00:00:00.000 In the book, I provide the definition of woke as a socio-political ideology that's characterized
00:00:06.500 by the manipulation of noble goals for the destruction and control of society by radical
00:00:14.600 left-wing zealots. In this world today, there is so much going on called woke. Do we even know what
00:00:26.520 that really means? But there's a very interesting book out. It's called Woke Proof Your Life,
00:00:31.520 a handbook on escaping modern political madness and shielding yourself from and your family by
00:00:36.440 living a more self-sufficient, fulfilling life. That got my attention. Everyone is trying to
00:00:44.440 woke proof, especially their children, because our children are exposed everywhere on everything
00:00:49.760 they have, every device, every computer, their schools, their friends. How do you go about
00:00:55.640 woke proofing? Your life, your children's lives? We're going to find out right now from Teresa
00:01:01.000 Maul, the author. Stay tuned to this episode of The John Henry Weston Show.
00:01:05.760 Listen, dear friends, long gone are the days where you and I could just simply trust what
00:01:10.260 the nightly news broadcasted or consider what we read in the local newspaper as the truth.
00:01:15.440 The mainstream media deceives the world, telling them bold-faced lies and often using fear to scare
00:01:22.300 and control the masses. Now, how many of you are already seeing your friends and family back to
00:01:27.620 grabbing their masks or scheduling another vaccine due to the uptake the media is covering about
00:01:33.280 COVID or something else? Well, we've had enough. We can't let the mainstream media shape our culture
00:01:38.960 and influence our family and friends. We must make sure that the truth is available to all to remind
00:01:45.000 and warn the world of the lies that are continuing to be spread. So today at LifeSite, we kick off our
00:01:53.240 fall campaign and I need your help to strengthen LifeSite's voice for truth. To keep LifeSite news
00:01:59.140 fully operational in the United States, Canada and around the world, we must raise $500,000 by October
00:02:05.600 the first. So please pause this video now, pray right now about making a contribution, and then do
00:02:13.280 as you are called to do by the Lord. Thank you for your attention. And now, back to the program.
00:02:19.440 Theresa Mal, so good to be with you.
00:02:22.020 Thank you. It's a pleasure to be here.
00:02:24.220 Let's begin as you always do with the sign of the cross.
00:02:26.880 In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.
00:02:31.640 So, Theresa, if you can start off telling us, what is woke anyway? Because I think that's,
00:02:39.780 you know, we have some vague idea. It's everything left. It's all the agenda of the
00:02:44.400 LGBT crowd, or what is it?
00:02:47.320 Yeah, in the book, I provide a definition of woke as a socio-political ideology that's
00:02:54.120 characterized by the manipulation of noble goals for the destruction and control of society
00:03:01.260 by radical left-wing zealots. That's a long way of saying that it's essentially a form of evil.
00:03:08.500 There's nothing really new about wokeness and what they're trying to accomplish. It's just
00:03:12.800 they have some updated terminology. And I think it's purposely confusing, vague, and misleading,
00:03:19.820 because that's how the enemy sees an easier way to capture people. They use these nice terms
00:03:29.120 like diversity and equity and inclusion, all these things that sound good, but they're just,
00:03:33.660 they're smokescreens for a pretty sinister scheme. So once you recognize what wokeness is,
00:03:40.360 is that it's a form of evil, and that it's a form of radical, liberal radicalism,
00:03:45.900 you can recognize what it is and defeat it.
00:03:49.020 It's interesting what you say, that it starts with noble goals. I like that you started there,
00:03:56.040 because it's too weird to think that most of the world is sucked in by something that doesn't
00:04:02.220 appear good. What are some of the noble goals that they propose?
00:04:06.400 Right. So everybody wants a world that is welcoming and diverse in theory. We want people to love one
00:04:16.060 another and to be happy, quote unquote. So you look at the LGBT movement, and that's all rainbows,
00:04:23.260 cheerful colors, parades, you know, just simple love, they make it so simple and nice sounding. But
00:04:29.740 whenever you look at what the fruits of the woke movement are, all of them are rotten. They put on
00:04:36.380 these wishy-washy, nice sounding terms, and then they even veil them further by making them into these
00:04:45.400 quick little letters, D-E-I-E-S-G, these sorts of things that make it even more difficult to
00:04:52.760 see what they really are and what they really mean. They're not even saying the words out loud
00:04:57.580 anymore. And then they become smoke screens. And what they actually accomplish is not love,
00:05:05.600 you know. You look at what the LGBT movement brings about for these people physically,
00:05:12.500 what it manifests is something like three times the rate of depression and anxiety among the
00:05:19.080 transgender community. It's six times likelihood of being diagnosed with depression and six times
00:05:27.300 more likely to attempt to commit suicide. So you can say that it's happy and love is love and have
00:05:34.880 all these cheerful colors all you want and have parades for this kind of lifestyle, but what it brings
00:05:39.020 about is really destructive and it truly is the culture of death. So this is a pretty, um, heavy
00:05:45.080 topic for you. And how'd you get into this anyway? And why very many people, particularly young people
00:05:50.860 would, um, like yourself would veer away from this. Cause it's like, you know, really, um, you put
00:05:58.240 yourself out there when you write something like this. How come? Yeah. I just, uh, felt that the world that I
00:06:06.060 grew up in was calmer, more peaceful, uh, that people tended to look at one another with a more
00:06:12.920 charitable attitude. You know, I, when I was growing up, it just felt like society, American
00:06:18.000 culture was more patriotic. It was certainly more Christian in its mindset and the way that we treated
00:06:23.900 one another. And as I've gotten older, and especially in the last three years, since the COVID pandemic,
00:06:29.520 it just seems like everybody is so angry. Everybody has to take a side on something political. You
00:06:34.980 know, it used to be rude, considered rude to talk about politics and religion in public. And now it's
00:06:41.080 basically a sin of omission. If you don't, you know, everybody is pitted against one another and it's
00:06:46.000 just, it's an angry world. I don't think it's productive. It's not making people holier or healthier
00:06:51.820 or happier. And I wanted to get back to, to that childhood that I remember. And, um, I, uh, I just,
00:07:00.840 I was sick of it personally. And I tell this story in the book. At one point I purchased my favorite
00:07:06.720 shampoo and I went to use it and I looked down and there was a rainbow flag on it. And I thought,
00:07:10.880 you know, enough is enough. Is there nothing I can do in this world? Even something so innocent,
00:07:14.600 as simple as buying a shampoo that I am contributing to this radical cause that is destroying our society.
00:07:21.300 So I wanted to diagnose what the problem is, how we got this way and what we can do about it,
00:07:25.800 how we can offer a cure for our country. Very interesting. So, okay. How do we do some of
00:07:33.560 this? This is a problem for individuals, but I think a lot of parents are at this point where
00:07:41.220 help, our kids are being sucked into this vortex. We don't even know what to do, how to, how to save
00:07:46.900 them from this, how to get out. How do you work proof your life? Well, the first step, um,
00:07:51.300 I stole from scripture is seek you first, the kingdom of God. You know, we see wokeness rising
00:07:58.020 and taking over a country as we, as a people continue to lose our faith in Christ and our
00:08:04.360 belief in God. Gallup does a poll every year of values and beliefs. And we see the more we abandon
00:08:10.660 God, the more wokeness swoops in and takes hold and kind of replaces what we used to value and what
00:08:17.260 our traditions used to be. So we certainly need to get back on a God centered track. You know,
00:08:22.360 you take God out of the picture. It's kind of like the jingle piece, Jenga piece and, and the whole rest
00:08:27.080 of the, of, of the society falls apart. So I, I encourage people to, um, to speak out, to share their
00:08:34.320 faith with others. If you, uh, if you don't have religion to, to seek, to seek, seek a church community
00:08:40.700 and just say a prayer, start out. It's that easy. Just, just at least, uh, give God a chance because
00:08:46.300 what the woke culture is offering you is nothing but misery. And we see that. So that's the first
00:08:51.040 step. Um, from there, educate yourself, your friend, your family, anybody who will listen.
00:08:56.500 There are several resources I include in the book about ways that people who maybe had a lackluster
00:09:02.720 education growing up, or who just want to refresh themselves in truth, beauty, and goodness can find
00:09:08.300 amazing resources. Some of them are free and all of them are very affordable ways that you can arm
00:09:13.680 yourself with truth and the knowledge and wisdom shared to us by the greatest thinkers of, of all
00:09:20.720 time, um, that we have, um, as resources now in fighting this woke culture, because there's nothing
00:09:26.280 new about it. It's nothing new under the sun with this type of evil. So find God, educate yourself. Uh,
00:09:33.100 I also encourage people to consider their use of technology, whether you're using your screen time
00:09:40.360 as a resource or a recourse, you know, technology is obviously a great blessing. It allows us to do
00:09:46.280 so many wonderful, amazing things, but it can also be a grave distraction from our relationship with God
00:09:52.620 and with each other. So, uh, really be guarded of your senses and those of the other people around
00:09:59.260 you, especially if you have young children, you know, that's, you wouldn't allow somebody,
00:10:04.180 some random stranger to put any sort of substance into your mouth, but we are allowing the woke world
00:10:10.620 to do that to our minds and our ears and our hearts and our souls. Whenever we pick up our phones and we
00:10:15.400 just randomly start scrolling and fill our precious time with so much, uh, woke rhetoric and, um, and lies.
00:10:23.720 So just be really guarded about your screen time. And, and if you, if you reduce your screen time,
00:10:29.040 you're going to have plenty of, of free time to do wonderful things, to take advantage of the,
00:10:35.920 the beautiful world that God has given us. I encourage people to take up hobbies and to volunteer
00:10:40.740 and to get involved in their community so we can get back to that, uh, real life world that makes us
00:10:47.760 love one another. And I really believe that wokeness sort of lives and dies online. Uh, you know,
00:10:53.860 we didn't, we weren't arguing about what a woman is or whether a man can chest feed. I can't even
00:10:59.380 believe that's a term, but, um, you know, three years ago, even before COVID or certainly before
00:11:04.400 cell phones were able to, uh, disseminate so much propaganda and chaos, which I think most of it is
00:11:11.620 artificial and made up because whenever you go into the real world and you talk to your,
00:11:15.760 your fellow neighbor, um, none of this stuff really comes up. It doesn't occur to anybody
00:11:21.360 to talk about this stuff. So, um, be guarded with your screen time and spend your time more,
00:11:27.280 more wisely. And, uh, and I, I advise nature, nature is a great cure.
00:11:33.260 Hey, my friends, now is the time to stand up and fight. We are just about to have the synod on
00:11:39.460 synodality and everything that you've seen indicates that it's going to be an absolute disaster.
00:11:45.760 We have Father James Martin as a personal appointee of the Pope speaking at it. We've
00:11:51.780 got Cardinal Cupich, Cardinal Tobin, these picks of the Pope to engage in this synod are indicative
00:12:00.080 of where we're going. We're going into heresy. And at these times of great crisis, the church,
00:12:08.500 especially those called in the laity to work for the glory of Christ and his church are called to
00:12:15.260 gather and strategize. Back in 2014, LifeSite launched something called Rome Life Forum.
00:12:21.540 It was a gathering at that point of some 75 life and family leaders from all around the world
00:12:27.180 to strategize as to what we could do. And when we gathered, the majority of people were most concerned
00:12:33.120 about what? About Pope Francis, about what was going on in Rome. But this was 2014, but the life
00:12:41.580 and family leaders saw it first. Now, a decade on, we are confronted with some of the most severe
00:12:49.540 challenges the church has ever faced. And so our tradition at LifeSite is to continue with Rome Life
00:12:55.180 Forum, which has continued every year until we had to take a break over COVID because we weren't permitted.
00:13:00.840 But we're starting it up again. Please come, if you feel so called, to Rome, October 31st and November
00:13:08.920 1st, the very end of the synod on synodality. And we'll be there to strategize with his eminence,
00:13:17.300 with his excellency, and with many life and family leaders from around the world.
00:13:22.780 For LifeSite News, this is John Henry Weston. And may God bless you.
00:13:25.720 Beautiful. One of the things you mentioned was that this sounds all benevolent,
00:13:34.420 but it's really sinister, but it's meant about control. What did you mean about that?
00:13:40.060 So you lure people into all of these noble sounding goals, diversity, equity, inclusion. You get people
00:13:47.780 to believe that what they're doing is virtuous, even though it really requires nothing of them.
00:13:55.300 And what it does, since wokeness is an absence of God, you take God out of the picture and people
00:14:01.280 are empty. They feel purposeless. They feel lost. And they want to fill that void in their lives. So
00:14:07.040 wokeness swoops in and says, I can fill it for you. Look into yourself, which is a very easy thing to do
00:14:13.160 for us self-centered humans. So whenever you do that, you're filling yourself up. You're thinking
00:14:21.320 about what can you get from other people. You look at people looking toward their neighbors. Oh,
00:14:27.740 they owe me something. They're bigoted. They offended me. They owe me reparations or whatever it is.
00:14:34.240 Um, and so much of what wokeness offers is the solution. You know, you look toward government to
00:14:42.280 give you a handout because you have been wronged some way. So you're looking toward, um, somebody
00:14:48.580 else to provide for you because you're owed this thing. It makes you into a very selfish person. And
00:14:53.800 once you're reliant more and more on the government and you're, uh, believing their lies and you're
00:14:59.180 looking toward them for, or these leaders who tell you that they have all the answer and that they will
00:15:04.060 take care of you and provide for you because you are owed these things. That's whenever they start
00:15:08.160 to control you because they take away your independence, your self-sufficiency, um, and
00:15:13.880 they're controlling the narrative that we see that with so many of these corporations. And whenever they
00:15:18.840 do that and you give yourself so much to this new type of God, this new woke puppet master for all of
00:15:23.960 your answers and all of your meaning in life, um, that's whenever they're able to control you.
00:15:28.160 Hmm. So tell us about, uh, the world economic forum, you know, they're saying of you will own
00:15:37.800 nothing and be happy. How does that fit in with the whole world culture?
00:15:41.720 Right. So what I promote in the book is people being conscientious consumers, because as we see
00:15:50.580 with the Bud Lights of the world, the targets, the Dodger stadium, um, debacle where they were trying
00:15:58.060 to promote, um, you know, demonic, uh, just, just awfulness and people rejected that. Um, so whenever
00:16:05.680 we're giving our money though, to these corporations that we've trusted over the years, and so many of
00:16:10.340 them have created products and services that we as Americans have embraced and loved and enjoyed
00:16:15.780 over the years and have become so much a part of our culture, but we've been funding them. And now
00:16:20.100 they're kind of pulling the rug out from under us and saying, Oh, you know, well, you've given us
00:16:24.180 billions of dollars and now we get to control the narrative because you're reliant upon us.
00:16:28.620 Um, people are saying no to that, but, um, so with the self-sufficiency aspect of it, whenever
00:16:36.920 you are able to do things for yourself, whenever you're able to become a conscientious consumer
00:16:42.520 and avoid these corporations altogether, that is whenever you're able to take the power back and
00:16:48.460 take the rhetoric back. And fortunately there's still plenty of companies who are, uh, non-woke or
00:16:54.920 neutral, and we see more of them rising up and giving us options as traditional minded Christians
00:17:00.540 who don't want to fund this terrible woke culture anymore. Um, and, and sometimes whenever you don't
00:17:06.560 have an option, um, or you feel that you don't, um, it can be, uh, a life giving task or skill
00:17:14.280 to seek out, um, your own options, to, to learn a new skill, to, to go into the garden and make
00:17:21.680 something of your own and just to find beauty in, in creating and, and, um, uniting with our creator
00:17:28.820 and learning something new, using your intellect and becoming more alive. How, so this is a big deal
00:17:35.800 because people banking is a, is a prime example. Find a bank that doesn't support that whole agenda.
00:17:44.240 How do you do that? There's a few resources in the book. There's one, um, that's, that's become
00:17:49.660 very popular recently. It's called the public square act and it's referred to kind of as the
00:17:54.540 patriot economy, which is a resource for people who are looking for non-woke corporations to tell
00:18:00.940 them who these corporations are, who these companies are that they can turn to, who have the
00:18:05.780 same values that they do. So that's one place that you can go. There's another one called new
00:18:09.940 founding, which is sort of the reverse of the ESG movement, environmental social governments, which,
00:18:16.900 um, you know, it's hard for non-woke companies to find funding and to find banks as you, as you said,
00:18:22.180 and what this company does new founding is to unite people who are like-minded with,
00:18:28.340 there might be a billionaire out there who's afraid to speak up and say that he is anti-woke or
00:18:32.860 conservative and they actually just brokered a multimillion dollar deal with, uh, with a, um,
00:18:38.380 an investor and a new company to start up. Um, but it was kind of done behind the scenes because it is
00:18:43.080 so difficult to do this kind of work in the, in the woke public square, so to speak. So there are
00:18:49.200 certainly, and I list them in the book, um, resources out there to help people find the non-woke culture.
00:18:55.440 And then I think also, um, through boycotts, I have a guide to boycotting, how to do micro boycotts,
00:19:01.120 how to speak out and protest, you know, there's not much good in protesting if the companies don't
00:19:06.300 know why you're doing it. Um, so I have a guide to do that. Um, and I think as, as things like Bud Light
00:19:12.080 happen and more and more companies see that the American people don't want this, and there are
00:19:16.900 so many traditional people who they're, the woke, woke crowd is outnumbered that they will send the
00:19:23.440 message and they will abandon the woke rhetoric, um, or go out of business.
00:19:30.420 So you would actually suggest, uh, for instance, uh, when you see the rainbow sticker on that
00:19:36.520 restaurant that you and your wife are going to go to, or your husband are going to go to,
00:19:40.020 that you, you would avoid it, but you would actually go in and tell them,
00:19:43.360 oh, it's too bad. Like I, we were just going to come in, but we saw this on your window and it's
00:19:47.740 offensive. And so we're going.
00:19:48.920 Yes. Yeah, I would say so. Um, I, I talked to a guy in the book who
00:19:52.640 describes his experience in doing things like that. He went to a bookstore and they had all
00:19:56.960 these children's books out right in front and they were half of them were about being gay and
00:20:02.080 transgender and all of those things. And he asked to speak to the manager and you don't have to be
00:20:06.740 rude about it, but he said, he described it as putting these companies on notice because, uh,
00:20:12.220 you know, you get 30, 50 people doing that. Uh, that's, it's going to make an impact. So it's
00:20:17.800 certainly important to make your voice heard and to stand up and, and be a role model. You know,
00:20:22.460 maybe somebody who's standing in line to go to that restaurant, here's you and in their conscience,
00:20:26.960 you know, they're thinking, ah, I really shouldn't be supporting this place either.
00:20:30.040 And they say, you do it. And they turn around and walk out too, and let their voices heard too. So
00:20:34.180 certainly, uh, we need to speak out and let them know.
00:20:38.240 Yeah. That's neat. And it, it's great to just say, do it without anger. Cause I think,
00:20:43.120 um, that would go a lot further if you could do it in a calm manner, but be very resolute and firm
00:20:49.960 about it, but, uh, very calm, even, you know, oh, it's so too bad. Um, you know, wish we'd come
00:20:55.820 love the food, but, um, you just made it really difficult. You know, I'm a Catholic or I'm a Christian
00:21:01.440 or whatever you might say. Um, and you know, that that's offensive stuff to us. So, you know,
00:21:06.860 some way of phrasing it that gets the message across, but it's not, um, antagonistic toward
00:21:13.080 them. It's just, you know, expressing regret. Right. I think compassion goes a lot farther,
00:21:19.980 uh, compassionate attitude. Um, you can be polite about it, but as you said, firm, um, I wrote,
00:21:25.900 wrote a piece about this also, whenever it comes to discussing woke rhetoric with people, you know,
00:21:33.320 and love and care about, or even just somebody you encounter, maybe you strike up a
00:21:36.840 random conversation about something and it, it, uh, goes into the, the woke realm, um,
00:21:43.460 how to consider, you know, don't write these people off. Maybe they actually have been taken
00:21:49.620 in by the smoke screens, by all those noble terms that, that the woke puppets use. Um,
00:21:56.180 and, uh, there's a great line from that F. Scott Fitzgerald uses at the beginning that great Gatsby,
00:22:01.100 he says, essentially remember that not everybody has had the advantages that you have had. So maybe
00:22:06.820 this person, uh, did not grow up in a Christ filled home. Maybe they didn't get to go to nice
00:22:12.160 schools that were loving and wholesome and taught them the value of love and, uh, true love and what
00:22:17.280 that means, or they didn't have discipline or whatever it is, you know, maybe they haven't had
00:22:21.020 the chance to encounter truth yet. Um, and this is your opportunity to do so. So I would encourage
00:22:27.580 people to, um, to look at everybody as a unique person, just because they go along with some woke
00:22:33.460 stuff doesn't mean certainly that they're bad or that they're damned or anything. Um, just try to
00:22:38.480 speak to them and see if their heart is open to learning and, and to truth and to go from there.
00:22:43.640 Sometimes you do have to shake the dust from your feet, certainly, but, um, you know,
00:22:47.680 you have to, you have to give people a chance. One of the big questions that's going to come up
00:22:51.960 is for parents, parents dealing with their own children who have accepted some of this ideology
00:22:57.460 or seem to be heading in that direction. What do we do to bring them back to, to, uh,
00:23:04.280 talk to them in the way they may, they might hear. Hello, LifeSite friends to celebrate the

00:24:31.420 Yeah, certainly, you know, don't ostracize them, don't be rude, don't be cruel. You love them,
00:24:39.440 you care about them. The goal, obviously, is to get them to heaven. So just cutting them off is not
00:24:46.180 going to be productive. So I do lay out in the book all the reasons why LGBT, DEI, ESG, climate change,
00:24:55.740 all of these woke agendas are evil and what they lead to and why. So I would encourage people just
00:25:03.880 not to give up on those they love and care about, but to lead them gently as they can back to the
00:25:10.940 truth and just to point out instances without being super preachy. I don't find that effective
00:25:18.260 to me, certainly. So I don't think it would work on somebody who disagrees with me. And obviously,
00:25:24.300 of course, to keep them in your prayers, because, you know, you look at St. Augustine's mother,
00:25:29.760 she prayed for how many years and then he was finally converted. So I would say, you know,
00:25:35.160 even if somebody is not listening to you or not appearing to listen to you, they might be hearing
00:25:39.560 you with their heart. And some people are more stubborn than others. It takes a little bit longer,
00:25:43.820 but to keep praying about it and keep lodging truth bombs their way in a gentle, loving way
00:25:51.620 and lead by example, of course, obviously. And a lot of people, when you were just mentioning there,
00:25:57.080 your list, they might raise an eyebrow and say, wait, wait, wait a minute. You included in all of
00:26:03.680 the anti-life, anti-family stuff, climate change? Why climate change? Isn't that just normal? What's
00:26:09.920 wrong with climate change? Yeah, I think climate change is the, well, kind of the scariest form of
00:26:17.480 wokeness, because you see both sides taken in by it. Climate change is also the most vague of all,
00:26:27.100 I think. You know, it started out as global warming, then it was weird weather. I think global cooling was
00:26:34.500 in there. And you see the people who proclaim the climate hysteria really manipulate the terminology
00:26:41.940 to whatever will suit them. And they finally set out on climate change, because that can be anything.
00:26:45.760 And they blame every single instance of weather on climate change. And it's all our fault,
00:26:54.200 even though they don't have any evidence to prove that. And whenever you look at the way that these
00:26:59.800 people enact their or act on the hysteria that they stir up, I would say, it always requires the rest of
00:27:09.100 us to do something, the rest of us to live our lives more poorly. And in some cases, if you're very poor,
00:27:14.920 for instance, if you live in Africa, where using fossil fuels has, has caused a survival rate to
00:27:21.400 skyrocket, you know, we have all these amazing technologies, because of fossil fuels, if you
00:27:25.420 take that away from people who are really struggling at the, at the poverty level, a lot of them do die.
00:27:30.720 So you look at, again, the fruits of what climate change brings about, and the absolute hypocrisy of
00:27:40.280 the people who are the biggest peddlers of this narrative, you look at Al Gore, Leonardo DiCaprio,
00:27:45.640 people like that, they're not changing their lives at all. If you really truly believed, as Joe Biden
00:27:50.500 says, that climate change is the biggest threat to humanity, even worse than nuclear weapons. And then you
00:27:57.520 just continue to jet around the world on your planes and not to change your life one iota. I
00:28:04.080 really, I don't believe you. And then you see what they accomplish through this, this hysteria that
00:28:10.620 they're, that they're bringing about. And they are the people who gain, they are the ones who control
00:28:16.160 the rest of us. We are the ones who give up our gas stoves and our gas powered vehicles. And they don't
00:28:20.960 have to do anything. We're the ones who suffer. So that kind of tells you all you need to know about
00:28:25.560 climate change right there. Indeed. Indeed. Teresa Mell, thank you so much. Woke Proof, Your Life,
