The Matt Walsh Show - Ep. 1371 - Biden Tells Black Graduates That Democracy Is Dead And White People Are Out To Kill Them

00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Wall Show, Joe Biden delivered a commencement speech over the weekend where he inspired the graduates by telling them that America hates them, white people are out to kill them, and democracy is a, quote, trail of broken promises. 0.97

00:00:10.560 The speech was everything we've come to expect from Biden, dour, depressing, unpatriotic, confused, and most of all, false. 0.91

00:00:16.420 Also, music mogul Sean Diddy Combs is caught on camera brutally assaulting his girlfriend, and a former Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader goes viral with videos attacking Harrison Butker.

00:00:24.920 All of that and more today on the Matt Wall Show.

00:01:56.000 We'll be right back.

00:01:58.000 We'll be right back.

00:02:02.000 We'll be right back.

00:02:02.600 It's been several days now, but the outrage mob is still having conniptions over a speech

00:02:06.880 given by a Catholic NFL kicker at a Catholic school in which he dared to suggest that some

00:02:11.920 women want to be mothers, the horror. 1.00

00:02:14.000 And that was too much for the left and certainly for most media outlets who have spent the last

00:02:18.160 several days panicking and in many cases, lying about what Harrison Butker said.

00:02:22.480 But if we were a sane country, there's another commencement speech that would be attracting considerably more negative attention.

00:02:29.360 It was delivered yesterday by Joe Biden at Morehouse College, the historically black school in Atlanta.

00:02:35.280 In the span of about 30 minutes, Joe Biden did everything they're falsely accusing Harrison Butker of doing, and then some.

00:02:41.360 Biden actually did demean and insult millions of Americans very clearly.

00:02:45.040 He also deliberately stoked hatred and lied repeatedly with the apparent goal of dividing this country even more than it's already divided.

00:02:51.360 And of course, all of this is more concerning than anything Harrison Butker could possibly say, because Harrison Butker is a football player, and Joe Biden, at least nominally, is the president of the United States.

00:03:02.160 What he says reflects how the Democratic Party intends to govern if they remain in power.

00:03:06.820 And that said, as you'd expect, Joe Biden didn't resemble the president of the United States at any point during the ceremony.

00:03:12.260 He looked more like a half-conscious, decaying muppet on the stage, particularly as other speakers were delivering their remarks.

00:03:18.160 Take a look at Biden's face as the Morehouse valedictorian spoke, for example. 0.73

00:03:23.200 Watch.

00:03:24.460 Nay, as a human being, to call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

00:03:40.220 So it looks like he's dying.

00:03:41.900 He's like literally dying right in front of us.

00:03:43.740 And to be fair to Biden, though, the speech from the Morehouse valedictorian wasn't easy to listen to.

00:03:49.280 Quote, it is my stance as a Morehouse man, nay, as a human being, to call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

00:03:57.600 Yes, he actually uses the word nay as if he's delivering an address in the front of the House of Commons in the 18th century and not a random college in Atlanta with an average SAT score just north of 1,000.

00:04:08.040 And there's no self-awareness whatsoever.

00:04:10.980 Who wouldn't squint in pain at least a little bit in the face of that kind of pretentiousness?

00:04:15.340 And in what universe would the Morehouse College valedictorian, during his address at graduation, think that he can call for a ceasefire in any conflict outside of maybe a food fight in the school cafeteria?

00:04:27.320 Of course, being realistic, Joe Biden wasn't squinting in pain so much as confusion.

00:04:32.120 So he claps at the end of the remarks, presumably because everybody else was clapping.

00:04:36.300 Every time Biden goes out in public, we're reminded that he's barely hanging on.

00:04:40.600 He's certainly not governing the country right now.

00:04:42.740 And as if to underscore that point, Biden began his commencement speech with one of his trademarks.

00:04:47.440 He made an outlandish claim that's clearly false.

00:04:50.560 Watch.

00:04:51.680 I got more Morehouse men in the White House telling me what to do than I know what to do.

00:04:55.720 Now, as a general rule, when Joe Biden says, I'm not kidding, he actually does mean it.

00:05:10.040 He's not kidding.

00:05:10.620 He's lying.

00:05:11.820 There is no council of insightful Morehouse College graduates in the White House telling Joe Biden what to do.

00:05:18.660 And there shouldn't be, by the way.

00:05:20.440 In fact, there don't appear to be any high-ranking Morehouse grads anywhere in the Biden administration, as far as I can tell.

00:05:25.500 There are Duke grads like the White House chief of staff, Columbia grads like the press secretary, Yale grads like the National Security Advisor, Oxford grads like the CIA director.

00:05:34.640 But Morehouse graduates, nay, nay, Morehouse men, don't appear to be well-represented in the White House at all.

00:05:41.140 This is a recurring theme in Biden's career, where he pretends to be an everyman populist, while, in fact, keeping the commoners as far away from himself as possible. 0.89

00:05:50.240 It's the same scam Barack Obama pulled, only Biden isn't remotely subtle about it because, well, his brain has disintegrated.

00:05:56.860 But you knew that already.

00:05:58.000 The bigger issue on Sunday were Joe Biden's prepared remarks, because these prepared remarks were written by the people who actually run the government.

00:06:04.360 In particular, Biden's team thought that this clip, which we'll play in a second, from his speech, was so profound that they proudly posted it to his Twitter page.

00:06:14.380 This was the clip that they wanted everyone to see.

00:06:16.500 This was the excerpt from the 30-minute speech that the White House felt really underscored the president's message.

00:06:23.120 Watch.

00:06:23.400 You start a college just as George Floyd was murdered, and there was a reckoning on race.

00:06:33.280 It's natural to wonder if democracy you hear about actually works for you.

00:06:39.740 What is democracy?

00:06:42.200 If black men are being killed in the street, what is democracy? 0.99

00:06:47.120 Betrayal of broken promises still leave black communities behind. 0.97

00:06:50.640 What is democracy if you have to be ten times better than anyone else to get a fair shot?

00:06:57.740 And most of all, what does it mean, as we've heard before, to be a black man who loves his country, even if it doesn't love him back in equal measure?

00:07:09.320 When I sit behind the resolute desk in the Oval Office, in front of the fireplace across from my desk, I have two busts, one of Dr. King and one of Bobby Kennedy.

00:07:29.600 I often find myself looking at those busts, making decisions, ask myself, are we living up to what we say we are as a nation to end racism and poverty, to deliver jobs and justice, to restore our leadership in the world?

00:07:48.420 So it is indeed a profound clip, as I said, but not in the way the White House thinks.

00:07:54.180 It's actually a profound illustration of what our leadership has become. 0.97

00:07:57.920 The President of the United States stood in front of young adults who had just graduated college and angrily ranted about how America hates them and white people are out to kill them, 0.95

00:08:07.200 and how democracy is a, quote, trail of broken promises. 0.97

00:08:10.140 Biden's message, as always, was depressing, demoralizing, unpatriotic, and most of all, false.

00:08:17.800 So he says George Floyd was murdered.

00:08:21.300 Well, no, he wasn't.

00:08:22.080 George Floyd was one of a rapidly growing number of black men who died of a drug overdose in 2020.

00:08:26.300 You rarely hear it mentioned.

00:08:27.440 Biden certainly didn't talk about it at Morehouse, but overdose deaths among blacks jumped by nearly 50% that year.

00:08:33.280 The overdose epidemic is a real crisis that is killing thousands and thousands of Americans of every race.

00:08:37.900 But our political leaders can't even pretend to care about it.

00:08:41.480 But Biden certainly can't pretend.

00:08:43.080 Then again, he can't really do anything.

00:08:45.040 And rather than address that problem in any way, Democrats like Joe Biden decided to blame police officers.

00:08:49.860 In fact, in their platform in 2020, the DNC claimed that millions of people have good reason to fear being murdered by police officers.

00:08:56.940 So the police pulled out of black communities, resulting in even more crime and death. 0.53

00:09:03.080 And Biden doubled down on this approach at Morehouse on Sunday. 0.97

00:09:05.520 He said that black men are being killed in the streets, which is true in a sense. 1.00

00:09:11.280 But Biden's implication is a lie because he wants us to believe that black men are being killed by white people, including all those white supremacist police officers. 0.99

00:09:19.640 But the truth is the opposite. 0.99

00:09:20.940 Nearly all black victims are killed by other black people. 0.99

00:09:24.380 And a black person is far more likely to kill a white person than the reverse. 0.99

00:09:27.900 Last year, for example, 86 black people were murdered by whites. 0.98

00:09:31.580 But the number of whites who were killed by black assailants was more than five times higher at 488.

00:09:38.160 And this is data that holds up year after year.

00:09:40.260 Here's a chart that the National Conservative has prepared on this.

00:09:43.460 It shows the number of interracial homicides so far this year.

00:09:46.960 And what do you notice?

00:09:50.020 Well, black on white crimes dominate the chart, followed by Latino on white and then black on Latino crimes. 0.85

00:09:57.620 You have to willfully ignore all available evidence to come to the conclusion that white supremacy is the problem here.

00:10:05.100 But willfully ignoring all available evidence was a theme of Biden's speech.

00:10:08.440 Joe Biden went on to say that the black community is being left behind by broken promises.

00:10:13.320 Well, what broken promises exactly?

00:10:17.060 Democrats have run many major cities in this country for a long time without any real opposition.

00:10:21.640 And without exception, they've all become much less desirable places to live.

00:10:25.620 Go for a walk after dark in Chicago or Selma or Baltimore or D.C. sometime if you don't believe that. 0.95

00:10:30.700 The black community is leaving itself behind through rampant crime, violence, drug use and fatherlessness. 1.00

00:10:36.060 And also by voting, continuing to vote into office, Democrat politicians who promise to make everything worse and do.

00:10:44.020 So there really are no broken promises, only bad promises faithfully kept.

00:10:49.040 But instead of telling the truth to his audience in Morehouse, Joe Biden lied to them, of course.

00:10:54.100 He also declared that as a nation, we say that we are going to end racism and poverty.

00:11:00.640 Really? When has the nation ever said that?

00:11:03.380 I'm in this nation. I've never said that.

00:11:05.260 Nobody I know has ever made this declaration.

00:11:07.260 Who said, who promised to end racism and poverty?

00:11:10.120 Well, neither racism nor poverty will ever be ended.

00:11:14.740 There isn't a country on the planet at any point throughout history that has eradicated racism or poverty.

00:11:20.380 It's impossible to do so.

00:11:23.000 You have to wonder how long Democrats will buy this messaging.

00:11:26.340 In order to believe Biden's pandering at Morehouse, you'd have to ignore the fact that he's been in the White House for the past several years.

00:11:33.800 You'd also have to ignore the fact that Barack Obama had eight years in office, at the beginning of which, all the way back in 2008, he promised to build a, quote,

00:11:40.800 more equal, more equal, more free, more caring, and more prosperous America.

00:11:45.580 Now Democrats aren't even pretending to want any of that.

00:11:48.220 Instead, they want absolute power.

00:11:50.520 And they intend to obtain that power by lying and by dividing this country as much as possible.

00:11:57.580 Whenever institutions get in their way, Democrats intend to ignore them.

00:12:01.500 And at Morehouse yesterday, Biden made that explicit.

00:12:04.680 Watch.

00:12:05.940 The Supreme Court told me I couldn't.

00:12:08.700 I found two other ways to do it.

00:12:10.320 So he's talking there about forgiving student debt, meaning redistributing, you know, the debt to taxpayers, which is what forgiving it means,

00:12:19.940 forcing working class Americans to pay the debts of college graduates who, on average, have a higher net worth than they do. 0.72

00:12:26.360 He says, quote, when the Supreme Court told me I couldn't, I found two other ways to do it.

00:12:31.760 Nowhere in his speech does Joe Biden even pretend that this is legal.

00:12:35.600 He just celebrates that he got it done to applause from his audience.

00:12:38.660 In 2024, that's what democracy means to Biden and the White House.

00:12:43.760 When they say that they're preserving democracy, they mean that they're enacting Democratic Party agenda items by force without regard to checks and balances.

00:12:52.760 And implementing policy like this only works if a majority of the country despises the other side to the point that they're not willing to play by the rules anymore,

00:13:01.240 the rules otherwise known as the Constitution.

00:13:02.720 And Biden's speech at Morehouse makes it clear once again that this is the strategy the White House has chosen for the upcoming election.

00:13:12.580 I'd be lying if I said it wasn't effective.

00:13:15.160 Other than a few Morehouse students who turned their backs on Biden, pretty much everyone in attendance seemed on board with all this.

00:13:21.820 And millions of other Americans see no problem with it either.

00:13:26.500 They can't tolerate Harrison Butker's message emphasizing personal choice and fulfillment because it's the polar opposite of Biden's screed pushing racial animosity and lawlessness.

00:13:38.060 Only a deeply broken country careening towards more division and more chaos would make a scandal out of the former commencement address and cheer for the latter.

00:13:49.040 Now let's get to our five headlines.

00:13:50.360 We'll see you next time.

00:14:20.360 We'll see you next time.

00:14:50.360 We'll see you next time.

00:14:52.360 We'll see you next time.

00:14:54.360 Here's a report from the Daily Wire.

00:14:56.360 Rat mogul Sean Diddy Combs apologized on Sunday for his violent assault on his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura after a video was released of the 2016 incident late last week.

00:15:06.520 CNN exclusively obtained video of the incident late last week, which appears to have happened on March 5th, 2016,

00:15:12.620 at the now-closed Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles' Century City neighborhood.

00:15:16.420 The video shows Combs running down the hall after Ventura catching her up to her as she waits for an elevator. 0.77

00:15:22.200 Combs appears to grab her, throw her to the ground, kick her, attempt to drag her back to the hotel room.

00:15:26.660 She later slowly gets up and picks up a phone on the wall near the elevator as Combs walks back to the hotel room with her bags.

00:15:32.780 He later returns and appears to shove her into a corner before sitting on a nearby chair and throwing an object at her.

00:15:38.380 The release of the video comes after law enforcement officials with the Department of Homeland Security executed raids on two homes belonging to Combs in March in connection to an alleged sex trafficking investigation.

00:15:49.120 Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascogne's office said over the weekend that Combs could not be charged for the attack.

00:15:56.980 The DA said, quote,

00:15:58.240 We are aware of the video that has been circulating online allegedly depicting Sean Combs assaulting a young woman in Los Angeles.

00:16:03.440 We find the images extremely disturbing and difficult to watch.

00:16:06.480 If the conduct depicted occurred in 2016, unfortunately, we will be unable to charge as the conduct would have occurred beyond the timeline where a crime of assault could be prosecuted.

00:16:14.780 As of today, law enforcement has not presented a case related to the attack depicted in the video against Mr. Combs,

00:16:20.140 but we encourage anyone who has been a victim or witness to a crime to report it, etc. and so forth.

00:16:24.700 Okay, so you heard the description of the video there.

00:16:28.160 It is brutal.

00:16:28.920 He chases her down the hallway, throws her to the ground, kicks her multiple times, drags her. 0.94

00:16:33.880 It's a brutal, savage assault.

00:16:36.020 I would show you the video for context here, but YouTube probably won't allow it.

00:16:41.800 We basically can't show you any video that contains any kind of violent behavior, even if it's important context.

00:16:49.140 Even if it's like a news story, it's important context for a news story we're discussing.

00:16:53.180 Still can't show you that.

00:16:54.240 We showed you some videos last week of some fights in schools because it was part of a monologue where the videos were, again, important context.

00:17:03.420 And we blurred the videos and YouTube still hit us for not blurring it enough.

00:17:08.360 That's how absurd it is.

00:17:10.620 Anyway, so if you haven't seen the video here, just keep in mind that this assault was significantly worse than the Ray Rice video from years ago.

00:17:19.980 And the DA in Los Angeles says that they can't prosecute it because it happened in 2016, which raises the question, why didn't you prosecute it in 2016?

00:17:29.420 Like, okay, you're hiding behind the statute of limitations now, but it's on video.

00:17:35.780 So it's on video.

00:17:36.720 We can assume that this video has been known about since 2016.

00:17:41.520 It's on security camera footage at a hotel.

00:17:43.780 Obviously, they were reviewing the footage and saw this.

00:17:49.720 So what happened?

00:17:52.320 Did the hotel decide not to report it to police or did they report it to police if the police didn't do anything?

00:17:58.220 So there's a greater scandal here that needs to be pursued.

00:18:02.900 And I've read several of the articles about the DA refusing to prosecute.

00:18:11.220 And none of them even acknowledged this question of, well, okay, well, why didn't they prosecute at the time?

00:18:16.800 Did they not know about it?

00:18:17.860 And if they didn't know about it, then why was this not reported to them?

00:18:23.120 So they didn't prosecute men at the time.

00:18:25.840 That's no surprise.

00:18:26.960 You know, Sean Combs, and I call him Sean Combs, not Diddy.

00:18:31.960 This is a separate point, but I really can't stand how most of the media reports and headlines are referring to him as Diddy,

00:18:40.160 which is the worst stage name any rapper has ever come up with.

00:18:45.160 Diddy?

00:18:46.720 Like, it sounds like a Teletubby or something.

00:18:50.280 Diddy.

00:18:52.000 Anyway, Combs has allegedly been involved in all kinds of criminal activity.

00:18:58.760 You know, human trafficking, sex abuse, murder, allegedly, quote, unquote, allegedly.

00:19:07.800 All of that, and law enforcement never showed the slightest interest in looking into this guy until, like, right now.

00:19:16.780 And this is how it always works.

00:19:18.040 You have a guy living completely above the law, doing whatever he wants.

00:19:21.340 And then, one day, you know, it all stops.

00:19:26.860 His time comes, and the avalanche buries him.

00:19:31.460 Why has his time come? 0.99

00:19:33.260 Why has it been decided that now, after decades of being a scumbag, it's time for Combs to pay the price? 0.99

00:19:41.600 Who decided it, and why? 0.99

00:19:43.180 Well, that's another question, but this is the way it always goes.

00:19:48.280 I do want to play his apology video, and it's kind of funny in a very dark, morbid sort of way.

00:19:58.500 So this is him, which he posted yesterday.

00:20:02.680 This is him apologizing for brutalizing his ex-girlfriend.

00:20:08.120 Listen to what he says.

00:20:09.100 It's so difficult to reflect on the darkest times in your life, but sometimes you got to do that. 0.90

00:20:19.100 I was f***ed up.

00:20:21.980 I mean, I hit rock bottom, but I make no excuses. 0.90

00:20:26.820 My behavior on that video is inexcusable.

00:20:30.720 I take full responsibility for my actions in that video.

00:20:35.780 I'm disgusted.

00:20:39.100 I was disgusted then when I did it.

00:20:41.020 I'm disgusted now.

00:20:45.000 I went in and I sought out professional help.

00:20:48.900 I had to go into therapy.

00:20:51.260 I had to go into rehab.

00:20:54.540 I had to ask God for his mercy and grace.

00:20:56.960 I'm so sorry.

00:21:07.760 But I'm committed to be a better man each and every day.

00:21:12.160 I'm not asking for forgiveness.

00:21:16.440 I'm truly sorry.

00:21:17.400 He's committed to being a better man.

00:21:21.540 You know, it's always kind of funny to watch a sociopath pretend to have feelings.

00:21:25.580 And only the most talented ones can pull it off.

00:21:27.760 Combs is not one of the most talented ones.

00:21:30.500 And so what you end up with is something that looks and sounds and feels like a performance.

00:21:34.960 I mean, it literally sounds like he's reading from a script, which he probably is.

00:21:37.880 He says he's truly sorry, except that he's only sorry now, eight years later, the moment the video is released to the public.

00:21:47.760 That's always a good indication that somebody is not sorry.

00:21:51.600 You know, if they weren't sorry and then weren't sorry and weren't sorry and weren't sorry and then suddenly they are sorry.

00:21:56.920 The moment everyone finds out about what they did, well, it means that they still aren't sorry.

00:22:03.240 But my favorite part is where he says that he's been in therapy.

00:22:08.780 So this is yet another problem with the therapeutic age that we live in.

00:22:15.900 And you know how I feel about therapy and all the problems with the therapy industry.

00:22:24.560 Here's another one. 0.99

00:22:25.400 It gives scumbags an excuse. 0.99

00:22:27.480 Not just an excuse, but a way to make themselves into the victims when they do something awful. 0.99

00:22:34.440 Well, I'm in therapy to help myself through the trauma I suffer by being a terrible person to everyone around me.

00:22:41.120 I'm traumatized by the bad things that I do actively.

00:22:48.100 What do you need therapy for?

00:22:50.720 Like, what exactly do you need?

00:22:52.020 Do you need your therapist to explain to you that you shouldn't assault your girlfriend?

00:22:56.920 Is that, do you need that?

00:22:57.980 Does that need, is that a breakthrough?

00:23:00.120 Did you have a breakthrough in therapy, Combs?

00:23:02.920 Did he?

00:23:04.480 Did you have a therapy breakthrough where you realize, oh, you mean I'm not supposed to brutalize my girlfriend?

00:23:10.620 Oh, now I see, I see so clearly now.

00:23:15.860 No, you don't need that explained to you.

00:23:17.580 Um, it's, it's not about that.

00:23:22.180 Or is it about coping mechanisms maybe you would tell us?

00:23:25.280 Well, this was your coping mechanism at the time.

00:23:27.480 And, and, and, and, or you need better coping mechanisms so that you don't have to assault people as a coping mechanism.

00:23:35.400 Your therapist has to give you the tools so that you don't feel like you need to assault your girlfriend.

00:23:41.240 Because you're a 54-year-old man and to this point in your life, somehow you have not developed the ability to modulate or control your own behavior even the slightest bit.

00:23:49.720 That's what we're supposed to believe.

00:23:53.480 Um, this, this guy barbarically attacked a woman and now, you know, now he needs to go talk it out.

00:24:00.440 He needs to talk about his feelings.

00:24:03.060 Because that's going to help, right?

00:24:05.120 Talking about himself more.

00:24:07.320 Making it about himself even more.

00:24:09.220 That, that's what's really going to, going to solve this.

00:24:12.400 No, a therapist isn't going to help you with this.

00:24:14.140 Um, a therapist isn't going to help you because your problem.

00:24:19.900 Isn't that you lack the psychological tools necessary to not beat up your girlfriend.

00:24:25.900 You already know that you shouldn't beat her up and you know how to not beat her up.

00:24:29.840 That, that's pretty easy.

00:24:31.260 But you chose to, you chose to because you're an evil person who did an evil thing. 0.70

00:24:36.520 And many other evil things. 0.90

00:24:38.860 Allegedly.

00:24:40.640 Therapists will not help you to be not evil. 1.00

00:24:44.280 Therapists are not equipped to help anybody with moral defects.

00:24:48.100 Which is, which is, which is what your issue is.

00:24:51.300 And when it comes to moral defects, the fix has to begin with actual accountability.

00:24:57.040 Nothing can be fixed if you aren't contrite, if you don't repent.

00:25:00.860 And part of repenting is to accept the consequences of your actions.

00:25:04.620 And if you want to accept the consequences, then you haven't repented.

00:25:06.740 Which means that if he was really sorry, then he would walk into a police station and confess

00:25:12.420 to all of the crimes he's committed, allegedly committed.

00:25:16.260 And then he would accept the sentence for those crimes.

00:25:18.700 And only in doing that have you, have you, uh, demonstrated any kind of real repentance.

00:25:24.160 And only then could any kind of reformation even be theoretically possible.

00:25:29.840 Um, but I don't think he's going to be doing that.

00:25:32.660 All right, here's a report from, this is News 10 in, uh, Rochester, New York.

00:25:40.360 Reporting on more, uh, controversy surrounding the, uh, illegal immigrants that are flooding

00:25:47.140 into the country.

00:25:48.040 Let's watch this.

00:25:50.740 Yaniti Peña.

00:25:52.260 She was overcome with emotions.

00:25:55.220 She feels the weight of the world on her right now.

00:25:58.400 It took her and her children a month and a half to get from El Salvador to Mexico, where

00:26:04.100 they crossed the country into Texas.

00:26:06.020 They got moved to New York City and they were in a housing program that sent them here to 1.00

00:26:09.500 Rochester.

00:26:10.120 They arrived in January of this year and lived at the Holiday Inn downtown for four months.

00:26:14.560 And they were moved here three weeks ago.

00:26:18.500 It's very traumatic.

00:26:23.180 She says it's been quite traumatic.

00:26:24.820 Um, everything that was told to us to come to Monroe County, to Rochester, hasn't been

00:26:30.580 fulfilled.

00:26:31.460 Do you like America?

00:26:34.480 Si.

00:26:36.480 Pero no Rochester.

00:26:38.620 But not Rochester?

00:26:40.000 No.

00:26:40.780 No good Rochester.

00:26:41.980 Do you want to stay in America?

00:26:43.500 Yeah.

00:26:45.280 No, so she doesn't like Rochester.

00:26:46.880 Who does?

00:26:47.820 I mean, in fairness, who does?

00:26:48.840 Who likes Rochester?

00:26:49.740 Who wants to live there?

00:26:50.380 Um, although beggars can't be choosers here. 1.00

00:26:53.520 And this is like the most literal application of that, of that saying that you could think

00:26:57.260 of.

00:26:58.100 She says it's very traumatic.

00:26:59.520 It's very traumatic.

00:27:00.580 She's traumatized by being provided free housing and free food.

00:27:04.560 She traumatized by the fact that she, she illegally, um, came to a, to a foreign country and was

00:27:10.980 provided free stuff.

00:27:13.360 Now, I will say that the housing they were given apparently, uh, didn't have gas or power.

00:27:21.640 That's what they say.

00:27:23.280 There was no gas.

00:27:23.980 There was no power in the house.

00:27:25.560 Uh, there were bugs in the refrigerator or something.

00:27:28.640 So not exactly five-star accommodations.

00:27:32.160 Does that mean that we have something to apologize for as, as Americans?

00:27:38.260 Does that give this woman a right to be traumatized by it? 1.00

00:27:41.660 Um, absolutely not.

00:27:45.500 You're coming here in mass looking for free stuff.

00:27:50.700 Well, this is what you get.

00:27:54.160 And it's more than you should get because you should get absolutely nothing for free,

00:27:57.720 except a free ride back to where you came from.

00:28:00.360 Although I'd make you pay for that too.

00:28:01.520 If it was, uh, if it was, if it was up to me, I'd make you pay for that too.

00:28:04.140 Um, now the good news is that you don't have to be stuck with that.

00:28:12.640 Like I wouldn't want to live in a house like that either.

00:28:15.120 I wouldn't want to live in Rochester.

00:28:17.620 Uh, I wouldn't want to live in a house that doesn't have gas or power.

00:28:19.940 I don't want to live in a house that has a refrigerator with bugs in it.

00:28:22.960 I don't want any of that.

00:28:26.200 Well, the good news is like, you're not being forced to live there.

00:28:29.680 You can go back to your home where you came from.

00:28:32.080 And then if you want something better in America, you can come here legally and start from scratch and build a life for yourself.

00:28:40.540 And you can have as good a life as you can possibly build for yourself.

00:28:43.840 If, you know, if you want to live in a, in a really nice house that has, uh, that, that, or at least one that has electricity, let's start there.

00:28:53.280 Then, um, if, if you're a legal citizen of the country, then you can go out and earn that.

00:29:00.740 But when you're demanding free things like this, this is, this is what you get.

00:29:05.260 And you're not even a citizen.

00:29:07.340 And by the way, it's more than an American would get in the reverse.

00:29:16.220 Okay.

00:29:16.740 If, if we go illegally to, uh, any of these countries where people are coming to us and we just show up there and say, Hey, I'm here.

00:29:28.300 Give me a place to live and give me food for me and my whole family and my extended relatives to who I'm bringing along.

00:29:36.040 If we said that we would get nothing, we would get, we would be on the street is what we, what would happen to us.

00:29:42.440 And if somehow we were given something, we showed up in one of these countries and we said, Hey, uh, give me, give me a, I know I don't, I don't belong here.

00:29:51.640 I don't live here.

00:29:52.060 I'm not a, I'm not a citizen at all.

00:29:53.400 And I've already broke your laws just by coming here in the first place, but give me, give my whole family a place to live.

00:29:58.980 And then if we actually somehow were given that place to live and then we raised our hands and said, Oh, I'm sorry.

00:30:04.000 Uh, no, this, this is not acceptable.

00:30:05.980 I need, no, I didn't.

00:30:07.380 I need something better than this.

00:30:08.640 This is not, this isn't good enough.

00:30:10.340 I know that what you've given me is, is actually still better than what many of the citizens,

00:30:16.920 the actual citizens of your country have.

00:30:18.820 But I want something above that.

00:30:22.780 I want better living conditions than what millions of your own citizens have.

00:30:29.460 If we said that our demands would not be heated.

00:30:33.560 So it just doesn't, it doesn't work that way.

00:30:37.780 And it doesn't work.

00:30:38.780 It can't work that way here.

00:30:41.460 It's just not possible.

00:30:44.980 It's not feasible.

00:30:45.900 It's not affordable.

00:30:49.540 And it's also not moral.

00:30:51.060 It's not moral to cede to these kinds of demands.

00:30:55.340 Speaking of a not moral, here's a Western Standard News has an update to a story that we've been following on this show over the last couple of years.

00:31:06.740 Just reading from this.

00:31:09.900 The Department of Crown Indigenous Relations has confirmed significant spending to try and uncover the heartbreaking truth of potential unmarked graves at the Indian Residential School in Kamloops, B.C.

00:31:21.700 This is, of course, in Canada.

00:31:23.680 However, despite the allocation of $7.9 million for this purpose, no remains have been recovered.

00:31:28.780 And there has been no public disclosure of how the funds were utilized, says Blacklock's reporter.

00:31:35.620 Caroline Gratton, spokesperson for the department, confirmed the allocation of $7.9 million for various endeavors, including fieldwork, record searches, and securing the residential school grounds.

00:31:45.760 However, she redirected inquiries regarding the specifics of initiatives undertaken by the, okay, here's the name of the First Nation tribe, Tekemloops Te Sekwepemic.

00:32:00.280 Sekwepemic? 1.00

00:32:01.520 S-E-C-W-P-E-M-C. 1.00

00:32:05.300 But you can't put M-C together like that. 0.73

00:32:07.000 Well, anyway, that's the name of the tribe.

00:32:10.960 While the department has not released financial accounts under the Access to Information Act, the First Nation has also remained tight-lipped about the utilization of the funds.

00:32:18.300 In a statement, they reiterated their focus on the scientific work required but declined to discuss the $7.9 million allocation.

00:32:25.020 The 2021 funding was designated to document the heartbreaking truth, quote-unquote, about unmarked burials at residential schools, as outlined in a 2022 department briefing note.

00:32:33.400 Quote, despite this, no tangible progress has been made, leaving the fate of the allocated funds undisclosed.

00:32:38.480 Okay, so basically the update here is that we heard about these mass graves at the residential schools in Canada.

00:32:49.220 This conspiracy of genocide against the native peoples that allegedly had been undertaken.

00:32:57.220 And a bunch of churches were burned in response to this.

00:33:00.480 And everybody accepted it.

00:33:01.800 The media accepted it.

00:33:02.560 Everyone accepted it.

00:33:03.400 The Pope accepted it as a fact and apologized for it.

00:33:06.980 They allocated millions of dollars to go, you know, dig up these mass graves and figure out what happened and uncover evidence that this genocide had occurred.

00:33:18.580 And here we are a couple of years later.

00:33:21.540 All of this money spent.

00:33:23.840 It's not sure, not clear how it was spent or who got it or, you know, who it was given to and how they used it.

00:33:29.740 But still now, no evidence.

00:33:32.500 No evidence of any mass graves.

00:33:36.140 No human remains have been found at all, period.

00:33:41.140 So this will go down as one of the greatest and most destructive hoaxes of all time.

00:33:49.040 This hoax about the mass graves at the residential schools.

00:33:52.460 It's a hoax.

00:33:53.120 I mean, we can say that now.

00:33:54.080 Because when you make a claim like that and you say there are mass graves, genocide, and then years pass and you're not able to come up with any evidence at all to support that, well, then we can call it a hoax.

00:34:10.520 Obviously, it's a hoax.

00:34:12.660 And it's a hoax that, again, led to dozens of churches being burned to the ground along with many other consequences.

00:34:22.740 Nobody will be held accountable for it either.

00:34:24.340 We know that.

00:34:24.780 And how did the hoax work?

00:34:28.420 How did it catch on?

00:34:31.080 They claim that, you know, there were all of these mass graves because the schools had been, I guess, murdering native children en masse or something.

00:34:39.160 There was never any evidence.

00:34:40.280 Never any reason to believe it.

00:34:41.640 There was plenty of reason for skepticism from the very beginning.

00:34:47.480 Never had anything to prove the claim.

00:34:49.780 But so many people just bought it outright.

00:34:53.320 Without even, like, a raised eyebrow, right?

00:34:55.540 Like, very few people even said, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.

00:34:58.800 Wait a second.

00:34:59.480 What do you mean mass graves?

00:35:01.780 So just slaughtering, like, hundreds or thousands of native children and this was happening?

00:35:09.880 Like, why should we believe that that happened?

00:35:15.100 Very few people even did that.

00:35:18.260 It's not even like, you know, when the claim is first made and you hear the claim, you might not feel comfortable just declaring, oh, that's not true.

00:35:28.400 Because you don't have any evidence.

00:35:29.500 Like, you don't have evidence one way or another.

00:35:30.840 You're just hearing about this.

00:35:32.980 And so that's fine.

00:35:34.580 But there should at least be skepticism.

00:35:36.200 There should at least be, like, hang on.

00:35:38.280 Slow your roll a bit here.

00:35:39.500 Let's get some evidence that this happened before we say anything else about it.

00:35:44.140 Can we get some evidence that this thing really occurred?

00:35:48.620 But not a lot of people did that.

00:35:49.820 They bought it hook, line, and sinker because the media told them to.

00:35:53.780 They bought it because even in the information age, the media still has the power to shape people's perception of reality to an extraordinary degree.

00:36:01.960 And I think they bought it also because it plays on that deep-seated guilt that Western people have about their own history and their ancestry and the fact that they exist to begin with.

00:36:15.640 This is why I harp on this so much.

00:36:18.800 You know, you hear me ranting all the time about the heroism and courage of the people who settled this land.

00:36:22.800 And when I say this land, I'm talking about the Americas generally.

00:36:28.940 And in a sane society, it wouldn't be necessary to talk about, to insist upon it so fervently.

00:36:39.220 But in our society, so many people have been conditioned to hate their own ancestors and even to hate what their ancestors did to provide them with the lives that they have.

00:36:50.220 And so people are just walking around with this guilt, white liberals in particular, and in Canada, that's like all you have are white liberals, walking around with this guilt all the time.

00:37:12.060 And so then when the media comes along and says, oh, well, there were these mass graves, all of these guilt-plagued white liberals say, well, of course there are.

00:37:22.480 But of course my ancestors did that too.

00:37:24.200 What else did they do?

00:37:29.140 And it's just a, it's an insane sort of dynamic.

00:37:36.580 And that's why we have to counteract it, not simply by saying, oh, well, you know, you shouldn't walk around guilt-plagued or not by saying, as many conservatives will respond to the white guilt stuff by saying, well, hey, you shouldn't feel guilty because, because it's not your fault what your ancestors did.

00:37:59.200 So you shouldn't walk around with that guilt, and that's true, like, to feel guilty over stuff that your ancestors did doesn't make any sense, even if they did bad stuff, because you didn't do it.

00:38:11.840 But it doesn't go far enough.

00:38:15.360 It's not just that you shouldn't feel guilty.

00:38:18.900 In fact, you should be proud of your ancestors and the fact that they came here and they settled this land.

00:38:30.500 You should be saying, yes, I'm glad, I'm glad they came here.

00:38:34.180 And they fought this, you know, long-running conflict with the native tribes, and they won that conflict.

00:38:41.120 I'm glad they did.

00:38:42.820 They were heroes.

00:38:43.960 That should be the message, not just a defensive posture of, it's not my fault, don't blame me.

00:38:52.100 But no, I'm happy that I'm here.

00:38:54.220 I'm happy my ancestors came here.

00:38:56.480 They were heroic people, and they should be admired.

00:39:01.260 That should be the message.

00:39:03.640 All right, a couple of weeks ago, I told you about this reality show, Alone Australia, where a bunch of woke leftists are sent out into the wilderness to survive, and hilarity unintentionally ensues.

00:39:13.920 And I said how the show, along with everything else we've seen from the country over the past five years or so, has really changed my opinion of Australia. 0.93

00:39:21.880 And I realize now that Australia is a pretty lame country, tragically lame.

00:39:26.220 I used to hold it in such high regard, but now I don't.

00:39:29.900 And these comments have apparently caused quite a stir in Australia.

00:39:32.900 First, the Daily Mail Australia reported on them.

00:39:34.700 We talked about that.

00:39:36.440 And now we have another article.

00:39:37.780 This is from news.com in Australia.

00:39:40.780 Here's the headline.

00:39:43.020 American podcaster brands Australia lamest country on earth in bizarre rants.

00:39:49.240 An American podcaster has branded Australia lame and weak after going on an emotional, anti-woke rant online.

00:39:54.280 Now, already there's a problem here, because anyone who listens to this show knows that I'm prone to going on rants.

00:40:00.260 That's true.

00:40:01.660 That's basically the whole show.

00:40:02.860 But I don't usually do emotional rants.

00:40:05.580 I don't do emotions in general most of the time.

00:40:07.660 And I certainly didn't get emotional about Australia being lame.

00:40:12.540 I mean, yeah, it's a little disappointing.

00:40:14.140 I'm not emotional.

00:40:14.900 That's not my country.

00:40:16.480 I'm just telling you what's going on.

00:40:18.460 That's all.

00:40:19.860 Anyway, let's continue.

00:40:21.880 Quote, an American podcaster has lashed out Australia in an emotional rant branding us lame and weak in a recent video.

00:40:26.880 Matt Walsh is a right-wing commentator whose favorite pastime is getting his knickers in a knot about people being woke and then whinging about it on the Internet.

00:40:34.440 In one of his latest rants, he appears to have taken issue with Australia, revealing his opinion of the country that has plummeted in recent years.

00:40:41.260 He said in a recent video, posted a TikTok.

00:40:43.300 Before COVID, I thought Australia was, first of all, an absolute hellscape where poisonous spiders rain from the sky.

00:40:48.020 That part is true.

00:40:50.180 Anyway, they quote me some more.

00:40:51.360 I'm not going to read back my own quotes.

00:40:53.100 Walsh is known for spewing a strong anti-transgender and anti-LGBTQ plus rhetoric.

00:40:57.900 His 2022 film, What is a Woman?, was heavily criticized by transgender groups and activists with the magazine Current Affairs,

00:41:03.620 describing it as a feature-length attack on transgender people that accuses them of being delusional about reality and posing a threat to women and children.

00:41:10.920 The snippet of Walsh's Australia whinge that was shared on TikTok forms part of a longer YouTube video

00:41:15.640 in which he speaks about the woke Australian version of The Survival Show alone.

00:41:19.980 And anyway, it goes on.

00:41:21.060 Okay, so look.

00:41:23.240 I didn't realize that my comments about Australia would cause such heartache in the country of Australia.

00:41:30.380 I didn't realize that you guys care so much about what I think of you.

00:41:34.880 The fact that there have been multiple headlines in Australia media about my comments on Australia is surprising to me 0.52

00:41:43.380 and also incredibly pathetic, especially because you'd think that there's plenty of other things happening in Australia

00:41:51.020 that you'd be paying attention to instead of paying attention to me. 1.00

00:41:56.280 I mean, you've got, I don't know, kangaroos and shit down there. 0.99

00:42:00.880 You've got venomous snakes falling out of your ceilings. 0.99

00:42:03.920 You've got crocodiles lurking in your front yard, eating your dogs.

00:42:10.440 Spiders the size of Buicks just like walking down the street.

00:42:14.700 So I just don't understand how in the midst of all that, you could find the time to care about what I say.

00:42:21.720 And as I said before, I don't understand how you can live in that environment and still be weak, woke little wimps. 0.73

00:42:26.820 But here we are.

00:42:28.380 I mean, I don't get it, but that's what's happening.

00:42:30.280 And I say this as someone who, again, always liked Australia, at least from afar.

00:42:34.780 I was a big fan of Steve Irwin.

00:42:36.640 I love the Bloomin' Onion from Outback Steakhouse.

00:42:40.960 So I know a lot about Australian culture.

00:42:43.040 I'm really steeped in Australian culture.

00:42:45.140 And that's why it pains me to see what it has become.

00:42:49.360 So here's what I'll say.

00:42:51.420 And this is the last thing I'll say about Australia for now.

00:42:53.360 And I think, and I'm not, you know, I'm not backtracking.

00:42:58.260 I'm not one to apologize.

00:42:59.340 But I do want to make a, in a certain sense, I want to make amends with Australia. 0.82

00:43:04.680 And I don't want, you guys are fragile enough down there.

00:43:08.900 I don't want to cause any more pain and heartache for you.

00:43:11.940 So I think there's only one solution.

00:43:13.480 This is kind of my compromise.

00:43:14.540 I think Australia needs to be invaded.

00:43:18.340 For its own sake, we need to invade Australia and conquer it. 0.93

00:43:23.080 And based on what I've seen, that'll only take about three or four hours.

00:43:26.000 And the whole job will be done.

00:43:27.860 And what we'll do, this is my proposal, just my proposal, 0.93

00:43:31.760 is we'll round up all the woke, lame Australians. 0.99

00:43:34.500 And we will drive them inland to the interior. 0.94

00:43:38.180 And we'll set up like a reservation for them that they can live on.

00:43:41.300 And then the cool Australians will be liberated.

00:43:45.020 And we'll send them to go, you know, live in New Zealand, 1.00

00:43:49.660 which is basically Australia, but colder.

00:43:51.900 It's like Australia refrigerated or something, from what I understand.

00:43:55.720 And they can live there because nobody's in New Zealand right now anyway.

00:44:00.940 And the rest, and then you're saying, well,

00:44:03.180 what do we do with the rest of the Australian continent?

00:44:05.620 My suggestion is that we get back to Australia's roots.

00:44:11.080 We convert it back to a prison colony.

00:44:13.140 And we'll start shipping our prisoners to Australia and, you know, put it to use.

00:44:22.600 Because that was Australia's heyday.

00:44:24.840 That was Australia in its prime,

00:44:28.060 is when it was just where you had shiploads of criminals,

00:44:31.600 you dropped them off on the shore of Australia,

00:44:34.340 and you say, good luck.

00:44:36.700 We'll see you never.

00:44:37.580 And then you sail away.

00:44:39.080 And I think that that's what we should do.

00:44:41.720 It's kind of a do-over sort of situation, a reset.

00:44:45.880 I'm not going to say a great reset, but it's a reset for Australia.

00:44:49.980 And level all the cities.

00:44:52.680 We'll destroy the cities. 0.70

00:44:54.000 And we'll do that safely. 0.83

00:44:55.400 I'm not advocating that we harm anybody.

00:44:57.520 We clear everybody out first.

00:44:59.600 We make sure we do it.

00:45:00.340 And then we level all the cities and send the woke ones to a reservation in the desert, 1.00

00:45:04.380 ship the other ones to New Zealand,

00:45:05.400 and then we start sending our prisoners there.

00:45:08.540 That's my plan.

00:45:09.480 That's how we fix this thing.

00:45:11.460 And that's how much I care.

00:45:13.760 I care about Australia so much that I'm willing for it to be conquered in order to fix it.

00:45:18.780 And the great thing is that we all know, based on recent history,

00:45:23.340 that when America conquers a country, it fixes everything.

00:45:26.600 It makes everything better.

00:45:29.040 And I'd like to see that for all of you down in Australia.

00:45:31.680 If you owe back taxes or still have unfiled returns,

00:46:50.120 Trust me, when the rest of the world hears about it, it's going to make a lot of noise.

00:46:52.740 We've been busy. It's been a minute since we've all been together,

00:46:54.640 so there's a lot to cover. Watch the show live exclusively on Daily Wire+,

00:46:57.680 Wednesday night at 7 p.m. Eastern, 6 p.m. Central.

00:47:00.780 You don't want to miss this. Now let's get to our daily cancellation.

00:47:10.200 As mentioned at the top of the show,

00:47:12.480 we have now entered the second week of an outrage cycle centered around an NFL kicker

00:47:16.400 who gave a speech to Catholic students where he articulated some very basic Catholic teachings. 0.99

00:47:20.820 I've already explained why this outrage is extremely stupid and totally baseless and mostly fake. 1.00

00:47:26.260 Worse of all, though, it has brought out the most insufferable people on the planet. 0.99

00:47:30.140 This steaming pile of fake outrage has attracted the loudest and most irritating sorts of flies,

00:47:36.280 metaphorically speaking, metaphorical flies.

00:47:40.420 Enter Stephanie Hills, a former cheerleader for the Kansas City Chiefs.

00:47:44.460 She has put out two very viral videos attacking Harrison Butker for his speech.

00:47:49.160 Headlines on the New York Post and Yahoo Sports tell us that she went scorched earth with a, 0.99

00:47:54.360 quote, scathing takedown of the kicker.

00:47:56.880 And it is true that she is scorching something,

00:47:59.720 but it isn't the earth so much as the eyes and eardrums of anyone who watches one of her videos,

00:48:03.900 which is what I'm about to force all of you to do,

00:48:06.540 just like you were hoping.

00:48:08.640 Brace yourselves. Here it is.

00:48:10.660 Hey, Harrison.

00:48:11.420 You know, we have several things in common.

00:48:14.460 First and foremost, until a few months ago,

00:48:17.260 we were both employed by the Kansas City Chiefs.

00:48:20.700 I cheered you on for six years straight.

00:48:23.840 And with that, I would assume we went to the same PR training.

00:48:29.960 But since all of that obviously left your brain when you went to go give that speech,

00:48:34.520 I thought I'd be a good co-worker.

00:48:37.680 Share my notes.

00:48:38.800 Let's get started. 0.98

00:48:39.380 These are f***ing fake. 0.99

00:48:42.200 Biggest takeaway is you now represent a billion dollar organization. 0.98

00:48:48.420 You are no longer just Harrison Buckert.

00:48:51.580 You are now Harrison Buckert who plays for the Kansas City Chiefs.

00:48:55.020 And anything you say or do that doesn't align with that brand, 0.98

00:48:59.400 scissoring just like the lesbians you hated in that video, 1.00

00:49:04.080 will be grounds for termination. 0.94

00:49:06.760 Not entirely sure if that last part is going to apply to you,

00:49:10.740 but I guess we'll find out.

00:49:12.080 A quick minute to dissect some of the language in your speech,

00:49:16.620 referring to abortion, IVF, euthanasia, and syracusey as degenerate culture values.

00:49:24.680 Do you see how that maybe doesn't align with the brand COVID fiasco?

00:49:32.960 Now, I would assume you know what fiasco means,

00:49:36.200 but just in case you don't,

00:49:37.520 you're referring to the pandemic as a humiliating failure.

00:49:43.900 You know, we had an entire PR training on COVID, bro.

00:49:50.460 We weren't supposed to talk about it.

00:49:55.620 That was rough.

00:49:58.040 That was very difficult, but we endured it.

00:50:01.500 We got through it together.

00:50:02.780 It probably felt like I was exposing you to far more of that radiation poisoning than was necessary,

00:50:06.600 but I needed to show you all that in order to make the point that I'll get to in a moment.

00:50:10.740 And that was not the entire thing.

00:50:11.800 She goes on that way with that grating tone and aggressively smug and unjustifiably self-satisfied demeanor 1.00

00:50:17.360 for like three minutes.

00:50:18.800 I cut it off halfway through, which was an act of mercy on my part.

00:50:22.360 Now, she did record a follow-up after that video racked up 4 million views, 0.93

00:50:27.840 and you really don't need to see the follow-up, but here it is anyway.

00:50:33.640 I put on a blazer in my finest jewelry in case any of the national news wants to use this

00:50:38.660 and air it without my consent.

00:50:40.760 My video addressing my favorite former co-worker, Harrison Butkert, has popped off.

00:50:47.100 And I'm about it, because now I am a voice for the people that he attacked.

00:50:52.680 And since the mainstream media is gonna use whatever content they want,

00:50:56.940 I thought I might as well dress up and give him a formal speech.

00:51:03.440 Hey, we'll just cut it off.

00:51:04.560 It goes on and on and on.

00:51:05.960 And that's enough of that.

00:51:07.360 A man can only take so much.

00:51:08.500 Of course, she's acting like she doesn't want the media to report on the videos 0.99

00:51:12.480 that she posts on a public platform,

00:51:14.240 which is why she made a second video addressing the media titled,

00:51:18.180 Hey Media.

00:51:19.060 Because that's what you do when you don't want the media to notice you.

00:51:21.320 Hey Media.

00:51:21.880 Hey, hey over here.

00:51:22.760 Hey Media.

00:51:23.260 Hey, look at me.

00:51:23.820 Look at me, Media.

00:51:24.880 Look at me.

00:51:25.480 Hey, why are you looking at me?

00:51:27.500 Stephanie seems to be conducting some sort of scientific experiment 0.55

00:51:29.880 to see what happens when you combine all of the most unappealing personality traits

00:51:33.660 into one individual,

00:51:35.300 which is why she's added disingenuousness to the pile. 0.99

00:51:38.500 The results of the experiment are unfortunately not as dramatic as you'd hope.

00:51:41.860 It turns out that a human being with every negative personal characteristic

00:51:44.680 does not collapse like a dying star and turn into a black hole that consumes everything around it

00:51:49.320 so that even light cannot escape its gravitational pull.

00:51:52.140 Instead, they just make super lame TikTok videos.

00:51:55.020 And as for those videos,

00:51:56.040 there are a few things that Stephanie doesn't seem to understand,

00:51:58.160 a few points of confusion.

00:51:59.260 So let me clarify them for her.

00:52:03.480 First of all, she says that Harrison went to all the same meetings as her

00:52:09.120 and is subject to all of the same requirements as her

00:52:12.460 because they're quote-unquote co-workers.

00:52:15.900 But that is not a safe assumption.

00:52:18.660 He's an actual player on the team.

00:52:21.540 Now, I know she probably didn't understand what was happening on the field

00:52:23.600 while she danced on the sidelines,

00:52:24.640 but so I'm going to fill in the blanks here.

00:52:26.620 Harrison Butker is one of the most accurate field goal kickers in NFL history.

00:52:30.800 The team has won games, lots of games, including playoff games,

00:52:34.480 including this most recent Super Bowl

00:52:35.880 where he set two Super Bowl records in the same game because of his kicks.

00:52:39.900 He went 11 for 11 in this last playoff run.

00:52:42.880 11 for 11 means that he kicked 11 times and he made all 11 of them.

00:52:46.180 So the point is that he is an indispensable part of the team

00:52:49.040 and she is or was an interchangeable cheerleader on the sideline. 1.00

00:52:53.100 So he's not getting fired for this,

00:52:55.100 even if she would have been fired for doing the same.

00:52:58.580 And I don't know if she would or not.

00:52:59.600 Now, you could call that patriarchy if you want,

00:53:01.440 but it's more that, again, the team depends on him to win games.

00:53:04.900 They don't depend on Stephanie for literally anything at all.

00:53:08.500 She could be replaced with one of those inflatable, 0.99

00:53:10.460 wavy arm things outside of a car dealership

00:53:12.460 and the product on the field would not suffer at all.

00:53:16.240 In fact, it would probably be an improvement.

00:53:19.040 Second, let's note the argument that she's making here. 0.98

00:53:22.660 She isn't even attempting to explain why he's wrong

00:53:25.220 about anything he said in the speech.

00:53:27.140 She can't explain that.

00:53:28.440 She doesn't understand the issues well enough

00:53:30.120 to make any sort of coherent argument.

00:53:32.660 Instead, she insists that he's hurting the brand

00:53:35.520 and blatantly defying the regulations

00:53:37.840 set down by the Kansas City Chief's HR department.

00:53:41.600 She's playing out some kind of strange fantasy

00:53:44.480 where she's the HR director condescendingly lecturing Harrison 1.00

00:53:47.980 for not following the employee handbook.

00:53:51.200 And I'm afraid that this says much more about her

00:53:54.160 than it does about him.

00:53:56.120 She has very proudly announced to the world

00:53:57.800 that she thinks the brand and PR considerations

00:54:01.080 should trump intellectual integrity and open dialogue.

00:54:04.820 Now, I'm not surprised she feels that way,

00:54:06.660 given everything else about her,

00:54:07.860 but it is somewhat surprising

00:54:09.420 that she would announce that to the world

00:54:10.920 without realizing that it makes her the bad guy.

00:54:13.460 Apparently, her greatest dream in life

00:54:16.400 is to be an HR rep in a pantsuit,

00:54:19.600 firing somebody for expressing unapproved opinions.

00:54:23.140 And the problem is that HR departments across the country

00:54:25.480 are filled with women just like her,

00:54:27.620 the type who relish the power that they have

00:54:29.600 over other people's lives,

00:54:30.440 however limited that power might be.

00:54:32.840 Now, the difference is that they actually have the power.

00:54:36.240 She's playing pretend HR rep like a child playing house,

00:54:39.660 which is maybe the saddest display I have ever seen.

00:54:44.760 Now, third, finally, a little bit of a personal note.

00:54:48.920 And I say this because I'm concerned about Stephanie.

00:54:51.540 I have no ill will towards her whatsoever.

00:54:53.820 I want her to live a happy and healthy life.

00:54:57.040 I don't want her to die alone

00:54:58.620 with only her cats to comfort her.

00:55:00.740 And that's why I have to inform her

00:55:02.180 that men are totally repulsed

00:55:05.920 by smug, condescending attitudes in women. 0.83

00:55:10.580 Like, this is the personality trait that men,

00:55:12.700 all men everywhere, find the most off-putting.

00:55:17.820 Okay, it's, you know,

00:55:19.380 you might think that it's funny or cute or endearing,

00:55:23.160 but it's not. 0.75

00:55:24.860 It's disgusting.

00:55:25.820 We recoil from it instinctively.

00:55:28.880 Our aversion to it is deep and visceral.

00:55:33.100 So if you want to, if you're a woman

00:55:34.780 and you want to turn off as many men as possible,

00:55:37.480 just be sarcastic, smug, and condescending.

00:55:42.320 And it's not just men.

00:55:43.460 People in general find that kind of personality 0.99

00:55:45.120 to be extremely gross and repugnant. 0.86

00:55:48.300 Although perhaps I shouldn't really call it a personality. 0.84

00:55:50.320 It is indeed the absence of personality.

00:55:53.580 You know, she's very animated

00:55:54.760 and makes lots of exaggerated gestures

00:55:56.360 and facial expressions.

00:55:57.520 But underneath all of that

00:55:58.980 is a bitterness and narcissism and shallowness

00:56:01.700 that the histrionics cannot sufficiently compensate for.

00:56:05.940 Now, I'm sure that she has people in her life

00:56:07.720 that tell her that she's funny and extroverted 1.00

00:56:09.600 and she has a big personality.

00:56:11.680 But that's because they don't have the heart to tell her

00:56:13.840 that what they really mean to say

00:56:15.120 is that she is the most annoying person 1.00

00:56:16.840 they've ever encountered. 0.62

00:56:18.600 And her patronizing attitude 1.00

00:56:19.980 fills them with a deep disgust.

00:56:23.480 They won't tell her that.

00:56:24.720 So I have to.

00:56:26.880 And I hope she takes it to heart.

00:56:27.860 In the meantime, Stephanie,

00:56:30.560 the former Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader,

00:56:32.880 is today canceled.

00:56:35.720 That'll do it for the show today.

00:56:36.440 Thanks for watching.

00:56:36.940 Thanks for listening.

00:56:37.840 Talk to you tomorrow.

00:56:38.420 Have a great day.

00:56:39.560 Godspeed.
