happen in terms of the

00:20:37.940 impeachment of Alejandro Mayorkas. Do you think they'll be successful?

00:20:41.900 I don't think the Senate will vote for it. I think we have, there's even a few Republicans

00:20:46.800 in the House that are smiling right now. Sex trafficking is up 600 percent.

00:20:53.040 Criminal cartels are making billions of dollars. Criminal cartels now operate in over 40 countries.

00:20:56.980 They're in every major city of the United States. And the terrorist threat. He knows they've

00:21:02.760 arrested over 300 people off the terrorist watchers on the southern border in three years.

00:21:07.760 For Trump, we have 11 and four. For those actions alone, if they don't impeach them, there's

00:21:13.300 something very wrong with this system. And I hope and pray they do. I hope it's successful.

00:21:18.080 But I have my thoughts because, as you said earlier, we got some rhinos that care more about

00:21:23.040 getting reelected than doing the right thing for the American people.

00:21:26.620 And who knows? Maybe they are also getting a cut out of the deal. Tom, we thank you for being with

00:21:32.000 us. It's great to talk to you, my friend. Thanks for being with us. And God bless you. Tom Holman.

00:21:37.720 Thanks, Lou. I appreciate you.

00:21:38.960 Thanks, everybody, for being with us here today. Join us tomorrow for The Great America Show.

00:21:43.320 Our guest is J.R. Majewski. He's an America First candidate for Congress,
