00:00:00.000 hello everybody and welcome to the great america show it's great to have you with us on this
00:00:06.240 beautiful friday in america thanks so much for spending part of your friday evening with us we
00:00:10.300 always appreciate it so the government shutdown rolls on we reported yesterday that the republicans
00:00:16.240 and the democrats are very close on a deal and that the government was set to open uh either
00:00:20.460 late last night or sometime today apparently not the case just yet senate majority leader this
00:00:26.920 afternoon declared he's quote willing to give the democrats all the things they want in his
00:00:32.200 desperate bid to end chuck schumer's government shutdown which is now dragged into the 37th day
00:00:37.780 schedule set to vote for 15 time on the stopgap funding bill to reopen the government
00:00:42.860 growing block of republicans led by thun appeared to be ready to cave to the democrats demands
00:00:47.900 the extension of the affordable care act enhanced subsidies that have ballooned government spending
00:00:54.120 thun has reportedly offered democrats post shutdown votes on an aca and tax credits
00:00:59.780 in exchange for reopening negotiations even with those concessions on the table the democrats
00:01:07.080 rejected a deal this afternoon uh and a proposal to pass xcr that included uh three full-year
00:01:13.980 appropriations bills covering military constructions veteran affairs agriculture and the legislative branch
00:01:19.700 democrats want more ironclad assurances that the gop and president trump will renew the pandemic era
00:01:26.520 aca subsidies which are set to expire in january an absolute joke now that it seems john thune has
00:01:33.220 caved uh to the marxist democrats and will only make it worse if he does make any sort of deal
00:01:38.560 uh to give them what they want i mean the whole point of this shutdown was to hold the line to stand
00:01:45.500 strong against the marxist dems and then their demands their ridiculous absurd demands
00:01:50.920 for illegal aliens for obamacare subsidies for covid subsidies now five years later
00:01:59.080 and thun's just willing to give it all away at the price of absolutely nothing now this
00:02:06.400 all comes as president trump has called for numerous times to get rid of the filibuster which it's apparent now
00:02:12.420 that there's only about 15 or 20 senators who would be on board with doing that you have to
00:02:18.880 worry about the rhinos we're being told is uh the democrats are going to go ahead and get rid of it
00:02:24.200 anyway uh once they seize power again so is that what the rhinos want is that what the rhinos are going
00:02:33.760 to allow to happen or are they going to get ahead of the curve and um get rid of it before they do
00:02:41.040 i think probably the first situation is going to happen where uh we allow the democrats to get
00:02:46.520 steamrolling us again because that's what they do and that's what the republicans continue to do
00:02:52.140 and it's republicans like rand paul who's hoping and praying that the supreme court strike down trump's
00:03:01.060 tariffs tariffs are attack on the american people and he wants to see the constitution have a meaning
00:03:09.220 take a listen to the troubled trump deranged senator from kentucky tariffs well they are hammering the
00:03:16.100 farmers key agricultural supplies they're getting more expensive now i know you're not a fan of
00:03:21.580 tariffs do you want to see them struck down by the supreme court i want to see the constitution
00:03:28.060 have meaning and the constitution said that taxes originate in the house tariffs are attacks and
00:03:33.380 anybody who tries to say tariffs are not a tax uh just not serious people our founding fathers wanted
00:03:39.060 the taxes to start in the house because the house was elected every two years they're the closest to
00:03:43.260 the people but they were very very specific we fought the revolution over taxation without
00:03:48.900 representation a president cannot levy taxes without the approval of congress i think supreme court's
00:03:55.980 going to strike this down and it's not for any personal vendetta against the president i like the
00:04:00.980 president i wish him and our country success but we have to do things in an orderly constitutional manner
00:04:06.640 or it can lead to chaos right now the farmers are faced with chaos there's a farmageddon out there
00:04:13.060 it is looming particularly if you happen to be in soybeans this year uh the soybean crop is going to be
00:04:18.680 largely lost i'm starting to look at what is happening with deficiencies and people not able to make
00:04:25.180 their payments among farmers and i'm worried how deep this could get it's got it senator
00:04:30.980 yeah he likes the president it's nothing personal we believe that this man is more trump trump
00:04:38.000 deranged than ever and he's gotten worse as uh president trump has attacked his boyfriend thomas
00:04:42.360 massey uh over in the house his trump derangements the germ has gotten worse uh if rand paul could show
00:04:48.220 me anywhere in the constitution president trump doesn't have the authority to uh put tariffs on
00:04:53.500 countries i'd like him to show me um because it was in the constitution that he couldn't do that it
00:05:00.300 wouldn't be at the supreme court right now it would have been shut down way before this now this is the
00:05:04.600 same rand paul who objected twice to senator john kennedy's proposals that would have blocked members
00:05:10.340 of congress from receiving pay during the ongoing government shutdown legislation kennedy says is
00:05:15.840 necessary to make lawmakers feel the same pain that americans affected by washington's dysfunction
00:05:21.240 but rand paul had no interest uh in the no shutdown paychecks for politicians act which called for the
00:05:29.660 immediate halt to congressional pay during the shutdown and eliminated uh back pay once the government
00:05:35.280 is restored good old rand paul for the american people now all of this is going to start uh affecting
00:05:42.300 air travel a four percent reduction in domestic flights at 40 airports in major u.s cities is in effect
00:05:48.620 as uh it's only going to get worse as transportation secretary sean duffy it could rise to 15 or 20
00:05:55.220 percent about 800 flights have been canceled today alone travel is frustrated with the disruptions
00:06:00.460 as we're now entering the holiday season so all this disruption rand paul wants his money folks we're
00:06:08.280 going to take a quick break here on the other side of this quick break we're going to be joined by just
00:06:11.280 the news is john solomon uh john does terrific investigative reporting we're going to get john's take on
00:06:16.780 everything going on the john brennan indictments uh that's possibly coming uh pam bonnie and the work
00:06:22.460 she's doing john has been um rather focal about some of the things that pam bonnie's doing so we're
00:06:28.380 going to take all that up with him and much much more on the other side of this quick break folks
00:06:31.520 if you're joining us on youtube rumble twitter please be sure to hit that like subscribe and follow

00:06:42.860 continues we'll be back in 60 seconds i promise be right back
00:06:46.540 john always a delight to talk to you i appreciate you joining us today i guess let's start with first
00:06:57.420 the news this week that a grand jury is being impaneled down uh in south florida to finally go
00:07:04.140 after russiagate john the latest polling from rasmussen shows 69 of americans want accountability
00:07:11.120 from the russiagate collusion scam 54 of them say that someone inside the obamasphere did something
00:07:18.720 wrong are we finally getting it uh yeah and you know what what's amazing about that it shows what
00:07:24.640 the ecosystem that you and lou built and i've worked on and other people it has gotten around the
00:07:29.620 mainstream media the the gatekeepers who try to keep this a secret have failed we've gotten it to
00:07:34.160 the american people they only have that opinion because they learned about the details from people other
00:07:38.800 than the legacy media and i'm really grateful to see that that impact is there you see the same
00:07:43.120 thing if you measure biden and hunter biden scandal which by the way the mainstream media never covered
00:07:48.320 they lied about too so it's a tribute to what you do every day that it's having an effect it really
00:07:53.040 is having effect and facts matter um there is uh good intentions in the fbi and the justice department
00:08:00.240 there is good performance at the fbi and not so good performance at the justice department
00:08:05.520 uh and i want to dig into why that is the justice department is significantly lagging behind the
00:08:11.840 evidence production that the fbi the fbi has found everything quickly and fast and they're
00:08:16.080 they're literally overwhelming the justice department the justice department's overwhelmed
00:08:20.960 for four factors one uh there's a martyr every few days that sets himself on fire and quits
00:08:26.560 in in the deep state uh then there are people that got fired up because they were the deep state so they got
00:08:31.760 fired then there is a senate that's been unable to uh confirm uh u.s attorney nominees at a
00:08:38.720 meaningful pace uh and then you have statute of limitations coming up and then that you're mad
00:08:43.920 scrambled and then the last part is and it's the hardest truth but it's the truth that has to be told
00:08:48.880 pam bondy the buck stops with her and all she needs to do is go to the president united states and say
00:08:53.840 this is a high priority i'm short lawyers detail me 30 40 good lawyers from other agencies and let me get
00:08:59.440 through the log jam and that hasn't happened until just a few days ago i do think the constant
00:09:04.080 haranguing by me and others and by the way none of this is designed to be mean to anyone it's designed
00:09:08.960 to get facts into the public debate so that a president or a chief of staff or attorney general
00:09:14.240 could do that and you you see how um stretched and silly some of this is when the attorney general
00:09:21.360 puts out a tweet earlier this week saying oh my gosh you're not going to believe what i just learned
00:09:25.760 uh brock obama's or joe biden's white house gave the fbi president trump's phone and i go well
00:09:32.960 the senate wrote that to you in april that's not new it's not her fault that was a staff mistake do i
00:09:38.160 think that bam bondi's writing her tweets no but if your staff is so far behind the curve and it's not
00:09:43.760 because it's not a priority or that they're trying to be malicious or they're disinterested they're
00:09:48.800 grossly understaffed for the mission this and oh by the way the president put them into local law
00:09:53.120 enforcement taking over cities and so they've even stretched further uh i think pam bondi is is
00:09:59.200 at a point now where she's gonna take the time to fix this and these subpoenas are part of a list of
00:10:04.160 155 subpoenas that the fbi and line prosecutors have been seeking since may i think the release of
00:10:11.680 those 30 subpoenas i mentioned earlier this week is a good sign uh the florida grand jury i've i reported
00:10:18.080 about a month ago it is true i think it starts formally in january but there's a current grand
00:10:23.600 jury down there now getting the evidence together so that the new grand jury when it starts fresh with
00:10:28.640 18 months it's got everything assembled and they're they're going on day one to hear you
00:10:33.520 speaking out against pam bondi is music to my ears and i'll tell you why because you're a lot more
00:10:38.320 refined john than i am you're a lot more refined than most people and you play things
00:10:42.240 not necessarily boring yeah well you play things not necessarily safe but smart and you wait until
00:10:48.880 the facts come out instead of getting ahead of yourself and and and uh you know saying something
00:10:54.600 that might come back and bite you in the rear end thing i mean i for two months i've been going after
00:10:58.520 pam bondi and i think all of twitter has gone after pam bondi i mean you see people saying all she
00:11:03.560 does is work out of florida she comes to work when she feels like it so on and so forth um i can tell you
00:11:10.560 listen i'll weigh on some of that because i've seen some and some of that's not true that she is
00:11:14.640 uh working 18 19 hours a day i'm certain of that i really am certain of that this is not a mail-it-in
00:11:20.320 uh attorney general uh like we had with others um and it's not someone who's reluctant to dive into the
00:11:27.160 issue like bill barr was who played it halfway in on many of these things you know men of this evidence
00:11:32.500 about comey lyon barr had in 2020 to let them prosecute so um i it is not from lack of work
00:11:40.380 it is sometimes you get so overwhelmed by the crush that you forget to realize i i'm the top
00:11:45.960 person i can fix this i could just say send me 30 lawyers and you know what when you're the attorney
00:11:50.260 general they're going to send you 30 lawyers uh i think everyone is sensitive about doge and saving
00:11:55.780 money this is not one of the places to save money we can save money on cheaters on snap benefits and
00:12:01.120 unnecessary subsidies but asking for 30 or even 100 lawyers if you need it there's a sand clock of time
00:12:08.000 to get this right and as i have said publicly if pam bondy underperforms on this or doesn't perform
00:12:13.980 on this this country will hang over the abyss until democrats come and then we will go full banana
00:12:19.780 republic in the next democratic administration the stakes couldn't be higher i do think the attorney
00:12:25.540 general is is in a process right now of fixing this i'm going to chronic it until it's fixed i promise
00:12:31.600 uh my criticism isn't meant to be criticism of attorney general it's just to give people facts that
00:12:36.140 they didn't maybe have at their disposal i did a half hour episode yesterday just on talking straight
00:12:41.000 for 30 minutes straight on john brennan and i pulled some clips from msnbc and yesterday it was hysterical
00:12:46.920 john they're out there saying the hosts are saying well this has been investigated before and it's been
00:12:51.960 or this has been looked at before and we've never found any wrongdoing what's changed now and i'm
00:12:57.220 sitting there well the obvious is is that it's never been investigated before or nobody's ever decided
00:13:02.360 to look finally look into john brennan do you think he's the first i mean we see these two indictments
00:13:07.320 down in in virginia which i think are so stupid john lying to congress yeah it's a crime but that's not
00:13:12.360 the real crime these people committed comey and the rest of them yeah uh well listen i think if you're
00:13:17.860 going to be the top guy in the fbi you ought to tell the truth and by the way the last the last senior
00:13:22.420 law enforcement official to fall in indictment was john mitchell and you know what john mitchell was
00:13:27.360 charged with lying to congress and obstructing congress and so comey and mitchell are in the same
00:13:32.260 category uh but look look where they're being charged we saw yesterday the sandwich thrower in dc
00:13:38.480 walked free i mean is it not a crime to assault a uh a federal agent i apparently not it's a it's a
00:13:44.780 it's a challenge now the getting the indictment anywhere was a key to getting the clock running
00:13:49.340 uh but if you were to look there are some big bombshells in the monday lindsey halligan
00:13:55.200 filing that i want to point out to people uh i've heard that the democrats are clearly worried that
00:14:00.300 this is going towards a big conspiracy case now you this is they're worried and you know people say
00:14:05.920 how do you make what happened in 14 account of 24 and it's kind of simple you know it's it's jack
00:14:10.800 smith talking to lois lerner back in 2014 about how she could do the irs weaponization against
00:14:16.520 conservatives um uh it's jack smith doing the raid and or not the raid but the prosecutions of
00:14:22.200 donald trump in 23 24 all through this there are similar players that come in and out and the
00:14:27.100 modus operandi is the same but the final act of cover-up it was just revealed in these documents
00:14:33.960 that um cash patel found by the way back in april and we only got them in november but uh what do they
00:14:42.500 show uh in january of this year there were people in the fbi trying to make this evidence that never made
00:14:48.920 it to durham never made it to congress disappeared that's why it was in burn bags and fake things
00:14:53.320 that is a cover-up that could be the final act of a conspiracy that could go all the way back in time
00:14:59.020 and so they're now at that place my read is the justice department is now convinced after looking
00:15:04.380 at all of this evidence and reviewing it that there could be a grand conspiracy going on you got to
00:15:09.420 present it to a grand jury it's going to florida uh my reporting on the florida team is that this is a
00:15:15.080 killer team the uh the attorney the u.s attorney down a very polished guy but his first assistant
00:15:21.000 is one of those truly hardened seasoned killer prosecutors that just get the job done and make
00:15:28.060 people quake in their boots when she shows up at the grand jury and you're the witness so there's a
00:15:33.220 very able team there's a gap between what that team can do and what is there and part of the gap is
00:15:39.500 the evidence isn't getting to them fast enough it isn't flowing fast enough and some of this evidence
00:15:44.240 is still classified and if you let the defendants get to cepa these secret court proceedings you'll
00:15:49.960 tie this up until 2045 what van bondy ought to do is say all the classified evidence mr president i don't
00:15:57.000 have time to fight this out with the 1200 alligator shoe democratic lawyers to classify all of this with
00:16:03.580 one stroke of your pen and by the way not an auto pen a real pen and get it done i think that those are
00:16:09.340 the sort of conversations that pan bondy is now having and i think that's a good thing and i know
00:16:14.280 pan bondy has her critics and people think she's a deep state or right i don't think that at all from
00:16:18.620 my own personal interactions with her my reporting tells me she's not uh but you you came in you lost
00:16:25.280 third or fourth of your staff you have no u.s attorneys for six months which is on john thune uh and uh and
00:16:32.540 oh the president asked you to be the local prosecutor in memphis in washington dc and you don't even have a
00:16:37.460 federal prosecutor and then you you get a guy in place in virginia that by the way the white house
00:16:41.820 imposed on you and he didn't turn out to be that good so you're stuck with lindsey halligan with two
00:16:46.020 days left i mean i don't mean stuck but she's got two days you got to get an indictment it's been kind
00:16:50.700 of crappy and but the difference i think the mindset change that uh pan bonnie has to have is this is a
00:16:56.520 carpe diem moment she is in charge the buck stops at her you can't blame your deputy you can't blame cash
00:17:02.440 patel you have to say i need to go to the president get the resources and do this right
00:17:06.720 and i think we're seeing that go out right now i think 30 out of 157 subpoenas coming out at all
00:17:13.380 at once that's a good sign some of them are john brennan some of them are other potential criminal
00:17:18.760 activity and many other things i'm told there are crimes in this weaponization that we don't even
00:17:23.780 know about in the public that can be explosive so there's good things going on uh criticism of pam
00:17:29.680 bondy aside i criticized her about the tweet it just wasn't a true tweet yeah i i think uh cash
00:17:34.800 has gotten a bad rap through this all you see people on twitter going after him using a private
00:17:38.440 jet crying listen if you have a problem with that go change the law with congress christopher ray took
00:17:43.140 the private jet every weekend to his house up in upstate new york in the adirondacks you have a
00:17:47.100 problem with that go change it with congress i mean the guy's gonna go travel or whatever i mean
00:17:51.780 it's changing you're gonna love john fawcett uh a story that jerry uh dunleave and i are gonna write
00:17:58.200 early next week we're gonna school the american public and some journalists on just how often
00:18:03.920 the flight uh the fbi director's flight jet has been used the last 15 years the statistics will be
00:18:09.880 shocking to people and cash patel will look like an underperformer christopher ray i think was using it
00:18:16.120 like every single week weekend homie was an extensive traveler too and you know i have a lot of knowledge
00:18:22.840 on this i was the uh i was the reporter in um at the washington post in the spring of 20 2006 that
00:18:30.900 revealed that even though director muller had a director's plane he didn't like the small plane he
00:18:36.760 wanted the bigger one so he stole the counterterrorism jet and one of the times he stole it to use it for
00:18:42.740 himself and my means steal it i mean use it i don't want to say but um he he takes it to a speech to
00:18:47.720 some farmers conference and there are two fbi counterterrorism agents who's lot who are in a life
00:18:53.440 and death situation in pakistan and they could not be rescued because he stole the jet for some
00:18:59.300 political trip i've known about these jets i live a mile from manassas airport where they fly out of
00:19:04.760 and for the first time i worked for six months to get this data i have the last 20 years of data of
00:19:11.040 fbi director flights and we're going to let the numbers speak for themselves early next week and
00:19:15.300 you're right and i want to say something about the jet whispers you know who's whispering that
00:19:19.540 people in the justice department shame on them for shooting at their own people either fix it
00:19:23.900 or ordered cash not to do it or learn about it but don't leak about it and also leak a story that may
00:19:29.360 turn out to be false yeah the whole personal attacks i'm gonna think are so stupid if he's
00:19:33.800 if he's getting played by a girl who's really pretty that's not him that's not our business i mean we've
00:19:38.920 all had girlfriends in our life john that were probably better looking than most of us it happens to the
00:19:43.700 best of us it's nobody's business what he's doing in his personal life and it's so stupid and i think
00:19:49.140 it's used to distract from some of the successes that the fbi's have the fbi's done some pretty
00:19:53.600 darn good things and they're back to just solving crimes not creating political capers which i think
00:19:58.260 is important um i i uh remember this story i want to tell it more often now because i think we're at a
00:20:04.940 moment in history where we need to hear this wisdom um my last interview with george hw bush who by the
00:20:10.840 way was no real conservative he was a republican but he was more in the uh moderate connecticut
00:20:16.360 republican era um he told me the story of what ronald reagan did the night that he picked him as
00:20:22.580 vice president and people don't know this because it's 50 years ago 40 years ago uh george bush was
00:20:27.480 the meanest most rotten candidate to ronald reagan the 80 primary it was a slug it out and all of the
00:20:34.020 you know bonzo all those were george bush's attacks on his own guy who becomes a nominee and then
00:20:39.200 ronald reagan has the grace to pick george bush because he understands it's going to unite the
00:20:43.700 party the the left and right side of the party going to come together and george h bush though
00:20:49.060 not as conservative as reagan understood the brilliance of this reagan moment he says i'm
00:20:53.260 shocked i thought he was going to pick gerald ford he doesn't and the next morning says uh george let's
00:20:58.040 have breakfast at the hotel and he shows up for breakfast and they do some small talk and they
00:21:02.880 go over the schedule and then george hw bush says to ronald reagan governor because he wasn't
00:21:07.720 president governor um do you have any advice for me before you go on the campaign trial reagan got
00:21:12.400 a little rye irish smile and he said george you're going to get this you're a military man i think this
00:21:16.640 is going to make sense to you if you ever pull the pin on a damn hand grenade and our our our foxhole
00:21:22.980 from now on for christ's sakes throw it on the other guys instead of in other words stop blowing up
00:21:27.420 republicans use your attacks on the others and ronald reagan was a brilliant and also um i think many
00:21:33.380 ways humble man but that's a very poignant message and i look at what the last two weeks of the
00:21:38.200 2025 election were debated on among republicans we're talking about nick freaking fuentes instead
00:21:44.440 of the fact that the president united states lowered eggs gas prescription drugs um and and uh i saw
00:21:52.840 two republicans who had a potential chance to win run from their president no party nominee ever wins by
00:21:59.840 running from their president you can't do it it fails every time and so uh i think the republicans
00:22:06.580 ought to listen to ronald reagan's ghost in that anecdote and stop blowing them themselves up in a
00:22:11.220 foxhole there is plenty to criticize on the other side and they ought to spend more time doing it and
00:22:16.420 then also praising their own side because republicans are actually doing a lot more than they give
00:22:20.260 themselves credit for me and mark mitchell did a show on election night a three-hour live stream and it
00:22:25.440 was we couldn't end it it was just the people kept commenting and commenting but these guys around
00:22:30.100 he's mark's terrific and march messages i i think so uh eloquent and and well put that
00:22:36.900 maga is drifting away from maga and and i only bring this up because you brought up the two candidates
00:22:41.780 uh his polling extensively shows that the younger voters who voted for donald trump are not republicans
00:22:49.140 they're overwhelmingly democrat and liberal they voted for donald trump because donald trump
00:22:52.760 promised to bring america first and promised to bring back and i think according to mark's polling
00:22:57.840 a lot of it started to shift with the israel debate and that's where you know everything now seems to be
00:23:03.140 shifting and it seems that the maga base is drifting away from america first and that's only
00:23:08.960 going to hurt them in my opinion john come the midterm elections um donald trump's strength when you
00:23:15.560 strip everything down is he's an economic populist he's just like malay and uh his greatest
00:23:21.300 accomplishment will be if he does it to make america affordable again because for 35 years the american
00:23:27.380 dream has been slipping away to excessive government excessive uh greed on wall street and um and uh i i just
00:23:35.960 think about the last 30 days i've been very critical of the president himself on this uh the democrats gave
00:23:41.960 the ultimate populist um argument to donald trump during the uh and to the republicans during the
00:23:49.260 shutdown and they have not grabbed it and used it for the incredible baseball bat it could be
00:23:54.480 the democrats are shutting down government because their big donors in big insurance will collapse
00:24:01.820 the second we stop the big taxpayer subsidies we gave them to prop up a completely failed program
00:24:08.780 we're going to show you a chart next tuesday or wednesday john you're going to see this chart is
00:24:13.740 the greatest graphical presentation the insurance industry's uh earnings look like a jet taking out
00:24:20.720 of reagan national anyone's ever flown out it's a straight up flight because you know your head's
00:24:25.520 ringing when you're going up um you know what that bell curve matches the bell curves of the obama
00:24:31.060 camera subsidies the democrats are fighting to make insurance companies rich again and uh the republicans
00:24:37.720 are too stupid to show that to the american people so we're going to show it to them but donald trump
00:24:42.200 should seize that and oh by the way the more that we uh democrats get more benefit from obamacare the
00:24:48.920 more they become democratic donors we're going to show that 70 percent of health care insurance
00:24:54.060 executives money donations go to democrats not republicans a massive change from 30 years ago
00:25:00.080 and one other thing if you look at the um california pop 50 big donors you see a whole bunch of health
00:25:07.200 care insurers why would health care insurance give a rat about what redistricting is in california you
00:25:12.040 know why they need a few more democrats to vote to get their subsidies back and so we need to tell that
00:25:18.040 story that story is sitting right in front of republicans and they failed to tell it
00:25:21.220 people don't realize john i pay nine i tell it all the time i pay nine hundred dollars a month for
00:25:30.560 health insurance in no world should a 30 something year old person be paying
00:25:33.720 healthiest part of your life it makes zero sense to me john 900 bucks a month and people think that's
00:25:40.320 fine because we'd rather subsidize the health care for illegal aliens than our own american people
00:25:45.720 listen you know the biggest dirty secret about obamacare it's in the insurance company's own
00:25:49.680 documents that's what this story i've been working on the story this i'm excited about it because
00:25:52.880 there is a truth to be told and you're bullhorn am i born up to tell it 40 percent of obamacare
00:25:58.660 policies never tap a single dime out of the program and yet the insurers get to keep those premiums
00:26:05.500 and you know who most likely most is not using the rich people this is and rich people are getting
00:26:11.180 these subsidies by the way all the subsidies go the insurers they don't go to you and me
00:26:14.500 but this is the greatest corporate welfare racket in american history 350 billion dollars large
00:26:21.420 and republicans can't tell the story shame on them yep yeah it's it's probably the biggest racket out
00:26:28.720 there i don't know if you've ever looked into but it's kind of funny before we move on uh tom tell us
00:26:33.400 how much money he's taken and it goes and me and mark did an episode on this it goes to show you
00:26:38.100 about his opposition to ed martin and ed martin's opposition to big pharma if you look how much
00:26:44.640 money tom tell us has taken paints a good picture on why he's not running for re-election and why he
00:26:48.920 was so opposed to ed martin we did an episode i don't know that's interesting you know i came to
00:26:54.440 washington in 91 just before the the day the clarence thomas hearing started which was a good
00:26:59.240 education for what i was going to deal with for the next 40 years money sex and race that's all
00:27:03.820 yeah it's not anymore but um i i met with a wisconsin liberal uh senator named bill proxmire
00:27:11.020 who used to give out the golden fleece award he was a liberal that actually cared about wasteful
00:27:14.760 spending that was a rare yeah but he said to me i said this was my first day i was coming from
00:27:20.320 wisconsin so i go to the home state he just retired i'm like senator do you have any advice for me he said
00:27:24.600 son i'm going to give you two pieces of advice that'll serve you well the first is don't ascribe to
00:27:30.080 um conspiracy what you can explain with bureaucrat uh mongling bureaucrats ruin this town every day
00:27:36.800 that was a democrat saying that and the second thing is follow the money first follow the girlfriend
00:27:42.200 second you'll get every story in washington god's honest truth and you know what he was right
00:27:47.460 yeah i think that's that's so brilliant but you hear tim birch
00:27:51.280 it's it's so i think it's so true uh the money go look at nancy pelosi and the money she's making
00:27:58.560 yeah yeah you find out about that john let's talk about the auto pattern quickly 52 percent of people
00:28:07.180 want prosecutions on the auto pen i interviewed james comer a few months ago i i think comer has
00:28:13.180 done such a commendable job and he doesn't get enough credit for the work he's done because people
00:28:17.280 we haven't gotten indictments and it's not incumbent upon comer and you hear the same thing from jordan
00:28:21.800 and comer yeah they write strongly worded letters but they're not arresting anybody okay well they
00:28:25.560 can't arrest people that's we we know that uh comer's done this terrific job has put it on pam
00:28:30.940 he reversed the biden case hunter biden would never have been convicted were it not for james
00:28:35.060 yep and also jason smith at all means right so do we get anything now from this auto pen
00:28:42.100 i think if if nothing comes out of this auto pen scandal comer is going to blow a lid and his head
00:28:48.080 is going to come off because of i i mean how much more work does this man have to do for justice
00:28:52.880 department to do some work last time they had the excuse that merrick garland wasn't obviously going
00:28:57.560 to bring crimes against the biden family that's right now we have no excuse yeah i i listen it's
00:29:02.820 another one that's on the docket for pam bondi and i mean that's one of the things we have to remind
00:29:06.600 is that we have crushed the justice department with 10 years of uh ignored scandals uh again
00:29:13.280 it's our job to stop making excuses i don't know actually but you know no excuses just get the
00:29:18.100 resources and do it i think the most likely outcome is that the president of the united states based on
00:29:23.380 the next recommendation from the white house council will be to eviscerate a certain identify a certain
00:29:28.420 number of pardons that they believe are um uh invalid and that will mean instructing the bureau
00:29:34.980 of prisons that the commuted sentences of death row inmates are void and that they should be executed
00:29:40.380 that will result in litigation and it will go to supreme court and before donald trump ends his
00:29:45.380 presidency will have it decided i think that's the most likely thing now there's a step between that
00:29:50.360 white house council recommendation the president the justice department has to do its investigation
00:29:54.720 pam bondi very graciously thank comer for giving them new evidence i think by early first quarter
00:30:01.760 next year she'll have an answer to the president the moment he tells death row inmates are back on
00:30:06.240 death row we're going to see an epic legal battle that's probably the ultimate consequence because
00:30:11.080 it'll be joe biden who made those death row inmates think they were off the hook it'll be joe biden
00:30:16.240 who got pardons reversed he'll be the first president in history who uh misused the pardon
00:30:22.520 power so much that they got reversed which pardons never get reversed it's an absolute power
00:30:28.200 until you don't absolutely use it yourself and then you know if someone executed the it's going
00:30:33.880 to be a he said she said right they're gonna say i don't remember oh he told me that they're not going
00:30:37.880 to be able to figure it out the democrats are going to play this but the greatest court that can rule
00:30:42.960 on this is the court of public opinion the reversal of the pardons will be joe biden one of joe biden's
00:30:48.200 many horrific legacies and i'm sure it's sure to go to the supreme court and i mean just all
00:30:54.120 presidential immunity go to the supreme court i mean a year and maybe it's a year i don't even
00:30:58.200 remember what it was but within the last two years we watched presidential immunity go to the supreme
00:31:01.500 court which we thought was you know an absolute thing so uh speaking of pardons moments ago president
00:31:06.980 trump pardoned uh daryl strawberry that's an interesting one man i loved watching playing
00:31:13.980 baseball growing up he was an amazing guy trouble guy but he turned his life around we all have trouble
00:31:19.080 somehow john all right we you know someone told me we all sin differently that's right isn't that
00:31:24.120 true that's right john before we wrap up i got one final question for you we spoke a lot about the
00:31:29.360 ongoing conspiracy uh against president trump against his family against anyone who speaks out against
00:31:34.640 the the cult of the deep state yep do you believe this conspiracy is ongoing as of this moment november 7th
00:31:42.300 2025 um at any facet of the government oh listen are there deep state are still doing bad things
00:31:49.960 absolutely uh do i think a lot less of them work in the government they do and that's that's a victory
00:31:55.100 for that president trump doesn't talk about often or his people don't talk about enough um i know it
00:32:01.660 was going on at least to the first week of january if you can believe lindsey halligan's filing which by
00:32:05.980 the way is includes the electronic communication opening the criminal case so pretty good evidence
00:32:11.140 it clearly was going up to january 25 it's probably less intrusive right now but there'll be a moment
00:32:17.700 soon where that might change because there'll be a conflict and one of those deep states to decide i'm
00:32:21.700 going to be the hero now i'm going to be the next ukraine whistleblower who by the way wasn't a
00:32:25.620 whistleblower at all he was full of crap so um i think that um there'll be more new moments the deep
00:32:31.900 state is not dead it's on a doldrum uh vacation but it'll try to come back it'll be smaller but it only
00:32:38.220 takes one to create a trouble again uh and uh we'll just see i mean the the big thing that the
00:32:44.020 deep state's doing now is they have these stage martyrdoms i'm going to quit today and tell you
00:32:48.780 that it's a big bad terrible justice department because oh they prosecuted a crime today really
00:32:53.340 oh and it was james comey's relative who cares you know they're biased who cares but the you know the
00:32:59.060 media is going to do it the big thing that i think has to happen is what uh trisha mcgloffin does
00:33:05.220 every day there is no more effective disassembler of the media than the assistant secretary for
00:33:11.420 home and security affairs now she is amazing because she'll she'll take one of these bleeding
00:33:16.420 heart stories in a local newspaper the big bad cpp did this and like no that's not what happened
00:33:21.780 here's the police report and every facet of the story is wrong we need to do that more every day i
00:33:28.240 thought the thing that um that uh pam bondy and uh cash patel should have done the first time they
00:33:34.220 released the big documents and what i thought uh tulsi gabbard though i'm very grateful as a
00:33:39.880 journalist she released all she should have made every reporter who wrote that crap for the last
00:33:45.140 10 years sit in the briefing and say the new york times said this let me show you this today
00:33:49.740 the way i said we need to school the other co-conspirators in the weaponization of government
00:33:55.540 and that is the media that has absconded with truth they are not telling the american people the truth
00:34:01.000 um i don't want to be mike isikoff on monday morning or tuesday morning whenever i break this
00:34:05.380 uh flight log story because that podcast he did is going to look a lot less good after he sees the
00:34:11.760 real data and you know isikoff used to go do reporting used to go get he broke the monica lewinski story
00:34:16.320 but reporters sit around today they don't do the reporting the shoe leather they just sit there and
00:34:20.640 pontificate and they often pontificate wrong because they're talking to people who don't know diddly
00:34:25.460 whitley yeah and you're absolutely right about trisha mclaughlin if the republicans just went
00:34:30.620 out their messaging they've had a problem with messaging as long as i've been involved in
00:34:33.840 politics and you've been doing this far longer than me you're right if they literally just went
00:34:38.080 out there john line item by line item with a whiteboard like this yeah not a carl rove whiteboard
00:34:43.700 by the way uh just line by line the democrats said today that uh this this and this no here is the
00:34:49.920 factual i think the american voters would be so impressed but you know donald trump can do that
00:34:55.140 there's nobody and what they got to do is i mean he's the guy's the guy's working on 5 000 crises
00:35:00.420 a minute but he just needs one good economic speech to completely deconstruct uh the false
00:35:08.480 narrative that the democrats had during the shutdown and everything will move back to normal
00:35:12.080 he was on a roll until the government slowed the economy by or by the democrats slowed the economy but
00:35:17.100 he can defeat this forget the filibuster he will have democrats crying uncle the second he calls him out
00:35:23.900 on this health care insurance stuff it is a corporate welfare racket of epic proportions and
00:35:28.860 he just needs someone to explain it to him i bet you he'll take a baseball bat to the falsehoods and
00:35:33.940 will be a lot smarter a few days from now you know if this thing drags on to december the the fomc
00:35:38.880 meeting that's going to happen he might get the uh the the half point you want you might get a full
00:35:44.260 point john you're right yeah yeah the bad part is in the meantime it's the american people who are the
00:35:49.540 hostage with the gun the democratic gun to their heads i know it was the last question but let me
00:35:53.980 ask you your take on this because i go back and forth and i don't really even know the right answer
00:35:57.600 on the filibuster are you for eliminating it i go back and forth i'm for it but then i'm against it
00:36:03.520 because the dems are just going to cover it as a reporter so i don't advocate one way or the other
00:36:07.300 uh listen uh what i can tell you is i have talked to and i do talk to democrats every day you got it
00:36:13.340 sorry to hear uh yeah it's a part of you got it you got it listen you got to be able to cover 360
00:36:18.700 or you can't do a good job that's how you get vapor locked into half stories which is what the you
00:36:23.460 know the big problem with the mainstream is they won't talk to republicans or maga people and that's
00:36:27.080 why they're stupid they got to talk to both talking they'll lie yeah yeah but most times they don't even
00:36:31.860 really do it they make an obligatory and then they screw you anyways with they don't bother they
00:36:36.280 listen to anything you said um uh the democrats tell me that the second they get pelosi
00:36:43.260 and schumer out of the way and they got one down one to go uh they're gonna they're gonna get rid
00:36:47.220 of the filibuster because they want 14 supreme court justices of which eight are democrats so uh
00:36:52.480 if that's going to happen and you think that is the armageddon of america you should do it to
00:36:58.400 yourself first that's the rule of politics right so i think that if if republicans want to know what
00:37:03.720 i know about what the democrats are saying they're going to get rid of it the next time they have
00:37:07.040 their institutionalist out of the way is it six or is it eight i don't know but they're going to be
00:37:10.940 doing it so if it's if it is and you can save people's pain tonight i mean people have to make
00:37:15.980 that calculation it's not my job to recommend policy to people it's my job to tell people the
00:37:20.180 facts and then what i know and that's all i can do but there if anyone has doubts that the young
00:37:25.580 guns of the democratic party plan to get rid of the filibuster just talk to two young democrats
00:37:30.020 you'll solve yourself the riddle quickly to that i say we're screwed john solomon the the most brilliant
00:37:36.080 investigative journalist in this country probably the most brilliant this country's ever seen uh
00:37:41.040 just the news no noise you can catch him each and every night real america's voice john thanks so

00:38:00.740 terrific job and uh tries to stay independent and i think he does such a terrific job of doing that
00:38:04.980 the facts just always happen to land on the side of president trump folks thanks so much for spending
