That's why I see it as, this is a cultural revolution, but you don't see it.
00:00:09.760
Well, my friends, we are here with Xi Van Fleet, who just spoke at the Bringing America Back to Life conference.
00:00:16.220
And very interesting, she speaks from what she experienced in communist China.
00:00:21.440
And what's very interesting is that she says she recognizes that communism in America and Canada and many other places, yet most of us don't see it.
00:00:35.080
So we're going to find out what she's seeing and how to identify it ourselves.
00:00:45.040
So tell us a little bit about your background, what you experienced growing up in China.
00:00:49.440
Well, I was born in 1959, as I mentioned, it's the beginning of the three-year famine that killed up to 50 million Chinese.
00:01:00.280
But my real memory started with the cultural revolution.
00:01:04.000
I was in my first grade when it started in 1966.
00:01:09.340
And the cultural revolution lasted for 10 years, and that's pretty much my entire school years.
00:01:15.240
After I graduated from high school, I was sent to the countryside, like millions and millions of Chinese urban youth to get our so-called re-education.
00:01:28.800
And only after Mao died, I was able to go to college.
00:01:39.380
So I experienced this entire Chinese cultural revolution.
00:01:54.580
And so that, to me, it's the full-blowing Marxist cultural revolution that's taking place in America.
00:02:12.440
I know it because we know history and we experience the cultural revolution.
00:02:24.000
A lot of people were totally shocked at what happened to our country.
00:02:27.980
But they have no idea this is Marxist cultural revolution.
00:02:33.340
This is the thing, whenever we hear of communism, we think, you know, it's a system of sort of sharing and saying that, you know, you don't own too much stuff.
00:02:48.320
How do you identify this is communism, this is Marxism?
00:03:05.260
Actually, people knew earlier generations, they heard about it.
00:03:09.460
They learned it in school, you know, and the people who experienced Cuban Missile Crisis remember that communism was just right there, right?
00:03:23.460
But after that, it's just wiped out from the memory.
00:03:33.900
So not only that, they don't know much about communism.
00:03:37.260
They were taught, just like you said, communism is all about sharing, just like Tim Watts, the vice president candidate.
00:03:54.020
And but that is the what I call this kind of a classic communism.
00:04:10.600
And I would say it's typical representative is Bernie Sanders.
00:04:15.640
Well, at first it's 95 percent versus 5 percent.
00:04:19.180
Now he becomes that 99 percent versus 1 percent.
00:04:45.080
And that's what happened to hundreds of millions of Chinese in most China.
00:04:49.420
We all got a label and our label is based on our class.
00:04:54.520
And you either belong to this red class, which means you are the allies of the revolution,
00:05:01.680
or you belong to the black class, meaning you're the enemy of the of the state.
00:05:08.160
When everyone get a label and then you divide the people into two camps, what should what they do?
00:05:17.800
The Cultural Revolution is really about division, division of Chinese people into them and us.
00:05:30.480
You can simply belong to a wrong group and they become the enemy of the class.
00:05:35.600
So during the Cultural Revolution, Mao said that the reactionary intellectual authority was our enemy.
00:05:50.600
Well, for the young indoctrinated kids, it's the teachers, the principals, the professor.
00:05:59.360
You don't have to, as I said, you don't have to do anything or say anything.
00:06:04.420
You belong to the wrong class and then you are the enemy.
00:06:07.180
The first killing took place in China during the Cultural Revolution was a bunch of schoolgirls, not boys.
00:06:18.580
They took out their principal, gave a struggle session, denounced her, beat her up, tortured her, and then killed her.
00:06:28.640
And those schoolgirls, and they were just teenagers.
00:06:36.640
Well, yeah, they were turned into monsters because they were taught this principle belongs to the enemy class.
00:06:45.900
When you belong to the enemy, someone belongs to the enemy class, you need to eradicate them.
00:06:52.360
That they just overnight, with that kind of ideology, they turned young girls into killers.
00:07:03.120
Now, they divided Americans into oppressors and oppressed, which is a term that we use all our lives during the Cultural Revolution.
00:07:14.980
So who are the oppressed and who are the oppressors?
00:07:19.640
They determine, so if you're white, if you're male, if you're straight, if you're Christian, if you're middle class, whatever.
00:07:32.360
But even though they're the ones being oppressed.
00:07:37.400
They took their land, they took the properties of those people, labeled them oppressor.
00:07:42.080
And labeled them the oppressor and make their label hereditary.
00:07:49.940
Your land were gone, but you become the oppressor forever.
00:07:54.000
And your children and children's children become oppressors.
00:07:57.720
That's why I see it as, this is a Cultural Revolution, but you don't see it.
00:08:08.540
And also, the other thing is that, who are the ones that we see them on the streets doing all these riots?
00:08:33.460
They were so indoctrinated, they have no idea what's right, what's wrong.
00:08:51.580
What did they do during the Cultural Revolution?
00:09:00.160
Old ideas, old culture, old habits, and old custom.
00:09:13.700
Names of institutions, streets, roads have to be changed to become revolutionary.
00:09:22.440
And a lot of young kids changed their personal name to be revolutionary.
00:09:31.800
The only book we have, when the Cultural Revolution started, the school was closed.
00:09:43.160
So, no school for two years by the time we came back to school.
00:09:56.480
We read it from beginning to the end, and back and forth, and back and forth, until a year later.
00:10:04.060
And then it's just a little red book emassed in Chinese, in English.
00:10:15.400
And then we're experiencing the same thing here.
00:10:20.680
One of the popular history teaching material in America today is what?
00:10:26.940
Which rewrote the history that the American is founded on slavery.
00:10:38.740
And then that's exactly what happened in China.
00:10:52.140
What happens when you saw, like, the young people here, they were indoctrinated in schools.
00:10:58.220
But one of the things we saw the most with this trans ideology, and how is that used in a communist way?
00:11:22.300
Even though there's no such thing as transgenderism, because there's no need.
00:11:29.680
Mao did exactly what he wanted without having to go as to transgenderism, but he destroyed gender norm.
00:11:38.300
He told young people that there's no difference between men and women.
00:11:48.660
Have you heard about this, women can hold half the sky?
00:11:53.100
And Biden quoted that in his speech without knowing that it's from Mao.
00:11:59.620
So, yeah, before we had superwoman, in China we had iron girls.
00:12:08.600
The girls were just encouraged to think, act, dress like men.
00:12:14.880
And so, if you look at the pictures in the 60s and 70s, it's just a sea of the sameness.
00:12:23.020
And there's just a little distinction between male and female, because that's what we're taught.
00:12:39.560
It's just what the young girls were led to believe, that there's no difference.
00:12:46.000
So, that's their way of destroying gender roles.
00:12:51.340
And so, Mao wrote a poem and said, the Chinese women don't like makeup.
00:13:00.560
They treated us and said, the femininity is toxic.
00:13:15.940
To me, he did exactly the same thing here, only that he did not have to go that far to destroy gender roles.
00:13:25.700
Because anything normal, anything that is traditional, he hates.
00:13:34.920

00:14:07.580
What else did you see in America that you would have said, oh, that's so obviously a Marxist revolution, a cultural revolution?
00:14:16.020
To me, you have to see what they want to destroy.
00:14:22.760
They want to destroy anything normal, anything that's traditional, anything that means dear to people.
00:14:40.820
Mao launched the cultural revolution because he was, he felt that he was losing power.
00:14:47.480
Because of his disastrous policies, such as the Great Leap Forward that ended up in the famine that killed up to 50 million Chinese.
00:15:01.960
Well, he could have done with the army, but that looked like a coup, right?
00:15:08.320
So cultural revolution is a power struggle of Mao, the war on his own party, the war on his own government, because he felt like he was no longer in control.
00:15:22.740
And he was willing to go as far as using the young people and take down the power from his political enemy and in the process destroyed the entire country.
00:15:33.700
That is how far a dictator were willing to go for political reasons.
00:15:47.840
In order to, for them to get power, they are willing to get, to divide American people, to get the young people and to have riot, to have chaos.
00:15:59.400
And in the process, they hope they can get power.
00:16:03.940
All that stuff we were seeing about the BLM riots, of them bringing down statues and all of that, that's all a piece.
00:16:20.040
And so when you don't know the history, you think it's something new, but it's not.
00:16:26.880
Actually, the American Cultural Revolution did not start in 2020.
00:16:35.580
It started at the same time that Mao was having his own cultural revolution.
00:16:45.000
That, to me, is the phase one of the woke revolution.
00:16:53.040
If you remember, you know, those days, they really attacked church.
00:17:00.000
The feminists tried to attack the family, tried to attack marriage.
00:17:08.700
But back then, I would say that they haven't been able to reach the critical mass.
00:17:18.800
And eventually, after the Vietnam War ended, they kind of died down.
00:17:36.320
They used the next few decades to produce new Marxists.
00:17:53.660
And now, they are about to overthrow our foundation.
00:18:18.940
So, one of the interesting things that happened in the 60s
00:18:24.520
But it got brought on as, it's all about women's rights.
00:18:28.080
This is not about, you know, killing children or anything.
00:18:37.140
the knowledge about the Chinese forced abortion.
00:19:15.040
But now we know it's bad because they share the same root.
00:19:21.600
The root is they, both communism and the progressivism,
00:19:33.780
Because they hate God and they don't respect life.
00:19:47.820
they regard human life as resources to be exploited,
00:20:13.540
and they convince the young women they want it.
00:20:24.580
to deal with Chinese who never, never experienced freedom.
00:20:40.240
They just don't, never learned, experienced freedom.
00:21:09.860
For U.S. residents, creating Will has never been easier.
00:21:24.520
the number of masses to be offered for your soul,
00:22:13.140
who are attracted to the Marxist ideology, right?
00:22:20.700
And I think there's quite a few different motivations.
00:22:25.880
One of them is, I call it Bernie Sanders followers.
00:22:33.020
They want the government to take care of them, right?
00:22:40.980
And then in China, we had the same kind of a group
00:22:43.660
that supported communism and helped them to gain power.
00:22:52.040
And those people, you think they don't want power, they do.
00:23:10.560
We're going to tell them this is the better way to live.
00:23:16.360
And they also have the need to make themselves feel better
00:23:21.600
and that they somehow is helping the oppressed,
00:23:33.760
I think those are the ones that we're dealing with
00:23:39.660
And they have, well, a lot of them do have the power
00:23:49.660
And a lot of Christians are doing the same thing.
00:23:58.240
Then you respect, you have compassion to people, right?
00:24:17.940
And so I think those are the motivations of people.
00:24:21.640
Why there are so many people just wanted to do that.
00:24:24.440
And then another thing, I think, is this concept of guilt.
00:24:31.560
So many people were sold to this idea that they are just guilty.
00:25:02.880
And just what they really do is that they want to be good so bad
00:25:15.320
Shi, have you ever thought that perhaps this whole phenomenon,
00:25:23.700
particularly for that group you're talking about,
00:25:26.100
the ones who carry this forward almost like apostles,
00:25:40.780
And they have this new religion that they carry forward.
00:25:46.660
because it is true that apart from your belief in God,
00:25:57.060
for all the sins you commit, the real sins, you know.
00:26:01.080
But you can sort of make that guilt sort of go away
00:26:35.380
And so still some people think that the communism
00:26:56.360
They don't believe in ownership, private ownership,
00:27:13.360
And because they are disciples of woke religion.
00:27:32.780
And then they don't say, oh, I want you to worship state.
00:27:48.100
They say, we're doing that for the poor, the marginalized,
00:28:02.400
What do you think is a way out, especially for America that, well,
00:28:20.240
And I think, I do believe that Donald Trump is the first president
00:28:29.180
who not only understands communism, like Ronald Reagan.
00:28:38.260
But Trump was the one to realize the communism threat in our country.
00:28:44.220
And then one of his, the first thing he did is abolish DEI.
00:28:59.720
But we won a battle, a very, very important battle.
00:29:07.660
And so that's why I think we all have so much work to do.
00:29:11.140
We have to save our church, save our school, save our institutions,
00:29:16.060
so that we can start changing people's worldview.
00:29:21.780
Our worldview today has been really colored by Marxism.
00:29:32.940
I think that's a challenge, but we have to do it.
00:29:46.980
I think once we, America is saved, we have the opportunity to save China
00:30:09.740
What do you think of Canada in Calvinism and the cultural revolution?
00:30:16.540
I think so is Australia and New Zealand and the UK and the whole West.
00:30:22.500
I think that is one of the challenges we are facing.
00:30:40.100
