00:02:09.820 Well, it was a long time coming, not weeks, but really years in the making, as I have revealed to you in some vulnerable and emotionally honest moments on this show recently,

00:03:04.080 After sending me threatening messages for weeks, I showed you some of that, some of the things they were saying to me, some of the threats they were making.

00:03:10.480 They all chose to stay home, cooking up their next batch of mean tweets and disgruntled emails, I guess.

00:03:16.600 This is a common theme for people on that side.

00:03:18.860 They'll confront you online.

00:03:21.340 Maybe they'll confront you in real life if they can be confident that they'll have you entirely outnumbered.

00:03:25.980 But outside of that, they prefer to stay hidden in the shadows and insulated.

00:03:30.860 This is especially true of the Loudoun County School Board itself.

00:03:34.400 I did end up speaking before the board, and we'll play that clip in a moment.

00:03:37.560 But consider the hoops we had to jump through just to earn an audience with the royal majesties on the school board.

00:03:45.440 As has been much publicized, they require proof of residence.

00:03:48.980 No problem for me as a man who has been a Virginia resident since you were in diapers.

00:03:54.600 I mean, if you're currently still an infant, then that would be true.

00:03:57.260 We had to also present, you know, we had our proof of residence we had to present outside the building.

00:04:01.920 Then they also demanded that we show our IDs as well.

00:04:04.140 And then next, we had to empty our pockets and undergo a TSA-style security screening.

00:04:10.620 Already the process to speak at a school board meeting, a public school school board meeting, is far more involved and far more secure than the process to vote.

00:04:18.840 And the whole thing felt quite racist to me, frankly, because it certainly would be called racist if they required all of that outside of a voting booth.

00:04:25.560 And we aren't done yet, because next we were ushered into the mostly empty building.

00:04:30.860 And I also have to say, the building where the school board in Loudoun County does its business is enormous, like the size of the Pentagon.

00:04:37.660 No spectators were allowed to sit inside the room with the school board.

00:04:41.840 No one could be in the presence of their highnesses.

00:04:45.820 No one in the public was permitted to attend the public meeting.

00:04:50.120 Some media were allowed inside, but most were outside the building.

00:04:53.140 And we were then told to stand, once we got inside, we were ushered along, we were told to stand in certain marked areas, six feet apart, single file, waiting for our name to be called.

00:05:01.800 At which point, we would have exactly 60 seconds to give our comment.

00:05:05.960 At 60 seconds, a buzzer sounds, and the mic is cut off.

00:05:09.280 And for a final indignity, and the thing that I hated the most, you had to wear a mask.

00:05:15.720 That was the policy.

00:05:17.020 All of this, again, to speak at a school board.

00:05:20.280 Of course, as we're standing in the hallway, waiting to be brought before the royal court, we could hear one peasant subject after another get up there, barely articulate a complete thought before being buzzed and kicked out of the room.

00:05:33.040 The school board said, before my arrival, the school board said that I was an outside agitator, and they didn't want me there because they really wanted to hear from the parents of Loudoun County and other community members.

00:05:44.500 Well, that's kind of funny, because if they really wanted to hear from the community, they have an odd way of showing it.

00:05:50.080 They want to hear from the community for exactly 60 seconds apiece, to be specific.

00:05:54.380 Which means, of course, that they don't want to hear at all, because unless you're a very polished speaker, and you do these things professionally, you will not be able to say anything of substance in one minute, put on the spot like that.

00:06:07.340 The people who go to school boards, for the most part, are not professional speakers.

00:06:10.900 It shouldn't have to be.

00:06:12.440 That's what made the whole thing a farce.

00:06:14.540 Though that isn't even the worst of it.

00:06:15.940 Standing in line with the other community members, I was informed that in the past, the school board has set the time limit for public comment to 30 seconds.

00:06:25.900 That's only enough time to basically tell the school board to kiss your ass.

00:06:29.460 Which, the next time they set it to 30 seconds, that's exactly what every person in line should do.

00:06:33.860 They should have 300 people signed up, and every single person just get up there and say, you know what, kiss my ass.

00:06:40.120 Anyway, finally it was my turn, with 60 seconds on the clock, and a mask muzzling my face, and here's what I had to say.

00:07:08.900 you deprive these kids of safety and privacy, and something more fundamental too, which is truth.

00:07:42.600 The spectacle inside the building was pathetic and pitiful in many ways because of all of this,

00:07:54.120 but it was also a good sign in another way because the board was doing all of this because they're scared,

00:07:59.640 and they're scared and they should be scared because they realize that they no longer have free reign

00:08:03.720 to do whatever they want to do, enact whatever policies they want to enact,

00:08:09.300 impose their value system on kids without pushback or consequence.

00:08:13.100 And that's what this whole debate is really about, if you can call it a debate with the way they've set it up.

00:08:16.880 It was actually, it was thrown into sharp relief during the Virginia gubernatorial debate,

00:08:21.820 which, as it happens, was taking place during the meeting not far away.

00:08:26.640 So not far away from where we were, they were having the gubernatorial debate between Terry McAuliffe and Glenn Youngkin.

00:08:34.900 And when the topic of education came up, Terry McAuliffe, the Democrat, had this to say.

00:08:39.480 The parents had to write to veto bills, veto books, Glenn, not to be knowledgeable about it,

00:08:45.600 also take them off the shelves, and I'm not going to let parents come into schools

00:08:49.000 and actually take books out and make their own decisions.

00:08:53.760 So, yeah, I've stopped the bill that I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach.

00:08:59.240 You know, I get really tired of everybody running down teachers.

00:09:03.420 I love our teachers.

00:09:04.240 And what they have done through COVID, these are real heroes that deserve our respect.

00:09:08.580 And you keep running them down.

00:09:10.600 Yeah, some teachers are heroes, that's true.

00:09:13.240 I talked to a few of them yesterday.

00:09:15.340 Teachers with moral courage who stand against the abuse and the indoctrination of children, they're heroes.

00:09:21.640 Teachers, in general, though, are just people.

00:09:24.940 Some of them are heroes.

00:09:26.200 Some of them are simpering cowards and lazy do-nothings who got a year off of work and still wanted more.

00:09:32.100 Some are propagandists and partisans.

00:09:35.000 Some are much worse than that.

00:09:37.120 So it's a mixed bag.

00:09:38.580 But what you can't do is put everybody into the bag and label the whole bag heroes.

00:09:43.700 More to the point, McAuliffe says that parents shouldn't be telling teachers what to teach.

00:09:50.300 Well, then who should be telling them what to teach?

00:09:54.040 Who should be deciding, ultimately, what kids are taught, what they learn, what values are instilled?

00:10:01.200 This is not a question about the rights of teachers.

00:10:05.480 It's not a question about teachers at all.

00:10:08.240 This is a question about who should have the primary authority over children.

00:10:13.380 And there are really only two possible answers to that.

00:10:18.520 At least there are only two that are ever given.

00:10:22.940 It becomes a binary choice.

00:10:24.840 It's either going to be the state or the parents.

00:10:30.400 McAuliffe says the state.

00:10:31.460 The Loudoun County School Board certainly thinks the answer is the state.

00:10:34.420 More specifically, they think the answer is them personally as representatives of the state.

00:10:38.920 So that could be your answer, that the state has ultimate authority over children, which, again, is what this is about.

00:10:48.900 Who is in charge of children?

00:10:50.620 Another way of putting it is, who do the children belong to?

00:10:57.240 First and foremost.

00:10:59.600 On earth, anyway.

00:11:00.720 You know, as believers, we would say that the children belong to God, first and foremost.

00:11:07.460 But who has God given that authority to on earth?

00:11:12.800 Who has God primarily entrusted those children to?

00:11:17.020 The state or the parents?

00:11:20.980 And we know that the state has been raising its hand for decades and saying, no, no, it's us.

00:11:25.800 It's us.

00:11:26.220 Give us your kids.

00:11:27.080 And for a very long time, parents were happy to just, even if they didn't agree, to sort of go along with that.

00:11:34.120 And usher their children into the arms of the state and say, hey, treat them well now.

00:11:38.400 I'll trust you to have their best interests at heart.

00:11:42.060 Now I think people are finally waking up to the truth.

00:11:45.380 And that is a very good thing.

00:15:11.480 So the chairman of the joint chiefs, uh, of staff, general Mark Milley testified before

00:15:15.720 the Senate armed services committee.

00:15:17.400 Tom Codden asked him the question that we've all had, which is why hasn't he resigned given

00:15:23.000 that the Afghan, uh, Afghanistan withdrawal was a, was a tremendous disaster that killed,

00:15:28.000 uh, resulted in the deaths of, of many people, not even counting the seven children and three,

00:15:35.100 uh, adults who were murdered via drone strike with claims that they were terrorists.

00:15:40.100 And it turns out that they weren't.

00:15:41.760 So why is this guy still in a position of power?

00:15:44.540 Why hasn't he resigned?

00:15:46.220 Here's his answer to that question.

00:15:47.540 As a senior military officer, um, resigning is a really serious thing.

00:15:54.580 It's a political act.

00:15:55.540 If I'm resigning in protest, my job is to provide advice.

00:15:59.180 My statutory responsibility is to provide legal advice or best military advice to the

00:16:03.280 president.

00:16:04.140 And that's my legal requirement.

00:16:05.620 That's what the law is.

00:16:07.360 Um, the president doesn't have to agree with that advice.

00:16:10.140 He doesn't have to make those decisions, uh, just because we're generals and it would be

00:16:15.080 an incredible act of political defiance for a commissioned officer to just resign because

00:16:20.680 my advice is not taken.

00:16:21.820 This country doesn't want generals figuring out what orders we are going to accept and

00:17:27.400 It says Republican governor, Kristi Noem on Tuesday slammed the media for trying to destroy

00:17:32.780 her children following a report from the Associated Press claiming that Noem engaged in a conflict

00:17:37.660 of interest, a claim the governor's office, uh, has denied as a wholly political attack.

00:17:43.780 The Associated Press reported on Tuesday, just days after a South Dakota agency moved to deny

00:17:49.140 her daughter's application to become a certified real estate appraiser.

00:17:52.260 Governor Kristi Noem summoned to her office, the state employee who ran the agency, the

00:17:56.940 woman's direct supervisor and the state labor secretary.

00:18:00.160 Noem's daughter attended to Cassidy Peters, then 26, ultimately obtained the certification

00:18:05.020 of in November of 2020, four months after the meeting at her mother's office.

00:18:09.360 Peters told the AP, my upgrade to become a certified residential appraiser was very lengthy and I

00:18:13.500 was expected to navigate through many obstacles from the very beginning.

00:18:16.080 I'm glad I have it now and that I have the privilege to serve my clients in South Dakota.

00:18:20.800 Uh, so this is, this is the claim anyway, from, from the Associated Press that Kristi Noem

00:18:25.080 used the power of her office to get this position for her daughter.

00:18:30.140 So some, some nepotism there.

00:18:32.300 And if, if it's true that she did this, and I don't know if it's true or not, there would

00:18:37.020 be quite a lot of irony and hypocrisy in that because, you know, this is the same woman

00:18:42.000 who has refused, for example, to step up and prevent employers from firing employees in

00:18:50.460 the state if they're not vaccinated.

00:18:51.900 And she, and she, she refused to, um, prevent, you know, colleges from allowing men onto the,

00:19:01.360 onto the female sports teams.

00:19:03.080 Uh, she went along with the trans agenda and the re and the reason she did all of that,

00:19:06.460 or she didn't do any of that rather is because she, she felt that it would be an inappropriate

00:19:11.580 use of state power.

00:19:14.860 And it would be, it would be wrong for her to use her power in that way.

00:19:17.900 That's, that was the reason she gave.

00:19:20.940 So if she's saying that it would be an inappropriate use of state power to stand up for the rights

00:19:24.980 of the citizens of her state, and yet she's using her power in this way, that would be,

00:19:30.120 there would be quite a lot of irony and hypocrisy in that.

00:19:35.120 Um, she says, posted this to Twitter.

00:19:38.720 She says, listen, I get it.

00:19:40.440 I signed up for this job, but now the media is trying to destroy my children.

00:19:44.620 The story is just another example of the double standard that exists with the media

00:19:47.860 going after conservatives and their kids while ignoring liberals.

00:19:56.700 Now I'm just looking if there's more to this because that, first of all, that's not exactly

00:21:21.860 And what has been Joe Biden's response to all the criticisms of how he allegedly used the power

00:21:26.400 of his office to secure favors and positions for Hunter Biden?

00:21:51.640 It says, former White House press secretary, Stephanie Grisham claimed that a new book that

00:21:55.300 she sought to shield a young female aid from former president Trump after he, at one point,

00:22:00.240 invited her to his air force cabin to look at her.

00:22:04.540 Grisham writes in her new book, I'll take your questions now, set to be released on October 5th,
