00:01:34.760 Let me ask you about that, because you are the whole reason, as you just laid out, that DHS is not funded right now is because you're trying to push the administration to enact some policy changes.

00:03:05.520 ICE is out of control. They need to be reined in. And our view is that they should not get another

00:03:10.440 dime of taxpayer dollars until we have bold and dramatic and meaningful changes to ICE's behavior 0.99

00:03:21.240 includes making sure that there are judicial warrants that are required before ICE agents

00:04:45.460 Well, Kristi Noem has been fired as the DHS secretary. So now they moved the goalposts. Now

00:04:51.160 it's about unmasking ICE agents at a time where threats have increased against ICE officers by

00:04:57.980 1400 percent. You have death threats increasing by 8000 percent. And they want to unmask them

00:05:04.840 because they know that these far left activist organizations that support Democrats are going

00:05:10.400 to target these ICE agents. Right. They have nationwide databases. They publish their pictures

00:05:15.500 is online. And it's not that the activist activist organizations want or are doing the

00:05:22.900 doxing themselves, but they're hoping that unstable individuals within our societies dox

00:05:27.540 these ICE officers, their families, their kids at school in order to intimidate ICE agents.

00:05:33.740 They also want this idea of judicial warrants. This is the biggest crock of BS that's ever been

00:05:41.700 perpetrated on the American people. And what Democrats are doing, they're trying to play

00:10:18.460 a couple of weeks ago and I said to them, listen, it's horrible that people die. But my advice to

00:10:24.500 you is when law enforcement is conducting operations, if you see things you don't like,

00:10:29.080 pull out your camera, videotape it, post it online, it will go viral, give it to the press,

00:10:33.840 bring attention to it. But don't try and get involved, because when you get involved,

00:10:38.840 you are inflaming the situation, you're making it 10 times worse, and it can lead to really bad

00:10:42.900 outcomes. ICE is not hunting down American citizens as Democrats like to portray. They

00:10:49.420 are not the secret police force. They are not even a new agency. I've heard this amongst Democrats

00:10:54.520 for the last several weeks that all of a sudden that ICE just came about after 9-11. No, they

00:11:00.600 were INS before that, you know, Immigration Naturalization Services. We've always had

00:11:05.860 removal, detentions and removal from our society. So when we look at it, nothing has changed with

00:11:13.020 ICE. What has changed is the Democrats need for illegal immigration into this country. What has

00:11:18.460 changed is the Democrat philosophy in regards to this idea of illegal immigration. Because if we

00:11:24.200 go back to Bill Clinton's 1995 or 1996 State of the Union, he lambasted the idea of illegal

00:11:31.380 immigration, saying that we need to put an end to it. If you listen to Bill Clinton's 1995 and

00:11:36.500 1996 State of the Union address, you would think he was this hardcore right-wing Republican.

00:11:41.280 If you listen to Chuck Schumer of the 1990s talking about how illegal immigrants are scamming

00:11:46.480 the system, how it's not fair to the American people. Even if you listen to when Barack Obama

00:11:51.640 was president of the United States, he said that it's unfair when people try and cut the line when

00:11:57.140 they cross the border illegally and they have to be removed from society. So over the last eight

00:12:02.460 years, we've seen this transformation within the Democrat Party that's gone far beyond this idea

00:12:08.520 of comprehensive immigration reform. It's now we need to just open our borders, let anyone in 1.00

00:12:15.800 And it's a devaluing of citizenship. I asked a question to my students just last. What does it mean to be American? What makes us American besides citizenship? What makes us American? Nobody could answer the question.

00:12:28.300 This is very dangerous because we don't have a country that's rooted in 2000 years of history. We don't have a shared culture, shared history, shared language, shared traditions.

00:12:39.300 And so there's very little that links us together. But what I see Democrats doing is they're trying to turn us into a tribal society. They want to import people from all over the world, regardless if those people will contribute to the United States, contribute to the framework of the United States.

00:12:56.800 But most importantly, be loyal to the United States. Come here because they want the American system, because they believe in these ideas of liberty.

00:13:06.800 Instead, what are we doing? We're importing people into the country and we're saying that the melting pot no longer exists, 1.00

00:13:18.720 that America should bow down to your customs, your culture and your identity.

00:17:07.720 deportations go. The American people want to see deportate. They want people to be removed. You

00:17:13.520 can't have millions upon millions of people crossing a border in a matter of a couple of years

00:17:17.980 and it not have a massive impact in our society. The American people are tired of this issue that

00:17:24.360 we've been discussing for over 50 years at this point. Something has got to give. Now, the American

00:17:31.020 people don't want to see maybe someone that came and there was six months old and now they're 22

00:17:36.760 two years old, they might not want to see those people be deported. The American people have a

00:17:40.920 heart. But as far as illegal immigrants go, the Americans want to see them removed because it's 0.90

00:19:50.480 any normal human being can do. So the SAVE Act is being manipulated. Democrats say,

00:19:55.800 we'll just put forth a clean voter ID law and we'll pass it. Well, guess what? Senator John

00:20:02.160 Husted of Ohio put forth exactly that. And what did Democrats do? They blocked it. So Democrats

00:20:09.460 don't want voter ID and they're lying about the SAVE Act. First of all, if the SAVE Act passes,

00:20:15.200 it doesn't change anything for anyone that's already registered to vote. That's built into

00:20:20.560 the SAVE Act. If you are already registered, you don't need to bring documents to the Board of

00:20:25.020 elections, you don't need to bring anything to the polling station, you're fine. The only time

00:20:30.120 you're not fine is if you move. If you change residences and you have to change your polling

00:20:34.140 district, then you're going to have to re-register where you have to provide proof of citizenship.

00:20:39.580 But even that, there is a simple solution here. Every single DMV across this country

00:20:45.840 requires you to prove your citizenship. You have to bring a birth certificate, 0.98

00:20:51.420 social security card, and a couple other forms of ID to get a license.

00:20:56.040 All we have to do is just change the DMV systems and say that the real ID that was implemented

00:21:03.040 because of the 9-11 attacks, when it comes to the real ID system, when we print out those

00:21:08.980 driver's license, it should have a C on it that denotes citizenship. And if it has a C on it,

00:21:15.560 that's the only form of ID you will need when you have to register to vote. And yet nobody's

00:21:21.780 talking about that. The system's already there. And what makes it so frustrating to me, everyone

00:21:27.140 says, oh, it's hard. You got to connect these systems. There's too many interrelated parts.

00:21:32.320 Someone dies. Social security knows immediately and they cut off social security payments. But

00:21:37.260 you're telling me that the Department of Motor Vehicles can't issue a driver's license with a

00:21:41.480 on it. And I would say if I'm Republicans, I would sit there, introduce a bill that does exactly that

00:21:48.120 and says every single American that already has a license will get a new license reissued to them

00:21:54.000 at no cost. We'll take the Somali daycare center money and we'll put it to that to give everyone

00:21:59.420 a license that they don't have to pay for. And Democrats have no argument. Anytime you challenge

00:22:05.360 the Democrats and actually challenge them on logic, reason, their arguments fall apart

00:22:10.900 instantaneously. We are one of the few developed nations, first world countries that don't require

00:22:17.940 an ID to vote. There's only a handful of first world countries that don't require an ID to vote.

00:22:23.180 New Zealand, Australia, the United States, and I forget the other two. That's it. Every other one

00:22:28.700 does require an ID to vote. This shouldn't be complicated. And it's so frustrating watching

00:22:33.760 the Democrats lie, but also watching the incompetence of the Republican Party,

00:22:38.880 that an issue that 83 percent of the American people support, you're having a difficult time

00:22:44.160 getting it across the finish line. Yep. If the Democrats are talking, Nick,

00:22:48.160 they are lying. It seems to be the the the going thing with these people.

00:22:59.040 Speaking of the Democrats right here in New York, Kathy Hochul is crying and begging

00:23:03.400 each and every person who fled to a red state during COVID or during the tyrannical government

00:23:08.980 reign that they did here to please come back. I think New Yorkers might be taking a little bit

00:23:13.920 of a hit when it comes to revenue from taxes. But what the heck did they expect? They want to tax

00:23:21.060 corporations out the wazoo. OK, we'll go to Florida where we have a much freer life, where we can

00:23:25.980 carry a gun every single day, where we don't really have to worry about walking down the street and

00:23:29.860 being stabbed by a heroin addict. You know, we're a lot safer. Oh, by the way, we're going to save

00:23:36.320 about 15 to depending on what tax bracket you're in and what what city you live here in New York.

00:23:41.400 We're going to save about 12 to 15 percent of our tax money. It's a win win situation.

00:23:47.600 Yet Kathy Hochul is begging people to come back to New York. What the heck is the incentive?

00:23:52.840 Well, it's pathetic on her part. And again, I think she's one of the dumbest politicians out 1.00

00:23:57.740 there, to be honest with you. But New York State, when we look at it, it's been a mess for a while. 1.00

00:24:02.000 And since 2010, we've had a net loss of population. I mean, we've lost 2.3 million people here over

00:24:20.380 New Yorkers, conservatives, you're not welcome in this state to lead. Then you look at Governor

00:24:32.240 Now, she's told Republicans, well, if you don't like me, if you don't like our policies,

00:24:37.120 if you disagree with our policies, then, quote, get on a bus and go down to Florida where you

00:24:43.040 belong. Well, guess what? New Yorkers took her up on that because you can't possibly continue

00:24:49.780 to increase the cost of living dramatically. At the same time, quality of life is plummeting

00:24:57.080 and think that people are going to remain. This isn't the 1950s anymore. You don't have to be in

00:25:01.640 New York to make it. In many industries, with the exception of maybe like civil service and a few

00:25:07.580 other industries, you can leave New York state and make the same amount of money that you were

00:25:12.260 making in New York and you have a lower cost of living and a better quality of life. And the

00:25:18.160 Democrats, I want to make this crystal clear to hopefully Democrats listening to this show.

00:25:30.440 2018, meaning that they have a super majority. They have supreme rule in New York state. So

00:27:24.340 surge. Why? Because of stupid Democrat policies, right? The climate mandates that they put in

00:27:30.460 place that Kathy Hochul championed where we're going to be this carbon neutral state. We're

00:27:36.940 going to put these policies in. We're going to have this clean environment. Now, just several

00:27:41.160 years later, what is she saying? She's saying, well, we can't really put these climate change

00:27:45.540 measures in because it's going to make New Yorkers energy prices surge by over 100 percent.

00:27:51.500 And so we put this horrible law in place and now we need to figure out a way to try and get rid of

00:27:57.540 that law. But the Democrats in Albany don't want to get rid of that law. And it just shows you how
