00:00:37.480 Hello, everybody.
00:00:38.800 Welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:40.300 Great to have you with us.
00:00:41.920 This week, Marxist judge Juan Merchant says he'll consider four more Trump gag order violations.
00:00:48.740 He set a hearing date for this Wednesday, and the big, powerful Marxist Dem judge
00:00:53.000 says if President Trump fails to appear, he may be arrested and imprisoned.
00:00:59.200 Merchant needs to be arrested and imprisoned.
00:01:02.420 He's out of control, and he is nothing more than a Marxist Dem thug with a black robe.
00:01:08.920 These four new violations of the gag order, in addition to the ten already imposed on President
00:01:14.060 Trump, the irony of it all is that every one of those violations for things Trump tweeted
00:01:19.880 or said on camera that were true.
00:01:22.060 For example, Judge Merchant's daughter's company has brought in millions of dollars off of campaigns
00:01:28.200 of Marxist Dems and the fact that the government witnessed Michael Cohen is a serial perjurer.
00:01:34.920 That's a fact.
00:01:36.060 And Cohen went to jail for lying under oath.
00:01:38.740 It seems Judge Merchant can't quite figure out how to handle truth.
00:01:44.200 And puppet President Joe Biden, who doesn't deal in truth at all himself, making his campaign
00:01:50.460 rounds, not with the American people, of course, but with celebrity elites who are trying to
00:01:55.440 drag him over the finish line.
00:01:57.440 And by the way, that's going to be a very tough proposition.
00:02:00.820 Last week, Biden was at a fundraiser with Barack Obama at actor Michael Douglas' house, and
00:02:07.040 shortly thereafter, he phoned into the Howard Stern show of all things.
00:02:11.220 Stern, by the way, is one of the most perverse, disgusting people in broadcasting.
00:02:15.860 So it makes sense that Joe felt safe with him.
00:02:18.700 Stern asked Biden if he will debate Trump.
00:02:21.940 Biden said he can't wait and then went off into a rant about women sending him lewd pictures
00:02:27.480 when he was just a mere lowly senator.
00:02:30.240 I don't know if you're going to debate your opponent.
00:02:33.160 I am somewhere.
00:02:34.060 I don't know when.
00:02:34.800 I'm happy to debate him.
00:02:36.120 I got put in that 10 most eligible bachelor's list.
00:02:39.480 Because you were a United States senator, you were a catch.
00:02:42.060 And so, and a lot of lovely women, but women would send very salacious pictures, and I
00:02:49.560 just gave them to the Secret Service.
00:02:50.760 I thought somebody would think I was, and I just gave up.
00:02:55.160 Biden said he gave those pictures to the Secret Service.
00:02:58.160 Someone forgot to write on the note cards, though, that the senators don't have Secret Service
00:03:03.480 protection.
00:03:04.260 So that was sort of awkward, as usual.
00:03:06.400 Unfortunately, that wasn't actually Biden's most egregious moment.
00:03:10.980 Take a listen to Biden telling Stern how he was arrested during the Civil Rights Movement
00:03:16.280 for standing on a porch with a black family.
00:03:19.620 Put your hands over your heart as you listen.
00:03:22.220 And I looked at my mom.
00:03:23.220 I said, honey, you haven't said anything.
00:03:24.700 She said, Joey, let me, I remember, true story.
00:03:27.480 She said, remember when they were desegregating Linfield, the neighborhood,
00:03:30.620 I went to a, you know, 70 homes, build a suburbia.
00:03:36.240 And I told you, and there was a black family moving in, and there was people who were down
00:03:40.300 there protesting.
00:03:41.440 I told you not to go down there, and you went down.
00:03:43.700 Remember that?
00:03:44.960 And you came, you got arrested, be standing on the porch with a black family.
00:03:49.160 Right.
00:03:49.500 And they brought you back, the police.
00:03:51.000 And I said, yeah, mom, I remember that.
00:03:52.520 And yet, the mainstream media will not cover this man's mental impairment.
00:03:57.680 Biden also telling Stern he's aware that President Trump makes fun of his constant gaffes.
00:04:02.900 Biden again renewed his call that he would love to fight Trump.
00:04:07.960 But, like, for example, you know, I mean, Trump makes fun of me.
00:04:12.400 Right.
00:04:13.640 He was the kind of guy in the neighborhood I wish he could have gotten in the neighborhood
00:04:16.620 and meet head to head.
00:04:18.200 At any rate.
00:04:18.640 And that, folks, is a man that is certainly not well.
00:04:23.220 And with all of this going on, President Trump's attorney, John Sauer, was in D.C.
00:04:27.780 before the Supreme Court, arguing for presidential immunity in the Jack Smith's prosecutions.
00:04:34.340 It seems the conservatives on the court, for the most part, agree that a president needs
00:04:39.600 immunity.
00:04:40.500 Take a listen to Justice Brett Kavanaugh asked DOJ attorney Michael Dreeben,
00:04:45.780 why is it that Obama was never charged in drone strikes that killed innocent people?
00:04:52.100 The DOJ attorney says it doesn't apply because Obama didn't commit the killings himself.
00:04:57.880 Can you believe that?
00:04:59.760 How about President Obama's drone strikes?
00:05:02.540 So the Office of Legal Counsel looked at this very carefully and determined that, number
00:05:08.020 one, the federal murder statute does apply to the executive branch.
00:05:12.140 The president wasn't personally carrying out the strike, but the aiding and abetting laws
00:05:16.240 are broad.
00:05:17.360 And it determined that a public authority exception that's built into statutes and that applied
00:05:23.620 particularly to the murder statute, because it talks about unlawful killing, did not apply
00:05:29.140 to the drone strike.
00:05:30.220 So this is actually the way that the system should function.
00:05:33.460 The Department of Justice takes criminal law very seriously.
00:05:36.200 It runs it through the analysis very carefully with established principles.
00:05:41.180 It documents them.
00:05:42.240 It explains them.
00:05:43.560 And then the president can go forward in accordance with it.
00:05:45.980 And there is no risk of prosecution for that course of activity.
00:05:49.500 Truly absurd.
00:05:50.740 Our guest today is former Defense Department official and close advisor to President Trump,
00:05:55.160 Kash Patel.
00:05:56.340 Kash, great of you to join us.
00:05:57.840 And what a month it's been.
00:05:59.120 Historic, certainly, from every angle, whether it be that of the Supreme Court or the outright raw
00:06:04.520 criminal persecution of President Donald Trump.
00:06:07.920 Your thoughts on just this moment right now about President Trump and how he's doing.
00:06:14.120 I think it's a moment where the Constitution is colliding with the deep state and people
00:06:20.440 are now seeing that the deep state is a reality.
00:06:23.720 And what you have been broadcasting for years, Lou, is not a conspiracy theory or wild tales,
00:06:29.220 but a sad reality in the leadership structure in government that is being overly politicized.
00:06:34.320 To take out a guy in Donald Trump that the deep state and the swamp hate.
00:06:39.300 And what I think you see with the lead case here that's front and center now because of
00:06:42.940 the Supreme Court, I've always said, you know, the best way to defeat the corrupt actors is
00:06:48.360 to utilize their own verbiage and their own documents against him.
00:06:52.100 And I thought Justice Alito just did a one line zinger that absolutely destroyed the special
00:06:58.560 counsel Department of Justice position.
00:07:00.100 He flat out asked the special counsel's attorney, hey, if President Trump had gotten his attorney
00:07:05.900 general to say, whatever I'm doing is lawful, would he have immunity?
00:07:09.980 And the special counsel and DOJ said, yes.
00:07:14.440 So Alito went on to say, so wait a second, you're telling me that the commander in chief
00:07:19.960 who employs the attorney general, who could now go out and hire anybody to be an attorney
00:07:25.120 general and say, you're immune from everything.
00:07:26.940 Everything you do is lawful.
00:07:28.620 Therefore, you can never be prosecuted.
00:07:30.300 But the commander in chief doesn't have a right to presidential authorities, even though
00:07:34.380 he's the attorney general's boss.
00:07:36.840 I mean, the guy looked dumbfounded.
00:07:38.900 I know most Americans couldn't see him, but he was flatlined.
00:07:41.900 And that's it.
00:07:42.740 That's the case.
00:07:44.140 It is.
00:07:45.460 One would think that if there were any and I agree with you entirely about that moment.
00:07:50.600 But I think that the Department of Justice has had a very bad week.
00:07:58.240 And even the mad Marxist few on the court, the justices, I mean, even they were expressing
00:08:11.160 dismay at some of the exchanges, and as well they should be, to look back and see the question
00:08:19.620 about, well, if you were going to assassinate someone and you did this and that, these were
00:08:25.660 not questions of intelligent people, frankly.
00:08:28.780 And that, unfortunately, for a number of the justices, several of them, three to be exact,
00:08:34.340 it was unfortunate because we're looking now at a court that is, certainly two of them
00:08:42.740 are intellectually unqualified for the job they hold.
00:08:47.800 They do not understand law.
00:08:49.440 They have no apparent background in either history or knowledge of our heritage as a nation
00:08:55.220 or current events, for crying out loud.
00:08:58.780 All around us, there is the evidence of everything that the Trump attorneys are arguing.
00:09:06.400 You've got this going on in New York right now with Judge Merchant.
00:09:11.300 It's obvious political corruption.
00:09:13.700 The best legal minds in the country are saying so, except for the ones on the left.
00:09:18.640 And if they had very good minds, they wouldn't be on the left, right?
00:09:21.380 And then you go to the D.C. courts, it's a morass of corruption and filthy ideological fervor
00:09:31.020 that is appalling to the point that they are throwing people in jail for years because they
00:09:38.020 wanted to protest the election integrity on January 6th.
00:09:43.680 I mean, everywhere you look, go to Fannie Willis and her madness in Fulton County.
00:09:49.500 It just keeps going.
00:09:51.220 It's a rancid, corrupt political party, the Democrat party that is now led by Marxist Dems.
00:09:59.540 No, look, Lou, dare I disagree with you just a touch because my disagreement will actually
00:10:05.760 show that it might be worse than what you just laid out, which is sad.
00:10:09.940 I think these judges, I think some of these justices, while they are intellectually inept,
00:10:14.740 I think they're evil.
00:10:15.780 I think they see the law and know what the right constitutional decision is, but their
00:10:21.700 vitriol for Donald Trump and his supporters and their impetus to take him out overrides
00:10:27.340 any ability to base their decisions on constitutional law.
00:10:31.360 And I think the best example we have is the justices on the Supreme Court.
00:10:34.900 I think it was Sotomayor and company, you know, where basically it was put out during oral
00:10:39.760 arguments.
00:10:40.180 Well, what about when Barack Obama drone struck Worsami, an American citizen who happened to
00:10:44.760 be a really bad guy, a terrorist, and he should have been killed?
00:10:48.560 Is he open to civil suits from the family for killing an American citizen overseas?
00:10:53.920 Is he open to criminal suit for killing an American overseas?
00:10:58.140 And the special counsel's office and the DOJ response was especially savory.
00:11:03.200 They said that the Office of Legal Counsel, the OLC, an office that works for the corrupt
00:11:10.180 cops in the building of the cops, said, oh, they gave Barack Obama an exception.
00:11:15.840 I didn't know the Department of Justice had an office that could congressionally exempt federal
00:11:20.400 statutes.
00:11:21.440 I had no idea that that had been created.
00:11:23.800 I didn't know the Supreme Court bent the knee.
00:11:26.460 The number one Article III court in the land said, oh, you, an office at the DOJ can tell us
00:11:31.740 how the Constitution is applied.
00:11:34.300 That's the argument they put forth, they, the DOJ.
00:11:37.960 Well, you know, it's really amazing because they make an exception sound like something that
00:11:43.520 the CIA does when they go seeking a finding from the chief executive.
00:11:49.480 I mean, we're watching a regime that is creating law.
00:11:55.660 It's destroying law, whether it's Title IX with a stroke of a pen by an unelected buffoon who
00:12:01.120 happens to be the secretary of education, takes away women's rights in sports and girls in
00:12:09.600 sports and athletics.
00:12:10.560 I mean, the madness of it all.
00:12:13.800 And yet the media, I'm going to go back to the media, filled with these just self-important
00:12:22.400 certifacts who, you know, lick the boots of everyone that has a Marxist dim tattoo on their
00:12:30.700 shoulder.
00:12:32.300 No, you're absolutely right.
00:12:33.460 And if I may, Lou, read a beauty of a headline from CNN yesterday after the Supreme Court
00:12:38.660 arguments to your point on how in the bag and corrupt the media is.
00:12:44.060 They might be bigger liars than the people that are corrupt in government.
00:12:47.140 And they said Supreme Court appears ready to reject Trump's claims of sweeping immunity.
00:12:52.020 Were they at that oral argument?
00:12:53.740 Did they hear anything the justices said?
00:12:56.440 Reject the claims of immunity?
00:12:58.120 I mean, literally, I believe that President Trump is constitutionally immune.
00:13:03.180 And here's the thing, the defense attorney, or excuse me, the attorneys for Donald Trump
00:13:07.680 were brilliant.
00:13:08.940 They didn't say we want full sweeping authority for a president for his private actions.
00:13:12.900 They just said we want the Nixon doctrine, which the Supreme Court adjudicated in the 70s
00:13:18.240 that said all presidents have full authority and immunity for all civil actions that they take
00:13:24.440 from civil actions that they take from public office.
00:13:26.500 They said just apply that to criminal.
00:13:28.880 And then DOJ went on and tried to split the hair and say, well, Donald Trump wasn't actually
00:13:32.480 using that for public.
00:13:34.160 What was he being?
00:13:35.240 He was being a president that was challenging a presidential election.
00:13:39.200 If that's not an act of a president in office who disagrees with an election result, whether
00:13:44.180 you like it or not doesn't matter.
00:13:46.200 Yeah.
00:13:46.360 I wonder why justice wouldn't ask, well, just when is the president on unofficial duty?
00:13:53.440 At what point do we not have the buttons, the briefcase there for a nuclear launch?
00:14:05.100 I mean, at what point?
00:14:07.880 Now, in Biden, that kind of weakens that argument because this man is not on duty a lot.
00:14:14.780 We're talking with Kash Patel.
00:14:16.320 We're coming right back.
00:14:17.280 Stay with us.
00:14:17.900 Folks, you know, I beg everyone to get ready for the next crisis.
00:14:23.340 And when it comes, our lives will likely change overnight, whether it's natural disaster,
00:14:29.080 war or another disease.
00:14:30.960 We have to be ready as we can be.
00:14:33.100 We saw what happened in 2020 when we found ourselves dependent on global supply chains.
00:14:37.960 We're still dependent on China and other countries for more than 90 percent of all our pharmaceuticals,
00:14:43.400 with clusters of respiratory illnesses popping up around the world and here.
00:14:48.020 We need to be prepared.
00:14:49.560 And now is the time to make certain you have what your family needs when the next crisis hits.
00:14:55.460 Our good friends, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Drew Penske over at the Wellness Company

00:15:51.460 Be ready tomorrow.
00:15:54.920 We're back.
00:15:55.920 We're talking with Cash Patel about this historic week,
00:15:58.420 about the continued persecution of President Trump.
00:16:01.540 It makes me so mad.
00:16:02.220 I start spitting nails to think what this man has gone through, what this country is going through
00:16:07.420 because of these ignorant, disloyal, and contemptuous Marxist Dems who want to destroy this country.
00:16:15.780 And that's all this is about.
00:16:17.680 I want to go to a quick headline, Cash, coming out of the Daily Caller.
00:16:23.180 Biden DOJ says Trump is first president to face criminal prosecution because predecessors committed no crimes.
00:16:29.660 Now, I thought that was one extraordinary defense, again, brought to you by the Biden regime, Merrick Garland DOJ.
00:16:39.160 These guys, they've got to be smarter than that.
00:16:43.720 Don't they have to be smarter than that?
00:16:45.280 They're smarter than that.
00:16:47.300 They just don't have facts to better their argument that are any better than that.
00:16:51.460 And they know it.
00:16:52.460 They're arguing basically, oh, you have to prosecute.
00:16:56.160 And this was raised by the D.C. Court of Appeals.
00:16:58.540 And one of the justices, I think it was Justice Roberts, actually pointed it out yesterday.
00:17:02.400 They said the prosecution per the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals of President Donald Trump is appropriate because he's being prosecuted.
00:17:09.920 Literally, that was the justification at the D.C. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
00:17:15.860 And the Supreme Court called him out on that and said, that's a tautology.
00:17:19.700 That doesn't make any sense.
00:17:21.300 And that, to your point of what the headline you just read saying, is essentially the same thing.
00:17:27.140 Oh, well, we didn't have to deal with it before because nobody else committed a crime.
00:17:31.280 It should only happen now.
00:17:32.920 And thus, Donald Trump is being prosecuted.
00:17:35.060 So please let us prosecute him.
00:17:36.620 That's not legal constitutional law.
00:17:38.920 Well, that's hyperbolic rhetoric.
00:17:41.580 That's cheap political slappings of the day to achieve a political end state.
00:17:46.700 And I think, you know, these headlines that the mainstream media, of course, is going to garble until the Supreme Court justices issue their decision,
00:17:54.660 which is going to be predominantly in favor of President Trump for his presidential immunity because every president must have it.
00:18:01.780 Otherwise, every president, literally every president from now until the end of time will be charged with a crime from their political opponent.
00:18:09.500 And how about we go backwards?
00:18:10.660 Are we going to charge Obama?
00:18:11.800 Are we going to charge Bush with Iraq?
00:18:13.380 Are we going to charge Clinton?
00:18:15.480 I mean, the list goes on.
00:18:17.200 This is what the presidential immunity privilege is for.
00:18:19.940 And the constitutional jurors on the Supreme Court know it.
00:18:22.660 Well, let's go back to your federal prosecutor days and deal with this issue.
00:18:29.580 We are looking at a, to me, a seminal moment in time.
00:18:36.040 Either the Supreme Court now intervenes in this political persecution by one political party against the other and its standard bearer, or we lose the constitutional republic.
00:18:50.320 This is not something, as I've seen a number of legal analysts saying, you know, we can remand this back and we can issue this and that'll get a delay.
00:18:58.840 That's all poppycock.
00:19:00.900 That's pure blather.
00:19:02.880 They know neither law nor politics or common sense.
00:19:07.320 Your sense of where this is, where we're headed here and what the inclination in your judgment will be of these justices, or at least the majority of them.
00:19:18.120 Look, I agree with you.
00:19:19.160 This is probably the most consequential decision in U.S. history that the Supreme Court has to make.
00:19:24.860 And it's been foisted upon them by political animals in D.C. who have abused the court system, federally and state court system, for political gain.
00:19:35.620 There is only one stop, one place where Donald Trump can get justice and America can get constitutional law restored.
00:19:44.980 And that's this decision at the Supreme Court.
00:19:47.160 And it's highlighted, again, we go to the people, the government gangsters and the corrupt animals that are bringing these charges against Donald Trump.
00:19:55.440 And let's go to their arguments before the Supreme Court.
00:19:58.540 There are these DOJ lawyers, these career prosecutors, supposedly the most brilliant minds in America, have gone to the United States Supreme Court and said, you have to decide this case quickly because there's an election coming up.
00:20:13.760 And that has never been the ethos of my department of justice where I work.
00:20:19.500 That is actually not permitted by the law.
00:20:23.200 There is no dictation, no mandate that we go to a federal judge and say, judge, I need this case decided by X because I got to vote.
00:20:30.040 That is literally the argument that the brightest legal minds of Biden's DOJ have put forth.
00:20:38.300 And they've shown their true colors.
00:20:39.620 They've shown their true intent.
00:20:40.880 They only care just like the media.
00:20:43.540 The media doesn't care about the actual constitutional law.
00:20:46.120 Everyone's short-sighted.
00:20:47.340 They just want a decision so that Donald Trump has tried this summer.
00:20:50.380 They don't care about the legal ramifications for the future because they will rig the system if they are able to rig it here against Donald Trump.
00:21:01.180 And so for me as a former federal prosecutor, the fact that the legal argument they're putting forward is expediency and time during a presidential election is outrageous and should shock the conscience of the Supreme Court.
00:21:13.400 And they should throttle Jack Smith in the DOJ.
00:21:15.860 And there is also an irony in all of this in that Jack Smith has come to the court for the court to say, oh, please, we cannot proceed with the legal test of all these ideas.
00:21:32.300 We've got to have your judgment now as a as a precedent to the actual finding of fact and application of law in the district court.
00:21:42.220 I mean, this is madness on its face.
00:21:44.360 It's amazing to me.
00:21:47.440 I think Jack Smith right now is probably thinking about that old saw.
00:21:51.420 Be careful what you ask for, because now he has it.
00:21:55.540 And the court, as much as they want to be reticent and reserved and retiring even, you know, for those 70 to 120, say, cases a year they do.
00:22:07.340 This one has taken the this is this owns the court right now.
00:22:12.260 The court will be nothing after it if they decide improperly against the Constitution and the law.
00:22:18.480 And if they do not intervene in this, they will be cowards for evermore.
00:22:25.720 They will have destroyed they will have destroyed the country.
00:22:28.900 Look, the juror, even the radical left wing jurist on there, Ketanji Brown, Jackson and Sotomayor and Kagan.
00:22:35.200 They know they know what the right decision is.
00:22:39.380 They know what the constitutional decision is, but they also know what the politically expedient decision is for them in their base.
00:22:46.800 And they are going to go with the latter rather than the former.
00:22:49.320 They're going to violate their oath to the Constitution and come out.
00:22:52.960 And the justices, as if Jack Smith's behavior wasn't shocking enough about talking about going to court fast for presidential election purposes, those justices actually ask questions to Trump's defense counsels about why shouldn't this case be tried before the election?
00:23:10.080 Who cares?
00:23:11.220 That's not the constitutional question before you.
00:23:14.400 Did you mention the word tautology?
00:23:17.100 Yeah.
00:23:17.420 Think about that one.
00:23:19.320 I think you really should.
00:23:22.020 We're going to decide this case on immunity by, well, first of all, we'll get rid of the immunity.
00:23:27.220 You try it down there in that court.
00:23:28.800 Come back.
00:23:29.380 We'll see what it looks like.
00:23:30.820 I mean, this is a mad piece of street bargaining on the part of the court, or at least some of the justices.
00:23:37.440 We're talking with Cash Patel, and we're getting the true and straight dope on what is happening in the nation's capital.
00:23:47.000 Not always pretty.
00:23:48.260 Well, seldom pretty.
00:23:49.960 We'll be right back.
00:23:51.120 Stay with us.
00:23:53.740 Lou Dobbs here.
00:23:54.660 I'm delighted to let you all know that the program Lou Dobbs Tonight has returned to the air.
00:24:00.960 That's right.
00:24:01.960 Lou Dobbs Tonight is back.
00:24:04.020 We're live each and every weeknight at 7 p.m. Eastern and 6 p.m. Central on rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.
00:24:13.800 That's rumble.com slash Lou Dobbs.
00:24:16.920 I hope you'll be joining us for Lou Dobbs Tonight as our fight to save this country has only begun.
00:24:24.220 We're back with Cash Patel.
00:24:31.500 And Cash, thanks so much for being with us.
00:24:33.180 I just want to turn to let's get out of D.C. for a minute and go to Judge Cannon.
00:24:39.880 And unsealing documents, you know, with alleging Jack Smith's lead prosecutor threat and Trump valet attorney, you know, kind of said, well, if you want to be in the game, you're going to have to go along with the game.
00:24:54.500 I mean, this is ugly stuff.
00:24:59.000 How important is it?
00:25:01.560 How will it play?
00:25:03.840 Monumentally so, Lou, and I'm glad we're talking about this.
00:25:06.640 Judge Cannon had the federal gumption necessary to call out Jack Smith and his lunatic DOJ co-counsels by saying, why are you hiding this information from the defendant?
00:25:17.680 In this case, Donald Trump.
00:25:18.680 Why have you chosen a typical D.C. corruption cover-up scheme, redactions, and not provided this defendant with his due process constitutional rights?
00:25:27.940 The Trump attorneys had to file a motion to get this unredacted.
00:25:31.280 Now, let's talk about what the judge had the temerity to unredact.
00:25:34.840 The entire time, the Biden administration of justice from the White House on down has said, we have nothing to do with the Trump prosecution.
00:25:42.720 It's being handled entirely separately by the DOJ special counsel.
00:25:46.220 We have no relationship with them whatsoever.
00:25:51.220 This document singularly shreds that statement.
00:25:56.680 And it's a document from the DOJ because it says when the NARA reps, the NARA chief of staff, librarians, whatever you want to call them, when they were in discussions with me, me, President Trump's representative,
00:26:09.960 to obtain the documents after he left the White House, as his, President Trump's NARA representative, NARA refused to give me those documents and access to those documents.
00:26:20.420 And now we know why.
00:26:21.940 They lied to me.
00:26:22.880 They gave me the runaround.
00:26:23.720 Oh, you don't have the clearance.
00:26:24.980 Okay, I have the highest security clearance in the land, but let's put that aside.
00:26:27.700 What other excuse do you have?
00:26:28.820 And they gave you the typical government email response for working on it.
00:26:32.800 But now we know what happened.
00:26:34.380 They, the chief counsel there, Gary Stern, immediately picked up the phone and called DOJ, the White House counsel's office, and said, what do you want us to do here?
00:26:43.000 And the White House counsel's office and the headshed at DOJ said, essentially, don't work with them, don't provide them anything, let us intervene.
00:26:52.000 Don't believe me, Lou, read the documentation and the emails that have now been exposed by Judge Cannon's brave order.
00:26:58.920 All of this shows a direct quarterback engineering and architecting of the Donald Trump unconstitutional prosecution by the Biden administration, by Joe Biden, by his White House, by his DOJ.
00:27:09.460 And furthermore, it shows, to me, the unconstitutional prevention of the disclosure of class, excuse me, the disclosure of declassified information that President Trump put forth at the end of his term.
00:27:22.660 And now you got to ask yourself, Lou, what else have they redacted and what else have they not shown us?
00:27:28.120 They, the DOJ.
00:27:30.000 They, the DOJ, under Merrick Garland, are more corrupt than any Justice Department in the history of this country.
00:27:38.380 The FBI, a lawless and reckless and highly partisan organization now.
00:27:47.460 Christopher Wray talking about, well, we just don't want to have any sort of surveillance of those anti-Semitic, anti-America, anti-Israel protests on college campuses.
00:28:01.420 Why not?
00:28:02.540 Why would he not?
00:28:04.180 Because they're calling for genocide.
00:28:06.740 They are disrupting and destabilizing the entire university system of this country.
00:28:16.140 And what campuses are these riots aren't on, they will soon be visited upon them if the Marxist left have their way.
00:28:24.300 So I look at this as a moment in history where the choices keep getting narrower and narrower for the John Roberts court.
00:28:33.760 John Roberts has not been a man of great fortitude.
00:28:37.000 He has not been historic in any way in his adherence to the principles that he has sworn to uphold, and that is the tenets of the U.S. Constitution.
00:28:48.660 To me, frankly, and I admit being a partisan in all of this, I am pro-Trump through and through.
00:28:57.180 The fact of the matter is, it seems to me that the Supreme Court right now has sufficient evidence in the streets of everywhere from Boston to New York to Cornell to USC, Texas.
00:29:13.800 My gosh, they have enough evidence in the streets of how destabilized this country is.
00:29:22.140 And it's because of an anti-Semitic, anti-America, anti-Israel administration that's trying to kill one man, Donald Trump.
00:29:30.700 And by the way, I mean kill.
00:29:32.080 They want to take away his Secret Service protection.
00:29:34.820 They don't want to just imprison him for 700 years.
00:29:37.300 They mean to kill him.
00:29:38.300 Now, that's quite a quite an obvious conclusion from everything we're witnessing.
00:29:43.880 And the justices have to be able to see that.
00:29:47.280 And surely they do.
00:29:48.740 I think most of them do.
00:29:50.380 I think the evidence you outlined is clear cut.
00:29:52.740 It's not arbitrary.
00:29:53.900 It's not up for debate.
00:29:55.720 And, you know, listen, Chris Wray at the FBI is only going to investigate domestic terrorists that are MAGA supporters.
00:30:01.860 He's basically told us that.
00:30:03.360 He's also going to use FISA and break the law and illegally surveil you if you are a Trump MAGA supporter.
00:30:11.260 He did that 274,000 times last year alone.
00:30:14.640 That's the Chris Wray running this FBI.
00:30:16.800 Any other top cop in America would say that these riots, as you have pointed out, these violent riots across the country, across campuses, across this nation that are pro-terrorism are interconnected and funded by the likes of George Soros and company.
00:30:31.460 That is a federal level investigation that the FBI should be architecting right now.
00:30:37.380 They should be all over that.
00:30:38.840 But because it destroys the political narrative of the value of an America first movement, they won't do it.
00:30:45.880 It is the opposite of putting MAGA on trial baselessly.
00:30:49.680 We need to investigate these folks and follow the money and ask them, why are you supporting terrorism over America and our number one ally in Israel?
00:30:58.240 And why are these universities who are publicly funded allowed to host these types of events?
00:31:04.800 And at the core, the FBI needs to find out, because I believe it's fraudulent criminal activity to fund this type of behavior that leads to violence, who's at the back end of this?
00:31:14.340 Is it Soros?
00:31:15.140 Is it his buddies?
00:31:16.380 Somebody's paying these guys for this, just like they paid the hundreds of thousands of migrants to cross the southern border illegally.
00:31:22.840 If we had a credible FBI, that's what they'd look at.
00:31:25.720 But we don't.
00:31:26.300 We have Chris Wray, a government gangster of the first order, who continues to break the law and illegally surveil Trump supporters and, quote unquote, domestic terrorists.
00:31:35.180 Cash, I wonder if there are undercover FBI agents in these demonstrations.
00:31:41.480 I wonder if they've sent anyone in to to be informants or to incite.
00:31:47.180 Maybe that's what's behind all of this.
00:31:49.960 And maybe that's why Chris Wray demurs.
00:31:52.300 And this becomes simply a sentinel who tells us, oh, by the way, there's a cyber attack underway from mainland China against the U.S. government.
00:32:01.480 We don't know what to do, but wanted to let you know.
00:32:04.900 We will continue to observe the goings on.
00:32:08.000 I mean, the man is preposterous.
00:32:10.580 The FBI is corrupt and indolent, it seems to me.
00:32:15.320 But anyway, it's as we conclude, if we may, your thoughts about where the Supreme Court comes down.
00:32:25.720 I'm putting you in the business, but who better to do it?
00:32:31.880 Look, I think the Supreme Court needs to come down on the side of the Constitution.
00:32:35.900 That's it. And if they choose to follow that path, there is only one ruling that President Trump and every president before him and every president after him has full presidential immunity for all public acts conducted while they were president of the United States of America.
00:32:52.540 It's that simple.
00:32:53.460 What that does to any current, future or prosecution from yesteryear is irrelevant to the constitutional analysis put before the Supreme Court.
00:33:04.860 And that's another thing this DOJ and Jack Smith and their corrupt thugs with Merrick Garland are going at.
00:33:09.200 Oh, you're if you if you don't decide for us, this is going to happen.
00:33:13.940 That's not the analysis.
00:33:15.020 What is the law?
00:33:17.160 What are the facts?
00:33:18.360 What is the historical precedent?
00:33:19.920 And the decision must be that Donald Trump has the immunity he seeks because every president has the immunity he seeks.
00:33:27.620 And the decision cannot be, well, if we don't decide under the Constitution, we decide for political expediency.
00:33:34.380 At least we'll have an election and a conviction of Donald Trump likely before the next November cycle.
00:33:39.900 That cannot be the ethos.
00:33:41.400 And I guard against it.
00:33:42.960 And I'm going to go out there and make sure people are educated as to what the Constitution demands.
00:33:47.460 And it's so great to be on your show with you to discuss this critical issue of our time.
00:33:52.640 Literally.
00:33:53.500 Absolutely.
00:33:54.720 As usual, we conclude in agreement.
00:33:59.580 I thank you so much for joining us here, Cash.
