00:00:00.000 Welcome to The Great America Show.
00:00:04.960 This is Stephen Gardner from The Stephen Gardner Show on YouTube.
00:00:08.840 I've been a guest on John's show many times,
00:00:11.860 and John Fawcett has asked me to fill in today
00:00:14.440 and go over some of the biggest stories in the news.
00:00:17.460 So let's go ahead and jump right in.
00:00:25.220 The Department of Justice has just announced
00:00:28.340 that they've arrested 324 people for stealing from the U.S. government through fraud schemes.
00:00:36.500 This is only the beginning, they say. The Save America Act is back in the news for good,
00:00:41.960 bad and interesting. Elon Musk and Congressman Brandon Gills shine light with super blunt
00:00:49.360 comments on the immigrant rape gangs in America, and they are exposing how bad it's gotten over
00:00:56.840 in the united kingdom they say we cannot have this come to america our women and children are
00:01:03.160 too precious thank you guys so much for liking and sharing this video let's jump right in
00:01:08.300 the war on fraud department and the department of justice announced today that they have arrested
00:01:15.300 340 excuse me 324 people connected to 14 billion dollars in fraud this is money stolen from the
00:01:25.580 hard work of American workers through our tax system. I'm talking Medicare, Medicaid. These
00:01:32.700 people are going to jail for a very long time. Listen to what was shared earlier today.
00:01:39.300 Good morning, everyone. My name is Matthew Gagliotti, and I'm the head of the Justice
00:01:44.540 Department's Criminal Division. Thank you all for joining us today as we announce the largest
00:01:50.520 coordinated health care fraud takedown in the history of the Department of Justice.
00:01:55.580 Today marks a decisive moment in our fight to protect American taxpayers from fraudsters and to defend the integrity of America's health care system.
00:02:06.840 We are announcing today charges against three hundred and twenty four defendants for their alleged participation in health care fraud schemes involving approximately fourteen point six billion dollars in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid and other health care programs.
00:02:29.240 324 it's a record i love it get these people i want you going in their house i want you to grab
00:02:38.760 them 14 billion dollars stolen by these 324 people they're going to jail and for for me it
00:02:48.540 makes me very happy to see that let me know in the comments what you think but we've been waiting for
00:02:53.840 these arrests and they're happening. And it wasn't until Trump 2.0 that somebody finally put their
00:03:01.180 foot down and said, wait a minute, our voters, our citizens, our seniors, they pay so much in taxes.
00:03:09.380 We cannot allow it to be stolen. And they're finally doing something about it. Now, yesterday,
00:03:15.620 I asked Congressman Tim Burchett why they're just now getting around to it. He said, Stephen,
00:03:20.660 there's a lot of crooked dogs in Washington. It's a sewer. They don't want this stuff to go away. 1.00
00:03:27.520 But President Trump, J.D. Vance, the war on fraud, the Department of Justice, they are putting down
00:03:32.740 their foot. And for me, it makes me very happy. Senator Mike Lee of Utah admits that Senator John
00:03:40.120 Thune, the Senate Majority Leader, is trapped on passing the Save America Act because of Mitch
00:03:46.960 McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, and Tom Tillis. He said he's also stuck on being able to officially
00:03:54.680 nuke the filibuster. However, Senator Mike Lee says we should not lose faith. This bill is too
00:04:01.480 important. There's lots of different options that we have. And after what he witnessed in the
00:04:07.400 California mail-in ballot with no voter ID elections last week, actually two weeks ago,
00:04:14.800 He said he's very concerned we should all be praying and calling on members of Congress to get this done.
00:04:21.940 Listen to what he shared.
00:04:23.540 We could pass it. Don't fall for the hype that this is undoable.
00:04:28.080 It's only undoable if we choose not to go to the effort.
00:04:30.960 I don't say that about every bill, but I do say that about a bill that enjoys the support of somewhere between 70 and 80 percent of Americans, Republicans and Democrats alike.
00:04:39.960 place. The Save America Act, as passed by the House of Representatives, does have a simple
00:04:44.460 majority support in the United States Senate. Now, we don't have 60 votes. We're about 10 votes shy
00:04:50.720 of achieving cloture. There are other ways of breaking a filibuster that don't involve resort
00:04:55.960 to cloture. You don't actually have to have 60 votes to pass a bill. You just have to have 60
00:05:02.240 votes to force cloture. But you can break a filibuster through other means. My preferred
00:05:06.420 means particularly for this bill the house passed save america act which i believe would work
00:05:10.900 we put the save america act on the floor today not the expanded version the one that actually
00:05:16.280 passed by the house for which there is a simple majority support in the senate you put that on
00:05:20.600 the floor today if the majority leader were to announce we're going to debate this until we pass
00:05:27.240 it we would get to the point of passage you can't do this all the time because it would take a lot
00:05:31.860 of time. This is how they passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964. At the time that bill came over in
00:05:37.620 March of that year from the House of Representatives, they were about 30 votes shy of
00:05:40.860 cloture. We're only 10 votes short. But the majority leader at the time, Mike Mansfield,
00:05:46.180 from Montana, to his credit, said, you know what? We're 30 votes shy of cloture, but we're going to
00:05:51.200 debate this bill until it passes. And you know what happened? That bill got more popular. Those
00:05:56.540 who were obstructing it got less popular. They started negotiating the terms of their exit
00:06:01.660 ramp. They negotiated changes to the text that made them feel better about it and helped them
00:06:06.600 save face. It ended up passing. That takes legislative courage to do that. And that's
00:06:11.600 what we need in the Senate. We could pass it. Don't fall for the hype that this is undoable.
00:06:17.200 It's only undoable if we choose not to go to the effort. I don't say that about every bill,
00:06:21.800 but I do say that about a bill that enjoys the support of somewhere between
00:06:25.480 70 and 80 percent of Americans, Republicans and Democrats alike.
00:06:29.080 All right. So he's saying don't give up America. Don't give up House. Do not give up Senate. There are ways to get this bill passed. Now, he talked about perhaps needing to simplify it. And the next video I'm going to show you is someone who voted for the Save America Act. So this guy is not the enemy, but he does point out some really interesting things that got me thinking. And I wanted to share it with you and then get your feedback on it.
00:06:59.080 This is Senator Kramer from North Dakota.
00:07:06.360 He was asked about passing the Save America Act.
00:07:09.640 He gave some interesting insight.
00:07:11.580 He said voters want there to be voter ID for registration and voter ID for actually showing to vote.
00:07:21.380 However, he said when they dig in that there are many states run by Republicans where we would actually lose seats and the presidency if we didn't have mail-in ballots.
00:07:37.060 But he said we could massage the language that you have to request the ballot.
00:07:41.820 You have to show your ID digitally in order to get the ballot.
00:07:45.600 That way, there's not hundreds of thousands of extra ballots floating around.
00:07:49.620 He also said Republicans just won a major election by the popular vote, the presidency.
00:07:56.180 He quickly pointed out that he voted for the Save America Act so that they would not turn on him.
00:08:02.100 But he said when it is compared in popularity to gas prices, food prices and affordability, it's not as popular as people think.
00:08:11.880 I want to show this to you and then I want to get your feedback because it left me with a little bit of mixed feelings, if I'm being honest.
00:08:19.620 But it also had some really interesting points.
00:08:22.280 Listen to this.
00:08:23.320 Hi, Senator.
00:08:24.200 Good to see you.
00:08:25.280 President Trump obviously is wanting to attach Save America to FISA now, which is presenting
00:08:29.580 some complications.
00:08:30.300 Do you think perhaps a better path forward to get to the Save America Act passed would
00:08:33.980 be to go the route that Mike Lee has been talking quite a bit about, which is forcing
00:08:38.460 the Democrats to go on record, exhausting the opposition, actually, you know, implementing
00:08:43.380 the filibuster the way it's intended to work?
00:08:45.120 Is that an option that's even being considered?
00:08:47.220 Well, it's an option.
00:08:48.040 But remember, it does take up a lot of time. We were on Save America Act for a long time.
00:08:52.460 It was on the floor for a long time. And it didn't gain one vote.
00:08:56.880 It might have lost a couple over time because it becomes it becomes a hindrance to other, you know, to other things that could be accomplished.
00:09:05.320 Having said all of that, I you know, again, there's only there are only so many days.
00:09:12.540 Could you put the Democrats on record? I think we should. I think we have.
00:09:15.580 I think, frankly, the amendment vote on reconciliation was a good vote.
00:09:20.140 It showed where everybody is on the topic.
00:09:23.180 It's a little complicated when it's an amendment because it might affect the actual underlying bill.
00:09:28.040 And some people might have it for various reasons, might be a no vote that would otherwise be yes.
00:09:34.180 I frankly think the better strategy for me would be to keep the Save America Act back at its very core.
00:09:41.780 And that is the two basic things that are overwhelmingly popular everywhere, including North Dakota.
00:09:46.840 And that would be proof of citizenship to register.
00:09:50.800 We don't have registration in North Dakota, but proof of citizenship to register to vote.
00:09:55.120 And then a photo ID to cast your vote.
00:09:58.240 Those things are, I think, indisputable.
00:10:00.220 In fact, I think they're widely supported by Democrats.
00:10:02.860 Now, that doesn't mean that they're going to vote for him here, but I'd rather just take that and work with it.
00:10:07.480 The other possibility is and the reconciliation 3.0 takes something more modest, like what Representative Fedorchuk is offering up, which is a payment, an incentive situation, an incentive vehicle for states to implement these things or not receive, you know, receive support for their their elections.
00:10:29.520 And you can do that. But again, it has to be narrow. It has to be, you know, avertible and all those things.
00:10:34.980 I think those those strategies would, frankly, be more likely to succeed.
00:10:40.620 We can have a fight all day long and expose Democrats.
00:10:43.280 But my observation with Save America Act, just as an example, you know, when you have all five pieces of it that the president insists on,
00:10:54.700 while four of the five are strongly supported by me and it's more good than bad, I'm happy to vote for it.
00:11:01.640 So, you know, prohibiting vote by mail is not a very Republican thing.
00:11:06.620 I mean, but states like North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, these big, vast Republican, almost exclusive states live by vote by mail.
00:11:16.100 That's literally how we win.
00:11:18.440 Both Donald Trump and I get a lot more percentage of the vote in vote by mail counties than we do in vote in person counties.
00:11:24.920 So I think, you know, that's one of the things that I find a little bit frustrating about it.
00:11:31.640 The other thing I noticed about it is, while people are largely, you know, like 75, 25, 80, 20 for Save America Act when confronted with the question, do you support these things or not?
00:11:44.320 But when you ask them an open-ended question, like what's the most important thing to you right now?
00:11:49.260 What's your highest priority for Congress?
00:11:52.900 Elections don't get to the top of the list.
00:11:55.640 It's more about affordability.
00:11:57.800 it's more about personal security and safety and a sense of safety so um while it's popular when
00:12:05.160 you know when presented with a binary choice it's not necessarily a high priority so the politics of
00:12:11.700 it you know i think are getting a little bit confused but what do you say to those who are
00:12:16.180 concerned about you know the midterms right around the corner isn't it critical to secure
00:12:20.880 elections at this pivotal time here well i don't think it's any more sick any more important than
00:12:25.860 it was two years ago when we won um with under the same laws and rules i'd rather have focused 0.83
00:12:33.280 on winning the damned election than trying to come up with a reason why we lost it so um all right
00:12:39.700 uh you guys you might like what he said you might hate what he said for me it was really interesting 0.96
00:12:46.620 uh because i live in utah which does a lot of mail-in votes and he said listen there are large
00:12:54.100 republican areas with a lot of electoral votes that if they don't have mail-in voting they don't
00:12:59.880 win even donald trump would not win and so he's all about making people register showing that they
00:13:07.800 are a citizen and then showing some kind of id in order to vote even through the mail and narrowing
00:13:14.480 that down but maybe not getting rid of it all together i don't know let me know in the comments
00:13:20.020 what you think. I just thought it was an interesting point, because now that I think
00:13:24.880 about it in Utah, a huge percentage of the votes that helped Donald Trump win the election were
00:13:31.620 through the mail. But you have to request a ballot and they do signature verification.
00:13:36.680 That's not something that gets done in other states. So love him or hate him. I just wanted
00:13:41.880 to show you what your Republican leaders are saying about that topic. And I do believe it's
00:13:47.820 going to get passed. And I do believe any day now we're going to have SCOTUS rule that election day
00:13:53.960 is one day only. You can't be counting mail-in ballots for 35 days after and 90 percent of the
00:14:00.380 time it goes to it goes to Democrats. So that's where I get a little bit confused on the mail-in
00:14:08.220 ballots because Trump got a huge like tens of millions of ballots through mail-in. It's the
00:14:15.120 ones that they're not checking the signature it's the ones where they just mail it out to dead
00:14:19.580 people people that have moved so these these bloated voter rolls that have dead people old
00:14:25.280 people moved people those have got to be cleaned up and then election day has to be election day
00:14:31.480 but let me know in the comments what you think about that i would be very curious to know all
00:14:36.980 right lastly did you know over in the united kingdom over 250 000 women and girls have been 0.57
00:14:43.440 raped by illegal immigrants, mostly from Islamic countries. And if you didn't know that, here's why 0.93
00:14:50.540 the United Kingdom government did everything they could to cover up the fact that that many women
00:14:57.160 and girls had been raped. Now, they went a step further. If these women or girls complained that
00:15:06.140 an illegal immigrant had violated their body. They went to jail before the person who did that 0.83
00:15:13.620 horrible, heinous act. It's disgusting. And Elon Musk, he's trying to pull attention to this. 0.93
00:15:19.620 He's saying these people need to go to jail and the politicians that helped cover it up.
00:15:25.340 They also need to go to jail. Listen to what was shared. Gangs involving rape and child sex
00:15:31.540 exploitation in the uk a member of parliament released it yesterday some of the horrifying
00:15:37.120 things in this inquiry included organized networks of perpetrators built coordinated
00:15:43.060 operations that transported victims between locations supplied them with drugs and alcohol
00:15:47.400 recorded abuse for distribution and blackmail and passed girls between multiple adult men
00:15:53.540 these crimes have been committed for decades since the 1950s by pakistanis in particular
00:15:59.300 The numbers in the report are absolutely staggering. 0.78
00:16:03.060 Around 87% of those convicted in the group-based child sex exploitations are distinctively Muslim names.
00:16:10.920 The report cites evidence of grooming gang activity in 149 different areas in the UK.
00:16:17.920 And get this, an estimated 250,000 victims nationwide.
00:16:23.500 In one case alone, 47 children were identified as victims.
00:16:29.300 Now, Britain launched a national review of closed grooming gang investigations last year to re-look at 1,200 cases, including 236 involving rape.
00:16:39.920 Now, for the first time, some of those cases are officially being sent back to the police for a complete reinvestigation.
00:16:45.920 So were all of these victims failed by the institutions meant to protect them?
00:16:50.740 All right. I know that stuff is hard to hear.
00:16:53.740 Sometimes I have to bring you stories that I don't want to hear.
00:16:56.740 I would love for it to be all love, kumbaya, the stock market's up, everyone can afford food.
00:17:02.260 But this is a travesty, a government literally covered up that there are gangs, organized organization, criminal networks that are literally violating women and children.
00:17:15.900 And they're coming to America.
00:17:17.900 And so we've got to stop that.
00:17:20.100 In fact, Congressman Brandon Gill of Texas said we cannot allow this to happen in the United States.
00:17:27.660 We must expose it. We cannot be like the United Kingdom where they cover this stuff up.
00:17:32.680 Now, the Trump administration, I believe, recognizes these basic truths that not all cultures are equal and not all cultures are equally compatible with our way of life or our governing system.
00:17:44.120 But we've got a problem in the United States as well.
00:17:46.760 And that's something that we're going to have to deal with now, because if we don't, our children and our grandchildren are going to be dealing with it. 0.98
00:17:53.620 And you've seen what's happened in the DFW Metroplex, where you've seen mass Islamic migration transforming communities right here in places that you wouldn't otherwise expect. 0.99
00:18:03.660 And again, this is something that if we don't stop now, it's going to be my daughter and daughters across the country who are going to be going to public schools wearing burqas. 1.00
00:18:12.140 And that's the kind of stuff that we want to stop. 1.00
00:18:14.080 We want to recognize that our job is to protect and preserve, conserve as conservatives.
00:18:19.540 We should want to conserve the America that we got to grow up in.
00:18:23.280 And you do not do that by bringing in cultures who have very different ideas about freedom of speech, religion, separation of church and state, the dignity of women, the role of women in public life, 0.74
00:18:33.780 who have very different conceptions about how Muslims and non-Muslims interact.
00:18:38.940 And those those different ideas matter.
00:18:41.120 And this is a good example of that.
00:18:42.740 All right. Now, I just want to say for the record, I do not believe everyone who is Islamic or a Muslim or believes in Allah is a terrorist or a raper.
00:18:54.340 I'm just telling you the data in America and the data heavily in Europe and in the United Kingdom is that they come in from these third world countries and they live off of the hard work of the taxpayer. 1.00
00:19:07.740 the government sanctions that and then they behave poorly towards local citizens and then it gets 1.00
00:19:14.480 covered up or the person goes to jail and we cannot allow that to happen i'm glad that elon
00:19:19.580 musk and others are exposing this because the government did not want this information getting
00:19:24.700 out but it is it's getting out and it's it's heinous it's horrible i think these people like
00:19:30.160 it's time to bring back the death penalty right you touch a child like that no way you you got
00:19:36.420 to go to jail. You've got to be removed from society. But in some cases, this stuff is
00:19:41.640 sanctioned because if you're not part of some religious group, then it's OK to do horrible
00:19:47.820 things to you because you have no soul. You're just a based animal. Right. All right. If you 0.99
00:19:53.620 found value in this update, please give it a like. Hit that subscribe button. Let me know in the
00:19:58.860 comments. What do you think about the three hundred and twenty four arrests? What do you think about
00:20:02.860 moving the Save America Act forward and getting that thing passed. I want to hear from all of
00:20:07.820 you. All right. Stay amazing. And I will see you on the next video.
