00:00:33.060 Over the past year, Sandville has faced criticism from parents after a self-identified genderqueer

00:00:37.600 witch surveyed students about their sexual history at the end of the 2023 school year.

00:00:43.740 He didn't mention the ongoing investigation as a controversy when he stepped down, but

00:00:47.040 it's clear that that's the reason he's stepping down.

00:06:22.560 to be sold in vending machines in nursery schools, preschools, elementary schools and

00:06:26.540 high schools, according to the Baltimore Sun.

00:06:28.720 The bill also eliminates the current misdemeanor criminal penalty, which carries a $1,000 fine.
