00:00:11.220Senator Rand Paul is moving to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci, that's right, the rogue witch doctor,
00:00:18.340in contempt of Congress after Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment over a hundred times during last week's Senate hearing.
00:00:25.080The Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee is set to vote Thursday morning on Rand Paul's contempt resolution, which says Fauci refused to answer questions despite being under subpoena.
00:00:37.380Rand Paul argues that Fauci's Fifth Amendment protections no longer applied because of his presidential pardon and that Fauci also waived any remaining privilege by delivering his opening testimony.
00:00:49.420Fauci refused to answer anyway, which Paul says amounts to obstruction of a congressional investigation.
00:00:55.480Now, you folks all remember what they did to Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon and everyone else who decided they weren't going to partake in the sham, because it was a sham back then, of the January 6th committee.
00:01:16.660So now it's going to be up to the committee, the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee, which is headed up by Senator Rand Paul.
00:01:24.640Also on that committee, Senators Ron Johnson, James Lankford, Rick Scott, Josh Hawley, Bernie Moreno, Joni Ernst, and Senator Ashley Moody from the great state of Florida.
00:01:35.300As I said, they'll be voting on Thursday on what to do with Rand Paul, and if they do vote on that contempt of Congress, it'll head to Todd Blanch.

00:01:56.980The White House is standing by Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen, despite concerns from top MAGA influencers on whether he's tough enough on immigration and illegal immigration.

00:03:14.340there are zero reasons for Thune's failure to put the Save America Act on the floor.
00:03:18.820This is how we get the votes, by debating it. Thune can either do the right thing or he can resign.
00:03:24.800In a company interview recently, Uggles went even further exposing Thune's excess
00:03:29.020and pure cowardice. Take a listen to what he had to say.
00:03:33.100You guys in the House have been a little frustrated with how the Senate is holding,
00:03:37.400is handling this whole situation. Have you guys found some common ground here,
00:03:42.600or is there still a lot of tension there? Well, you know, I would say we're a lot frustrated,
00:03:48.460quite frankly. Senator Thune has the opportunity to put this on the House floor. They can do the
00:03:54.120talking filibuster. Look, in 1964, the Civil Rights Act was passed because of the talking
00:03:59.960filibuster. In 1965, the Voting Rights Act was passed because of the talking filibuster. The
00:04:06.560Dodd-Frank bill was passed because of the talking filibuster. So there's a precedent here.
00:04:11.240when you have monumental, transformative pieces of legislation for the Senate to use this
00:04:17.060procedural maneuver to get it done. So, John Thune, do your job, get it done, or get out of the way.
00:04:24.600President Trump has weighed in a lot on this. What is the latest we're hearing from him
00:04:29.880and what he wants the Senate to do? He's frustrated just like I am, just like the
00:04:34.500American people are, that they see the Senate not doing their job. And look, this isn't a
00:04:40.140controversial issue. When it comes to Save America, again, over 80 percent of Americans say,
00:04:46.300let's get it done. So there's really no excuse for John Thune at all.
00:04:50.860Yeah. And what are the arguments being made from Republicans for not moving forward? I know our
00:04:56.020listeners are frustrated. What are they saying? To be honest with you, I have not heard a good
00:05:01.900answer from the Senate as to why they're not moving it, aside from the fact that John Thune
00:05:07.320has said he doesn't have the votes. Well, guess what? You're the leader. Bring it up. Put it on
00:05:13.200the Senate floor. Call a vote and let everybody go on record. And once that's been done, do the
00:05:19.240talking filibuster. Like I said, you have historical precedent to get it done. He has a
00:05:25.080path forward. He's simply choosing not to do it. And again, the American people rightfully should
00:05:30.040be frustrated by that. It is a breath of fresh air for a member of Congress to call out that
