00:10:25.760It's all part of a broader collective message.
00:10:29.960Every single agent of the party has to push the same exact script at all times.
00:10:35.360Michelle Obama didn't come up with her anti-family message any more than that nonprofit came up with its anti-family message.
00:10:41.120They're all working in concert to push the same rhetoric that ultimately leads to the enactment of policies like this one in California.
00:10:49.840Newsom has signed a bill that would ban school districts from notifying parents about a student's gender identity.
00:10:57.440That means school districts will have to remove policies that require parents to be informed if their child identifies as transgender.
00:11:04.320The passage of the bill comes after several districts across the state put similar notification policies in place without the student's consent.
00:11:13.000Staff can no longer be forced to disclose a student's sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.
00:11:21.320So over the past couple of years in California, various school districts were requiring that administrators notify parents if their child starts identifying as trans.
00:11:30.620That's a policy that obviously makes sense for a lot of reasons.
00:11:34.240One of them is that children who think they were born in the wrong body are, you know, about a million times more likely to suffer from serious mental health conditions.
00:11:42.420They're also almost certainly being influenced by their teachers or their peers, neither of whom care about these children.
00:11:54.340Parents care about their own children, which is why parents need to know.
00:11:58.100The only people who actually care about the children in this scenario in basically every single case are their parents.
00:12:04.180But in California, the state thinks that it knows better than the parents.
00:12:08.820And here's just one example of how that plays out.
00:12:10.960In 2019, a mother in California named Abigail Martinez lost her 16-year-old daughter to suicide after she says that her school and the Department of Children and Family Services pressured her daughter to transition, quote-unquote, into a boy.
00:12:24.620Authorities placed Martinez's daughter in foster care because she wouldn't affirm her daughter's new gender identity.
00:12:31.740She didn't see her daughter again until she deliberately sat down on some railroad tracks and was hit by a train.
00:12:39.040So here's an excerpt of the mother's remarks where she outlines the horror that the state of California put her family through.
00:12:46.160In 8th grade, 7th grade, by the end of 7th grade, 8th grade, she's starting to show those signs of depression.
00:13:04.820They did it at middle school when she turned, so when she started high school is when everything, the doors opened to what she was talking about,
00:13:14.580like transgender, going to meetings, going to all the support that they think that they have for these children, which is not.
00:13:25.180The school psychology and LGBT was told, told DCFS that my daughter will be better off out of the house.
00:13:40.860She, they took away my daughter when she was 16 years old.
00:13:45.260I tried my best to get her back going to court every single month.
00:13:56.640I've never missed a court date because I want my daughter back.
00:14:00.780But, yes, it was my daughter who they were picking, you know, their pieces out of the tree.
00:14:09.780Now, the tragic reality is that this woman's daughter probably would not be dead today if the state of California hadn't taken custody of her child.
00:14:22.140And, by the way, if you watch her full remarks, you'll hear that even after her daughter committed suicide, the state still treated this mother like a criminal.
00:14:30.100These people are ruthless in their efforts to destroy families and ruin the lives of children.
00:14:34.260That's why California just made it a law that prevents schools from mandating these kinds of parental notifications, you know, parental notifications that would save the lives of children.
00:14:43.900But, Gavin Newsom sees it differently.
00:14:48.480This law helps keep children safe while protecting the critical role of parents.
00:14:52.580It protects the child-parent relationship by preventing politicians and school staff from inappropriately intervening in family matters and attempting to control if, when, and how families have deeply personal conversations.
00:15:02.460So, if you're following the doublespeak, the state of California is protecting the child-parent relationship by making it easier for schools to hide critical information from parents about the mental state of their children.
00:15:17.060The more secrets there are, the better.
00:15:18.980I mean, really what they're saying is, explicitly, is that they are protecting children from their parents.
00:15:27.980They're saying to children, you should see your parents as a threat.
00:15:32.460This is the same message that the nonprofit was pushing in that advertisement with Julia Roberts.
00:15:38.240Democrats want family members to treat each other with suspicion and contempt so that eventually families collapse.
00:15:46.680It's the same reason that the Soviets encouraged people to report their relatives for wrong think.
00:15:52.260When families are gone, the state can move in to fill that power vacuum.
00:15:56.480This is the plan that Democrats, with the help of former celebrities like Julia Roberts, are now attempting to execute.
00:16:03.360The problem they're having is that they're being extremely obvious about it.
00:16:07.400At a time when trust in the Democrat Party has never been lower, they're pitching themselves as your surrogate family, basically.
00:16:14.900It's as heavy-handed and unappealing a pitch as you can imagine, but it's what they're going with.
00:16:22.700And in less than a week, we'll find out exactly how well that pitch works out for them.
00:17:39.460Well, Monday, we announced that Am I Racist, the number one documentary of the decade, one of the top political documentaries of the last 20 years,
00:17:47.000one of the top 35 documentaries of all time, is now available on Daily Wire.
00:17:54.040You can go to dailywire.com right now as we speak and watch it.
00:17:58.520If you use code DEI, you'll get 35% off annual memberships right now.
00:18:02.760And lots of people did go watch the film on the Daily Wire.
00:18:05.540In fact, it was the biggest streaming launch in the history of the company, which is pretty incredible because it means that we even beat What is a Woman,
00:18:18.340which is a relief because I got to tell you, the specter, the ghost of What is a Woman has been hanging over me, haunting me throughout this whole process.
00:18:27.900It's just something that I knew I had to live up to, haunted by the nightmares of being a one-hit wonder.
00:18:35.220But it's safe to say that's not the case now.
00:18:37.080Now I get to be a two-hit wonder, which at least is better than a one-hit wonder.
00:18:41.740There's another exciting announcement that I can now make about the film as well.
00:18:44.960I can tell you that the film has been submitted to the Academy for Oscar consideration in both the documentary and best picture categories.
00:19:01.020And, you know, we qualify as a widely released film.
00:19:06.120And we really do deserve to win our documentary, easily the highest-grossing film in its genre, again, of the last five years, the most talked about, most successful documentary of the year.
00:19:18.460We should at least be nominated in the documentary category.
00:24:26.140I mean, this is like North Korea levels of state propaganda.
00:24:29.560This is how an article in Politico retells this story.
00:24:38.840They quote Biden, but they put an apostrophe on his supporters.
00:24:43.600So it says, according to their version, the only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters, apostrophe S, his hatred, his demonization of Latinos.
00:24:54.620So they're trying to make it look like Biden said that the garbage was his supporters, demonization of Latinos.
00:25:57.660The president took to Twitter soon after the Zoom, tried to clean it up, clarifying that he was not talking about all of the Americans.
00:26:05.440But it is certainly, half the American public, but it is certainly a controversy that the White House and the Harris campaign dealing with today.
00:26:12.900And as the right tries to make it, we're showing the tweet here from the president.
00:26:17.820His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable.
00:26:20.180The president writes, that's all I meant to say.
00:26:22.640So the president said something, immediately tried to clarify it, Joe.
00:26:26.520But it's certainly a story on the right who are trying to paint this to be the next basket of deplorables.
00:26:31.700Well, of course, and Donald Trump says shocking things every day in Fox News and and all of his apologists to the Republican Party immediately go to it and brush it off.
00:26:44.000Explain it away or just completely ignore it here.
00:26:47.000They're trying to make a firestorm out of something that, again, if you look at it, you look at what he said immediately afterward, which Donald Trump didn't say.
00:26:57.060He immediately afterwards said, no, that's not what I meant.
00:27:00.640I was talking about the comedian and and people that supported that.
00:27:35.760Because it's clear what he actually said.
00:27:37.420And this is the difference between Trump and his opponents.
00:27:40.160It's maybe the key difference of all the many differences.
00:27:43.000This is maybe maybe the key difference.
00:27:46.080There's so much incessant discussion about Trump's rhetoric, his insensitive language, his crass comments, et cetera, et cetera.
00:27:52.040Which, by the way, and we just heard from Joe Scarborough that Trump says shocking things all the time.
00:27:59.120When's the last time he even said anything shocking?
00:28:03.100You know, I mean, even by there, it's hard to shock me with.
00:28:05.960But even by the standards of Joe Scarborough, like Trump actually has not said anything really all that controversial or outlandish or edgy this time around.
00:28:21.580We know there was plenty of that in 2016, but really this time, I mean, all this whole controversy over the Puerto Rico joke.
00:28:36.680So, you know, and that's an interesting thing about the whole story of this campaign is that Trump has been remarkably restrained, in fact.
00:28:48.240But regardless, all this conversation about Trump's rhetoric, the truth is that Trump reserves, you know, if he does use harsh language or harsh rhetoric, which he does, he reserves all of that kind of language for the elites, for the powerful people who oppose him, for his political opponents, his enemies in the media.
00:29:15.360He never expresses any contempt for the American people, even the 50% of the country that hates his guts.
00:29:22.440You never hear him say anything demeaning about those people, about the voters.
00:29:30.040When's the last time Trump insulted, you know, Joe Biden's voters or Kamala Harris's voters?
00:29:39.600And, you know, the difference between Trump and Democrat politicians is this.
00:29:45.360That Trump reserves all of his contempt for the elites, for the powerful people, and Democrat politicians, on the other hand, direct their ire at Trump, yes, but also at average American citizens, his supporters.
00:29:59.080I mean, they've just spent the last several days calling everybody who went to that rally a Nazi.
00:30:03.800And this is just a perfect example of that.
00:30:24.360Here's a commentator, Ryan Jerdusky, on CNN, in a debate with Mehdi Hassan.
00:30:31.240And Mehdi Hassan is, if you're not familiar with him, is, I mean, all you really need to know is that he's perhaps, perhaps the most, the most insufferable douchebag on all of cable news, which, I mean, obviously is really saying something.
00:33:19.140That's called having a quick wit, which is something that's totally foreign, of course, to Hassan and everybody else at CNN, because they have no wit to speak of.
00:33:29.680But you saw the reaction, you know, Mehdi Hassan's practically in tears over it.
00:33:36.520I can't even continue after this comment was made.
00:33:40.200And then comes the hysterical reaction after the fact.
00:33:43.520After the break, Abby Phillip, the anchor, came on the air and, of course, had to address this horrific joke and apologize to the viewers for it.
00:34:47.980So, he can call 50 million, more than 50, he can call 50%, he can call 50% of the country Nazis, and that doesn't cross a line.
00:35:00.740But if you make a joke implying that he's a terrorist, then that crosses a line.
00:35:06.840And so, oh, and then Abby Phillip, I think, yeah, later that night, she, after the show, because that, you know, overwrought apology there was, they condemned the comment in the moment.
00:35:25.020And then she came back on air after the commercial break, condemned it again.
00:35:28.620And then after the show, we got another video of Abby Phillip very seriously addressing the camera and talking about this partable joke.
00:35:38.620Hey, I'm sure everyone has seen what happened on the show tonight.
00:35:42.120I just wanted to address one quick thing.
00:35:44.080As you may have seen, Ryan was asked to leave the show, and we have put out a statement saying that he's not welcome back on our air.
00:35:56.120There is a line here on this program, and it was crossed.
00:36:00.380All right, not welcome back, blah, blah, blah.
00:36:01.900So, you know, aside from the hypocrisy of it, because, again, these are the people that call Trump supporters Nazis, some of what we're seeing is the left's inability to even understand the concept of a joke anymore.
00:36:18.780And there's a certain amount of this that's phony, obviously, that they're playing dumb, but they're only partially playing dumb because they are actually dumb.
00:36:30.280And so they just don't—I actually believe to some extent they don't—they can't even perceive the difference between, you know, the beeper comment and the Puerto Rico comment on one hand and the Trump supporters are garbage comment from the president on the other.
00:36:49.440I do believe that these people—that their minds are so twisted that they actually cannot fully even understand the difference.
00:36:56.160One big difference is that the Puerto Rico and beeper comment, one came from a comedian, the other came from a CNN commentator, and then over here with the garbage comment, came from the president of the United States.
00:37:09.960The other difference is that the first two examples are jokes.
00:37:13.740And the comment from Joe Biden was not a joke.
00:37:20.460We talk all the time about how the left has no sense of humor, and it's true in a literal sense.
00:37:26.760Like, they don't even have any sense of what a joke is.
00:37:31.620They cannot distinguish between a joke and, you know, a sincere statement about how somebody actually feels.
00:37:38.180Now, I'm saying all of this kind of in defense of Ryan Jerdusky, and I do think that it was a great joke and a great comment, and I applaud him for it.
00:37:48.360But I can't go much further than that defending him because he apologized.
00:37:55.180And you know what my rule is with these things.
00:37:56.780If somebody's getting canceled and they've got the pitchfork mob coming after them, you know, I would love to defend them, and I'd love to stand by their side and all of that.
00:38:11.500But if you apologize, then I can't defend you anymore because then you're kind of pulling the rug out from under me and anyone else who defends you.
00:38:21.900And the problem is that Ryan apologized like 10 times in the clip.
00:38:28.260You heard him say it over and over again, which is unfortunate.
00:38:34.560If you're going to make a joke like that, you know, stand by it.
00:38:41.320And when everybody gets all offended about it, starts crying, just laughing their faces.
00:38:52.660So this was, here's another thing that was pretty funny.
00:38:56.400The Miami Heat decided to honor Dwayne Wade, a former NBA star who played for the Heat, with a statue right outside the stadium down in Miami.
00:39:06.740Now, you know, it's almost always a bad idea to make a statue out of somebody who's currently living.
00:39:11.560That's, you know, that's, that's, you usually end up regretting that, especially somebody like Dwayne Wade, who transed his child.
00:39:19.380So he's a bad guy, undeserving of a statue.
00:39:22.680But putting that aside, I think it's generally a bad idea to make statues to living people because we don't have the full story of that person yet.
00:42:34.020You couldn't do any better, which is true.
00:42:37.560I mean, I don't think I could make a better statue, but that's kind of a low bar to set.
00:42:41.360And it does tell you something about the culture, that we have forgotten how to produce this kind of art.
00:42:50.880Because, you know, sculpting is something, it's an art form that, like, not only are you producing a piece of art that will last, hopefully, for literally thousands of years, unless it gets torn down by crazed leftists before that.
00:43:07.920But it also takes, it's like, it's a methodical process.
00:43:12.840It takes years and years, I imagine, to sculpt something and do it well.
00:43:18.220And so it's, I guess, no big surprise that in this culture that's not an art form that we have mastered anymore.
00:43:26.840Well, as a proven authority on home decor, I'm here to once again tell you that your home ambiance is missing something.
00:43:34.720But don't worry, the Candle Club can help.
00:43:38.280The Candle Club is the only company that passes my sniff test for beautiful candles with clean ingredients you can trust.
00:43:45.220I've worked with them to create a personalized collection with my favorite scents, like the Wilderness Bundle,
00:43:50.060which samples three of my signature scents, including one of my favorites, Mountain Retreat, which smells like a retreat that one would experience on a mountain.
00:47:39.040First of all, if I go my entire life and I never again hear another person talk about all the things that allegedly make women voters uncomfortable, I will die a happy man.
00:47:53.240Like, that's been the story of this entire campaign season.
00:47:58.020Someone says something and then a thousand other people rush in frantically and shout, shh, don't say that.
00:48:50.260Thank you for offering the same analysis that literally every cable news pundit has been droning on about for the past six months incessantly.
00:49:01.400Now, of course, this analysis, I have to say, despite the fact that we hear it so often, doesn't comport with the reality that I live in every day.
00:49:12.600For one thing, as far as I can tell, men, in fact, do exist.
00:49:48.800They might realize that Kamala will be a bad president who does harm to the country and their children's future.
00:49:53.840And yet, according to Haley, women might vote for Kamala anyway, actively choosing a worse future for themselves and their families because they're upset by some off-color jokes.
00:50:09.220Now, I don't personally know any women like that.
00:50:13.260Nikki Haley might be stupid enough to actively choose the destruction of her own country because she's uncomfortable with Donald Trump's style and tone.
00:50:21.080She might be so upset about a bromance that she decides to vote for a woman who she knows will further devastate the economy, obliterate the Constitution, and start World War III.
00:50:31.380Maybe that's the way Nikki's mind operates.
00:50:33.680But none of the women in my life think that way.
00:50:36.420My wife isn't worried about Donald Trump's tone or style.
00:50:39.940She isn't concerned about jokes or edgy rhetoric.
00:50:42.380She's worried about the future of the country, just as I am.
00:50:45.600And that's what's going to inform her vote.
00:50:47.260Like, I don't think I've ever met a woman who knows that Kamala Harris will be a disaster for the country, but might vote for her anyway or refrain from voting against her because Trump's style and tone upsets her.
00:51:05.580Like, I've met women who support Kamala Harris.
00:51:08.220I've met women who support Donald Trump.
00:51:09.640But this mythical in-between person who supports his policies but may not vote for him because of his personality, I'm not convinced that that voter even actually exists.
00:51:20.460I understand this is conventional logic, conventional wisdom, is that there are millions of voters out there in this category.
00:51:37.540I mean, it's more than possible that I'm wrong.
00:51:40.400Maybe my perception in this case is warped by the fact that I typically surround myself with intelligent, rational people.
00:51:48.960And so maybe this group does exist in some number out there in reality.
00:51:52.880Maybe there is this group of people who, again, support Donald Trump's policies but may not vote for him purely because of their stylistic differences with him and because they don't like his tone and personality.
00:52:05.900Maybe there are a bunch of people out there like that.
00:52:08.180In that case, let me briefly address anyone who falls into that category, whether you're a woman or a man.
00:52:14.700If you prefer Trump's policies but are actually considering not voting for him because of his supposed personality defects, all I have to say is this.
00:52:28.120I think you've been pandered to and babied enough.
00:52:31.980If you still haven't snapped out of your stupor, then probably tough love is the only way to get through to you if it's possible at this point.
00:52:38.300The future of our country is at stake.
00:52:40.700We don't have time to worry about tone and personality and style.
00:52:44.280Well, the only question you should be asking yourself is this.
00:52:47.980Will the candidate that I'm voting for put in place policies that make America a safer and more prosperous country or a poorer and more dangerous country?
00:53:00.160That is the only question that matters at this point in the game.
00:53:06.100If you know that Kamala's policies will make America poorer and more dangerous, then you have to vote against her.
00:53:16.080Imagine that you're on a plane, 35,000 feet in the sky, cruising out and flying over the ocean.
00:53:23.080Then imagine the captain suddenly dies of a heart attack.
00:53:26.260And now imagine that this is a long-haul flight and there are two co-pilots in the cockpit.
00:53:30.840And one of them is a DEI hire who has advanced through flight school despite failing most of the tests.
00:53:37.900She's never been a captain, plainly unqualified for the job.
00:53:41.580Meanwhile, the other co-pilot has years of experience in the captain's seat.
00:53:46.960He has a clear and established record of flying planes through bad weather and turbulent conditions and getting everyone to their destination safely.
00:54:05.680Now, what if the experienced pilot, in this analogy, also had a history of making offensive comments and posting mean tweets and telling jokes that border on edgy, as Nikki Haley says?
00:54:25.140Would you, in that case, rather take your chances with the DEI hire?
00:54:28.440Would you risk crashing into the Atlantic Ocean just for the sake of taking a stand against the better pilot's edgy sense of humor?
00:54:36.580Now, unless you're literally suicidal, I think you would not.
00:54:41.660All that matters for a pilot is whether he can safely fly the plane.
00:55:20.040And that is why anyone who is actually considering voting for Kamala based purely on tone and personality is today most certainly canceled.
