The Matt Walsh Show - Ep. 1477 - The Most Absurd DEI Moments Under Biden-Harris’s Watch

00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Walsh Show, as we gear up for the election today, we'll review some of the

00:00:03.400 Biden-Harris administration's most outlandish DEI policies. They wasted a lot of money and a lot of

00:00:08.340 time on this nonsense. We'll go through the list. Also, the media is fitting in one more Trump hoax

00:00:13.020 before the election. They're claiming that Trump threatened to kill Liz Cheney. Is that true?

00:00:17.560 Obviously not. We'll talk about it. Also, a trans-identified male was denied a job at Hooters.

00:00:22.260 He claims his human rights were violated. The state of New York seems to agree.

00:00:25.640 We'll talk about all that and more today on the Matt Walsh Show.

00:00:30.000 Let me tell you about a looming threat to our constitutional republic that the mainstream

00:00:56.500 media won't cover. The radical left is plotting a Supreme Court coup, and they're not even trying

00:01:01.380 to hide it anymore, folks. These progressive ideologues want to eliminate the court's

00:01:05.080 conservative majority by packing it with their own hand-picked justices. It's not court reform.

00:01:09.600 It's a blatant power grab to get the outcomes they want. Here's the frightening part. If one

00:01:13.960 party controls the House, Senate, and presidency come January, they could restructure the court

00:01:18.460 overnight with a simple majority vote and a president's signature, their plan becomes reality.

00:01:22.780 It's like they're trying to speedrun the destruction of our judicial system. We've already seen their

00:01:26.900 playbook, made-up ethical attacks on justices, illegal protests at their homes, open threats

00:01:32.620 from so-called representatives. It's Venezuela-style court packing, and it would spell the end of

00:01:36.520 judicial independence and the rule of law as we know it. But hey, who needs checks and balances when

00:01:41.340 you can have a rubber stamp for your radical agenda, right? But there's hope. First Liberty is leading

00:01:46.060 the charge to protect the Supreme Court from this radical plan. They're fighting to preserve the

00:01:50.660 legitimacy of the court and the separations of power that safeguards our freedoms. Here's what you need

00:03:18.500 counted, each state called, and each race decided.

00:03:21.340 There's been a lot of very negative coverage of diversity, equity, and inclusion lately. Some of

00:03:30.200 you may know that, as I mentioned once or twice, I recently put together a movie on the topic,

00:03:35.000 Am I Racist?, streaming on Daily Wire right now. We've also done a lot of shows about DEI. In fact,

00:03:39.600 we talked about it just yesterday, and for good reason. As we speak, a DEI candidate is on the ballot

00:03:44.160 for president of the United States. We're on the cusp of either doubling down on this disastrous

00:03:49.780 ideology or possibly eradicating it entirely. I mean, that's the choice. But all that being said,

00:03:56.540 I'd be lying if I said that deep down, I don't have a soft spot for certain DEI policies that the

00:04:02.860 Biden-Harris administration has implemented. You see, as a certified DEI expert myself,

00:04:07.820 I'm trained to recognize that not all DEI programs are equal. Some of them are just straight-up racist,

00:04:14.360 sure. Virtually all of them are counterproductive and stupid. But I'm capable of identifying, 1.00

00:04:20.560 based on my extensive experience and training, some DEI policies that are really kind of diamonds

00:04:26.580 in the rough. Some of them transcend politics and stand as monuments to the unfettered ingenuity of the

00:04:34.300 Biden-Harris administration. The more you think about these policies, the more you come around to the

00:04:38.640 idea that maybe, just maybe, DEI is worth keeping around in some form, if only because, in many

00:04:44.680 cases, these policies are hilarious or at least mildly amusing. So in that spirit, and because we

00:04:50.620 could all use a breather going into what may be the most heated and contested presidential election

00:04:54.460 since the Civil War, I'm going to rank my favorite DEI policies from the Biden-Harris administration.

00:05:00.760 The group Do No Harm assembled a gigantic database of all of the zillions of ways the administration

00:05:06.900 has implemented DEI. And I've whittled that database down to my personal top 10 list. And I'm posting

00:05:12.480 that list on X today. But for the purposes of right now, I'll whittle that list down even further.

00:05:18.360 And we'll start with this one, which is probably the best. With very little fanfare, under the

00:05:24.260 administration's equity mandate, the TSA deployed new advanced imaging technology to, quote,

00:05:30.680 reduce the instances of enhanced screening for trans persons. According to the TSA, this update

00:05:36.540 eliminated the need for TSA officers to determine a passenger's gender prior to advanced imaging

00:05:41.440 screening. This is a program that taxpayers spent millions of dollars to implement. But how does it

00:05:47.680 work exactly? I mean, how precisely is imaging technology resulting in less false flags for

00:05:54.480 self-identified trans people? Well, here's one news report that I found on this topic, and we'll see

00:05:59.960 if they can shed some light on the situation. U.S. airport security will become more gender neutral

00:06:06.600 under new government procedures. The Department of Homeland Security announced today passports marked

00:06:12.280 with an X for gender will be available in April. The X gender designation will also be available in the TSA

00:06:19.680 pre-check security program. TSA officers will also receive new instructions on screening, along with new

00:06:26.280 technology, with the intent of making security procedures less invasive. The Biden administration

00:06:31.780 shared these new actions on the day known as Transgender Day of Visibility. The TSA shared it will

00:06:37.700 now work with the maker of its body scanners to replace the current gender-based system with more

00:06:43.320 accurate technology. The way it's set up right now, TSA agents have the discretion to choose either a male

00:06:49.600 or female option to scan you based on how they perceive your appearance. If your body does not match that 0.99

00:06:56.040 kind of binary algorithm, then chances are you will get pulled aside for additional screening.

00:07:01.380 Schelling told me that avoiding that will help make things more equal for everyone at airports.

00:07:07.020 It's just one example of like when people say like transgender people want to be included in the state we

00:07:17.220 live in. This is just like, you know, in the world we live in, the country that we live in. This is like what it

00:07:24.460 comes down to. We just want to be able to exist, live our lives just the same as anybody else.

00:07:32.920 Yeah, they just want to be treated the same as everybody else, which is why they need all these

00:07:36.940 updates and new policies and special considerations so that they can be treated just like everybody else.

00:07:44.800 They need to be treated different from everybody else so that they can be treated the same as 0.94

00:07:49.620 everybody else. You see how that works? So before the DEI update over at TSA, the body scanner required

00:07:56.500 that agents select a gender for the traveler. And this is one of those things that I guess they

00:08:00.580 didn't want to elaborate on during a local news broadcast, but it's pretty clear what's going on

00:08:05.640 here. If the machine detects that a woman has a strange object in a region of the body where a woman 0.96

00:08:12.800 shouldn't have an object, then the machine would sound an alarm and the TSA agent would have to do

00:08:18.440 a pat down. But if the machine detects that object on a man's body, it's a little bit less suspicious.

00:08:24.240 That's the way it worked before. Now, anybody with a child's understanding of biology can figure out

00:08:28.960 that this makes a lot of sense. Not exactly a foolproof system, but it does make it a little

00:08:35.020 harder for women to smuggle contraband through a body scanner. But the TSA under the Biden-Harris 0.97

00:08:41.240 administration has made the technology more accurate, supposedly. How do they do that? Well,

00:08:45.060 according to the TSA, last summer they introduced a gender-neutral algorithm to the body scanners.

00:08:51.200 In other words, presumably they've stopped looking for mismatches between someone's gender and any

00:08:56.060 objects that may be attached to their bodies in strange places. And as a result, they say that the

00:09:01.860 number of false positives has gone down by 50%. Now, the TSA brags about the statistic on their

00:09:07.560 website quite a bit, even though it doesn't really tell us anything at all. I mean, you could

00:09:11.620 reduce the number of false positives by 100% if you just unplug the body scanner and stop using it

00:09:17.140 entirely. The more useful statistic, if we're being frank here, would be knowing whether anyone was

00:09:23.260 able to sneak a weapon through the body scanner because the machine thought it was male genitalia

00:09:27.780 instead of, say, a gun or a knife. The TSA doesn't have those statistics because, of course,

00:09:32.660 there's no way to track objects that they have missed completely. We'll just have to find out

00:09:37.080 the hard way, I guess. Hopefully ISIS doesn't employ any gender-neutral terrorists. And that 1.00

00:09:42.160 brings me to another monumental DEI achievement under the Biden-Harris administration. This one

00:09:47.480 comes to us from the Department of Energy, which recently became notorious for employing its own

00:09:52.720 gender-neutral menace. You might have heard that the Department of Energy's esteemed nuclear waste 1.00

00:09:56.980 disposal expert, Sam Britton, turned out to be an expert in stealing women's luggage from airport

00:10:01.420 baggage claims. That whole episode led to a lot of bad press, which is too bad because it distracted

00:10:07.140 everyone from the Department of Energy's historic achievements in the field of DEI. Now, fortunately,

00:10:12.700 as a certified DEI professional, I am here to rectify that oversight. This is a very real paragraph

00:10:18.560 from the Equity Action Plan at the Department of Energy. I hope you're sitting down for this.

00:10:23.600 Quote, in fiscal year 2023, DOE sponsored the Lesbians Who Tech Conference. The DOE also worked

00:10:31.320 in close partnership with its Energy Pride Employee Resource Group for Pride Month, including raising

00:10:37.040 the Progress Pride flag for the third year in a row with the Energy Secretary. Just to review that last

00:10:44.040 part again, the Department of Energy raised the Progress Pride flag three years in a row with the

00:10:51.040 Energy Secretary in attendance. They didn't just raise the flag for one year. They didn't just raise it

00:10:56.260 for two years. They did it for three whole years in a row. And this is something that a bureaucrat

00:11:02.780 paid by your tax dollars wrote down in a government document as a major achievement for equity. This is

00:11:09.160 one of the Biden administration's great achievements. And then they published this document online to brag

00:11:15.140 to the whole world. And just to make sure that I wasn't missing anything, I pulled up a video of what

00:11:19.480 this Progress Pride flag raising ceremony looked like, brought to us by the Biden administration.

00:11:25.620 And here is some of that truly riveting footage. Welcome, everyone, and welcome to Pride.

00:11:34.620 My name is Margie Gonzalez. I am the director of Energy Pride, the Department of Energy's

00:11:42.120 Employee Resource Group for LGBTQ plus employees and allies. Pride stands for promoting respect,

00:11:53.400 inclusion, diversity, and equity. Pride is for everyone, whether you are a member of the community

00:12:00.960 or an ally. If everyone can please go over to the flagpole so we can raise the flag. Thank you so much.

00:12:09.020 Oh, we didn't even see them actually raise the flag. Well, that was anticlimactic. But they did

00:12:15.400 raise the flag. So you just have to imagine that part. It's monumental stuff. First of all,

00:12:21.340 the Department of Energy lady says that Pride stands for promoting respect, inclusion, diversity,

00:12:26.480 and equity, which is the first time I've heard that. But she says it as a fact. So I looked it up.

00:12:33.020 It turns out that this is a disputed acronym. Most people say that Pride is not an acronym at all.

00:12:37.160 It just means pride, as in one of the seven deadly sins. That's what they're actually celebrating. 0.95

00:12:42.360 But for their part, the University of San Francisco's LGBTQ Center claims that Pride stands for

00:12:48.220 professionalism, respect, integrity, diversity, and excellence. So there are some differences there.

00:12:54.500 Three of the five words are different. And of course, when you think of gay pride parades with men 0.92

00:12:58.920 walking around in leather bondage gear in front of children, the first word that comes to mind to

00:13:03.300 describe the scene is professionalism. Also, respect and integrity. All of those words are

00:13:09.600 what come to mind when you see the pride parade. Anyway, there's also the folks over at Robbins

00:13:13.880 Air Force Base who have weighed in on this topic. And they say that on their website, that the pride

00:13:19.480 really stands for people, readiness, innovation, drive, and excellence. So already, this is all very

00:13:27.100 confusing. And then it gets more confusing when the Department of Energy lady says this, quote, 0.78

00:13:31.960 pride is for everyone, whether you're a member of the community or an ally. In other words,

00:13:36.720 pride is for everyone except all the people who think pride is dumb, evil, divisive, complete waste 0.99

00:13:42.060 of taxpayer money. It's not for you. But she'll say that it's for everyone anyway, because it sounds nice, 0.96

00:13:48.160 I guess. Speaking of pride, NASA was particularly proud under the Biden-Harris administration to launch

00:13:53.000 something called mission equity. Now, no, mission equity doesn't refer to a trip to Mars or

00:13:58.520 catching a rocket booster midair so you can reuse it later. Elon Musk is doing that. That's small

00:14:07.180 potatoes, okay? You're thinking too small. After all, who needs reusable rocket boosters when you have

00:14:11.580 NASA's LGBTQI plus gender equity forum, which connects non-binary, trans, and queer folks with

00:14:19.120 government procurement experts? I mean, if you could give any sane person the choice between these two

00:14:25.040 achievements, they're obviously going to go with the gender equity forum. But that's not even my

00:14:30.300 favorite part of what NASA accomplished in the DEI department over the last four years. They also put

00:14:34.920 together what, in my humble opinion as a DEI expert, is maybe the single creepiest DEI town hall that's

00:14:40.420 ever been put together by a government agency. One after another, the entire agency, including the

00:14:44.840 director, delivered some mindless lines about Joe Biden's executive order on equity, how important

00:14:50.300 it is. And then they announced the launch of mission equity. Watch. On the first day of the Biden-Harris

00:14:58.040 administration, indeed my first day at NASA, the president signed executive order 13985, advancing racial

00:15:08.280 equity and support for underserved communities through the federal government. At this meeting and the

00:15:15.080 breakout sessions today that Jarell mentioned, we will focus on NASA's efforts in responding to this

00:15:21.320 executive order. NASA fully supports the Biden-Harris administration's vision to create a more diverse

00:15:28.440 and inclusive America. President Biden's executive order 13985, advancing racial equity and support for

00:15:37.880 underserved communities through the federal government, challenges agencies to overcome the visible and

00:15:45.240 invisible systemic barriers that hinder equitable, inclusive access by individuals or communities to

00:15:52.920 government programs, resources, and opportunities. Isn't it true that fairness and inclusiveness have long

00:16:00.760 been at the core of NASA's goals? So following President Biden's executive order on supporting underserved

00:16:10.040 communities, we got right to work. Thank each of you for taking the opportunity to walk this equity journey

00:16:16.680 with NASA. As stated earlier, NASA launches newest mission, Mission Equity, in the spring of 2021, where we were

00:16:25.240 tasked to advance racial equity, support underserved communities through NASA.

00:16:31.560 Isn't it true that fairness and inclusiveness have long been the goal of NASA? No, it's not true. That's not

00:16:38.360 true. That is not why they went to the moon. Nobody ever said anything. I mean, if you go back to the

00:16:46.520 moon landing, the Apollo program, I don't think anyone ever said anything about fairness the entire time,

00:16:53.000 the word never came up, or inclusiveness. Now, this would be a creepy and depressing town hall if it was,

00:17:01.640 say, the local teachers union doing it. But this is NASA we're talking about here, which makes it even

00:17:05.960 harder to watch. NASA used to do great things like land a man on the moon, and they did all those great

00:17:11.800 things without DEI. And now they're all pretending that DEI was somehow the key to their success all along.

00:17:18.600 Meanwhile, as NASA holds meetings like this, where they all act like lobotomized DEI activists,

00:17:23.480 SpaceX is actually accomplishing the things that NASA used to accomplish. There are a bunch of other examples of this

00:17:28.820 rot that do no harm has collected. The Forest Service spent a billion dollars on environmental justice.

00:17:34.280 That's a billion dollars with a B. The NEA spent more than six million dollars to make the art world more

00:17:41.480 equitable, because as we all know, the art world is a haven for those dreaded MAGA Republicans.

00:17:47.320 The Department of Commerce allocated 70 million dollars exclusively for women-owned small businesses, 0.91

00:17:53.160 which is why a lot of men now list their wives as the owner of their companies. Really big improvement, I guess. 0.91

00:17:59.480 We've incentivized fraud at a massive scale. Meanwhile, over at the CIA, they took a break from

00:18:05.160 overthrowing foreign governments so that they could sponsor robotics camps for middle school students from 0.97

00:18:11.000 underserved communities. And the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, which regulates

00:18:16.760 commercial vehicles, held the first ever meeting of the Women of Trucking Advisory Board.

00:18:23.000 Makes a lot of sense, because if there's one thing we desperately need as a country, it's more women 1.00

00:18:26.840 spending weeks away from their families while they drive 30-ton trucks all over the country.

00:18:31.640 And of course, cataloging all of the DEI programs that the Biden-Harris administration has implemented

00:18:35.560 is nearly impossible. There's just too many of them. But having looked at the database from Do No Harm,

00:18:42.280 those are just some of my favorites. They are the DEI achievements that reveal how backwards and 0.96

00:18:48.040 incompetent our government has become over the last four years. And if nothing else, their one last incentive

00:18:55.320 to vote, if you haven't already. I mean, all of this is reversible. That's the good news.

00:19:01.320 We just have to fire the people who implemented these policies. We've got to fire them on Tuesday.

00:19:07.160 And then after we're done laughing at these imbeciles, we can tell the next crop of government 1.00

00:19:11.880 employees to get back to work. Now let's get to our five headlines. 1.00

00:19:16.120 You know what's interesting about holiday traditions? Every year, my family and I gather

00:19:25.320 around to read a Christmas carol together. It's one of those moments that reminds you

00:19:29.000 what really matters. But here's the thing about family traditions. They need to continue even when

00:19:33.560 you're gone. That's where policy genius comes in. Look, I know life insurance isn't exactly the

00:19:38.120 most thrilling topic, but protecting your family's future absolutely has to be a priority. And policy

00:19:42.920 genius actually makes this whole process simple, which let's be honest is rare in today's

00:19:47.320 overcomplicated world. So here's what you need to do and what you need to know with policy genius.

00:19:51.240 You can find life insurance policies that start at just $292 per year for a million dollars of

00:19:56.680 coverage. Some options are 100% online, but you avoid unnecessary medical exams. I appreciate that

00:20:02.360 they're not trying to waste your time with the bureaucratic nonsense. Their licensed agents help you

00:20:06.760 compare quotes from America's top insurers side by side, completely free, no hidden fees.

00:20:11.080 And unlike dealing with some government agency, these people actually know what they're doing.

00:20:15.080 They handle all the paperwork and advocate for you throughout the process. Even if you have

00:20:19.320 life insurance through work, and I know many of you do, it might not be enough to protect your

00:20:23.000 family's needs and it probably won't follow you if you leave your job. That's why having your own

00:20:27.640 policy really matters. Secure your families tomorrow so you have peace of mind today. Head to

00:20:37.000 quotes and see how much you can save. That's policygenius.com slash Walsh.

00:20:42.440 All right. Hope everyone had a good Halloween. You know, I've been troubled by a little bit troubled.

00:20:48.680 Actually, very troubled because I barely slept last night after what I witnessed. And my five-year-old

00:20:56.360 daughter came home from trick-or-treating last night. And you know, all the kids dump their,

00:21:00.920 they come in with their loot, dump it on the counter. As per our usual tradition,

00:21:07.480 and then because I have to start rifling through it, and I, you know, I extract the dad tax.

00:21:12.360 Taxes have gone up. It's because it's tough. It's tough out there. And we're running a deficit,

00:21:17.000 and we got to raise the taxes. Everyone needs to pay their fair share. And I'm tired of the rich and

00:21:22.760 powerful elitist five-year-olds who get to hog all the candy. Not going to allow it. So we had to set

00:21:28.520 that right. And anyway, my daughter dumps out the candy and then starts picking through it. 1.00

00:21:33.080 And she pulls out all the Whoppers, you know, the Whopper candies. And she makes a little pile of

00:21:38.660 them. And I thought that what she was doing is she was separating them to go throw them away, 0.93

00:21:45.920 as I used to do when I was her age. But instead, she starts eating the Whoppers. She's only eating

00:21:51.280 this pile of Whopper candy. And she's only eating those. I'm like, what are you doing? She tells me

00:21:57.240 that those are her favorite candy, are the Whoppers. I've never met anyone who actually likes

00:22:05.160 that candy. I don't know why they're still giving out on Halloween. They're disgusting. It's like

00:22:09.680 when you get a box of a dozen donuts, and there's always one donut left in the break room in the box,

00:22:17.740 and it's always the powdered donut, because nobody wants the powdered donut. It's not anybody's favorite.

00:22:22.400 Why even put it in the box? Why take up the real estate in the box with a donut that isn't anyone's

00:22:28.060 favorite? Just throw another glazed in there or chocolate frosted, and you're fine. Same thing

00:22:32.700 with the Whoppers. Like, three months after Halloween, you know, it's past Christmas, and you

00:22:37.100 find the trick-or-treat bucket, and it's got some Whoppers and Smarties rolling around in there,

00:22:42.680 because nobody likes those. Even the kids don't like those. Whoppers taste like mothballs dipped

00:22:53.280 in chocolate syrup, or maybe like really stale cereal covered in chocolate and then left in the

00:23:01.000 pantry to get even more stale. They're revolting. So that was really confounding. And one other thing

00:23:09.480 about Halloween, because I've seen some people, on a slightly more serious note, I've seen some

00:23:15.000 people lamenting, and you see this every year, lamenting the decline of trick-or-treating.

00:23:20.760 Seems like there are fewer trick-or-treaters out there. John Doyle tweeted about this. He said,

00:23:26.180 very sad to see fewer trick-or-treaters every year. Really noticed around 2016 or so. Seemed to be a

00:23:30.340 dying tradition. Now I'm driving around and have only seen one. It's all just such a shame.

00:23:35.220 And I've noticed this too. Now this year in Nashville, it was pouring rain. So that would

00:23:40.240 explain why there were fewer people out there. But year over year, as a general kind of trend,

00:23:44.720 I've noticed the same thing. It's not like it was when I was a kid. And we've moved like eight times

00:23:54.080 since we had kids. And we've lived in many different houses and neighborhoods and other parts of the

00:24:00.140 country. And so we've seen Halloween in all these different places. And it does seem like it's

00:24:04.460 declining. I think there are a few reasons for that. One of them is probably the most obvious,

00:24:09.420 which is that there are fewer kids. It's like fewer people are having kids. You have fewer young

00:24:14.760 families because people aren't having kids. And so all of these traditions that are kind of kid-centric

00:24:22.580 end up kind of dying off. Also, neighborhoods are less safe. When I was 10 years old,

00:24:30.320 I went trick-or-treating with my friends. We would buy ourselves with no adults. We would just go out.

00:24:37.480 Our parents would say bye to us and they take the picture or whatever with the costumes on. And then

00:24:42.180 we would go. We'd leave at like six o'clock, come back at 930 or 10. And I just wouldn't let my own

00:24:48.940 kids do that at that age. It's what I did. I have very fond memories of it. I wouldn't do it. It's

00:24:55.340 just it's not it's not safe. And also, I think that there are so many kids glued to phones and

00:25:02.940 social media basically from birth that it does make them sort of more jaded and distracted and just kind

00:25:10.000 of less excited by something as simple and innocent as as wearing a costume and collecting

00:25:16.640 candy candy. And then also we've got, you know, immigration. I mean, not to blame immigration for

00:25:24.880 everything, but really it is at least partially to blame for almost everything going wrong in society.

00:25:30.240 And this is one of them. You're bringing in a lot of people who don't care about American traditions.

00:25:34.800 And so it's not just Halloween. It's like all of all American traditions are declining.

00:25:38.420 It seems like there are fewer and fewer people who are celebrating every American tradition,

00:25:42.960 whether it's Halloween or Thanksgiving or Christmas. It just seems to be less of a big

00:25:48.220 deal with each passing year. And that's because you're bringing in a whole bunch of people

00:25:50.940 who who don't celebrate these traditions. Now, obviously, something like Christmas is not an

00:25:56.560 American tradition. It's a tradition that goes back 2000 years worldwide. But even something like

00:26:02.360 that, you know, it's the kind of the aspects of the tradition that are distinctly American,

00:26:07.900 let's say, when it comes to Christmas are declining. And meanwhile, things that are that are American

00:26:12.600 traditions, Halloween, trick or treating, Thanksgiving, you find declining. So I think all

00:26:19.440 that plays into it. And then finally, this is kind of a maybe a pet peeve of mine. And this may be

00:26:29.860 the number one thing that's killing trick or treating is trunk or treat. Trunk or treat is a scourge.

00:26:35.700 And it. So what ends up happening, if you're not, if you don't have kids, you're not familiar with

00:26:40.780 what trunk or treat is. Trunk or treat is like it's for the month before Halloween, you have got

00:26:46.260 in any community, you'll have dozens of trunk or treat different events that happen. It's churches

00:26:52.740 do them and schools and whatever. And all that is. And this could be like two weeks before Halloween.

00:26:58.520 You have people go to a parking lot and they stand near their cars and they have bags of candy and you

00:27:05.400 bring your kid around to all the cars in the parking lot and they give out candy. It's not, it has none

00:27:09.860 of the charm of trick or treating on the night, at night, going to houses, all the decorations. It's

00:27:15.620 none of that. It's just very like efficient. Everyone's in a freaking parking lot and you just go

00:27:20.580 around and collect candy and you're done in 30 minutes. So what is what's happening is that is that

00:27:25.740 kids do the trunk or treat thing. They get loaded up with candy two weeks before Halloween. And then it

00:27:30.940 just, it takes away the novelty of it. Now they just say it's like, they've already got a bunch

00:27:34.340 of candy. They're candied out by the time trick or treating rolls around. So that's also a big

00:27:41.480 problem. That's a major problem. I'd love to hear the candidates. I'd like to hear what they have to

00:27:47.740 say about trunk or treating. I think it should be banned. Liz Cheney lashed out at Charlie Kirk 1.00

00:27:53.700 yesterday. She tweeted, this is what she tweeted in response to a clip of Charlie on Megyn Kelly's

00:27:59.520 show. She said, listen to this twit, make Donald Trump's closing argument. Women, you know what to 1.00

00:28:05.000 do. Hashtag vote Kamala. So she calls him a twit. Many other people on the left are outraged by this

00:28:10.000 clip as well. Charlie was trending on Twitter because of it. Apparently he said something really

00:28:14.480 outrageous, truly terrible. In the clip, he's, he's discussed it. He's discussing the disgusting

00:28:19.500 Julia Roberts ad that we've talked about on the show where, where she's telling women to lie to 1.00

00:28:24.740 their husbands about who they're voting for. And here's what Charlie said about that. Let's listen.

00:28:31.220 And she needs people to basically lie to their husbands, which they are promoting by the way, 1.00

00:28:35.060 which I find that entire advertising campaign so repulsive. It is so disastrous. It is just like

00:28:40.660 the body. It is the embodiment of the downfall of the American family. I think it's so gross. I think

00:28:46.400 it's so just, um, nauseating where this wife is wearing the, you'll show it, wearing the American 1.00

00:28:52.180 hat. She's coming in with her sweet husband who probably works his tail off to make sure that she 1.00

00:28:56.880 can go, you know, and have a nice life and provide to the family. And then she lies to him saying,

00:29:01.740 oh yeah, I'm going to vote for Trump. And then she votes for Kamala Harris as her little secret in

00:29:04.960 the voting booth. Kamala Harris and her team believe that there'll be millions of women that undermine 1.00

00:29:09.340 their husbands, um, and do so in a way that it's not detectable in the polling.

00:29:13.720 So there it is. That's the controversial statement, the controversial, obviously right

00:29:19.400 common sense statement. Not even clear what part of that is supposed to be upsetting. Uh,

00:29:24.900 Charlie's point is that spouses shouldn't lie to each other and we shouldn't encourage spouses to

00:29:28.820 lie to each other, which is maybe the most basic self-evidently true point a person can make about

00:29:34.120 a marriage. It's a point that every marriage counselor, if they're worth their salt, will tell

00:29:38.900 you, don't lie to your spouse. Um, and really you should never lie to your spouse. I mean, like

00:29:45.560 never, ever, never lie to, to him or her, um, even about small things and voting who you're voting

00:29:53.480 for is not a small thing, but even about small, even if you take some lighthearted example, like,

00:29:57.680 uh, you know, classic, uh, your wife asks you if she looks fat in this dress, right? Uh, and usually 1.00

00:30:04.120 people would say that that's an example of a time when it's okay to lie, but really in all seriousness,

00:30:09.560 you shouldn't lie even then. Um, uh, you especially don't want to lie about that actually,

00:30:14.820 because if you say that she doesn't look fat in the dress and then she, you, you, you go out and

00:30:19.620 she catches a glimpse of herself in a reflection at a bad angle, uh, then she's going to get mad at

00:30:25.020 you for not being honest with her about it. And, um, so you just should not lie to your spouse

00:30:29.380 under any circumstance. And again, especially not about, uh, who you're voting for, but I guess

00:30:37.920 I assume the part of Charlie's statement that, that most upsets the bitter feminist banshee is

00:30:41.840 like, uh, like Liz Cheney is when he used the word undermine. The ad was encouraging women to 1.00

00:30:47.740 undermine their husbands, but he's right on that point too. And you do undermine your husband when

00:30:52.520 you lie to him and deceive him. When you treat him with disrespect and contempt, of course, you're

00:30:57.700 undermining your husband. Um, and that is a bad thing. Uh, and this should not be controversial.

00:31:05.000 And I don't think it is among normal people. Let's stay with Liz Cheney for another few moments,

00:31:09.720 unfortunately, because we have our newest Trump hoax. It had been 36 hours since the last one. So it was,

00:31:16.200 it was, it was about time. And today the media is hysterically claiming that Trump threatened to

00:31:21.940 kill Liz Cheney. Trump threatened, threatened, uh, Liz Cheney threatened to have her executed. 0.59

00:31:29.080 That's the claim. Um, drudge right now has the big, bold red letters at the top of the page,

00:31:36.000 blaring this Trump calls for Cheney's execution world in shock. Ex-president increases violent threats.

00:31:44.780 So that's how the media is, um, that's how they're talking about this. Liz Cheney responded,

00:31:51.980 tweeting, this is how dictators destroy free nations. They threaten those who speak against

00:31:57.020 them with death. We cannot entrust our country and our freedom to a petty, vindictive, cruel,

00:32:01.560 unstable man who wants to be a tyrant. Hashtag women will not be silenced. Hashtag vote Kamala. 1.00

00:32:06.980 Very brave, very bold, uh, right. She's standing up against the tyrant, but what did Trump actually

00:32:14.440 say? Well, of course the clip is being taken out of context, but let's, let's first play

00:32:21.460 the out of context clip that is being circulated right now, uh, in which Donald Trump allegedly calls

00:32:30.380 for Liz Cheney's execution. Because even in the out of context clip, you could still tell that

00:32:37.180 drudge in the media, Liz Cheney are lying about it. Um, even though there is more context needed,

00:32:42.600 but, but here's the out of context clip. And I don't blame him for sticking with his daughter,

00:32:48.100 but his daughter is a very dumb individual. Very dumb. She's a radical war hawk. Let's put her with 1.00

00:32:57.060 a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting at her. Okay. Let's see how she feels about it. 0.99

00:33:02.380 You know, when the guns are trained in her face. So there it is. Now, as I said, I think it's already

00:33:09.120 obvious, even from a, uh, carefully clipped out of context snippet, it's obvious what Trump is really

00:33:16.120 saying, but let's pull back the lens. Let's, let's widen the lens a little bit. And here's the same clip

00:33:22.080 with just a few more seconds of context. He said, I really want to thank you. He said,

00:33:31.160 now I'm so glad that I actually endorsed you. It's amazing, but that you would do this. And I didn't

00:33:36.940 speak to him about it, but then, you know, go a couple of years forward to go now. And I don't

00:33:44.520 blame him for sticking with his daughter, but his daughter is a very dumb individual. Very dumb. 1.00

00:33:49.900 She's a radical war hawk. Let's put her with a rifle standing there with nine barrels shooting 1.00

00:33:57.600 at her. Okay. Let's see how she feels about it. You know, when the guns are trained in her face, 0.99

00:34:02.620 you know, they're all war hawks when they're sitting in Washington in a nice building saying,

00:34:08.040 Oh, gee, we'll let's send, uh, let's send 10,000 troops right into the mouth of the enemy. 1.00

00:34:13.760 But she's a stupid person. And I used to have, I'd have meetings with a lot of people and she always 1.00

00:34:21.680 wanted to go to war. Okay. So, uh, what is he saying? Uh, is he saying that he wants to kill

00:34:27.880 Liz Cheney? Is that it's, could any honest person interpret it that way that he wants to kill her, 0.99

00:34:33.760 that he's going to have her executed? Is he calling for her assassination the way that many leftists have

00:34:39.820 of Trump even after he was actually almost assassinated? Um, no, what he's saying is that

00:34:45.940 Liz Cheney is a chicken hawk coward who happily sends young men off to go die on foreign soil 1.00

00:34:51.480 somewhere while she sits in her car, you know, comfortably in her air conditioned office in DC. 0.99

00:34:56.460 That's what he's saying. And he's absolutely right. I mean, he's not only right, but it's a point that

00:35:03.340 millions of Americans have made, you know, it's, it's the kind of thing you can hear any

00:35:08.580 American citizen make. If you're sitting in their living room talking about politics, it's, it's

00:35:13.680 one of the main complaints that Americans have about, uh, neocons like Liz Cheney and the elitists

00:35:22.540 who are constantly starting wars and sending our troops off to go die. It's like, this is the one of

00:35:27.060 the, this is a very common point that Trump is making an important point that should be made.

00:35:35.140 But this is the left yet again, taking this thing that millions of people have said,

00:35:39.080 and we all understand exactly what he means and trying to convince us that we're not hearing what

00:35:45.820 we're actually hearing. All right. The Avengers have assembled with, uh, an important message.

00:35:51.440 Get ready for, this is maximum cringe. I mean, it's, it's, it's coming on. It's, this is, uh,

00:35:57.480 this is hard and fast. The cringe here. It's going to be, it's like a tidal wave. So brace yourself.

00:36:02.820 Here it is.

00:36:05.960 Hi, you guys. Hi, Avengers.

00:36:08.040 Hi, Scarlett.

00:36:09.480 Jumping on the call.

00:36:10.440 Whoa, whoa, whoa. I think you mean assembling.

00:36:14.220 I said assembling.

00:36:15.360 That's pretty good.

00:36:16.520 No, that was funny.

00:36:17.260 Scarlett, it is our pleasure to come together and to get the vote out this election.

00:36:22.700 Yeah. How can we be of service?

00:36:24.540 How about we start with, uh, what our voting plans are going to be?

00:36:27.420 Who are we going to bring to the polls with us? That sort of thing.

00:36:30.100 I think Kamala Harris needs a catchphrase. 1.00

00:36:33.520 Ooh, yes. Definitely a catchphrase.

00:36:35.960 How about this? I'm just off the top of my head. I can do this all day.

00:36:40.820 Shut up. 1.00

00:36:41.820 I hate it. 1.00

00:36:42.440 Okay.

00:36:42.940 I mean, it's original, but...

00:36:44.260 What about something punchier, like...

00:36:45.780 Ooh, ooh. Boom.

00:36:47.180 You looking for this?

00:36:48.120 Iron Man 2. Everybody loved it.

00:36:49.740 Okay. Again, I think we're just trying to get out the vote.

00:36:52.600 Kamala forever.

00:36:53.840 That's better.

00:36:54.460 Okay. How about I'm down with democracy? It's just clean and simple.

00:36:58.320 Okay. I like that.

00:36:59.200 It's hard to argue with that.

00:37:00.900 Kamala Harris down with democracy.

00:37:03.140 Oh, yeah.

00:37:03.980 I'm Kamala Harris, and I say...

00:37:05.980 First of all, I have no idea who some of those people even are.

00:37:09.000 Who is the British guy? Paul.

00:37:11.760 What was his name? Paul?

00:37:13.000 Who is that guy? I don't know.

00:37:14.200 Is he an Avenger?

00:37:15.180 What superhero is he?

00:37:17.760 And the black woman, who is she? 0.91

00:37:19.600 Are they part of the Avengers?

00:37:21.340 What...

00:37:21.700 Who are...

00:37:22.540 I mean, are those fans who won a contest and were able to be a part of it?

00:37:26.980 I don't know.

00:37:28.060 I've never watched an Avenger movie because I'm, you know, an adult, so maybe that's why I don't know.

00:37:33.740 But I am familiar with the other people, and all together they end up to create just, as I said, maximum cringe, unbearable cringe, cringe to the nth degree.

00:37:42.500 And I don't think this is going to move the needle very much at all.

00:37:48.060 Smarmy, multimillionaire celebrity actors sitting in their Hollywood mansions.

00:37:52.620 I don't think that's going to help in an election that mostly centers around the fact that American families can't afford groceries.

00:38:02.520 And also, advertising the fact that Hollywood is entirely in the corner of Kamala Harris, I don't think that helps her.

00:38:11.820 But I really don't.

00:38:15.200 Because it is...

00:38:16.100 You know, it's...

00:38:17.420 The entire Avenger...

00:38:18.540 Everybody involved in the Avengers, all of them are Kamala Harris supporters.

00:38:22.700 There's no dissenter in the bunch, apparently.

00:38:27.060 Not a surprise, but I don't think that's the kind of thing that...

00:38:30.540 That's the kind of message...

00:38:31.940 I don't think it helps Kamala to send that message.

00:38:36.200 When people think, oh, well, like, every Hollywood actor likes Kamala Harris.

00:38:39.440 I think when most people hear that, they think, yeah, okay, well, that tells me something, and it's not good.

00:38:47.960 Here's an endorsement that does matter.

00:38:50.660 This happened a couple days ago.

00:38:51.820 I keep meaning to mention it.

00:38:53.360 And I will now, if you didn't hear.

00:38:57.040 Politico reports, famed Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin on Wednesday endorsed Donald Trump for president,

00:39:03.540 citing Trump's prioritization of space exploration while he was in office.

00:39:07.540 Aldrin wrote in a statement,

00:39:10.160 Over time, I've seen our government's approach to space wax and wane,

00:39:13.960 but under the first Trump administration, I was impressed to see how human space exploration

00:39:17.280 was elevated as a policy of high importance once again.

00:39:21.660 Aldrin pointed to a number of Trump-era policies, including creation of the Space Force in the statement.

00:39:25.920 He also shouted out billionaire entrepreneur major Trump backer Elon Musk

00:39:29.080 as a visionary for what he called the private sector space economy.

00:39:33.040 So Buzz Aldrin endorsing Donald Trump, and this endorsement really does matter.

00:39:39.760 I mean, to me, this endorsement, this endorsement means more than every Hollywood actor put together.

00:39:47.200 And because Buzz Aldrin is one of our greatest living Americans.

00:39:51.960 He's simply one of the greatest Americans still alive.

00:39:55.920 One of the greatest Americans of all time.

00:39:57.140 And I hope, you know, look, I'm not looking to rub this in,

00:40:02.360 and we want unity on the right among conservatives going into Election Day.

00:40:06.420 So I'm not going to, I won't dwell on this.

00:40:08.360 I'm not going to dwell on it.

00:40:09.420 But I hope, I do hope that you moon landing deniers on the right,

00:40:16.120 you know, you should feel a little bad now.

00:40:19.020 Okay, it's like this Buzz Aldrin, he's on your side, one of our greatest living Americans.

00:40:24.780 And you're trying to deny him his great achievement. 0.89

00:40:28.380 You're denying that he achieved, accusing him of being a liar and a fraud.

00:40:33.640 Great living, great American, an icon, Trump supporter. 0.99

00:40:38.560 And you're accusing him of being nothing but a liar and a fraud. 0.94

00:40:42.800 And you should feel a little bad about that. 0.97

00:40:44.780 You should.

00:40:45.180 And then, but then, you know, just let's all, let's cut all the nonsense about denying the moon.

00:40:53.380 The moon landing happened.

00:40:54.780 It's a great thing.

00:40:55.960 Something we should be proud of as Americans.

00:40:58.700 Something that we, because we love our country and we're patriots.

00:41:01.620 And this is the greatest thing that America has ever achieved.

00:41:06.220 The greatest human achievement of all time is claimed by America.

00:41:13.120 And we love that and we're proud of that.

00:41:15.860 And so let's just, that's it.

00:41:17.000 Let's just move on.

00:41:18.720 Finally, this election has made something very clear.

00:41:22.920 Although this was already clear that we're living in, you know, speaking of space exploration,

00:41:27.780 we're living in different universes.

00:41:29.240 The right and left are divided by a chasm that might as well be 100 million light years across.

00:41:34.260 Right.

00:41:35.580 And so here's just one more piece of evidence is this viral video of people on the left.

00:41:43.480 I guess explaining why they are going to vote for Kamala Harris.

00:41:49.000 Watch.

00:41:50.420 Oh, I got too political.

00:41:51.660 My bad.

00:41:52.420 I just don't know if I'll be able to own a credit card without my husband's permission in seven days.

00:41:56.500 Oh, did I get too political?

00:41:57.820 My bad.

00:41:58.480 I just don't know if I want to get rid of overtime in seven days.

00:42:01.660 Oh, I've gotten too political.

00:42:03.240 My bad.

00:42:04.020 I just want to make sure I have access to birth control in seven days.

00:42:06.820 Oh, I got too political.

00:42:08.480 My bad.

00:42:09.340 I guess I don't know if I'm going to be a U.S. citizen in seven days.

00:42:12.040 Oh, I got too political.

00:42:13.440 My bad.

00:42:14.100 I'm just worried I won't be able to love who I love in seven days.

00:42:16.960 Oh, did I get political?

00:42:18.060 My bad.

00:42:18.720 I just don't want my mother to be denied her health care because she has a pre-existing condition. 0.99

00:42:23.180 Oh, I'm being too political.

00:42:24.840 My bad.

00:42:25.520 I'm just fighting for the future of my daughter.

00:42:27.260 Oh, I got too political.

00:42:28.360 My bad.

00:42:28.940 It's just that I don't know if my family in Western North Carolina will be warned of

00:42:32.880 the hurricane coming in seven days when the National Weather Service is gone.

00:42:36.240 Oh, I got too political.

00:42:37.920 My bad.

00:42:39.020 I don't want them to start rounding up immigrants to deport in seven days.

00:42:43.220 Oh, I got too political.

00:42:44.800 My bad.

00:42:45.620 The only reason I have a daughter is because of IVF.

00:42:48.200 Oh, I got too political.

00:42:50.120 I just don't really want J.D. Vance tracking my periods in seven days.

00:42:53.360 Oh, I got too political.

00:42:54.380 My bad.

00:42:55.060 I don't want Trump to take over the Board of Education, put in his lackeys, his loyalists,

00:42:59.020 and have y'all continue to think that Puerto Rico is not a part of America.

00:43:02.200 Open the schools.

00:43:04.200 Okay.

00:43:04.640 So, like I said, different universes.

00:43:06.780 And in this universe, these leftists, the one that they're living in, Donald Trump is

00:43:10.440 going to, let's just review the list.

00:43:12.020 Trump is going to ban women from owning credit cards without their husband's permission, ban

00:43:19.560 overtime pay, ban birth control, deport, from what I can tell, legal U.S. citizens.

00:43:28.780 He's going to prevent people from loving who they love.

00:43:33.160 He's going to stop warning people about hurricanes.

00:43:36.300 And he's going to put J.D. Vance in charge of tracking women's periods.

00:43:41.760 That's what they, those are the reasons that they give for voting for Kamala.

00:43:50.120 Not one reason.

00:43:52.640 I mean, there's not one thing that made the list that's actually real.

00:43:57.500 None of that has any basis in reality.

00:43:59.400 I mean, it's amazing that you could put together, whatever, a 90-second video of all, a bunch

00:44:04.600 of different, you know, a montage of leftists talking about why they're going to vote for

00:44:08.240 Kamala.

00:44:10.100 And not one of them mentions a single thing that's actually going, that's real.

00:44:18.920 It's incredible.

00:44:20.220 And when you watch something like that, you'd like to think to yourself, oh, well, this is

00:44:24.700 hyperbole.

00:44:25.260 This is, I mean, they don't, they don't really think that J.D. Vance will be tracking

00:44:30.760 their period.

00:44:31.700 There's no way they think that.

00:44:33.080 They don't actually think that Donald Trump is going to stop warning us about hurricanes

00:44:36.400 or prevent women from buying credit cards.

00:44:39.760 They can't really think that.

00:44:41.160 It must be intentional hyperbole, but it's not.

00:44:44.680 This is what they think.

00:44:46.000 And if Kamala wins, I mean, if she actually wins, if she, in fact, if, in fact, she wins

00:44:58.640 through the ballot box, it will mean that, you know, a majority of Americans, it's not

00:45:09.140 just that they have, you know, opinions I disagree with and they have policy, you know,

00:45:15.840 ideas that I disagree with.

00:45:17.400 It's that they are totally delusional.

00:45:20.840 Like, they are fundamentally disconnected from reality.

00:45:25.740 Because this has been Kamala's entire campaign is this kind of stuff.

00:45:28.580 just a litany of claims about Donald Trump and the things that he's going to do that

00:45:34.640 are totally divorced from reality.

00:45:39.380 And this is her bet, is that there's enough people who are delusional and that she can

00:45:45.100 ride that wave of a delusion to the White House.

00:45:47.520 We'll see.

00:45:48.500 Let's talk about something that really affects us all, taxes.

00:45:51.240 The October 15th deadline has passed.

00:45:53.040 And if you're not prepared, you could be in for a world of hurt.

00:45:56.000 Do you owe back taxes?

00:45:56.880 Are your returns still unfiled?

00:45:59.360 Did you miss the deadline to file for an extension?

00:46:02.040 Now that we're past October 15th, the IRS is probably gearing up for some aggressive

00:46:05.140 enforcement.

00:46:06.260 Trust me, you don't want to be on their radar.

00:46:08.360 We're talking wage garnishments, frozen bank accounts, even property seizures.

00:46:11.900 It's not pretty, folks.

00:47:38.680 Now let's get to our daily cancellation.

00:47:39.880 So here's a story that 10 years ago could have only existed in the realm of parody.

00:47:50.300 It's the kind of scenario that a right-wing satirist might have invented as a way of mocking

00:47:54.560 the excesses of the left.

00:47:56.520 But it wouldn't have worked at satire back then because it would have been too outlandish,

00:48:00.240 too hard to believe.

00:48:00.940 It would have seemed less like a satire, more like a straw man.

00:48:04.180 But now, like some bizarro version of The Wizard of Oz, the straw men have all come to life. 0.91

00:48:08.360 And many of them identify as straw women. 0.99

00:48:10.980 So here's the summary, and then we'll get into the specifics.

00:48:14.800 But the summary is this.

00:48:16.420 A repeat customer at Hooters was asked to leave the premises and not return after allegedly

00:48:21.340 sexually harassing the waitresses on multiple occasions.

00:48:24.400 But then he did return, this time dressed as a woman claiming to have transitioned.

00:48:29.080 This time he asked for a job as a waitress.

00:48:31.200 He was turned down, obviously.

00:48:32.920 So he sued the restaurant for discrimination.

00:48:35.100 The Human Rights Division in his state has taken his side.

00:48:38.360 Saying that there's evidence that this man did have his human rights violated and that

00:48:42.680 he does, in fact, have a human right to work at Hooters among women who he allegedly sexually

00:48:48.360 harassed.

00:48:48.940 That's the summary.

00:48:50.600 Now, let's go back and get into some of the specifics, courtesy of the local news report

00:48:55.640 on it.

00:48:55.960 Here it is.

00:48:56.300 A local transgender woman suing the Hooters franchise on Wolf Road for discrimination.

00:49:02.860 News 10's James De La Fuente has been following the story and begins our coverage tonight.

00:49:06.460 The Hooters on Wolf Road drawing protesters twice in recent weeks.

00:49:11.520 Justice for Brandy, justice for all.

00:49:14.860 Everybody has justice, trans rights.

00:49:18.260 I'm suing Hooters for sex-based discrimination on the basis of accommodations and on the basis

00:49:26.300 of employment.

00:49:27.180 The restaurant has been a regular stop for Brandy Livingston, so much so she hoped to someday

00:49:31.320 work there.

00:49:32.080 However, after her recent transition, Brandy claims that she's not respected there as a

00:49:36.640 woman.

00:49:36.980 They would use male pronouns. 0.60

00:49:41.480 They would refer to me as he.

00:49:42.740 She claims it goes even further, telling me employees and management at the restaurant

00:49:46.600 continually harass her when using the public restroom.

00:49:49.100 I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom, talking to one of the managers

00:49:54.940 and said that, why are you allowing him in the woman's restroom? 1.00

00:50:00.840 And the manager said, well, I don't like it any more than you do.

00:50:04.960 So let me just cut in here.

00:50:06.940 So notice two things.

00:50:09.660 He says that he was harassed by, but then admits that he overheard the comments.

00:50:14.980 You can't be harassed by a conversation you are eavesdropping on.

00:50:18.220 Also this, nobody prevented him from using the women's room by his own testimony.

00:50:23.340 They should have prevented him.

00:50:24.780 You know, they would have been morally justified in stopping him from invading the private spaces

00:50:27.900 of the female customers, but they didn't.

00:50:30.640 He was allowed to use the women's room.

00:50:32.840 The manager simply revealed, not even to this guy, but to somebody else, that he didn't like

00:50:37.460 it.

00:50:38.280 He didn't like the fact that this guy was able to use the women's room, but he was able

00:50:41.380 to use it.

00:50:42.280 So once again, we have a trans-identified person demanding not only that they be allowed to do 0.98

00:50:46.640 whatever they want, not only that everyone else accommodate their self-identity, not only

00:50:51.420 that everyone else take part in affirming their perception of themselves, but also that

00:50:56.000 everyone pretend they like it.

00:50:57.980 It's not enough for the trans person to get their way. 0.99

00:51:00.460 It's not enough for everyone else to surrender to their demands.

00:51:04.820 You must surrender with a smile on your face and pretend you're happy about it, or else

00:51:10.640 it's a human rights violation.

00:51:13.020 Let's get back to the video.

00:51:15.540 Brandy filed a claim with the New York State Division of Human Rights, and after investigating,

00:51:19.680 they found sufficient evidence her rights may have been violated under New York Executive

00:51:23.400 Law 296, and there will be a hearing.

00:51:26.120 An at-will situation, proving that the employer's reason they gave was wrong is not enough.

00:51:35.140 You've got to prove that it was discrimination on the basis of some prohibited characteristics,

00:51:40.240 such as gender identity.

00:51:42.600 She says she applied three times for employment.

00:51:45.080 I said, do you want to see my experience or anything?

00:51:48.580 Because I had previous jobs I've had written down, and he said, well, we don't care about

00:51:54.860 experience.

00:51:55.920 We hire on the basis of personality, and there's an image that needs to be met.

00:52:00.020 Well, that, of course, makes sense.

00:52:02.360 Hooters doesn't care about your previous work experience at Home Depot or whatever.

00:52:06.580 There's a certain image that they're looking for, specifically the image of a young, attractive

00:52:10.420 woman.

00:52:11.660 Now, I'm not a Hooters patron myself, but I imagine that if you go to Hooters, you would

00:52:18.220 be extremely disappointed to have this guy show up at your table in booty shorts.

00:52:24.200 You were hoping for a beautiful woman.

00:52:26.100 Instead, you got the nose tackle from the local junior college football team.

00:52:30.440 It's like going to a high-end steakhouse and being served boiled shoe leather or something.

00:52:35.300 Not even a remotely convincing imitation.

00:52:37.520 But fortunately, Hooters is fighting back.

00:52:40.340 They're taking a stand for truth, justice, and the American way, surprisingly.

00:52:44.700 Watch.

00:52:44.920 Hooters is fired back, saying through their lawyers that Brandy was requested to not return

00:52:50.720 to the restaurant because of what they say were her own offensive actions and allege 0.85

00:52:55.480 that Brandy, on several occasions, made sexually explicit comments to servers.

00:52:59.680 They just claimed that you had, prior to transitioning and after, you had frequently made multiple

00:53:04.100 servers at the restaurant, uncomfortable by informing them you wanted to marry them, discussing 0.98

00:53:08.060 masturbation. 0.99

00:53:09.300 I never said anything about that.

00:53:10.540 The Hooters company says that you had threatened to go to a gun range for practice for the next

00:53:16.180 time you came to the restaurant.

00:53:17.440 My mom would take me to the gun range and for clay pigeon shooting trap.

00:53:22.560 I feel like one of the servers might have overheard what me and my dad were talking about

00:53:26.680 and misunderstood what we were talking about.

00:53:29.140 I have reached out to local law enforcement to check any claims of possible gun violence

00:53:33.320 and have found no such threat.

00:53:35.180 Ultimately, Brandy says she does not want money. 0.99

00:53:37.740 What I really want is an apology.

00:53:40.220 I'm never going to get that.

00:53:41.280 Lawyers for Hooters have not responded to repeated requests for comment.

00:53:45.180 Brandy and Hooters head to a human rights hearing in September of 2025.

00:53:49.920 It's a very slow system.

00:53:51.700 I wish, I think that's why more people don't stand up for their rights.

00:53:56.560 So the alleged violent threats, the alleged sexual harassment, none of that happened, he

00:54:03.160 claims, or maybe it was a misunderstanding.

00:54:05.300 And we should trust him on this.

00:54:06.800 We should trust the guy who is clearly not very committed to reality as it is.

00:54:12.720 The New York Human Rights Division claims that there's evidence that this man's human rights

00:54:17.480 were violated.

00:54:19.400 And if the Human Rights Division had any understanding of human rights, this case wouldn't have made

00:54:23.620 it off the ground, obviously.

00:54:24.780 But like almost every other organization, agency in the country with human rights in its name,

00:54:28.680 the Human Rights Division has no concept of human rights.

00:54:31.320 It does not see human rights the way that our founding fathers saw them, as essential aspects

00:54:37.540 of human nature endowed on us by God Almighty.

00:54:41.140 Instead, human rights are an ever-evolving patchwork of preferences and entitlements bestowed

00:54:47.120 on certain privileged identity groups.

00:54:50.180 So by this way of thinking, the evidence that Mr. Brandy's rights were violated is that

00:54:55.300 he feels sad about it.

00:54:57.640 Something happened that makes him sad.

00:54:59.680 How do we know that he feels sad?

00:55:01.740 Well, because he told us.

00:55:03.660 Thus concludes the investigation.

00:55:05.840 Nothing else needs to be said.

00:55:08.560 Now, they'll still have their hearings and put on a show, but the verdict has basically

00:55:11.920 already been reached.

00:55:13.580 Now, the good news is that every normal person in the country sees this for the nonsense that

00:55:19.160 it is.

00:55:20.060 You know, I skimmed through the commentary on this case online and looked at some of the

00:55:24.080 comments.

00:55:24.400 I didn't find a single comment anywhere defending this man.

00:55:30.060 Not on the articles reporting on it, not on social media, not anywhere.

00:55:33.560 This doesn't mean that the American population is 100% on team sanity.

00:55:37.700 If that were true, then this upcoming election would not be much of a nail-biter.

00:55:41.440 Trump would be ahead of the polls by a mile.

00:55:43.180 All it means is that very few people are willing to defend this kind of madness publicly anymore.

00:55:51.220 And certainly, you won't see any prominent leftists coming out to defend poor Brandy,

00:55:55.560 quote-unquote Brandy, as he calls himself.

00:55:58.140 He had three protesters taking up his case, and they all appear to be members of his family.

00:56:02.560 Nobody else on the left, outside of the New York state bureaucracy, wants any part of this.

00:56:09.180 And again, it doesn't mean that leftists in government won't continue to advance this

00:56:15.040 agenda.

00:56:15.500 They will, but they're not going to come out and defend it.

00:56:19.340 And that should tell you something.
