00:00:00.000 Today on the Matt Wall Show, we're told that America is a systemically racist country,
00:00:04.440 but the facts don't quite support that claim, or in fact, don't at all support that claim.
00:00:09.760 And today I want to talk about the one fact that I think most contradicts the systemic racism
00:00:15.920 theory. We're going to get into that today. Also, five headlines, including the left's freak out
00:00:19.120 because the federal government, God forbid, has finally started to come down on the Antifa
00:00:24.440 is finally enforcing the law, but that's very scandalous and horrifying, and the media is
00:00:30.860 very upset about it as well, so we'll discuss that. And in our daily cancellation, we will talk
00:00:34.780 about the story of a great and loving and dutiful father who beat the hell out of his daughter's
00:00:41.440 molester after catching the guy in his daughter's room after sneaking in a window, when now he is
00:00:47.480 under arrest. So we've got to talk about that today as well. But first, I want to talk with
00:00:53.540 you a little bit about internet freedom. Social media companies get to decide what content is
00:00:58.200 suitable for the sensitive snowflakes among us and censor whatever they don't like.
00:01:03.920 Here's the way I look at it. Shouldn't you be the one to decide what you want to read or to watch
00:01:08.980 and not them? Shouldn't you get to make that choice for yourself? Well, here's one thing you can control,
00:01:14.640 their access to your data. And for that, I use ExpressVPN. See, the problem with the big tech
00:01:21.520 companies is that not only do they censor what you read, but on top of that, they're tracking what
00:01:27.000 you do online. So they're keeping tabs on you. They're deciding everything that you see, and
00:01:31.180 they're keeping tabs on you on top of it. They track what you're searching for, the videos you
00:01:34.660 watch, everything you click. As far as I'm concerned, they have no right to that information.
00:01:38.840 It's none of their business. They use this data to serve you ads and can match your activity
00:01:43.680 to your offline identity using your device's unique IP address. When I use ExpressVPN,
00:01:49.460 these tech companies can't see my IP address at all. My identity is masked, anonymized by a secure
00:01:55.720 VPN server. Plus, ExpressVPN also encrypts 100% of your data to protect you from hackers and internet
00:02:01.500 bad guys. Does it sound complicated? It's not. I promise. ExpressVPN software just takes one minute
00:02:07.180 to set up on your computer, and you're protected. They do all the rest. So I've been using this for
00:02:12.720 a long time, and I think that there's no reason not to use it. It's almost irresponsible not to have
00:02:19.000 something protecting you if you're on the internet all the time, as we all are. So why give these
00:02:23.160 tech companies a free license to know everything about you, and then turn around and sell off your
00:02:28.380 information? It's time to take back your privacy at expressvpn.com slash walsh. By visiting my special
00:02:34.640 link, you'll get an extra three months of ExpressVPN service for free. And who doesn't like to save money?
00:02:40.360 I think we all do. Again, that's E-X-P-R-E-S-S-V-P-N.com slash walsh. Expressvpn.com slash walsh to protect
00:02:50.800 your data today. Now, I want to talk about the idea that America is systemically racist,
00:02:57.400 currently systemically racist. There's no doubt, of course, that America was at a time systemically
00:03:03.740 racist, just like every country on earth has been at a time systemically racist. Racism was the rule
00:03:11.760 across the entire country, rather across the entire world for thousands of years. And many countries
00:03:18.720 currently still are systemically racist. The claim from the left is not just that we were systemically
00:03:25.860 racist, but that we are right now today. And that the problem is not just the legacy of slavery
00:03:33.600 or Jim Crow, obvious examples of actual systemic racism, which thankfully are in the past. But the
00:03:39.920 claim is that there is still systemic racism today. And that isn't, it is in fact an extremely
00:03:45.680 significant problem. And it's so significant that as Ilhan Omar said, we played the video a few days
00:03:50.520 ago, we have to dismantle our whole economy and political system and society to rid ourselves of
00:03:56.320 it. The question though, is whether there's evidence for this current scourge called systemic
00:04:03.440 racism? I know evidence is treated as a mere technicality these days, but it really does
00:04:11.040 matter because evidence is all about you believe something. Well, when I ask for evidence of that
00:04:19.080 belief, that's not a technicality. It's not splitting hairs. It's not being pedantic. What I'm really
00:04:25.640 saying is, oh, why do you believe that? Do you have a reason? If you have no evidence, then that means
00:04:34.460 you have literally no reason to believe what you believe, which means you shouldn't believe it if
00:04:39.940 there's no reason to. Now, remember the fact that black Americans as a percentage suffer more from
00:04:48.240 poverty, crime, and so on, is not itself proof of systemic racism. Because those are the things that
00:04:55.700 systemic racism is supposed to explain. So in other words, we see the struggles faced by the black
00:05:02.880 community. Everyone sees them. There's no denying that. The question is, why are those things happening?
00:05:08.940 And the explanation we're given is systemic racism, which means that to prove systemic racism,
00:05:14.100 to prove that it's true, you need to do something other than simply point back to the things you're
00:05:20.020 explaining. It's the same with police shootings. There's no doubt that a higher percentage of black
00:05:26.540 men are killed by cops than white men or white people in general. That in itself is not proof of
00:05:34.040 racism. Racism is the explanation we are given for that fact. But when I ask, how do you know that
00:05:43.260 racism is the cause? You can't just repeat the data point that racism is meant to explain in the first
00:05:49.920 place. So this is a simple rule of logic. And as it happens when it comes to police shootings,
00:05:55.560 what you really have to look at is not the overall raw number of white versus black people shot by cops.
00:06:01.500 In that case, it's actually more white people than black people. You also can't look at the overall
00:06:05.220 percentage of black versus white people shot by cops. That tells us nothing. Because if, say,
00:06:10.320 black men committed a disproportionate amount of violent crime, which they do, then that's going
00:06:17.200 to puff up those percentages. So what we need to know is, of the black versus white people arrested
00:06:24.820 by police, that's the group we need to look at. Are either of those groups, the arrested groups,
00:06:34.360 substantially more likely to be killed in the process? And the answer is no.
00:06:38.300 So when you isolate it and you actually look at the groups of both races arrested by cops,
00:06:45.720 there is not a substantially greater likelihood that a black person is going to
00:06:51.180 die in the process. And that, by the way, is a little bit of a sidetrack. I'm going to get back
00:06:57.460 to systemic racism in a second. But you often hear, because a greater percentage of black men are
00:07:04.460 killed by cops than white men overall. As I said, that doesn't tell you anything. But the way that
00:07:11.660 that's reported by the media, what they'll say is, they'll say something like, black men are two times
00:07:17.540 as likely, or, you know, three times as likely to be shot and killed by cops as white men. That's not
00:07:23.880 true. That doesn't make any sense. You can't just look at the overall percentages and say, and then
00:07:29.960 say of every individual black man that he's twice as likely to be killed by cops. Because there are a
00:07:36.600 lot of other things that go into your likelihood of being killed by cops. So a black man who's never
00:07:45.240 arrested by cops, or doesn't commit any crime, there is virtually a 0% chance that he's going to
00:07:52.320 be killed by cops. We do hear of cases of someone just in their home, cops bust in and kill them.
00:07:58.880 Horrible, horribly unjust. Everyone is against that. Everyone is in favor of accountability in
00:08:03.460 those cases. I know I am. And I talk about those cases when they happen. But those are exceedingly
00:08:07.480 rare. In almost every single case of someone being killed by cops, it's in the process of an arrest
00:08:12.620 after they've committed some kind of crime. Doesn't mean that the shooting is always justified. A lot
00:08:16.440 of times a shooting is, because the police are responding to fatal, to lethal aggression on the other
00:08:21.800 side. But that's the point. So if you're a black man, or white man, or Asian man, Hispanic man,
00:08:28.540 who doesn't commit any crimes, your likelihood is pretty much zero. It's not the same for everybody.
00:08:37.660 It would be kind of like if you looked at the overall numbers of people of a certain race
00:08:47.260 who are convicted as sex offenders, and then we were to say, you know, of everybody in that race,
00:08:54.560 you have a whatever percent chance of being convicted as a sex offender. Well, well, no,
00:08:59.920 that's because your chance of being convicted as a sex offender is exponentially greater if you
00:09:06.780 actually are one. If you don't commit any sex offenses, your chances of being convicted as one
00:09:12.600 are almost zero. There's still a chance of being falsely convicted. That does happen.
00:09:17.400 But the vast majority of people convicted actually did do it. It's not like the vast majority are
00:09:22.320 innocent. So, you know, that's why you have to be careful with the way these things are phrased by
00:09:27.000 the media oftentimes. Because the way that they want to make it seem as though cops are just,
00:09:35.160 the reason they phrase it like that, you know, every black man has a whatever percent chance of
00:09:39.640 dying at the hands of cops. They want to make it seem as though cops are just randomly walking up to
00:09:46.280 people on the street and killing them. And that is not happening. That's just not happening.
00:09:51.520 Okay. So back to systemic racism. What I want to do here is offer a data point or a set of data
00:09:59.240 points that while they may not on their own disprove systemic racism, they do contradict the
00:10:04.020 systemic racism claim in a rather startling and severe sort of way. I think what we have here is
00:10:09.840 an extremely significant strike against systemic racism. And it's worth looking at that and thinking
00:10:17.760 about it. Now, a very big problem, okay, for those who promote the systemic racism theory
00:10:25.160 is the story and experience of black immigrants in the United States. If our country is systemically
00:10:33.440 racist and it is structured to keep minorities down, if our system is inherently one that promotes
00:10:40.180 and is fueled by white supremacism, which is what we're told, you would expect immigrants to do very
00:10:46.440 poorly, and in particular, black immigrants to do worst of all. That's not the case. So let's look
00:10:52.260 at a few things here. Starting with this, the share, and this is from Pew, the share of black immigrants
00:10:58.280 who live below the poverty line. You see the graph there, only four points higher than the general US
00:11:04.500 population. College degree, one third of a college degree, nearly on par with the general population.
00:11:11.440 Household income is lower than the general population, but not substantially lower. And then
00:11:17.060 you notice how immigrants from South America actually have a higher household income than
00:11:20.940 the general population. And this year, this passage is from the site called courthousenews.com,
00:11:28.660 says the income growth for female black immigrants, specifically female black immigrants,
00:11:33.180 is outpacing both black and white women born in the US.
00:11:36.680 Certainly not what you would expect from a country that is, we're told, inherently racist and sexist,
00:11:44.540 patriarchal and racist on top of it. In fact, whatever marker you look at, whatever point you
00:11:51.800 analyze, you see that black immigrants do pretty well in this country, which is a great thing.
00:12:00.360 Now, what do you expect, though, in an allegedly racist country? Why is that? Well, let me submit one
00:12:06.620 possible explanation. And you find it here back with Pew, their statistics. You see 50% of black
00:12:14.640 immigrants live in a married two-parent household, or at least a married couple household. The number
00:12:20.980 for black Americans who are born in the US, and black Americans who lag behind black immigrants in
00:12:28.280 nearly every category, the number there is 36%. And so you have 50% versus 36%. Pretty significant
00:12:37.640 difference there. In fact, what you notice is that the groups with the highest percentage of married
00:12:45.040 households always seem to do the best in every area. This might explain something else. Now, it's widely
00:12:53.300 known and remarked upon that Asians generally and Asian immigrants do extremely well in America,
00:13:00.400 even better off in the native-born white Americans. Asian immigrants in America are a stunning
00:13:08.580 success story, which again, that on its own is not what you would expect in a systemically racist
00:13:13.820 country. It doesn't disprove it on its own. But I guess what I'm saying is if you didn't know
00:13:20.140 anything about America, and I told you, or BLM told you, that America is a racist dystopia governed by
00:13:28.340 systemic white supremacism, and you heard that, and then you were asked, which group of people do you
00:13:35.720 think is most successful in this racist dystopia, you would say, well, white people, obviously. If you
00:13:44.580 then found out that Asian people are most successful, you'd be pretty confused. That's just not what you
00:13:50.960 would expect based on what you were told. I think this might have something to do with it. From the
00:13:57.100 National Kids Count Data Center, this is showing us children who live in two parent households, and it
00:14:03.840 says Asians, 84%. Whites, 77%. Black, 37%. And here they aren't separating black, immigrant, and native-borns,
00:14:14.660 so that's why the number's a little bit higher than the one I quoted earlier. But still, it's still
00:14:20.340 strikingly low. 84% Asian, 77% white, black, 37%. It's a hell of a coincidence, isn't it?
00:14:28.220 There appears to be, call me crazy, a direct correlation between success in economic and
00:14:37.340 education, you know, economics and educational, and in many other areas, and stability of the family.
00:14:47.420 There really is a direct correlation right down the line. There are no outliers.
00:14:52.220 You know, there's no group, as far as I can tell, that throws everything for a loop by not having
00:15:03.580 stable families, yet succeeding spectacularly. That doesn't exist. All of the groups that struggle
00:15:10.500 in the area of maintaining stable families also struggle in every other area. The groups that have
00:15:17.000 more stable families are more successful in every area. There are no outliers.
00:15:22.220 Now, there are many outliers in the systemic racism theory. There are a lot of groups that
00:15:28.600 throw you for a loop. Groups that aren't doing what you would expect them to do on the systemic
00:15:34.300 racism theory, like black immigrants, Asians, etc. But on the theory that the family is what
00:15:39.540 determines success, everything looks exactly, exactly as you would expect it to look.
00:15:48.120 Look, if I told you that America is not, if you didn't know anything about America, and I told
00:15:54.580 you it's not a racist country, but it is a country, probably like any other country on earth, where
00:15:59.440 the fate of the family in a given group is going to determine their success rate in every other
00:16:03.800 category, and then you looked at the data, it would look exactly as you would expect it to look based
00:16:10.440 on what I told you. That just can't be a coincidence. Correlation does not equal causation, but it can
00:16:19.460 very strongly point to causation. And here I think it's pointing with neon signs and flashing bold
00:16:26.020 letters, and the sign says IFS. It's the family stupid. It's about the family.
00:16:33.140 So this is where we need to look. This is not merely academic or about trying to deflect or change the
00:16:44.760 subject. No, if we actually care about black children growing up in the city, if we actually
00:16:54.980 care what happens to them, which I do, I'm very skeptical that anyone in Black Lives Matter
00:17:01.880 gives the slightest damn. I care. Hopefully you care. Well, then we know that they're suffering,
00:17:13.860 that they're facing a lot of disadvantages. That's clear. We have to accurately diagnose the problem.
00:17:22.020 The family might not be the only problem, might not explain everything. It's not a cure-all.
00:17:29.160 You get plenty of people that grow up in supposedly, allegedly, at least on the outside, stable
00:17:35.500 families and still suffer greatly in life and don't succeed by any of these measures. So that does
00:17:45.300 happen. But it seems very clear that if you want to give a kid the best chance, give them the best
00:17:53.500 shot at having a good life, a successful life. You got to give them two parents that are married
00:18:01.800 in the same house. So we have to start there. That has to be the message. And that's an important
00:18:11.380 message for everybody. Because although I showed you those numbers of, you know, number of kids by race
00:18:17.320 demographic living in two-parent households, we should also note that that percentage is going
00:18:23.200 down. It's headed in the opposite direction for pretty much every group. So it's still relatively
00:18:30.020 high. A white family is 77%. Relatively high, but that still leaves a quarter of white kids who don't
00:18:37.480 have, don't live in houses with married parents. That's troubling. I mean, as I said, trending in
00:18:46.600 the wrong direction. So this should be the message to everybody. You want to give your kid the best
00:18:52.640 chance, get married and stay married. Start with that. That's our starting point. Once we've achieved
00:19:04.740 that, then we can start talking about some of these other things. The thing that threatens black
00:19:11.140 children in the city, it's not the police. It's not systemic racism. It's not the KKK. It's not
00:19:20.580 neo-Nazis prowling the streets, all 15 of them across the entire country. It's not them. It's that they are,
00:19:28.440 most of them, vast majority, growing up in households where they don't have the stability of a married
00:19:36.680 parents who are there in the home, seeing to their well-being. And oftentimes, the parent, of course,
00:19:44.340 that's missing is the father. And as we have discovered in modern society, it turns out, fathers are not
00:19:52.820 expendable. You can't just get rid of the father and think that everything's going to continue along
00:19:59.640 as normal. It's not. Turns out, fathers are really necessary. Kids need them. What do you know?
00:20:07.740 Okay, we're going to go to five headlines.

00:20:27.400 slash Walsh. It's benhambrothers.com slash Walsh. So Fox has decided that it will keep Nick Cannon on
00:20:33.200 board as host of The Masked Singer. Terribly stupid show, by the way. I kept hearing about the
00:20:41.520 show, and I sat down and watched it for about 10 minutes, and I almost couldn't believe. So people
00:20:46.140 are, why? What is this? Why are people watching it? Well, I don't know why I continue to be shocked,
00:20:50.840 by the rampant stupidity of our culture. So he's still going to host the show, despite the fact
00:20:55.660 that he said white people are soulless, evil, subhuman savages. Not even in spite of that. They're
00:21:00.300 just pretending it didn't happen. Like, just not acknowledging it. Like, everybody else pretending
00:21:05.020 it didn't happen. So Cannon, as a consequence of making the most racist comments we have heard
00:21:10.020 on a platform that size in a long time, lost his partnership with Viacom, which actually he lost it
00:21:18.300 not even because of the white comments, but because of the Jewish comments, but still keeps
00:21:22.620 his hosting gig on Fox, has been offered other jobs to replace Viacom. And by the way, we can be
00:21:29.440 certain he'll be back with Viacom in no time. I pretty much guarantee you that. What this means is
00:21:34.160 that, just taking another example, those kids who were, remember those kids at Jimmy John's who were
00:21:38.840 on film playing around with the dough for the bread, pretending it was a noose, those dumb kids
00:21:47.540 faced worse consequences and a greater backlash than Nick Cannon, a major ubiquitous celebrity who
00:21:54.520 called an entire race of people barbaric and subhuman. This is cancel culture. If anyone's
00:21:59.300 wondering what cancel culture is, this is it right here. Cancel culture, this is an aspect of cancel
00:22:04.720 culture that isn't acknowledged enough. Cancel culture is a left wing phenomenon. It is, it is
00:22:12.300 run by the left. It's what the left does. We might as well call it, we should just call it left wing
00:22:16.480 cancel culture or left wing culture or leftist, whatever you want to call it. It is a left wing
00:22:21.400 phenomenon. It's there, there is, there is no cancel culture against the left. If there was Nick Cannon
00:22:30.340 would be canceled, he's not. Even though he said the most racist thing, as I said, can you think of,
00:22:37.860 of an example of a major celebrity or even a not so major celebrity, um, saying something that racist
00:22:46.000 recently? That's the most racist thing we've heard from someone at that level in a very long time.
00:22:50.980 He's not canceled. The Jimmy John's people are why? Because the left runs a cancel culture. It's all them.
00:22:56.840 So when, when, uh, people on the right or anybody else tries to hold Nick Cannon responsible,
00:23:04.780 hold him accountable for being a, a, a raging bigot, that's not cancel culture. You can't say,
00:23:12.480 oh, I thought you were against cancel culture. I am. It's not cancel culture. All I'm saying is he
00:23:19.160 just stood up and announced that, that his entire white audience, which, which, which I I'm, I'm guessing,
00:23:25.060 especially on the mask singers, most of his audience are subhuman savages. You should be
00:23:29.340 accountable, but that's not, that's not cancel culture. Cancel culture is when the left goes
00:23:33.460 after some random kids and tries to destroy their lives for no reason. That's cancel culture.
00:23:42.720 Okay. Number two, uh, the squad's Ringo, Ayanna Pressley is back in the news. Here's what she said at a,
00:23:49.280 um, house committee on oversight and reform meeting. Here's what she had to say here. Here is her
00:23:54.100 theory on, uh, the history and formation of the American police. You know, it's going to be pretty
00:24:01.840 good. Listen to this. Many black women and mothers surviving family members have had to relive the
00:24:08.960 trauma of seeing their, their loved ones murdered and live streamed on national television. The mothers
00:24:16.060 of the movement have been trying to tell us for generations from Mrs. Till to Lucy McBath to stop
00:24:21.780 murdering our children. We must listen. We must center these experiences in this moment of truth
00:24:27.760 telling and reckoning. And while Juneteenth is meant to be a day of celebration and of freedom and
00:24:33.240 emancipation, again, we must take stock of this moment and be sobered about the work that lies ahead.
00:24:39.100 Uh, Mr. Crenshaw, um, is it fair to say that the policing system in our nation grew out of the
00:24:46.240 practice of capturing and often murdering individuals trying to escape from his, from slavery?
00:24:52.080 Could you speak to just the history of our policing system and, um, how you see that influencing modern
00:24:58.120 day policing? No, Ayanna, it would not be fair to say. Um, it's not fair to say because you just
00:25:04.980 made that up on the spot, just invented that the police department was formed based on retrieving
00:25:13.840 and killing slaves. What? Every civilization in history has had some kind of law enforcement
00:25:23.980 mechanism. Uh, this is not unique. The fact that we have police in this country, actually it's not
00:25:31.720 unique. The only countries that don't, the only time you're not going to find any sort of law
00:25:37.560 enforcement is in a failed state or the worst third world hell holes you can find where they have no
00:25:43.840 sort of infrastructure or government, uh, of any kind. Anywhere else, if you have a civilized society,
00:25:51.480 um, there's going to be police. So you just, but that, that's what, that's, that's what we see now.
00:25:57.660 Um, the left, they just make up, just make up something. No reason for that. Just make it up.
00:26:03.420 No justification off the top of our head. Why not? Number three, the media is having conniption
00:26:09.440 fits today because unidentified, quote unquote, unidentified, quote unquote, secret police are
00:26:14.400 arresting, quote unquote, protesters and quote unquote, unmarked vans. Um, we are told that this
00:26:21.060 is the heralding of a new age of fascism and tyranny. It's a big deal. It's my God, it's
00:26:27.420 terrible. We should all panic. The poor pro, the poor, poor protesters. Look what's happening to
00:26:32.380 them. Um, what have they ever done? These protesters besides commit serious felonies every night for
00:26:38.000 the last two months straight. I mean, besides that, what have they done? Nothing. Here's the footage
00:26:44.960 that everyone is panicking about today. Look at this. What are you doing? Use your words. What are you
00:26:51.260 doing? Use your words. What are you doing? Use your words. What is going on? Who are you? NLG
00:27:04.020 will get you out. What's your name? Tell us your name. What's your name? Okay, you're fine. We'll
00:27:08.220 get you out. We got you, friend. We got you. You just violated their rights. You just violated
00:27:24.500 their rights. Use your words. Use your words. Okay. So they're, they're arresting an Antifa goon
00:27:34.720 dressed in all black with a helmet, arresting that person in front of a crowd on film. They're
00:27:41.080 in uniform. The uniforms say police on them. What's the problem here? I, I don't, what are
00:27:49.200 we worried about with this? It's because they look scary. Is that the problem? And since
00:27:55.180 everyone's, you know, having a, is very upset about the unmarked vehicle. Since when, when
00:28:01.740 is this a new concept? Why is everyone freaking out that they use an unmarked? Cops use unmarked
00:28:05.780 vehicles all the time, especially if they don't want you to immediately know that they're
00:28:10.540 the police. There's no law saying that they have to announce down the street that they're
00:28:15.900 the police. There may be times when the police don't want you to know that the police are
00:28:21.020 right there. Uh, so there's nothing new about the fact that it's an unmarked van. Cops use
00:28:26.420 unmarked vehicles all the time. Totally normal and also necessary in some circumstances.
00:28:33.100 They've got the thing, says police. What do you want them to do? Are they supposed to
00:28:36.600 stop and ask permission? Excuse me, sir. Do you mind if we arrest you? We were just, we, I don't,
00:28:43.160 we were just stopping by, thought we'd arrest you. You got time for that now? Is it okay?
00:28:47.880 Oh no. Okay. We'll stop back later. Oh, you don't, you don't want, you don't want us to arrest
00:28:51.540 you at all ever. Okay. Well then forget about it. Nevermind. You're good to go. Sorry. We
00:28:56.020 apologize. Of course, you know, I'm, I'm, I'm being sarcastic. That is actually what the left
00:29:02.300 wants. That is how they imagine policing and how it should work. If it works at all,
00:29:06.120 if we have police at all, that's how they should do it. Number four, uh, that was in Portland. This
00:29:10.160 also is importantly, here's, here's another cop sharing his experience with those lovely anti-racist
00:29:16.340 white Antifa goons. Listen to this. It says something when you're at a black lives matter
00:29:24.080 protest, you have more minorities on the police side than you have in a violent crowd
00:29:31.180 and you have white people screaming at black officers. You have the biggest nose I've ever seen.
00:29:40.420 I got to see folks that really do want change like the rest of us that have been impacted by racism.
00:29:48.580 And then I got to see those people get faded out by people that have no idea what racism is all
00:29:54.780 about. Never experienced racism. They don't even know that the tactics that they are using are the
00:30:02.060 same tactics that were used against my people. A lot of times someone of color, black, Hispanic, Asian,
00:30:08.500 come up to the fence and directly want to talk to me. Hey, what do you think about George Floyd?
00:30:12.660 What do you think about what happened about this? I go up to the fence. Someone white comes up at the
00:30:18.180 police. Don't talk to him. Every time I try to have a conversation with someone that looks like me,
00:30:23.220 someone white comes up and blocks them and tells them not to talk. And then right when I said that,
00:30:27.860 this white girl popped right in front of her. She said, he just said that was going to happen. I said,
00:30:33.060 straight up. I said, you know, I've been called the N word. She's been called the N word. Why are you
00:30:37.460 talking to me this way? Why do you feel that she can't speak for herself to me? Why is it that you
00:30:42.100 feel you need to speak for her when we're having a conversation? Yeah, I think I'll just let his
00:30:48.100 testimony speak for itself there. But I think that tells you everything you need to know about Antifa.
00:30:53.780 If you didn't already know everything, you need to know about it. Five. Finally, I just need to read
00:30:58.680 this report to you. This is from NBC Los Angeles, which is the local affiliate where all of this is
00:31:03.120 happening. Uh, so, okay, listen to this headline. Officials warn residents that dangerous sex offender
00:31:09.520 may be released into Orange County. It says Orange County officials were warning residents Tuesday
00:31:13.740 that a dangerous sex offender who has targeted young boys was due to be released. And we're asking
00:31:18.320 for the governor of California to intervene early Wednesday, Costa Mesta, Costa Mesa police tweeted that
00:31:23.220 he had indeed been released, but was not currently in the orange, orange County city, uh, leaving many to
00:31:29.140 wonder where he was. Carrie J. Smith, 59 years old was set to be released from a state hospital where
00:31:36.600 he spent the last 20 years. He was set to return to Orange County where he once lived as the hospital
00:31:40.420 neglected to renew a hold July 11th, 2020. Orange County district attorney, Todd Spitzer and the
00:31:47.260 board of supervisors, um, made the plea Tuesday to governor Gavin Newsom saying he's got to do something.
00:31:54.680 They previously testified that he fantasized about raping and killing boys. This according to the
00:31:59.000 DA statement, uh, Spitzer said the sexual predator has repeatedly testified under oath that he will
00:32:04.900 re-offend if he is released and we should believe him. In 2002, Spitzer attempted to file 20 felony
00:32:10.840 accounts of a lewd and lascivious act with a minor against Smith, but the statute of limitations had run
00:32:15.220 out. Um, he was sent originally 1999 to a, to the state hospital after his then wife, uh, revealed a
00:32:25.760 letter that he had written to a psychiatrist where he describes his fantasies about raping a seven-year-old
00:32:32.860 boy. Um, he also says that he molested 200 boys and killed three. This is what, this is what he
00:32:41.060 testified during multiple hearings. Um, he also reportedly likes to go by the name Mr. RTK, which
00:32:48.660 stands for rape, torture, kill. All right. So you've got a man who testifies to molesting hundreds of
00:32:56.340 boys, promises that he will re-offend again. He is dangerous according to even himself and he's being
00:33:04.300 released into the, he has been released and they don't know where he is. Uh, and so far the latest,
00:33:14.020 from the latest I've seen anyway, the governor of California has not stepped in. He's not, he's not,
00:33:18.160 I guess he's, this is not on his top, top of his list of priorities. I mean, this is a guy that is
00:33:23.560 going to hurt and probably kill a young boy, according to him. And there's no reason not to
00:33:31.420 believe him. And, uh, he's out there currently. So if you live in Southern California, that's what
00:33:38.440 he looks like. Carrie J. Smith. Okay. We're going to move on to our daily cancellation.
00:33:47.400 Before we do, you know, in the midst of all this news, Ben Shapiro has a new book called
00:33:51.540 how to destroy America and three easy steps. Uh, he has looked into the future and when he was
00:33:56.820 writing this thing and, uh, it's, it's come to life all around us. Very prescient book. The book
00:34:02.020 goes on sale Tuesday, July 21st at 6 PM Eastern, 3 PM Pacific. Um, he's gonna be doing a live virtual
00:34:07.440 signing on the day of release. You can go to dailywire.com slash Ben, uh, how to destroy
00:34:12.580 America in three easy, easy steps details, the different visions of America. The two really
00:34:17.960 broadly speaking, the two different visions of America that we see playing out. And the one
00:34:23.200 that is right now great gaining ground so quickly, how is it gaining ground? Why is it? Well, that's
00:34:29.480 what Ben talks about in the book. That's dailywire.com slash Ben to order your signed copy and join
00:34:33.920 Ben's live signing on Tuesday, July 21st. Okay. Now I, uh, I want to get to our daily cancellation.
00:34:41.280 I will be canceling with great wrath and vengeance. Some of the people involved in this story. Watch
00:34:47.940 a lot of dads might say they do the same thing as this male Casillas did when he found a grown man
00:34:54.420 inside his 14 year old daughter's bedroom. And that is to beat that man bloody, even knocked out
00:35:00.420 some teeth. But investigators say there's only so much Georgia law allows. And they say the dad
00:35:07.300 crossed the line. That's 41 year old Ismael Casillas on the left and 20 year old Kiwantra says
00:35:13.640 Humphreys on the right. Investigators say the two men first met early July 4th morning in the bedroom
00:35:20.100 of Casillas is 14 year old daughter. Investigators say in a rage, the dad severely beat and choked
00:35:26.960 Humphreys even chipped and knocked out some teeth. And if it had stopped there, investigators say
00:35:32.320 the dad might not be facing any charges, but they say Ismael Casillas asked his wife for a gun. And
00:35:38.020 they say after the 20 year old jumped out the bedroom window, the dad met him in the front yard
00:35:42.760 and continued the beating, threatening his life and firing shots through the neighborhood as the
00:35:47.280 young man ran away. Investigators say that is where Casillas crossed the line. There's a line
00:35:53.680 that, you know, he can't cross, we can't cross. There's a stopping point. When somebody is no
00:35:58.940 longer a threat to you, my advice would be let it go and contact us and let us handle it. Don't take
00:36:05.540 it into your own hands. Investigators have also charged Kiwantra says Humphreys with child molestation.
00:36:11.980 They say he was in a relationship with a 14 year old girl and climbed through her bedroom window.
00:36:17.520 Investigators say Humphreys is known as man man. Because of his age and the girls,
00:36:22.280 they're pursuing a sex crime investigation and more charges are possible. We've gathered phone
00:36:28.540 evidence from the young lady. The young man's phone has been looked at and those are things
00:36:36.260 that we're still looking into as to possibly further charges. The dad was taken into custody
00:36:42.880 that morning on July 4th. They say after identifying and locating man man Humphreys,
00:36:48.980 he was taken into custody in Putnam County Thursday night.
00:36:52.620 Okay, now I hope it's already obvious to you that I'm not canceling the father here.
00:36:56.820 I would build a statue to him if I could. I would build a statue, electrify it, covered in barbed wire,
00:37:02.940 maybe put trap doors around the base of it so that if you get too close, you'll fall into a pit of
00:37:07.420 alligators. That's actually what I would like to do with all statues. If I was under my regime,
00:37:11.820 that's what we'll be doing. But he is not canceled. I am canceling, obviously, the child molesting
00:37:17.840 scumbag. That goes without saying. And let's take a look at him again after the beating. That's what
00:37:22.760 he looks like. So that's just a wonderful, heartwarming picture right there. But also,
00:37:29.800 I'm canceling the local authorities for pressing charges. Now, let's think about this for a moment.
00:37:35.020 Put yourself in Ismail's shoes here, the father. A man climbed into your window to molest your
00:37:42.440 daughter, your adolescent daughter. You find him in her room. I submit that there is essentially
00:37:51.020 nothing you can do in that scenario that should land you in prison. I mean, you would have to go
00:37:57.300 very, very, very far and get very creative in your response to that situation to justify criminal
00:38:04.060 charges if they can be justified at all on any level whatsoever. This loving father did not go
00:38:10.760 overboard in the slightest bit. He whooped the guy's ass, of course. Any father worth a damn would
00:38:15.860 do that. That's just standard operating procedure. You have to do that. The only sort of extra bit of
00:38:22.200 relish that he put on this particular hot dog was to tell his wife to go get the gun, which I love
00:38:28.060 that, by the way. He told his wife, I've always wanted to say, honey, get the shotgun. I've always wanted
00:38:32.380 to say that. And he said that to his wife and then he fired some shots as the guy runs away.
00:38:39.340 Okay. Now, the way that I read that and hear that, it seems like they were more warning shots
00:38:45.580 than anything. I believe the report said that he fired the shots as the guy ran. Didn't even say
00:38:50.320 that he fired them at him. So it seems more like warning shots of, hey, this is what's going to happen
00:38:56.480 if you come back again type of thing. But either way, listen, this is a man who broke into your home
00:39:02.360 to molest your daughter. You don't know if he has a gun on him. You don't know if he has a gun back
00:39:07.080 at his car. If he stashed a gun outside someone, you don't know. He might circle back and try to hurt
00:39:13.020 your daughter, try to hurt you. You are perfectly justified, as far as I could tell, in treating him
00:39:18.940 as a lethal threat, even as he runs away, because he might not really be running away. He's just running.
00:39:24.460 You don't know if he's going away, if he's going to come back, if he's going to run around back,
00:39:28.000 going to get a weapon. I think you're justified in assuming that he is a lethal threat the entire
00:39:34.460 time he's within your sights, as far as I'm concerned. At least, those are the arguments
00:39:40.400 that I would accept if I was on the jury. I don't even know if what I'm saying is legally valid
00:39:47.700 by Georgia state law. Probably isn't. I don't care. If I'm on that jury, the dad's lawyer could
00:39:55.740 just offer that as a defense, and I'm going to quit. Or he could say that, you know, he was
00:39:59.520 temporarily insane with anger. I'd accept that. He could say he tripped and fell and accidentally
00:40:06.180 fired the gun. I'd accept that argument, too. He could say that he thought the gun was a laser tag
00:40:12.300 gun, you know, and I would also, you know, he thought he was playing laser tag. I'd take that
00:40:19.320 defense. That would be convincing to me. Or his entire defense could be, your honor, look,
00:40:26.200 uh, listen, come on. You know, you understand. Come on. That could be his entire defense. I
00:40:36.920 personally on the jury would find that argument, probably most of all, deeply compelling and
00:40:41.360 convincing, um, or literally any other argument at all. The point is that if you break into a man's
00:40:47.700 house to molest his daughter, you have just volunteered yourself for some very unpleasant
00:40:53.740 treatment, um, you have consented to it, even if not verbally. You, as the saying goes, have
00:41:00.680 written a check that your ass will now have to cash. So I say cheers to that great father for doing
00:41:07.120 his job. Um, this country would be in pretty good shape if there were like 50 million more dads like
00:41:13.340 that out there. We were just talking about, we started the show talking about the importance of
00:41:17.740 having dads in the home. Well, here's one of the reasons protector of the family. So I would, uh,
00:41:25.620 cheers to him and, uh, a, a, a stern cancellation to everyone involved with arresting and charging him.
00:41:32.700 I just have to believe, especially in Georgia, there's just, I have to believe there's no jury.
00:41:39.080 I'd have to believe there's no jury in America, much less in Georgia that would convict him. That is
00:41:43.140 my hope and prayer. Anyway, we'll leave it there for the, uh, for the week guys. Have a great weekend.
00:41:48.780 Godspeed.
