00:00:00.000 Today on The Matt Walsh Show, hosted yet again by me, David Cohn, young men are opting out
00:00:05.860 of college in record numbers.
00:00:07.760 Higher education continues to dilute curriculum, reducing the benefit of diplomas.
00:00:13.140 The Supreme Court rules Donald Trump has immunity for official acts.
00:00:17.720 I apply for a job on Dr. Jill Biden's team live during the show, and climate activists
00:00:23.120 are getting canceled.
00:00:24.820 All of that and more today on The Matt Walsh Show.
00:00:30.000 Saudi Arabia recently ended its 50 year petrodollar deal with the U.S., which has the potential
00:00:59.780 to weaken the U.S. dollar.
00:01:01.560 Since 1974, Saudi Arabia has sold oil solely in U.S. dollars, which was huge for our global
00:01:08.020 economic dominance.
00:01:09.500 Now, they want other options.
00:01:11.400 If there is less demand for the U.S. dollar, what happens to its value?
00:01:15.660 It's for reasons like this that I feel it's important to diversify some of your savings
00:01:20.880 into gold.
00:01:21.800 And you can do that with the help of Birch Gold.
00:01:24.120 Right now, qualifying purchases by July 31st are eligible to get a one-of-a-kind limited
00:01:30.360 edition golden truth bomb.

00:01:39.480 Protect your savings from diversifying away from the U.S. dollar with gold.
00:01:44.200 Text Walsh to 989898, and Birch Gold will help you convert an old IRA or a 401k into an IRA
00:01:53.240 in gold for no money out of pocket.
00:01:56.320 Right now, qualifying purchases will get a limited edition golden truth bomb.
00:02:01.480 Text Walsh to 989898.
00:02:04.040 That's Walsh to 989898 today.
00:02:07.800 Matt Walsh is out again today.
00:02:10.040 Unfortunately, in unrelated news, a bearded man wearing a plaid shirt was arrested last
00:02:15.400 night for yelling at what he believed to be a UFO.
00:02:18.400 Turns out it was his son, Scooter.
00:02:20.480 No worries, though.
00:02:21.220 This show will go on, whether you like it or not, with me, David Cohn, and we have much
00:02:27.220 to cover.
00:02:28.640 Higher education is failing America.
00:02:31.440 Young people, and young men in particular, are losing faith in the country's education
00:02:36.460 system.
00:02:36.960 They are opting out of college in record numbers.
00:02:40.600 This trend has been ongoing for some time.
00:02:43.400 Now it's come to a head.
00:02:45.320 For me, this topic is personal.
00:02:47.580 Both of my parents were university professors.
00:02:50.220 Academia put food on our table.
00:02:52.220 I've witnessed firsthand the positive effects that a successful, a vibrant college can have
00:02:58.260 on small towns and communities.
00:03:00.660 But increasingly, the industry is weakening.
00:03:03.380 The financial implications may have yet to be felt, but the writing is on the wall.
00:03:09.020 For the first time in U.S. history, our sons will have less education than their fathers.
00:03:15.940 That statement would have seemed unfathomable to grandfathers like mine, who sacrificed on
00:03:21.660 a daily basis so that my parents could get college degrees.
00:03:26.300 They did so because the return on investment was clear.
00:03:29.900 Those degrees led to better jobs, which led to more money.
00:03:34.060 For most college grads, though, that is no longer the case.
00:03:38.000 More and more universities have prioritized short-term profits over the quality of knowledge taught.
00:03:45.300 They have favored left-wing political ideology over long-standing pursuits of truth.
00:03:51.980 Here's one report from just a few days ago to set the stage.
00:03:56.660 Now to our second story about who is going to college.
00:04:00.780 Enrollment among young Americans has been declining over the past decade.
00:04:04.460 That decrease mostly driven by fewer young men pursuing degrees.
00:04:08.540 A Pew Research study finds there's about one million fewer young men now enrolled in college
00:04:13.820 as compared to 2011.
00:04:15.660 Last year, among high school graduates in the U.S., only 57 percent of men have enrolled in college.
00:04:21.500 That's compared to 65 percent of women.
00:04:24.820 It's a trend that dates back nearly three decades.
00:04:27.820 Every year since 1996, women have entered college at higher rates than men.
00:04:32.580 The education system as a whole doesn't seem to be working quite as well for boys as it is for girls.
00:04:40.380 The education gap is bigger now than it was back in 1972 when Title IX passed.
00:04:45.300 What accounts for that?
00:04:46.700 The main reason for that is that it's through the education system girls are outperforming boys.
00:04:52.160 So you can see it from the beginning, from kindergarten, all the way through high school.
00:04:55.600 And so if you look at, for example, high school GPA, which is a very good measure of success,
00:05:00.400 take the top 10 percent of high school students, two-thirds of them are girls.
00:05:04.680 According to census data, more women than men have college degrees in this country now.
00:05:10.220 More women are likely to graduate within four years than men.
00:05:14.240 Women make up 64 percent of pharmacy students.
00:05:17.340 Women make up 56 percent of law school students.
00:05:20.160 As of 2023, they make up more than 55 percent of students in the country's MD-granting programs.
00:05:27.640 In this 2015 study, using international data, researchers have determined that girls outperformed
00:05:33.480 boys in educational achievement in 70 percent of the countries they studied, regardless of
00:05:39.620 the level of gender, political, economic, or social equality.
00:05:44.620 Those didn't factor in whatsoever.
00:05:46.120 Now, for some of these zero-sum percentages to be tilted in favor of women, that's not
00:05:51.760 necessarily a bad thing.
00:05:53.780 We have an entire country of highly capable females.
00:05:56.860 We need many of them to get degrees, develop skills, and assist in the workplace.
00:06:02.040 This is not a negativity session on women going to college.
00:06:05.600 As I said, both of my parents excelled in academia.
00:06:09.340 My mother has a PhD.
00:06:10.960 My wife has a high-pressure career.
00:06:12.620 Many of the department heads here at The Daily Wire running things are capable women.
00:06:17.000 Some graduated from college.
00:06:18.540 Some didn't graduate from college.
00:06:20.320 However, those who say it's a good sign that more women are doing well in higher education
00:06:26.420 must also admit it's a bad sign that more and more men are doing poorly.
00:06:32.180 Or better yet, why don't we understand that living fulfilling lives and building better families
00:06:37.300 and communities is the ultimate goal, not simply filling up more classrooms and obtaining
00:06:42.760 more degrees.
00:06:43.780 Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Bucker was chastised for making this point during his
00:06:49.220 commencement speech at Benedictine College several weeks ago.
00:06:52.940 Let's listen to this together.
00:06:54.080 For the ladies present today, congratulations on an amazing accomplishment.
00:07:00.500 You should be proud of all that you have achieved to this point in your young lives.
00:07:04.460 I want to speak directly to you briefly because I think it is you, the women, who have had the
00:07:09.340 most diabolical lies told to you.
00:07:11.660 How many of you are sitting here now about to cross this stage and are thinking about all
00:07:15.940 the promotions and titles you are going to get in your career?
00:07:19.240 Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess
00:07:23.260 that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring
00:07:28.000 into this world.
00:07:29.340 I can tell you that my beautiful wife, Isabel, would be the first to say that her life truly
00:07:34.100 started when she began living her vocation as a wife and as a mother.
00:07:39.080 I'm on this stage today and able to be the man I am because I have a wife who leans into
00:07:44.740 her vocation.
00:07:46.500 I'm beyond blessed with the many talents God has given me, but it cannot be overstated that
00:07:52.260 all of my success is made possible because a girl I met in band class back in middle school
00:07:57.960 would convert to the faith, become my wife, and embrace one of the most important titles
00:08:07.240 of all, Hallmaker.
00:08:09.420 This guy cares so much about his wife that he's tearing up during this speech.
00:08:14.340 And this clip went viral for weeks with him being called a hateful bigot.
00:08:19.460 I mean, it's barely acceptable.
00:08:22.160 It's barely acceptable to embrace masculine virtue in the NFL anymore, the National Football
00:08:27.740 League.
00:08:28.240 It's completely taboo at colleges across this country.
00:08:32.740 But the experts at PBS have it all figured out, though.
00:08:35.400 According to them, girls are performing better because they have higher GPAs.
00:08:40.360 This is why I've said for years we need new metrics for intelligence.
00:08:44.460 We need new identifiers for capability, GPAs, SATs, IQs.
00:08:51.480 Give me one solid mechanic who can fix my car over this year's entire Harvard graduating
00:08:57.840 class.
00:08:58.380 I mean it.
00:08:59.060 Harvard, once seen as the beacon for collegiate learning across the world, now appears before
00:09:04.300 the Supreme Court to defend enrollment discrimination against Asians.
00:09:09.100 Those higher GPAs mentioned are merely a symptom to larger issues.
00:09:13.660 So what are those issues?
00:09:15.040 For starters, personality.
00:09:17.220 Much of the Western world right now will have you believe there is no difference whatsoever
00:09:22.260 between men and women.
00:09:24.740 So much so that one bearded, flannel-wearing man had to traverse the entire planet asking
00:09:31.120 the simple question, what is a woman?
00:09:34.240 Dr. Jordan Peterson frequently cites this difference in personality when he speaks about agreeableness.
00:09:40.240 Research shows that agreeable students tend to get better grades than their IQs would predict.
00:09:46.700 I mean intuitively, this makes sense.
00:09:48.880 If a student is on the borderline between passing and failing, teachers are more likely
00:09:53.280 to pass the agreeable student and fail a disagreeable student.
00:09:57.480 I can't help but think of the distinction between Howard Rourke and Peter Keating in The Fountainhead.
00:10:02.440 If you haven't read it, you should.
00:10:03.960 Rourke, the most steadfast character, the man who valued integrity above compromise, was expelled
00:10:10.000 from school, while his classmate, who copied all of Rourke's work but was amiable, became
00:10:15.980 the valedictorian.
00:10:17.900 Another factor, and it shouldn't be shocking news, is boys do better with male teachers.
00:10:23.760 Girls do better with female teachers.
00:10:25.800 The problem is, women make up 89% of elementary school teachers, so many young boys get a
00:10:32.680 slow start.
00:10:33.640 Young boys without fathers get an even slower start.
00:10:37.180 While we're on grade school, how about limiting recess?
00:10:40.100 Eliminating this period may sound like a good idea to some who see it as a waste of time,
00:10:45.360 but its removal has had significant ramifications on boys in particular.
00:10:50.380 Researchers in the Journal of Medicine and Science in Sport found that, quote,
00:10:54.540 The more time kids in first grade spent sitting and the less time they spent being physically
00:11:00.420 active, the fewer gains they made in reading and math.
00:11:05.420 Among girls, sitting for a long time without moving did not seem to have any effect on their
00:11:10.700 ability to learn.
00:11:12.480 Anyone listening who has both sons and daughters understands this without needing statistics,
00:11:18.460 right?
00:11:18.760 I mean, my son is running around all over the place.
00:11:20.780 What makes the topic of men performing poorly in higher learning so much more painful is
00:11:26.260 that the outcome seems intentional.
00:11:29.500 Western society is prioritizing feminine interest over masculine interest in every facet of our
00:11:35.620 society.
00:11:36.420 The goalposts are being shifted to ensure success for some members of our population, but not
00:11:41.760 for others.
00:11:42.820 In that, the pursuit of truth and knowledge and learning is lost.
00:11:47.940 And let's be honest, that learning is not just lost for the men.
00:11:51.700 Degrees all across this country are being watered down for every student holding a diploma.
00:11:57.600 So here are four solutions, four solutions that we must implement to revitalize our higher education
00:12:04.120 system to the standard American needs.
00:12:07.540 First, pointless curriculums that offer no marketplace value and provide no opportunity for students
00:12:13.780 to monetize their learnings must be eliminated from public institutions.
00:12:18.580 The University of South Carolina has a course called Lady Gaga in the Sociology of Fame.
00:12:25.800 The sociology professor behind that course told the New York Times that, quote,
00:12:29.600 the central objective is to unravel some of the sociological relevant dimensions of the fame
00:12:37.320 of Lady Gaga.
00:12:39.360 Gotcha.
00:12:39.720 Cornell University, an Ivy League school, offers tree climbing.
00:12:44.320 I'm not making this up.
00:12:45.620 Cornell says the class will, quote, teach you how to get up into the canopy of any tree,
00:12:51.500 to move around, even to climb from one tree to another without touching the ground.
00:12:57.400 That's called being six years old.
00:12:59.480 Go shadow Tarzan for a day that shouldn't be offered at Cornell, private school or not.
00:13:04.600 Pitzer College offers social justice activism.
00:13:08.360 Texas A&M offers paintball.
00:13:11.100 Denison College offers queer studies.
00:13:13.660 Santa Clara provides lectures about the physics of Star Trek.
00:13:17.300 And George Mason has a course that's simply called Zombies.
00:13:22.520 I mean, personally have established yesterday that zombies are indeed real.
00:13:26.860 I'd go with Michigan State's version, even though, look, I'm a Wolverine.
00:13:30.960 They're Spartans, but their version that's called Surviving the Coming Zombie Apocalypse,
00:13:36.020 Disasters, Catastrophes, and Human Behavior, that does sound a little bit more useful and
00:13:41.380 interesting.
00:13:42.040 But maybe the worst offender is Bates College in Maine, which offers a class on Whoopi Goldberg
00:13:48.560 called Making Whoopi, Goldberg's Canon.
00:13:54.580 Yep.
00:13:55.400 There we go.
00:13:56.080 If you wanted to make college as unappealing as possible to intelligent and ambitious young
00:14:03.480 men, these are the kinds of courses you'd offer.
00:14:07.840 And since the information being taught can just as easily be learned over the internet,
00:14:12.780 what's really being paid for, what's really being purchased is the degree.
00:14:17.220 Only those are becoming more and more worthless to employers because they've started to understand
00:14:22.160 that a college degree no longer guarantees that their new hire possesses a superior set
00:14:28.320 of skills to the non-college grad.
00:14:31.440 Second solution, we must substantially limit access to federally backed student loans.
00:14:37.100 Colleges have been given every incentive to hike up tuition costs while offering no additional
00:14:42.820 value, knowing that student loan forgiveness, which is really student loan redistribution,
00:14:48.060 has taken all risk away from the borrowers.
00:14:51.120 It's the taxpayers, you and me, who are forced to foot the bill.
00:14:55.780 No money lender in this country would loan $100,000 to a 17-year-old kid, even if he had
00:15:03.160 the most exceptional business plan, a jaw-dropping pitch deck.
00:15:07.480 Mark Zuckerberg was getting turned down for pitching Facebook two decades ago.
00:15:12.140 But that same 17-year-old can get a $100,000 loan to study underwater basket weaving without
00:15:19.980 so much as a single sentence explaining how he will monetize this knowledge and pay back
00:15:25.800 the loan.
00:15:26.440 That's a problem.
00:15:27.860 That's hurting America.
00:15:29.980 Third, stop teaching children that college degrees are essential for success.
00:15:34.000 Of course, colleges don't want to hear that, but it's imperative for the rest of us to explain
00:15:38.760 this to our children.
00:15:39.660 Some kids need trade school.
00:15:42.360 My brother studied aviation maintenance.
00:15:44.460 He can fix airplane engines.
00:15:45.860 I wish I could do that.
00:15:46.920 It's a very important and in-demand skill.
00:15:49.800 If he had only started earlier, we might not have planes falling from the sky.
00:15:53.400 For some people, it's important to start working right away rather than taking what has become
00:15:57.940 a four-year vacation, racking up debt along the way.
00:16:01.460 There are interesting and lucrative jobs in the world that most people know nothing about.
00:16:06.540 You don't have to get an accounting degree and become a consultant.
00:16:10.220 That's why Mike Rowe and his show, Dirty Jobs, is so important.
00:16:13.540 He highlights the beaver relocators and caviar harvesters and fossil hunters and doomsday
00:16:19.820 seed bankers, jobs most of us haven't even heard of.
00:16:24.260 Even when young people decide to go to college, it's important they understand that the most
00:16:28.580 prestigious degrees don't ultimately determine success.
00:16:32.020 As Dave Ramsey pointed out, roughly two-thirds of millionaires graduated from public state
00:16:37.760 schools.
00:16:38.300 Only about 8% went to elite private colleges, and 12% of millionaires didn't go to college
00:16:43.660 at all.
00:16:44.780 Finally, it's past time to abolish diversity, equity, and inclusion and affirmative action
00:16:51.600 initiatives that drive no meaningful diversity.
00:16:55.300 Some states have already made this decision, but it needs to go nationwide.
00:16:58.840 The kind of diversity that's important is diversity based on ability and thought and the geography
00:17:05.760 of a person's origin in some instances, but not diversity based on immutable characteristics
00:17:11.540 that people can't control.
00:17:13.600 A young kid who shows exceptional promise of becoming a great engineer needs to have that
00:17:18.760 opportunity, even though he may come from a low-income family and can't afford college.
00:17:23.520 Those types of scholarships are important, and they exist for good reason.
00:17:27.920 I'll use myself as an example.
00:17:29.860 I was able to attend the University of Michigan on an athletic scholarship.
00:17:33.600 There's no way I could have met the academic requirements or afforded the out-of-state tuition
00:17:38.820 to attend that school, but I could play football, at least to some degree.
00:17:43.540 That's how I contributed.
00:17:44.960 It's what I brought to the table, a different skill set other than the other students, true
00:17:49.880 diversity.
00:17:50.480 And when we end the practice of accepting students based on their metaphysical makeup,
00:17:56.220 despite their lack of readiness for that opportunity, dropout rates will go down significantly for
00:18:02.880 those very students.
00:18:04.420 If you really want to understand this concept to the fullest extent, I encourage you to read
00:18:09.340 Heather McDonald's book, The Diversity Delusion.
00:18:12.440 It's poignant, prophetic.
00:18:14.320 Ms. McDonald is a brilliant thinker and writer.
00:18:16.680 Bottom line, universities should not be four-year vacation centers where one explores how decadent
00:18:24.260 and depraved he can be.
00:18:26.180 Diplomas should not be meaningless pieces of paper that we obtain simply to hang on the
00:18:30.920 wall so we appear smart to all those who enter our office.
00:18:34.340 The goal isn't to hand out as many degrees as we can.
00:18:37.480 The goal is to pass down from generation to generation the most essential knowledge that
00:18:43.260 we possess for the betterment of our lives, our families, and our future generations.
00:18:49.500 Now let's get to our five headlines.
00:18:56.860 All right, first up today, the Supreme Court rules Trump has immunity for official acts,
00:19:03.360 and this likely delays the trial past the election.
00:19:07.000 This was big news yesterday.
00:19:08.760 I'm going to read this from thedailywire.com.
00:19:10.880 The Supreme Court issued a ruling on Monday that Donald Trump's claim of presidential immunity
00:19:16.020 to shield himself from federal prosecution is valid for official acts.
00:19:21.560 That's a big point that's going to keep coming up here, unofficial acts versus official acts.
00:19:26.400 It's in a partial victory for the former president.
00:19:30.360 Partial, I guess, because now the current president may be able to act with impunity and do whatever
00:19:36.800 he wants, but the justices voted six to three along ideological lines in the decision and sent the
00:19:43.240 case in which Trump pleaded not guilty to charges accusing him of unlawfully plotting to overturn the
00:19:49.380 results of the 2020 election back to the lower DC court for further review.
00:19:55.680 The president, this says here, quote,
00:19:57.260 Because the ruling was released so late, this is the final day of the term,
00:20:21.940 the Associated Press noted the justices reduced or possibly even eliminated the chances of a trial
00:20:28.760 being held before the November election.
00:20:32.120 Obviously, that is that significant.
00:20:35.120 And the case may already be weakened by a prior ruling that found the Justice Department went too far
00:20:41.180 with January 6 related obstruction charges.
00:20:45.400 You think?
00:20:46.840 Big win for our constitution and democracy.
00:20:49.800 This is Trump here.
00:20:50.660 This is all caps, by the way.
00:20:52.460 Big win for our constitution and democracy.
00:20:55.380 Proud to be an American, Trump exclaimed on truth social.
00:21:00.040 The case now returns to the U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkin for determining what constitutes official
00:21:07.000 acts.
00:21:07.620 There we go.
00:21:08.160 What?
00:21:08.420 And I mean, that's what we all want to know.
00:21:09.840 What constitutes official acts versus unofficial acts?
00:21:12.880 Yet even if some charges against Trump make it to the trial, the high court's ruling pose further complications for prosecutors.
00:21:24.220 So any testimony or records of the president or his advisors probing conduct immune from prosecution may not be admitted as evidence at trial.
00:21:34.660 This is Chief Justice John Roberts here who wrote the majority opinion.
00:21:38.760 Conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett concurred with most of the opinion but disagreed with the restriction on introducing protected conduct as evidence,
00:21:49.520 saying there's no need to depart from familiar and time-tested procedure here.
00:21:53.860 All three of the liberal justices opposed the ruling.
00:21:57.420 In her dissent, Justice Sonia Sotomayor suggested the majority's reasoning would allow a president to get away with ordering a Navy's SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a political rival,
00:22:13.160 or organizing a military coup to stay in power, or taking a bribe in exchange for a pardon.
00:22:20.420 And she says, with fear for our democracy, I dissent.
00:22:26.560 I wonder if she would fear for our democracy if we were able to add, let's say, 11 leftist justices to the Supreme Court.
00:22:36.260 Would that endanger our democracy if we expanded the Supreme Court in that manner?
00:22:40.500 Can we bring up what the president had to say about this?
00:22:43.060 I know he held a press conference yesterday.
00:22:44.940 This decision today has continued the court's attack in recent years on a wide range of long-established legal principles in our nation.
00:22:55.140 From gutting voting rights and civil rights, to taking away a woman's right to choose, to today's decision that undermines the rule of law of this nation.
00:23:05.660 All that matters is that you do not allow the person back into office who will use this power that he's been given by this court, this imperial court,
00:23:27.920 to implement that agenda they wrote down and published because they know that no one will stop them except voters.
00:23:35.900 It doesn't matter if Biden is old. It don't matter. It don't matter if he's old.
00:23:39.000 What matters is that the other guy wants to be a king, and this court has said, yes, you are a king, and we are the king's hand.
00:23:48.640 And together, the seven of us.
00:23:50.480 It doesn't matter. Take it away. I'm tired of her. It doesn't matter.
00:23:52.560 It doesn't matter if Joe Biden is old. The other guy wants to be a king.
00:23:58.280 Never mind the first person you mentioned trying to throw the other guy in jail.
00:24:02.480 But anyway, I digress. Big story here. Big news. We'll stay on top of that and keep you posted.
00:24:08.500 Let's go to the next story here. A little bit of a transition, pun intended.
00:24:14.400 A Northwich woman jailed for cocaine-fueled sex with a dog.
00:24:19.640 I kid you not. This story was presented to me. I had to read it twice to understand that it was even possible.
00:24:26.100 This says here, a woman has been jailed. Okay. Can we bring up the picture of this woman, by the way?
00:24:31.380 Do we have a photo of her? There we go. Yes. Brave. Beautiful woman.
00:24:38.100 Don't you dare. Don't you dare say that that's not a woman.
00:24:41.620 Again, facial stubble notwithstanding. A woman has been jailed after she admitted to having cocaine-fueled sex with a dog and possessing images of the disgusting incident.
00:24:55.200 So it wasn't enough, but there were photos taken, and she has those now.
00:24:58.760 This is Claire Goodyear of Spencer Street in Northwich, was described as manipulative and deceitful by a probation officer.
00:25:09.440 Judge Stephen Everett called her behavior in taking part in the act with other adults.
00:25:13.980 There were other adults that partook, actually, as despicable, disgusting, and depraved as he jailed her for 20 months.
00:25:23.320 This, sir, I don't know if you've heard, but you cannot jail her.
00:25:27.560 You cannot jail someone when they were born in the wrong body.
00:25:31.400 That gives them immunity against you being a judge or throwing them in jail.
00:25:37.080 The 60-year-old has twice been convicted of possessing indecent images of children in 2006 and 2009,
00:25:45.520 with the judge admitting she had been astonishingly lucky to avoid previous spells behind bars after receiving suspended sentences.
00:25:56.700 I read that sentence correctly.
00:25:59.460 So indecent images of children, and you get lucky, but have sex with a dog, and you're out of here, mister, or I meant ma'am.
00:26:07.680 Excuse me. Please don't cancel me. I meant ma'am.
00:26:10.420 Thank you.
00:26:40.420 Good thing that it only took two years to analyze the bestiality content any longer, and we'd really be in trouble.
00:26:55.220 She said she had fantasized about this for a number of years, and after talking about it with people in the Northwich area,
00:27:03.200 was put into touch with others so that they could all get together.
00:27:07.660 Sounds like a lovely community.
00:27:09.060 I heard home prices there are out of control right now.
00:27:12.320 She traveled down there in December 2018 and took part in the act.
00:27:17.840 At the time of her arrest on June 17th this year, police also found another pen drive in her handbag containing the same images
00:27:25.980 and about 3.5 grams of cocaine.
00:27:30.100 Simon Mills defending her said his client has always been frank and honest, okay, frank and honest with the probation service,
00:27:40.000 and although accepting the behavior had been depraved and disgusting, called on the judge to consider another suspended sentence.
00:27:48.940 I don't think the judge understands, as I said, that you can't just jail someone who was born in the wrong body.
00:27:56.560 That is a get-out-of-jail-free card.
00:27:58.840 They can do whatever they want.
00:28:00.980 Also, where's PETA on this?
00:28:03.180 I did find it interesting.
00:28:04.080 Where's PETA?
00:28:05.160 PETA doesn't want me to eat a hamburger.
00:28:07.040 PETA, God forbid I light up my big green egg on 4th of July and smoke these ribs that are about to be fantastic.
00:28:15.100 PETA will get very angry with me if I eat so much as a cheeseburger.
00:28:19.120 But I've heard nothing from PETA here.
00:28:21.520 Do they not care about this dog?
00:28:23.920 I mean, forget the children, of course.
00:28:25.500 The children that she, that brave and beautiful woman had pictures of.
00:28:30.860 Forget them.
00:28:31.360 But can PETA at least step in and condemn the sex with a dog?
00:28:35.760 Anyway, I'm not making that one up.
00:28:37.680 Let's move on to the next one.
00:28:39.600 French feminists.
00:28:41.120 French feminists are protesting topless.
00:28:44.080 And I have to say, there's finally a protest that I can get behind.
00:28:48.420 I really can.
00:28:49.040 Do we have video of this?
00:28:52.980 Yeah.
00:28:56.020 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:28:57.280 Look at this guy.
00:29:12.860 Look at this guy.
00:29:19.240 Man, that police officer, he didn't know what to do.
00:29:23.820 Finally, a protest that I can get behind.
00:29:27.140 The Eiffel Tower protest.
00:29:28.860 Topless women challenge authoritarianism with anti-fascist slogans.
00:29:36.180 Oh, man.
00:29:36.940 Thank goodness.
00:29:37.720 In a striking protest near the Eiffel Tower,
00:29:40.540 topless female protesters took to the streets,
00:29:43.620 continuing the proud traditions of the French resistance.
00:29:49.580 The proud traditions of the French resistance.
00:29:53.160 Not the renaissance.
00:29:54.640 You know, the resistance.
00:29:56.240 Just no guillotines out there, I guess.
00:29:58.320 The women, adorned with anti-fascist slogans on their bodies,
00:30:02.620 boldly voiced their opposition to authoritarianism,
00:30:06.200 calling for action and raising awareness about rising tensions.
00:30:13.380 I won't make a joke about rising tensions.
00:30:17.060 The protest featured theatrical elements with some participants carrying buckets and symbolically sweeping the streets.
00:30:26.220 I want to know, like, did they actually clean the streets, though?
00:30:29.780 Because if so, that's funny.
00:30:31.340 If they just pretended to clean it, and it's just like a performative element,
00:30:34.940 but like, if they actually clean the streets, what's wrong with this?
00:30:38.920 They're topless.
00:30:40.140 The streets are now cleaner.
00:30:41.740 Like, we should do this more often.
00:30:43.380 And this is where, like, America, we're falling behind.
00:30:46.060 I was talking the other day about America is losing in football to Canada.
00:30:50.160 Forget hockey.
00:30:50.880 We're finally beating them in that.
00:30:51.840 We're losing in football.
00:30:53.060 American feminists, we're losing.
00:30:55.880 We're out here withholding sex as PETA members.
00:30:59.580 The French are going topless.
00:31:02.340 Like, this is, we're getting left behind in the dust here.
00:31:05.960 Video footage shared on social media highlighted the dramatic nature of the demonstration, showcasing the woman's determination to challenge fascist ideologies in public in a provocative manner.
00:31:18.320 As they marched and chanted anti-fascist slogans, the protesters drew significant attention, I bet they did, embodying the spirit of defiance and freedom.
00:31:29.040 This protest not only highlights the increasing concerns over the rise of authoritarianism, but also highlights the enduring legacy of resistance in France.
00:31:39.200 Y'all keep resisting, baby.
00:31:40.360 I believe in you.
00:31:41.340 The demonstrators' courage and creativity, courage and creativity in delivering their message reflects the unyielding resolve to stand against fascism and promote liberty and justice.
00:31:55.160 I don't think that's what liberty and justice is all about.
00:32:00.920 I don't think that's what our founding fathers had in mind, and even in France.
00:32:05.880 Y'all should take that into consideration.
00:32:07.840 All right, next one up here.
00:32:10.060 All right, we got to get to the ESPN article.
00:32:13.240 I'm going to pull this article up here.
00:32:15.300 I just heard about this this morning.
00:32:17.080 Blew me away.
00:32:18.160 I thought you might find it interesting.
00:32:19.740 This is from dailywire.com.
00:32:21.580 ESPN defends honoring Prince Harry with the Pat Tillman Award.
00:32:28.840 Already, I don't like where this is going.
00:32:30.880 It's already unacceptable.
00:32:32.240 ESPN defended its decision to honor Prince Harry with the Pat Tillman Award for service amid criticism from the mother of the late NFL star and U.S. Army Ranger, after whom the accolade is named.
00:32:45.320 A statement to TMZ from the Sports Network read, ESPN, with the support of the Tillman Foundation, is honoring Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, specifically for the work of the Invictus Games Foundation as it celebrates its 10th year promoting healing through the world of sport for military service members and veterans around the world.
00:33:07.780 While we understand not everyone will agree with all honorees selected for any award, the Invictus Games Foundation does incredible work and ESPN believes this is a cause worthy of celebrating.
00:33:21.540 The statement was released after Tillman's mother, Mary, reacted to the news that the member of the royal family would be recognized at this month's ESPY Awards, named after her son.
00:33:33.720 That's the NFL safety-turned-army ranger who enlisted after the September 11th terrorist attacks and was killed by friendly fire in 2004.
00:33:42.960 Again, if you, I know, not a lot of sports fans in the Sweet Baby Gang, if you don't know who Pat Tillman is, this guy stopped playing professional football so that he could go become an army ranger after the September 11th terrorist attacks.
00:33:55.740 Yes, he needs an award named after him.
00:33:58.540 No, Prince Harry should never get that award.
00:34:02.260 Quite frankly, I don't think, shouldn't it be a requirement that only an American can get this award?
00:34:09.320 Am I crazy in thinking that?
00:34:10.720 The mother went on and said, I am shocked as to why ESPN would select such a controversial and divisive individual to receive this award.
00:34:21.260 There are recipients that are far more fitting.
00:34:24.180 There are individuals working in the veteran community that are doing tremendous things to assist veterans.
00:34:30.180 These individuals do not have the money, resources, connections, or privilege that Prince Harry has.
00:34:36.420 I feel that those types of individuals should be recognized.
00:34:39.800 Again, that's Pat Tillman's mother saying that following the news, a petition has started.
00:34:47.760 Now we're getting somewhere.
00:34:49.240 A petition started against the network to make another decision.
00:34:52.920 Awarding this honor to someone who does not reflect the award's intent diminishes its value and disrespect Tillman's memory.
00:35:00.540 I agree.
00:35:01.260 I want to sign this petition.
00:35:02.580 I'm going to do it right after this show.
00:35:04.900 Pat McAfee of ESPN accused his own network of trying to upset people by making the decision.
00:35:10.580 He said, it's going to Prince Harry, who I don't even think is a prince anymore, right?
00:35:16.480 He said, don't call me that.
00:35:20.400 See, why does ESPN do this?
00:35:22.780 I mean, look, I don't listen to Pat McAfee that often, but he is right on that one.
00:35:26.900 We need to establish that the Pat Tillman Award can only go to an American.
00:35:31.940 And I agree with Pat Tillman's mother that, you know, they're just, there are more fitting recipients for this.
00:35:37.820 So let's sign that petition.
00:35:40.620 All right.
00:35:41.220 Last one up here.

00:37:46.780 Someone said I don't look as much like a David Cohn as a Daniel Crumb.
00:37:50.660 So I'm going to use Daniel Crumb.
00:37:52.580 This is how I'm going to apply it to be Jill Biden's social media writer.
00:37:56.320 Pronouns.

00:39:04.680 I'm hoo, hoo.
00:39:05.380 That's not even your name.

00:39:55.700 One time when I was young,
00:39:59.660 a person didn't call me hoo, hoo.
00:40:06.420 And I'm still recovering.
00:40:16.260 They didn't call me hoo, hoo.
00:40:18.300 Are you willing and able to relocate to Wilmington?
00:40:21.880 Yes.
00:40:23.080 Uh, additional information, cover letter.
00:40:25.540 We'll get to that.
00:40:26.400 Gender.
00:40:26.940 I already did this.
00:40:29.380 Hold on.
00:40:30.140 Gender.
00:40:30.760 Our company values diversity to ensure that we comply with reporting requirements
00:40:34.660 and to learn more about how we can increase diversity in our candidate pool.
00:40:38.780 We invite you to voluntarily provide demographic information in a confidential survey.
00:40:43.940 I already filled out that I was hoo, hoo.
00:40:45.900 This one's a drop down menu.
00:40:47.620 And now it's asking me male, female, decline to self-identify.
00:40:52.400 Um, well, I'm going to click to find it, but I'm going to write them.
00:40:56.260 I need to write them in the comments thing that they don't have hoo, hoo under, under gender.
00:41:03.160 And that is triggering.
00:41:05.000 It's marginalizing my existence.
00:41:06.560 Here we get to race.
00:41:07.720 Hispanic or Latino, white, non-Hispanic.
00:41:10.160 Not checking that one.
00:41:11.040 Black or African-American, native Hawaiian, Asian, American Indian, two or more races,
00:41:17.700 decline to self-identify.
00:41:18.780 I already put hoo, hoo.
00:41:21.680 I'll put two or more races.
00:41:23.720 I'm, I've got, look, you go back far enough, man.
00:41:26.760 There's something in there.
00:41:27.680 Veteran status.
00:41:29.260 Um, I can't lie on this one.
00:41:31.540 I am not a veteran.
00:41:33.280 Optional diversity survey.
00:41:34.880 I kid you not.
00:41:35.540 This thing goes and goes and goes.
00:41:37.080 We invite you to complete this optional survey to help us evaluate our diversity and inclusion
00:41:41.480 efforts.
00:41:41.920 This is the first lady.
00:41:43.060 This is the, this is the president of the United States wife who needs a digital manager.
00:41:46.800 This is what's on the application to fill out.
00:41:49.820 What are your preferred pronouns?
00:41:51.460 This is the third time I've been asked about gender and pronouns on this, on this application
00:41:56.080 right here.
00:41:56.900 She, her, he, his, they, them.
00:41:59.440 My pronouns are not listed.
00:42:00.700 I do not wish to identify.
00:42:01.940 Again, at the very top of this thing, I already put hoo, hoo, and that's not an option on either
00:42:06.420 one of the second gender.
00:42:08.020 Like, I can't.
00:42:09.420 I'm just going to put my pronouns are not listed because I already said hoo, hoo.
00:42:13.080 What is your gender identity?
00:42:14.540 This is the next one.
00:42:15.420 This is the next one.
00:42:17.140 Female, male, transgender, non-binary, non-conforming.
00:42:20.340 I do not wish to identify.
00:42:22.000 I'm going to put non-conforming.
00:42:24.020 I go against the grain.
00:42:26.100 Saucy.
00:42:26.980 Outside the box.
00:42:28.340 What is your race ethnicity?
00:42:29.960 I just filled this out.
00:42:32.240 This was just above this.
00:42:34.020 White, Caucasian, Hispanic, Latino, black or African, Asian, native, Hawaiian, indigenous
00:42:37.940 peoples, Middle Eastern, some other race.
00:42:39.700 I do not wish to identify.
00:42:40.700 I got to put some other race now to keep with the Daniel Crum character.
00:42:46.460 Do you identify as a member of the LGBTQIA plus community?
00:42:52.920 Sean, did y'all make this just so that I would fill this out and this isn't a real thing?
00:42:57.920 This is a real website.
00:42:59.340 I went to it and I'm filling it out.
00:43:01.220 This is the fourth time I've already been asked about how I, yes, I'm a member of the
00:43:07.660 transgender of the LGB.
00:43:09.260 I already put who, who as what I identify.
00:43:11.560 Do you identify as a member of the disabled community?
00:43:15.360 Look, I apologize to anyone out there, but I'm going to click yes on this just to, I got
00:43:19.680 to get hired.
00:43:20.320 Are you a veteran?
00:43:21.000 No, I won't do that.
00:43:21.780 All right.
00:43:22.120 Submit application.
00:43:24.180 All right.
00:43:24.600 Your application has been submitted.
00:43:26.260 I don't know.
00:43:27.140 We'll see.
00:43:27.680 We'll see what happens.
00:43:28.780 Maybe I'll get hired.
00:43:29.660 Maybe I will finally be moving up in the world as Daniel Crum to work for the first lady.
00:43:37.100 Boom.
00:43:37.980 Deal with that.
00:43:40.240 Man, if I don't get hired, I hope I don't get fired here.
00:43:45.400 Let's talk freedom, real freedom.

00:44:35.460 Now, let's get to our daily cancellation.
00:44:36.960 The counterproductive commotion of crazed climate activists has, for quite some time now, warranted
00:44:50.880 cancellation.
00:44:51.360 So, today, I do my duty.
00:44:54.540 Last year, a guy named Shayak Mookapahe, look, I'm going to call you Little Shay Shay.
00:45:04.180 That's what you're going to get here.
00:45:05.380 Was arrested after interrupting the U.S. Open tennis major in Queens, New York.
00:45:10.040 This was a relatively long delay.
00:45:11.980 It lasted about an hour.
00:45:13.140 The point of Little Shay Shay's stunt was apparently to raise awareness for, yes, climate change.
00:45:20.660 The irony, of course, is that by traveling to the United States from India, where he grew
00:45:25.580 up, Little Shay Shay probably emitted a few tons of those dreaded carbon emissions, thus
00:45:30.920 not only defeating his climate protection purpose, but actively polluting the air himself.
00:45:35.980 That is unacceptable.
00:45:37.660 Needless to say, though, annoying a bunch of spectators at a tennis match did not, in
00:45:42.700 fact, affect the climate in any way.
00:45:44.980 The Earth's rotation has continued.
00:45:47.720 But Little Shay Shay was not deterred.
00:45:49.720 He's the little engine that could.
00:45:51.240 So, late last month, he was back at it again, along with other members of the group Extinction
00:45:56.780 Rebellion.
00:45:58.400 They crashed the 18th hole at the Travelers Championship Tournament in Connecticut, peppering
00:46:04.120 the course with smoke bombs.
00:46:05.620 I kid you not.
00:46:06.720 Let's take a look together.
00:46:10.960 Look at this guy.
00:46:12.000 Look at this guy.
00:46:13.700 He's protecting the environment.
00:46:15.780 That guy cares about the environment.
00:46:18.780 That's why he's running around with a smoke bomb.
00:46:22.680 Look at this one.
00:46:23.620 Oh, yes.
00:46:27.580 Form tackle.
00:46:29.020 Sign him up, coach.
00:46:32.160 Sign him up.
00:46:33.160 One of them kicked the flower pot down here at the end.
00:46:38.480 That's not good for the environment.
00:46:42.260 Look at this.
00:46:45.400 USA.
00:46:46.620 USA.
00:46:48.720 All that to the chance of USA and people say America is finished.
00:46:52.940 I've never felt more hopeful in my life.
00:46:55.460 In case you can't read the shirts those trespassers were wearing, they say, quote, no golf on a
00:47:00.960 dead planet.
00:47:02.380 First off, as far as protest t-shirts go, I have to say this one ranks among the dumbest.
00:47:07.780 The point of golf is to hit a ball with a stick.
00:47:10.180 Men will find a way to do that anywhere in the solar system.
00:47:13.860 Also, why are you shooting red smoke in the air?
00:47:19.080 Heathens.
00:47:19.980 How dare you?
00:47:21.080 You'll never be able to convince me that that's healthy.
00:47:24.420 That that's a healthy byproduct for our environment.
00:47:27.080 Just letting off all this red smoke in the air.
00:47:29.600 You just made the air, my children breathe, less safe.
00:47:34.080 But more importantly, why are these Arkham Asylum patients protesting climate change at
00:47:39.060 a golf course?
00:47:39.720 You're targeting the single most eco-friendly sport imaginable.
00:47:43.860 The platform you're trespassing on right now, causing a scene, is in fact called the green.
00:47:49.800 If they revolted against NASCAR, I could understand gasoline and concrete, cars going round and
00:47:55.420 around in circles.
00:47:56.560 That makes more sense.
00:47:57.820 But you never see them protest NASCAR.
00:48:00.240 Why?
00:48:00.740 Because country folks who love racing, they don't play like that.
00:48:04.520 There's not going to be any look the other way while the security guard comes in and
00:48:08.560 form tackles and handles the matter.
00:48:10.520 These lunatics wouldn't even make it to the track before Uncle Billy goes,
00:48:13.860 full Bobby Boucher with a tackle.
00:48:15.940 So instead, these self-centered dramatists stick to golf and to tennis and to whatever
00:48:22.240 it is this is.
00:48:23.300 This is the World Snooker Championship.
00:48:25.560 Snooker is apparently a form of billiards.
00:48:27.960 I don't know.
00:48:28.740 I shoot pool like a normal person.
00:48:30.660 But let's watch it together.
00:48:31.580 I don't quite know what that was for.
00:48:35.580 Look at this guy.
00:48:37.440 Look at this.
00:48:38.640 You did something, man.
00:48:40.320 Yeah, you really did something.
00:48:41.960 You tell that mean ocean, Todd.
00:48:47.720 All I know is that nothing of substance is being accomplished right there.
00:48:51.920 This is childish behavior masquerading around as some sort of brave activism.
00:48:58.280 How can someone possibly walk away from an act like this and think, I did good work here
00:49:04.060 today.
00:49:04.520 I helped Earth.
00:49:06.960 No.
00:49:08.000 No.
00:49:09.040 McKenna and Jonesy, can y'all bring up one that's not a sporting event, please?
00:49:13.060 I need an environment the Sweet Baby Gang actually recognizes before they become the Cry Baby
00:49:18.980 Gang.
00:49:19.720 Please.
00:49:20.820 Yes, Stonehenge.
00:49:21.980 This is the one I want.
00:49:22.840 Stonehenge.
00:49:23.360 Please.
00:49:23.600 Here we go.
00:49:23.980 Play this one.
00:49:25.320 Well, today is one of the most important days in the calendar for Stonehenge, which
00:49:29.060 you can see right behind me because it is the summer solstice when the sun aligns with
00:49:33.480 the stones with celebrations starting tonight.
00:49:35.400 It is open to the public today, but yesterday it was quite shocking to see those climate activists
00:49:40.900 spray orange powder on some of the stones.
00:49:44.300 This morning, one of Britain's most famous historical sites covered in orange paint.
00:49:49.560 Watches two climate activists run up to the ancient stones at Stonehenge, spraying fire
00:49:56.520 extinguishers containing orange powder, vandalizing the 5,000-year-old monument.
00:50:01.740 Other visitors rushing to try to stop them.
00:50:06.300 Officers arriving on the scene, arresting the pair on suspicion of damaging the ancient
00:50:10.900 monument.
00:50:11.180 You tell that mean ocean.
00:50:14.460 I must dock these activist creativity points, though.
00:50:17.600 They're repeating the same shtick over and over with this orange paint powder.
00:50:21.980 There's no way that's good for the environment you're championing.
00:50:25.540 Okay?
00:50:25.920 Also, from what I understand, Stonehenge is fairly far from civilization, at least 80 miles
00:50:32.120 or so from London, which I really don't like making assumptions.
00:50:35.760 But man, this group, they really strike me as Londoners.
00:50:39.920 Call it a hunch.
00:50:41.220 They don't really give off that small-town vibe.
00:50:44.820 You know, anyway, point being, how did they get there?
00:50:47.820 No way they walked.
00:50:48.960 There's no way that they walked to Stonehenge.
00:50:52.320 They drove cars, probably coordinated the disgraceful act with cell phones, and more likely
00:50:57.420 than not, they drove further out of their way, drove further than necessary to hit the nearest
00:51:02.540 Starbucks.
00:51:03.280 Y'all aren't special, okay?
00:51:04.960 You're not better than anyone else.
00:51:06.700 You just want attention.
00:51:07.720 Run the Van Gogh soup throwers clip, please.
00:51:11.840 Yeah.
00:51:13.800 This checks out.
00:51:14.820 The activists from Just Stop Oil, known for their high-profile protests, previously making
00:51:19.040 headlines for throwing tomato soup on Van Gogh's sunflowers in 2022, demanding the incoming
00:51:24.840 British government end fossil fuel usage by 2030.
00:51:28.800 Hmm.
00:51:29.700 Pink hair, greasy.
00:51:31.380 That checks out.
00:51:32.280 If you told me this story with no video evidence, that's exactly who I would have pictured did
00:51:36.920 this.
00:51:37.500 I've decided these nuts are among the top three most annoying types of people in the world.
00:51:43.320 I mean, if I had to rank order the most irritating, infuriating, insufferable people, number one
00:51:50.860 would be, like, number one would be guys who make bets with their friends, and then when
00:51:56.580 they lose, they don't honor said bet.
00:51:58.440 Like, if you join, like, a fantasy football league and you came in, like, last place and
00:52:03.620 didn't do your punishment, you're the most annoying type of person.
00:52:06.820 Number two, people who ride up my bumper as close as they can on the road.
00:52:11.880 Anyone who does that, or worse yet, anyone who tells his friends he's proud of it, makes
00:52:17.940 a whole rules of the road and blames the front car for going too slow, that guy is the second
00:52:23.200 worst.
00:52:23.720 And by the way, I just slowed down 15 miles an hour.
00:52:26.720 How do you like that?
00:52:27.500 But third worst are these dunces.
00:52:30.660 That's it.
00:52:31.360 That's the list.
00:52:32.340 Now, I could spend all afternoon going through more examples.
00:52:35.360 In just the past year of these simpletons making scenes all over the globe, pull up
00:52:40.820 the U.S. Constitution one.
00:52:43.080 Play the U.S. Constitution.
00:52:44.640 Here we go.
00:52:45.240 Is this in the rotunda?
00:52:51.140 Again with the powder.
00:52:52.320 We have too much time on our hands.
00:53:10.160 Too much time.
00:53:11.700 We're calling for all people to have all these rights, not just wealthy white men.
00:53:16.280 We all deserve clean air, water, food, and a livable climate.
00:53:19.860 You don't go out looking for a job like that, do you?
00:53:21.900 This one is unacceptable.
00:53:24.020 Stonehenge will be fine.
00:53:25.280 This is the Bill of Rights.
00:53:26.820 Nicolas Cage didn't steal this document to keep that other dude from stealing it so you
00:53:32.240 could come out here and express your childhood trauma.
00:53:35.340 Here we are days away from the 4th of July, and these communists want to throw powder
00:53:40.100 on the words of Thomas Jefferson.
00:53:42.300 What did Vincent say in Pulp Fiction?
00:53:45.060 It would have been worth them doing it if I could have just caught them doing it.
00:53:49.480 How about the ones who glued themselves to that runway in Germany?
00:53:52.820 Do we have that one?
00:53:53.620 Let's watch it.
00:53:54.220 At least this one, you're trying to stop airplanes from taking off.
00:54:05.620 Like, I can get there logically with what you're trying to do, gluing yourself there.
00:54:12.760 Again, with this one, though, this is getting to the point.
00:54:16.700 I think it's a little bit drastic, but it's the right thing to do.
00:54:28.720 Yeah, that's it.
00:54:29.780 Good.
00:54:30.000 Take that one away.
00:54:30.700 He's speaking Sputnik.
00:54:31.660 I don't know what's going on.
00:54:32.420 But what's going on here is that this is getting to the point where I think there's a serious
00:54:36.680 possibility that these people are unknowingly bankrolled by big oil companies to make environmentalists
00:54:43.420 look crazy.
00:54:43.960 That seems more plausible than someone thinking that this works.
00:54:49.220 I mean, the one guy watching said it seems a bit drastic, but he concludes that cutting
00:54:54.320 through an airport security fence and gluing yourself to an active runway is the right thing
00:55:00.000 to do.
00:55:01.060 This sums up exactly how the climate crazies have gotten completely out of control.
00:55:06.280 They seem to think that just because they're passionate about something, that gives them some
00:55:10.800 special claim to act out in furtherance of their agenda.
00:55:15.420 And weak people, weak people have enabled them.
00:55:19.380 The more encouragement they get, the more they'll raise the stakes.
00:55:23.240 All right.
00:55:23.520 God forbid they come disrupt the hot dog eating contest this week.
00:55:27.300 I can't abide that.
00:55:28.440 The most annoying aspect is not even the events getting disrupted.
00:55:31.880 It's this air of moral superiority that comes from drama queens who are actively hurting their
00:55:38.440 own cause, essentially telling the rest of us, how dare you not care about our planet enough
00:55:44.180 to throw macaroni at the Mona Lisa?
00:55:46.320 You don't even love the earth enough to epoxy glue your hand to an MBA floor.
00:55:51.400 How selfish are you?
00:55:52.720 If this is the best messaging you can muster, then your cause either isn't worthy or you're
00:55:59.560 a terrible marketer.
00:56:01.160 I truly believe we have to do a better job of protecting our habitat, okay?
00:56:04.880 Cleaning up our communities.
00:56:06.060 We've gotten way too lax across the world in America.
00:56:09.420 Our streets are oftentimes filthy.
00:56:11.580 Roads are trashed.
00:56:12.540 We need to do better.
00:56:13.600 Guess what?
00:56:13.980 That starts with us.
00:56:15.500 It doesn't start by high-fiving Greta Thunberg as she and Al Gore hop on a G6 to fly halfway around
00:56:21.920 the world so they can tell everyone else how bad it is for planet Earth when I eat a steak.
00:56:27.720 No, it's not going to fly.
00:56:29.740 Pun intended.
00:56:30.940 And behavior like this not only keeps me from wanting to associate with whatever it is you're
00:56:36.180 advocating, but I now have to mock you in order to help you.
00:56:40.320 You understand?
00:56:40.840 By calling you out, I clearly care more for your well-being than anyone else has for you
00:56:47.100 in your entire life.
00:56:48.320 I care more about you than your own mother, clearly.
00:56:51.000 Maybe that's part of the problem that we got going on here, but that's why today really
00:56:56.640 was inevitable.
00:56:57.880 I'm just doing my duty.
00:56:59.200 This segment is bigger than me.
00:57:00.980 So as of this moment, commotion-causing, attention-seeking, craze-filled climate activists
00:57:08.840 are today canceled.
00:57:10.800 That'll do it today for the Matt Walsh Show.
00:57:12.800 I am David Cohn.
00:57:13.820 If you like anything you heard today, go head over to social media.
00:57:16.940 Follow me at DavidAdamCohn.
00:57:18.840 That's on X, Instagram, all social media platforms.
00:57:22.400 If you hated anything you heard, send it to all your friends just to see if they agree
00:57:26.660 or not.
00:57:27.120 On behalf of Matt Walsh and all of the team here, have a blessed day.
