00:06:25.640 The law says that it's those 1,852 clerks

00:06:36.160 facilitating the public in putting on elections.

00:07:11.860 of the Wisconsin Election Commission,

00:07:27.640 for anyone who's interested,

00:07:31.980 he turns to his colleagues and says,

00:07:35.080 what does the Wisconsin Election Commission do?

00:07:38.700 Nobody really knows.

00:07:41.380 And that's a direct quote.

00:07:43.060 And then he went on to describe that

00:07:44.900 because of that ambiguity

00:07:49.380 I believe the lines of authority are very clear.
