00:00:27.300 That's 1-800-Flowers.com slash Daily Wire.

00:00:30.600 Today on the Matt Walsh Show, a sex scandal among conservative influencers

00:00:33.360 perfectly illustrates why many young men are reluctant to get married and have children,

00:00:37.800 but they still should, even in spite of the risks, and I'll make that argument today.

00:00:41.380 Also, tragedy strikes the nation as the Washington Post lays off hundreds of useless journalists,

00:00:47.320 Bill Gates tries to explain his appearance in the Epstein Files,

00:00:50.400 and a woke school board member brings a school board meeting to a halt

00:00:53.660 so that she can lecture someone for using the term homeless.

00:00:56.560 Apparently, unhoused is the preferred term, although nobody can explain why.

00:01:00.220 All of that and more today on the Matt Walsh Show.

00:01:01.620 When the new year began,

00:01:28.240 I decided that one of my goals for this show this year would be to make an even more aggressive

00:01:33.600 defense of marriage and family life, and to encourage people to have a lot of children,

00:01:39.140 because if we're going to save Western civilization, that is the only way to do it.

00:01:43.920 And these are topics that, of course, we discuss fairly often in various contexts,

00:01:47.260 and for good reason.

00:01:48.580 Marriage is a sacrament.

00:01:50.340 It's the foundation of the family, and the family is the foundation of human society.

00:01:55.260 And my plan was, and still is, to take this message, which I've been preaching for as long

00:02:00.200 as I've had a platform to preach it from, and advance it in an even more deliberate way.

00:02:06.580 And we were going to talk about some of the potential pitfalls, as we often do,

00:02:10.460 while focusing on the importance of finding a spouse and raising a family.

00:02:15.740 And that was the plan starting this week.

00:02:17.180 And then the Elijah Schaefer scandal surfaced, revealing that Schaefer, a conservative commentator

00:02:24.740 who is married and has children, was apparently having an affair with Sarah Stock, who's a

00:02:29.200 conservative commentator, and who at the time was dating the man that she would eventually marry.

00:02:34.540 This has been interesting timing, because it's a story that perfectly illustrates the counter-argument,

00:02:40.920 the reason why so many young people are so reluctant to get married and have children in the first place.

00:02:47.320 Now, as to the specifics of the scandal, I'll go into a few of the details in a moment,

00:02:52.140 not because this is a drama channel, but because it's the kind of thing we must contend with

00:02:56.860 if we want to make the case for marriage and family life.

00:03:01.400 Now, if I were to try to do a monologue right now on that topic, all the comments would be,

00:03:06.900 well, what about this? You see this scandal over here? This is exactly why we don't want to get married.

00:03:10.440 So let's just, let's lean into that, as much as I hate that phrase.

00:03:16.960 You know, I think that those of us on the pro-family side, oftentimes it's true to say,

00:03:23.560 haven't done a good enough job of acknowledging and accounting for the enormous risks and downside

00:03:30.580 to marriage that young people are confronting at increasing rates, no matter how hard they try to

00:03:36.240 find a compatible moral Christian spouse. This is the catch-22. Our culture is decaying. 1.00

00:03:42.200 In order to stop the decay, we need people to form stable and loving families, but it's harder to form

00:03:46.580 stable and loving families while the culture is decaying.

00:03:49.320 Now, people in the red pill and so-called manosphere spaces have been making this point for a long time

00:03:57.440 and have taken a lot of heat for it. I've had plenty of arguments with people on that side about this.

00:04:04.860 Entire shows on Netflix have been written about how awful their opinions are and how they've created

00:04:09.940 this manosphere that traffics in dangerous misogyny and so on. But, you know, the truth is,

00:04:14.960 when the writer's room at Netflix is so enraged about your views that they start putting you in their

00:04:20.100 shows, then it means that you're on to something. Now, let's talk about this issue from the perspective

00:04:28.640 of a young man. And to anyone who accuses me of only blaming the woman in this story, keep in mind

00:04:33.940 that we talked about this yesterday and I spent 20 minutes discussing why Schaefer was wrong to cheat

00:04:39.820 on his wife and how married men should behave so that they don't commit those sins.

00:04:46.860 So we've talked about that. Today we're going to flip it around and focus on the other side because

00:04:52.420 here's what the story demonstrates. It's not always enough to say that you should date a woman who goes 0.71

00:05:00.140 to church, who says that she opposes abortion, who says that she's never slept with anyone outside of

00:05:05.820 marriage, spends every day talking about conservative principles for a living, and who will, in her case, 0.92

00:05:12.800 literally stand by your side in front of the Pope as he blesses both of you. Now, a woman can do all 0.99

00:05:18.480 those things and convince you that she means every word of what she's saying, that she'll be a fantastic

00:05:23.820 mother to your children. And then you find out one day that, in fact, she was lying to you the whole

00:05:28.440 time. She was actually having an affair with her boss behind your back. She was grinning as the Pope 0.99

00:05:32.920 blessed your relationship while she was thinking about her other boyfriend. And here's the thing.

00:05:39.120 If you don't learn the truth soon enough, then she could, not too far in the future, walk away with

00:05:45.580 half of your assets, including your house, along with alimony for life. This is not some fantastical

00:05:52.060 hypothetical scenario. It's what apparently happened to the man who was engaged to Sarah Stock, who

00:05:58.660 briefly, perhaps briefly, went by the name Sarah Setka. Sarah's a relative newcomer in the whole

00:06:06.360 trad woman conservative influencer space. And she put out posts like this one when she got engaged. 1.00

00:06:12.300 This is from August of 2025. She writes, I won, along with a picture of her engagement ring. And

00:06:18.840 as you can see there, Charlie Kirk, who was actually an honest and wholesome person,

00:06:23.200 responded, congrats. Marriage is amazing. Lots of people responded that way. Makes sense to respond.

00:06:30.720 Someone got engaged. It's a happy thing. You say congratulations. Then there's this post from

00:06:34.480 Sarah Stock, which she wrote in November of 2024. Quote, the idea that women are waiting until marriage,

00:06:41.200 who are waiting until marriage are doing it to manipulate men into marrying them so they can leave 0.73

00:06:44.900 and take all their money is kind of schizo, in my opinion. And you probably have a 0.01% chance of 0.99

00:06:50.040 that happening. Anyone who's going to be a forever bachelor and never procreate because they're not

00:06:54.700 willing to take that risk, especially with a woman they love and trust, is NGMI, not going to make it. 0.65

00:07:01.160 Waiting until marriage also has statistically better results for the marriage. And six months later,

00:07:07.020 in April 2025, Stock announced that she had converted to Catholicism. Stock wrote, quote,

00:07:12.600 I'm officially Catholic. And then she wrote, Ave Christus Rex, meaning Hail Christ the King.

00:07:17.580 And then here's her photo with her husband receiving the Pope's blessing. Now, I'm not prepared to say,

00:07:26.500 as many have, that her conversion was a scam and she never meant anything. She said it was all a big

00:07:33.120 ruse. I can't say it. I can't see inside her soul. Only God can figure that out. It's perfectly possible

00:07:39.500 for a person to profess a certain belief and hold that belief and yet act contrary to it.

00:07:45.480 And we all do that to some extent because we are all sinners. And yet it's also clear that Sarah was

00:07:52.940 also putting together a carefully crafted image. Before she was engaged, she appeared on a podcast

00:08:00.340 in which she claimed that she would abstain from sex until marriage, in contrast to some other women

00:08:06.280 on the panel who openly admitted that they were extremely promiscuous. Watch.

00:08:10.340 You're also religious, correct? Yeah, I'm a Christian. Are you waiting until marriage? Yep. Have

00:08:16.140 you always waited till marriage? Yes. You both are virgins. Is that correct? Yeah. Yes. No shame,

00:08:25.080 just. Yeah. Okay, cool. I said yes. What's your body count? It's eight. Four. I can give like a roundabout.

00:08:34.780 Sure. Like 120. 120. Okay. Four. Four. Eight. Zero. Zero. Zero. Zero. Whoa. Okay. That's a lot of virgins. 1.00

00:08:48.780 Jake? Surrounded by purity here. Yeah. Feel it rubbing off on me. Now the point of showing you all this

00:08:59.120 stuff is not to gawk at the destruction of a marriage or to gossip about lurid details,

00:09:05.020 of which there are plenty in this case. We could fill a whole show full of those details if we

00:09:10.060 wanted to. We won't. Instead, I'll simply say that Milo Yiannopoulos has alleged with a substantial

00:09:16.360 amount of evidence that Sarah was in fact sleeping with her boss, Elijah Schaefer, who runs a small

00:09:20.880 conservative media company called Rift TV, up to the moment that she became engaged to another man named

00:09:25.800 Will. So in other words, the allegation is that Sarah was cheating on her boyfriend and future

00:09:30.180 fiance with her boss, who was a married man at the time with children. His wife is now divorcing him

00:09:36.160 apparently. And the allegation is backed by an audio recording, which Yiannopoulos obtained,

00:09:41.260 though it's not clear how. No reason to play that here. You know, you can listen to that if you want to

00:09:46.620 online. There are other allegations, even darker and more depraved that have been made in which I

00:09:51.240 certainly can't substantiate. In response to all these allegations, Sarah didn't issue any kind of

00:09:55.740 specific targeted denial. She didn't dispute the accuracy of the claims being made exactly.

00:10:02.900 Instead, she posted the following message to her account on X. It says, quote,

00:10:07.400 a lot of what has been said about me is completely untrue. That being said, there are mistakes,

00:10:11.000 unwise decisions I've made that I deeply regret. I have sinned. I apologize to everyone who has been

00:10:14.900 scandalized by this. Please pray logging off now. Shortly afterwards, Sarah deleted her account

00:10:19.940 entirely and deleted, I think, her other social media accounts as well. Now, if you follow this

00:10:25.800 scandal on social media, you'll see that most people, as expected, are talking about it with a

00:10:32.000 sick kind of glee and satisfaction. But we should never find satisfaction in the sins of others,

00:10:38.780 especially when there are real victims involved, spouses and children.

00:10:42.060 So the point is not to gloat. I have no reason to anyway. I have nothing personally against anybody

00:10:48.340 involved in this scandal. The point is that this story is not the exception. It's not happening out

00:10:54.040 of nowhere. There's nothing aberrant about it. As we talked about yesterday, Elijah Schaefer's

00:11:00.340 behavior is all too common among some men. And Sarah Stock is all too representative of how

00:11:05.620 some women, though certainly not all, think and behave these days. These types of women, 1.00

00:11:11.520 they don't see men as potential husbands to whom they will devote themselves or for whom they will

00:11:16.800 be a loyal and loving helpmate. They see men as tools they can use, dishonestly, for a specific

00:11:22.860 purpose. Consider the fact that as of the most recent data, roughly 70% of divorces are initiated by

00:11:29.480 women. That's according to research from the American Sociological Association, but plenty of other 1.00

00:11:34.300 sources agree on that point. In fact, the number rises to between 80 and 90% when you only look at

00:11:40.120 highly educated women. Here's a quote from the American Sociological Association to give you an 1.00

00:11:44.780 idea of how they frame the data. Quote, study author Michael Rosenfeld, an associate professor of

00:11:49.680 sociology at Stanford University, found that women initiated 69% of all divorces compared to 31% of 0.99

00:11:55.180 men. In contrast, there was not a statistically significant difference between the percentage of

00:11:59.840 breakups initiated by unmarried women and men. Women seemed to have a predominant role

00:12:04.100 in initiating divorces in the U.S. as far back as there is data from a variety of sources back to

00:12:08.740 the 1940s, Rosenfeld said. I think that marriage as an institution has been a little bit slow to

00:12:13.720 catch up with expectations for gender equality. So that's how left-wing academics present the data.

00:12:20.240 They blame marriage for being a little bit slow to catch up with expectations. They don't blame men 0.93

00:12:26.340 for cheating on their spouses because according to the data, that's not what's actually driving the

00:12:31.240 high rates of divorces initiated by women. But they also know they can't blame women because every

00:12:37.040 academic, without exception, is forced to embrace feminism as a religion. So they settle on blaming 0.99

00:12:42.040 the institution of marriage itself, which ironically enough is exactly the same conclusion that many

00:12:48.160 anti-feminist red pillars come to just by a different route. And yet if you ask women, they'll tell you 1.00

00:12:54.420 exactly why they're getting divorced. If you take a look at the data, what it tells you is that the

00:13:01.020 primary reasons that women give for divorcing their husbands include that they feel they aren't getting

00:13:06.960 enough attention, their husband is holding back their career, that they, quote, grew apart.

00:13:13.840 In other words, the woman got bored. 1.00

00:13:15.720 And like Sarah Stock, apparently they wanted to try something new and they convinced themselves

00:13:21.760 that there's nothing wrong with, you know, giving another man a try. And there's nothing stopping

00:13:27.140 these women from walking into a courtroom, telling the judge they're bored and taking 50% of their 1.00

00:13:32.780 husband's assets along with alimony. Even in conservative states, they can get away with that. 1.00

00:13:39.000 They can seize your home. They can seize your retirement account. They don't even have to lie about what

00:13:43.220 they're doing. I mean, that's where the law is right now. Among other reasons, this is a major

00:13:49.500 problem because marriage is directly tied to the continued existence of civilization. Plenty of data 0.99

00:13:54.700 shows, as you might imagine, that marriage is directly linked to fertility rates, which seems pretty

00:14:00.720 obvious. If we want to reverse population decline, then encouraging young people to get married is the 1.00

00:14:06.620 way to do it. But it can be a tough sell for young men as long as the law remains so archaic and so

00:14:11.840 obviously rigged against them. So why haven't any conservative states abolished no-fault divorce?

00:14:18.000 Or at the very least, why haven't more states abolished the idea that women are entitled to 1.00

00:14:21.520 50% of their husband's assets, even if they've been cheating on him the entire time?

00:14:27.480 As far as I can tell, in the vast majority of states, whether they're community property states

00:14:31.080 or not, a woman can cheat on her husband and still receive half his assets. There are exceptions,

00:14:36.280 including Texas, but this is the norm, and that needs to change. In most cases, women should get 1.00

00:14:42.480 zero dollars if they initiate a divorce. In most cases. They should get nothing. In fact, in many

00:14:49.540 cases, they should be fined for wasting the man's time. That's not a punitive solution. It's one we

00:14:55.380 obviously need because the current system is pathological in how it destroys the lives of

00:15:01.140 innocent young men. In fact, we should really be discussing criminal penalties for adultery.

00:15:06.740 There'd be nothing unusual historically about dispensing prison time or fines or even corporal

00:15:12.180 punishment for adulterers. What's unusual is having no such penalties in place at all. We are one of the

00:15:18.140 few societies in history to not treat adultery as a criminal matter, and I see no evidence that our

00:15:23.940 approach is in any way superior or brings about better results at all. It's tempting to think that

00:15:30.920 reversing this entire system is impossible, but it's not. More to the point, there's reason to

00:15:36.060 believe that in general, conservative women in general are much less of a danger on this front. 0.69

00:15:42.200 Take a look at this data from the U.S. General Social Survey, which was republished by the

00:15:47.320 Substack Age of Infovores. It shows that the average number of children that are being born to left-wing

00:15:53.600 families in the United States is declining significantly and significantly more rapidly than the number of

00:15:58.540 children who are being born to conservative families. In other words, left-wing birth rates are falling

00:16:03.140 far faster than conservative birth rates. Conservatives are presumably involved in more stable and fulfilling

00:16:08.980 marriages, the kind that aren't ended early due to an affair or a deceptive spouse or anything like

00:16:14.840 that. So when you hear about falling birth rates and the collapse of civilization, you should know that

00:16:21.140 the people who want to destroy civilization are going to destroy themselves first. And while that's not

00:16:27.040 necessarily an ideal state of affairs, it's, you know, better than the alternative. And when you zoom out even

00:16:33.620 wider, there's some other interesting data in the latest statistics on birth rates. According to preliminary

00:16:37.960 2025 birth rate data compiled by the CDC, which looks at the mother's ethnicity, white non-Hispanic birth rates have

00:16:44.840 actually increased over the past year and now account for more than 50% of all known births. Meanwhile, births from

00:16:51.840 virtually every other race and ethnicity have declined sharply, which is a big change from recent

00:16:57.420 years. And that includes Hispanic births, Asian births, black births, Pacific Islander births.

00:17:03.900 You know, the implication of this data is that foreigners aren't replacing the Native American

00:17:06.980 population to nearly the extent that they were under the Biden administration. Closing the border and

00:17:12.600 deporting illegal aliens has had a direct effect. It's reversed the demographic change that Democrats have

00:17:18.440 been trying to engineer. Imagine what these numbers would look like if conservative states decided

00:17:24.820 to actually do something to encourage even more marriages. That doesn't mean providing more welfare

00:17:29.820 or handouts. There's plenty of evidence that, you know, from the Nordic countries, which have a low,

00:17:35.720 lower fertility rate than we do, that more welfare doesn't produce more children and more welfare

00:17:40.760 definitely isn't guaranteed to provide more stable family units as the civil rights era demonstrated in 1.00

00:17:46.260 this country. What's needed is a rethinking of divorce law and the contracts that young men are 0.99

00:17:51.640 being asked to enter into. And now with all that said, how could I, after acknowledging these

00:18:00.640 serious pitfalls, still promote marriage and family life? What's the upside? Went through all the

00:18:09.240 downsides, pretty grim. How could it possibly be worth it given all of that?

00:18:16.260 That's the question. And it's a fair one. I saw a recent clip of Andrew Tate posing this exact

00:18:22.200 conundrum as he has many times. Here's just the latest example. Watch. How big of an idiot is a

00:18:28.600 guy that doesn't get a prenup? How big of an idiot is a guy who gets married? Oh, my girl is over 1.00

00:18:34.980 there. My boy waiting on that. Well, I'm sorry, but are you suggesting that marriage is out of the

00:18:41.260 picture? What do you gain? Non-emotional. Like there's men who get married and they go, it's

00:18:47.440 important because I love her. If you want to make emotional decisions, if you want to enter the world

00:18:51.520 of emotional decisions with women, if you want to roll in the mud with a pig and lose, then that's 1.00

00:18:55.920 fine. As a man, it's your job to be logical. And I'm sitting here saying, I'm not anti-marriage. 0.99

00:19:00.300 Just show me what I get. You're asking me to agree to give away half my stuff. If I argue with

00:19:06.280 anyone at any point in the future forever, you agree. I'm sitting here. I'm going to pay a whole

00:19:10.840 bunch of money so her uncle can eat a lobster dinner. And I'm going to be publicly humiliated

00:19:15.720 all over the internet when her ex-boyfriend who's silly laughs that I'm walking her down the aisle in 0.98

00:19:20.820 a white dress. Okay, cool. So what do I get? And the answer is, well, you get a wife. I already have 0.95

00:19:27.920 a wife. I already have her. You get a couple of years of happiness, a risk of divorce,

00:19:33.140 risk of losing your money, and maybe some kids. Yeah. Well, I got kids anyway.

00:19:38.920 So it's a fair logical question, but the premise behind it is not fair. I've already acknowledged

00:19:48.380 that those of us on the pro-marriage side can sometimes be too quick to discount the possibility

00:19:54.380 that a young man gets married and winds up humiliated, betrayed, and broke because of it.

00:20:00.940 You know, we sometimes talk about marriage as though the divorce rate were zero percent.

00:20:08.400 On the other side, though, people like Tate talk about marriage as though the divorce rate were

00:20:14.040 a hundred percent, as if no couple in history has ever managed to stay faithful and monogamous

00:20:19.480 till death do they part. He treats the potential downsides of marriage as guaranteed and the upsides

00:20:24.640 as if they don't exist at all, but they do. And in fact, on second thought, the question,

00:20:30.300 what will I get out of it or what do I get out of it, is not entirely fair.

00:20:35.640 Now, I can't say what you will get out of marriage because I can't look into your future. I can't control

00:20:41.540 for every possible factor. I can't force you to choose the right spouse, nor can I force you or your

00:20:47.280 spouse to do all the things in a marriage that are necessary to keep it stable and happy.

00:20:53.120 Most of the time when a marriage falls apart, it can be that there's one clear bad guy who did

00:20:58.060 something destructive and betrayed the marriage. That can happen. Usually when a marriage falls apart,

00:21:05.620 it's because you've got two people and neither of them were doing the things necessary to keep it

00:21:10.680 together. And so I can't control for that. But I can say what you can get out of marriage and what a

00:21:19.960 great many men, billions throughout history, including myself, 15 years in with six kids,

00:21:25.320 have gotten out of it. So what you can get is the love, fidelity, and lifelong companionship of a woman

00:21:33.460 who you love and who is devoted to you and to whom you are devoted in return. What you can get,

00:21:38.960 what billions of men have gotten, are children you love and who love you, who carry on your legacy,

00:21:45.600 your bloodline, and your family name. You can have a family that is stable and whole, one that gives

00:21:50.680 you a sure sense of purpose every single day of your life, a family you live with and share your life

00:21:55.780 with and serve and lead and raise. Okay, so you can get love, meaning, purpose, and legacy.

00:22:02.440 That's what you can get. It's not an emotional argument because those are not emotions. Those

00:22:10.400 are real things. Those are nothing less than the greatest things life has to offer. So what can

00:22:15.220 you get out of it? I don't know. The greatest things in life is what you can get. There's nothing

00:22:20.840 greater, nothing that can bring you more joy or make your life more worth living.

00:22:24.780 So what you get or can get in a word is basically everything.

00:22:34.280 But it should also be said that as men, our concern should not be only what we get. What do I get

00:22:42.000 is a fair question. And if the answer were nothing, then you shouldn't do it.

00:22:47.760 But it's a fair question. It should not be the only question. You know, Tate says he has kids

00:22:54.260 anyway, so he doesn't need marriage. But okay, well, what would his kids get out of him being

00:22:59.340 married to their mother? Well, they would get a stable household with a father who's present

00:23:03.060 every day, leading, guiding, and teaching them. Now, it's true that you can have kids without

00:23:07.440 getting married. Plenty of people have done that. But all of the studies, all of the research,

00:23:12.200 all of our experience as human beings show us that children are in a far better position

00:23:18.560 with far better outcomes when their father is married to their mother and present in the home, 0.62

00:23:22.840 providing not just financial support, but a daily example of how to live. I mean,

00:23:26.240 all of the evidence shows this. That's what your kids get. Well, what do they get out of you

00:23:34.300 sleeping with other women and refusing to be a stable presence in the home? What possible 1.00

00:23:37.840 benefit does that bring to them? What do they get?

00:23:43.100 If you want to live a meaningful life as a man, if you want to be a great man,

00:23:47.040 you need to be motivated by more than just a quest for what you get. There has to also be a sense of

00:23:53.440 obligation and duty. That's what's driven every great man in history. You know, Tate talks a lot

00:23:59.760 about escaping the matrix. But the question, what do I get, all by itself, will not lead you out of

00:24:07.200 the matrix, but deeper into it? I mean, in many ways, what do I get? The single-minded quest for

00:24:13.200 pleasure and personal gain is the matrix. That's what the matrix is. If you want out of it, you need

00:24:21.280 to ask not just what you get, but also what are your duties? What are your obligations? What's your

00:24:26.920 purpose? What should you do? Now, if we zoom out even further, who else stands to gain from you

00:24:35.280 getting married and having children, having children with your, with your wife, who you're

00:24:39.800 married to? Well, I mean, everyone does. Civilization itself. You can't pretend to care about the future

00:24:47.080 of Western civilization while making a choice and promoting a choice to not get married, not have

00:24:54.520 children. That if everyone made it, would result in the extinction of the very thing you claim to

00:25:01.760 want to preserve. Now, I'm not saying that your primary motivation for getting married should be the

00:25:08.580 preservation of Western civilization or the continuation of your bloodline. Like, no human

00:25:14.900 being is going to be foremost personally motivated by that. But these are benefits and they're really

00:25:24.180 important ones. Why should we get married and have kids? Well, if we don't, civilization collapses,

00:25:31.200 the human race goes extinct and nothing matters because nothing will exist anymore. That seems like a

00:25:36.080 relevant point. It's not irrelevant. And it's one that the anti-marriage side of the argument never

00:25:42.620 addresses. You know, if every man, this is the thing when you hear these, these, you know,

00:25:48.900 commentators and influencers

00:25:52.140 making this point and they're pointing to things like this scandal we're talking about and saying,

00:25:58.660 this is why you don't, you don't get married. Well, if every man followed your advice, human society

00:26:06.620 would disintegrate. And that strikes me as a pretty serious flaw in the plan. I mean, it strikes me

00:26:13.080 that a plan must be bad if full adoption of your plan would bring about the annihilation of the human

00:26:20.380 race. So it seems like that can't be a good plan. It's like we could talk about what the better plan is,

00:26:30.120 but it can't be that. It can't be the thing where if too many of us do it, everything collapses and

00:26:35.800 everyone dies and there's no more humans left. And yet, yes, there are still risks. There are risks

00:26:43.640 I've already acknowledged. Risk that you can't protect yourself from with a hundred percent certainty.

00:26:50.900 But you can account for these risks to a very significant extent. We could put laws in place to

00:26:57.720 account for them like we just talked about. And in lieu of, of those laws, and we're also in addition

00:27:03.880 to calling for these kinds of policy changes, you can account for them personally. You know, it is

00:27:11.000 possible that a truly sociopathic, devious con artist could scam you into getting married to them while 0.88

00:27:18.940 expertly disguising their true nature. That could happen. But in the vast majority of cases, there are 0.78

00:27:25.760 extremely obvious red flags that someone is untrustworthy and disloyal. Flags you can pick up

00:27:34.020 long before marriage if you're paying attention. You know, things like if she's spending a lot of

00:27:40.600 personal time with her male boss or any other man, for one thing. As soon as you're dating this woman,

00:27:49.340 she should no longer be maintaining any kind of, of intimate personal relationships with other men

00:27:58.860 or spending any one-on-one time with other men at all. And, and if she's doing that, that's a problem.

00:28:05.640 And if you express that it's a problem to her and she's not willing to give that up for you,

00:28:09.360 leave. That, that's, that's your red, that's all you need. You're gone. If she seems to enjoy the

00:28:17.460 attention of men who are not you while you're in a relationship with her, that's a red flag. If

00:28:23.840 she's an e-girl begging for attention online all the time, that's a red flag. These are all things that 0.61

00:28:29.260 are fairly obvious and, and you can identify them and suss them out if you keep your eyes open.

00:28:35.460 In most cases. Okay. Which is why a lot of, a lot of cases like this, when something happens and

00:28:44.180 someone ends up, you know, man ends up married to a woman and she betrays him. You know, you'll find

00:28:50.180 it since we're always, since we're talking about anecdotes, like you'll find very often that the

00:28:53.780 man is shocked and appalled, but a lot of people around him are like, yeah, I'm not that surprised by

00:28:57.680 that. It's terrible. I'm not that surprised because like even, you know, the people on the outside

00:29:03.500 could tell kind of what this woman's all about. And if they could tell, then you also could have told

00:29:09.520 and yet, and yet risks do remain even in spite of that. I acknowledge that. But, but here's the

00:29:16.300 thing. There are also risks on the other side, risks to rejecting marriage and family life.

00:29:25.100 And I don't just mean the risk of civilizational collapse. You know, Andrew Tate says he doesn't

00:29:29.840 need marriage because he can get any woman he wants and have a bunch of kids and financially

00:29:33.500 provide for all of them. And that may be true in his case. I still believe he and his children

00:29:38.720 would be better off if he were married, but how many men would, who take that advice will end up

00:29:45.700 with a life that even vaguely resembles that 0.1% less. I mean, the reality is that the vast majority 0.90

00:29:53.820 of men who don't get married will not end up with a harem of attractive women. They'll end up alone, 0.99

00:29:59.700 lonely, no wife, no children, and, and little in the, in the way of financial success anyway.

00:30:06.060 Because most people are not financially successful. Most people who reject marriage will die broke

00:30:12.160 and alone anyway. That's not merely a risk for many. It's the outcome they're actively choosing.

00:30:18.760 And they choose it because they fear that if they do get married, they might end up broke and alone.

00:30:24.860 And they might, but choosing a bad fate that is almost certain because you fear a bad fate that

00:30:31.120 is merely possible is, you want to talk about logic, illogical. Now, does that mean that a young

00:30:41.940 man or woman should rush blindly and recklessly into marriage? No, there are risks involved. Again,

00:30:46.600 acknowledged. You should change laws and put policies in place that reduce those risks and

00:30:51.120 offer greater protections against them. But anything worth doing involves risk. And if starting a family

00:30:58.260 isn't worth doing, then what is? For almost every man, fatherhood and marriage are a vocation given by

00:31:07.760 God to lead, provide for, and love his own family. And you should let anything or anyone scare you away from it.

00:31:16.600 Now, you can avoid the Sarah Stocks of the world by abandoning the very idea of marriage. 0.98

00:31:22.640 And if you're a woman, you can avoid the Elijah Schaefer's by doing the same. But years from now,

00:31:27.340 when you're on your deathbed, surrounded by no one, with no one to mourn you and no one to carry on

00:31:33.200 your legacy and bloodline or even place flowers on your grave, will you feel relieved that at least you

00:31:40.320 were never divorced? Will you be happy about the chance you didn't take? Or will you wish that you

00:31:48.460 had given yourself to someone and created a family that would outlive you? Because what was any of it

00:31:56.740 for? If not for that? Now let's get to our five headlines.

00:32:07.840 You know what holiday? Our sponsor, Pure Talk, celebrates President's Day because they believe

00:32:12.880 wireless service should only cost you a couple of presidents, a Jackson and a Lincoln. It's $25 a

00:32:18.460 month for unlimited talk, text, and plenty of data. That's the cost of one or two meals out versus the

00:32:23.700 hundreds of big wireless charges families every month. No reason wireless service needs to be

00:32:28.260 that expensive. What makes Pure Talk different goes beyond just price. They're an American wireless

00:32:32.620 company that actively supports our veterans and invests in a U.S.-based customer service team.

00:32:37.500 Plus, Pure Talk uses the same towers as the big carriers. So enjoy superior 5G coverage without

00:32:42.300 the inflated price, just $25 a month for talk, text, and plenty of data. No contract, no cancellation fee.

00:32:47.560 Go to puretalk.com slash Walsh. You'll get 50% off your first month. Again, that's puretalk.com slash Walsh.

00:32:53.020 To make the switch to Pure Talk. All right. So real quick, well, this is pretty big. Kamala Harris

00:32:59.320 teased a big announcement yesterday. Everyone thought that maybe she was going to announce that 0.63

00:33:03.800 she's running for president again. Conservatives wishfully anticipated, hoped against hope that 0.94

00:33:11.500 maybe she was running again. But then the big announcement came that she had teased.

00:33:20.200 Everyone was on the edge of their seat. Here's the announcement.

00:33:24.540 Madam Vice President, what's going on with Kamala HQ?

00:33:28.800 Well, I'm so glad you asked. I have good news. So Kamala HQ is turning into headquarters,

00:33:34.880 and it's where you can go online to get basically the latest of what's going on,

00:33:39.340 and also to meet and revisit with some of our great courageous leaders, be they elected leaders,

00:33:45.280 community leaders, civic leaders, faith leaders, young leaders. I'm really excited about it.

00:33:50.880 So stay engaged, and I'll see you out there. Thank you.

00:33:57.300 Wow. That is, I mean, I was expecting a presidential announcement, and I was excited for that.

00:34:02.680 But this is even bigger news. I can see why they were teasing this. And this is innovative.

00:34:09.320 First of all, the handle now on X is at headquarters 6-7. You get it? You get it? 6-7?

00:34:17.240 You know, you know, the thing that the kids say? Do you get it? You get it? They put 6-7 in the handle?

00:34:24.740 Do you get that? You see how funny that is? Because it's a thing that people say,

00:34:29.280 and then they put it in the handle. And so then you see it, and you're like, that's hilarious.

00:34:33.780 But even more than that, so you have this website now where Kamala says,

00:34:40.460 go online to get the latest of what's going on. Wow. That is innovative. You mean, it's a website

00:34:48.860 where I can go online and get the latest? No one has thought, who's ever thought of this before?

00:34:55.520 Let's have a website where you can go there and get the latest. The latest of what? Whatever's going on.

00:35:02.000 Finally. Finally, someone has thought of that. So I just thought that was pretty exciting. And I want

00:35:12.600 to give Kamala some credit for that. This is why I'm shocked. I still am flabbergasted that she didn't

00:35:19.120 win. When you've got someone who's this charismatic, this intelligent, this innovative, this forward

00:35:27.080 thinking. And not to mention is able to connect with the youth so much with something like six,

00:35:35.820 seven. How did she not win? I don't know. I don't get it. Well, I know how. Sexism,

00:35:42.380 sexism and racism. That's the only way. The only way. Most of us have no idea what phytonutrients

00:35:48.640 actually are, but thankfully our sponsor, Balance of Nature, understands the importance of them.

00:35:53.600 And phytonutrients are naturally occurring plant nutrients in whole foods that actually give fruits

00:35:58.940 and vegetables their color, taste, and smell. If you're eating something with vibrant color and

00:36:02.960 real flavor, that's a pretty good sign you're getting genuine phytonutrients. Now what Balance

00:36:07.720 of Nature does is take all that produce and run it through a specialized vacuum cold process that

00:36:12.320 keeps everything stable and powders it down. Their whole health system is essentially a value bundle

00:36:17.280 that combines their fruits, veggies, and their fiber and spice supplements. So you're getting 47

00:36:21.840 different ingredients, fruits, vegetables, spices, and fibers, along with all those

00:36:25.340 naturally occurring phytonutrients every single day. I personally love the whole health system

00:36:29.980 because of its convenience when I'm traveling for work or trying to keep up with the kids.

00:36:33.540 It gives me a simple, no mess and no stress way to make sure I'm getting all the essential nutrients

00:36:37.640 in my diet. So whether you've been on the fence for a long time or it's the first time you're hearing

00:36:41.540 about them, I recommend that you go to balanceofnature.com and order the whole health system

00:36:45.920 supplement as a preferred customer today. Daily Wire reports, the Washington Post cut nearly one

00:36:51.660 third of its workforce on Wednesday, terminating some 300 employees and axing several editorial

00:36:57.300 sections entirely. According to several reports detailing the situation, Executive Editor Matt

00:37:02.160 Murray and Human Resources Director Wayne Connell informed employees that they were to work from home

00:37:06.300 on Wednesday and be on hand to attend a Zoom webinar where they were then, many of them told that they

00:37:14.140 were getting fired. And then the tweets started pouring in from people saying that they had been

00:37:20.040 cut. Race and ethnicity reporter Emmanuel Felton said I'm among the hundreds of people laid off by

00:37:30.460 the Post, claimed the move was ideological because his job had previously been labeled a boon for the

00:37:35.660 outlet. This comes six months after hearing in a national meeting that race coverage drives

00:37:40.960 subscriptions. This wasn't a financial decision. This wasn't a financial decision. It was an ideological

00:37:45.900 one. By the way, talk about the quiet part out loud. I mean, it's such a cliche to say that, but I

00:37:55.620 really, quiet part out loud. Race coverage drives subscriptions. So what he's telling us is that his,

00:38:07.300 the people that run the Washington Post, his editors and bosses had said to him

00:38:10.960 that, hey, when you go out there and stir up racial tension, it drives subscriptions. Keep doing it. We love 0.89

00:38:17.840 it. And he sees no problem with admitting that out loud. So yes, tragic day in the Washington Post,

00:38:26.680 hundreds of people fired. Race and ethnicity reporter was fired. Lots of people from the sports section

00:38:32.520 were fired. I just saw a woman that posted that she had been laid off from her job at the Post

00:38:36.560 covering, quote, the way racism and social inequality affects health. Lots of positions

00:38:44.080 in that vein, in the vein of worthless, absurd propaganda nobody cares about, have been eliminated.

00:38:49.260 And of course, these employees and the media at large are treating this like a national tragedy

00:38:53.900 because there's nothing more tragic to the media than when people in the media lose their jobs.

00:38:59.360 And it's been funny to read the reactions because they're all, you know, they're all as dramatic

00:39:06.880 as you would expect, hysterical. It's a travesty, darkest day. What a dark day. We'll all remember

00:39:13.040 where we were when layoffs hit the Washington Post. Now, of course, even if these were good reporters

00:39:20.620 and journalists doing useful work, which they weren't, the reaction would still be overblown.

00:39:25.920 People get laid off every day. It happens every day. And the media only makes it a national story

00:39:32.340 when it happens to them, you know, which is just the most flagrantly self-interested thing that you'll

00:39:38.340 ever see. But more to the point, the Washington Post was losing $100 million a year, $100 million of loss

00:39:49.500 every year. So what are we even talking about here? Even if they were doing the Lord's work,

00:39:55.880 even if they were doing the greatest journalism known to man, they'd still need to be cut because

00:40:01.440 the math doesn't work. It's a business. You have to make money. You can't lose $100 million a year.

00:40:06.780 So you can lament the cuts. I don't lament them, but you could. Being angry and outraged as so many

00:40:14.660 on the left are makes no sense. What do you expect? You expect the Washington Post to just lose money

00:40:19.140 forever? Well, the answer is yes. They unironically expect that. The Washington Post is owned by a

00:40:25.600 billionaire, Jeff Bezos. And so there's a lot of, I just saw another one, another post on X from

00:40:30.940 somebody like showing the math. Well, Jeff Bezos is worth this amount of money. So, you know, he could

00:40:37.800 finance, the Washington Post could lose money for 10 years and he would only lose this much of his net

00:40:42.500 worth. Like they've, they've worked out all the math. Like he's supposed to just volunteer to lose

00:40:48.900 money forever in order to keep these grown adults employed at this, for this media company that no

00:40:56.320 one cares about writing stories that nobody reads. That's what they expect. That's the kind of fantasy

00:41:04.720 land they live in. As they, they insist the work has great value while also saying that, yeah, it loses

00:41:13.420 money, but you should pay for it anyway. Well, apparently it doesn't have value. Apparently it didn't have

00:41:17.500 value because in order for the content you produce and distribute to have value, it must, it must have value

00:41:24.840 to people. Right? When a tree falls in the forest and no one's there to hear, it doesn't make a sound. Well,

00:41:32.480 yeah, it does. But if a tree falls in a forest and somebody writes a report about it, but nobody reads

00:41:39.000 that report, did the report have value? No, it didn't. Nobody saw it. So when you say that it has

00:41:47.160 value, value to who? To you? Well, you're not being paid to do reporting that you personally enjoy.

00:41:54.420 The public has to find value in it and they don't. And this is the harsh reality of the world we live in

00:41:58.680 and the world that people in the media live in specifically. I'm in the media too.

00:42:04.440 I'm ashamed to say. So I know as well as anyone that this is a very tough business.

00:42:09.700 It's only getting tougher. There's so much competition

00:42:13.340 because there's so many options. There's so many voices. And on top of that,

00:42:18.960 everything is free. There's so much competition. Everything's free. Nobody wants to pay for

00:42:25.300 anything, which I don't blame them. I don't want to pay for anything either.

00:42:30.840 So it's like, how do you make money creating content when a million other people and outlets

00:42:36.520 are making similar content and you can't charge for it? That's not easy to figure out. Like that's a,

00:42:43.760 that's a tough egg to crack. And, uh, you know, over here in the commentary space, I'm doing a podcast.

00:42:51.540 There are thousands of other podcasts out there, hundreds that are in the same genre, like news commentary.

00:42:58.140 30 years ago, people in my line of work would be in talk radio. If you were a reporter, you would be

00:43:03.180 working for a newspaper, like an actual physical newspaper where they drop it off on your doorstep every day.

00:43:09.160 And in both cases, the competition that you'd have to fend off is like three other people.

00:43:15.240 Okay. If you work for a national newspaper, you were competing with a few other national newspapers

00:43:20.540 and maybe one or two local papers in all the various regions. And, uh, if you were in radio,

00:43:28.120 you were competing with like maybe two other talk stations, three or four at most, sometimes no one,

00:43:33.760 sometimes you were competing with, you had no competitors, but now it's hundreds, it's hundreds and

00:43:38.080 hundreds. And the barrier to entry is non-existent. Anyone can do it. Anyone can start a podcast.

00:43:43.340 Anyone can post content on social media. Anyone can break news. Anyone can report on anything.

00:43:49.700 So you have the many established players in the space that you're competing with,

00:43:53.580 plus all the newcomers, all the new challengers who appear on the scene by the dozens every day.

00:44:00.560 And, uh, it's hard. It's hard to have any longevity in this world, but that's the way it is.

00:44:08.080 So I got no sympathy for anyone, even in my own world, my own industry. You've got layoffs and

00:44:18.780 everything else. And there's all this self-pitying. It's like, this is, this is, this is the business

00:44:22.820 we've chosen. The Godfather too. What was it? Hyman Roth. This is the business we've chosen.

00:44:28.760 This is the world you're in. If you get wiped out, if you wash out, if you get buried and destroyed

00:44:36.140 in the melee, well, you know, that's the way it goes. No sense crying about it. It's just the way

00:44:42.920 it goes. Could happen to any of us. This episode is sponsored by Done With Debt. Drowning in credit

00:44:48.700 card and loan debt. Well, you're not alone, but here's something most people don't know. Now it's

00:44:53.000 actually the best time to negotiate with your lenders. Credit card companies and lenders

00:44:56.560 desperately need to clear problem accounts from their books before audits begin. This creates a

00:45:00.980 narrow window where they're far more willing to cut deals than at any other time of year. Done With

00:45:05.120 Debt has cracked the code on this timing advantage. They know exactly which companies are most motivated

00:45:09.880 to negotiate right now and use this insider knowledge to get results you can't achieve on your

00:45:14.440 own. In fact, most clients end up with more money in their pocket within the first month because

00:45:18.440 they're no longer drowning in minimum payments. But this window won't stay open forever. Lenders will

00:45:22.580 tighten up again and your leverage will disappear. Let's get started now. While you still have time,

00:45:26.460 go to donewithdebt.com, talk with one of their specialists for free. Visit donewithdebt.com,

00:45:30.980 donewithdebt.com. Let's see. As we discussed this week already, the dam is breaking on the trans scam 1.00

00:45:38.520 and now the floodwaters are rushing in. The cleansing flood. Here's the post-millennial. In the wake of the

00:45:46.960 American Society of Plastic Surgeons releasing new guidance cautioning against sex change surgeries for

00:45:51.980 minors, the American Medical Association has agreed that such surgeries should be generally deferred to

00:45:57.660 adulthood. In a statement to the National Review, the AMA said that because the evidence for gender

00:46:02.640 affirming surgical intervention in minors is insufficient for us to make a definitive statement,

00:46:07.020 the AMA agrees with ASPS that surgical interventions in minors should be generally deferred to adulthood.

00:46:11.800 And so that's, this is very significant, really can't be overstated that now you have these major,

00:46:21.460 I mean, the American Medical Association, major medical associations that are backing away from

00:46:27.260 the trans stuff. And keep in mind, this is how we ended up in this situation in the first place with 0.86

00:46:34.440 the normalization of child mutilation and gender butchering. First, you had one major medical

00:46:41.060 organization, then another, and another endorsing it. And the next thing you know, they all do.

00:46:48.340 Because one medical organization will endorse something and they'll use as their reason the fact

00:46:56.480 that this one over there did too. Right? So the AMA says, yeah, that's fine. Well, how can you say

00:47:04.800 it's fine? Well, because that organization said it was. And that organization can point back to them.

00:47:10.180 And then another organization comes out and they agree. So that's the way it goes. And now the same

00:47:15.320 thing is happening in the reverse. Now we have the reverse domino effect. And before long, there won't be

00:47:20.720 any major medical organization or even minor medical organization that endorses these surgeries for

00:47:26.400 children, which is a change. It is a reversal. They're not going to admit it, but it is.

00:47:34.120 And of course, they're going to try to do this gradually. So, you know, they're still pretending

00:47:37.900 right now that drugs, chemical castrations are okay. That's not going to last. Obviously, once you've

00:47:44.480 conceded the point that disfiguring a child's body because he's confused about his gender is wrong,

00:47:49.640 then there's no way to defend the puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones and all that stuff. So

00:47:56.800 that's going to go away. And everyone's going to pretend, like I said, everyone's going to pretend

00:48:02.660 that they were never in favor of it. That's where this is headed. This was the ultimate mass hysteria.

00:48:09.440 We have all just lived through legitimately the most outlandish, the most out-sane, the most insane,

00:48:15.920 the most grotesque episode of mass public hysteria that the world has ever seen.

00:48:22.800 I mean, this makes the Salem witch trials pale in comparison. Actually, in recent years,

00:48:33.560 the Salem witch trials are, I think, looking not quite as bad. So it's kind of the opposite

00:48:39.320 of the Salem witch trials. I mean, when you see some of these women on TikTok and some of these

00:48:43.360 women rioting in Minneapolis and the chick yesterday with all the facial piercings talking about how she 1.00

00:48:48.280 might kill her kids because if ice shows up at the door, like you see that and you think about

00:48:54.520 the witch burnings and you say, okay, I mean, I get it. Like I, I can see where they were coming 1.00

00:49:00.660 from. I can see how maybe that might happen, but this child mutilation stuff. No, I mean, this,

00:49:06.540 this will never be vindicated. And years from now, when our grandchildren hear about it,

00:49:11.200 they will be baffled. You know, it's, it's going to be one of the great mysteries of the future

00:49:19.120 will be how this ever happened and how it was allowed to happen and how anyone was ever okay with

00:49:26.320 it. And this is the, the, the tragedy of, of kind of the human story, the story of history that,

00:49:33.920 you know, you can always look back at history, look at the things that they were doing or tolerating

00:49:40.000 and kind of scratch your head and say, well, how, how could they, how could that, how could

00:49:44.720 anyone have been okay with that? Right? We do that all the time. You can look back and you look at

00:49:49.760 your ancestors like they're a bunch of barbarians. Oh, they practice slavery. How, how, how could that

00:49:55.520 have, how could anyone have, I would never, if I was around back then, if I was around in 500 BC,

00:50:01.620 I would have known, I would have known. They didn't know, but I would have.

00:50:06.300 And you say all that. And then meanwhile, while you're saying that you are presently tolerating

00:50:15.280 and even supporting things that are far more barbaric and indefensible. And, uh, and in the

00:50:25.060 future, it's going to be, they're going to be looking back at us. Like how in the world did

00:50:29.140 anyone ever go along with that? What? Wait, wait, grandpa, you're telling me that they thought

00:50:36.660 that it, that you could castrate a child and turn it. They thought that if a 14 year old girl says 0.89

00:50:45.860 she's a boy, they should cut her breasts off. Grandpa, is that what they, is that what it was 1.00

00:50:51.620 like? How could anyone have ever thought that? That's what they're going to say in the future.

00:50:58.540 And meanwhile, there's going to be some other barbarism that's happening that we haven't even

00:51:03.200 thought of yet that they're, you know, they're not going to see any problem with. That's the way

00:51:07.360 it's going to go. Starting something new can be daunting. When we launched the Matt Wall show,

00:51:11.640 we had all the usual fears. What if no one listens? What if we fail? But I'm glad I took the leap

00:52:27.520 Investing is all about the future. So what do you think is going to happen?

00:52:31.580 Bitcoin is sort of inevitable at this point.

00:52:34.040 I think it would come down to precious metals.

00:52:36.620 I hope we don't go cashless.

00:52:38.480 I would say land is a safe investment.

00:52:41.320 Technology companies.

00:52:42.280 Solar energy.

00:52:43.400 Robotic pollinators might be a thing. 1.00

00:52:46.060 A wrestler to face a robot. That will have to happen. 0.76

00:52:49.340 So whatever you think is going to happen in the future, you can invest in it at Wealthsimple.

00:52:55.100 Start now at Wealthsimple.com.

00:52:57.360 Let's see. Moving on. Bill Gates is, I think we have this clip, finally speaking out, trying to explain

00:53:03.760 his appearance in the Epstein files, and here he is.

00:53:10.540 To a lot of very rich people, and he was saying he could get them to give money to global health.

00:53:17.280 You know, in retrospect, that was a dead end, and I was foolish to spend time with him.

00:53:22.580 I was one of many people who regret ever knowing him.

00:53:25.220 You've no doubt seen the allegations, including some of them, from the last 24 to 48 hours.

00:53:30.920 Are they true?

00:53:32.580 No. Apparently, Jeffrey wrote an email to himself.

00:53:37.580 That email was never sent.

00:53:39.480 The email is, you know, false.

00:53:42.500 So I don't know what his thinking was there.

00:53:44.880 It just reminds me, you know, every minute I spent with him, I regret and I, you know,

00:53:49.320 apologize that I did that.

00:53:50.680 But the problem is some of the things that he has sent and some of the information about

00:53:55.300 other people that has come up in those files has been true.

00:53:59.560 Why would he do this and say this about you, do you think?

00:54:02.820 You know, it's factually true that I was only at dinners.

00:54:06.600 You know, I never went to the island.

00:54:08.100 I never met any women.

00:54:09.560 And so, you know, the more that comes out, the more clear it'll be that although the time

00:54:14.900 was a mistake, it had nothing to do with that kind of behavior.

00:54:20.680 Did that sound convincing to anyone?

00:54:23.600 Are you convinced by that? 0.96

00:54:25.460 You know, he's asked about the email where his dalliances with Russian hookers are mentioned,

00:54:30.520 his alleged dalliances, and him needing STD medicine that he was going to surreptitiously

00:54:36.280 slip to his wife, all of that.

00:54:39.560 And he's asked about it and he says, well, that was an email that he wrote to himself.

00:54:44.560 And the email is, you know, false.

00:54:48.320 Sure, Bill.

00:54:49.360 Okay, Bill.

00:54:50.680 Just a word of advice.

00:54:51.480 If you're going to deny something, especially something this horrific, don't say, you know,

00:54:55.960 before the denial.

00:54:57.220 That was a very poorly placed, you know.

00:55:03.640 Did you do perverted stuff with Epstein?

00:55:06.060 Well, that's, you know, false.

00:55:09.720 That's, you know, false.

00:55:11.920 You know.

00:55:13.920 Really detracts from the denial.

00:55:15.700 It's like saying, your honor, your honor, I am not guilty of, you know, murder.

00:55:23.880 I am not, you know, guilty.

00:55:27.460 I did not, you know, kill people and, you know, bury them in the basement.

00:55:35.280 Doesn't sound right. 0.83

00:55:36.180 And, and more importantly, Epstein was already a, you know, a convicted sex offender and pedophile when Bill Gates was palling around with him.

00:55:46.700 He says, I didn't go to the island.

00:55:48.400 It's like, okay.

00:55:50.240 So?

00:55:51.160 I mean, I don't, I don't even believe you, but now the island has become, that's everyone's defense now.

00:55:57.320 I didn't go to the island. 0.67

00:55:59.320 Oh, so we're supposed to believe that the, this sex offender pedophile, he, he only abused kids on the island? 0.94

00:56:10.960 Uh, no.

00:56:13.700 And he says that it was a mistake.

00:56:15.500 Well, you know, I, I'm sympathetic to people who made mistakes years ago. 0.81

00:56:19.260 I mean, not this kind of mistake, not the mistake of accidentally hanging out with a global sex trafficking pedophile.

00:56:25.660 Well, not sympathetic to that at all, but I can be sympathetic in a general sense when someone says, hey, I made a mistake.

00:56:33.000 It was a long time ago.

00:56:34.000 But that, that sympathy usually hinges on them, number one, having not done something this terrible, but also them having been young a long time ago.

00:56:44.520 Right?

00:56:45.060 Bill Gates was in his late fifties, early sixties when this was happening.

00:56:49.620 And we're supposed to believe that he was what, just immature, exercising, immature judgment, getting caught up in the glitz and glamor of Epstein's luxurious life, even though Bill Gates is way richer than him.

00:57:04.600 So I don't buy it.

00:57:05.720 I don't buy any part of it.

00:57:07.220 And, um, and I think it's also important to point out that you certainly should not care about respecting Bill Gates's privacy.

00:57:16.700 I have seen some people expressing that sentiment, shockingly enough, saying that even if this stuff about Russian hookers and STDs were true, it's private and it shouldn't be out there for public consumption.

00:57:28.400 Well, as I said, a few days ago, I have as much respect for Bill Gates's privacy as he has for mine or yours, which is not at all.

00:57:34.920 And also if you were gallivanting around with, and this is another point about these files and why I'm in favor of them being released. 0.82

00:57:42.360 If you were gallivanting around with a convicted pedophile and sex offender, you deserve the scrutiny.

00:57:48.060 I mean, really, it's no different than getting pulled over and you're in the backseat of your friend's car, but he has drugs and now you're going to get arrested too. 0.80

00:57:57.380 Because the assumption is that you were involved and even if you weren't, well, you know, you need to be smarter about the people you hang out with.

00:58:04.820 Okay.

00:58:05.540 Like if you're in a position where you can even get, there's something wrong with you and you're not, and you're making some bad choices in your own life.

00:58:14.700 If that's even something that could happen to you.

00:58:18.520 Right.

00:58:20.920 So, and I think that that applies to billionaires as well, just as much.

00:58:27.380 All right.

00:58:31.060 You know, we've talked about James Tallarico before. 0.72

00:58:33.840 He's a Democrat representative in Texas running for Senate now, and he calls himself a Christian, a seminarian actually, but he's a heretic and a blasphemer. 0.94

00:58:42.420 And on that note, this clip is going viral right now from what I think is a Joe Rogan episode from a little while ago, maybe a few months ago.

00:58:49.920 But here he is trying to articulate the Christian argument as if there is one for abortion.

00:58:56.680 But I say all this in terms of, in context of abortion, because before God comes over Mary and we have the incarnation, God asks for Mary's consent, which is remarkable.

00:59:14.180 I mean, go back and read this in Luke.

00:59:17.700 I mean, the angel comes down and asks Mary if this is something she wants to do.

00:59:24.080 And she says, if it is God's will, let it be done.

00:59:27.060 Let it be.

00:59:27.960 Let it happen.

00:59:28.540 So to me, that is an affirmation in one of our most central stories that creation has to be done with consent.

00:59:36.300 You cannot force someone to create.

00:59:38.060 Creation is one of the most sacred acts that we engage in as human beings.

00:59:43.500 But that has to be done with consent.

00:59:45.320 It has to be done with freedom.

00:59:47.320 And to me, that is absolutely consistent with the ministry and life and death of Jesus.

00:59:52.920 And so that's how I come down on that side of the issue.

01:00:00.360 Man. 0.99

01:00:01.880 Yeah, that's a really compelling theological point if you're retarded. 1.00

01:00:05.920 But for everyone else, you know, there are a million problems.

01:00:09.140 First of all, let's get this out of the way.

01:00:11.340 God does not need our consent for anything.

01:00:14.020 Creation does not require, the creator does not require consent from his creation.

01:00:24.840 God does not need or require our consent at all.

01:00:30.800 You know, God can do what he wants. 0.99

01:00:33.860 And this is what you get from a leftist degenerate scumbag with his consent-based morality. 0.99

01:00:44.020 And it's consent-based morality in the sense that the only moral law anyone on the left recognizes is consent. 0.99

01:00:53.580 When it should be that consent is, that's one of the things.

01:00:58.140 In order for an act to be moral, consent, but then other things also.

01:01:04.360 That should not be the only thing.

01:01:07.260 That should not be, there should be, the moral law should go far beyond consent.

01:01:14.020 So, but if you're on the left, that's the only moral rule that you pretend to recognize.

01:01:23.680 And even that they don't recognize, obviously.

01:01:25.860 They don't actually care about consent.

01:01:29.760 Because what about abortion?

01:01:31.200 Does the baby consent to that?

01:01:32.380 Is there any consent there?

01:01:33.720 Of course not.

01:01:34.320 I mean, they don't even think that the father should have to consent to the murder of his own child.

01:01:42.620 So they don't, so I say they have consent-based morality in that that's the only moral law they recognize.

01:01:49.060 But they don't even actually recognize that.

01:01:53.580 Because what their actual moral law is that they individually should be able to do whatever they want.

01:02:00.140 Do what you will is the whole of their law.

01:02:06.940 That's Satanism.

01:02:08.440 That's what Satanism is.

01:02:10.680 So, they are Satanists.

01:02:12.600 And this, James Tellurico, when I call that satanic, I mean, I mean it in every sense.

01:02:17.980 I mean it in a literal sense.

01:02:18.980 So, God does not require the consent.

01:02:26.540 Creation is a divine act.

01:02:28.920 And God never speaks to us and asks us whether we consent to him creating anything.

01:02:36.740 And in the story he's referring to, there is no request.

01:02:41.620 So, he's wrong about that.

01:02:43.360 The angel appears to Mary and says, behold, you have found favor with God.

01:02:49.160 You will conceive in your womb and bear a son. 0.83

01:02:55.680 Okay.

01:02:56.380 James Tellurico, James says that, oh, God comes and says, asks if that's something she'd be okay with.

01:03:03.080 Which, so now what God is like, it's talking about God and God's language as though he's some shift manager.

01:03:15.660 As if he's some middle manager in a company somewhere.

01:03:23.240 Coming up to your cubicle like, hey, is that something you'd be okay with?

01:03:25.940 Hey, I was just thinking, I was just thinking that you could, you know, you could bear the son of God in your womb.

01:03:33.980 Is that, is that something you'd be okay with?

01:03:35.360 What do you think?

01:03:35.860 Yeah, or nay? 0.73

01:03:36.960 Hey, get back at me, get back to me EOD, okay?

01:03:39.700 Shoot me an email.

01:03:42.660 No, it's actually not what happens.

01:03:44.880 He said, the angel says, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son.

01:03:49.060 Not will you, but you will.

01:03:52.060 Pretty important distinction.

01:03:53.100 And Mary responds by saying, let it be done to me according to your will.

01:03:57.700 So she's responding with obedience.

01:04:00.660 Yes, she is exercising her free will.

01:04:03.360 And that is important.

01:04:05.320 But it's also the case that there was no request.

01:04:08.400 There was no question posed.

01:04:12.080 And God did not owe a request or a question.

01:04:16.480 Or even an explanation, though he did provide one.

01:04:18.740 And Mary acted out of obedience to the will of God.

01:04:26.200 Which, again, yes, is a very important part of the story.

01:04:30.000 That's all totally irrelevant to the point he's trying to make.

01:04:32.600 Because what we're talking about in that story is conception.

01:04:37.340 You will conceive in your womb the Christ child. 0.97

01:04:40.420 But abortion, by definition, is not preventing conception.

01:04:45.000 It is not preventing the creation of life.

01:04:48.120 It is killing life which has already been created.

01:04:51.960 So even if Mary had not responded with obedience and not responded with submission,

01:04:59.560 it would not have been analogous to abortion, obviously.

01:05:02.860 Abortion kills a child who has already been conceived.

01:05:08.540 Who already exists.

01:05:12.560 That's the whole reason why when they talk about reproductive rights, 0.71

01:05:14.780 as I've said so many times,

01:05:17.040 reproductive rights, out of all the dishonest euphemisms the left uses,

01:05:20.460 is certainly the most dishonest and the most destructive.

01:05:24.820 Because this is not about reproductive rights.

01:05:26.440 Abortion has nothing to do with reproductive rights.

01:05:30.060 By the time the abortion happens, reproduction has already occurred.

01:05:32.860 Okay?

01:05:35.880 Reproduction has already occurred by the time the abortion happens.

01:05:39.160 That's why the abortion is happening. 1.00

01:05:42.340 Abortion kills the life that has already been produced.

01:05:46.620 Reproduction has already happened.

01:05:47.920 Reproduction. 1.00

01:05:48.560 The way these idiots talk about it, 1.00

01:05:49.700 it's like they think that the birth itself is reproduction. 1.00

01:05:53.520 It is not.

01:05:55.720 There's a reason why when we talk about the reproductive act, 1.00

01:05:58.780 we're not talking about birth.

01:06:02.860 You don't engage in the reproductive act in the birthing unit at the hospital,

01:06:08.420 or at least I hope you don't.

01:06:12.960 The reproductive act is the sexual act which results in conception. 0.97

01:06:18.520 And as soon as conception has happened, that is reproduction.

01:06:24.360 So, and this is why you cannot be a pro-abortion Christian.

01:06:27.460 This is why I say pro-abortion Christianity or pro-choice Christianity is a contradiction in terms.

01:06:33.500 It's not even that a Christian shouldn't be pro-abortion. 0.94

01:06:36.460 It's not even that.

01:06:37.120 It's that you can't be.

01:06:38.660 To be pro-abortion is to not be Christian. 0.84

01:06:40.920 Because the only way to be pro-abortion and Christian, as James helpfully demonstrates, 0.98

01:06:45.000 is to absolutely torture the text of the Bible.

01:06:48.020 It's to come up with the most perverse and heretical theological arguments imaginable.

01:06:53.280 To be pro-abortion is to be guilty of heresy.

01:06:58.260 It's required.

01:06:59.200 I mean, let's just start with the fact that the pro-abortion argument must mean that Jesus Christ before birth was not human.

01:07:10.540 It was just a clump of cells.

01:07:13.900 It's also to reject the Ten Commandments, thou shalt not kill.

01:07:16.700 It's to reject every Bible verse that explicitly affirms the humanity and dignity of the unborn.

01:07:23.400 Such as Jeremiah, before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.

01:07:26.640 It's to reject 2,000 years of Christian teaching. 0.75

01:07:29.380 And it's to suggest that God makes human life, creates a baby in the womb, 0.95

01:07:35.460 and is okay with us deciding to dismember that baby limb from limb and throw him in the trash. 0.98

01:07:42.820 That's what the pro-abortion Christian is saying. 0.99

01:07:45.180 That God performs the miraculous act of creation.

01:07:49.540 But if we decide to throw the creation in the trash, he's cool with it.

01:07:56.140 That's what the pro-abortion Christian is saying, is that God sees a miraculous act, child is created, child is killed, thrown in the trash,

01:08:06.740 and God says, hey, cool, your choice, man.

01:08:08.800 Hey, your choice.

01:08:10.740 Cool, whatever you want to do.

01:08:12.500 Totally fine.

01:08:13.120 These are not just theologically insane arguments.

01:08:17.680 They are blasphemous.

01:08:18.860 They are heretical.

01:08:20.160 And they are incompatible with Christianity. 0.98

01:08:22.480 So if you're a Christian and you're pro-abortion, well, you're not Christian. 1.00

01:08:25.680 You're a liar, you're a fraud, you're a fake, and your faith is not real. 1.00

01:08:29.880 And I can say that. 1.00

01:08:31.820 I can say that for the same reason I can say that there's no such thing as a square circle.

01:08:34.920 So finally, before we wrap up, let's do a little fun clip.

01:08:42.180 Actually, speaking of euphemisms.

01:08:45.440 In the clip, Pajaro Valley Unified School District Board Vice President Joy Flynn, this is during a school board meeting,

01:08:52.780 is responding to someone who just presented some information,

01:08:55.820 and the information included a benign reference to homeless people, the homeless community, the homeless population.

01:09:02.680 And here's how Joy responded, and here's what she decided to focus on.

01:09:06.860 In a school district that, as NWokeness points out on X, has 82% of students who are not proficient in English.

01:09:14.120 So they've got big problems, but here's what she's focused on.

01:09:16.700 Listen.

01:09:17.600 I am personally offended by what was presented on so many different levels.

01:09:28.040 One thing I would like to see updated is the word homeless.

01:09:32.680 To unhoused.

01:09:41.940 I'm not done.

01:09:44.540 Can I, I just don't want Mr. Berman to, for this to be on him.

01:09:52.160 That's the way our state of California, that's the language that they use, and that's their reporting.

01:09:57.680 That doesn't mean that's the language we have to use.

01:10:00.340 I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm just making a statement, and I'd like to have my time to fit.

01:10:05.580 Okay, first of all, why are you breathing directly into the microphone like Darth Vader?

01:10:11.340 Why can I hear your nostril air?

01:10:14.860 Okay, she's like right up on the microphone, breathing heavily into it, which is annoying. 1.00

01:10:21.020 Second, I, just the unhoused thing I love, aside from the fact that she's focused on this nonsense in the first place, unhoused is probably the most arbitrary and pointless PC euphemism that has ever been invented.

01:10:35.940 And obviously there's a lot of competition for that title, but, and I've asked this question so many times, I never got a satisfactory answer.

01:10:44.600 What does the term unhoused convey that is not conveyed by the term homeless or vice versa?

01:10:52.200 In one case, we're saying that you are homeless, you are less a home, you are lacking a home.

01:10:56.740 In the other words, saying you're unhoused, you're not housed, lacking a house, it's the exact same thing.

01:11:05.660 If anything, homeless sounds more sympathetic, it sounds more human, doesn't it?

01:11:11.360 If the idea is to, is to have a term that's less harsh for the homeless people, well, homeless sounds more human.

01:11:22.820 They're less a home, they're lacking a home, it's sad, you feel bad.

01:11:29.780 Unhoused sounds clinical, it sounds weirdly sort of alien.

01:11:34.140 It's like a term that a Martian would come up with to describe a homeless person.

01:11:39.600 If you were, if a space alien landed on Earth and you took them around a tour of New York City or Chicago,

01:11:46.760 it should be a bad idea, okay, because they get a load of those places and they're just,

01:11:50.120 they're definitely going to incinerate us with their death ray and that'll be the end of it.

01:11:53.780 You take them around, you give, it's been five minutes showing them New York City right now

01:11:57.540 and they're going to say, oh, okay, you know what, I'm going to hop back in the spaceship

01:12:03.300 and we'll check back in a few minutes and then next thing you know, we're all incinerated.

01:12:08.880 But it's like if you're showing, you take an alien around, you show them a house,

01:12:14.560 this is what we call a house.

01:12:16.760 And then you show them people that this is a person who lives in that house.

01:12:20.120 And then you go, you show them people that are living on the sidewalk and on the sidewalk.

01:12:25.480 And then the space alien says, oh, so they're unhoused.

01:12:29.040 Those are unhoused.

01:12:31.040 Those people are unhoused.

01:12:33.940 That's what it sounds like.

01:12:36.380 Unhuman, clinical, weird.

01:12:40.160 I guess it's supposed to sound less accusatory or something.

01:12:43.120 I don't even know what you're going for.

01:12:44.500 I don't even know. 0.69

01:12:46.420 Sometimes with the PC lingo, I can at least, it's always dumb, but I can at least tell what you're going for.

01:12:52.600 I can tell, I can see the argument for why this other term is less offensive or whatever.

01:12:57.800 I don't even see the argument here.

01:12:59.780 I don't know what you're going for.

01:13:01.060 Is it supposed to be less accusatory?

01:13:05.100 Is it supposed to take some blame off the hobo?

01:13:09.060 I don't know.

01:13:09.680 Does it even do that?

01:13:10.780 Like, I think it does.

01:13:12.120 It kind of does the opposite.

01:13:13.420 You hear unhoused and it sounds like something that would happen to someone if they're really clumsy.

01:13:19.960 Like you tripped and fell and became unhoused.

01:13:22.760 I lost my house.

01:13:23.820 I'm unhoused.

01:13:24.480 It doesn't make any sense.

01:13:27.000 But the point, the point, of course, is that it doesn't make sense.

01:13:30.280 That is actually the point.

01:13:32.480 The point of PC lingo is to be arbitrary.

01:13:37.120 It is to make no sense because it's all a test.

01:13:42.740 That's the point of any of this stuff.

01:13:44.380 All the different, that's why the language changes.

01:13:48.080 That's why it's so arbitrary.

01:13:49.280 That's why they say, you know, people of color is the term you're supposed to use.

01:13:55.460 That'll change soon.

01:13:56.500 They've been doing people of color for five or six years now, so that's going to change. 0.68

01:13:59.460 But people of color.

01:14:00.540 But if you say colored people, it's horrifically awful.

01:14:06.280 What's the people of color? 0.97

01:14:08.400 Colored people. 0.98

01:14:09.620 It's the same thing.

01:14:11.260 What difference could it possibly make?

01:14:13.740 And it doesn't make a difference.

01:14:15.060 But the point is it's a test of your fidelity.

01:14:17.880 It's a test of your loyalty.

01:14:19.840 It's a test of your, are you up to date on the rules?

01:14:23.440 Are you one of us?

01:14:26.000 Because if the rules made sense, if they were intuitive, then, and someone followed the rules

01:14:33.520 and they were intuitive, you're not going to, that's not going to tell you anything.

01:14:37.100 It's not going to tell you whether they're on your side or not.

01:14:40.460 Because that's just normal.

01:14:41.660 That's just someone speaking like a normal person.

01:14:43.380 But when the rules don't make any sense, you just aren't one day, for no reason, you've

01:14:49.240 decided that unhoused is the term you should use.

01:14:51.980 And homeless is so offensive that if someone uses it, even in conversation, you need to

01:14:57.160 stop everything and lecture them.

01:14:58.740 And that makes no sense, but that's the point.

01:15:02.220 And the reason why the guy, whoever it was, is getting lectured is not because he used

01:15:06.040 an offensive term.

01:15:06.700 It's not an offensive term.

01:15:07.820 It's because he revealed himself to be not on the team.

01:15:11.640 And that's what all this is actually about.

01:15:16.280 And we will leave it there for this week.

01:15:19.160 Talk to you on Monday.

01:15:21.240 Have a great weekend.

01:15:22.580 Godspeed.

01:15:29.220 They told you America invented slavery.

01:15:32.780 They told you the Indians were peaceful.

01:15:36.340 They told you colonialism was evil and that Joseph McCarthy was a bad guy.

01:15:41.640 And guess what?

01:15:42.960 They lied.

01:15:44.440 For half a century, generations of American schoolchildren have been taught to hate our

01:15:48.080 history, hate our country, and hate themselves.

01:15:51.560 It's time to set the record straight.

01:15:53.540 And since no one else is going to do it, I will.

01:15:57.120 Who sold us the slaves?

01:15:58.600 What were India and Africa like before Europeans arrived?

01:16:01.800 What caused white flight?

01:16:03.920 Some of the most well-known stories from American history are designed to demoralize you.

01:16:07.900 Trail of Tears.

01:16:09.200 Smallpox Blanketsmith.

01:16:10.600 The Red Scare.

01:16:11.640 It's all baseless.

01:16:13.340 It's time for a lesson on what they're not teaching in public schools.

01:16:16.960 On the real history of slavery.

01:16:18.780 Of colonialism.

01:16:20.060 Of the Indians. 0.72

01:16:21.140 Of America.

01:16:22.240 And the world.
