know. I don't know what they've done or haven't done. What I will say is this. First of all, New York,

particularly New York City, is overrun with crime and violence. Crime and violence have risen

dramatically in recent months and are still rising. Okay, it's only getting worse. And it's been very bad.

It's only getting worse. Here's just to give you an idea. Here's the latest monthly report from the NYPD

was a 177% increase in the number of shooting incidents across the city as the number of shootings

rose in all five boroughs of New York. The number of people murdered citywide increased 59% for the month,

And we should note that much of this has to do directly with failures of the justice system. That
