00:05:56.620 encounter with the FBI before we get to the lawsuit. And let me ask you a few questions as

00:06:02.160 we go, because I want to know what they said to you when they pulled those three cars, as I understand

00:06:07.520 it, surrounded you in the drive-thru lane of that Hardee's. Well, here's what happened. At four in the

00:06:13.400 morning, I called my buddy the night before. I said, hey, there's, it was early teal season. It's a

00:06:19.620 kind of a duck down and down in Iowa. That's, and I said, hey, we get the, it's one of the last days

00:06:25.960 we can go down. Let's go down in the morning and go teal hunting. It's about a two and a half hour

00:06:30.520 drive. We left at 4 a.m. and we headed down there. We were, we got nine of the ducks. We were three

00:06:36.760 short of our limit, but I said, I've got to get back for filming with those entrepreneurs and their

00:06:42.440 U.S. products for my store. For my store, we were actually doing filming that day. Well, then we got

00:06:47.980 halfway back. We drove halfway back and we were both hungry. I said, let's go through a drive-thru.

00:06:53.640 We, we picked a Hardee's and we pulled into the drive-thru, ordered our food and, and some of it

00:07:01.620 wasn't ready, but we've all been there when they say, hey, pull ahead and, and I'll bring your order

00:07:47.980 passenger side that he was on. And then I looked in the mirror and, uh, rear view mirror and it comes,

00:07:59.920 friend, I said, I said, these are bad guys. Something's going down. Well, I had no idea that

00:08:05.580 they were FBI and they certainly didn't. I, the last thing I thought was there was any law enforcement

00:08:10.660 involved here. So I, I opened my door and I, and I stood up, I said, and I yelled loud enough.

00:08:22.880 you and what do you want? And they said, the one guy in the front of me said, we're FBI and we need

00:08:28.820 to talk to her. We're here to talk to you. And I said, I don't believe you. Show me your badges.

00:08:38.660 from afar. And he showed me his. And I said, okay. Um, and I said, so they said, we'll back up

00:08:50.460 drive-thru lane. And then they, uh, um, they got out. Uh, there was at least four, uh, that I seen

00:08:57.640 because then it became very focused in a, in a tight group by my driver's door there as I got

00:09:02.980 out of my pickup. And my, one of them grabbed my friend who was very shook up, uh, in, uh,

00:09:16.480 him and started asking him for his ID and all this. And they, they asked him if he had

00:09:20.780 a gun on him. And I said, well, we have all kinds of, you know, we have guns in the back

00:10:54.780 from Colorado. And I said, yeah, I said, the evidence, I said, don't you guys, you guys should

00:12:57.560 all the evidence. I want to get rid of these machines. And maybe I said, maybe then Fox news

00:13:03.060 and news max and places like that would actually talk about these machines for once. And I

00:13:08.880 actually said that on my show, maybe it would take something like that. And, uh, the FBI,

00:13:13.240 he says, uh, he says, well, no, he says, we're not arresting you. And the, and I said, and

00:13:18.220 I'm thinking to myself, you know, though, it was almost like, you know, something had to

00:13:23.800 happen that I wanted Fox news and the media that has not talked since September or since

00:13:29.440 February 4th of 2021. It's very sad that when they started lawfare, that nobody, nobody would

00:13:36.240 talk about it anymore. But anyway, he, uh, so now he had not shown me any search warrant.

00:13:41.980 I'm, uh, I went back and forth. I said, well, you guys know, I went to Colorado. I spoke at

00:13:46.820 the Colorado Capitol. Then they asked me about, uh, Tina Peters. When I first met her and I said,

00:13:52.720 you guys already know this. I met her at the cyber symposium. I said, I don't know what

00:13:57.960 you're getting here. But every time they asked a question, I would, I'd give them about a five

00:14:02.280 minute answer. I'm trying to almost like trying to tell them like, why, why are you guys doing

00:14:07.080 this? I said, you're, they're letting you're weaponizing it. The FBI, the government is,

00:14:11.460 and you guys are going after citizens. You're bashing people's door down. Like you did Sharona

00:14:17.040 Bishop. That's what he said when she didn't open her door fast enough. I said, well, you didn't arrest

00:14:21.160 anybody. I said, this is like Nazi Germany. He goes, he goes, um, well, he says, we're just doing

00:14:32.000 in Germany, in Nazi Germany. And I, and, uh, we, you know, I was just, it was kind of a back

00:14:41.680 about, um, being scared. I think they might've looked at my friend and I said, you know, I

00:14:47.560 said, I, you know, I expect some, you know, craziness like this that you guys are doing.

00:14:57.680 And, uh, well, then they asked me a few more things. They asked me a couple of names. Uh,

00:15:02.220 the physicist, Doug Frank, they asked me when I first met him, I said, well, I did a movie

00:15:11.480 from the state. Then they asked me about Dennis or, uh, we brought it, I brought up, I think

00:15:15.780 Dennis Montgomery. I said, all is he's a whistleblower for the government. We have his stuff's

00:15:20.920 under a government gag order in, uh, in Nevada. And I told the FBI that then Lou, I told the

00:15:27.240 FBI said, it does this involve January six. And they go, no. And I said, well, why don't

00:15:32.280 you call a couple other FBI guys if you're not going to arrest me and have them bring me

00:15:36.640 to the January six thing. I said, I would love to show up, even though I wasn't there, show

00:15:42.100 them all this evidence so that it goes, that it goes by by. And then I said, do you FBI guys

00:15:47.920 realize that on, on June 26th of 2021, you guys finished a six month report on January

00:15:57.160 six. And you said there was absolutely no collusion between Donald Trump and his supporters. And

00:16:03.360 this is where it all should have went away. Instead, there's people still sitting in, in

00:16:08.060 prisons with violating their rights. And I said, and you're sitting there with this big

00:16:12.000 charade of a committee and they go, Mike, we don't, that's not us. We have nothing to do

00:16:16.100 with that part. You're not, this is not why we're asking you questions. I said, well,

00:16:19.380 then, then what are you getting at here? And so we were about 25 minutes or 30 minutes into

00:16:26.000 this conversation. Oh, and then he brought up, he says, he says, well, can you go hunting?

00:16:32.240 And meaning, can I have guns with your past? And I go, what? I said, have you read my book? I said,

00:16:39.380 I used to be a former addict, but I said, I found Jesus. And I said, and I said, he goes, yeah,

00:16:49.280 then I started witnessing it to him. Lou, I figured what a great time to witness the Lord

00:16:53.400 to these guys. Right. And, and so I'm talking to him about that. Then he finally goes, well,

00:16:59.220 Mike, we got some bad news. We're going to take your phone. And I said, you're not taking my phone.

00:17:05.740 And the guy goes, yeah, we have a, that's when he first said, we have a warrant and a subpoena.

00:17:12.240 And he pulled out these papers, or I guess another agent walked up with these papers finally,

00:17:18.040 and he hands me these papers. And I said, you're not taking my phone. Everything I do is on this

00:17:23.280 phone. There's passwords that aren't in a cloud. And my hearing aids, everything runs off this phone.

00:17:28.880 I don't use a computer. I don't use a laptop. Five companies I run off this. This is my lifeblood

00:17:34.460 right here. And he goes, no, we, and I said, no, we're taking the phone. And I asked him, I said,

00:17:39.640 can I call a lawyer? And he said, no. And I said, the hell he says. Yeah. He says,

00:17:46.340 you can't call a lawyer. And here's what I said to him, Lou. I said, so you're telling me

00:17:51.120 that you're not going to arrest me. But if you did arrest me, if you did arrest me,

00:17:56.200 if I get you to arrest me, I can call a lawyer. But, but you're saying, since you're not going

00:18:01.200 to arrest me, I can't call a lawyer, but you can steal stuff from me. And he, and you know,

00:18:06.400 I mean, there's no logic in that. I go, there's gotta be something you're violating here because

00:18:11.240 I'm not, if I don't give you my phone, can I get arrested? You know, I literally asked him this.

00:18:17.440 And he goes, he goes, no, he goes, no, but we're taking your phone. I said, well, I'm calling my

00:18:22.440 lawyer. We argued for probably, I'm not kidding, probably a minute or two at least. And he, and he

00:18:28.080 said, okay, call your lawyer. I put the lawyer on speaker and the lawyer says, well, it was Kurt Olson.

00:18:35.000 And he said, I said, I got the FBI here, Kurt. They're trying to take my phone. And he went

00:18:42.380 through, they, he read the part of the subpoena to him. He goes, well, Mike, just give me your phone.

00:18:47.560 And I'm arguing with my lawyer. I said, I'd rather be arrested. And he goes, no, no, Mike, just, just

00:18:52.620 give me your phone. And I'm going, and I'm, all I could think of at this point is, is what am I

00:18:58.960 going to do now with these, with the stuff that's on the phone? So I asked the FBI, if I could do a,

00:19:06.080 you know, check and see the backup on the phone. And he said, no. And Kurt was still on speaker. I

00:19:12.920 said, I need to see when the last backup was done. And I said, there's stuff in here. I can't,

00:19:18.080 that aren't even in the cloud. I said, you know, I have files in there, Lou, that I can't even

00:19:22.400 wire money right now out of a couple of accounts. Cause I don't have those passwords

00:19:26.780 that were in files on that phone that aren't in the cloud. But anyway, we argued, Kurt hung up

00:19:32.200 then, then the attorney, then the FBI, they gave me a sheet of paper that says, um, whatever,

00:19:38.960 you know, we would request that you don't tell anybody about this, uh, because it could jeopardize

00:19:44.640 our investigation. It's not, you're not only under any obligations. Oh yeah. They wanted me to keep

00:19:50.240 to not talk. And I go, I go, what is this? And they go, they go, yeah, you're, um, we don't want

00:19:55.940 you to say anything. And I said, Oh, you're going to be on the six o'clock news on my show

00:19:59.800 for all this corruption. And he goes, well, Mike, what do you mean? We're corrupt. I said,

00:20:03.900 you guys are doing work for, my guess is Dominion, a machines company. We've never,

00:20:10.100 no one even heard of till now. And you're being weaponized by the government, by, uh, that the

00:20:15.940 government, which would be like Jenna Griswold in, uh, a secretary of state of Colorado. I said,

00:20:21.220 I said, the smells of that, of that, this is good for you, Mike, you know, and, uh, and, uh, and I

00:20:28.860 went right on my show, Lou, as you know, and I said, they, the FBI said not for me not to say

00:20:33.660 anything, but I'm going to talk. You know that I'm not going to, I'm, I can't, I can't believe

00:20:39.400 anybody would ask you not to talk. They don't know you very well. I go, I don't care if I talk,

00:20:46.180 will you put me in jail? So it would maybe make Fox news. Well, you know, I want to say this,

00:20:51.060 before we get too far and I forget, I am so grateful to Tucker Carlson both nights when he

00:20:59.080 broke the news, right? When it happened on his show. And the next night, Lou, he did a 15 minute

00:21:04.660 segment about the machines. The word dominion was even said he had Kamala Harris recorded saying we

00:21:11.780 had to get rid of the machines. I don't know if you've seen that, but that is a big breakthrough.

00:21:16.380 Everybody that Fox news actually talked about these machines and this, and they, you know,

00:21:23.260 these voting machines, cause we have to get rid of them to save our country. That's the bottom line.

00:21:28.940 That's what I told the FBI guys. That's what they're trying to stop me from doing. I've been,

00:21:33.980 it comes right on the heels of requesting these cast vote records from all over this country that a hundred

00:21:40.700 percent show machine manipulation. And it's 97% of all the ones we went through. I was just a reporter

00:21:47.980 for CNN. Say that again, please. So the cast vote records, everybody, it comes on the heels.

00:21:56.540 At the moment of truth summit, I told the public, I said, Hey, you guys go out and get the cast vote

00:22:03.980 records. Because if there is much computer or machine manipulation, this a hundred percent shows

00:22:10.700 it. You can't, you can't, there's no in between either. You have corruption or you didn't have

00:22:16.380 corruption through the machines or computers. So when I did that Lou, I was, it went everywhere. And

00:22:21.980 these are your, these are the freedom of information act, everybody. So you, you have the right to

00:22:27.020 these and, uh, well, went out everywhere. Well, the media didn't know what to do with it because

00:22:31.900 they're going, Oh, wow. This is showing that, uh, there was a computer that they were using these

00:22:38.380 machines for and computer manipulation. So they didn't know how to attack me. So the media started

00:22:44.060 attacking, saying Mike Lindell put out this requested. And now these county clerks are so busy.

00:22:49.820 They're just so busy and they don't know what to do. It's jeopardizing the 2022 election

00:22:54.540 because they're trying to prepare for it. Well, I just got off the phone with CNN

00:22:59.980 right before coming on your show. And she was calling me about the cast vote records.

00:23:04.140 And I said, ma'am, I said, let me tell you, San Francisco township in California, even they,

00:23:11.820 they just put it right up on their website because it's under the freedom of information act.

00:23:16.540 So they don't, they don't get any requests. They get, they go look at our website.

00:23:20.540 I said, they have the common sense to do that. And it's a, it's hitting a button on a machine.

00:23:25.740 But Lou, I also told CNN, the findings so far, which they're not going to print this.

00:23:31.420 Here's the findings, everybody. We have now gone through 600 and I believe 40 of the counties.

00:23:38.380 Remember there's 3000, I think 200 counties in the U S we have now over 1200, uh, cast vote records,

00:23:45.580 1200 counties. We have went through 630 of the 630. It's like 604 are compromised and they were used

00:23:58.140 computers, manipulated the vote of the 2020 election, a hundred percent. This doesn't lie.

00:24:05.420 And this lady on the phone, she goes, well, what are you going to do with it from CNN goes,

00:24:09.260 what are you going to do with that information? I said, well, people are going to, I said, people

00:24:13.980 are going to take it to their sheriffs and their County commissioners and say, we don't want those

00:30:33.900 like before this, these primaries this summer. And they said, Hey, we welcome the public to come

00:30:39.740 and try and do the machines and, and to watch how we're going to, you know, um, check them for

00:30:45.100 quality control. Well, the, the citizens of Alabama went there and they put, they brought paper

00:30:51.020 in with them just off a typing, a copy machine and they stuck them in and it accepted them

00:30:56.540 that they were ballots. And, and now the, the, the employees didn't know what to do with the vendor

00:31:02.460 company. So they, um, the, um, John Merrill, the secretary of state of Alabama got wind of it.

00:31:08.380 And he said, get the public out of there. Don't let them put any more paper in there,

00:31:12.220 but we got it on film. I mean, these are the things these it's, it's sad Lou that in our country

00:31:19.100 that companies like my pillow made the USA get attacked, but companies like dominion,

00:33:01.020 and heart. They processed 90 and think about this ladies and gentlemen, 92% of the votes cast in 2022

00:33:19.580 they are, uh, I guess some could say, understandably very protective of their proprietary software.

00:33:27.580 But the truth of the matter is we don't know what's happening. And as, as Mike was saying,

00:33:33.180 there are secretaries of state who are in charge of their state's elections,

00:33:37.180 who frankly are very suspect in their relationships with these private companies. And no one, I mean,

00:33:44.300 no one in the national media is focusing on it. I'd like to, and if you, Mike, I'd like to just read

00:33:50.140 this one line from the New York times on the 14th of this month. Uh, this is, uh, the headlined

00:33:58.380 federal investigation into Colorado clerk reaches my pillows, Mike Lindell. I want to go down to the

00:34:05.420 bottom of the third paragraph in this story. And this is a news story folks. And I remember that

00:34:11.340 and I'll name the reporters, Charles Homans, Ken Bissinger, Alexandra Berzon, and Alan Fuhrer.

00:34:20.700 This sentence begins, by seizing Mr. Lindell's phone, federal investigators brought into the case,

00:34:28.460 one of the most prominent purveyors of pro-Trump disinformation about elections. The warrant used

00:34:36.540 against him, went even further, placing him on a list of what it described as several, quote,

00:34:42.380 co-conspirators, end quote. That is a pure statement of nonsense. And it's appearing in a

00:34:52.620 news article that is supposed to be independently objective. And they're calling him a purveyor of

00:34:58.300 disinformation. Uh, that is the New York times, ladies and gentlemen. And it is nothing more than a

00:35:04.620 propaganda machine when it permits that kind of language. Now, what, uh, what co-conspirator,

00:35:12.460 a co-conspirator in what, Mike? Right. Well, here, let me ask you about about three questions

00:35:17.260 there. I will say this too, by the way, uh, that Charles is coming from the New York times.

00:36:45.660 this on there. Arizona called Doug Ducey in Arizona called the state good, but two hours into the evidence

00:37:08.140 case to right now has kicked the can in something called standing. They never, ever looked at the

00:37:46.060 cases, everybody. We just had two, two preliminary injunctions in Arizona and Alabama. Both judges

00:37:53.420 kicked it out on standing again. And here's what I encourage everybody. Pray for your judges, their

00:37:59.660 families, their friends to encourage them. I want, I want everybody to encourage the judges just to be

00:38:05.660 judges. Don't, don't kick that can. Just have the courage to look at the evidence and say, hey,

00:38:11.260 we got to get rid of these machines. It's that simple. Yeah, it, well, it's that simple. And it's

00:38:17.340 that, and it's that complicated. I think you would agree. Because I, when you talked about Sydney and

00:38:23.500 Rudy, and I think they're both great Americans, but I know for a fact today that they did not deliver

00:38:43.660 promised that they would deliver it. Right. Well, I was specifically that Sydney Powell would deliver

00:38:57.900 frankly, I didn't have authority to say this, but I said it anyway, because I meant it.

00:40:07.340 transparency around those machines and we don't have regulation. There's a, uh, an outfit called the

00:40:13.500 election assistance, uh, uh, agency for the federal government. By the time you get through

00:40:18.700 with all of their qualifiers, all they are is a, uh, a hub of, uh, outsourcing to laboratories to

00:40:26.700 test. And they don't tell you what the results are and the results. If you, they do tell you,

00:40:30.860 they say they can't validate. It's a joke. What's happening in this country. And it's a terrible joke

00:40:36.620 on the American people because we are the butt of that joke. Uh, you have got to get in

00:40:43.180 control of it. So there, there's just no oversight for accuracy and to have private companies.

00:40:50.300 People have to ask themselves, why are all these companies, private companies,

00:40:54.220 aren't they public companies? Because public companies would have to be far more transparent.

00:41:01.100 And these private companies have an obligation that in my opinion, they're not meeting.

00:43:15.820 nobody reported it, including Fox news, including news max, any of it. And Google suppressed me now

00:43:23.500 by this FBI thing happening. That's what I say. Fox actually started reporting this. I think it's

00:43:30.220 baby steps, but if we don't have, if it doesn't get out there, it doesn't matter how much evidence

00:43:36.620 we have. I've had evidence of this since January 9th of 2021. And I spent over a year trying to get

00:43:44.620 the word out there. Now, a lot of it is suppressed with, because of that government gig order. But

00:43:50.060 now that we have cast vote records, this is a hundred percent evidence. And this is what they're

00:43:54.700 afraid of a hundred percent evidence. Lou, it's like this. How many people do you think know

00:44:00.620 about the Democrat in Georgia that got zero votes in her own precinct and they opened up the machines

00:44:05.820 and they found that she had 3,700 votes went from third to first. How many know about the other

00:44:11.260 Democrat that got 1,600 votes and she wasn't on the ballot? And they looked inside and they said,

00:44:17.180 wow, this other guy, they didn't want to win. They were giving her votes to this gal that wasn't even

00:44:23.580 running. And Brad Rasenberger called it a programming error. These are things if they don't make the news,

00:45:06.140 a couple of months ago, and he got 51%. And they, and we've, we grabbed it. We have the cash flow

00:45:11.900 records. It's a hundred percent evidence that a computer did these algorithms and, and it would

00:45:18.700 win in a court of law, but no judges accept this. And when you're running your own election, like Brad is,

00:45:25.340 you can look into the other two, which she did same timeframe and say, oh, we found this and this,

00:45:31.100 but your own election, you say, and we're not going to look at this. And then, and then the public,

00:45:36.380 I get the public to reach out for cast vote records and, and, and freedom of information act.

00:45:42.220 And then instead I get attacked by the media and I have FBI coming to get my phone to intimidate me

00:45:47.900 that I'm going to quit telling people to get the evidence. I mean, the thing is now, you know,

00:45:53.100 you not only talk about these monopolies, do you know, every vote in this country goes through

00:46:11.020 cast vote records. So when you see in live TV and you see CNN, maybe somebody's votes go from,

00:46:17.900 they go down 10,000 that you just see and go, well, that's weird. That can't happen. That's

00:46:23.580 computer generated. It's impossible. So this, we do have all the evidence we'd ever need. I have so

00:46:29.820 much. I went, it's piled from here to the moon. And, uh, but until a judge looks at it until a judge

00:46:39.180 start, one brave judge is all we need Lou. And it comes tumbling down and we can get rid of these voting

00:46:44.380 machines and get people in power that, uh, that want to get rid of these machines altogether,

00:46:50.620 which both at the one time, the Democrats really wanted them gone. 54 countries have been taken by

00:46:56.540 the machines. This goes back to Venezuela. Now Australia is gone. They don't get to get their

00:47:01.740 countries back because the people in power that were selected, not elected are never going to vote

00:47:07.260 these machines out ever. Right. And, and, and maybe not here ever, if we don't figure out, uh,

00:47:15.260 what to do with that evidence, uh, on the web. Uh, and so to that end, let me ask you this.

00:48:05.820 fine. And we find out later that, uh, it was far from fine. That's right. And they came out

00:48:11.820 with a report. They, they, they, that department came out with a report about three months ago and

00:48:17.020 said, Hey, these machines, they got the Halderman report and said, these machines are, are, um,

00:48:22.620 vulnerable. And then I was at a hearing down in Louisiana three months ago, everybody,

00:48:27.980 and this is posted on Frank speech and ESNS was there. The owners of ESNS, two of the owners,

00:48:33.980 and they got up before that committee and the secretary of state, um, he, secretary Kyle asked

00:48:40.220 them, he said, uh, why are your machines? Are your machines vulnerable? Can they be hacked? And they said,

00:48:45.820 every single voting machine can be hacked and is vulnerable. At least they didn't lie. Thank you,

00:48:53.340 ESNS. Now, Dominion was there. The biggest coverup, their longest running partner is Louisiana.

00:48:59.420 And they brought up things that said, how come when we got a report from our own government that

00:49:04.380 these machines and from a lawsuit in Georgia saying these Dominion machines are vulnerable,

00:49:09.820 they should not be used. How come you guys, when we reached out to you, you never responded,
