00:03:48.100The resolution to hold Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress has passed out of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee by a vote of 8 to 5.
00:03:58.060Vice President J.D. Vance will now have to sign off on the committee's decision to bypass a full Senate vote and send the referral straight to the DOJ.
00:04:07.500Now, some other big news before we get to that big news.
00:04:11.720Senator Rand Paul wants to bypass having to deal with any more Democrats inside of the Senate.
00:04:18.760Marxist Democrats, that is, who will just try to obfuscate and stop him and block him.
00:04:23.480So what he wants to do now is he wants to push this right to the DOJ, which is why J.D. Vance will now have to sign off on the committee's decision.

00:04:40.040The Senate committee obtained a copy of Anthony Fauci's pandemic-era iPhone,
00:04:45.620giving them access to even more evidence of Anthony Fauci's lies,
00:04:49.780potentially some answers to the questions that he refused to answer before the committee.
00:04:55.980Over a hundred times, folks, a hundred times, Anthony Fauci flipped the bird at us.

00:07:08.380AI and whatnot. We still have no actual proof of life from Senator Mitch McConnell. We actually
00:07:17.640they have no proof of life from his office. So we hope he's telling the truth and he actually is at
00:07:24.040home rehabilitating. Of course, he's not running for re-election, so it doesn't matter. But just
00:07:30.200on the fact of telling the truth, once again, the American people, the taxpayer, were all inclined
00:07:37.540and demand to know what's going on, to know where our taxpayer dollars are going. We all work hard

00:09:02.040information about the military. President Trump in a Truth Social post says he's extremely happy
00:09:06.900with the job that Pete Hexeth is doing. Everything has been extraordinary, including our attack on
00:09:11.420Venezuela, where the result was accomplished in less than one day, allowing us to bring one of
00:09:16.400the worst criminals anywhere in the world, Nicolas Maduro, to justice. Likewise, Iran,
00:09:21.820where the country has been decimated for the purpose of not allowing it to ever obtain a0.92
00:09:26.620nuclear weapon is going very well. Pete is highly respected within the military and has made
00:09:32.020tremendous improvements, including getting rid of DEI and increasing recruitment to historic levels.
00:09:37.680Now, this comes after Trump's overnight denied reports that munition supplies are dangerously
00:09:43.800low. This came out from Reuters. The U.S. has massive amounts of munitions, especially of
00:09:48.820certain types. Additionally, large amounts are being manufactured and shipped to the U.S. as
00:09:52.880needed, says President Trump. President Trump says the leakers of this treason are being hunted down
00:09:59.760and long-term jail sentences will be sought. The Washington Post published a story overnight
00:10:05.740claiming that Hegseth misled Trump on the extreme munition shortages, which the outlet credited
00:10:12.440Trump's decision to call off strikes against Iran over the weekend. Trump previously said that he
00:10:17.060was playing the biggest attack since World War II, but before he called off the attacks to restart
00:10:22.200peace negotiations. The report claims that Trump confronted Hegseth during a cabinet meeting at
00:10:27.400Camp David last week, with his increased frustration for the claims that Hegseth
00:10:32.620blamed the department deputy secretary of defense, Steven Feinberg, for not apprising Trump on the
00:10:39.540reported shortage. Now, this is the Washington Post who first reported on that. It was Reuters
00:10:46.340who first reported on the ammunition shortage in the first place. Now, in a statement, White House
00:10:51.100press secretary caroline levitt denied the report telling the post that this is 100 fake news
00:10:55.840literally never happened and president trump has the utmost confidence in secretary hegseth
00:11:01.600chief pentagon spokesman sean parnell also telling the media secretary hegseth did not
00:11:07.080mislead anybody about the munitions and he didn't blame the deputy secretary feinberg those claims
00:11:12.560are about depleted stockpiles internal disagreements on the secretary and his position on iran are
00:11:19.380equivocally false. Trump responded to this false report, going to completely unfounded rumors,
00:11:26.760and then he's extremely happy with Hegseth. What we're being told is not the same could be said
00:11:33.060about his level of enthusiasm with Jeanine Pirro over at the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office,
00:11:41.500who decided to dismiss charges against those folks who were destroying the reflecting pool.
00:11:47.300charges dismissed on the Olympian who was in there causing a mess as well. So we wait and we see
00:11:56.780any more news out here. But if that is the case and the ammunition supplies are depleted, it is
00:12:04.960very, very dangerous. I mean, it puts America in a very vulnerable position as it pertains to war,
00:12:11.020especially when we have, you know, two big adversaries, two nuclear powers in China and
00:12:16.240Russia sort of sitting back and waiting, I think, to see what exactly happens in Iran and how this
00:12:23.500thing wraps up. We've been told along the way that China and Russia both have been acting as
00:12:29.800proxies in Iran as it pertained to missile sites across the Middle East. So it is concerning. If
00:12:39.980the story is true, President Trump says it's not. Of course, he has to deny it for national
00:12:44.720security purposes but we hope that is the case and that is the truth because uh you know it could
00:12:49.960it could be a big big big deal and um america could be in a lot of trouble speaking of trouble

00:14:07.400mccabe confirmed the explosive new york times reporting of rosenstein's plan to wear wire
00:14:11.720among many other things in an interview he did with 60 minutes now this was back in 2022
00:14:18.240still mccabe not called in to answer any questions or you know anything like that
00:14:24.620which i think is probably pretty darn concerning let's take a listen to some of that interview
00:14:29.480in which hey discussed a meeting with the president in the oval offices just hours
00:14:37.580I was speaking to the man who had just run for the presidency
00:14:42.320and won the election for the presidency
00:14:45.480and who might have done so with the aid of the government of Russia,
00:14:52.120our most formidable adversary on the world stage.
00:14:57.180And that was something that troubled me greatly.
00:14:59.420How long was it after that that you decided to start the obstruction of justice and counterintelligence investigations involving the president?
00:15:08.760I think the next day I met with the team investigating the Russia cases, and I asked the team to go back and conduct an assessment to determine where are we with these efforts and what steps do we need to take going forward.
00:15:24.520I was very concerned that I was able to put the Russia case on absolutely solid ground in an indelible fashion that were I removed quickly or reassigned or fired, that the case could not be closed or vanish in the night without a trace.
00:15:43.400I wanted to make sure that our case was on solid ground.
00:15:46.000And if somebody came in behind me and closed it and tried to walk away from it, they would not be able to do that without creating a record of why they'd made that decision.
00:15:54.000You wanted a documentary record that those investigations had begun because you feared that they would be made to go away.
00:16:02.980I just want to pause out there for a second.
00:16:05.320You know, just like everyone else in the early administration in the Department of Justice, these people all thought they were being saviors of the day.
00:16:13.800But there's literally not been one proven instance of President Trump being one, compromised or two, a Russian foreign agent.
00:16:22.240I think this is very troubling that we've spent tens of millions, hundreds of millions of dollars into these inquiries that have went nowhere.
00:16:34.000When questions are being asked whether Jim Comey was fired to obstruct the Russia investigation, and if so, is the president an agent of Russia?
00:16:49.300The other, a counterintelligence investigation.
00:16:52.240McCabe told us that he had many reasons to open both of those investigations.
00:16:58.000And as we just heard him say, he wanted to get those investigations open so that if he got fired right away, they wouldn't just disappear.
00:17:06.700It was discussed whether the vice president and a majority of the cabinet could be brought together to remove the president of the United States under the 25th Amendment.
00:17:17.160These were the eight days from Comey's firing to the point that Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel.
00:17:24.720And the highest levels of American law enforcement were trying to figure out what to do with the president.
00:22:41.720Also some scary stuff that's been going on is J.D. Vance.
00:22:46.660has been working on the fraud task force. Uncovering today tells us $230 billion in fraud
00:22:54.860found so far. We have been able to identify $230 billion of fraud just since the fraud task force
00:23:03.480was set up. And that's frankly, by conservatively estimating it. Andrew and I had a meeting in my
00:23:08.240office last week and he said, do you want to estimate it conservatively or do you want to
00:23:11.740estimate it aggressively? And I said, well, I kind of want to estimate it aggressively,
00:23:15.240but then all you people will criticize us.
00:23:17.100So let's estimate it conservatively so that we can give the American people
00:23:20.580the most rock-solid explanation of how this task force is working to protect their money.
00:23:25.840We've been able to stop $56 billion in fraudulent payments
00:23:30.080that would have otherwise gone to fraudsters rather than to the people who need them.
00:23:34.140And in the process, we've saved, obviously, the American people a lot of money.
00:23:38.320But as much as we've done and as much as we've had great successes,
00:23:41.720and this brings me to my final point before I kick it over to Andrew,
00:23:45.240This effort will fundamentally always have a limitation unless our colleagues in the House and the Senate are working with us.
00:23:53.760We don't want the next administration, whoever, you know, God forbid you're going to have President El-Sayed in three years.
00:24:00.900We don't want him to undo all the incredible work that we've been doing when we've been taking out the fraudsters and saving the American people money.
00:24:10.060And in order to make this really work, we need our colleagues in Congress to really codify some of this stuff to make sure that it becomes law.
00:24:18.220And again, this is the sort of thing where while I, you know, I see only Republicans surrounding us today,
00:24:23.300we really have been able to work in some cases with Democratic governors and Democratic attorneys, generals on the anti-fraud task force.
00:24:31.240And we would love I'm not necessarily holding my breath, but we would love to work with Democrats in Washington to codify some of the anti-fraud actions that we've taken.
00:24:40.060and to take it to the next level there are a few now steven miller who's uh one of president trump's
00:24:46.460closest advisors says that they've gotten away with this for this long because you have to meet
00:24:53.020a certain threshold to go to jail for fraud i'm not sure that's something i've ever heard of
00:24:58.860before i truly believe him but this is this is crazy stuff folks it is first of all true
00:25:06.220do, as the Vice President said, as hard as it is to believe, that for most recent history,
00:25:12.860which in the case of these programs would be in the history of these programs, if you
00:25:16.520committed a million dollars of fraud or less, you were unlikely to ever be criminally punished
00:27:28.580Now, President Trump may have just offered his clearest signal yet about who he wants to carry on the MAGA mantle after his presidency.
00:27:37.020President Trump and private comments to donors suggest President Trump is leading towards Vice President J.D. Vance in 2028 after reportedly saying, quote, at the end of the day, we need to elect J.D.
