00:03:49.320 weeks. One is Black Lives Matter. The other is defund the police. So we need to defund the police

00:03:57.000 because, and of course, from the perspective of the activist, they're going to connect those two and

00:04:01.880 say we should defund the police because black lives matter. If we want to protect black lives,

00:04:06.380 we have to defund something. And what should we defund? The police. Okay, that's the logic. Now,

00:04:11.680 there are many problems with the idea of defunding the police. We talked about some of those problems

00:04:17.140 yesterday, though I suspect it's probably not necessary to go into detail explaining why

00:04:21.360 we can't get rid of police departments. Any reasonable person can, off the top of their head,

00:04:26.160 come up with 10 reasons, at least, why that's a bad idea. And then they could give you another 10

00:04:31.160 because it's really quite obvious. So instead, what I'd like to explore is this idea of defunding

00:04:38.140 something for the sake of protecting black lives. Since they, since the left, has brought up the

00:04:45.940 subject, okay, well, they brought it up, so let's talk about it. And I've got a better idea. I've got

00:04:52.420 a defunding plan that would directly and immediately save many black lives. And that would be, of course,

00:04:59.720 Planned Parenthood. We could defund Planned Parenthood. Better yet, after defunding Planned Parenthood,

00:05:05.460 let's abolish abortion entirely. Now, that should be the next step. If black lives matter, and they do,

00:05:13.480 then certainly all of the many millions of children, black children murdered in abortion clinics

00:05:18.800 every year matter. Don't they? I mean, they either matter or they don't. A thing either matters or it

00:05:28.260 doesn't. If those children don't matter, then black lives don't matter. If a life doesn't matter at its

00:05:36.940 earliest and most vulnerable stage, then it doesn't inherently matter at all. Inherent, okay, that means

00:05:43.920 belonging to a thing by its nature. So, if black life, if any human life at all, black, white, or

00:05:51.260 otherwise, inherently matters, if it has inherent value, that is, value belonging to it by its nature,

00:06:00.160 then it has that value and it matters from the moment of its conception, from the moment of its

00:06:09.500 existence. If something has any inherent value of any kind, any inherent quality of any kind,

00:06:17.800 it must have that quality from the beginning. Otherwise, it's not inherent. Otherwise, it's value

00:06:23.080 or it's a quality that it gained or achieved at some other point, which means it is not inherent.

00:06:32.640 Now, this is inescapable. You really can't get around it. If that life does not inherently

00:06:39.480 matter at that stage, then it does not have inherent value at all. And therefore, its value is based on

00:06:46.220 something else, on its usefulness to society, on its desirability to others, on its ability to care

00:06:53.060 for itself, whatever it is, whatever the value is based on, the value is then conditional.

00:06:59.340 So the real question is, when someone says, black lives matter, I guess the follow-up question we

00:07:09.700 should ask is, are you saying that black life matters conditionally, or are you saying that it

00:07:14.140 matters inherently? Does it matter by its nature, or does it matter because of something else?

00:07:22.360 A black person matters. A black person's life matters. Is it because of the things that that

00:07:30.000 person can do for us? How desirable that person is to us, or is there something deeper?

00:07:37.460 Now, I would suspect that the people who go around saying black lives matter,

00:07:42.060 they mean it inherently. They mean it on the deeper level.

00:07:44.640 I would suspect that if you tried to attach the word conditionally to the phrase black life

00:07:52.040 matters, everybody who says black lives matter would be very upset about that and would accuse

00:07:57.920 you of being racist. I'm going to assume that. I could be wrong. Now, the people in BLM,

00:08:06.160 if they want to come out and say, oh, no, no, we mean it conditionally.

00:08:08.360 BLMC, black lives matter conditionally. If that's what you mean to say, then tell us,

00:08:15.920 but I'm going to assume you don't mean that. Of course, if that is what you mean, then that

00:08:22.580 rather weakens the slogan, doesn't it? Now, here's the answer that I give anyway. I guess I really

00:08:31.100 can't speak for anybody else, but I say that black life matters inherently. I say that all human life

00:08:38.300 matters inherently, which means those millions of black lives killed by abortion are victims

00:08:46.340 deserving of at least the same level of outrage that we've shown for George Floyd.

00:08:53.160 Probably quite a bit more outrage, in fact, because these are innocent lives who've never had the

00:09:01.260 chance to do anything, to live, to make choices. They've been deprived of all of that.

00:09:08.300 And there are a lot of these victims, by the way, a lot. According to a study published on the NIH

00:09:15.100 website, the black abortion rate is three times higher than the white abortion rate, at least

00:09:19.760 three times higher. I've read numbers putting it four or five times higher. The CDC tells us that

00:09:25.800 over 35% of abortions are performed on black women, though black women only comprise less than 15%

00:09:32.060 of all women of childbearing age in the country. So 15% accounting for 35%.

00:09:38.300 How many black babies have been killed since Roe v. Wade? Well, we don't have an exact number.

00:09:43.520 Those are not numbers that the abortion industry is necessarily eager to keep track of and advertise.

00:09:49.140 But if you look at the percentages and you look at the rate and you look at the overall number of

00:09:52.480 abortions, we can say confidently that tens of millions, tens of millions of black babies have been

00:09:58.560 killed since Roe v. Wade. The black population is significantly smaller than it otherwise would

00:10:04.260 have been if not for this carnage. And it gets worse. In some cities like New York City, for example,

00:10:10.240 more black babies are aborted than born. If you're a black child conceived in New York City,

00:10:16.360 it is more likely that you will be killed in the womb than delivered into the world alive and breathing.

00:10:22.560 Again, you cannot get around this. You cannot coherently argue that any life matters, black or

00:10:32.240 otherwise, if you support the mass slaughter of that life in the womb or at any other point of

00:12:17.920 babies have been killed by abortion since Roe v. Wade. It's probably considerably more than that,

00:12:24.840 but let's go with a conservative estimate and say 20 million. Now, I want you to actually picture that

00:12:32.220 because this is one disadvantage, one of many, that the victims of abortion face,

00:12:39.720 that their slaughter is off camera. It is shielded from our eyes. It happens in a building,

00:12:46.620 in a nondescript, sort of innocuous looking building in a shopping mall many times. It's not

00:12:53.400 on video. And these children are not shouting, I can't breathe. If they're crying, we can't hear

00:13:02.040 them. And so we don't picture it. We can't. We don't have any real image of it. But let's try for

00:13:10.840 a minute. As disturbing as it is, picture in your head 20 million victims. Picture 20 million dead

00:13:18.880 babies. 20 million in a mass grave. Okay, now look at that carnage. Look at that bloodbath

00:13:28.980 and tell me that you can give it a thumbs up while still claiming that life matters.

00:13:37.280 Tell me that you can look at that mass grave with 20 million dead black babies and still say

00:13:43.440 that you believe that black life matters. It's absurd. It is a gross, morbid absurdity

00:13:51.940 to make that claim while supporting that.

00:14:00.540 You know, this is not some cheap whataboutism game. This is me listening to someone

00:14:10.820 and taking them at their word. You say that black life matters. You say you believe that.

00:14:17.960 I believe it. You say you believe. Okay. Well, great. Because if you believe that, then I would

00:14:25.380 like to call your attention to the tens of millions of black babies being killed in abortion clinics.

00:14:30.580 It seems like a logical thing to bring into this discussion.

00:14:33.280 It seems like if we ignore that, then the whole discussion is ridiculous.

00:14:42.920 Do you know how many unarmed black men were killed by police last year? Nine. Nine.

00:14:52.740 And not all of them unjustly, by the way. Just because of an unarmed person, and there were

00:14:58.480 more than twice as many white people killed, unarmed people killed by police last year. Now,

00:15:04.460 not all of them unjustly. When you hear unarmed person killed by police, that doesn't mean that it

00:15:09.520 wasn't in self-defense on the part of the police officer. Take the Michael Brown situation. Two

00:15:15.440 forensics investigations, including Obama's DOJ, looked into that, investigated it, and found that he

00:15:20.880 was justified. Michael Brown was attacking the police officer, trying to take his gun and kill him.

00:15:26.140 Forensics evidence, eyewitness evidence. Once all the smoke cleared, all of the, you know,

00:15:31.360 and the false reporting and the false narratives and everything, once all that was cleared out of

00:15:36.240 the way and we were left with the evidence and the actual eyewitnesses, it turned out that Michael

00:15:40.940 Brown was trying to kill this man and was shot for his trouble. That is a totally justified killing,

00:15:48.200 entirely the fault of Michael Brown. He brought that on himself. Is it a terrible tragedy? Yes,

00:15:52.440 it's a tragedy anytime someone throws their life away. Okay, someone, you know, an armed robber

00:15:59.180 goes into a convenience store, points his gun, gets shot by the store clerk and dies. That's a tragedy

00:16:04.640 in a certain sense. It's not an injustice. It's not an outrage. The store clerk was acting in

00:16:12.060 self-defense, but it's a tragedy that a person has thrown their life away for no reason, throwing their

00:16:16.280 life away for, you know, $57 in the cash register. Michael Brown threw his life away. That's a tragic,

00:16:21.920 terrible thing. But in any case, that's an example of how an unarmed killing can be completely justified.

00:16:31.840 So, but, let's, nine unarmed, um, uh, black people killed by police last year. Nine.

00:16:46.900 Compare that to 20 million. I mean, here we are focusing, talking about Black Lives Matter,

00:16:57.120 focusing the conversation entirely around a comparative few black people unjustly killed by

00:17:07.000 police. And meanwhile, we've got millions, millions of victims. And we're ignoring them.

00:17:19.160 How, how can we do that? And I, I even hear from pro-lifers sometimes to say, oh, you know,

00:17:24.720 don't, don't bring, this isn't, it's not appropriate to bring this up right now. What?

00:17:30.460 We're talking about Black Lives Matter and everyone's talking about a few, you know, a few

00:17:33.780 over here. We got, we got millions of victims over here. How can we not bring that up? It's insane

00:17:40.580 not to bring it up. So this is really the balls in your court. You're, you're, you're BLM activists.

00:17:49.460 You're, you're, you're someone on the left, um, balls in your court here. You have to make up your

00:17:55.260 mind. You have to make a decision. Does black life matter inherently or not? Is it inherent or is it

00:18:03.600 conditional? That's the question you have to answer. And you see, I know what your answer is though.

00:18:11.120 It's the answer you don't want to give. Your answer is conditional. That's the answer you give

00:18:18.500 for all human life. Black, white, any race. What you believe is that that value of that life is

00:18:26.320 conditional. And so a child in the womb, the condition by which that child's life matters is,

00:18:37.480 is if the mother wants that baby. If the mother doesn't want the baby, then the life doesn't

00:18:43.180 matter at all. It's garbage. Literally throw it in the dumpster, which is what they do with these

00:18:47.300 babies. They throw it in a medical waste. They throw the bodies in a medical waste dumpster.

00:18:52.400 So you are someone who believes in, in the conditional value of human life.

00:18:57.640 But you won't say that because you recognize that it's horrific. It is a horrific, nihilistic

00:19:03.060 point of view that, if you're honest about it, renders you incapable, actually, of really speaking

00:19:11.740 out against any injustice. Because according to your view, no life actually really matters.

00:19:20.220 It doesn't actually matter. It doesn't really matter. In certain conditions, we can sort of

00:19:26.360 pretend that it matters, but it doesn't really. It doesn't actually. That's your view.

00:19:30.760 But you don't want to say it. And all I would suggest is that if you have a view that you don't

00:19:36.320 want to say out loud, because it's so horrifically awful, and if you have a view that could logically

00:19:45.580 be applied to justify any injustice from the Holocaust to slavery to anything else, which the

00:19:53.400 belief in the conditional value of human life does justify anything, really anything at all,

00:19:58.220 and all of the perpetrators of all the historic injustices have believed in the conditional value

00:20:04.660 of human life. And that's the justification they gave for what they were doing. So if you hold a

00:20:10.820 belief like that, that could be a really good indication that your belief is wrong and you need

00:20:18.560 to change it. And the great thing is, if you change this belief in the conditional value of human

00:20:25.620 life and instead embrace the inherent value of human life, you don't have to abandon everything

00:20:31.400 you're saying right now about black lives matter. Quite the contrary. Now you can take it and it

00:20:37.560 really means something and you can apply it consistently. And you can speak out in favor of

00:20:41.900 not just the few black people who are unjustly killed by police every year, but speak out in favor

00:20:47.940 also of the millions of children who have been unjustly killed in abortion clinics. All right,

00:20:56.260 let's go to your news headlines. Number one, the looter and all around scumbag who shot retired police

00:21:05.540 captain David Dorn was arrested this week. His name is Stefan Cannon. But it won't surprise you to learn

00:21:13.360 that this is not Cannon's first run in with the law. In fact, in 2014, he was convicted of felony

00:21:19.400 robbery. He was supposed to go to jail for seven years. Guess how many days in jail he actually

00:21:23.620 served, in prison that is? Zero. So he was convicted of, or I should say felony robbery. He was convicted

00:21:31.340 of felony robbery. Supposed to go to jail for seven years. Spent zero days in prison. He was given

00:21:38.880 probation. He violated probation twice. Avoided prison on both of those occasions as well.

00:21:46.460 Now, if Cannon had actually served the sentence and done the time that he was supposed to do for

00:21:52.140 the crime he had committed, he'd still be there right now. He wouldn't be getting out until what,

00:21:56.280 2021? And David Dorn would still be alive. Now, I don't know about you, but that's a trade that I

00:22:01.520 would love to make. Have this scumbag in jail out of the way and still have David Dorn alive. Dorn,

00:22:07.860 who was a good man by all accounts, an accomplished man, a man who cared about his community,

00:22:11.340 clearly cared about his community, went out in the middle of all this chaos to try to stop people

00:22:15.220 from looting. We could still have him if this scumbag had been locked away like he deserves.

00:22:21.780 I do have to wonder though, you know, white privilege, is that what this is? Stefan Cannon,

00:22:27.660 a black man, committed felony robbery, didn't spend a day in prison. How does that work with the

00:22:33.860 white privilege, systemic racism theory? I'm just wondering, how do you fit that in? How do you fit

00:22:38.520 it in with Black Lives Matter, considering the light treatment that led directly to the death of

00:22:42.540 David Dorn, who was also a black man? These are all questions that, these are even more questions

00:22:46.440 that the BLM folks are going to have to answer. Number two, all of the brands, you know, have been

00:22:51.260 jumping in honoring George Floyd and Black Lives Matter, wanting to make sure that everybody knows

00:22:55.880 how woke they are, how virtuous they are. This one I thought was pretty inspiring. Here's Gushers.

00:23:08.680 filled in with this fruity mucus. It's like if a strawberry sneezed into a little plastic bag and

00:23:14.500 gave it to you to eat. Anyway, Gushers came out, and this is what they had to say. It says,

00:23:21.280 Gushers wouldn't be Gushers without the black community and your voices. Gushers wouldn't be

00:23:26.440 Gushers without the black community. What does that even mean? I don't know what that means.

00:23:39.640 you. So your fruit snacks see you and stand with you. That's great. Thank God. You know, this is

00:24:41.480 about the virus again, pretending that the last two weeks never happened. And yet, and yes, here we

00:24:46.480 are. Here's the article from NPR. It says, Trump to restart political rallies this month despite

00:24:51.840 coronavirus pandemic. And then it goes on to talk about, you know, he's going to be doing political

00:24:56.760 rallies and that's so dangerous. And it says, the Trump campaign did not comment on the specifics

00:25:04.540 of safety protocols, including whether masks and temperature checks would be mandated for entry.

00:25:09.880 Oh, was any of that mandated for the BLM rallies? Temperature checks? Were they doing that?

00:25:16.960 These people really have no shame, no shame at all. And that is their greatest advantage. That's

00:25:22.000 what we have to understand. That these people in the media, they will lie and contradict themselves

00:25:26.560 without hesitation, without guilt, without shame, without worrying about how stupid and crazy and

00:25:33.280 dishonest they look to other people. It's almost like a superpower. I almost envy it.

00:25:39.540 Because I still, you know, I still have at least a semblance of a human conscience in my head. And so

00:25:47.340 it's always getting in the way. And, you know, you probably have this experience too,

00:25:53.020 where you have a conscience and it may not be the greatest conscience in the world, but you have one.

00:27:21.720 with a blade trying to stab Bugs Bunny. So all of that's still allowed.

00:27:35.420 painful death than getting shot, I would think, although I've never been killed either way.

00:27:46.280 coronavirus patients without symptoms aren't driving the spread of the virus, according to the World

00:27:52.080 Health Organization. Some people, particularly young and otherwise healthy individuals who are

00:32:46.780 moments of silence for them and other symbolic gestures to honor them. Have we ever seen

00:32:52.500 eight minutes kneeling on the ground? To honor anybody? And this is for George Floyd.

00:33:04.200 This is, this is, I think, the most extravagant and solemn memorial we've ever seen politicians give

00:33:14.660 to anybody. And this is for George Floyd. Let me just say, George Floyd, I believe died unjustly.

00:33:22.500 And that's terrible. A lot of people die unjustly every day. And that's terrible too. His life,

00:33:28.800 no more important than any of theirs. They're all important, all inherently valuable, as we discussed.

00:33:35.440 But other than how he died, there's, this was not a great man. There is no evidence that he was a great

00:33:47.060 man or even a good man. So you could be upset about the injustice of it. And that's fine. That's

00:33:53.200 understandable. But turning this man into a martyr and a hero and canonizing him after his death is

00:33:58.680 ridiculous and outrageous and offensive. It is possible, you know, to make the case that someone

00:34:05.240 died unjustly without falling to your knees in worship and adulation and acting like they were

00:34:11.220 great, you know, heroes that should be remembered through the ages. It is possible. It's very possible.

00:34:25.220 that you've been distraught and in mourning for three weeks over this, this death, because nobody

00:34:30.060 believes you anyway. When you have these Democrat apologists, they say, oh, we're so distraught about

00:34:57.320 say. I don't do this very often, but I must issue a retraction. I was apparently fact-checked on

00:35:06.640 something that I said yesterday. And it turns out, unknowingly, I did spread fake news. You may

00:35:12.940 remember I played this video of the mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry, dancing while wearing

00:35:18.480 his wife's pants. Now, I said yesterday that this dancing occurred at a BLM rally over the weekend.

00:35:25.520 And I said that because that's what the internet told me. And the internet has never lied to me.

00:35:31.600 Until then. It was the first time for everything. It turns out that was not from a BLM rally.

00:35:37.900 That dancing occurred in 2018. I don't know why. I don't know why it was decided in 2018 that they

00:35:45.460 would inflict this on the world, but they did. And they being, I don't know who. I don't know who's

00:35:51.640 responsible for this. But there he is dancing. So I was wrong. I must retract. Though I should be

00:35:59.020 clear, I take no responsibility. I do not apologize. This was not my fault. I blame everyone

00:36:05.460 else except for me. And by the way, come to think of it, I guess I have to issue a second

00:36:10.060 retraction because you may remember 35 seconds ago, I said that Jacob Fry was wearing his wife's

00:36:16.140 pants. Let's take a look at those again. Just a still shot of him in those pants. Now, the truth

00:36:22.020 is, I have to be clear, I have no specific information proving that he was wearing his

00:36:26.920 wife's pants. Now, the only evidence I have are the pants themselves, which to me, from

00:36:35.240 my vantage point, clearly appear to be women's pants. Now, but those could be anyone's wife's

00:36:42.780 pants. All right? I don't know. Did Jacob Fry break into someone's house and raid the woman's

00:36:54.860 dresser and take the pants? I'm not saying that happened. I don't know what happened. I don't know

00:37:00.840 what occurred. I don't know how he obtained the pants or why or what exactly his reason was for

00:37:09.400 wearing them. I can only speculate. That's all we can do in a situation like this. But I admit that

00:37:14.960 speculation on a matter as serious as this is irresponsible and reckless. All I can say for

00:37:21.120 sure, let me stick to the facts, is that somehow, for some reason, Jacob Fry came into possession

00:37:28.220 of those pants, which have the appearance of being women's pants, put them on and walked outside.
