The Matt Walsh Show - Ep. 1000 - The DOJ Declares War On The Right

00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Wall Show, a fully weaponized FBI raids the home of a former president and future 2024 opponent.

00:00:06.820 Is this a totally unprecedented and shocking turn of events, as most people on the right are saying?

00:00:11.280 Or is it a totally predictable turn of events in a country where all of our institutions have been captured by the far left?

00:00:17.480 Also, speaking of captured institutions, the Democrats are building an army of IRS agents to make your life miserable.

00:00:23.700 Plus, a mom looks on and cheers as her child works the stripper pole at a pride event. 0.96

00:00:28.840 And that and many other important topics we're going to talk about today.

00:00:31.740 But first, I want to talk to you about something.

00:00:34.740 You know, we started the Matt Wall Show in my car.

00:00:38.720 We did the first many shows just like that.

00:00:40.920 It was a low-tech, low-budget, lo-fi operation back in those days, talking into a webcam from 1995.

00:00:47.940 I think I had the budget of 50 cents in a toothpick, basically.

00:00:51.880 And it was just me in a random parking lot, screaming at my dashboard, confusing all the other Walmart shoppers.

00:01:00.020 And the worst thing is that no one ever told me I had a terrible haircut back then.

00:01:03.180 I don't know how my wife let me out of the house like that. 1.00

00:01:05.080 But eventually, she invited me back into the house, and we moved into a home studio.

00:01:09.760 And an odd thing started to happen is that people started watching and listening, and we started to grow.

00:01:14.260 And eventually, we moved out here to Nashville, and that's when things really started to take off.

00:01:19.480 Over the last year, thanks so much to all of you, we have become the fastest-growing conservative podcast in the country.

00:01:26.320 One of the biggest news commentary podcasts in the country.

00:01:30.700 One of the biggest podcasts, period.

00:01:32.420 We've got the best documentary of the year.

00:01:35.360 We've got an LGBT best-selling children's book.

00:01:38.380 We're saving abuelas.

00:01:40.120 We're saving Virginia. 0.80

00:01:41.060 We're doing all of that.

00:01:42.000 But here's the great thing.

00:01:43.080 We're just getting started.

00:01:44.520 All of that and more today on The Matt Wall Show.

00:01:56.140 The Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe was a huge, albeit long-overdue, step in the right direction.

00:02:01.120 But there's still a long way to go to rid our country of abortion. 0.97

00:02:04.120 Many companies are bowing to the woke mob by donating to pro-choice causes and candidates or reimbursing their employees' travel expenses so that if they live and work in a pro-life state, they can travel to a pro-abortion state and get an abortion and be back at work on Monday because that's what, of course, these companies really care about.

00:02:19.980 Well, what have I told you?

00:02:21.000 That if you're currently on a phone plan with one of the major carriers, you might be supporting these companies and their pro-abortion agenda with your monthly phone bill.

00:02:28.940 So don't let abortionists use your money to fund policies you don't believe in.

00:02:33.020 Switch to Charity Mobile instead.

00:02:34.560 Charity Mobile is a pro-life, pro-family cell phone company that sends 5% of your monthly plan price to the pro-life charity of your choice.

00:02:40.980 You don't have to compromise on values or good phone service.

00:03:05.220 Mention offer code Walsh to redeem a free cell phone offer.

00:03:07.500 That's CharityMobile.com and mention offer code Walsh.

00:03:11.040 Welcome to the Matt Walsh Show.

00:03:12.980 We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our 1,000th episode than by unveiling our brand new studio.

00:03:18.380 This is an actual, real studio.

00:03:20.620 It's not a sheet that's even as a real banjo behind me, which as you know, I can really play.

00:03:26.540 So we've come a long way and we aren't even close to done yet.

00:03:29.480 But there are considerably less joyous events happening this week across the country.

00:03:34.520 Unfortunately, starting with the news that broke last night that agents with the FBI, 30 of them reportedly, raided the Florida home of former President Donald Trump.

00:03:46.040 Now, news of the raid first came from Trump himself, who issued a statement saying, in part,

00:03:50.620 quote, these are dark times for our nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents.

00:04:00.180 After working and cooperating with the relevant government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate.

00:04:07.260 Trump added that the FBI henchman had even broken into his safe, though his son Eric reported that they found nothing of interest inside it, but they broke into it anyway.

00:04:16.100 So what were they looking for?

00:04:17.740 Well, the New York Times, passing along the regime-approved version of events, says that the FBI conducted this operation in order to recover classified material that Trump had allegedly brought to his house after leaving the White House.

00:04:31.700 Reading from the Daily Wire report, it says, agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigation executed a search warrant Monday at the Florida home of former President Donald Trump that appeared to be connected to classified material that was allegedly at the home.

00:04:42.540 The investigation is, quote, focused on material that Trump had brought with him to Mar-a-Lago, his private club in residence, after he left the White House, according to the New York Times report.

00:04:53.640 Those boxes contained many pages of classified documents.

00:04:56.900 Multiple reports later confirmed that the raid was connected to the missing White House records.

00:05:00.360 The report said that Trump delayed returning more than a dozen boxes of material to the National Archives, which included documents that were, quote, marked as classified national security information.

00:05:11.140 So the Federal Bureau of Investigation took the historically unprecedented, absolutely unheard of, mind-boggling step of raiding the home of a former United States president, all on behalf of the National Archives.

00:05:27.160 Now, leaving aside the fact that other very prominent former White House officials, Hillary Clinton comes to mind, have been caught up in scandals involving their handling of classified materials and yet never have been raided by the FBI as a result.

00:05:42.640 Even leaving that aside, this explanation makes little sense for the simple fact that Donald Trump as president could declassify literally any document he wanted whenever he wanted.

00:05:53.360 As the chief executive, as the chief executive, that's the power that he had.

00:05:57.340 Now, does this mean that Joe Biden reclassified the documents and then promptly had, you know, sent the feds to raid his predecessor's home on that pretext?

00:06:08.200 Well, perhaps, but the operative word here is pretext.

00:06:13.420 This, of course, has nothing really to do with the National Archives or classified documents.

00:06:18.560 This raid is two things.

00:06:21.660 One, it's a fishing expedition in hopes of turning up something, you know, a bit more explosive than an alleged potential violation of the Presidential Record Act.

00:06:30.920 And two, this is a shot across the bow.

00:06:34.020 This is an exercise of might.

00:06:35.600 This is an act of political warfare.

00:06:38.620 It's a statement, an announcement that we live now in a third world banana republic. 0.95

00:06:45.120 The FBI, along with all of our federal law enforcement agencies, along with the entire DOJ, has long since been ideologically captured by the left.

00:06:56.200 All the complaints about double standards and so on, all that comes back to this.

00:07:02.320 No, the DOJ won't do anything about Democrat corruption.

00:07:06.160 It wouldn't do anything about Hillary Clinton.

00:07:08.300 It won't even take a second glance at the current president's crack-addled son.

00:07:12.380 Won't do any of that.

00:07:13.300 It certainly won't prosecute any of the people in Epstein's Little Black Book.

00:07:17.360 Have you noticed that?

00:07:19.220 That even years later, still to this day, none of the people who were involved in Epstein's sex trafficking business have been arrested or charged with anything.

00:07:34.640 Now, the FBI has a long history of showing no interest in apprehending sex traffickers, especially, and serial rapists.

00:07:45.540 Let's not forget the agents who knew that Larry Nassar was raping the girls on the Olympic gymnastics team and did nothing at all to stop it, and then later lied about what they knew.

00:07:56.280 The DOJ, always looking out for its own, then declined to prosecute those agents, of course.

00:08:02.820 A few months ago, activists in D.C. uncovered physical evidence that an abortion clinic in the city was murdering fully developed children, already born, fully developed children.

00:08:13.980 This is infanticide, the systemic, systematic slaughter of infants.

00:08:20.160 The DOJ refused to investigate.

00:08:22.760 No FBI raid was conducted.

00:08:25.920 Maybe they'll wait 30 years like they did with Kermit Gosnell before they finally decide to look into the situation.

00:08:31.940 The DOJ has no interest in any of these crimes, but it'll bring down its wrath on its political enemies, starting with Trump, but certainly not ending with him.

00:08:43.220 I mean, at least Trump has money and fame and a loyal following, all things that give him some amount of protection, though obviously not complete protection.

00:08:52.720 The PTA parents, recently labeled domestic terrorists by this same Department of Justice, don't have any of that insulation.

00:08:58.740 And so we see that as a consequence of the ideological capture of the institution, we cannot really say that there is a double standard, because there is in fact one standard.

00:09:12.920 They will try to destroy you if you oppose them politically.

00:09:16.540 That's the standard.

00:09:17.880 That's the overarching principle that the FBI and all the rest of the federal law enforcement agencies believe in.

00:09:24.360 And they actually follow that principle with rigid consistency.

00:09:30.500 But here's the point.

00:09:31.600 This goes far beyond the Department of Justice.

00:09:35.020 The fact is that all of our institutions are being held hostage by the left.

00:09:39.940 All of them.

00:09:41.480 They are all being eaten alive from the inside by the same disease.

00:09:45.800 Every institution, from academia to the medical industry to the churches and everything in between.

00:09:54.860 One cannot help but take note of the timing of this rate, actually, because it comes only a day after the Democrats passed the bill, which would see the IRS doubled in size with 87,000 new agents hired.

00:10:06.580 If there was ever any question about what this new fleet of tax goons will be doing, well, I think those questions are answered now, after what happened at Trump's house.

00:10:18.200 They will be focused, just as they were under Obama, on tracking, harassing, pilfering, and plundering from the enemies of the regime and from the middle class generally, which the regime considers its enemy. 0.51

00:10:29.920 This, again, is how every institution operates in this country.

00:10:35.400 Every single one.

00:10:37.600 They all have their guns, whether literal or figurative or both, pointed in the same direction, pointed at us.

00:10:47.960 So what can we do about it?

00:10:51.220 Well, here's what we don't do.

00:10:54.320 We don't simply whine about double standards and then just leave it at that.

00:10:58.820 As if we've achieved something merely by calling our opponents hypocrites, as if the charge means anything to them, like they care. 0.99

00:11:08.020 If you haven't noticed, when you say to the left, oh, you're a bunch of hypocrites, they don't care. 0.98

00:11:12.420 It doesn't mean anything to them. 0.99

00:11:15.840 You know, we don't do that.

00:11:19.540 We don't become impotent fatalists and doomers, naysaying all efforts to improve our situation, insisting that nothing will ever get better.

00:11:28.400 All is lost.

00:11:29.420 Woe is me, etc. 0.94

00:11:30.460 We don't do any of that.

00:11:31.440 What we should do instead is fight back with a ferocity, intensity, and ruthlessness that may have seemed distasteful to conservatives in years past.

00:11:43.520 And some conservatives even still today.

00:11:46.480 But they're going to have to get over their squeamishness.

00:11:48.500 Part of that fight, though certainly not the whole fight, but part of it is political.

00:11:54.240 That means ensuring that the red wave indeed comes to pass in 2022.

00:11:58.180 But more than simply electing Republicans generally, we must specifically elect the sort of Republicans who have the gumption to act decisively and wield their legal power, actually use it, rather than talking about using it, actually use the power that they have.

00:12:16.520 And to do so in service to what is good and just and true.

00:12:23.840 We need the kinds who will do all this in spite of the sustained attacks they're going to face.

00:12:29.060 Now, I realize that the list of Republicans who fit this qualification is somewhat limited.

00:12:36.700 But this is the sort we must be looking for.

00:12:40.720 And once they've taken power, we must push them to do more than hold hearings and assemble committees and all the rest of it.

00:12:48.940 What we want to see, and we need to be very clear about this, is corrupt government officials arrested.

00:12:57.860 Okay, so you can have your hearing if you want, if it makes you feel better.

00:13:02.080 But we want to see people in handcuffs, arrested, and frog-marched in front of cameras.

00:13:08.960 We want to see entire agencies gutted and disassembled.

00:13:14.580 We want to see a demolition derby, metaphorically speaking.

00:13:18.940 And we should be very clear about that.

00:13:22.020 Now let's get to our five headlines.

00:13:30.340 You've heard me talk a lot on this show about how important it is to get your kids away from the public school system and also mainstream kids' content.

00:13:39.020 Marxism, socialism, critical race theory, and trans ideology, all of that is what we have to deal with. 0.69

00:13:43.300 The left is pushing a persistent and loud attack on truth.

00:13:46.360 And they're starting with your kids.

00:13:47.840 There are a lot of ways you can protect your kids from these not-so-secret leftist agendas.

00:13:51.600 You can homeschool.

00:13:52.540 You can get them involved in a religious community.

00:13:54.500 You can give them the right books to read, like my best-selling children's book, Johnny the Walrus.

00:13:59.120 But one of the easiest and simplest ways to protect your children is to take five minutes tonight to write a will with Epic Will.

00:14:05.640 A will gives you the power to say who will raise your kids should something happen to you and your spouse.

00:14:10.440 It can, in certain cases, be the only legal defense standing between your kids and the persistent indoctrination attempts from the left.

00:14:16.800 Epic Will is an online will platform that costs less than your next trip to the store.

00:14:21.080 They can set you up with a will in as little as five minutes, and they can start at $119.

00:14:25.340 That's it.

00:14:26.040 Plus, you can save 10% when you go to epicwill.com and use code Walsh.

00:14:30.200 Take five minutes tonight to write a will, ensuring that your kids will be raised the way that you've intended in the event that something happens to you.

00:14:36.240 Go to epicwill.com and use my code Walsh today.

00:14:40.160 Well, as mentioned, the Democrats passed on Sunday their $740 billion inflation redoubling act.

00:14:47.940 Part of this bill, I mean, the whole thing is a disaster, obviously, but the worst part is, like we talked about, the 87,000 new IRS workers that will be hired because of this.

00:14:59.560 And this is the Democrats' big election season push.

00:15:03.300 This is their grand idea, okay?

00:15:05.440 Heading into the midterm elections, this is what they've come up with.

00:15:09.500 When we've got inflation, the economy's in shambles, people are living in cities, you know, afraid to leave their homes because of crime is running rampant and everything is falling apart.

00:15:20.220 And the Democrats, their pitch to the voters heading into the midterm elections is, oh, we're going to get more IRS agents and audit you.

00:15:28.600 But they say that this is, that it's not what it appears to be, right?

00:15:34.940 It's, it appears to be a war on the middle class, hiring more stooges to audit and pilfer middle class Americans. 1.00

00:15:42.800 No, they say it's not that.

00:15:43.940 The IRS will focus on, on rich people, they say.

00:15:47.300 Except the problem is that every Democrat voted against an amendment requiring that the new IRS agents only audit companies and people who make over $400,000 a year.

00:15:58.980 So they could have put that into the bill in an amendment saying that all these new IRS workers that we're bringing on, none of them are going to be concentrating on auditing middle class Americans.

00:16:10.380 And given that the Democrats said that that was this, their intention the whole time was to not do anything with the middle class, then they should have signed on the dotted line for that amendment, but they didn't.

00:16:20.480 Every Democrat voted against it because their actual intentions are quite clear.

00:16:28.180 Senator Ben Cardin, though, of a Democrat of Maryland, says that even so, okay, maybe they're going to focus on the middle class.

00:16:35.400 Maybe we're all going to get audited, but there's, there's still, there's nothing to worry about.

00:16:39.940 Let's listen to his reassuring words.

00:16:42.700 Can you understand how 87,000 new IRS agents would scare the heck out of millions of Americans?

00:16:49.120 Millions of Americans aren't going to be impacted by that other than getting better service from the IRS, having their telephone answered, getting the questions they need in order to comply with our tax laws.

00:16:59.460 The auditing is going to be focused on those of high income, the large corporations, et cetera.

00:17:04.500 So there's no reason to be fearful.

00:17:07.400 And if you have paid your taxes and if you comply with our laws, you should want to make sure everyone else does that.

00:17:14.780 Ah, well, what are you worried about?

00:17:16.740 If you have nothing to hide, then there's nothing to worry about.

00:17:20.880 You know, if you paid all your taxes, nothing to worry about.

00:17:23.300 As if, as if, you know, an audit is just a pleasant, even enjoyable experience if you've paid all of your taxes.

00:17:33.240 Of course, there's a very good chance that, especially if, if your income is not solely from, if you, if you, if you have, you know, if you only make W-2 income, then more than likely, you know, your audit's going to come back.

00:17:49.260 Okay. Although it's still not going to be a fun process.

00:17:52.340 But if you have some non-W-2 income, then, you know, there's, there's a relatively decent chance that you've made a mistake here or there.

00:17:59.600 You've, you know, you've, you've, whatever, you've lost the paperwork or something.

00:18:02.640 I mean, so what, what, what they're proposing here is that there are like two categories of people, right?

00:18:09.660 There are the honest, good people who pay all their taxes and, and, and every last penny.

00:18:15.180 And then there are the tax dodges and the tax cheats and who intentionally are defrauding the IRS for millions of dollars every year.

00:18:22.380 Like those are the two categories.

00:18:23.600 Of course, there's a lot of room in between and a lot of middle-class people find themselves in the in-between area.

00:18:29.500 But again, even if you have paid all your taxes, an audit is a miserable, incredibly stressful experience.

00:18:39.800 There's a reason why it's used, you know, it's, it's, the term is used, we use it like we use the term root canal, just to, just as a, as a stand-in for a miserable, that's what the, that's what the, that's almost the definition of the term now, is a miserable experience, an audit.

00:18:53.340 But Ben Cardin says that, oh, no, really, it's just going to be better service.

00:19:02.240 Right, because that's what you want from the IRS is better service.

00:19:05.940 They're going to answer your phone calls.

00:19:07.480 First of all, on the answering phone calls bit, let me, let me just be clear about one thing.

00:19:12.320 It doesn't matter how many IRS agents they have.

00:19:15.120 I mean, right now they've got 76,000 people working at the IRS, and if you try to call the IRS, nobody's answer, you're not going to call the number that they have available that you can find on a website.

00:19:26.640 And you call up, oh, IRS, and someone just picks up the phone.

00:19:29.420 Hey, IRS speaking, who's there?

00:19:31.720 So that doesn't happen now.

00:19:33.220 You hot, you double the size of the bureaucracy.

00:19:35.460 No, it makes service worse, not better.

00:19:41.060 This is something that we've all experienced, that the bigger, anytime, especially if you're trying to get in touch with someone, if you have a problem of some kind, and this goes for government agencies and also private companies as well, like the cable company or your cell phone carrier, whoever it is.

00:19:58.920 Because the bigger the bureaucracy, the worse the service, the more difficult it is to actually talk to a human being, the more impossible it is to find someone who is accountable if a mistake is made.

00:20:21.500 Because that's part of the reason, that's part of the point behind the enormous bureaucracies.

00:20:26.940 It is to, the bureaucracy grows.

00:20:29.900 Bureaucracies grow because they're cancerous tumors, and all they can do is grow, right, unless they're given some very harsh treatment.

00:20:39.140 Otherwise, they're going to grow.

00:20:40.740 So they grow because that's what they do, but also they grow in order to insulate, it grows in order to insulate itself from accountability.

00:20:49.340 The bigger, the bigger, the more people that there are involved, then the more difficult it is to pinpoint who is responsible for any one individual thing.

00:21:02.140 And if you're just some sap calling on the phone, then it's going to be totally impossible for you.

00:21:09.440 So it's quite the opposite.

00:21:12.700 It's not better service when you add more bureaucrats.

00:21:15.700 It is worse service always, every time.

00:21:19.920 But speaking of service, you know the service that I want to see from the IRS?

00:21:25.500 I would like to see the IRS disbanded.

00:21:29.800 That's the service I want to see.

00:21:31.300 Like self-destruction by the IRS.

00:21:33.480 To me, that's good customer service.

00:21:37.500 If I call up the IRS and they say, oh, sorry, we're packing up.

00:21:41.360 Yeah, we're done with this whole thing.

00:21:42.800 That's good service as far as I'm concerned.

00:21:44.280 By the way, Colin Pruitt posted this interesting graphic from 2019.

00:21:50.980 And this is pretty, this is pretty, I mean, this is stark here, okay?

00:21:54.480 This is a stark illustration.

00:21:55.960 So this shows where in the U.S. you're most likely to be audited by the IRS.

00:22:02.940 And so you can look at it there.

00:22:05.480 And of course, the darker red than the more, the more IRS that, the more audits that they

00:22:12.420 have in that particular region of the country.

00:22:13.820 And what you see is that it's kind of fascinating that this is also basically a map of the red

00:22:24.480 states.

00:22:26.800 It's a, this, this almost doubles as a map of, of red states and also a map of where the

00:22:32.400 most poor people live.

00:22:34.980 I know there are some exceptions.

00:22:35.940 So there are a good amount of audits happening over in California, it would seem.

00:22:39.300 But for the most part, you can see it there.

00:22:41.900 And it's nothing but gray.

00:22:43.140 You get up into the Northeast and it's nothing but gray.

00:22:45.740 It's fascinating how the Northeast Corridor, which is Boston, New York, Philly, Baltimore,

00:22:51.420 Washington, not covered in red.

00:22:55.380 Even though that's where you're going to find the densest population in the, in the whole

00:22:58.700 country.

00:22:59.720 That's where you're gonna find a lot of rich people too, living from Boston all the way

00:23:04.300 down to DC.

00:23:05.380 Not a lot of red there.

00:23:07.420 Isn't that fascinating?

00:23:08.380 So the question we have now, um, heading into 2024, and I go back to what I said in the

00:23:17.860 open, which potential candidate will not just complain about the 87,000 IRS agents, but will

00:23:26.400 actually fire them?

00:23:28.900 Not hold hearings.

00:23:30.020 I've already heard, we've already heard from Republicans saying they're going to hold hearings.

00:23:32.420 We're going to, we had so many hearings.

00:23:33.720 Kevin McCarthy said, uh, you guys better get ready because when we're in charge, there's

00:23:38.860 going to be some hearings.

00:23:39.700 I tell you what, we're going to have all kinds of hearing.

00:23:41.820 We're going to hear, we're going to be hearing a lot of stuff.

00:23:43.780 Okay.

00:23:44.060 Um, no, I don't need hearings.

00:23:48.360 I don't need ranting about it.

00:23:49.700 I don't need tweets about it.

00:23:50.860 I don't need anything like that.

00:23:52.340 Are you going to do something about it?

00:23:54.420 Are you going to actually fire these people?

00:23:58.280 Okay.

00:23:58.700 It's not going to be difficult to determine which of the, you know, once Republicans are

00:24:04.200 in charge of the government, it's not gonna be difficult to determine which IRS agents

00:24:08.860 are part of the 87,000 crop.

00:24:11.060 Are you just going to, boom, you're all gone.

00:24:14.660 You're all fired.

00:24:18.160 And further than that, which Republican is actually going to start calling for the abolition

00:24:23.360 of the IRS completely?

00:24:25.680 I mean, first of all, you want to talk about a popular position to take.

00:24:29.240 You cannot get more popular than that to abolish the IRS.

00:24:34.500 And it only sounds like pie in the sky, unthinkable, because we take for granted that the IRS

00:24:40.820 exists and that we live in a country where there's an income tax and there's a withholding

00:24:44.600 system.

00:24:45.260 And, you know, the government, they take our paychecks and they take the bit that they

00:24:48.900 want of our paychecks and they give us the remainder.

00:24:52.080 So like they get their hands on our paycheck before we even do.

00:24:54.680 So we take all that for granted.

00:24:57.280 But it was not always this way.

00:24:59.360 So this is a relatively new arrangement.

00:25:00.880 And there are other ways of going about it.

00:25:04.900 It's not as though if you don't have an IRS and you don't have an income tax, then the

00:25:08.920 government has no way of taxing people.

00:25:11.980 That obviously is not the case.

00:25:13.380 You can go to a consumption-based tax system, which wouldn't necessarily require a centralized

00:25:18.640 behemoth tax collecting agency.

00:25:23.280 When are we going to hear Republicans start talking about that is the question.

00:25:25.700 Speaking of amendments to bills, I wanted to play this for you, too.

00:25:29.180 Marco Rubio tried to add his own amendment to a bill a few days ago, and it led to this

00:25:34.260 rather fascinating exchange.

00:25:36.000 Watch this.

00:25:37.600 The senator from Florida, Mr. Rubio, moves to commit the bill, H.R. 5376, to the Committee

00:25:43.840 on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate with instructions to report the

00:25:49.620 same back to the Senate in three days, not counting any day in which the Senate is not in

00:25:55.480 session, with changes that, one, are within the jurisdiction of such committee, and, two,

00:26:01.020 would contain a definition for the term pregnancy that limits maternal and infant-related program

00:26:07.140 resources to biological females. 1.00

00:26:10.740 Senator from Florida is recognized.

00:26:12.880 Mr. President, the only people who are capable of being pregnant are biological females, and 0.99

00:26:19.740 therefore, I think federal pregnancy programs should be limited to biological females, and

00:26:25.620 that's what this would do.

00:26:28.020 Well, thank you, Mr. President.

00:26:30.820 A few minutes ago, I look back.

00:26:32.960 Across 5,500 years of human history, so far, every single pregnancy has been a biological 0.97

00:26:38.600 female.

00:26:39.740 And so, therefore, the only thing I'm trying to do is make sure that federal law is clear,

00:26:43.020 that since every pregnancy that's ever existed has been a biological female, that our federal

00:26:48.500 laws reflect that, and our pregnancy programs are available to the only people who are capable 0.98

00:26:53.080 of getting pregnant.

00:26:54.540 Biological females, very simple. 1.00

00:26:55.940 I would accept a unanimous consent if they want to offer it, and we can move on and not

00:26:59.080 waste any time.

00:27:01.860 Senator Murray has 10 seconds left.

00:27:04.420 When we are facing the challenges we do in this country, when we're facing challenges

00:27:08.400 in this country and helping our constituents to lower costs, it is outrageous that Republicans

00:27:14.200 are trying to define pregnancy, of all things, on this floor, on this day, after hours of

00:27:19.520 voting on amendments.

00:27:20.400 I urge a no vote.

00:27:23.040 Outrageous.

00:27:23.540 I mean, this is outrageous.

00:27:25.680 She says we can't define pregnancy, she says.

00:27:29.760 Now, I think that I appreciate the effort by Marco Rubio, and any time the Republicans

00:27:40.980 take advantage of an opportunity to highlight the fact that Democrats are a bunch of anti-science 0.99

00:27:48.300 pagans, they're a bunch of lunatics, a gaggle of lunatics who believe that men can get pregnant 1.00

00:27:55.100 and women have penises, I mean, absolutely, take advantage of every conceivable opportunity 1.00

00:27:59.960 to point that out. 0.99

00:28:02.240 That's another hint going into 2022, 2024, as I've been saying forever, and some Republicans

00:28:10.200 are finally starting to clue into this, though not enough.

00:28:12.660 This is a winning issue.

00:28:14.800 It's even a bigger winning issue than abolishing the IRS, although that would also be a winning

00:28:18.680 issue.

00:28:19.140 But speaking out against this insanity is a winning issue.

00:28:22.980 And you're putting Democrats in a position that they absolutely don't want to be in,

00:28:27.340 because what you have to remember is that very few of these people, though they are beholden

00:28:32.720 to the radical left, though they've adopted this posture because they think they have to,

00:28:37.340 very few of them actually believe any of the trans ideology stuff.

00:28:43.180 Very few of them actually believe it.

00:28:45.520 They have to pretend that they do.

00:28:48.040 And they really wish they didn't have to pretend it.

00:28:49.900 They don't like that they have to pretend that they agree with it.

00:28:52.980 Like, they don't enjoy, here's the thing, you think they enjoy being held hostage by

00:28:58.040 the trans militants?

00:28:59.300 No, they don't like it.

00:29:00.680 That's the position they put themselves in.

00:29:03.620 And so any time we can make them even more uncomfortable in that position, then we should

00:29:09.340 do that.

00:29:11.100 So that part I like.

00:29:13.660 And that's why I appreciate the effort.

00:29:14.980 However, I don't think it's semantics to point out that you kind of, you ruin the whole thing

00:29:22.540 when you use the term biological female instead of just saying woman.

00:29:30.740 So it should have been an amendment.

00:29:32.260 And obviously, it wouldn't have passed this way either.

00:29:34.620 It'd be even less likely to pass.

00:29:35.700 But then at least you're making the point that you want to make.

00:29:39.660 You know, if the amendment was to stipulate that maternity services are only given to

00:29:46.740 women because only women can get pregnant, then you've made the point that you want to 1.00

00:29:52.640 make.

00:29:53.760 And then you've put the Democrats in the position of having to get up there and say,

00:29:56.760 well, no, men can get pregnant too. 1.00

00:29:58.340 When you say biological female, you give them a lot of outs, first of all. 0.98

00:30:05.460 Then you give them the opportunity to say, well, there's a difference between sex and

00:30:10.420 gender and these things, and it's so complex, and you can't possibly understand.

00:30:14.000 So you give them that out when you use the term biological female instead of just saying

00:30:17.740 woman.

00:30:19.680 But also, and this is something I have to constantly remind myself as well, because it just becomes

00:30:26.600 a habit to use terms like this.

00:30:28.980 But when you say biological female, you know, it's a qualification that isn't necessary,

00:30:34.680 and it makes it sound like there are other kinds of females. 1.00

00:30:39.540 Well, this is a biological female. 1.00

00:30:41.220 It's the same mistake that a lot of conservatives made and still make when they say traditional

00:30:46.640 marriage as opposed to other types of marriages.

00:30:49.620 Well, no, because the argument that you're trying to make is that marriage is a certain thing.

00:30:53.060 It's defined a certain way, and there aren't any other types of it.

00:30:55.800 This is just what marriage is.

00:30:57.800 This is not the traditional form.

00:30:59.440 This is not the biblical form.

00:31:01.000 This is just marriage.

00:31:03.540 And so it's the same thing here.

00:31:06.140 You know, if you're saying female, biological is not necessary.

00:31:11.800 It's like saying a geometric circle.

00:31:18.660 Well, yeah, I mean, right, it is a geometric circle, fine, but if we're talking about geometry,

00:31:24.440 we're talking about shape, so we don't really need the geometric part.

00:31:27.600 It becomes confusing.

00:31:28.500 It makes it sound like, okay, a geometric circle as opposed to one other kind of circle

00:31:31.680 we're talking about.

00:31:34.120 So, same thing here.

00:31:36.260 And that's, and it does, again, it might sound like semantics, but it's really not.

00:31:41.360 You have to keep this in mind.

00:31:42.840 You have to think carefully about the language that you're using.

00:31:49.000 And unfortunately, these days, our language is full of booby traps.

00:31:55.480 Because so many of the words and terms that we use that have been given to us by the culture,

00:32:00.240 they've been given to us by the left.

00:32:02.160 And simply by using those terms, you're already surrendering the point that you're trying to refute.

00:32:10.460 All right, I want to read this.

00:32:11.980 This is from the New York Times.

00:32:13.040 And I haven't really said much, if anything at all, about this story.

00:32:16.200 And one of the reasons is that, frankly, I just don't care all that much.

00:32:19.680 But all the same, here's the latest.

00:32:25.120 From the New York Times, it says,

00:32:26.100 Immediately after a Moscow judge handed down Brittany Griner's nine-year prison sentence Thursday,

00:32:31.140 calls grew louder for President Joe Biden to find a way to bring her home.

00:32:34.960 The Reverend Al Sharpton said in a statement,

00:32:36.580 We call on President Biden and the United States government to redouble their efforts to do whatever is necessary and possible.

00:32:42.220 U.S. officials and analysts had been resigned to a guilty verdict for Griner,

00:32:45.940 a basketball star who plays for a Russian team during the WNBA offseason.

00:32:48.760 But the cold reality of her sentence on a drug charge was a shock and renewed calls for Biden to secure her release,

00:32:54.080 even as critics fumed that offering to swap prisoners with Moscow rewards Russia and its hostage-taking practices.

00:33:02.200 The result is a painful quandary for the Biden administration as it tries to maintain a hard line against President Vladimir Putin,

00:33:09.180 and so on and so forth.

00:33:10.580 Now, a lot of people have said that this is unprecedented for an American citizen to get this kind of sentence

00:33:19.360 for having drugs or drug paraphernalia in Russia.

00:33:23.000 You know, this is unheard of, and, you know, Putin is doing this to make a political point,

00:33:29.080 or he's doing this because he wants a hostage for a prisoner swap.

00:33:33.060 And both those things might be true, by the way.

00:33:35.000 I mean, it's clearly part of what he has in mind.

00:33:37.400 But even so, it's actually not unprecedented at all.

00:33:41.340 Have you heard the name Mark Fogel?

00:33:44.180 And I ask you that because I hadn't heard that name until just a couple days ago

00:33:48.060 when I happened to read an article about this.

00:33:51.080 Mark Fogel is an American citizen currently in a Russian prison right now on drug charge.

00:33:57.040 14 years in prison.

00:33:58.580 And this is a recent thing, too.

00:34:00.140 This is not from years ago.

00:34:01.960 So this BBC article says,

00:34:03.420 A Russian court has sentenced a former U.S. diplomat to 14 years in prison for large-scale cannabis smuggling.

00:34:11.060 Mark Fogel had previously worked at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow,

00:34:14.160 but was employed as an English teacher in the city at the time of his arrest.

00:34:17.580 Fogel was sentenced in the same jurisdiction that is hearing a marijuana-related case

00:34:20.760 against U.S. basketball star Brittany Griner.

00:34:23.700 Cannabis is legal in many parts of the U.S., but remains illegal in Russia.

00:34:27.700 Quote,

00:34:28.140 So how many, how much drugs did he actually have?

00:34:45.240 Well, Fogel says that Fogel was in his 60s, had around 17 grams or about half an ounce,

00:34:50.920 0.6 ounces of cannabis in his luggage when he was caught on the 15th of August, 2021.

00:34:56.240 And then it was just early in the summer, actually, when he was found guilty

00:35:04.320 and sentenced to 14 years in prison for this.

00:35:07.980 And for whatever reason, you know, we hear all the hand-wringing,

00:35:11.780 and people are in tears over Brittany Griner, the basketball player,

00:35:15.200 but we don't hear much about Mark Fogel,

00:35:17.440 or any of the other American citizens, for that matter,

00:35:20.220 who are in prisons, not just in Russia, but across the world

00:35:24.420 for breaking the law or allegedly breaking the law

00:35:29.960 in the countries where they were visiting or spending some time in.

00:35:34.600 And that's the thing here.

00:35:35.720 You know, this is,

00:35:37.460 well, we have to keep in mind that this is the law in Russia,

00:35:40.940 and it has been since forever,

00:35:42.900 and they've been doing this since forever.

00:35:47.180 Where if you come into the country and you've got drugs

00:35:49.900 and you're breaking their laws,

00:35:50.900 they're going to throw the book at you.

00:35:52.100 This is what they do.

00:35:54.720 Because they take drugs very seriously in that country.

00:35:58.480 Now, you don't have to like it,

00:36:00.220 but what I can't,

00:36:01.400 this is one of the reasons I haven't said much about this story,

00:36:03.280 because when I first heard about it,

00:36:04.500 I said, well,

00:36:06.300 I mean, that's unfortunate to do nine years in prison in Russia.

00:36:09.300 I wouldn't want to do that.

00:36:10.320 But then again, I wouldn't be bringing any kind of drug paraphernalia

00:36:15.120 or anything into Russia, 0.63

00:36:16.580 because I'm not an idiot. 0.99

00:36:19.500 And this is Russia we're talking about. 0.99

00:36:22.480 This is not Los Angeles.

00:36:26.420 And so you must, at some level, know what you're doing,

00:36:29.060 and yet you do it anyway,

00:36:30.160 because I guess you think, well, you know,

00:36:32.820 I'm Brittany Griner.

00:36:33.740 I'm a WNBA star,

00:36:35.500 if such a term even makes sense.

00:36:38.000 They're not going to do anything to me.

00:36:39.080 And then you learn that, well,

00:36:41.200 actually, they don't care about that over in Russia.

00:36:46.540 And as far as their drug laws,

00:36:48.180 and I know that we have heard a lot about how unjust

00:36:52.140 and everything the drug laws are in Russia.

00:36:54.840 Well, I should note that

00:36:56.180 this might be part of the reason

00:36:58.180 why their overdose fatality rate

00:37:00.480 is a fraction of what ours is.

00:37:02.900 We have one of the highest overdose rates in the world.

00:37:05.240 I mean, we lead the world.

00:37:07.940 That's one of the categories,

00:37:09.040 one of the unfortunate categories

00:37:11.240 where we are, you know,

00:37:13.200 setting, setting,

00:37:14.000 we're setting the benchmark

00:37:15.160 in overdose deaths.

00:37:17.940 Well, not in Russia.

00:37:19.100 I mean, theirs is infinitesimal

00:37:20.540 in comparison to ours.

00:37:21.560 It's a fraction of ours.

00:37:23.720 And yeah, we have double the population

00:37:25.880 that they have,

00:37:26.700 but even taking into account,

00:37:28.340 even if we looked at it per capita,

00:37:29.640 still, the overdose rate for them

00:37:32.000 is quite a bit lower.

00:37:35.540 And part of the reason for that, again,

00:37:38.140 is that they just are not gonna

00:37:40.080 mess around with this stuff.

00:37:42.500 If you get found with it,

00:37:44.600 you're done, and that's it.

00:37:49.760 Now, we're supposed to take a lesson from this,

00:37:53.100 and this, in fact,

00:37:53.580 some people on the left have been saying that,

00:37:55.520 well, they've kind of started to make

00:37:57.860 what sounds like almost the same point

00:37:59.280 and saying that,

00:38:00.000 well, why are we talking about Brittany Griner

00:38:01.440 when, in fact, there are,

00:38:03.940 well, what about people in the United States

00:38:05.720 who are in jail on drug charges?

00:38:08.960 So we need to take Russia as an example

00:38:10.860 and do more of the opposite

00:38:12.220 by making our drug laws even more relaxed.

00:38:17.740 But I kind of take,

00:38:19.240 I have a very different takeaway.

00:38:21.980 I take the opposite lesson away from this,

00:38:25.820 which is just that

00:38:26.740 if you actually have,

00:38:27.900 I mean, it's one thing to say zero tolerance,

00:38:29.900 but if you actually have

00:38:32.060 a zero tolerance attitude towards drugs

00:38:36.100 and you're waging a real war on drugs,

00:38:39.380 not just saying it,

00:38:40.200 but an actual one,

00:38:41.720 then you are gonna see

00:38:44.460 some of these problems mitigated

00:38:46.080 to a certain extent.

00:38:50.160 I mean, if you punish an activity

00:38:52.160 and you punish it severely and consistently,

00:38:54.200 you will get less of that activity.

00:38:56.640 That's just a fact of human nature.

00:39:00.660 All right.

00:39:01.520 Let's see what else we got here.

00:39:04.200 A woman,

00:39:05.240 a woman at an LGBT pride event in Pennsylvania

00:39:07.760 cheered on a young boy

00:39:09.360 working a stripper pole,

00:39:11.360 a video posted by libs of TikTok shows.

00:39:14.580 Photos confirm the 30th annual

00:39:16.180 Central Pennsylvania Pride celebration

00:39:18.200 held in Harrisburg on July 30th

00:39:20.480 featured drag queens and a stripper pole. 1.00

00:39:22.600 The event where the shocking video

00:39:24.600 was sourced was taxpayer subsidized.

00:39:27.660 I think we have the video of that.

00:39:29.040 Let's play the video here.

00:39:34.600 All right!

00:39:37.560 Go! 0.95

00:39:41.100 Yes, sir!

00:39:42.200 Now, this video was posted.

00:39:47.580 I think the most important thing

00:39:49.000 to keep in mind here

00:39:49.900 and to take from that

00:39:51.620 is that the video was posted

00:39:52.880 by not a concerned citizen

00:39:55.560 who happened to be walking by

00:39:57.680 and saw this happening,

00:39:59.340 but it was posted by the boy's mother.

00:40:02.140 And she said she was very happy about this

00:40:04.480 and put it up on TikTok.

00:40:05.320 I think it's been taken down since then.

00:40:07.640 That shows, by the way,

00:40:08.500 the bubble these freaks live in,

00:40:10.720 that she posted this video

00:40:12.060 and didn't expect any backlash at all.

00:40:17.160 I mean, she's got her young son

00:40:19.260 on a stripper pole 0.96

00:40:20.360 being taught how to strip 0.79

00:40:22.380 by a almost entirely naked man 0.96

00:40:25.120 at a gay pride rally. 0.56

00:40:26.100 And she thought that she would get

00:40:27.640 nothing but high fives

00:40:28.980 and smiley emojis in response.

00:40:30.660 And she got some backlash

00:40:31.600 and then she deleted it.

00:40:32.460 So she posted it and she said,

00:40:35.860 Central PA Pride had a poll set up

00:40:37.860 with an amazing instructor to assist.

00:40:39.580 My kiddo is a natural.

00:40:45.040 You know, we hear about the groomers

00:40:46.940 in the public school system.

00:40:48.220 We hear about groomers

00:40:49.240 in the media and academia

00:40:51.360 and Hollywood

00:40:52.420 and all these other institutions.

00:40:53.920 And it is true 0.89

00:40:56.080 that all these institutions

00:40:56.880 do have a grooming problem,

00:40:58.180 no question about it.

00:41:01.080 But the really dark reality

00:41:02.680 is that there's also

00:41:03.920 a grooming problem

00:41:04.700 in the institution

00:41:05.760 of the family.

00:41:07.440 In many of these families,

00:41:09.260 that's where the grooming starts.

00:41:11.700 And it's really unthinkable

00:41:13.060 to those of us

00:41:13.680 who are normal, decent people.

00:41:15.580 It's like just unthinkable

00:41:17.120 that a parent would engage

00:41:21.680 in this kind of activity.

00:41:22.820 A parent would groom 1.00

00:41:24.260 their own child in this way,

00:41:25.220 but that's what a lot

00:41:25.740 of these parents do.

00:41:28.900 Which is all the more reason

00:41:30.160 why the good guys

00:41:32.400 have to step up

00:41:34.220 and speak up

00:41:35.040 for these kids

00:41:36.700 because they have no one.

00:41:37.800 I mean, what chance

00:41:39.260 or hope does this kid have?

00:41:42.840 That this is the environment he's in,

00:41:44.320 this is what his mom

00:41:45.200 is subjecting him to.

00:41:47.120 I mean, someone

00:41:49.080 should have showed up

00:41:50.020 and I get if you're

00:41:51.700 a normal person,

00:41:52.360 you don't even want to walk

00:41:53.100 through an event like this,

00:41:54.240 but were there no

00:41:56.080 just bystanders

00:41:58.980 who happened to be walking by

00:42:00.680 and would have seen this

00:42:01.540 and could have just 0.77

00:42:02.100 went over to that stripper pole 0.60

00:42:04.000 and knocked it over

00:42:04.880 and said,

00:42:05.420 you're not doing this here.

00:42:07.260 This is not going to happen.

00:42:09.300 I'm not going to allow you

00:42:10.560 to do this.

00:42:11.200 You're not putting kids

00:42:11.960 on a stripper pole, 0.97

00:42:12.920 you freaks. 0.95

00:42:16.100 That's what we need.

00:42:17.660 Someone to step up.

00:42:19.220 Lots of us to step up,

00:42:20.740 actually.

00:42:22.020 Let's get now

00:42:22.700 to the comment section.

00:42:24.460 Do you know their name?

00:42:27.780 They're the sweet baby gang.

00:42:32.080 You know,

00:42:32.620 according to Feeding America,

00:42:33.960 one in six children

00:42:34.860 experience food insecurity.

00:42:36.460 Food is obviously important

00:42:37.920 to busy students

00:42:38.700 studying, playing,

00:42:39.620 and practicing all day

00:42:40.520 before heading home.

00:42:41.260 With rising inflation,

00:42:42.800 food security could get

00:42:43.760 even worse

00:42:44.680 over the coming weeks

00:42:45.780 and months.

00:42:46.320 Our friends at Good Ranchers

00:42:47.100 won't stand idly by

00:42:48.880 while America's children

00:42:49.880 go hungry,

00:42:50.740 but they need our help.

00:42:51.740 That's why they're on a mission

00:42:52.840 to donate 100,000

00:42:54.980 this month

00:43:11.320 at goodranchers.com

00:43:12.580 slash Walsh.

00:43:14.320 All right,

00:43:15.000 lots of comments

00:43:15.620 and you might notice

00:43:16.760 a theme in these comments.

00:43:18.960 I don't know,

00:43:19.260 it's a little bit subtle,

00:43:20.220 but first comment is,

00:43:21.740 you cannot just make a man

00:43:23.200 a giant walrus

00:43:24.140 and not give it to him. 0.81

00:43:25.140 This is disgusting.

00:43:26.180 Hashtag, 0.95

00:43:26.820 give Matt his walrus.

00:43:28.420 Katie says,

00:43:29.240 everyone at the Daily Wire

00:43:29.980 needs to be arrested

00:43:31.080 for causing Matt Walsh anxiety

00:43:33.200 due to his lack

00:43:34.080 of giant walruses.

00:43:35.820 Crystal says,

00:43:36.380 why can't I have my walrus?

00:43:38.420 Matt is asking

00:43:39.020 the real questions in life.

00:43:40.900 Ross Carpenter says,

00:43:42.180 knowing Matt's wife

00:43:42.920 had never heard of Reddit

00:43:43.920 is the best thing

00:43:44.560 I've heard all week.

00:43:45.220 Also, Matt,

00:43:45.720 if you can't get your walrus,

00:43:47.220 then I cannot support you

00:43:48.160 as a theocratic dictator.

00:43:49.580 Get it done.

00:43:51.240 Jay San Pizza Man says,

00:43:52.720 if Matt doesn't show up

00:43:53.520 on camera tomorrow

00:43:54.420 with a giant plush walrus,

00:43:56.500 the entire DW staff

00:43:57.780 is canceled.

00:43:58.400 Hashtag,

00:43:58.800 give Matt his walrus.

00:44:00.720 The Magic Wish says,

00:44:02.160 I couldn't stop laughing

00:44:02.860 when Matt said,

00:44:03.400 yeah,

00:44:03.540 I want my walrus.

00:44:04.440 Give the man

00:44:04.900 his dang walrus.

00:44:07.040 Dustin says,

00:44:07.640 Matt,

00:44:07.840 there's literally

00:44:08.340 nothing more important

00:44:09.080 in the world

00:44:10.060 than getting your walrus.

00:44:11.740 The Sweet Baby Gang

00:44:12.360 shall not rest

00:44:13.320 until DW fulfills

00:44:14.780 its responsibility

00:44:15.840 to our sweet daddy.

00:44:19.660 Marcello says,

00:44:20.380 1,000 episodes,

00:44:21.120 second set of twins.

00:44:21.940 What is a woman? 1.00

00:44:22.480 Johnny the walrus

00:44:22.900 with 1 million subscribers.

00:44:24.340 I mean,

00:44:24.640 what's left?

00:44:25.420 Just give Sweet Daddy Walsh 1.00

00:44:26.500 the person of the year award

00:44:27.520 right now.

00:44:28.160 Thanks for all you do.

00:44:28.860 Well,

00:44:29.640 what's left,

00:44:31.020 Marcello,

00:44:31.400 is my walrus,

00:44:32.980 which I still

00:44:34.560 have not been given.

00:44:35.780 As you can see,

00:44:36.380 you can look around

00:44:36.900 in this beautiful studio

00:44:37.840 and there's lots of space

00:44:39.180 in this studio.

00:44:39.940 It is quite spacious.

00:44:41.680 Okay,

00:44:41.860 this is not my car anymore

00:44:43.120 and it's not the closet

00:44:44.060 they had me in before.

00:44:45.700 There's plenty of places

00:44:47.340 where a walrus would fit

00:44:48.480 and yet,

00:44:49.120 if you could see for yourself,

00:44:50.720 no walrus is here.

00:44:52.100 I do appreciate

00:44:53.080 how the Sweet Baby Gang

00:44:53.920 has mobilized

00:44:54.600 around this issue

00:44:55.420 and spoken out

00:44:57.980 so passionately about that.

00:44:59.160 It is very meaningful to me

00:45:00.580 and I assure you that

00:45:02.000 but I'm going to need you

00:45:03.680 to continue

00:45:04.360 to cry out

00:45:06.180 in one shared voice,

00:45:08.740 give Matt his walrus.

00:45:10.920 The giant stuffed walrus

00:45:12.380 was made for me.

00:45:13.520 It belongs to me

00:45:14.620 by all rights

00:45:15.440 and I will have my vengeance

00:45:17.700 in this life

00:45:18.960 or the next.

00:45:20.560 I will have my walrus

00:45:21.740 in this life

00:45:22.320 or the next,

00:45:22.740 preferably in this life though.

00:45:24.760 I will say,

00:45:25.540 I did make a mistake,

00:45:26.520 I have to admit.

00:45:27.120 I made the mistake

00:45:28.000 and I can't believe

00:45:28.520 this is like a rookie mistake.

00:45:29.500 I can't believe I did this

00:45:30.460 but really it was just,

00:45:31.780 I was so excited

00:45:32.720 about the walrus

00:45:33.400 and the knowledge

00:45:34.880 that eventually

00:45:35.360 I will be given it

00:45:36.180 and so I wanted to show my wife.

00:45:37.960 I showed my wife a picture

00:45:39.020 of the giant walrus

00:45:40.920 and said,

00:45:41.320 I'm bringing this home soon.

00:45:43.140 Okay,

00:45:43.800 once I find it,

00:45:44.500 I'm bringing this home

00:45:45.220 and she looked at it

00:45:46.820 and she said that

00:45:48.280 if I bring that thing home,

00:45:49.860 I could no longer

00:45:50.660 ever complain

00:45:51.380 about all the pillows

00:45:52.100 she buys

00:45:52.620 and I said,

00:45:54.820 this isn't a pillow,

00:45:55.800 it's a walrus,

00:45:56.660 thank you

00:45:57.060 and she said that

00:45:58.280 the walrus will take up

00:45:59.120 a lot more room

00:45:59.780 than the pillows though

00:46:00.620 and I said,

00:46:01.540 well that's an incredibly

00:46:02.280 reductive,

00:46:03.120 like degrading way

00:46:03.960 to look at the giant

00:46:04.720 stuffed walrus,

00:46:05.400 taking up room?

00:46:06.540 there are many spaces

00:46:08.800 in our home,

00:46:09.600 many nooks and crannies

00:46:10.760 that are not really

00:46:11.780 being used for anything.

00:46:13.160 Why shouldn't there be

00:46:14.100 a walrus in those spaces?

00:46:15.520 So the better question

00:46:16.600 is not,

00:46:17.500 like the burden of proof

00:46:18.600 isn't on me,

00:46:19.180 okay?

00:46:19.800 The better question is,

00:46:21.100 don't ask me,

00:46:21.820 well why do we need

00:46:22.380 this walrus?

00:46:23.200 No,

00:46:23.520 I think the question is,

00:46:24.480 why don't we have one already?

00:46:26.760 Okay,

00:46:27.220 we've been married

00:46:28.140 for almost 11 years

00:46:29.260 and through 11 years,

00:46:30.960 not once

00:46:32.100 have I brought

00:46:34.260 a giant stuffed walrus home

00:46:35.540 and I bring one home

00:46:37.240 in 11 years

00:46:38.400 and it's a problem?

00:46:41.020 Makes no sense.

00:46:43.100 Anyway,

00:46:43.720 doesn't matter.

00:46:44.360 I want my walrus

00:46:45.040 and I want it now

00:46:45.740 and I will have it.

00:46:47.260 Today is a Tuesday

00:46:48.240 like no other

00:46:49.060 because this is

00:46:49.900 the 1,000th episode

00:46:51.460 of the Matt Wall Show.

00:46:52.380 You know what they say,

00:46:53.300 if you make woke leftists

00:46:54.680 the object of your 0.72

00:46:55.740 contemptuous ridicule,

00:46:57.180 then you'll never work

00:46:58.120 a day in your life.

00:46:58.960 I think that's a saying

00:46:59.620 somewhere.

00:47:00.300 That's true of the show

00:47:01.080 and that's certainly true

00:47:01.940 when it comes to

00:47:02.580 my documentary,

00:47:03.680 What is a Woman? 1.00

00:47:04.460 It has more than

00:47:05.120 5,000 audience ratings

00:47:06.460 on Rotten Tomatoes

00:47:07.180 and even five reviews

00:47:08.140 from critics

00:47:08.660 who are brave enough

00:47:09.720 to touch it.

00:47:10.800 This month,

00:47:11.500 the month rather

00:47:12.560 that we released

00:47:13.120 What is a Woman, 1.00

00:47:13.620 the Daily Wire,

00:47:14.160 gained more members

00:47:15.040 than at any other time

00:47:16.420 in our history.

00:47:17.440 Just goes to show

00:47:18.160 that if you make

00:47:18.780 something worth watching,

00:47:20.080 unlike most Hollywood movies

00:47:21.320 and drag queen story

00:47:22.180 hours,

00:47:22.480 everything else,

00:47:23.220 people will watch

00:47:24.000 in droves.

00:47:24.720 If you haven't seen it yet,

00:47:25.680 go to whatisawoman.com

00:47:26.960 to watch right now.

00:47:28.060 That's whatisawoman.com.

00:47:30.340 Now let's get to

00:47:31.060 our daily cancellation.

00:47:31.920 Well, I wanted to leave

00:47:38.040 a little extra time

00:47:39.040 for this today.

00:47:40.720 Important issue,

00:47:42.140 slightly more important

00:47:42.920 than the walrus,

00:47:43.860 if anything could be.

00:47:45.380 Back in May,

00:47:46.500 a trans activist

00:47:47.740 and influencer

00:47:48.500 by the name of

00:47:49.220 Eli Ehrlich

00:47:50.020 announced a felony

00:47:51.900 conspiracy on Instagram.

00:47:54.220 Ehrlich excitedly told

00:47:55.400 40,000 plus followers

00:47:56.740 about a brilliant plan

00:47:57.800 to circumvent state laws

00:47:59.640 banning doctors

00:48:00.480 for prescribing hormones

00:48:01.400 to gender-confused minors.

00:48:03.080 Ehrlich's genius scheme,

00:48:04.600 which was laid out

00:48:05.280 in strenuous detail

00:48:06.360 and remained published

00:48:07.260 on Instagram

00:48:08.160 for nearly three months

00:48:09.400 before libs of TikTok

00:48:10.700 finally noticed it

00:48:11.620 and reposted it to Twitter,

00:48:13.200 the scheme was to gather

00:48:14.360 leftover prescription

00:48:15.640 hormone pills

00:48:16.400 and mail them

00:48:17.460 to anyone who wants them.

00:48:20.200 No questions asked,

00:48:21.800 we're told.

00:48:22.880 Here was the actual post.

00:48:24.400 It said,

00:48:24.620 there are over 20 states

00:48:26.480 trying to criminalize

00:48:27.440 hormone therapy,

00:48:28.220 particularly for trans youth.

00:48:29.940 So my friends and I

00:48:31.360 had an idea.

00:48:32.780 Sending out our extra prescriptions

00:48:34.600 around the country.

00:48:36.200 If you need hormones,

00:48:37.260 I'm working with

00:48:37.780 a distribution network

00:48:38.740 to get you access.

00:48:40.240 Everything is free,

00:48:41.420 no questions asked.

00:48:43.260 We have hundreds of doses

00:48:44.540 of testosterone,

00:48:46.500 estradiol,

00:48:48.120 and

00:48:48.480 speranolactone,

00:48:51.160 I think is,

00:48:51.680 whatever it is.

00:48:52.640 All that is available

00:48:53.600 right now.

00:48:54.260 All are prescribed

00:48:54.940 by doctors and unused.

00:48:56.700 Each package comes

00:48:57.560 with information on dosage,

00:48:58.880 obtaining blood work,

00:48:59.800 etc.

00:49:00.400 I realize this is

00:49:01.680 a band-aid solution.

00:49:03.040 We need full access

00:49:03.880 to affirmative medical care

00:49:05.440 for professionals immediately.

00:49:07.380 However,

00:49:08.040 missing a single dose

00:49:09.200 of hormones

00:49:09.620 can be devastating,

00:49:10.600 especially for trans teens

00:49:11.800 and those new to hormones.

00:49:13.240 These laws are outrageous

00:49:14.300 and I can't wait

00:49:15.080 for them to be overturned.

00:49:16.040 In the meantime,

00:49:17.220 DM me if you need HRT

00:49:18.980 or if you have

00:49:19.680 over-prescribed hormones

00:49:21.360 that you'd like to send out.

00:49:24.320 Now,

00:49:24.820 in a response

00:49:25.360 to a question

00:49:25.920 posed by a follower,

00:49:27.380 Ehrlich confirmed

00:49:28.180 that this black market

00:49:29.880 drug network

00:49:30.680 can realistically ship

00:49:32.460 to anywhere

00:49:33.180 in North America,

00:49:34.480 which means that

00:49:35.280 the drug smuggling

00:49:35.900 operation is international.

00:49:38.260 This is not a new thing either.

00:49:39.860 In September,

00:49:40.820 Ehrlich made something

00:49:41.520 of an anniversary post

00:49:42.520 on Instagram

00:49:43.000 celebrating 11 years

00:49:44.280 on hormones

00:49:44.800 in commemoration

00:49:45.900 of the big event

00:49:46.580 and as a wise old

00:49:47.740 trans sage

00:49:49.040 dispensing morsels

00:49:50.400 of wisdom,

00:49:51.480 Ehrlich shared 11 mantras

00:49:53.100 for hormone use

00:49:54.440 and mantra six was

00:49:56.040 redistribute your extra hormones

00:49:58.600 to people who can't access

00:50:00.080 slash afford them. 0.63

00:50:01.840 This mantra,

00:50:02.720 by the way,

00:50:02.900 was explained

00:50:03.420 in a YouTube video

00:50:04.300 posted a few months earlier

00:50:05.340 where Ehrlich offers

00:50:06.600 what looks and sounds like

00:50:07.920 a confession

00:50:08.580 that you'd hear

00:50:09.160 during the plea bargain

00:50:10.360 phase at trial.

00:50:11.960 Let's listen.

00:50:12.880 Every month

00:50:14.980 for the past several years,

00:50:16.320 I've ordered a double dose

00:50:17.440 of hormones

00:50:18.020 and testosterone blockers.

00:50:19.960 I save all the extra pills

00:50:22.120 for my best friends,

00:50:23.240 my closest lovers

00:50:24.160 and my worst enemies.

00:50:26.240 I just hope

00:50:27.260 these little pills

00:50:28.160 can bring some joy

00:50:29.100 into their lives.

00:50:30.060 I have the opportunity

00:50:30.820 to give life-saving medication

00:50:33.000 to people who need it

00:50:34.360 and it basically

00:50:35.120 costs me nothing.

00:50:37.400 A few months ago,

00:50:38.720 I posted on Instagram

00:50:39.880 asking for testosterone 0.84

00:50:41.220 for a friend

00:50:41.960 who actually already

00:50:43.140 had a prescription.

00:50:44.620 His doctor was out of town

00:50:45.840 and he couldn't get a new one.

00:50:47.780 Within hours,

00:50:48.800 my story was taken down

00:50:50.140 and I received a warning

00:50:51.600 by the administrators.

00:50:53.040 Now, of course,

00:50:53.820 I know it's against

00:50:54.740 Instagram rules

00:50:55.560 to share substances

00:50:56.560 and I wasn't particularly

00:50:57.820 surprised that it was removed.

00:50:59.840 But I was still upset.

00:51:02.300 So yeah,

00:51:02.740 I know it's illegal,

00:51:03.820 duh.

00:51:04.760 So was changing

00:51:05.420 my social security

00:51:06.360 to female 0.86

00:51:06.920 without medical treatment.

00:51:08.380 So was crossing the street

00:51:09.580 outside my apartment

00:51:10.580 instead of using

00:51:11.580 the crosswalk.

00:51:13.040 Oh yeah.

00:51:14.120 I mean,

00:51:14.540 jaywalking is exactly 0.99

00:51:15.860 like trafficking

00:51:17.400 in prescription pills

00:51:18.800 illegally, right?

00:51:20.600 Now, in that video,

00:51:21.680 having apparently

00:51:22.260 only just developed

00:51:23.340 this fetish

00:51:24.080 for announcing

00:51:24.720 federal crimes

00:51:25.500 on the internet,

00:51:26.560 Ehrlich was a little

00:51:27.400 more cautious.

00:51:28.600 There's a disclaimer,

00:51:29.740 quote unquote,

00:51:30.500 early on claiming

00:51:31.560 that the whole thing

00:51:32.420 is merely hypothetical.

00:51:34.520 But after getting

00:51:35.280 a little taste

00:51:35.840 of self-incrimination

00:51:36.540 and having apparently

00:51:37.440 enjoyed it so much,

00:51:38.760 Ehrlich became far more

00:51:39.780 brash and bold

00:51:40.540 in subsequent pronouncements

00:51:41.800 leading up finally

00:51:42.700 to the Instagram announcement

00:51:43.720 in which the whole

00:51:44.760 drug distribution enterprise

00:51:45.960 is laid out in detail.

00:51:47.660 Yet,

00:51:49.060 as acknowledged

00:51:50.040 in the clip

00:51:50.440 that we just played,

00:51:51.960 all of this is illegal.

00:51:54.080 It is in fact

00:51:54.780 so illegal

00:51:55.780 that it would be

00:51:56.400 impossible for me

00:51:57.240 to count all the laws

00:51:58.400 that it breaks.

00:51:59.560 It is illegal

00:52:00.720 to share your

00:52:01.520 prescription medication

00:52:02.340 with anyone

00:52:03.360 who it was not

00:52:04.360 prescribed for.

00:52:05.660 It is illegal

00:52:06.640 to facilitate

00:52:07.240 the exchange

00:52:08.040 of other people's

00:52:09.300 prescription drugs.

00:52:10.280 It is illegal

00:52:11.020 to ship controlled

00:52:12.080 substances through the mail.

00:52:13.620 It is illegal

00:52:14.400 to distribute drugs

00:52:15.340 across state lines.

00:52:16.320 It is illegal

00:52:17.060 to send them

00:52:17.520 to other countries.

00:52:19.560 All of these drugs

00:52:20.640 are illegal

00:52:21.320 for anyone

00:52:22.040 who is not a doctor

00:52:23.060 or pharmacist

00:52:23.740 to distribute,

00:52:24.900 period.

00:52:26.200 And for good reason.

00:52:28.100 The substances

00:52:28.560 being shipped

00:52:29.060 across the country

00:52:29.680 by Ehrlich's

00:52:30.300 ragtag group

00:52:30.900 of drug peddlers 0.86

00:52:31.540 are dangerous,

00:52:32.940 potent,

00:52:33.780 laden with potentially

00:52:34.640 severe side effects,

00:52:35.360 and they make

00:52:36.300 irreversible changes

00:52:37.540 to your body.

00:52:39.640 In participating

00:52:40.220 in this scheme,

00:52:41.040 not just participating

00:52:41.880 but organizing it,

00:52:43.400 Ehrlich has violated

00:52:44.280 dozens of state laws,

00:52:45.980 federal laws,

00:52:46.560 and international laws.

00:52:48.620 Making the perp here

00:52:49.820 eligible for decades

00:52:52.340 in federal prison.

00:52:54.200 This has been done

00:52:55.360 and talked about openly

00:52:57.140 on every available platform,

00:52:59.120 yet up to this moment

00:52:59.940 there has been

00:53:00.380 not so much

00:53:00.860 as an Instagram

00:53:01.480 suspension in response,

00:53:03.560 much less a raid

00:53:04.840 by the DEA.

00:53:07.000 Why?

00:53:08.400 Well, because

00:53:09.280 Eli Ehrlich

00:53:09.940 is in a privileged class,

00:53:11.640 the most privileged class

00:53:12.760 that has ever existed

00:53:13.700 in the West.

00:53:15.260 That's why

00:53:15.840 the confessed drug trafficker

00:53:16.900 responded so brazenly

00:53:18.160 when I first started

00:53:18.800 tweeting about this issue

00:53:19.780 on Friday

00:53:20.180 after Libs of TikTok

00:53:21.260 reported on it.

00:53:23.780 And I started tweeting

00:53:24.860 about it

00:53:25.240 and talking about it

00:53:25.980 and from Ehrlich

00:53:27.520 there was never

00:53:28.140 any denial.

00:53:29.820 Still to this point,

00:53:30.960 no denial.

00:53:32.200 None.

00:53:32.420 Instead,

00:53:34.200 Ehrlich defended

00:53:35.060 the criminal activity

00:53:35.940 telling me that

00:53:36.880 these drugs are

00:53:37.580 life-saving medications.

00:53:40.460 Which is just

00:53:41.380 more confirmation

00:53:42.480 that you're doing

00:53:43.740 what it appears

00:53:44.600 that you're doing,

00:53:45.420 which is illegally

00:53:46.280 distributing the drugs.

00:53:48.420 When I remarked

00:53:49.200 that this response

00:53:50.080 may be the first time

00:53:51.040 in my life

00:53:51.520 that someone has tried

00:53:52.220 to dunk on me

00:53:53.000 by publicly confessing

00:53:54.100 to a federal crime,

00:53:55.420 Ehrlich replied,

00:53:56.400 it's an honor, Matt.

00:53:58.540 Ehrlich also thanked us

00:53:59.860 for advertising

00:54:00.760 quote-unquote

00:54:01.300 the trafficking operation

00:54:02.580 and fully embraced

00:54:03.840 the label drug smuggler.

00:54:05.820 Said it might go

00:54:06.680 in the bio.

00:54:09.080 Now it should be noted

00:54:09.740 for what it's worth

00:54:10.420 that Ehrlich was

00:54:11.580 slightly less excited

00:54:12.760 to embrace the label

00:54:13.740 accused sexual abuser,

00:54:15.540 threatening to sue me

00:54:16.380 for libel

00:54:16.980 when I reposted reports

00:54:19.400 from other outlets

00:54:20.420 noting that Ehrlich has,

00:54:22.240 along with being

00:54:22.780 a confessed drug smuggler,

00:54:24.220 has indeed been accused

00:54:25.380 of sexual assault

00:54:26.240 by multiple alleged victims.

00:54:27.740 And, you know,

00:54:29.800 that's a fact.

00:54:30.940 That's the news there.

00:54:32.100 That's the accusation

00:54:33.560 has been made.

00:54:34.980 I don't know if it's true or not,

00:54:35.960 but there was the accusations.

00:54:38.900 So I suppose we can add the law

00:54:40.500 to the list of things

00:54:41.400 this person does not

00:54:42.360 begin to understand,

00:54:44.260 thinking that I could be sued

00:54:45.300 for libel

00:54:45.880 for reposting a news report.

00:54:47.840 But no surprise

00:54:48.780 coming from someone

00:54:49.440 who casually captions

00:54:50.640 their selfies

00:54:51.340 with criminal conspiracy confessions.

00:54:54.240 But go ahead

00:54:54.680 and file your lawsuit, Eli.

00:54:55.980 I have, please do.

00:54:57.740 I have a feeling

00:54:58.460 that discovery

00:54:59.040 might be a very

00:55:00.040 interesting process.

00:55:02.360 Now, Eli,

00:55:04.220 I admit that

00:55:05.160 you have some justification

00:55:06.980 for being so brazen.

00:55:08.880 After all,

00:55:09.400 you've never been held accountable

00:55:10.520 for anything

00:55:11.300 in your entire life.

00:55:13.340 You are privileged

00:55:14.460 and spoiled 0.95

00:55:15.060 and literally

00:55:15.740 never in your life

00:55:17.200 have you been held

00:55:18.040 accountable for anything.

00:55:20.300 So why should that change now?

00:55:21.700 I mean,

00:55:21.800 why should justice

00:55:22.500 catch up with you now,

00:55:23.520 you ask?

00:55:23.900 Well,

00:55:26.780 part of the reason

00:55:27.840 why people like you

00:55:28.900 skate by

00:55:29.560 enjoying your own set

00:55:30.540 of rules

00:55:30.940 is that so often

00:55:32.880 people like

00:55:34.760 the rest of us

00:55:35.960 have grown to simply

00:55:37.420 accept this absurd

00:55:38.560 state of affairs.

00:55:39.460 There's no reason

00:55:40.220 why the system

00:55:40.740 would punish

00:55:41.260 someone like you 0.55

00:55:41.940 if nobody even

00:55:43.420 bothers to demand it

00:55:44.820 because we assume

00:55:45.400 it's not going to happen.

00:55:47.840 And maybe that assumption

00:55:49.000 would be correct.

00:55:49.460 Maybe nothing much

00:55:50.260 will happen

00:55:50.760 even if we do demand it.

00:55:51.820 Or maybe you would

00:55:53.460 actually be made

00:55:54.100 to face some sort

00:55:54.920 of consequence

00:55:55.400 for the first time

00:55:56.100 in your life.

00:55:56.580 Either way,

00:55:57.700 we're going to find out

00:55:59.240 because I am not

00:56:01.240 going to simply accept

00:56:02.380 that being trans

00:56:03.560 makes you above the law

00:56:05.000 even less am I going

00:56:06.080 to accept

00:56:06.740 the illegal distribution

00:56:08.320 of dangerous drugs

00:56:09.720 to minors.

00:56:11.940 I'm not going to let this go

00:56:13.240 or shrug my shoulder

00:56:14.060 and say,

00:56:14.500 well,

00:56:15.100 nothing we can do

00:56:15.760 and move on.

00:56:17.660 No.

00:56:18.480 No more of that.

00:56:20.340 I'm going to use

00:56:21.040 the resources

00:56:21.540 at my disposal

00:56:22.380 which are considerably

00:56:23.900 greater than the resources

00:56:25.060 at your disposal

00:56:25.860 to make sure

00:56:27.020 that justice is done here.

00:56:29.360 Why?

00:56:30.680 Well,

00:56:31.200 because you're distributing

00:56:32.780 dangerous drugs

00:56:33.800 to minors

00:56:34.540 across the country

00:56:35.380 and this is only

00:56:36.020 the tip of the iceberg.

00:56:37.280 Thanks to predators

00:56:37.960 like yourself,

00:56:39.200 kids have many avenues

00:56:40.720 for obtaining

00:56:41.640 these substances

00:56:42.720 without any doctor's approval,

00:56:44.440 much less parental consent.

00:56:46.560 This is what parents

00:56:47.460 have to worry about now,

00:56:48.560 that their children

00:56:49.380 will in secret

00:56:50.500 begin to medically transition

00:56:52.220 with the help of drugs

00:56:53.300 they obtain

00:56:54.160 through Instagram.

00:56:57.580 Now,

00:56:58.040 I doubt that you're

00:56:58.560 the country's

00:56:59.040 most prolific

00:56:59.720 illegal distributor

00:57:00.520 of prescription drugs

00:57:01.360 but you are the one

00:57:02.760 that we're going to make

00:57:04.060 an example of

00:57:04.840 because we have to

00:57:06.080 start somewhere.

00:57:07.880 Also,

00:57:08.220 Eli,

00:57:08.480 I should note

00:57:08.880 that I just don't

00:57:09.640 like your attitude.

00:57:10.840 I think you need

00:57:11.340 some humility

00:57:11.840 in your life

00:57:12.420 and I am generous enough

00:57:15.380 to help you

00:57:16.320 develop that virtue.

00:57:17.640 So,

00:57:19.320 here's what's going to happen.

00:57:22.160 I want anyone

00:57:23.040 concerned about

00:57:23.820 this criminal activity

00:57:24.640 to do the responsible thing

00:57:26.260 and report it

00:57:27.900 to the relevant authorities.

00:57:28.900 If you see something,

00:57:29.720 say something.

00:57:30.160 How many times

00:57:30.620 have we been told that?

00:57:32.080 And let's start

00:57:32.520 with the DEA.

00:57:33.820 You can easily

00:57:34.540 find the link on Google

00:57:35.520 but here is the URL.

00:57:36.620 We'll put it up

00:57:37.000 on the screen for you.

00:57:38.300 DEA.gov

00:57:39.380 slash

00:57:39.840 submit

00:57:40.500 dash

00:57:41.140 tip.

00:57:41.980 From there you can

00:57:42.720 submit a tip

00:57:43.280 either anonymously

00:57:44.160 or not.

00:57:44.600 It's up to you.

00:57:45.260 And you can note

00:57:47.380 that there is someone

00:57:48.600 by the name of Eli Ehrlich

00:57:49.820 who has announced

00:57:51.320 an intention

00:57:52.040 to participate

00:57:54.700 in the illegal

00:57:55.940 distribution

00:57:56.960 of prescription drugs

00:57:57.640 across the country.

00:57:59.760 We're not finished.

00:58:01.000 Ehrlich,

00:58:01.440 despite not understanding

00:58:02.420 math,

00:58:02.980 statistics,

00:58:03.540 the law,

00:58:04.040 or for that matter

00:58:04.600 human biology,

00:58:05.560 is a PhD candidate

00:58:07.060 at the University

00:58:07.780 of California

00:58:08.340 Santa Cruz.

00:58:09.620 The university

00:58:10.460 ought to know

00:58:11.160 and ought to act

00:58:12.580 upon the fact

00:58:13.300 that one of their PhDs

00:58:14.880 is an admitted

00:58:15.320 drug trafficker.

00:58:16.780 So yesterday

00:58:17.320 I reached out

00:58:17.920 personally to the

00:58:18.660 chancellor of the

00:58:19.360 university,

00:58:19.880 Cynthia K.

00:58:20.620 Larive,

00:58:21.180 to ask her

00:58:21.940 about this matter

00:58:22.560 and I haven't

00:58:23.180 heard back yet.

00:58:24.420 Now,

00:58:25.100 I'm going to give her

00:58:25.840 the rest of today

00:58:26.900 to respond

00:58:27.520 and to explain

00:58:28.920 what steps

00:58:29.660 are being taken

00:58:30.280 to address

00:58:30.900 this very troubling

00:58:31.880 situation.

00:58:32.940 But if I still

00:58:33.820 could not get a hold

00:58:34.540 of her after today

00:58:35.840 then it will be

00:58:37.060 my duty and

00:58:37.820 responsibility

00:58:38.320 as a citizen

00:58:39.360 to share

00:58:40.040 the publicly

00:58:40.700 available contact

00:58:41.620 information for

00:58:42.840 the university

00:58:43.360 administration

00:58:43.880 and encourage

00:58:44.440 all of my

00:58:45.020 thousands of

00:58:45.560 listeners and

00:58:46.020 viewers and

00:58:46.760 the millions

00:58:47.220 who follow me

00:58:47.720 on social media

00:58:48.320 to call and

00:58:49.280 email demanding

00:58:50.200 that the university

00:58:51.260 take action.

00:58:52.800 I hope it doesn't

00:58:53.380 come to that

00:58:53.900 but I have a

00:58:54.840 feeling that it

00:58:55.260 will.

00:58:55.480 After all,

00:58:56.240 the university

00:58:56.580 said nothing

00:58:57.140 earlier in the

00:58:57.680 summer when

00:58:58.060 Ehrlich posted

00:58:58.620 a tweet calling

00:58:59.660 for the assassination

00:59:00.460 of Supreme Court 0.56

00:59:01.540 justices.

00:59:03.880 They remain silent

00:59:05.380 then too.

00:59:07.200 But silence

00:59:08.060 will not be an

00:59:08.800 option anymore.

00:59:09.380 What is it

00:59:11.100 that they say

00:59:11.680 again?

00:59:12.000 Oh, a silence

00:59:12.760 is violence.

00:59:14.780 We're not done

00:59:15.560 yet.

00:59:15.860 Ehrlich, having

00:59:16.420 used social media

00:59:17.300 and Instagram

00:59:18.120 in particular

00:59:18.860 to coordinate

00:59:19.580 this criminal

00:59:20.140 activity, should

00:59:21.380 be indefinitely

00:59:22.040 suspended.

00:59:23.120 There has rarely

00:59:23.780 been a more

00:59:24.340 deserving candidate

00:59:25.120 for deplatforming

00:59:25.980 as this account

00:59:26.920 is an actual

00:59:27.620 danger to children.

00:59:29.300 Reason enough

00:59:29.960 for a permanent

00:59:30.500 ban.

00:59:31.760 So we'll walk

00:59:32.240 you through the

00:59:32.560 steps to file

00:59:33.200 your report

00:59:33.660 with Instagram.

00:59:34.920 You go to

00:59:35.320 Instagram, first

00:59:35.900 go to Eli

00:59:36.460 Ehrlich's page

00:59:37.320 then hit the

00:59:37.840 three little dots

00:59:38.560 dots at the

00:59:39.180 top right of

00:59:40.040 the screen

00:59:40.440 and select

00:59:41.380 report and

00:59:42.020 from there

00:59:42.360 select report

00:59:43.120 account and

00:59:44.360 then select

00:59:45.640 it's posting

00:59:46.200 content that

00:59:46.820 shouldn't be on

00:59:47.180 Instagram and

00:59:48.400 then select

00:59:49.200 sale of

00:59:50.080 illegal or

00:59:50.660 regulated goods

00:59:51.420 and finally

00:59:51.940 drugs.

00:59:53.940 Everyone

00:59:54.420 listening to me

00:59:55.140 right now

00:59:55.520 should do

00:59:55.940 that.

00:59:57.660 What should

00:59:58.280 happen from

00:59:58.700 here is that

00:59:59.500 Eli is kicked

01:00:01.360 out of school,

01:00:01.980 deplatformed,

01:00:02.800 arrested and put

01:00:03.600 under criminal

01:00:04.100 investigation by

01:00:04.880 both federal and

01:00:05.560 state authorities.

01:00:06.200 That's what

01:00:06.460 should happen.

01:00:06.940 That would be

01:00:08.400 the just and

01:00:09.220 right result

01:00:10.460 here.

01:00:11.820 Will any of

01:00:12.560 that happen?

01:00:14.040 Well, there's

01:00:14.580 only one way to

01:00:15.040 find out.

01:00:16.380 And even if

01:00:17.000 every institution

01:00:17.740 decides to

01:00:18.340 accept Ehrlich's

01:00:19.340 trans your way

01:00:20.060 out of jail

01:00:20.520 free card,

01:00:21.560 a very distinct

01:00:22.100 possibility after

01:00:22.780 all these

01:00:23.160 institutions are

01:00:23.820 ideologically

01:00:24.440 captured as

01:00:26.320 previously

01:00:26.720 established,

01:00:27.920 but even still,

01:00:29.360 at least by

01:00:29.960 using all of

01:00:30.680 our platforms to

01:00:31.460 amplify this

01:00:32.140 story, we

01:00:33.180 can ensure that

01:00:33.940 whenever anyone

01:00:34.640 Googles this

01:00:35.300 person in the

01:00:35.860 future, potential

01:00:36.620 employers or

01:00:37.300 anybody else,

01:00:38.280 they will

01:00:38.580 immediately see

01:00:39.480 that Eli

01:00:40.000 Ehrlich is a

01:00:40.640 confessed drug 0.67

01:00:41.260 peddler.

01:00:42.940 This is already

01:00:43.700 working.

01:00:44.080 We've already

01:00:44.360 prompted several

01:00:45.040 news outlets,

01:00:45.680 including Fox,

01:00:46.400 to cover the

01:00:46.900 scandal.

01:00:47.980 And we're

01:00:48.900 going to

01:00:49.080 continue because

01:00:49.680 we can make

01:00:50.360 sure that this

01:00:51.560 creep is

01:00:52.840 branded by these

01:00:54.140 admitted crimes

01:00:55.080 for eternity.

01:00:57.680 And that's

01:00:58.360 something at

01:00:58.760 least.

01:00:59.760 But most of

01:01:00.340 all, we can

01:01:01.720 send a message

01:01:02.440 that we do not

01:01:03.720 accept the

01:01:04.380 hierarchy that

01:01:05.220 our society

01:01:05.860 has put in

01:01:06.360 place.

01:01:06.900 We are not

01:01:07.460 going to bow

01:01:07.880 our heads

01:01:08.320 submissively as

01:01:09.520 the privileged

01:01:10.060 classes break

01:01:10.980 the law and

01:01:11.640 harm our

01:01:12.140 children at

01:01:12.720 will.

01:01:13.800 We're just

01:01:14.480 not.

01:01:15.960 We're going to

01:01:16.560 fight back.

01:01:18.520 And that's

01:01:19.100 what this is.

01:01:19.860 And that is

01:01:20.180 also why Eli

01:01:21.160 Ehrlich, who

01:01:22.220 again has

01:01:22.920 confessed to

01:01:24.340 distributing drugs

01:01:25.120 illegally across

01:01:25.920 the country to

01:01:26.420 minors, is

01:01:27.420 canceled.

01:01:29.460 And we'll leave

01:01:29.940 it there for

01:01:30.240 today.

01:01:30.940 Thanks for

01:01:31.220 watching.

01:01:31.560 Thanks for

01:01:31.820 listening.

01:01:32.280 Have a great

01:01:32.660 day.

01:01:33.460 Godspeed.
