The Great America Show - WHY DID THE FBI CONFISCATE MIKE LINDELL’S PHONE？ HE SAYS IT WAS ALL ABOUT STOPPING HIS CAMPAIGN AGAINST VOTING MACHINES

00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody. I'm Lou Dobbs, and great to have you with us here on The Great America Show.

00:00:05.640 Our guest today is Mike Lindell, MyPillow founder and CEO, and you'll hear him describe his

00:00:11.740 encounter with FBI agents who surrounded him and his hunting pal in the drive-thru of a

00:00:18.240 Hardee's restaurant in Iowa while Mike was there on a hunting trip. It's an amazing story,

00:00:24.000 so you don't want to miss it. And we'll be talking as well about the upcoming midterm elections.

00:00:29.000 Now, less than two months away. And will the vote count be honest or be rigged? And why the Dems

00:00:36.780 were the most energetic critics of electronic voting from the early 2000s right up to 2020?

00:00:43.780 What happened and why? I'll tell you, I don't know the answers yet, but we're working very hard to get

00:00:49.840 them. All that and more coming up on this episode of The Great America Show. The stock market has

00:00:56.760 been hammered investor concerns about the slowing economy and accelerating inflation, creating

00:01:02.660 volatile sessions and ever more stress in all the markets. Bond yields through the roof. And if you're

00:01:09.500 looking for a place to put excess cash, if there's ever such a thing, look at treasury bill rates, if I

00:01:15.820 may say. Occasionally, I point out trends in the market's investment opportunities that I believe to be

00:01:22.240 attractive. Today is certainly one of those times. The six-month bill now yields almost four percent.

00:01:29.260 Treasuries are, in my opinion, a nice, warm, safe place for your money right now. And especially

00:01:34.960 soothing to frayed nerves when you hear our impaired puppet president talk like this. 0.79

00:01:40.500 Mr. President, as you know, last Tuesday, the annual inflation rate came in at eight point three

00:01:47.160 percent. The stock market nosedived. People are shocked by their grocery bills. What can you do

00:01:55.460 better and faster? Well, first of all, let's put this in perspective. Inflation rate month to month

00:02:01.240 was just just an inch, hardly at all. You're not arguing that eight point three is good news.

00:02:07.160 No, I'm not saying it's good news, but it was eight point two or eight point two before. I mean,

00:02:11.440 it's not you. I mean, I can make it sound like all of a sudden, my God, it went to eight point two

00:02:15.540 percent. It's the highest inflation rate, Mr. President, in 40 years. I got that. But guess

00:02:21.560 what we are. We're in a position where for the last several months, it hasn't spiked. It is just

00:02:27.020 barely. It's been basically even. Not soothing at all are the voices of our two top constitutional

00:02:33.340 office holders expressing themselves on our Biden ordered wide open border and the Biden sponsored

00:02:40.020 invasion of two million illegal immigrants. Ladies and gentlemen, may I present our president

00:02:45.780 and vice president of the United States. On the border, why is the border more overwhelmed under

00:02:52.480 your watch, Mr. President? Because there are three countries that are never happened. There are fewer

00:02:57.820 immigrants coming from Central America and from Mexico. This is a totally different 1.00

00:03:04.640 circumstance. What's on my watch now is Venezuela, Cuba and Nicaragua. And the ability to send them

00:03:13.140 back to those states is not rational. We have two million people cross this border for the first

00:03:18.120 time ever. You're confident this border secure. We have a secure border in that that is a priority

00:03:28.180 for any nation, including ours in our administration. But there are still a lot of problems that we are

00:03:35.900 trying to fix, given the deterioration that happened over the last four years. We also have to put in

00:03:43.820 place a law and a plan for a pathway for citizenship. Folks, I'm sure we've all noticed with leaders like

00:03:53.640 those two, our White House has been turned into something of a comedy club. But all the jokes are on you

00:04:00.220 and me, and they're lousy jokes. The left in this country is as ugly as can be, so it's just as well 0.96

00:04:07.160 they're not self-aware. Think of this. The Marxist Dems are apoplectic, angry as they can be, that 0.97

00:04:14.300 Governors Abbott of Texas and DeSantis of Florida are shipping illegals to some of the most popular 1.00

00:04:21.100 tourist straws and luxury resort areas in our country. Now, remember the left just a few years ago was

00:04:28.900 screaming bloody murder because the Border Patrol was putting illegal immigrants in cells and cages,

00:04:34.500 some calling it inhumane and even torture, right? Now the illegals are being sent to the playgrounds 1.00

00:04:41.360 of the rich in Martha's Vineyard, Washington, D.C., and near Biden's vacation residence in

00:04:47.020 Rehoboth, Delaware. You call that torture? Anything but. Nonetheless, the left is just screaming.

00:04:56.060 They're a finicky bunch, and of course they're talking about suing DeSantis and Abbott,

00:05:00.680 and so the partisan battles go on. Well, the battles started by the left. And our guest today

00:05:08.780 is well acquainted with the partisan battles. He's in quite a few of them himself right now,

00:05:13.780 fighting for electoral integrity, being targeted by the FBI for crying out loud for speaking his mind

00:05:19.900 and exercising his First Amendment rights. Mike Lindell is a great American, a Christian,

00:05:26.420 highly successful businessman, a vigorous supporter of President Trump, and now he's suing the government

00:05:33.100 and the FBI for confiscating his smartphone, accosting, as I said, Mike and his hunting partner

00:05:40.280 in the drive-thru of a Hardee's, for Pete's sake. To tell us all about it now, we have with us the

00:05:45.940 great Mike Lindell. Mike, great to have you here with us. You're suing the U.S. government. You've got

00:05:51.260 Alan Dersowitz on the case. I believe the audience would like to hear, first of all, all about your

00:05:56.620 encounter with the FBI before we get to the lawsuit. And let me ask you a few questions as

00:06:02.160 we go, because I want to know what they said to you when they pulled those three cars, as I understand

00:06:07.520 it, surrounded you in the drive-thru lane of that Hardee's. Well, here's what happened. At four in the

00:06:13.400 morning, I called my buddy the night before. I said, hey, there's, it was early teal season. It's a

00:06:19.620 kind of a duck down and down in Iowa. That's, and I said, hey, we get the, it's one of the last days

00:06:25.960 we can go down. Let's go down in the morning and go teal hunting. It's about a two and a half hour

00:06:30.520 drive. We left at 4 a.m. and we headed down there. We were, we got nine of the ducks. We were three

00:06:36.760 short of our limit, but I said, I've got to get back for filming with those entrepreneurs and their

00:06:42.440 U.S. products for my store. For my store, we were actually doing filming that day. Well, then we got

00:06:47.980 halfway back. We drove halfway back and we were both hungry. I said, let's go through a drive-thru.

00:06:53.640 We, we picked a Hardee's and we pulled into the drive-thru, ordered our food and, and some of it

00:07:01.620 wasn't ready, but we've all been there when they say, hey, pull ahead and, and I'll bring your order

00:07:06.720 out to you. But the strange thing was there too, as I looked in the mirror and there was nobody behind

00:07:10.940 us. So I'm going, well, that's fine. And so I pull ahead a little bit and so another car could get

00:07:17.780 before the window. But that time, about that time, we've sat for maybe a few, you know, 20 seconds

00:07:23.820 or so, a car pulled perpendicular in front of me sideways. And I go, I go to my friend, I go, um,

00:07:31.440 and the guy wasn't even looking at us. I said, something's going down. I mean, I mean, I've been

00:07:35.420 in situations and my whole life were a strange situation. It was a deviation, put it that way, Lou.

00:07:41.560 Well, then another car comes flying up beside us to our, and blocks my pickup in from, from the

00:07:47.980 passenger side that he was on. And then I looked in the mirror and, uh, rear view mirror and it comes,

00:07:53.940 one's coming up the drive or the, the drive-thru from behind. Now I'm boxed in. And I said to my

00:07:59.920 friend, I said, I said, these are bad guys. Something's going down. Well, I had no idea that

00:08:05.580 they were FBI and they certainly didn't. I, the last thing I thought was there was any law enforcement

00:08:10.660 involved here. So I, I opened my door and I, and I stood up, I said, and I yelled loud enough.

00:08:17.280 So hopefully they'd hear me inside the restaurant and in the parking lot. And I said, I said, who are

00:08:22.880 you and what do you want? And they said, the one guy in the front of me said, we're FBI and we need

00:08:28.820 to talk to her. We're here to talk to you. And I said, I don't believe you. Show me your badges.

00:08:33.000 He showed me his. And then the one to my right, I said, I want to see yours too. And that this is

00:08:38.660 from afar. And he showed me his. And I said, okay. Um, and I said, so they said, we'll back up

00:08:45.380 and you pull over right here. So I pulled in between them and in the other lane out of the

00:08:50.460 drive-thru lane. And then they, uh, um, they got out. Uh, there was at least four, uh, that I seen

00:08:57.640 because then it became very focused in a, in a tight group by my driver's door there as I got

00:09:02.980 out of my pickup. And my, one of them grabbed my friend who was very shook up, uh, in, uh,

00:09:09.840 in, uh, what do you mean grabbed him? Well, they, I mean, not grabbed him. They, they took

00:09:16.480 him and started asking him for his ID and all this. And they, they asked him if he had

00:09:20.780 a gun on him. And I said, well, we have all kinds of, you know, we have guns in the back

00:09:25.620 seat. We were duck hunting. You guys obviously know that if you tracked us, you know, I started,

00:09:30.000 I started doing the talking going, what are you doing? And he, and my friend, he goes

00:09:34.580 to, and they, uh, then they, they brought him to the back of the truck and I didn't, uh,

00:09:39.440 I don't know what, uh, you know, that conversation, what happened back there, but they, uh, then

00:09:44.500 three of them kind of surrounded me by the door and started asking questions before.

00:09:49.760 Are you still in the drive-thru at this point?

00:09:52.000 No, no, no. They had pulled, they pulled over into the lane. Like if you were going to go

00:09:55.360 around and bypass the drive-thru. Now we were in that lane, you know, the lane to the right

00:10:00.760 and they, and then I'm, but I'm drilling them going, show me your badges again. So they showed

00:10:05.640 me their badges again. I'm going, okay. Um, what do you want? And they had to say, wait

00:10:10.760 a minute, you guys followed me duck hunting. I said, uh, you know, I, I just couldn't wrap

00:10:15.600 my head around. I got, you know, being this happening in a drive-thru in the, you know, in the

00:10:20.940 middle of the day of going, but you know, if you want something to ask me questions, um, why not

00:10:25.640 come to my office? You know, it was just kind of give you a call. What, what the heck? Give me a

00:10:31.280 call. It's not like, I mean, hard to find. I mean, they know who I, you know, I think they don't know

00:10:36.040 who I, you know, that, um, I'm not, I don't hide from the public at all. Well, anyway, he, they,

00:10:42.160 um, then they started asking me questions. They said, you have evidence up on Frank speech, my website.

00:10:48.320 Uh, they asked me about a dominion. It's inside a dominion machine. Uh, this particular one is

00:10:54.780 from Colorado. And I said, yeah, I said, the evidence, I said, don't you guys, you guys should

00:11:00.080 carry. At first I thought, you know, what are you investigating dominion and the machines? I go,

00:11:04.760 heck, I'll give you all that info for free, you know? And, uh, but they, then they asked me about

00:11:11.440 my airplane. They go, you fly around the country in your airplane. And I go, why do you fly so many

00:11:16.860 states? I go, that's really none of your business. I go, you're trying to be there too. And the guy

00:11:21.540 goes, yeah, we, uh, but he goes, Mike, the public can track your tail number. And I go, I go, well,

00:11:27.040 as long as you asked, I said, I'm flying around for the last year and a half talking to attorney

00:11:32.180 generals, crooked secretary of states, politicians, people on the ground, trying to get rid of these

00:11:39.560 electronic voting machines and, and, uh, and go to paper ballots and hand count. And I said, you guys

00:11:45.560 know, that's what I've been doing. Why do you ask something so stupid? And then he goes, uh, well, 1.00

00:11:50.660 what about Colorado? Then he asked me about, you flew to Colorado a couple of times in the last,

00:11:55.360 uh, four or five months. Mike, can I ask you just a couple of questions here?

00:11:59.920 One, has he at this point shown you a search warrant or anything?

00:12:03.640 No, no, absolutely not. No, no.

00:12:05.720 So you're just talking away with the FBI?

00:12:08.100 Yeah, I'm just talking away. I'm pretty, I'm pretty transparent. I got nothing to hide.

00:12:11.840 No, I know you are. I, but I got to say I'm a transparent fellow too, but after watching

00:12:17.160 what these folks have done for the last six years, I wouldn't, I wouldn't utter a word

00:12:22.160 to them. Yeah, no, I, you know, I got, when you got, see, I'm, I'm a little different.

00:12:27.620 Like even with the media, I mean, I mean, I've, I'm wide open. I have nothing to hide and

00:12:32.880 everybody here it is. And, uh, so with them, you know, um, I was actually, to be honest

00:12:39.420 with you, Lou. And I even told the FBI that I said, are you going to arrest me? And they

00:12:43.320 said, no. And I said, it's funny, you guys on my show, the last couple of weeks, I kept

00:12:47.580 saying on my, on my Lindell report, I said at least three or four times, I wish the FBI

00:12:52.920 would come and bash my door down or invite me to the January 6th committee. Cause I got

00:12:57.560 all the evidence. I want to get rid of these machines. And maybe I said, maybe then Fox news

00:13:03.060 and news max and places like that would actually talk about these machines for once. And I

00:13:08.880 actually said that on my show, maybe it would take something like that. And, uh, the FBI,

00:13:13.240 he says, uh, he says, well, no, he says, we're not arresting you. And the, and I said, and

00:13:18.220 I'm thinking to myself, you know, though, it was almost like, you know, something had to

00:13:23.800 happen that I wanted Fox news and the media that has not talked since September or since

00:13:29.440 February 4th of 2021. It's very sad that when they started lawfare, that nobody, nobody would

00:13:36.240 talk about it anymore. But anyway, he, uh, so now he had not shown me any search warrant.

00:13:41.980 I'm, uh, I went back and forth. I said, well, you guys know, I went to Colorado. I spoke at

00:13:46.820 the Colorado Capitol. Then they asked me about, uh, Tina Peters. When I first met her and I said,

00:13:52.720 you guys already know this. I met her at the cyber symposium. I said, I don't know what

00:13:57.960 you're getting here. But every time they asked a question, I would, I'd give them about a five

00:14:02.280 minute answer. I'm trying to almost like trying to tell them like, why, why are you guys doing

00:14:07.080 this? I said, you're, they're letting you're weaponizing it. The FBI, the government is,

00:14:11.460 and you guys are going after citizens. You're bashing people's door down. Like you did Sharona

00:14:17.040 Bishop. That's what he said when she didn't open her door fast enough. I said, well, you didn't arrest

00:14:21.160 anybody. I said, this is like Nazi Germany. He goes, he goes, um, well, he says, we're just doing

00:14:27.720 our job. I said, that's what the Gestapo said right in the beginning of what happened in,

00:14:32.000 in Germany, in Nazi Germany. And I, and, uh, we, you know, I was just, it was kind of a back

00:14:37.700 and forth thing. And then he goes, he goes, yeah, I didn't mean to, or see, he said something

00:14:41.680 about, um, being scared. I think they might've looked at my friend and I said, you know, I

00:14:47.560 said, I, you know, I expect some, you know, craziness like this that you guys are doing.

00:14:52.400 But I said, my friend, I said, what you guys have done there. I said, this is disgusting. 0.80

00:14:57.680 And, uh, well, then they asked me a few more things. They asked me a couple of names. Uh,

00:15:02.220 the physicist, Doug Frank, they asked me when I first met him, I said, well, I did a movie

00:15:07.020 with them called scientific proof when he, uh, he had all these algorithms that come right

00:15:11.480 from the state. Then they asked me about Dennis or, uh, we brought it, I brought up, I think

00:15:15.780 Dennis Montgomery. I said, all is he's a whistleblower for the government. We have his stuff's

00:15:20.920 under a government gag order in, uh, in Nevada. And I told the FBI that then Lou, I told the

00:15:27.240 FBI said, it does this involve January six. And they go, no. And I said, well, why don't

00:15:32.280 you call a couple other FBI guys if you're not going to arrest me and have them bring me

00:15:36.640 to the January six thing. I said, I would love to show up, even though I wasn't there, show

00:15:42.100 them all this evidence so that it goes, that it goes by by. And then I said, do you FBI guys

00:15:47.920 realize that on, on June 26th of 2021, you guys finished a six month report on January

00:15:57.160 six. And you said there was absolutely no collusion between Donald Trump and his supporters. And

00:16:03.360 this is where it all should have went away. Instead, there's people still sitting in, in

00:16:08.060 prisons with violating their rights. And I said, and you're sitting there with this big

00:16:12.000 charade of a committee and they go, Mike, we don't, that's not us. We have nothing to do

00:16:16.100 with that part. You're not, this is not why we're asking you questions. I said, well,

00:16:19.380 then, then what are you getting at here? And so we were about 25 minutes or 30 minutes into

00:16:26.000 this conversation. Oh, and then he brought up, he says, he says, well, can you go hunting?

00:16:32.240 And meaning, can I have guns with your past? And I go, what? I said, have you read my book? I said,

00:16:39.380 I used to be a former addict, but I said, I found Jesus. And I said, and I said, he goes, yeah,

00:16:44.840 my brother read, you read your book and it changed my, it changed his life. And I start,

00:16:49.280 then I started witnessing it to him. Lou, I figured what a great time to witness the Lord

00:16:53.400 to these guys. Right. And, and so I'm talking to him about that. Then he finally goes, well,

00:16:59.220 Mike, we got some bad news. We're going to take your phone. And I said, you're not taking my phone.

00:17:05.740 And the guy goes, yeah, we have a, that's when he first said, we have a warrant and a subpoena.

00:17:12.240 And he pulled out these papers, or I guess another agent walked up with these papers finally,

00:17:18.040 and he hands me these papers. And I said, you're not taking my phone. Everything I do is on this

00:17:23.280 phone. There's passwords that aren't in a cloud. And my hearing aids, everything runs off this phone.

00:17:28.880 I don't use a computer. I don't use a laptop. Five companies I run off this. This is my lifeblood

00:17:34.460 right here. And he goes, no, we, and I said, no, we're taking the phone. And I asked him, I said,

00:17:39.640 can I call a lawyer? And he said, no. And I said, the hell he says. Yeah. He says,

00:17:46.340 you can't call a lawyer. And here's what I said to him, Lou. I said, so you're telling me

00:17:51.120 that you're not going to arrest me. But if you did arrest me, if you did arrest me,

00:17:56.200 if I get you to arrest me, I can call a lawyer. But, but you're saying, since you're not going

00:18:01.200 to arrest me, I can't call a lawyer, but you can steal stuff from me. And he, and you know,

00:18:06.400 I mean, there's no logic in that. I go, there's gotta be something you're violating here because

00:18:11.240 I'm not, if I don't give you my phone, can I get arrested? You know, I literally asked him this.

00:18:17.440 And he goes, he goes, no, he goes, no, but we're taking your phone. I said, well, I'm calling my

00:18:22.440 lawyer. We argued for probably, I'm not kidding, probably a minute or two at least. And he, and he

00:18:28.080 said, okay, call your lawyer. I put the lawyer on speaker and the lawyer says, well, it was Kurt Olson.

00:18:35.000 And he said, I said, I got the FBI here, Kurt. They're trying to take my phone. And he went

00:18:42.380 through, they, he read the part of the subpoena to him. He goes, well, Mike, just give me your phone.

00:18:47.560 And I'm arguing with my lawyer. I said, I'd rather be arrested. And he goes, no, no, Mike, just, just

00:18:52.620 give me your phone. And I'm going, and I'm, all I could think of at this point is, is what am I

00:18:58.960 going to do now with these, with the stuff that's on the phone? So I asked the FBI, if I could do a,

00:19:06.080 you know, check and see the backup on the phone. And he said, no. And Kurt was still on speaker. I

00:19:12.920 said, I need to see when the last backup was done. And I said, there's stuff in here. I can't,

00:19:18.080 that aren't even in the cloud. I said, you know, I have files in there, Lou, that I can't even

00:19:22.400 wire money right now out of a couple of accounts. Cause I don't have those passwords

00:19:26.780 that were in files on that phone that aren't in the cloud. But anyway, we argued, Kurt hung up

00:19:32.200 then, then the attorney, then the FBI, they gave me a sheet of paper that says, um, whatever,

00:19:38.960 you know, we would request that you don't tell anybody about this, uh, because it could jeopardize

00:19:44.640 our investigation. It's not, you're not only under any obligations. Oh yeah. They wanted me to keep

00:19:50.240 to not talk. And I go, I go, what is this? And they go, they go, yeah, you're, um, we don't want

00:19:55.940 you to say anything. And I said, Oh, you're going to be on the six o'clock news on my show

00:19:59.800 for all this corruption. And he goes, well, Mike, what do you mean? We're corrupt. I said,

00:20:03.900 you guys are doing work for, my guess is Dominion, a machines company. We've never,

00:20:10.100 no one even heard of till now. And you're being weaponized by the government, by, uh, that the

00:20:15.940 government, which would be like Jenna Griswold in, uh, a secretary of state of Colorado. I said,

00:20:21.220 I said, the smells of that, of that, this is good for you, Mike, you know, and, uh, and, uh, and I

00:20:28.860 went right on my show, Lou, as you know, and I said, they, the FBI said not for me not to say

00:20:33.660 anything, but I'm going to talk. You know that I'm not going to, I'm, I can't, I can't believe

00:20:39.400 anybody would ask you not to talk. They don't know you very well. I go, I don't care if I talk,

00:20:46.180 will you put me in jail? So it would maybe make Fox news. Well, you know, I want to say this,

00:20:51.060 before we get too far and I forget, I am so grateful to Tucker Carlson both nights when he

00:20:59.080 broke the news, right? When it happened on his show. And the next night, Lou, he did a 15 minute

00:21:04.660 segment about the machines. The word dominion was even said he had Kamala Harris recorded saying we

00:21:11.780 had to get rid of the machines. I don't know if you've seen that, but that is a big breakthrough.

00:21:16.380 Everybody that Fox news actually talked about these machines and this, and they, you know,

00:21:23.260 these voting machines, cause we have to get rid of them to save our country. That's the bottom line.

00:21:28.940 That's what I told the FBI guys. That's what they're trying to stop me from doing. I've been,

00:21:33.980 it comes right on the heels of requesting these cast vote records from all over this country that a hundred

00:21:40.700 percent show machine manipulation. And it's 97% of all the ones we went through. I was just a reporter

00:21:47.980 for CNN. Say that again, please. So the cast vote records, everybody, it comes on the heels.

00:21:56.540 At the moment of truth summit, I told the public, I said, Hey, you guys go out and get the cast vote

00:22:03.980 records. Because if there is much computer or machine manipulation, this a hundred percent shows

00:22:10.700 it. You can't, you can't, there's no in between either. You have corruption or you didn't have

00:22:16.380 corruption through the machines or computers. So when I did that Lou, I was, it went everywhere. And

00:22:21.980 these are your, these are the freedom of information act, everybody. So you, you have the right to

00:22:27.020 these and, uh, well, went out everywhere. Well, the media didn't know what to do with it because

00:22:31.900 they're going, Oh, wow. This is showing that, uh, there was a computer that they were using these

00:22:38.380 machines for and computer manipulation. So they didn't know how to attack me. So the media started

00:22:44.060 attacking, saying Mike Lindell put out this requested. And now these county clerks are so busy.

00:22:49.820 They're just so busy and they don't know what to do. It's jeopardizing the 2022 election

00:22:54.540 because they're trying to prepare for it. Well, I just got off the phone with CNN

00:22:59.980 right before coming on your show. And she was calling me about the cast vote records.

00:23:04.140 And I said, ma'am, I said, let me tell you, San Francisco township in California, even they,

00:23:11.820 they just put it right up on their website because it's under the freedom of information act.

00:23:16.540 So they don't, they don't get any requests. They get, they go look at our website.

00:23:20.540 I said, they have the common sense to do that. And it's a, it's hitting a button on a machine.

00:23:25.740 But Lou, I also told CNN, the findings so far, which they're not going to print this.

00:23:31.420 Here's the findings, everybody. We have now gone through 600 and I believe 40 of the counties.

00:23:38.380 Remember there's 3000, I think 200 counties in the U S we have now over 1200, uh, cast vote records,

00:23:45.580 1200 counties. We have went through 630 of the 630. It's like 604 are compromised and they were used

00:23:58.140 computers, manipulated the vote of the 2020 election, a hundred percent. This doesn't lie.

00:24:05.420 And this lady on the phone, she goes, well, what are you going to do with it from CNN goes,

00:24:09.260 what are you going to do with that information? I said, well, people are going to, I said, people

00:24:13.980 are going to take it to their sheriffs and their County commissioners and say, we don't want those

00:24:18.860 machines because this happened in our County. Uh, these non-residents have voted, which they didn't

00:24:25.020 vote. They use their name, people that aren't alive. They just use their name. And these were felonies

00:24:30.460 committed within those counties, but not by people. There was people that were running the computers.

00:24:37.100 And so all you can do to prevent them, let's get rid of the machines. So they, uh, and I said,

00:24:42.220 also we have preliminary injunctions we're doing. So these states get rid of them from the top. It 0.83

00:24:47.500 is kind of one's going from the bottom up. One's coming from the top down. And then I told her,

00:24:52.620 she said, well, why did you put out the requests and why are the people giving it to you? And I said,

00:24:56.540 cause I asked for them because they said they were going to be deleted, which most of them were

00:25:01.420 on September 3rd in our country, you have to hold your evidence for 22 months from an election.

00:25:07.820 And they, and I said, we, now we have at least over a thousand preserved and many other citizens

00:25:13.900 out there preserved that we cannot let the 2020 election just go away because we have to show

00:25:20.940 everything that happened. Then I told her about the primaries, everything that's happened in the

00:25:25.340 primaries. And, uh, it was quite a conversation with CNN, but, but they, uh, um, I, I don't know.

00:25:31.980 Do you think they taking you seriously or are they just, uh, saying, you know, it was a,

00:25:36.780 uh, there was no rigged election and it's just false, uh,

00:25:39.980 false, uh, it remains to be seen because as this FBI thing happened, you know, I told this is what

00:25:48.700 the media finally was talking to me, Lou, the media had not talked to me since the moment of

00:25:53.420 truth summit. So I got, you know, one of the good things that came out of this is the media,

00:25:58.220 I was the number one story in the world for like two days about this. And so I was able to talk to

00:26:03.180 the media and say, Hey, don't you guys care about your country? We got to get rid of these voting 1.00

00:26:07.580 machines and computers. And they're going, and you know, I'm not just saying this because I got

00:26:12.060 a $6 billion lawsuit. I could care less about that. That's gonna, they're just trying to push

00:26:17.100 the clock out. I said, I'm never going to lose those. I have all the evidence. And then I told

00:26:21.820 him, I said, I have Dennis Montgomery evidence, a whistleblower for the government. I said that's

00:26:27.660 sitting in a, in Nevada, um, where they have a government gag order on it. We're waiting for that

00:26:33.180 to be lifted. And then this is all goes away. I told CNN, I'll be vindicated. Everybody will be

00:26:38.300 vindicated, but we, but I said, we're trying to save our country to get rid of these voting machines.

00:26:43.820 Now, did they take it seriously? It remains to be seen. But my biggest thing is even Newsmax

00:26:48.940 had me on. I couldn't say anything that rhymed with Dominion or Smartmatic, but, or ESNS, but I was

00:26:55.340 able to talk about what happened with the FBI and why they stopped me. Now they stopped me,

00:27:01.260 I believe because I'm out there putting out cast vote records. I'm out there wanting to get rid of

00:27:06.300 these machines. You know, Lou, if you go back a year and a half, I went back and I looked at people's

00:27:12.300 social media, including mine. Um, even though I, my Twitter's still up there, even though I can't use it,

00:27:18.620 all the things from back then are still up there. Anybody that talked about the election being a,

00:27:23.980 being a crime or, or that there was sucker books, uh, uh, drop boxes or, or they are all these

00:27:30.220 different things. Those are still up there. But if you mentioned machines, if you mentioned

00:27:36.300 computers, it's been completely scrubbed from the internet back then. And from these,

00:27:41.500 from these Twitters and Facebooks, they've completely, you can't even watch to see what

00:27:46.700 they covered up saying was false. And so this is the big elephant. They don't want,

00:27:51.580 they want to keep, they want to steal our country. And they've done so far, 0.80

00:27:55.420 they've done a great job. The unit party, the CCP, the deep state, they're all in cahoots on this.

00:28:01.740 And, uh, um, it's got to stop. Well, let me ask you something. I, now,

00:28:06.700 and I want to make very clear to, to, to my audience, uh, I'm named in one lawsuit, uh,

00:28:13.180 that by Smartmatic against Fox, and I am a witness in another lawsuit against Fox in Dominion.

00:28:20.220 Uh, and, and, but we're going to talk about this. I'm going to avoid any, uh, uh, any, uh,

00:28:28.780 well, whatever conflict if there is, but I, I think with this is, this is just too important not to,

00:28:35.340 to go through this. You said that you believe the FBI was operating at the, in, in, on behalf of

00:28:43.420 Dominion is, is that in, I mean, do you really believe that they're operating on that basis?

00:28:50.940 Yep. A hundred percent. I do. I really do because then this comes out of Colorado. Um,

00:28:57.260 I believe a lot of this was based in Colorado. Two of the people were there from two of the FBI.

00:29:01.420 This was Colorado FBI and Minnesota FBI. And, and Jenna Griswold, the secretary of state of Colorado,

00:29:09.500 she has committed felonies with Dominion, Lou, because they deleted the 2020 election

00:29:16.460 and they called it the trusted bill. Now the evidence we have up on Frank's speech,

00:29:22.460 we actually have what Tina Peters, remember, she's the gold star mom. She was just a, 0.61

00:29:27.980 she had never had a jaywalking ticket in her life. And she, uh, was a county clerk and the public came

00:29:34.140 to her and said, Hey, we have a problem in that with this election. It wasn't the 2020 election.

00:29:39.340 It was a county county board election in 2021. And they said, we have a problem here. And Tina goes,

00:29:45.340 there's no election crime. I do a good job and all this. And they said, no, we want you to look into

00:29:51.020 this. So she looked into it and all this. Well, then, then all of a sudden she suspected when

00:29:56.220 Dominion and, and Jenna Griswold, the secretary of state ordered the trusted bill. And you got to

00:30:03.020 realize these Dominion employees, they, you know, they come out, they do these things.

00:30:07.420 This is all, they're working in cahoots. They do, they do what? They do the, they do the, uh,

00:30:13.260 most of the employees that work, they're actually their own employees. We have, we have given our

00:30:18.540 elections to vendors like Dominion, ES&S, Smartmatic. I'll give an example down in Alabama. Um, the ES&S

00:30:27.820 employees there that came in and, uh, uh, uh, they were doing, checking out all the machines,

00:30:33.900 like before this, these primaries this summer. And they said, Hey, we welcome the public to come

00:30:39.740 and try and do the machines and, and to watch how we're going to, you know, um, check them for

00:30:45.100 quality control. Well, the, the citizens of Alabama went there and they put, they brought paper

00:30:51.020 in with them just off a typing, a copy machine and they stuck them in and it accepted them

00:30:56.540 that they were ballots. And, and now the, the, the employees didn't know what to do with the vendor

00:31:02.460 company. So they, um, the, um, John Merrill, the secretary of state of Alabama got wind of it.

00:31:08.380 And he said, get the public out of there. Don't let them put any more paper in there,

00:31:12.220 but we got it on film. I mean, these are the things these it's, it's sad Lou that in our country

00:31:19.100 that companies like my pillow made the USA get attacked, but companies like dominion,

00:31:24.380 ES nest smart, Matic heart, do you build all these companies that, that our government that

00:31:30.700 we paid for as a people that we can't look in these machines and we can't have, what if you had

00:31:36.700 computers in your business and they said, Hey, we see some, we see some anomalies here, some deviations

00:31:42.140 and they go, I'm sorry, you can't open them up and double check it. This is where we're at.

00:31:47.180 And this is disgusting.

00:31:48.860 Let me ask you this. No one has worked on this harder than you. 0.78

00:31:52.940 But one of the questions that keeps coming up in my, uh, analysis of all of this, uh,

00:32:00.060 is right now we do not have evidence in court anywhere because Sidney Powell, uh, Rudy Giuliani,

00:32:08.780 they just simply did not deliver on the evidence that they had said,

00:32:12.620 you know, working for the president. Well, let me finish right. We're working for the president

00:32:17.500 United States right now. We do not have that evidence. Let me put it this way. I don't have

00:32:25.020 that evidence. I have everything that's been written up on it. I have data points. I have reasons to, uh,

00:32:33.180 reach a conclusion as you have that electronic voting is at the very least problematic and not

00:32:41.260 the best possible system, uh, to count our votes based on what we've seen. Uh, this,

00:32:47.260 but the second part of it is the, the idea that these we're, we should be focusing on these companies.

00:32:54.620 And I, by the way, I think we should be focusing on dominion. Uh, we should be focusing on ES and S

00:33:01.020 and heart. They processed 90 and think about this ladies and gentlemen, 92% of the votes cast in 2022

00:33:11.500 were cast on those three companies machines. Those three companies, they are private companies and

00:33:19.580 they are, uh, I guess some could say, understandably very protective of their proprietary software.

00:33:27.580 But the truth of the matter is we don't know what's happening. And as, as Mike was saying,

00:33:33.180 there are secretaries of state who are in charge of their state's elections,

00:33:37.180 who frankly are very suspect in their relationships with these private companies. And no one, I mean,

00:33:44.300 no one in the national media is focusing on it. I'd like to, and if you, Mike, I'd like to just read

00:33:50.140 this one line from the New York times on the 14th of this month. Uh, this is, uh, the headlined

00:33:58.380 federal investigation into Colorado clerk reaches my pillows, Mike Lindell. I want to go down to the

00:34:05.420 bottom of the third paragraph in this story. And this is a news story folks. And I remember that

00:34:11.340 and I'll name the reporters, Charles Homans, Ken Bissinger, Alexandra Berzon, and Alan Fuhrer.

00:34:20.700 This sentence begins, by seizing Mr. Lindell's phone, federal investigators brought into the case,

00:34:28.460 one of the most prominent purveyors of pro-Trump disinformation about elections. The warrant used

00:34:36.540 against him, went even further, placing him on a list of what it described as several, quote,

00:34:42.380 co-conspirators, end quote. That is a pure statement of nonsense. And it's appearing in a

00:34:52.620 news article that is supposed to be independently objective. And they're calling him a purveyor of

00:34:58.300 disinformation. Uh, that is the New York times, ladies and gentlemen. And it is nothing more than a

00:35:04.620 propaganda machine when it permits that kind of language. Now, what, uh, what co-conspirator,

00:35:12.460 a co-conspirator in what, Mike? Right. Well, here, let me ask you about about three questions

00:35:17.260 there. I will say this too, by the way, uh, that Charles is coming from the New York times.

00:35:22.940 I told him to come here and you can see what I'm all about. And I said, you know what? So he's coming

00:35:27.740 here tomorrow, spending a whole day. I'm letting him talk to my employees. He can, I said, you can,

00:35:33.020 you can do whatever you want here. I said, I said, conspiracy of what I said, I got evidence

00:35:39.420 on January 9th of 2021 of massive, massive machine and computer crime. I went on Jimmy Kimball.

00:35:47.260 I told Jimmy straight up. He said, Mike, if the shoe was on the other foot and it was, uh,

00:35:52.780 Donald Trump, I said, would you still be sounding the alarm? I said, absolutely. I would. They came,

00:35:58.780 uh, the New York time. I mean, the, uh, Washington post and political came to Minnesota and said,

00:36:03.740 come on, would Mike really be selling the alarm if his friend had won? And they all said,

00:36:08.460 absolutely. He'd be sounding the alarm. It's who I am. And I would never,

00:36:12.860 and I'm never going to back down from that Lou. You brought up a thing about Rudy Giuliani and Sidney

00:36:18.140 Paul. Let me tell you everybody about the evidence in this country. Sidney Paul has more evidence by,

00:36:24.380 by, by she got more evidence poured on her as did Rudy back then than any crime in the history of the

00:36:31.180 world. They had all this. If you remember, there were four hearings that Rudy and Jenna Ellis had

00:36:38.060 where no media showed up only RSBN and OAN, Fox news and Newsmax did not show up. They did not get

00:36:45.660 this on there. Arizona called Doug Ducey in Arizona called the state good, but two hours into the evidence

00:36:53.180 being read. Now I will say this. You are correct in there is no, everybody really listen to this.

00:37:00.300 Every single judge in the United States of America since November, since this happened from the first

00:37:08.140 case to right now has kicked the can in something called standing. They never, ever looked at the

00:37:15.420 evidence. They're using a word called standing. You have no standing. You have no standing. So they don't

00:37:21.660 look at the evidence. They kick it down the road. They kick it out on something called standing. You

00:37:27.180 know why? Because they're fearful. I believe they're in fear for their families. I believe that, you know,

00:37:33.340 they have grandchildren, children, neighbors, friends, family. They don't want to be the first

00:37:38.140 judge there. This runs so deep. And so it is, it's unbelievable what I have found. These are hundreds of

00:37:46.060 cases, everybody. We just had two, two preliminary injunctions in Arizona and Alabama. Both judges

00:37:53.420 kicked it out on standing again. And here's what I encourage everybody. Pray for your judges, their

00:37:59.660 families, their friends to encourage them. I want, I want everybody to encourage the judges just to be

00:38:05.660 judges. Don't, don't kick that can. Just have the courage to look at the evidence and say, hey,

00:38:11.260 we got to get rid of these machines. It's that simple. Yeah, it, well, it's that simple. And it's

00:38:17.340 that, and it's that complicated. I think you would agree. Because I, when you talked about Sydney and

00:38:23.500 Rudy, and I think they're both great Americans, but I know for a fact today that they did not deliver

00:38:30.620 on the evidence that I was promised, at least at one point in that time frame. And I know that it was,

00:38:37.500 it was a, it was only within a month period of time going from November into December, but I was

00:38:43.660 promised that they would deliver it. Right. Well, I was specifically that Sydney Powell would deliver

00:38:50.780 it. Right. I asked her to come on the show with the evidence. And I told her that I,

00:38:57.900 frankly, I didn't have authority to say this, but I said it anyway, because I meant it.

00:39:01.820 Right. We'll get whatever time it's required, even if we have to run over. I don't know if my bosses at

00:39:08.460 that point would have found that particularly good, but I meant every word of it. But I also meant that

00:39:14.060 I wasn't going, I had given her every opportunity, every opportunity to produce it. She did. Well,

00:39:20.300 and I beg, but let me finish, let me finish, Mike, because if they'd have it now, why in the hell do

00:39:27.820 they, excuse me, why in the world do they not put it on the web, put it out there for everybody to see?

00:39:37.340 This is not a time any longer for people to be carrying forward a statement that the, you know,

00:39:44.620 that the machines are corrupt or whatever. Uh, I, I don't, uh, I, I've been reporting on electronic

00:39:51.580 voting by the way, since 2003 or four. Uh, I, I'm not exactly new to this, but I have to tell you,

00:39:59.180 it's a complicated issue. And what is going on here is beyond, uh, bizarre because we don't have

00:40:07.340 transparency around those machines and we don't have regulation. There's a, uh, an outfit called the

00:40:13.500 election assistance, uh, uh, agency for the federal government. By the time you get through

00:40:18.700 with all of their qualifiers, all they are is a, uh, a hub of, uh, outsourcing to laboratories to

00:40:26.700 test. And they don't tell you what the results are and the results. If you, they do tell you,

00:40:30.860 they say they can't validate. It's a joke. What's happening in this country. And it's a terrible joke

00:40:36.620 on the American people because we are the butt of that joke. Uh, you have got to get in

00:40:43.180 control of it. So there, there's just no oversight for accuracy and to have private companies.

00:40:50.300 People have to ask themselves, why are all these companies, private companies,

00:40:54.220 aren't they public companies? Because public companies would have to be far more transparent.

00:41:01.100 And these private companies have an obligation that in my opinion, they're not meeting.

00:41:05.660 And that is letting everybody, uh, at least in the state, uh, uh, secretaries of state,

00:41:12.220 county clerks, all who are, uh, election commissions, all who are running the election

00:41:17.580 to get involved. Uh, so, I mean, I don't want to be right about this. I'll tell you the truth. I'd

00:41:22.540 love it if this is just all one big misunderstanding, but the evidence that I've seen says we have a

00:41:28.940 major problem. We have oligopoly that controls our machines. We have no one who controls the oligopoly.

00:41:37.100 And by the way, that 92% of the vote handled by those three companies,

00:41:42.780 I'm highly skeptical that we're getting always the right result in each machine.

00:41:48.940 No, you're, and we're not. And here's the thing. When you say, um, when you say that, um,

00:41:55.500 you know, that this evidence is out there, why don't they put it out there? I, I have it posted on

00:42:01.180 frank speech. I have what's inside the machines. We have access to, um, to five different machines

00:42:08.220 that there were there. The ones posted right there inside the dominion that shows the 2020 election

00:42:14.140 being two sets of books. But you know what, Lou, nobody, the media doesn't talk about that.

00:42:19.980 The media doesn't talk about Sidney Powell's got a website there and all the evidence just piled up

00:42:25.580 there. Um, uh, you know, that she has on her website and, and they don't report it. What happened

00:42:31.100 was with me, maybe I, maybe it's because I fundamentally, uh, am a journalist, uh, as well

00:42:37.740 as an opinion host, right? It's not enough to just stack this, this junk up there on the air. There's 0.80

00:42:45.340 got to be an intelligent and discreet job of editing it and explaining it and showing the conclusions that

00:42:51.980 are reached. Uh, and I, and I just haven't seen that Mike. I just haven't seen it.

00:42:56.380 If you watch the moment of truth summit that we had a month ago, I, we went through all 50 states and

00:43:02.060 I had lawyers on the stage the next day, go through that. I had Clint Curtis who set the first algorithms

00:43:08.860 go through it. We showed the image on, on stage. We showed all this stuff on stage, but the problem was

00:43:15.820 nobody reported it, including Fox news, including news max, any of it. And Google suppressed me now

00:43:23.500 by this FBI thing happening. That's what I say. Fox actually started reporting this. I think it's

00:43:30.220 baby steps, but if we don't have, if it doesn't get out there, it doesn't matter how much evidence

00:43:36.620 we have. I've had evidence of this since January 9th of 2021. And I spent over a year trying to get

00:43:44.620 the word out there. Now, a lot of it is suppressed with, because of that government gig order. But

00:43:50.060 now that we have cast vote records, this is a hundred percent evidence. And this is what they're

00:43:54.700 afraid of a hundred percent evidence. Lou, it's like this. How many people do you think know

00:44:00.620 about the Democrat in Georgia that got zero votes in her own precinct and they opened up the machines

00:44:05.820 and they found that she had 3,700 votes went from third to first. How many know about the other

00:44:11.260 Democrat that got 1,600 votes and she wasn't on the ballot? And they looked inside and they said,

00:44:17.180 wow, this other guy, they didn't want to win. They were giving her votes to this gal that wasn't even 1.00

00:44:23.580 running. And Brad Rasenberger called it a programming error. These are things if they don't make the news,

00:44:31.020 that's why I don't, you know, for me. Who did Brad, who did Brad work for before he was there?

00:44:37.500 Brad Rasenberger, the secretary of state. Um, uh, you know, I don't know, but I know he's got some

00:44:43.820 huge ties to dominion in China. I mean, they made deals, him and him and Brian Kemp, the governor down

00:44:49.740 there. That's like the, I mean, the crime capital of the world. I can say that because I mean, these guys,

00:44:55.340 what these guys have done and part of the biggest cover up of the biggest crime in history,

00:45:00.300 and, and you're down there, Brad Rasenberger pulled at 36% the night before his election

00:45:06.140 a couple of months ago, and he got 51%. And they, and we've, we grabbed it. We have the cash flow

00:45:11.900 records. It's a hundred percent evidence that a computer did these algorithms and, and it would

00:45:18.700 win in a court of law, but no judges accept this. And when you're running your own election, like Brad is,

00:45:25.340 you can look into the other two, which she did same timeframe and say, oh, we found this and this,

00:45:31.100 but your own election, you say, and we're not going to look at this. And then, and then the public,

00:45:36.380 I get the public to reach out for cast vote records and, and, and freedom of information act.

00:45:42.220 And then instead I get attacked by the media and I have FBI coming to get my phone to intimidate me

00:45:47.900 that I'm going to quit telling people to get the evidence. I mean, the thing is now, you know,

00:45:53.100 you not only talk about these monopolies, do you know, every vote in this country goes through

00:45:57.820 something called the Edison report in New Jersey, every single vote goes through the Edison report.

00:46:05.340 Then it goes all out to the media. Now, those are very similar, the way that's fed through to our

00:46:11.020 cast vote records. So when you see in live TV and you see CNN, maybe somebody's votes go from,

00:46:17.900 they go down 10,000 that you just see and go, well, that's weird. That can't happen. That's

00:46:23.580 computer generated. It's impossible. So this, we do have all the evidence we'd ever need. I have so

00:46:29.820 much. I went, it's piled from here to the moon. And, uh, but until a judge looks at it until a judge

00:46:39.180 start, one brave judge is all we need Lou. And it comes tumbling down and we can get rid of these voting

00:46:44.380 machines and get people in power that, uh, that want to get rid of these machines altogether,

00:46:50.620 which both at the one time, the Democrats really wanted them gone. 54 countries have been taken by

00:46:56.540 the machines. This goes back to Venezuela. Now Australia is gone. They don't get to get their

00:47:01.740 countries back because the people in power that were selected, not elected are never going to vote

00:47:07.260 these machines out ever. Right. And, and, and maybe not here ever, if we don't figure out, uh,

00:47:15.260 what to do with that evidence, uh, on the web. Uh, and so to that end, let me ask you this.

00:47:23.660 Uh, you know, I'm as frustrated as you, uh, your lawsuit. Uh, I want to get back to that in a minute,

00:47:31.740 but I want to get through this a bit first, if I may. The, the idea that the machines are

00:47:38.620 unregulated, there is no central authority. There, there are, you know, the, the central, the, uh,

00:47:45.340 the election assistance, uh, group, uh, is available, but it is, like I said, it's just

00:47:53.020 functionary. Then you have, uh, CSIS, uh, cyber security and infrastructure, excuse me,

00:48:00.460 in, uh, homeland security. They don't do anything. And they, and they say that everything was just

00:48:05.820 fine. And we find out later that, uh, it was far from fine. That's right. And they came out

00:48:11.820 with a report. They, they, they, that department came out with a report about three months ago and

00:48:17.020 said, Hey, these machines, they got the Halderman report and said, these machines are, are, um,

00:48:22.620 vulnerable. And then I was at a hearing down in Louisiana three months ago, everybody,

00:48:27.980 and this is posted on Frank speech and ESNS was there. The owners of ESNS, two of the owners,

00:48:33.980 and they got up before that committee and the secretary of state, um, he, secretary Kyle asked

00:48:40.220 them, he said, uh, why are your machines? Are your machines vulnerable? Can they be hacked? And they said,

00:48:45.820 every single voting machine can be hacked and is vulnerable. At least they didn't lie. Thank you,

00:48:53.340 ESNS. Now, Dominion was there. The biggest coverup, their longest running partner is Louisiana.

00:48:59.420 And they brought up things that said, how come when we got a report from our own government that

00:49:04.380 these machines and from a lawsuit in Georgia saying these Dominion machines are vulnerable,

00:49:09.820 they should not be used. How come you guys, when we reached out to you, you never responded,

00:49:14.460 Dominion. And they did not have an answer. The guy goes, well, I wasn't with us with Dominion then,

00:49:19.580 sir, but I'll get back to you on that. I'll get back to you on that. These are machines.

00:49:23.900 We all paid for everybody. We paid for this. We paid for them. And they're not letting,

00:49:29.500 you're not letting us look in. I don't, nobody, they're proprietary software that goes one ballot.

00:49:35.100 This is what it is. It's there. This is all a big excuse, but we already know what's inside these

00:49:41.580 machines. We already have it. It's posted up on Frank speech. It says inside the machines.

00:49:47.980 You can see it there. There's two sets of books I've offered. Lou, do you know that I offered

00:49:52.940 lead stories? This is Alan Duke. He's the, he's the owner, him and Martin, they own lead stories.

00:49:58.940 They're the Facebook fact checkers. They're so far left. You can't even go further left.

00:50:03.660 I've called him a traitor to our country. I've called him. You can't imagine him and I went back 0.81

00:50:08.220 and forth because he's covered up so much evidence where he says this is false information.

00:50:14.220 I gave him, I gave him the images, the data inside the machines, gave it to him. And I said,

00:50:21.020 Alan, you can be a hero to our country. If you just, when you look at this, I'll pay for your cyber

00:50:26.700 guy. If you want, look at this. And I said, and again, just tell the whole world. He looked at it,

00:50:32.620 Lou, and I have not heard from him since my lawyer signed an NDA with him. He will not come forward.

00:50:37.980 And it's, this is where we're at. They don't want these. This goes so deep that they don't

00:50:43.260 want all this exposed, but I will tell everybody the hope. I want to tell everybody real quick

00:50:48.140 before I forget, just like Carrie Lake, everybody, it's a lot harder to, to steal inside the machine

00:50:55.660 the day of the, if you vote the day of the election. So everybody needs to vote in person that day, not

00:51:02.940 one day prior. We watched Carrie Lake, Lou, we watched in real time because of that Edison report.

00:51:08.780 As those were coming out, we've seen it manipulated, manipulated machine, the algorithm.

00:51:13.580 She was down by 10% and it was 11 o'clock at night. I had Carrie on the phone. I go, well,

00:51:19.420 here come the, here come the day of votes. And they started coming in 70, 30, 70, 30 for Carrie. 0.99

00:51:25.500 She passed her opponent up, up by 12,000 votes. They shut down the machines at two in the morning.

00:51:32.140 They put paper over the windows again in Maricopa County. The whole world waited for two days this

00:51:37.500 summer to see if Carrie, America's darling there was going to win or what they were going to do if

00:51:42.460 they were going to steal it. But they only had 90,000 votes left and a 70 to 30 ratio. They didn't,

00:51:49.180 they knew if they, if they tried to steal that or what they did there, they were caught.

00:51:53.260 She overran the algorithms, just like the president did in 2020, when he overran the 0.99

00:52:00.220 algorithms and they had to shut everything down and react to that. They didn't have enough railroad

00:52:05.420 track left to steal enough of the race left to steal those five states. He would have won all five of

00:52:11.740 those states in spite of the algorithms. And, um, and that's what we got to do this because we got

00:52:17.260 rid of a lot of the machines. I think there's over a hundred counties so far in the U S but, um,

00:52:22.380 there's obviously over 3000 that are going to be using these electronic voting machines in this,

00:52:27.500 in this, uh, in this, the most important midterm election in history. And, um, but I,

00:52:33.340 if everybody votes in person. Yeah. I think that what Mike is saying, by the way, is exactly right. You

00:52:39.660 have, uh, you have to vote if you can on the day of, and you'll at least get, uh, a verified paper,

00:52:47.180 uh, uh, audit, uh, piece of, uh, verified audit, uh, uh, paper, uh, that you will have to prove your

00:52:55.580 vote. Uh, it's, I, I'm not quite sure, frankly, if that's a solution either, by the way, but it's better.

00:53:02.860 It's better than anything else. Right. It's not a solution. Everybody. We're just hoping to get

00:53:08.380 through this if they, without, uh, them stealing everything, because they're not going to let up.

00:53:13.740 There are going to, you reminded me of something I've got to say now before I forget it.

00:53:18.860 Don't accept anything from your Republican local chapter. That is an absolutely straightforward.

00:53:27.180 And if you want to volunteer, you get there and volunteer, you know, there should be putting up

00:53:33.020 paper around a window and not having Republicans there, uh, as well as Democrats. I don't know of

00:53:38.620 a single instance where it happened that it was Republicans putting up, uh, cardboard and paper

00:53:43.660 around windows. Uh, it's always in my, to my knowledge, been the Democrats get to the polls and

00:53:51.420 work and be part of the process because there's nothing like prying eyes and a lot of sunlight

00:53:57.420 to get rid of, uh, the stench of corruption, uh, and, uh, just outright theft. Uh, please folks.

00:54:04.620 Uh, I'm sorry. And Lou, there's also precinct strategy.com. Everybody, if you go there,

00:54:11.900 you can be a precinct worker and, uh, it's, it's, it's, uh, so important, but the Republicans left

00:54:18.860 hundreds of thousands of vacancies the last over the last decade, and we've got to fill them.

00:54:23.980 Just go to precinct strategy.com. You can become a precinct guy, like, uh, a precinct person and,

00:54:30.220 uh, and really get involved. And I will tell everybody this, I'm going to warn the bad guys

00:54:35.020 right now too. Now that we know cast vote records prove a hundred percent, if there was any computer

00:54:43.420 or, or any manipulation going on or any algorithms, we are going to be watching, we are going to be

00:54:48.940 getting them. So I'll tell you one thing, if the, any, any machine that that happens in those cast

00:54:55.340 vote records are going to be examined right afterwards. We do have a lot of states, Lou,

00:55:00.060 where they've agreed where they're going to do. A lot of them are going to do hand counting anyway,

00:55:04.460 in spite of the numbers coming off the machines, no matter how long it takes afterwards, just to,

00:55:09.580 just to validate. So, you know, um, on one hand, you kind of, you know, like I was hoping they would

00:55:15.340 continue to cheat, which they did in these primaries and continue to use machines because

00:55:20.700 if they would have stopped it and just said, okay, let's not do anymore. They're onto us.

00:55:25.020 After the 2020 election, we would have lost our country forever, but they keep doing it.

00:55:30.620 So we have one shot in history to get rid of these computers and voting machines.

00:55:35.420 We are in an apex in history, the technology world where you have drones like Australia that 0.93

00:55:40.940 fly down and tell you to go back in your house. Um, I mean, and robots coming and all this technology.

00:55:49.020 Imagine having bad people in power, running all that technology to policing and

00:55:55.980 dick tyranny and dictatorship and this, all this stuff going on. We have to, we get one shot to get

00:56:02.300 rid of these machines, because if we don't let, if we, if we, if they're still here and we don't get

00:56:08.380 rid of them now, it's over. Our country is gone. It's a uniparty dictatorship, um, tyranny. It's Nazi 0.89

00:56:16.380 Germany period. Well, the FBI is the Gestapo right now. Yes, they are. And anybody who thinks otherwise,

00:56:23.820 I mean, I don't know anyone who thinks that the, the FBI, that one storied agency, I, I, I've talked

00:56:31.740 with a number of former agents who are just sick to their stomachs at what has become of that agency.

00:56:37.420 Uh, and what they pulled with you is just terrible. Uh, I just want to ask you very quickly, uh, your

00:56:44.140 lawsuit, uh, what is it you specifically are going after? Okay. We're suing, we're suing because of

00:56:51.820 what happened. Now I told you. Who are you suing? Who are you suing? The United States government and

00:56:56.620 the FBI, everybody. I, what I've now that they basically defamed me there by getting, uh, by now I lost,

00:57:04.620 I lost four vendors that now they think I did something wrong. I lost, uh, some financing with

00:57:11.260 another vendor. They, the, the, the bank, the financial institute said, we can't deal with you.

00:57:16.060 Uh, you know, now that we, now that this happened, but that's, that's separate from that's, uh,

00:57:21.580 that will be a separate part of the case that it could involve the monetary thing. But right now,

00:57:27.420 we're suing them for violation of our, my first, fourth, fifth, and sixth amendments. Those, those

00:57:34.620 four, um, uh, and, and I don't know each one, how it ties in. All I know is I have Alan Dershowitz,

00:57:41.500 Kurt Olson, um, and these, these lawyers, I have some, at least six lawyers have worked four days on this,

00:57:48.060 and they're some of the best in the world. We also are getting a, um, um, um, it's kind of,

00:57:53.180 kind of set a precedent of we're going into place. We, that haven't been gone before because of what

00:57:58.380 they've done there. This is a, this is new ground, Lou. This is when you're, when you weaponize the FBI,

00:58:05.020 um, we're, we're not leaving anything on, um, um, um, we're, we're uncovering everything. We're opening up

00:58:09.740 everything. So that's, uh, wait, if there can be a charge, we're putting it in there. So.

00:58:14.220 Well, good for you. I want to ask what kind of damages will you be seeking? Do you know?

00:58:21.500 Uh, you know, that we don't know because we're going, they, they're getting from, uh, I believe

00:58:27.260 this will be the second part of the, uh, the filing we're filing today or tomorrow. And then

00:58:31.900 this will be the second part. All I know is that the drivers that were on there could be, and I could

00:58:38.540 show a track record. They'd be tens of millions of dollars with the, you know, you wouldn't think

00:58:43.020 taking a phone is that little thing. It wasn't about the, you know, taking the phone. It's what

00:58:47.820 it looks like, what it looked like to me now, to the public, they've done everything they could to

00:58:52.860 attack me, ruin my company, tried to get, uh, you know, Mike Lindell was the next crack addict.

00:58:58.460 Mike Lindell was just, maybe he's still on crack. The media has done everything to destroy me.

00:59:04.140 They've done everything to destroy my pillow, but now, and they've done, and they had, and they did

00:59:09.740 everything to try and destroy my reputation. But when the FBI comes on and you go, well,

00:59:15.500 Mike Lindell, now he's done something wrong. No, I haven't Lou. That's like being falsely accused

00:59:22.060 of a crime that you never committed, which everyone out there knows that the good point here is even

00:59:27.740 there isn't a person out there that doesn't realize what went down here that the FBI is trying to do.

00:59:33.020 They're trying to make it so just what, just, but it did help. I mean, it did work. Um, there was

00:59:39.020 five people, five vendors out there in a bank that said, you know what, Mike did something wrong now,

00:59:44.060 we think. So let's let this unravel and see what happens. Shame on them. I mean, really,

00:59:50.860 it's disgusting. Uh, the cowardice in this country, but I want to say in all honesty, when, when I heard

00:59:57.740 that, uh, you know, that, that you had been, uh, stopped, I'm sitting there thinking, my gosh,

01:00:04.140 what are they doing? Uh, and I thought, well, you know, the next, I guess, uh, is going to be a knock

01:00:09.820 on my door. And I got to tell you, I, I'm not a, uh, a man given to, uh, you know, to, uh, I'll put it

01:00:17.580 this way, wild concerns, but I, I just got to think about how I would react in that. And I would hope I

01:00:24.540 would react with the same calm that you did, but this, this is really dangerous stuff right now

01:00:31.260 that these people are pulling. It's almost as if they're trying to provoke a violent response in

01:00:37.260 the midst of all of this. They are, as you said, and said to their face, God bless you.

01:00:43.020 You're, you're weaponized by the Biden administration and shame on them. I have no

01:00:50.140 language for them. Lou, if this would have happened at night, I'm telling you, I would

01:00:55.660 have thought that they were there to come after my life if they, that they were not law enforcement.

01:01:00.300 I would have bashed between the two vehicles. My friend even said that he goes, he goes,

01:01:04.940 man, at least it didn't happen at night. Cause he goes, I know you. I said, you're right. I've been

01:01:09.340 in, I've been in this bad situations in my life. If you read my book, everybody, I would have bashed

01:01:15.420 between the two vehicles. I would have went and sped down the road and hope that a law

01:01:19.740 enforcement officer, a highway patrol or a sheriff would have stopped me. So I could say,

01:01:24.220 hey, there's bad people chasing me, but who knows what would have happened. Now they didn't show any

01:01:29.580 guns at the time, but obviously they're the FBI. So if this, it would have been a whole different

01:01:34.780 situation and, and, uh, it could have even been bad there during the day, but my instinct said to

01:01:40.380 yell. So other people would hear and see what's happening. And, uh, if you know,

01:01:46.380 I got a question for you, we've got the highest crime rates in the country

01:01:50.860 now. And most of the urban areas of the country, the biggest cities, all democratic run, maybe one

01:01:56.940 or two or not, but I think nearly all, uh, and we've got how many FBI agents would you say

01:02:03.660 were there in those three cars?

01:02:04.860 There was at least four. And I don't know how many more, four that I seen directly that the three

01:02:12.300 that were surrounding me, the one that was with my buddy. Now, how many were out in other vehicles?

01:02:16.620 I don't even know if there were more vehicles, Lou, we're trying to get the tape. We're going to try

01:02:20.860 and get the tape from Hardee's. Um, and, uh, by the way, that's a good outfit you chose to dine with

01:02:27.020 there. Yeah. Yeah. I like Hardee's. I've always liked to eat there.

01:02:29.660 I'm a Hardee's fan myself. Yeah. They, uh, they make those homemade shakes and, uh, and, uh, they,

01:02:35.820 the lawyer said, well, how long were you talking to them? And, uh, and that, and I said, well, my,

01:02:40.540 my malted completely melted and my burgers were cold. And, and, uh, I think it was upwards of almost,

01:02:47.180 uh, 40, 45 minutes total. And, and by then, I don't know how many were in the parking lot. I mean,

01:02:52.800 it created a scene, um, obviously with, uh, you know, uh, well, I, I can tell you, I'd have been

01:02:59.120 very upset if they had made, you know, if they had, uh, treated me like that and I'd come back to,

01:03:04.400 uh, cold biscuits and gravy, I, I'd have, I'd have had a fit. Yeah. Well, then my friend,

01:03:10.080 I don't even know. I can't in the, in the midst of all that, you know, he's on the way home. He goes,

01:03:14.640 why did they ask me my name? Whatever I go, you're fine. I said, you know, and here's a guy,

01:03:19.360 you know, that I hunt with it for, you know, I fish with everything with, and just one of my

01:03:24.560 friends. And I'm going, wow. I want to know how many of my friends are going to be afraid to,

01:03:28.480 afraid to do stuff with me. Now. I, I mean, this stuff goes through my head.

01:03:32.720 It's a real concern. It's a real concern. It's a real concern. Cause back when I was the only one

01:03:37.600 holding up the evidence back on January 9th of 2021, I had friends of mine that would not take my phone

01:03:43.660 calls and would not, I mean, a lot of them now they've seen me get through this, but this is a

01:03:48.640 different. This is different now. This is saying Mike Lindell, we're investigating him. He's done

01:03:54.800 something wrong. And you, you can call me anytime, anytime, 24 seven to cuss the FBI or whoever else

01:04:03.840 is, uh, I'll join you in that. I I'm, I'm so disappointed and disgusted with this FBI. Uh,

01:04:12.480 and frankly, the, the power structure of this country, uh, the, these are Marxist dims,

01:04:18.000 straightforward. We're going into the most important midterm election. And I believe our

01:04:22.960 country's history, it may be in point of fact, an existential, uh, election. Uh, and I hope that

01:04:30.400 everybody will follow your counsel and mine, uh, to get involved with these elections. Uh, it is good

01:04:36.800 versus evil. Ladies and gentlemen, don't let anybody tell you. Otherwise it is Marxist versus, uh,

01:04:43.120 a great Republic. Uh, but it is also good versus evil at its, uh, at its bedrock. I want to just ask

01:04:52.240 you to do something for me and we'll put it up on our website and we will go through, have your folks

01:04:58.400 send us what they think is the most compelling evidence on, uh, on these elections. Uh, and we'll

01:05:05.920 put it up on our website as well, uh, and make certain that we are referencing it and get it, uh,

01:05:11.920 get it out. I will send you report number three and, uh, and then the, uh, the inside the machine

01:05:19.440 that backs that up. You'll, you'll have it, uh, within 10 minutes. You're great. And Mike, again,

01:05:26.000 I really, I admire the fact you maintained your composure. Uh, we're level-headed through all

01:05:31.920 of it. I, by the way, would not have expected otherwise from you, but I'm just so happy you

01:05:36.000 were, uh, and you're a great example to everyone, no matter how frustrated and how put upon we are.

01:05:41.920 Uh, there's no excuse for losing one's composure. Uh, even, even though a little of it might be

01:05:49.200 understandable. And I tried to witness to them lose. So maybe they would have a moment there,

01:05:54.880 uh, a God moment where they would go, you know what? I said, you guys should become whistleblowers.

01:06:00.400 I said, you can't morally deep down. I don't care if you say it's your job, you know, it's wrong.

01:06:06.560 And you can't live in something that you know is wrong just by saying it's your job.

01:06:12.080 Lou, it's kind of like people out there right now that are saying,

01:06:15.200 oh, you know what? I'm afraid. Well, you know what? If you're going to sit back and do nothing,

01:06:20.400 and you're not going to be courageous during this time, and you're saving your courage for a rainy

01:06:24.400 day, shame on you. It's pouring outside. We get one chance at this, everybody. God gave us grace,

01:06:31.440 but it's for right now. If you don't do anything and act now, even if that's just going to, you can

01:06:38.720 go to my website and share and share and share. You can pray. You can tell other people that it's,

01:06:45.040 you know, this is real. This is happening. You can encourage other people. Encourage judges,

01:06:50.640 if you know them, just to be judges and look at things. The judges have slowed the destruction of

01:06:56.800 our country. They really have. This would be, Glenn Beck went on at CPAC and he listed off all the

01:07:03.760 great judges that have made decisions over this last year on things like the lady with the mask down in

01:07:10.000 that said on the airplanes down in Florida that said no more mask on airplanes. And, and, uh,

01:07:15.920 but all these things in the, in judges, independent things, making on border. How about the judge that

01:07:20.880 said, Hey, if there's a hundred people in your company, you got to become a junkie. No, that judge

01:07:26.080 said, no, this is nonsense. It's against our constitution. And these we really, the judges,

01:07:32.240 we need to pray for them. And we need to, and people need to be encouraged that there is, uh,

01:07:36.880 uh, you can't just sit back anymore though. This has to be all of us together. And I'm not talking

01:07:42.400 just to Republicans or conservative. I'm talking about, this has been a people uniter. Luke,

01:07:48.000 one of the things that encouraged me is I have some liberal friends and Democrat friends of mine,

01:07:52.800 and they've all said enough is enough. And they said that when this stuff happened to the,

01:07:57.520 our great president, Donald Trump. Now, when it happened to me with the phone, they're going,

01:08:02.640 where, you know, where does this end? I said, Oh, they're going to come for you too. I said,

01:08:06.560 this is, this doesn't, this evil holds no sides. Evil doesn't say, well, you know, look at,

01:08:12.880 I think the politicians that have popped their heads up, like Brad Rasenberger down in Georgia,

01:08:17.680 it doesn't matter what, what, what, uh, if you're a Republican or Democrat, I said,

01:08:22.720 this is good versus evil. Just like you said, Lou, and we are, we are in the fight for humanity,

01:08:28.160 for all humanity here. This is, uh, this is, uh, it's the greatest time to be alive in history because

01:08:34.240 we're, we're, God has given us grace and it's going to be amazing when we get through all this.

01:08:39.360 And we're going to look back and they were going to say, everything had to happen just the way

01:08:44.560 God intended, even the bad things. Cause I look at the other day when the FBI did this to me,

01:08:50.640 you know what Fox put it on in Newsmax. So that's baby steps where they, maybe these things,

01:08:56.720 this evil will start getting reported everywhere. And, uh, um, so that's where, uh, and spreading

01:09:03.680 the word, everybody, that's what we need to do. Well, I want to compliment, uh, Tucker Carlson,

01:09:09.280 uh, for turning over parts of his shows for two days, uh, to take up this issue because there has

01:09:15.040 been a reticence, as you say, uh, and, uh, at various networks, uh, if not all of them, uh, and it is good to see,

01:09:23.200 uh, uh, Fox step up in this way. Uh, it is by the way, uh, wondrous and, uh, delightful and, uh,

01:09:31.600 just outstanding for you to stand up the way you do day in and day out. And folks, I do want to say

01:09:37.600 to you, there's a reason that the biggest law firms in the country are coming after us. There is a reason

01:09:44.880 that the biggest corporations in America are lining up to talk about the perfect election of 2020,

01:09:51.920 because they are scared to death, not of us or any nonsense. They're scared to death that the

01:10:00.560 system that we have in place is about to be fixed. Uh, and, and that is a frightening thing. And, uh,

01:10:08.400 you know, in the back of the sixties, I can recall, uh, frankly, uh, a great expression, uh, on the streets

01:10:16.800 as people were doing all sorts of demonstrations for all sorts of issues, whether it's civil rights,

01:10:22.480 whether it's Vietnam, whatever it might be for it, for it, against, uh, but don't worry. They,

01:10:28.960 they said, uh, the cynics, all the major decisions have been made. Well, you right now, that's what's

01:10:36.160 happening in this country. All the big decisions are being made, uh, by the power structure. And this

01:10:42.000 is not a country that is very comfortable, uh, with that, uh, uh, that idea. We're, we're about

01:10:48.800 the consent of the governed and the people have to retake this government. We have to retake this

01:10:53.680 country. And the only way you can do it, uh, is with the courage that Mike is talking about and,

01:10:59.760 and demonstrating. Uh, and, uh, I, I just want to say, uh, let's, let's get after this because it,

01:11:06.400 we have to be in business, uh, and do it right. And that's at the polls on November 8th. Mike,

01:11:13.440 as always, thank you for being here. I, I, I appreciate your time and, uh, all that you're

01:11:20.160 doing for the country. Uh, God bless you. I, and I can't wait to our next visit.

01:11:25.440 Well, thanks Lou. And God bless you. And all the, all the listeners out there, everybody,

01:11:29.680 keep the faith. It's going to get better, better. I think we're, I feel greater,

01:11:33.440 I feel more optimistic every day. I really do Lou.

01:11:36.400 Mike is a great American, a good man doing everything he can for this country of ours.

01:11:41.760 Thanks everybody for being with us today. Here tomorrow, our guests will be Russ Vogt,

01:11:46.160 the president of the center for renewing America. And Russ has what I believe you will find to be

01:11:51.760 fascinating views on everything from why Marxist Dems often outsmart Republicans, why his center for

01:11:58.960 renewing America is suing the internal revenue service and why he believes the Republicans will win big

01:12:05.520 this November and much more. That's here tomorrow. Please join us until then. God bless you. And may God bless America.
