00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. Welcome to The Great America Show. It's great to have you with us. Thanks
00:00:06.000 so much for spending part of your day, your night, whenever you're joining us with us.
00:00:09.880 Some big news today as the news this week, the news cycle this week, I should say, couldn't
00:00:15.520 have picked a better time to really ramp it up just as we're on vacation, but it's fine
00:00:21.360 because we've got to bring you guys the news. That's what's important to us. As I said,
00:00:25.600 there's no days off in this business. It's very hard to do, regardless if you've got some mosquito
00:00:30.960 bites on your eye or whatever's going on. It's our duty to bring you guys the news, and that's
00:00:37.620 exactly what we're doing. So what happened today, you're asking? Tulsi Gabbard, DNI,
00:00:42.860 has been dropping bomb after bomb after bomb on the Marxist Dems, the leftist, the radical Marxist
00:00:48.160 who went after President Trump all the way back to 2015. Now, for years, we were told that Donald
00:00:55.180 Trump was an asset of Russia. Anyone who spoke nicely of Putin was an asset of Russia.
00:01:00.280 Anyone who defended anything Russia has ever done is a Russian asset. You're a Russian stooge.
00:01:07.040 It's the same playbook that's been run for years now, and it was still being run up until just a
00:01:11.700 few days ago. So what happened a few days ago? Tulsi Gabbard decided it was time to declassify
00:01:16.820 some documents, and those documents haven't been kind to Obama and his stooges. It turns out,
00:01:24.280 after all, that Vladimir Putin didn't really have a horse in the game, didn't really care who won,
00:01:30.000 didn't like Hillary Clinton, was impartial that Donald Trump didn't care about him.
00:01:35.640 But what was released today, I think, is rather interesting. Now, we're going to bring you that
00:01:39.760 clip. It's a little bit long. We all listen to it here, so I think it's important for you all to
00:01:45.880 listen to what Tulsi Gabbard had to say today about who the dirt was really on. It wasn't on Donald
00:01:53.680 Trump. These newly declassified documents from Tulsi Gabbard, we find out today, that during the
00:01:59.780 2016 campaign, Hillary Clinton was experiencing some very big health issues, aside from type 2 diabetes,
00:02:07.880 and some often rather vicious moments where she'd have mental breakdowns, which we all saw behind the
00:02:16.640 scenes when she was caught. She was also given tranquilizers from time to time. Take a listen to Tulsi
00:02:24.560 Gabbard and these newly declassified documents that she's released today. Here it is.
00:02:31.180 I'm going to go over the key findings from the House Intelligence Report, which investigated the
00:02:37.660 claims that were made by an intelligence community assessment ordered by President Obama and
00:02:42.300 published in January of 2017. First, Putin's principal interests relating to the 2016 election
00:02:49.580 were to undermine faith in the U.S. democratic process, not show any preference of a certain
00:02:55.220 candidate. In fact, this report shows Putin held back leaking, held back from leaking compromising
00:03:03.340 material on Hillary Clinton prior to the election, instead planning to release it after the election,
00:03:08.860 to weaken what Moscow viewed as an inevitable Clinton presidency. In the January 2017 intelligence
00:03:16.380 community assessment that President Obama ordered, John Brennan, who was CIA director at the time,
00:03:22.060 and the intelligence community intentionally suppressed intelligence that showed Putin was saving the most
00:03:28.620 damaging material that he had in his possession about Hillary Clinton until after her potential and likely
00:03:35.260 victory. The report goes into great detail about the information that Russia and Putin had on Hillary Clinton,
00:03:43.340 which included possible criminal acts like secret meetings with multiple named U.S. religious organizations
00:03:50.140 in which State Department officials offered, in exchange for supporting Secretary Clinton's campaign for the
00:03:56.620 presidency, significant increases in financing from the State Department. They also had documents that showed
00:04:04.620 the patronage of the State Department to State Department employees who would go and support Hillary Clinton's
00:04:10.700 presidential campaign. There were high-level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary's, quote,
00:04:17.420 psycho-emotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness,
00:04:23.260 and that then-Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers.
00:04:30.060 Then-CIA director Brennan and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on
00:04:34.940 dubious substandard sources to create a contrived false narrative that Putin developed a quote-unquote
00:04:40.620 clear preference for Trump. Brennan and the IC misled lawmakers by referencing the debunked Steele dossier
00:04:48.460 to assess quote-unquote Russia's plans and intentions, falsely suggesting that this dossier
00:04:54.460 had intelligence value when he knew that it was discredited. The intelligence community excluded
00:05:00.220 significant intelligence and ignored or selectively quoted reliable intelligence that contradicted the
00:05:05.980 intelligence community assessment's key findings on Putin's alleged support for Trump. Including this
00:05:12.700 intelligence reporting would have exposed the ICA's claim as implausible, if not ridiculous.
00:05:20.460 The intelligence community assessment omitted reliably sourced information such as how some
00:05:25.260 Russian intelligence officials were quote-unquote planning for candidate Hillary Clinton's victory,
00:05:30.780 while others assessed neither Trump nor Clinton would respect Russia's interests.
00:05:34.940 As was reflected in the ODNI documents that we released on Friday, multiple intelligence community
00:05:41.660 assessments released in the months leading up to the November 2016 election concluded that Russia had
00:05:47.180 neither the intent nor capability to impact the outcome of the US election. On December 5th of 2016,
00:05:54.620 the FBI and ODNI gave the House Intelligence Committee its first post-election classified briefing
00:06:00.940 in which there was no mention of Putin aspiring to elect Trump by either agency. The presidential daily brief
00:06:09.100 drafted on December 8th of 2016 stated that no Russian or criminal actors impacted vote counts. This
00:06:16.700 document was pulled just hours before it was to be published due to quote-unquote new guidance. If it had
00:06:23.260 been published, it would have been briefed to both President Obama and President-elect Donald Trump.
00:06:28.540 On December 9th, 2016, a National Security Council meeting was called to gather President Obama's
00:06:34.460 senior national security officials, which included CIA Director Brennan, then Obama DNI James Clapper,
00:06:40.940 Susan Rice, and others. Following that secret meeting, DNI Clapper's assistant sent an email to the
00:06:47.180 intelligence community with the subject line, POTUS tasking on Russia election meddling, tasking ODNI
00:06:54.220 leaders to create a new assessment per the President's request. The House Intelligence
00:07:00.220 Committee oversight report that we released today reveals that quote, unlike routine intelligence
00:07:04.940 community analysis, the intelligence community assessment was a high-profile product ordered by
00:07:11.020 the President, President Obama. It directed senior intelligence community agency heads and created
00:07:18.700 an intelligence community assessment limited to just five analysts using one principal drafter. This is
00:07:26.060 not something that occurs in the normal path of producing an intelligence community assessment
00:07:32.620 that reflects the views across the intelligence community. The production of this intelligence
00:07:38.060 community assessment was subject to unusual directives directly from the President and senior political
00:07:43.340 appointees, especially the former Director of the CIA, John Brennan. The House Intelligence Committee
00:07:50.300 oversight report also shows how later that same day on December 9th, Brennan ordered the publication of
00:07:55.740 quote, unquote, substandard reporting on Russian activities, which had previously been withheld from
00:08:01.500 publication of prior assessments because the information was judged, quote, to have not met longstanding
00:08:07.500 publication standards. Some of the information later used in the Obama ordered assessment over the
00:08:14.780 objections of veteran CIA officers was quote, unquote, unclear or from unknown sources.
00:08:22.220 The Intelligence Committee's oversight report reveals that CIA Director Brennan overruled senior CIA
00:08:28.060 officers who challenged the Obama ordered intelligence assessment stating, quote, we don't have direct
00:08:35.020 information that Putin wanted to get Trump elected. Yet, the Obama directed assessment was published on January 6,
00:08:42.300 2017, which explicitly stated, quote, we assess Putin and the Russian government aspired to help President
00:08:48.940 elect Trump's election chances, when possible by discrediting Secretary Clinton and publicly contrasting her
00:08:55.900 unfavorably to him, end of quote. The CIA and FBI, then led by John Brennan and James Comey,
00:09:04.860 expressed high confidence in this judgment, while the NSA expressed moderate confidence. Yet, as the report
00:09:12.780 we released today shows, the ICA, the Intelligence Community Assessment, did not cite any report where
00:09:19.260 Putin indicated helping Trump win was an objective. The opposite is true. With regards to the SEAL dossier,
00:09:27.740 we now know that one of the source documents that the Obama administration used in the creation of this
00:09:33.660 intelligence assessment in January of 2017 was none other than the discredited unverified Steele dossier.
00:09:40.780 The House Intel report states, quote, contradicting public claims by then CIA Director Brennan that the dossier was not in
00:09:47.900 any way incorporated into this intelligence assessment. The dossier was referenced in the intelligence assessment's main body text and
00:09:56.060 further detailed in a two page assessment annex. John Brennan lied and he denied using this dossier in this intelligence
00:10:04.460 assessment that President Obama ordered because he knew it was discredited. It was a politically motivated manufactured document. He directed senior CIA officials to use it anyway.
00:10:16.060 The CIA officer told the House Intelligence Committee staff as they investigated this, quote,
00:10:24.460 the director of the CIA, John Brennan, refused to remove it, and when confronted with the dossier's many flaws, responded, quote,
00:10:32.780 yes, but doesn't it ring true? Even the bipartisan Senate Select Committee on Intelligence report published in 2020 criticized the FBI's handling of the Steele dossier,
00:10:44.380 noting its completely unverified nature and purposeful sidestepping of intelligence community procedures in its use.
00:10:53.180 Now, President Obama, Hillary Clinton, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey and others,
00:10:58.140 including their mouthpieces in the media, knowingly lied as they repeated the contrived narrative that was created in this January 2017
00:11:06.380 intelligence community assessment with high confidence as though it were fact.
00:11:12.700 John Brennan, as CIA director, stated in a memo to his agency staff in December of 2016, saying, quote,
00:11:19.020 there is strong consensus among us on the scope, nature and intent of Russian interference in our presidential election.
00:11:27.180 This was reported by NBC News confirming that Brennan, along with James Clapper and James Comey agreed with the CIA's assessment that Russia intervened to help Trump win the presidency.
00:11:40.540 As Obama's director of national intelligence, James Clapper was tasked with overseeing the creation of this assessment in January of 2017 by President Obama,
00:11:49.260 and he expressed confidence in its findings. In a 2018 interview with the Harvard Gazette,
00:11:56.220 he talked about how he provided Trump with the same classified assessment that President Obama received,
00:12:02.380 which included the high confidence judgment that Putin directly ordered the hacking and election interference.
00:12:08.680 Clapper then went on to add, I think they, the Russians, actually influenced the outcome.
00:12:13.740 This is a brief summary of the details that you'll find within the House majority staff's report
00:12:21.180 in their investigation into the Obama-directed January 2017 intelligence community assessment
00:12:27.900 that leads us to the very same conclusion that we announced in the release of our documents on Friday.
00:12:33.980 The implications of this are far-reaching and have to do with the integrity of our democratic republic.
00:12:40.700 It has to do with an outgoing president taking action to manufacture intelligence to undermine
00:12:48.140 and usurp the will of the American people in that election and launch what would be a years-long coup
00:12:54.240 against the incoming president of the United States, Donald Trump.
00:12:59.960 Wow. That's all I have to say about that. Folks, we're going to take a quick break here.
00:13:05.080 When we return, we're going to break all of that down, what she just went through.
00:13:08.420 Truly remarkable. We've been lied to for the last 10 years about Russia collusion.
00:13:15.060 We all know it's bullshit. We all knew that back then it was bullshit, but it's now confirmed nonsense and bunkum.
00:13:22.720 That's the great Lou Dobbs used to say. We're coming right back, folks. Stay with us.
00:13:25.380 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us for a quick, short commercial break. We truly appreciate it.
00:13:35.700 So let's go back and break down some of what the DNI Tulsi Gabbard went through there, because there's so much to unpack.
00:13:42.340 And as I said, for years, for 10 years, we've been lied to.
00:13:45.340 Donald Trump is not an agent of Russia, has nothing to do with Russia.
00:13:50.600 The people who were implicated with Russia, who had to be pardoned, who were subject to Robert Mueller's witch hunt.
00:13:58.800 One of my good friends, the great Roger Stone, who's on this show every single week,
00:14:03.100 was one of those people who's brought through hell and back over some nonsensical Russia collusion hoax.
00:14:08.720 So when would these people pay the price for what they've done to this country?
00:14:13.880 A few names you've heard there continuously, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, and Barack Hussein Obama,
00:14:22.180 who we now know was the ringleader of this entire situation.
00:14:27.920 Tulsi especially pointed out Barack Hussein there, saying, quote,
00:14:32.720 quote, this included possible criminal acts, secret meetings with multiple organizations in exchange for supporting Secretary Clinton's campaign for presidency.
00:14:44.000 Significant increases in financial support from the State Department.
00:14:48.900 What is that?
00:14:51.640 You've got the State Department of the United States offering certain provisions and certain incentives
00:14:58.220 for a candidate, for president of the United States?
00:15:03.220 Now, this is everything they accused Donald Trump of, except with a different country.
00:15:07.820 And you also heard Tulsi point out there that they had documents that showed the patronage of State Department
00:15:12.540 to the State Department employees who would support Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.
00:15:17.100 If that's not illegal, then I don't know what illegal is.
00:15:22.080 Tulsi also pointed out that there are high-level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary's psychotic emotional problems,
00:15:29.820 bits of anger, aggression, cheerfulness, and that Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a regimen of heavy tranquilizers.
00:15:38.300 Imagine that.
00:15:39.360 If you didn't already know or got the sense that Hillary Clinton was, by some means, bipolar, now you know.
00:15:46.060 Now, Tulsi goes on to say that the evidence they found directly, of course, points to Barack Obama
00:15:54.000 leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment of this Trump-Russia collusion hose.
00:16:01.420 So why has it taken so long to get to the bottom of this?
00:16:05.440 What's taken them so long to find these documents that clearly implicate all of these people?
00:16:11.180 Now, I'm not hopeful that Barack Obama is going to be wheeled out and handcuffed somewhere
00:16:16.080 because, based on everything we've seen in this country over the last 10 years,
00:16:21.120 nobody's held accountable for anything.
00:16:22.920 We're still waiting for those Epstein files.
00:16:25.860 So, it's unlikely.
00:16:29.060 I don't want to get everyone's hopes up as much as we'd all love to see it.
00:16:32.020 Obama get brought out in handcuffs because that's what he deserves.
00:16:35.940 Being he is the ringleader of a coup, guilty of treason, it's not my words.
00:16:44.120 This is President Trump's words and Tulsi Gabbard's words that I agree with.
00:16:48.700 It's not hyperbole.
00:16:51.160 Now, what about Clapper, a man who helped orchestrate the whole thing, or John Brennan?
00:16:57.000 Paid contributors on CNN and MSNBC running free because they know they're safe.
00:17:02.920 So, maybe this time around that will change.
00:17:05.100 James Comey, we saw, get sort of a perp walk.
00:17:08.720 It wasn't real, it wasn't genuine, but a little bit of a perp walk when he decided he was going to tweet out an image
00:17:13.840 saying to 8647 to kill President Trump.
00:17:18.740 We found out later that his car and his wife were followed by a detail.
00:17:24.520 So, it's nice to see a little bit of justice coming through,
00:17:28.180 but I think the American people, and I'm going to say this, will be content with a few small guys going down
00:17:36.840 because we've seen it far too many times through the Mueller investigation, through Rod Rosenstein,
00:17:43.180 but through all of these bad actors, we've never seen a main person fall.
00:17:47.680 We've seen low-level lawyers, low-level staffers, which is nothing.
00:17:51.660 It's BS.
00:17:53.180 Nobody cares to see some low-level staffer take the fall because that's not justice.
00:18:00.100 If that's the way things are going to continue to go, then these people will continue to do these bad things.
00:18:05.280 If you know there's no repercussion or retribution for you doing treasonous acts or any sort of illegality
00:18:12.220 towards a political candidate, whether it be Republican or Democrat, it doesn't matter,
00:18:17.460 then they will continue to try and successfully try, but also succeed in stealing elections.
00:18:25.180 Now, they tried in 2016, and I believe they were unsuccessful because they didn't take it as serious
00:18:30.060 as I guess they should have,
00:18:31.760 because I think they believed that Trump had no chance of ever winning.
00:18:36.960 And I think that was probably the sentiment across the board is Donald Trump is this outsider,
00:18:41.360 but what they didn't take into account was that he just mowed through a field of 16 professional Republican politicians
00:18:48.040 whose families were heirs to politicians,
00:18:53.660 whose candidates were, you know, the highest-ranking political officials in the country at some point,
00:19:00.500 governors and senators and members of Congress and so on and so forth.
00:19:06.120 So I believe that they tried in 2016, and they didn't succeed because they said,
00:19:10.300 there's no way that people are going to vote for Donald Trump, but they were wrong.
00:19:14.960 So they progressed, and they continued with their nonsense.
00:19:18.100 They progressed, and they got worse, and they got more maniacal, and they got more ridiculous.
00:19:24.900 So they tried again, four years later, in 2020.
00:19:30.880 And those of you who joined us yesterday, you heard us on with Lee Smith, brilliant author,
00:19:34.760 three books on this very issue.
00:19:37.580 But you heard Lee Smith lay out yesterday, Barack Obama's role,
00:19:42.640 not just in this whole Russia collusion hoax,
00:19:45.840 but Barack Obama's role in mail-in ballots and stealing the 2020 election.
00:19:51.300 So they tried in 2016, but weren't serious, passed forward four years to 2020,
00:19:57.620 where they tried and they succeeded.
00:20:00.360 They stole an election.
00:20:02.080 There is no doubt about it.
00:20:03.980 And I think after these documents now come out with Tulsi Gabbard
00:20:07.500 and everything having to do with the Russia collusion hoax,
00:20:11.060 I think we're going to start, as Lee told us yesterday,
00:20:14.040 getting documents on how they successfully stole the 2020 election.
00:20:21.840 Which means Donald Trump has now broken history once again,
00:20:25.840 and that being the first president to be elected three times in the United States of America.
00:20:32.320 Let the liberals hear that one.
00:20:34.040 Drive them insane.
00:20:35.500 So they've succeeded in 2020, and I believe they probably tried again in 2024,
00:20:41.660 because it's in their blood.
00:20:42.940 It's in their DNA to be scumbags.
00:20:45.180 They can't win fair and square.
00:20:46.620 They've tried to move the goalpost.
00:20:48.800 I mean, every single time.
00:20:51.540 They've impeached this man twice.
00:20:53.680 And when they've realized they couldn't beat him, as I said, they've moved the goalpost.
00:20:57.620 And that's what they do.
00:20:58.680 They cannot win fair and square.
00:21:01.000 They lie, they cheat, and they steal.
00:21:02.700 They're psychopathic people.
00:21:06.160 But you look at who is running the party.
00:21:08.180 It's, I guess, still probably Barack Hussein Obama.
00:21:12.460 Joe Biden is still alive, but he's barely breathing, to quote a great song.
00:21:18.620 But it's clear Obama is at the head of this fish, and the fish,
00:21:22.760 this is the old saying, is the fish rots at the head.
00:21:25.440 And I think that's exactly what needs to happen.
00:21:28.020 But now, James Comer, the House Oversight Chairman, who I always say gets a bad rap.
00:21:33.480 I think he's a great man.
00:21:35.080 I know him personally.
00:21:36.600 I've sat down with him many times to speak with him personally.
00:21:41.200 Who's going to be in charge of these investigations on the House side?
00:21:44.280 Says he doesn't care what precedent it sets.
00:21:46.420 He wants Obama in before a committee.
00:21:49.900 He's not exempt from it.
00:21:51.780 You want to commit criminal acts?
00:21:53.140 You're going to be forced to sit there and answer for your actions.
00:21:58.040 Now, Obama putting out a statement saying he doesn't take what comes out of the White House seriously,
00:22:02.800 but he could have just stayed quiet.
00:22:06.760 So we're going to have to figure out just what's going to happen next.
00:22:11.160 But I think making an example of these people, and by no means is this retribution.
00:22:16.880 Retribution would be going after someone who did nothing wrong, just as they did to Donald Trump.
00:22:20.760 700 years in jail, perp wall, mugshot it.
00:22:25.520 All the things you see done to criminals.
00:22:28.120 Wasn't found guilty of merely any of them.
00:22:31.020 Was found guilty of a case in New York where he paid Stormy Daniels.
00:22:36.260 Imagine that.
00:22:38.000 Millions and millions of dollars spent on this man to get him behind bars.
00:22:43.580 They didn't get him on any of those big Jack Smith cases.
00:22:47.000 They got him on paying Stormy Daniels before a corrupt jury and a corrupt judge.
00:22:56.600 Oh, and they got him in the Tish James civil trial where they wanted him to pay a few billion dollars for overvaluing his properties,
00:23:04.680 but paying back the loans on time, out of schedule, with interest, to which the banks said they would gladly do business with Donald Trump again.
00:23:11.260 But we never heard that from witness testimony because those banks weren't allowed to testify.
00:23:18.100 So the cards have been stacked against him all along, and they will continue to be stacked against him, whether it be the Republican Party or the Marxist Dems.
00:23:25.380 And that's just the way it is.
00:23:26.480 But he doesn't get the name Teflon Don for no reason.
00:23:31.140 The man is steadfast and his stance strong and everything that goes on.
00:23:34.760 And he will continue to do so.
00:23:37.300 We're going to take one more quick break here, folks, when we return.
00:23:40.340 So much more to get to.
00:23:42.200 Tina Peters was also a victim of the Justice Department, the Marxist Radical Justice Department.
00:23:47.980 A lot of you have been worried about what's going on with her.
00:23:50.420 We have some updates on a new story for the Tina Peters case.
00:23:54.720 Mike Johnson with some optimistic words.
00:23:56.700 So much more to get to here on The Great America Show, folks.
00:23:58.700 Stay with us.
00:23:59.180 We're coming right back.
00:24:00.120 Thanks, everybody, for staying with us.
00:24:07.720 Mike Johnson with President Trump earlier today on what's next for their agenda.
00:24:13.680 What's next for the country?
00:24:15.200 I mean, they just passed this big, beautiful bill, which has so many great things in it for the American people,
00:24:19.680 which we've covered every day here on The Great America Show before they passed that thing.
00:24:25.020 Let's take a listen.
00:24:25.440 I just want to say that we have been making history together,
00:24:28.080 and we're making history because you are the visionary, bold, strong leader that America needed.
00:24:32.660 The American people recognize that.
00:24:34.380 They gave us a mandate, and we're delivering on it.
00:24:37.040 The exciting thing about the big, beautiful bill is America First is no longer just an agenda.
00:24:41.280 It is now the law of the land, my friends.
00:24:43.500 I could go by and name person by person, and I should name their spouses as well.
00:24:54.120 All the members in this room, everybody deserves the credit.
00:24:56.900 They underestimated us all the time, all the time, every day, because our margin is so small.
00:25:01.660 But we do not accept that as our fate.
00:25:04.020 We work together.
00:25:05.140 This was prayer and patience and preparation and teamwork.
00:25:08.820 They got it done.
00:25:09.480 We began this about a year and a half before that bill was delivered,
00:25:14.340 the deliberate work down in the trenches.
00:25:15.940 I could name the chairman of all of our committees, 11 committees of jurisdiction that worked on the big, beautiful bill.
00:25:21.220 All the members in here who contributed their ideas, their thoughts, their expertise,
00:25:25.300 they gave their heart and soul to it, Mr. President,
00:25:27.160 because they wanted to deliver for you and deliver for the people, and we did it together.
00:25:31.520 And I'm telling you, this is landmark stuff.
00:25:33.700 There's not anything bigger I think we may ever work on, ever, in this legislative arena,
00:25:38.700 because it may not even be possible, but we did it.
00:25:41.720 And I'm so grateful and I'm so thankful and humbled to work with this group.
00:25:45.120 Mr. President, they are committed to the country as you are.
00:25:47.880 You are the strong leader, the example for us.
00:25:50.240 With your stamina, we know we can never sleep, okay?
00:25:54.140 We've got much more to do, much more to do, to deliver for the people, and we're going to do it.
00:25:58.080 We thank you for the opportunity.
00:25:59.020 Thank you for the celebration.
00:25:59.980 Everybody here deserves it.
00:26:00.980 Thank you, everybody.
00:26:06.920 Thank you.
00:26:12.100 Speaker Johnson's definitely got that one right.
00:26:14.340 Donald Trump does not sleep.
00:26:15.600 With four hours a night, where the number, I think that's probably pretty accurate.
00:26:21.280 Now, while at that event with Mike Johnson,
00:26:25.880 President Trump floating the idea and the prospect of ending the capital gains tax on home sales,
00:26:31.720 That would be pretty remarkable.
00:26:34.100 He says they're thinking about it, quote, they're thinking about it,
00:26:36.980 but also unleash, just so you know, lowering the interest rates.
00:26:40.820 If the Fed would lower the rates, we wouldn't even have to do that.
00:26:44.940 However, Trump, as he said, is thinking about no tax on capital gains and on houses,
00:26:51.200 which would, I think, be absolutely massive.
00:26:52.980 Massive capital gains tax kills a lot of people.
00:26:56.780 And I think by doing so and killing it on houses, you'd probably get a bolstering housing market,
00:27:04.880 which right now is a little bit slow with the interest rates.
00:27:08.700 People simply just cannot afford to be spending 7%, 8%, 9% on house mortgages.
00:27:14.000 So they're continuing to rent, and you guys all know what's going on with that.
00:27:18.800 So Jerome Powell, I think, probably departs before his term is up.
00:27:23.240 He can't leave soon enough.
00:27:24.980 He's done enough destruction in this country.
00:27:28.320 Before we bring you that update on the Tina Peters case that we promised we're going to bring you,
00:27:32.620 we have some word, and just now a federal judge in Florida this afternoon denied a request from the Trump administration
00:27:38.640 to unseal the grand jury transcripts connected to the investigation of one Jeffrey Epstein.
00:27:45.540 The Department of Justice last week requested that the federal court unseal those documents
00:27:50.100 citing, quote, extensive public interest and, quote, transparency to the American public.
00:27:55.280 Judge Robin L. Rosenberg wrote in her order that the court's, quote, hands are tied
00:28:00.420 and said that the DOJ failed to outline sufficient arguments to justify unsealing the records according to the order.
00:28:08.840 So it's unclear what the Justice Department does from here on out as it pertains to those documents.
00:28:15.920 If we will get the grand jury materials, I'm not entirely sure, not entirely optimistic,
00:28:22.120 but we certainly deserve them because we've been waiting for them long enough.
00:28:27.820 If there's nothing in them, release them.
00:28:29.540 If there's something in them, release them and do your investigations, as I think you should,
00:28:34.540 as your duty to justice tells you to do.
00:28:39.400 So what was an unexpected and quiet dismissal of Tina Peters' federal habeas corpus petition,
00:28:45.760 challenging a state court ruling that denied her bond,
00:28:48.980 became one of the most dramatic legal turnarounds in recent memory.
00:28:51.980 As President Trump's attorney, Peter Tickin and his team delivered a precise, devastating First Amendment argument
00:28:58.940 that stopped the courts in its track.
00:29:01.440 That federal court is in Colorado and it's now entertaining a jurisdiction under a habeas corpus petition.
00:29:08.560 And they formally agreed to receive refined constitutional arguments by this Friday, the 25th,
00:29:13.980 focused exclusively on whether Tina Peters is being unlawfully imprisoned for her political speech.
00:29:21.620 Of course, a violation of her First Amendment rights.
00:29:25.120 And if confirmed, could result in her immediate release on bond.
00:29:29.560 Yesterday's hearing was only possible because of all remedies in state court that were used and they've been exhausted.
00:29:35.800 So the habeas corpus is the next step you go.
00:29:39.880 And it satisfied the procedural requirements for the federal jurisdiction.
00:29:43.020 So Friday is the next hearing on this case.
00:29:47.440 And we could have a massive ruling in Tina Peters, who has been unlawfully and illegally held.
00:29:56.300 Absolute travesty of justice.
00:29:58.660 What's happened to that woman in this country?
00:30:00.820 And Donald Trump has spoken out about it in support of Tina Peters.
00:30:05.780 The radicals in Colorado, absolutely sickening.
00:30:08.940 But as we laid out today here in this episode, justice is coming.
00:30:13.200 And these people are going to be faced with the same reckoning they've done to all these innocent people
00:30:17.980 who are sitting in jail or have been subject to their witch hunts and their disgusting, disgusting behavior.
00:30:24.540 So we'll keep you updated on that Tina Peters case.
00:30:27.540 But feeling pretty, pretty optimistic.
00:30:29.760 Folks, thanks so much for being with us today here on The Great America Show.
00:30:32.960 We hope to see you back here tomorrow.
00:30:34.720 Same time, same place.
00:30:36.940 Truth, justice, and the American way is at the forefront of it all.
00:30:39.920 See you back here tomorrow.
00:30:41.060 Until then, may God bless you.
00:30:42.380 May God bless America.
00:30:43.400 May God bless the great, great, great Blue Dobbs.
