00:00:07.320day in america thanks so much for being with us live tonight here for the great america show
00:00:12.140as always a delight to have you guys when you join us live and let us know once again as always
00:00:17.900where you're tuned in from if you're enjoying the show and if you are please be sure to hit
00:00:21.280that like subscribe follow comment button all of that good stuff and so much more we got a lot to
00:00:27.400talk about tonight after we got off air last night live for last night's show the supreme court
00:00:32.780decided they were going to break news it would have been nice if they would have just done it
00:00:35.560while we were on air and we could have you know talked about it as it was coming out but there's
00:00:40.780a lot to get to today a lot to dissect on what the supreme court has now ultimately allowed
00:00:45.460president trump to do what they're allowing president trump not to do and i think most
00:00:49.060importantly folks what it is stopping the marxist dems from doing because all of these executive
00:00:56.980orders all these supreme court rulings and hearings and everything that's got pushed up to
00:01:01.180the supreme court is to stop one simple thing the democrats from cheating and it seems to be that
00:01:08.520that's probably the hardest thing to do in america it's the hardest thing maybe to do in the world
00:01:13.100i think if you probably looked at a world peace i think you've probably got a better chance at
00:01:19.680getting that uh than you have for the democrats to quit their cheating whether it be the illegals
00:01:26.200they're bringing into this country to scam vote in elections, or whether it be the mail-in drop
00:01:30.760boxes that are literally on the street corners in the middle of big blue cities, in some cases
00:01:35.640in the middle of nowhere, for no one to even watch. I mean, we've all seen it. We've seen these
00:01:41.660things in street corners. I mean, we've all heard the stories. We've all read the stories. And we
00:01:47.800all know, most importantly, what happened and what took place in the 2020 election. The election was
00:01:53.640stolen from president trump election was stolen from the american people and we still have no
00:01:59.520answers of course than what happened that day that's perhaps my biggest gripe with the trump
00:02:05.820administration right now uh that these folks inside the administration uh have such a lackadaisy
00:02:12.960approach to telling the american people this is what the democrats did this is how they stole the
00:02:17.100election and this is how they're going to do it again because of course you're not going to get
00:02:22.220the democrats to stop lying and cheating and stealing now they've done it their entire lives
00:02:26.940but now we've caught them so let's get to that massive supreme court ruling that they
00:02:32.420had to conveniently put out after yesterday's show yesterday the supreme court upheld president
00:02:38.160trump's executive order restricting mail-in ballots ahead of the midterm elections now0.98
00:02:42.940earlier this month u.s district judge indira talwani who's an obama appointee expanded her
00:02:48.700previous block on president trump's executive order on this mail-in ballot voting boston-based
00:02:54.000judge previously blocked president trump's march 2025 executive order specifically attempting uh
00:03:00.040to stop um his creation of a federal voter list didn't want it to happen of course because then
00:03:08.080if you have a federal voter list the federal government can literally just go one by one
00:03:13.000this person's dead this person's not a citizen this person does not belong on the voter rolls
00:03:19.100which is why we did a show on this last week um you have these states who don't want to turn over
00:03:25.580their voter rolls they're refusing to turn over their voter rolls because of course it exposes0.97
00:03:30.040the marxist stems and they're stealing and the dead people they have voting in elections0.92
00:03:33.440we all know what's happening now fast forward a little bit to march of 2025 president trump0.99
00:03:40.100signed executive order 14248, preserving and protecting the integrity of American elections.
00:03:47.080And pretty much simply what they said was free, fair and honest elections unmarred by fraud,
00:03:51.440errors or suspicion are fundamental to maintaining our constitutional republic.
00:03:56.880The right of American citizens to have their votes properly counted and tabulated without
00:04:00.680illegal dilution is vital to determining the rightful winner of an election.
00:04:05.920That was written in the executive order. No lawyer terms, no terms in order to obfuscate and hide from the fact of anything or anything like that. Nothing. Written in plain terms for everyone to understand. Once again, it's why we love Trump so much. He makes everything so relatable without the lawyer nonsense BS that we often see in politics.
00:04:32.020Under the Constitution, state governments must safeguard American elections in compliance with federal laws that protect Americans' voting rights and guard against dilution by illegal voting, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of malfeasance and error.
00:04:46.760Yet the United States has not adequately enforced federal election requirements that, for example, prohibit states from counting ballots received after Election Day or prohibit non-citizens from registering to vote.
00:04:57.380Now, nobody could dispute that because if you look at states like New York and New Jersey, they give everybody driver's license.
00:05:05.280And then we found out in New Jersey, oh, well, 70,000, I think it was a high number, 70,000 of these people just so happened to accidentally get on the voter rolls.
00:05:16.520And then a few days later, we find out in New Jersey, oh, well, there was also a few thousand people who managed to get on jury duty.
00:05:23.980so they could, you know, sit in jury duty like American citizens.
00:13:07.260This is John Fawcett's ballot. Barcode to John Fawcett. We know John Fawcett voted. And guess what? If he tries to vote in person, we already know that we received his mail-in ballot. He cannot vote twice. Simple. But the Democrats don't want that. They don't want paper trails. They don't want to know. They don't want to be able to tell who voted, who didn't vote. Because the old Democrat saying is, vote early and vote often.
00:13:33.420now how this executive order is is set to work which by the way you would think is the craziest
00:13:40.840thing ever with how these rogue judges are handling it the state election officials would
00:13:45.580submit voter information through a federal ballot mail portal it would include ready
00:13:50.260the name of the person receiving the ballot the voter's address a unique a unique barcode
00:13:57.900for the outbound ballot envelope, okay?
00:16:40.940That these people are this complicit and scummy.
00:16:43.540But anyway, Judge Talwani blamed the USPS for the compressed schedule and declared that the agency had created the emergency, created the emergency for securing elections.
00:16:55.220Now, the Trump administration filed this emergency motion asking Talwani to reconsider her injunction or stay on it while the government appeals.
00:17:03.680Talwani said she would not address that request in a separate order.
00:17:07.020And the Supreme Court had already removed one judicial roadblock standing in the way of Trump's mail-in ballot safeguard.1.00
00:17:13.540Pretty much telling Talwani, take a hike, idiot.1.00
00:19:25.640in these Republican states where they need to be redrawn because of all the people
00:19:29.100who have fled shitholes like New York and California
00:19:31.960and went to Florida for a better life.
00:19:38.680They're the ones who need the redrawing. Texas is the one who needs the redrawing.
00:19:41.920so the democrats are getting a taste of their own medicine as we love it turning now to the
00:19:49.220trump administration as they prepare to carry out the largest mass visa revocation in american
00:19:57.180history preparing to revoke business and tourist visas as many as 200 000 foreigners who entered
00:20:04.280the united states as temporary visitors and later saw asylum escalating its campaign to restore
00:20:08.760control over immigration system that has been systematically abused for years by the Marxist
00:20:14.440Dems. Now, if it's carried out at the projected scale, the action would amount to the largest
00:20:19.500mass visa revocation in American history. State Department documents cited by the Associated
00:20:24.080Press show that the measure would apply to B-1 and B-2 visas issued between 2016 and 2026,
00:20:30.940of course, under the part of the Trump administration and the Biden administration,
00:20:34.800but leftovers from the obama one as well officials expect the state department and the department of
00:20:40.800homeland security to carry out the revocations jointly on a rolling basis b1 visas are intended
00:20:46.940for temporary business travelers while b2 visas cover tourism family visits and medical treatments
00:20:52.140applicants are expected to prove that they plan to leave the united states rather than use this0.96
00:20:57.020temporary admission as an entry point for permanent settlement so they can just plop their ass here0.93
00:21:01.640and not leave. Current applicants are also asked to affirm that they do not seek or intend to seek
00:21:07.520asylum once inside the country, the scam that they run. Now, for Trump officials, the contradiction
00:21:15.200is obvious. Someone who tells U.S. government it's coming temporarily and then immediately
00:21:19.520seeks a permanent foothold has changed the terms under which he's admitted. And we're not taking
00:21:25.860that anymore. The administration has made the argument that the asylum was designated as an
00:21:30.880Emergency refuge for people who are facing genuine persecution over race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership of a particular solo group.
00:21:40.860If you're American, if Trump didn't win again, you'd maybe have to go seek asylum because you were a MAGA supporter.
00:21:47.500It was never intended, officials say, to function as an alternative immigration track for foreign visitors who simply just want to stay in America and enjoy the American lifestyle.
00:21:57.900Well, the Democrats want you to think they do. So we prepare for a massive, massive overhaul of the visa system. Clarence Thomas, he's a rare person you see on TV, he's a rare person you see in the media.
00:22:15.840He sat down for an interview with Ted Cruz on Ted Cruz's podcast, Verdict, with Ted Cruz, slamming the idea that black people cannot be conservative.
00:22:25.760Like I said, we don't see Clarence Thomas very often.
00:22:29.660He doesn't speak out very often, doesn't do media very often.
00:22:34.440But he was very blunt, very honest, and very to the point when he spoke to Ted about the notion that he had to be Democrat, that he had to be liberal because he was black.1.00
00:22:45.620Here's what he had to say to those idiots.1.00
00:22:47.480Really didn't like people saying, you have to do this, you have to do that.1.00
00:22:51.260We had this saying that there's only two things I have to do, stay black and die.
00:22:56.040And that was a retort to people who had these sort of requirements for us, these mandates for us because of our skin color.
00:23:07.500And the thing that's really kind of interesting, it wasn't until later on that people began to say that when I came to this town, one of the greatest difficulties, if you think about it, was that there were those who thought that I should think a certain way.
00:23:24.200And the difficulty has been that they said, oh, you're confused.
00:23:47.360There's this kind of deterministic view that you're supposed to think this because we say so.
00:23:52.620And I, of course, declined that invitation. And so now that means it's something that I'm a walking contradiction because I've deviated from their perception of what I should think.
00:24:05.480Explain to me how that is different. Here's what I've asked people. I said when I was a kid, the Savannah Public Library was sacred.
00:24:13.660pretty much telling them to screw themselves.
00:24:18.200I just want to go back a little bit and continue there,
00:24:20.940what he was saying about the Savannah Public Library
00:24:23.400and killing their scam of a rationale.
00:25:12.720In fact, if I would prefer not to go in the building to not being able to embrace the ideas that I find that I agree with or that are important.
00:28:55.740But this is a result of failed politicians.
00:28:58.920It's a result of failed border policies.0.99
00:29:01.040And I hate to say it, but, you know, the embarrassment alone of that loser,0.91
00:29:06.420Keir Starmer leaving, I don't think fixes the problem.0.83
00:29:08.380I don't even think it puts a Band-Aid on it.
00:29:11.200England is in such an effed up position right now.
00:29:16.840And if you folks in America, if you guys don't follow politics over there,
00:29:20.140By the way, you shouldn't because it's a it's a mess.
00:29:23.360You guys should see what's going on in their immigration system.1.00
00:29:26.440You should see what is going on in their country right now, because I think it's just an appetizer for what could come in America when you open your borders to these people.1.00
