The Great America Show - WHAT HUNTER BIDEN DOESN'T WANT THE WORLD TO FIND OUT

00:00:00.000 President Trump did in three weeks what Joe Biden didn't do in four years and that bipartisan

00:00:08.400 border bill look I respect Senator Lankford he called me walked through that bill with me he

00:00:12.600 asked me to support I said no I'm not okay with four or five thousand illegal aliens a day crossing 0.96

00:00:17.420 this border as being normal I don't want that in statute I'm not okay with a bill that doesn't

00:00:22.000 address sex trafficking women and children and and right now you look at the numbers what President

00:00:26.920 Trump has said we went from an average the highs of 10 to 11,000 a day under Biden to 200 11,000 to

00:00:35.100 200 the God always spoke about 1,800 on a day average under Joe Biden no I saw the other day

00:00:41.080 41 1,800 to 41 we won't be happy to have number zero but look at the strides President Trump made

00:00:47.700 in three weeks it is Joe Biden could have done welcome to the great America show everybody it's

00:00:52.760 great to have you with us say that was Tom Holman our wonderful borders are addressing a border issue

00:00:57.820 calling out rhino James Lankford who wanted that border bill signed before President Trump was set

00:01:02.700 to come back in office why it makes you wonder why he wanted to allow the Eagles into this country it was

00:01:07.680 in the bill it was written in the bill as you heard Tom Holman's number 10 to 11,000 a day

00:01:13.440 apprehended under Biden on average we're now down to about 200 a day how about gotaways

00:01:19.720 1800 a day under Biden on average we're now down to about 41 a day but James Lankford wanted to allow

00:01:27.560 in 4,000 illegals a day and then we can shut down the border for the day 4,000 day you guys do the

00:01:32.860 math I'm I'm not much of a math person myself but uh it adds up uh to millions so why why didn't

00:01:40.680 Lankford want that bill makes you wonder folks where's the money coming from who's getting paid on

00:01:45.700 the back end uh and who's getting what the DOJ announcing this week that they have identified

00:01:50.760 Chinese nationals and companies that have been directly aiding the Mexican drug cartels

00:01:55.840 raising troubling questions especially if the cartels are designated as foreign terrorist organizations

00:02:00.680 what can President Trump do about this so now President Trump and Tom Holman and Christine

00:02:06.620 Holman are taking this to the next level it's not just human trafficking it's drug smuggling and it's

00:02:11.140 fentanyl smuggling um fentanyl as we say here each and every day is taking the lives of

00:02:16.420 hundreds of thousands of people over the course of the last few years maybe even millions we don't

00:02:21.880 know the true number uh and the fact of the matter is is you know if you have a loved one who died and

00:02:27.300 you know it was a drug overdose you don't go ahead and most cases do an autopsy because you knew or what

00:02:33.240 it was or you know uh you don't want to deal with the pain and suffering which is totally understandable

00:02:37.660 so those numbers are numbers that aren't accounted for um there so what is the real number it's like

00:02:44.780 the real number of illegal immigrants we don't really know exactly what it is the State Department

00:02:48.880 under Marco Rubio also getting to work doing a great job over the course of the last few months

00:02:55.460 since President Trump's taken office again State Department has yanked the first visa of a foreign

00:03:00.400 student linked to the Hamas supporting disruptions after President Trump had vowed to crack down on these

00:03:05.520 folks he said he was coming for you you guys wanted to act like animals you guys wanted to

00:03:09.840 break windows at schools you wanted to shut down college campuses well now you're going to pay the

00:03:14.440 price the deportations have to start it's not just these illegal immigrants coming over the southwest 0.94

00:03:19.920 border it's these people who are here on visas who think that this is their country to destroy they

00:03:24.640 think it's their country to tear down go back to your own country and do it see how see how much you

00:03:29.840 get away with see what kind of first amendment right you get away with living in Palestine see what kind of 0.99

00:03:35.480 first amendment right you get away with living in Iran go try it there see what happens I'm I'm asking 0.95

00:03:42.260 you to and come back and shoot us an email let us know how it worked out for you because America is

00:03:46.660 the greatest country in the world and some cases we let these people get away with far too much

00:03:51.420 coming over here and and stepping all over our country and disgracing our country go back to where 0.99

00:03:57.260 you came from if you don't like it here it's very simple for the American people who don't want to

00:04:01.280 live here under President Donald J Trump the same thing goes for you guys you guys don't want to live

00:04:05.160 here that's fine nobody's nobody's holding you here go back to where you came from go back to

00:04:10.020 wherever you want to go go to Canada go to Mexico go to Cuba go to Venezuela no that's the great thing

00:04:15.660 about America is you can leave and come as you go you can go down to Dominican Republic get to this

00:04:19.680 and ship down there if you buy a piece of land nobody's holding you hostage here folks simple as

00:04:24.340 that President Trump sending a letter to Iran he wants to start negotiating on a nuclear a nuclear deal

00:04:31.780 not one like Obama had where we're going to send them billions of dollars and unmarked cash for 0.89

00:04:36.420 them to spend and do whatever kind of terrorist activities they want to do but would have been

00:04:40.520 meaningful one one that will actually get nuclear weapons out of the hands of Iran one that will 0.96

00:04:45.480 maybe shift the United States and the world towards world peace a de-nuclearized Iran is a great thing for 0.97

00:04:53.280 the world them not having any nuclear weapons is a great thing for everybody not just America for

00:04:59.920 everybody around them for Israel for the surrounding nations the place is run by absolute Islamist 1.00

00:05:06.280 radicalists who will do harm to America and will do harm for the rest of the world so President Trump

00:05:11.880 trying to get a get ahead of the curve there and get ahead of the ball there to try to start to get

00:05:17.040 things going President Trump also working with Russia and Ukraine Pete Hegseth Secretary of Defense had this

00:05:25.880 to say to the media who are against there being peace in Russia and Ukraine why take a listen to Hegseth

00:05:33.240 the press is interested in narratives our president is interested in peace so we will get characterized 0.96

00:05:39.980 one way or another oh your stance is pro-Russia or pro it's all garbage the president got elected to bring

00:05:48.320 peace in peace in this conflict and he is working with both sides in a way that only President Trump 0.92

00:05:54.260 can let's be clear only President Trump can to bring them to the table to end the killing and I can tell

00:06:01.080 you from being behind the scenes he is laser focused on making that happen and we're closer today than

00:06:06.520 we've ever been because of his leadership isn't it nice Secretary of Defense an administration that

00:06:12.960 speaks directly to the American people in honesty no limericks none of that stuff no lies no deception

00:06:21.780 it's nice that we finally have something like that in America and good on Hegseth

00:06:25.420 President Trump of the Oval Office last night had this to say about the peace between Russia and Ukraine

00:06:30.560 when Zelensky inevitably comes back to the White House what do you expect from him and do you think

00:06:38.680 he'll see him in the next time well I think what's going to happen is Ukraine wants to make a deal because

00:06:45.980 I don't think they have a choice I also think that Russia wants to make a deal because in a certain

00:06:51.120 different way a different way that only I know only I know they have no choice either

00:06:56.580 President Trump that was him last night tweeting out just a few moments you on truth social quote based on

00:07:06.020 the fact that Russia is absolutely pounding Ukraine on the battlefield right now I'm strongly considering

00:07:11.320 a large-scale banking sanction and sanctions and tariffs on Russia until a ceasefire and final

00:07:16.560 settlement agreement on peace is reached to Russia and Ukraine get to the table right now before it's too

00:07:22.880 late thank you sincerely President Donald J Trump well he didn't say the last part but usually the things

00:07:30.780 he says are in great sincerity the interesting thing is Russia wants to come to the table

00:07:35.540 and they have really no reason to want to they're winning this war if they want to finish a job they

00:07:42.640 probably can not saying it's a good thing and I'm not saying I'm in favor of that but what I'm merely

00:07:47.440 saying is Russia really has no reason to come to the table Ukraine has every reason to come to the 0.84

00:07:55.200 table unless unless uh there's a deeper meaning to why Zelensky wants us to go on though is it the

00:08:03.280 money could be not sure could be um 350 billion dollars in aid now it's not just 350 billion in

00:08:11.960 cash it's about 100 and change in cash which Zelensky says he doesn't know where half of it went

00:08:18.560 well I can speculate where half of it went maybe some of it came back to America in the form of a

00:08:23.900 remittance remittance from senators but he doesn't know where the money went so we're supposed to

00:08:30.400 trust that and keep giving this guy money um to me it's it's a pointless war it should end

00:08:38.500 not another live on either side should be lost uh Zelensky I think has to go I think the world is

00:08:45.320 starting to realize now uh looking at recent polling people are fed up with Zelensky he said he wanted

00:08:52.220 peace for the longest time and now it turns out he doesn't want peace why why I think the simple

00:08:58.820 reason is money speaking of money the man who says he's run out of money right Hunter Biden we haven't

00:09:06.740 talked about him in a while the front page of the New York Post today pop goes the easel Hunter Biden

00:09:13.300 says he's just a starving artist now that his dad is not in the White House anymore former first son

00:09:19.220 claimed that his millions of dollars in debt nobody's buying his artwork anymore he's lost his

00:09:24.240 house to the LA wildfires in a bombshell legal filing in which he asked a federal judge to drop his own

00:09:30.860 lawsuit against our friend and our guest today Garrett Ziegler of the 501c3 Marco Polo

00:09:38.780 Hunter Biden who once got hundreds of thousands of dollars paid for artwork um buyers included a former

00:09:47.320 Democratic donor uh Elizabeth Hirsch she recently bought a 42,000 painting from Hunter and then Joe

00:09:54.860 appointed her on the spot to the Commission of Preserved Agency of American Heritage Abroad

00:09:59.340 interesting why is nobody buying Hunter's art anymore now it's often said that art is used as a

00:10:07.560 money laundering um tactic you're able to sell art for x amount of money and hide the money

00:10:13.680 so it's no surprise to me that Hunter Biden of all people got into the art business but now it makes

00:10:19.680 you wonder uh how much of uh art that Hunter Biden sold was because people actually liked his art

00:10:25.580 how much of it was sold because Joe Biden was giving him a kickback so as I said our guest today is

00:10:32.020 Garrett Ziegler he's gonna be joining us in a bit he's written this uh almost 700 page book the report on

00:10:37.660 Hunter Biden laptop and Hunter actually sued him and his sugar daddy Kevin Morris sued Garrett and his

00:10:44.080 organization Marco Polo for putting this out now it wasn't Garrett who uncovered the hard drive it

00:10:49.240 wasn't Garrett who released the hard drive it wasn't Garrett who started putting out the hard drive as a

00:10:53.960 matter of fact this book was put out months maybe even years after the laptop was first discovered

00:11:01.200 what this book merely does is breaks down everything in that laptop text messages pictures um proves the

00:11:08.820 crimes crimes are admitted to by Hunter in that laptop um but anyway so Hunter sues him and Marco Polo for

00:11:16.860 this and now it's come time for depositions we've had Garrett on the show before but now it's come time

00:11:22.260 for depositions where Hunter is going to be deposed by Garrett and his counsel Kevin Morris was already

00:11:29.880 supposed to be deposed but he decided not to show up to the depositions so why now does Hunter want

00:11:35.800 to drop this lawsuit Morris also has a lawsuit against Hunter Biden against Marco Polo and Garrett

00:11:41.700 Ziegler he's not dropping that lawsuit Hunter alleges that he's got no money he's living in the

00:11:46.580 pacific palisades he said his house got smoke damage or whatever he's renting the house though so an

00:11:53.280 insurance policy or anything like that has nothing to do with him he can pack up his stuff and go live

00:11:58.460 somewhere cheaper you don't have to live in the pacific palisades but he's dead broke living in

00:12:02.680 the pacific palisades probably one of the most expensive places to live in America and he wants

00:12:07.180 this lawsuit dropped why does it have something to do with the depositions does it have something to do

00:12:12.980 with the discovery that's going to come out or does it have something to do with his pardon the fact

00:12:18.100 that he can no longer plead the fifth I want to bring in Garrett Ziegler as I said he's the founder

00:12:22.860 and president of the Marco Polo the 501c3 doing the lord's work doing a great great job to try to

00:12:31.140 expose and be transparent about the last administration the Hunter Biden family the

00:12:36.180 Joe Biden family of crime we're coming right back with Garrett Ziegler he's the founder and president

00:12:41.340 of the 501c3 Marco Polo coming right back you're still looking good I'm still feeling good you know

00:13:45.620 Garrett it's great to have you back with us on the great america show the news of the week news

00:13:51.840 of the day news of the hour hunter biden's house burned down apparently in pacific's palisades

00:13:57.400 he's got no money he was suing you you're set to depose him and some other people close to him

00:14:02.940 now all of a sudden he wants to drop his lawsuit against you this is not something you hear every day

00:14:07.740 from a man uh who publishes a few hundred page book on the hunter biden laptop well thank you for

00:14:15.460 bringing it up it is unique in that the plaintiff wants to drop the case but usually as a token of

00:14:23.980 goodwill the plaintiff will communicate to the defendant that says hey i want to wipe my hands of this

00:14:29.620 but we'll do it with prejudice so that you have the assurance that i'm not going to bring this case

00:14:35.540 again right so any any defendant who is of sane mind would not accept the offer hunter made to us

00:14:43.240 which is hey Garrett i'm going to table this for the time being but if i get a future uh sugar daddy

00:14:49.820 not named kevin moore somebody who has even more money than kevin moore's i might bring this in another

00:14:54.420 jurisdiction in the future just to hound you and your family and make you pay another two hundred

00:14:58.800 thousand dollars so we we do want to settle this but we want to settle this in fair terms which is

00:15:04.620 the fair thing is to dismiss with prejudice and to just reimburse us our fees we're not

00:15:09.580 counter claiming hunter for two million dollars even though we think we have the legal right to

00:15:14.060 we're not asking two mil for hunter we're asking him to just pay us what we had to pay to fight this

00:15:20.960 ridiculous lawsuit to begin with yeah it seems absurd to me now uh as he's dropping the suit 0.96

00:15:27.940 because he has no money which we know is total bs unless it's all up his nose or on prostitute 0.96

00:15:33.260 also very well possible uh he doesn't own a house in pacific palisades okay so the fact that you can't

00:15:40.060 even look at this whole farm thing that james o'keefe's doing that he might not be getting money for his

00:15:43.720 house rent out so he's got no liability on the line there worst case scenario he packs up his stuff and

00:15:49.020 he moves to a different place like somebody else okay pacific palisades is probably one of the most

00:15:54.260 expensive places to live in america as it as it stands okay so that notion i think is is completely

00:15:59.840 out the window with how much money this guy has made how much money he's probably embezzled on his

00:16:03.820 artwork and all that good stuff um what is your thinking you and your lawyers thinking about why he

00:16:10.280 really wants this case dismissed well the thing that the new york post did touch on last night a little

00:16:16.500 bit i will give him credit for that priscilla mcgregory is hunter and kevin do not want to be

00:16:23.940 deposed kevin has already blown a deposition on february 26th two weeks ago i was in los angeles in a

00:16:32.820 conference room just like this waiting for kevin to appear kevin believes the civil law doesn't apply

00:16:38.660 to him perhaps because his former or current client hunter biden didn't have the criminal law applied to

00:16:45.800 him at least till 2014 on so we are going to be holding or bringing a motion for kevin morris to be

00:16:53.940 held in contempt so if this case goes on if hunter doesn't drop this morris could be found in contempt

00:17:00.680 and morris is the one funding all this through forgivable loans which is basically sophisticated

00:17:06.460 money laundering so what we really think occurred and this is speculation for your viewership but this

00:17:12.720 is somebody who's in the case so i feel like i can speculate because i'm a party right hunter is

00:17:19.540 receiving directions for morris morris is saying hey i'm the money bags here i'm telling you to drop

00:17:26.320 this thing because if it were all about money hunter would drop the case against patrick byrne which is

00:17:32.480 ridiculous also in the central district of california same court so think about the gall of this guy

00:17:37.720 hunter's going to one judge vera who was appointed by his daddy saying hey i'm indigent i can't do this 0.71

00:17:45.340 anymore but across the hall same judge or excuse me not the same judge same court different judge

00:17:52.560 stephen wilson he's like no no let's go to trial on that and trial with any expensive lawyer is about

00:18:00.220 200 to 250 000 that's a floor right so it makes no sense logically so something a third you know i

00:18:09.740 studied economics not in graduate school just undergrad degree but there is a third party uh externality

00:18:18.620 here there's a third force of play uh exerting influence upon the situation and that is kevin morris's

00:18:26.240 money and kevin morris is the guy that marco polo has focused on for years in fact he's in six

00:18:33.900 different pages in our book he's the guy for your viewers who looks like the geico caveman

00:18:39.100 what page are we on there garrett 56 and he made his fortune apparently through representing the

00:18:47.560 lawyers of south park or the creators of south park excuse me he's the lawyer for the south park creators

00:18:52.800 excuse me um parker and the other degenerate south park is essentially seinfeld in animation

00:19:00.540 form show about nothing right although although i will give credit south park did uh did get a couple

00:19:09.120 of awards for it was funny in some respect and it went after pc culture a little bit so there are i would

00:19:16.900 i would rank south park a little bit better than seinfeld but that's here that's neither here nor there

00:19:21.680 kevin apparently made a hundred million dollars off of this wow because he negotiated a deal with

00:19:27.060 comedy central whereby south park receives a larger portion of the ad revenue generated from the show

00:19:34.380 and this was all so morris made his fortune off of the streaming revolution that came into full

00:19:42.460 circa 2013 you think of house of cards that sort of thing yeah so why do i say all this why do i belabor

00:19:47.920 the point to say john that our little group which is a three board three member board of a c3 marco 0.95

00:19:56.120 polo we're we're battling some of the most degenerate connected people in the united states of america when

00:20:02.460 you think of hollywood look at look at kevin morris he's a he's a big aspect of hollywood

00:20:07.120 it's alleged by the irs whistleblowers themselves that they couldn't interview him because the cia told

00:20:12.700 them they couldn't wow but think about his estranged wife who he's the co-trustee of all

00:20:18.280 their trust they have like seven properties the trust owns a morris morgan trust she is the one of

00:20:23.760 the lead talent agents at william morris the premier talent agency she reps miley cyrus and a bunch of

00:20:31.920 other celebrities so you have this power couple that's degenerate obviously look at them and look who

00:20:38.900 their funding degenerate connected uh experience so this is our these are our this is the opposing

00:20:48.100 counsel remember for all your viewers kevin is suing us too in the state court in california which we

00:20:55.240 have in the appellate system right now because we partially won we partially won our case at the trial

00:21:00.220 court level with morris and now he's appealing it and we get our fees by the way if we win that

00:21:06.640 so kevin morris before it's all said and done 56 he could end up paying us about 250 000

00:21:13.480 should we double that it should be triple that with all the time that you've had to waste on 0.74

00:21:17.800 their nonsense we're simply putting out yeah it's a book it's a book man i mean it's so ridiculous

00:21:23.680 they didn't say i did anything wrong it just said that i hurt their feelings this is not just any book

00:21:29.000 the way folks where can they get their copy garrett thank you the physical copies and the free online

00:21:35.560 pdf are at biden report.com very simple url biden report.com it has over 10 million views which

00:21:44.040 again is a small percentage of the public which is why i'm here today to spread the word yeah

00:21:48.660 biden report.com not a single thing has been debunked in it it's a very conservative report

00:21:54.060 the language we use we never go over the line of what we have paper for so when we say hunter solicited

00:22:00.940 this prostitute through this pimp on this state in this state he did it because we have evidence for 0.98

00:22:07.200 it yeah it's the reason why you haven't been sued for for for cause for that i'm looking here at this 0.80

00:22:12.280 on page 56 here for anyone who wants to join along with us online but i i do recommend getting your

00:22:17.360 hard copy i mean it's so much better to have this thing in front of you thank you back and forth um

00:22:22.520 but i sent it to a bunch of my friends who i had and they're very jealous that i have this thing so

00:22:27.440 uh take put me in touch with them i'll hook them up you know it's funny i was actually talking to

00:22:33.180 lose uh lose wife debbie who's a great woman and i said uh garrett just sent me all this book she

00:22:37.600 goes oh can you ask him to send me one i'm going no no you probably don't want to see this thing

00:22:41.700 well i sent back in the trial in june i could have swore i sent lou a copy i know i sent you one

00:22:50.180 back then but you know his book right up there yeah war on the middle class i i uh this is an

00:22:57.360 aside but i really can't believe he's he's he's gone it's it's a weird feeling because i didn't

00:23:02.860 know him at all very well personally but i i like miss him even though he's not in my life personally

00:23:08.700 not weird yeah no tell me about it it's well you knew him like an uncle man so brother i know i know

00:23:16.980 it's it's um it's sad as hell that he can't see this yep you know why because garrett he and that's 0.51

00:23:24.780 the reason why i've continued on doing the show is he didn't shy away from anything he wasn't scared

00:23:28.900 of anything he wasn't scared of who was going to fire him he wasn't scared of who was going to

00:23:32.920 withhold his next paycheck he didn't live his life like a coward which is a lot of the way that you

00:23:37.320 see people living their lives these days i won't say any names but i worked with him at fox news for

00:23:41.600 five years that's a long time so many people at that place who walk around with their head down

00:23:46.980 their tail between their legs terrified to tip the apple cart terrified lou walked through the

00:23:52.640 always very very respectful by the way everyone respected him he was the nicest person in the

00:23:57.380 world i mean he looked like an angry like you said an angry uncle the biggest heart in the absolute

00:24:02.960 world garrett and uh and you know what he he wasn't afraid he was it was you know not scared of

00:24:09.020 anything he wasn't scared of getting fired if someone came to him with a legitimate story uh you

00:24:13.720 know if you came out with this at the time where we were fox you know damn right well lou would have

00:24:17.300 had it on tv and he would have got calls from the executives and i think most of the phone calls

00:24:22.040 with lou and the executives were well just fire me if that's the case and um you know very similar

00:24:27.780 to tucker cross and i i spoke with tucker one day a few years ago tucker said to me he goes john i

00:24:33.080 can't give you any advice and i go why tucker and he goes because i've been fired from every job i've

00:24:37.680 ever had and you know what garrett sometimes that's the way you've got to live life and that's

00:24:42.060 where you got to be and there's a reason why lou dobs will go down as one of the greatest people

00:24:45.500 uh in this political movement ever uh it's the reason why i agree and all the epithets

00:24:50.700 you know they never call him liar that's what i always look for when people start

00:24:55.460 criticizing someone they call him yeah a bigot right he's a mean guy okay is what he's saying

00:25:01.140 true or not that that seems to never cross their minds yeah you know it's funny before i want to

00:25:06.200 get back to this but before we go i want to take a quick break when i first started working for lou

00:25:10.040 i in full disclosure i didn't really know who he was i watched grew up watching hannity and some

00:25:14.420 younger guys so i start googling and i'm like and it's coming up this guy's a racist this guy's this

00:25:20.120 his immigration policy is great so i'm like all right i gotta go meet this guy and see what

00:25:23.780 within five minutes of meeting lou he took the guy out of the out of the office who was in us with

00:25:28.540 the interview and he goes let me talk to john alone and me and him just hit it back and forth just

00:25:32.300 bsing about everything about airplanes about tractors just everything and he hired me right away but that

00:25:37.880 was the kind of guy lou was he he related to everybody and everything and uh was just a normal

00:25:42.960 it wasn't bureaucratic no you know what i used to joke with him i used to say now i know why

00:25:47.920 you didn't care if he got fired because you can literally live on 50 000 a year that's the way

00:25:52.120 you live he lived his life if he didn't own his farm he could live his life on 50 grand a year he

00:25:56.540 lived like a normal person dressed like a normal person and never looked down on anybody for money

00:26:01.820 because he had all the money in the world and didn't care didn't think of it and you know what

00:26:06.020 he shared that money and he he gave to charities and uh he took me a little ride with him so i want to

00:26:11.120 take a quick break here garrett we're coming right back with garrett he's the founder and ceo of the

00:26:15.580 501c3 marco polo when we return i want to go a little bit further into this hunter biden story

00:26:20.100 and kevin morris's attachment and if there's any way that you could maybe uh stop him from dropping

00:26:26.080 this case against you now it sounds a little crazy like why would you want to stop somebody from suing

00:26:30.820 you but there might be a deeper deeper meaning behind it we're coming right back with garrett folks stay

00:27:35.700 free we're back with garrett ziegler of the 501c3 marco polo they do a terrific job um they put out

00:27:45.380 this book i'm not sure how many pages it is but i'm gonna tell you right now i've been saying like

00:27:49.840 seven eight hundred garant okay we're close 636 and boy i turned to the last page and it's um it's a

00:27:55.700 doozy for anyone who could see that on camera it's hunter biden in a scarf um you guys can get

00:28:02.780 your copies where garrett bidenreport.com there you go i recommend it to you guys because uh

00:28:09.560 there's no hyperbole about it it's very straightforward it's everything that was in

00:28:13.680 hunter's laptop evidence that should have been on the record years ago presumably the fbi had it

00:28:18.860 i want to get back to the hunter case garrett um can you appeal if you wanted to as i said before we

00:28:24.580 went to break the fact that they want this case dismissed we can appeal it and for the record we

00:28:30.620 want it dismissed but under fair terms so in our filings yesterday about 3 p.m we again we only had

00:28:39.840 24 hours because hunter did it ex parte which means he's not going through the normal process which is

00:28:45.080 another reason to deny it um we say that if you are to grant this motion because i i'm not a litigious

00:28:52.220 person i've never sued anybody in my life i don't want to be in law fair if i don't have to be

00:28:55.980 but if he just rubber stamps this the judge is giving hunter the ability to bring this

00:29:01.560 same suit again with a different patron backing it that is prejudicial to me i want to move on with

00:29:11.440 my life and everybody else in the non-profit does too yeah and it's not like you came out of the

00:29:16.980 suing hunter you put out a book you know it's not like you broke the story it's and i'm not

00:29:21.820 taking no you're right all we did all we did was be more thorough but you're right we were we were

00:29:28.600 late in every sense of the word so it's really malicious prosecution hunter could have sued the

00:29:34.720 new york post daily mail and about a dozen other outlets who published data from the abandoned device

00:29:40.940 yeah john paul mcissaick who i've had on the show many times a really good guy he did everything he 0.92

00:29:46.960 could to not put the thing out by the way he just wanted his damn 200 bucks at hunter odom um so he 0.53

00:29:52.760 you know he could be the number one so and i'm not saying he should but i'm just saying this is the

00:29:56.240 man who came out and did it rudy giuliani came out but should the new york post yet the man who comes

00:30:00.840 and dissects everything and lays it out very succinctly for the american people somehow is the one who's the

00:30:06.040 target of this and i wouldn't let this thing go just based on the premise where they've tried to

00:30:10.460 torture you they've tried to bully you they've tried to intimidate you for years uh to get to drop

00:30:15.200 this case and to and to and to get rid of the the book and all that good stuff like why would you

00:30:21.100 even in good faith want to drop this lawsuit why wouldn't you turn around and say well now i'm going

00:30:26.040 to sue you because you sued me well because i do not trust the american justice system yeah i believe

00:30:34.340 our judges are basically second world uh i don't think they're third world but they're second world

00:30:39.760 this is the central district of california is essentially brazil and i in brazil a second

00:30:46.480 world everybody knows that we're not being mean to them we're not we're not saying that they're

00:30:50.140 third world like india but this is a second world environment and i believe that i cannot get a fair shake 0.87

00:30:57.060 in that environment so there's no reason for me to be a plaintiff all we're seeking is for our cost

00:31:03.360 to be reimbursed we're just asking for a reimbursement it's like you know what you talk about

00:31:08.060 independent contractor that's the best thing an independent contractor can do hey i covered this

00:31:12.800 on the front end you as the company all i want is a reimbursement you're like well that's very

00:31:17.900 reasonable you ought to get a reimbursement because you didn't bug us on the front end for it now are

00:31:23.000 they pushing back against that against literally they don't want they put that in their motions that

00:31:28.460 they said we won't be prejudiced at all even though we put down that on this case alone it's

00:31:33.840 197 000 as of yesterday and then in the morris case it's another over 200 000 so if if hunter i make

00:31:43.580 this offer to them if hunter wants to wipe his hands of this morris can do a global settlement

00:31:53.040 that just reimburses all of our legal fees and both parties can walk away and of course i've talked to

00:31:58.700 my attorney about this before saying this publicly but uh that's how they can make it right dismiss with

00:32:04.440 prejudice both cases reimburse our legal fees fares fair garrick it's less than four hundred thousand

00:32:11.420 dollars for anyone who's been in lawfare before four hundred thousand dollars is absolutely nothing

00:32:16.240 if you go to trial on each case what people don't understand is it's going to be 400 you'd said before

00:32:22.000 250 my opinion it's going to be a minimum of california 400 to 500 just to start going to trial

00:32:28.600 so now it's money out of your pocket it's money out of his pocket but i think he's really terrified

00:32:34.080 of the discovery aspect of it and what's going to come out in the discovery before you answer that

00:32:39.940 question tell me if you will why is it because i haven't been able to figure this out and i've read

00:32:44.340 a lot about it why is it that kevin morris is so entangled with and obsessed with hunter by

00:32:50.400 part emotional part financial and part social i'll take each one kevin morris going back to 2017 is a

00:33:01.600 case number three of trump derangement syndrome this guy was was tweeting midas touch and lincoln project

00:33:13.920 videos back in 2017 john he's a total nut job he is a adam in fact guess if you don't believe me 0.66

00:33:21.480 consider that he was the main producer his name is literally on the movie cover the main producer and

00:33:28.920 backer of a film about adam kenzinger called the last republican just released in october at the toronto

00:33:35.620 film festival september toronto film festival go toronto film festival adam kenzinger so that is who

00:33:42.920 morris loves adam krein kenzinger one of the worst people from the in the history of the state of 0.99

00:33:49.380 illinois my state it's an embarrassment to say i'm from the state same state as him and that includes

00:33:54.260 uh slovenly pritzker that's the emotional part about it he looked at this financial support of

00:34:02.480 hunter as an anti as a trump derangement syndrome byproduct hey we can help joe take out trump

00:34:10.000 right especially with all the impeachment nonsense going on because that's when he really started to

00:34:14.540 fund hunter in the form of forgivable loans which is again sophisticated legal if it if not illegal

00:34:20.160 money laundering right the financial aspect of it is he has funny money he's bored his wife left him

00:34:27.760 he's estranged he's living alone this is a chance for him to get in the scene get his name in the paper

00:34:34.020 become relevant again because he's just living off the interest now i mean he struck that deal for the

00:34:39.060 south park creators he's not an active lawyer right he's never done a trial before these are deal

00:34:44.560 maker lawyers these are people who are yes on the bar of california but they don't go in front of a

00:34:49.620 judge they're not real lawyers they're just negotiators they're more like arbitrators yeah and

00:34:55.240 then the last part of it is in my opinion social this is a way for um and i guess it kind of ties into

00:35:06.080 emotional but it's it's distinct this is a way for him to glad hand and bump elbows with other

00:35:13.340 highfalutin donors in fact here's a relevant bit the chairman of joe's campaign was jeffrey katzenberg

00:35:22.460 another hollywood degenerate yeah who raised over 300 million dollars for joe's second failed aborted

00:35:29.220 aborted campaign so it all what i'm trying to say is the hq was in hollywood okay and and

00:35:36.640 morris's house was actually one of the ones spared in the pacific palisades

00:35:43.120 uh it's on tramonto drive there it's the only one on the street that got spared wonder why that is

00:35:47.820 good for him right but again i don't even think he owns it i think he's renting it he might own it

00:35:52.340 but not based on the property records because of course we looked those up that's the first thing

00:35:55.660 pi did when we started started looking into him but i think it's social financial and i think the

00:36:02.280 only reason why the spigots have turned i think i still think they're friends but i think the spigots

00:36:07.800 have turned because joey's not in power right so kevin was generous provided that joe could do

00:36:15.040 something to trump once that's out of the play the money dries up and he doesn't want to be deposed

00:36:21.880 because we'll have we would have the opportunity to oppose him for 10 hours right and to kevin

00:36:26.380 morris that is hell on earth you know the other issue is in talking with mike mccormick about this

00:36:33.800 yesterday usaid and elon musk going in and starting slash all this crap uh that they've spent on and

00:36:41.500 from what i understand it sounds like biden tried to put these uh these placements in place before he

00:36:47.420 left office these different uh funding aspects um some of them for uh uh uh virology testing and

00:36:56.820 things like that through met with the company metabiota um that are all going to get washed

00:37:02.600 away now so i think that's even more of an incentive for morris to say well they're figuring out where

00:37:08.120 the hell all this usa money went and that was our backstop that was our plan if all else failed 0.94

00:37:13.940 because hunter he's unemployable the guy's a drug addict uh uh just an abhorrent human being 0.75

00:37:20.100 the man is not employable not even at a at a mcdonald's he's a convicted felon right um yeah

00:37:27.140 well that got washed away i think i think hunter could work at mcdonald's but what i think more

00:37:33.040 humiliating for hunter is that he couldn't be hired as like a claims adjuster at state farm

00:37:37.980 right like he couldn't even do a sedentary job that's humiliating right um and again this is a

00:37:45.540 guy who said to the congress hey i am a yale educated lawyer everything is legitimate all these

00:37:51.320 board seats i got were because of my brilliance he said that with a straight face to our elected

00:37:58.380 representatives yeah you know what the other problem is is what hunter forgot to to mention is with all

00:38:03.940 dei hunter is the last person to get hired even without the last name biden because he's a white 0.85

00:38:08.600 male and we know white males are now in the minority as it comes to jobs there's no secret about that

00:38:13.860 there's nothing racist about it it's just the truth i want to ask you something what did you think was

00:38:18.880 going to come up in discovery and did you think it has something to do with his pardon because he can't

00:38:23.880 plead the fifth at this point i think that the deposition would have been the hardest for him

00:38:30.240 they already stonewalled us on written discovery request they were objecting on everything it was

00:38:37.640 pathetic man and so they weren't going to give up anything in written discovery this is a panic about

00:38:45.280 the depositions because when you're responding to written discovery hunter can hide behind lawyers 0.96

00:38:52.000 and he can say make this all go away give him bs boilerplate objections and they did 80 pages worth

00:38:58.520 of objections john odisony this document's pathetic uh but what's what he can't do even though he'll

00:39:06.240 have his counsel by his side in the deposition we're in control in the deposition and he didn't want 0.96

00:39:13.080 to sit for it so he really expected to sue me and us not to depose him i mean that's the dumbest thing

00:39:19.580 i've ever heard he's the plaintiff the burden of proof is on the plaintiff in civil cases right

00:39:24.920 and criminal cases and as a lover of the sixth amendment i i cherish that right the government's

00:39:33.660 going to haul you in and arrest you they have the burden of proof and it's a high one that that a

00:39:39.000 juror can't even have reasonable doubt that's a high bar right so in in the civil case the standard of

00:39:48.140 evidence is preponderance of the evidence 51 to 49 right you know this so hunter but what i'm trying

00:39:54.840 to say is hunter couldn't even meet that yeah so forget the criminal standard hunter just had to

00:39:59.920 give her ponderance of the evidence for a liberal la jury and he wanted to call uncle so that shows you

00:40:07.100 he has no case for a show trial and for anyone who's never sat in a deposition before it could be

00:40:11.560 tedious it could be you really get the best of people i tell right buddy roger stone all the time

00:40:16.500 i whenever i'm down in the dumps i'll watch his depositions because roger cannot help himself in a

00:40:22.220 deposition to get pissed off and uh you know you show sometimes who you are in a position you think

00:40:29.580 anything would have come out that you would have asked him um that we don't know about yet uh maybe

00:40:36.860 his plans um yes because i i wouldn't say this about anybody else in america because i know the

00:40:44.820 subject better than anybody else in america but i there's a tons of questions that the house

00:40:49.480 committees didn't ask him and that i would have asked him and the way the way you do conduct a

00:40:55.580 deposition is you you create comfortability so you ask him a lot of questions that he don't that he

00:41:02.420 doesn't think are related where he actually tells the truth right to to sort of coax him in and it's

00:41:09.340 a little bit like the venus fly trap where those plants stay very very still right that's how they

00:41:16.120 get their prey because the bugs just go in the fly trap and the plants are stationary but then

00:41:21.560 it closes very quickly and so he's wanting to avoid that and we'll see that it's the balls in the courts

00:41:31.140 or the ball is in the judge's court he can the worst let's put it this way if he grants hunter's

00:41:38.260 request without prejudice meaning hunter could bring the case again and doesn't grant us fees we're

00:41:42.860 appealing that to the ninth circuit again not because we want to be litigious but because we

00:41:47.240 want to be reimbursed right and you deserve to be uh what i call that on this show garrett is the

00:41:52.560 banana the good old banana in the tailpipe uh your analogy of the venus fly trap i call it the banana

00:41:58.320 in the tailpipe eddie murphy fan myself garrett before we close up here i want to give you a

00:42:03.160 chance to you get the last word here uh i really appreciated uh talking with you today uh we got

00:42:08.700 to get you back here maybe next week or so i want to take up ukraine i want to take up the whole issue

00:42:12.760 there and the corruption there uh you get the last words here the floor is yours if you want to hit on

00:42:18.200 the ukraine thing or or the soup floor is yours thank you for having me on i've always enjoyed speaking

00:42:24.080 with you the issue today with hunter biden is not just a parochial one for our small c3

00:42:30.260 if what you said is true or what you alluded to earlier about the usa id funds drying up and why

00:42:37.660 they're so reticent to continue this now hunter through morris could have been funded the whole time

00:42:44.740 by these pop-up ngo scams through usa id and ukraine is at the center of that ukraine has received billions

00:42:53.200 in aid so yes although it affects us personally in a very parochial sense this story is about

00:43:02.000 corrupt benefactors having their pools of cash dried up that's the larger thesis and ukraine could be the

00:43:12.080 largest pool on planet earth for that dark money the imf was involved in 2014 going back a decade with

00:43:19.040 the privat bank loans and ihor kolomoisky the oligarch who stole 1.6 billion dollars in imf loans

00:43:28.520 so this this is the the beating heart of ukraine is money laundering and if if this in any way

00:43:37.360 implicates hunter with regard to morris it's one of the biggest stories of this year

00:43:43.740 yeah you're absolutely right and and what did the cia know cia is involved in everything what

00:43:48.680 did the cia know about ukraine that we don't know about we'll be deposing we will be sending

00:43:53.460 uh discovery request in our case with morris to the cia he better get ready

00:43:57.840 we got to keep us updated and you know you're like i said you're always welcome to come back here

00:44:03.000 whenever you want as often as you want uh the audience loves you um don't take my word for it it's
