00:00:30.720 Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show, live on Sirius XM Channel 111 every weekday at New East.
00:00:42.420 Hey everyone, I'm Megyn Kelly. Welcome to The Megyn Kelly Show and happy Monday.
00:00:46.780 Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is trying to downplay the carnage woke ideology played in
00:00:52.180 American society. That's not going to happen here, okay? She's not going to get away with that. I am
00:00:57.820 so angry about her ridiculous attempt to just dismiss the pain she led a movement to cause
00:01:08.740 on, oh, you know, we were just temporarily not spy. No, no, I'm sorry, madam. Nice try
00:01:15.600 right before the next presidential campaign gets underway. It's a no. You were the leader
00:01:22.480 in causing death and destruction across our country with your bizarre views on police
00:01:31.640 and so-called trans children. Kids were sterilized. They had body parts chopped off.
00:01:39.080 Black Americans who are living in poor areas of major metropolitan cities are dead because of
00:01:48.300 your insane woke defund the police policies. F you. If you think you can dismiss it with your
00:01:56.240 little giggle with your made up face on a Sunday show saying woke one was crazy. Hard pass on your
00:02:05.540 attempt to pass the buck that way. We'll get into exactly what she did and what she said.
00:02:11.400 this is a 2028 play for sure she's trying to moderate to the middle she's refusing now to
00:02:19.560 rule out that she might run um she might go for senate first i i can't say that that's not possible
00:02:25.920 but this bitch thinks she's going to be president and she's trying to position herself from a place
00:02:31.120 that she could launch it and there is zero chance anybody who would oppose aoc should let her off
00:02:40.060 the hook this easily. Ha ha ha. Woke one was crazy. You let it. You let it, madam. Unlike your other
00:02:49.080 socialist comrade, Bernie Sanders, who never much got into the cultural woke wars. He has this
00:02:57.120 staunch populist economic message, but doesn't buy into this other shit. You let it. You did.
00:03:04.340 It's in writing. You're all over the record on it. You will not be permitted to dismiss it and disown it so cavalierly without a full mea culpa, an explanation of how you realized how wrong you were and an apology to the millions you harmed by foisting this madness into their classrooms and their dorm rooms and their places of employment and their communities,
00:03:32.100 which literally led some into the funeral parlor. I just, I'm disgusted by what I saw on the Sunday
00:03:39.720 show. I just honestly can't believe my eyes. Okay, but we're going to start on a different
00:03:45.460 story. We'll round back to AOC. No one cares about the WNBA, including me. Could you care less about
00:03:52.860 this group of spoiled, woke, pathetic, talentless brats. Same, same. Okay. But I am interested in
00:04:04.160 what happens over there to the extent it's a little microcosm of like this woke world, you
00:04:10.600 know, like what, what would the world look like if we actually went along with these woke lunatics
00:04:15.320 and reduced ourselves to this hierarchy based on race and LGBTQ status only, you know, because
00:04:23.980 you're immediately at the top of this organization if you're black and gay, which some high percentage
00:04:29.860 of them are. And if you're not one of those things, you go down immediately. And if you're
00:04:33.740 not either of those things, you're at the bottom of the pecking order. And so they keep having
00:04:38.460 these weird fights within their very sick, toxic organization over these issues. And they're
00:04:47.280 bubbling up to the forefront because more and more people are paying some attention to this weird
00:04:52.400 group. Thanks to Caitlin Clark, who's annoying. I'm sorry. She's no one to root for. I'm sorry.
00:04:57.800 She's not. She's woke. She was very pro Barack Obama. She refuses to stand out and up to the
00:05:06.480 excesses of her league. She, she's complicit. She's fine with it. You guys, I know there's
00:05:12.520 people like Dave Portnoy who are like very determined to, but she's going to leave and
00:05:15.640 start her own league. No, she isn't. No, she's not. She had the chance to do that. She hasn't.
00:05:20.940 She wants the approval of these bizarre people that she surrounded herself by.
00:05:27.960 And by the way, she also is an actress. I mean, honestly, like I'm over her. She,
00:05:35.500 she, she has played it up plenty over there and she just wants to play the victim. I know she
00:05:42.100 doesn't go right running and crying in front of the fan, uh, the cameras all the time, but she's
00:05:46.340 happy to let Sophie Cunningham out there and say what's being done to her is wrong. She's happy to
00:05:52.400 let this, the stories get generated about poor Caitlin. Um, you know, I think she's enjoying her
00:05:58.660 two minutes and she does nothing, nothing to change it. Okay. Enjoy your weird, bizarre league.
00:06:05.880 I'm done. Like feeling sorry for Ken Clark. Done. I admire Sophie Cunningham trying to change this
00:06:12.260 bizarre place that she's found herself. She's at least trying. She's standing up to the bullies
00:06:17.220 in the league with the finger point. Good for her. If asked, she'll say explicitly how she
00:06:23.840 feels about all this stuff. She's not shy about it. And it's all bubbling up in her league.
00:06:29.140 You know, I just completely see it as different when people are like, oh, what do you mean?
00:06:32.160 Caitlin Clark's doing exactly what conservatives have wanted people to do in sports. No, that's
00:06:36.760 incorrect. If Caitlin Clark was asked to opine on ice and said, I'm not getting into that,
00:06:45.600 we would totally understand that. That would be a completely appropriate response.
00:06:48.520 The reason she was asked the trans question last week was because this has come up in her league.
00:06:54.440 There are protests at every game.
00:06:56.080 There are shouting matches.
00:06:57.620 There are coaches who are getting suspended for taking a position.
00:07:00.840 It was shoved in the face of Caitlyn's colleague and teammate, Sophie Cunningham.
00:07:05.540 She answered it, which unleashed this torrent.
00:07:07.960 This little girls in Caitlyn's sport are having the shit kicked out of them,
00:07:12.580 as we've demonstrated on this show time and time again, with actual honest reporting and video.
00:07:17.920 So you don't have to guess about it. It's happening. There are a lot of young, in case it matters, girls of color in Massachusetts who would love to have someone like Caitlin Clark speak out on their behalf because they have zero power to make changes in basketball, unlike Caitlin and Sophie, who stood up.
00:07:36.260 So, yeah, it is relevant to have that question brought to Caitlin Clark, the biggest star in all of women's basketball, and see what her take is on it.
00:07:45.400 The two things are not this. I'm sorry. You cannot run cover for her by saying, oh, no, you as Republicans don't want athletes weighing in on political matters. Correct.
00:07:53.920 I don't want her or anybody else weighing in on ice or Iran or taxes or any of that other bullshit.
00:08:01.260 but this is an issue that is affecting their sport. The debate is hovering right over their
00:08:06.200 sport like a hurricane that won't leave. And little girls are looking to them to lead the
00:08:11.940 way out of this. It has to be answered. It has to be answered. Can men play in women's sports?
00:08:19.520 Is it appropriate for men claiming that they are women falsely to be allowed into women's
00:08:25.700 sports leagues, including the WNBA? How do people not see that this is an issue that's come to the
00:08:31.240 WNBA, and she owes an answer. Whatever. Suffer. Go ahead and suffer. I don't care about you people
00:08:38.300 anymore, except to the extent I said before. What does it say about us as a society? What happens
00:08:44.860 when there is no Heather McDonald on the race stuff or Parker Posey, Kelly J. Keene,
00:08:55.580 on the trans stuff to hold the line what happens this is what happens this weird bizarre league
00:09:04.460 is what happens skin color is everything lgbtq who you want to stop is everything um and now
00:09:13.940 we're starting to see this the third rail which is what your sexual or what your uh gender identity
00:09:19.600 is, could potentially be equally important. We're about to find out the answer to that one.
00:09:24.940 So we should see it. You know, it's like kind of a Lord of the Flies situation.
00:09:31.660 Now, in a great development, Ennis Cantor Freedom, he's been on this program before,
00:09:36.700 a 6'10 center, who was the third overall draft pick in the 2011 NBA draft, who played 11 years
00:09:44.500 in the league, a former guest on the show, as I mentioned, now says that he is ready to join
00:09:51.060 the WNBA. Watch. After careful consideration on reviewing the current eligibility guidelines,
00:09:57.140 I am officially declaring myself a WNBA prospect. If simply declaring who you are is all that's
00:10:03.300 required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA. My team and I
00:10:09.360 have carefully examined the WNBA eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding
00:10:14.540 self-identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially
00:10:20.120 declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in May 2027. I am definitely not here to
00:10:25.600 mock, make fun of, or to suspect any community or personal choices. I am simply asking that the
00:10:31.560 current rules be applied equally to everyone. The rules that represent the very values many
00:10:36.500 WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for. My team and I are prepared to ensure these
00:10:42.120 guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception. And I look forward to the
00:10:47.280 WNBA honoring its stated principles. See you at training camp. If you haven't seen the video,
00:10:53.860 you can see how tall he is even when he's seated. He's got a full face of facial hair.
00:11:00.080 It's basically what Elliot Page wishes she looked like.
00:11:04.760 The WNBA's collective bargaining agreement states that, quote, only players who are women are eligible to play in the WNBA.
00:11:13.140 But it does not define what a woman is because even those woke weirdos didn't think that they'd have to.
00:11:19.400 It's all we know what a woman is.
00:11:22.160 This is just a game of the left that we have to pretend we don't.
00:11:26.420 So now they have to actually have a meeting to decide, are men who self-declare as women
00:11:32.680 considered women under their collective bargaining agreement?
00:11:36.880 What is a woman?
00:11:38.320 They've got to answer that question now.
00:11:40.640 Thanks to Cantor Freedom, they have to answer the question, what is a woman?
00:11:47.140 They should bone up by watching Matt Walsh's movie, which was amazing, excellent, and put
00:11:52.480 the absurdity to this entire debate.
00:11:54.220 but cancer freedom is actually not the only one who wants to find out and god bless him he's doing
00:11:59.520 the lord's work here because later on friday a guy named royce white the number 16 pick in the 2012
00:12:06.320 nba draft nba i say also declared for the 2027 w nba draft here he is on outkick oh earlier this
00:12:16.020 week i made the announcement i'm transgender i'm a woman i'm i identify as sometimes identifying as
00:12:22.440 a woman for purposes of basketball professional basketball so I'll be declaring for the WNBA
00:12:28.640 draft in 2027 as well well I mean I think I'd be unstoppable um you know but I'm a team first guy
00:12:35.880 you know I'm a pass first kind of player I do the little things you know I led my team in all five
00:12:42.160 major stat categories at Iowa State University so I do a little bit of everything I'll do whatever
00:12:46.980 the coach needs me to do i'll do whatever the the girls need me to do it's amazing white who
00:12:53.840 is running to be the republican nominee for u.s senate in minnesota in tomorrow's primary posted
00:12:59.600 on x along with highlights of himself playing professional basketball in canada quote i haven't
00:13:04.080 even been publicly trans for 72 hours and i'm already getting so much hate i just want to hoop
00:13:08.880 with my girls in my feminine era why can't y'all be happy for me then on sunday he posted on x along
00:13:15.340 with this picture. Quote, it came y'all my first wig. He's got like a below shoulder length wig
00:13:24.040 on that appears to be blonde or have a lot of blonde highlights in it. Um, tomorrow I tested
00:13:29.780 on the court. This is my feminine era glow up. Did I slay? If y'all don't, yes, queen,
00:13:35.120 you're transphobic. I'm in love with this man. He's, he's, he's my hero. He and canter freedom.
00:13:41.180 It might sound like a joke, but the WNBA is it has to take transgender participation seriously because it keeps telling us that it stands for inclusion and diversity.
00:13:54.800 So what choice does it have?
00:13:57.160 The Associated Press has obtained a memo sent to teams from WNBA commissioner Kathy Engelbert calling a, quote, complex and nuanced topic.
00:14:06.800 No, it's not. It's not. Only to lunatics that will be discussed by a task force of team presidents and general managers at a previously scheduled meeting next week, which we think is this week.
00:14:20.260 We will bring you the latest with that, but the WNBA already has enough problems with its current players.
00:14:26.500 There's more drama that happened over the weekend, and we think it's related to all of this, though not entirely clear.
00:14:32.240 check out what happened to Sophie Cunningham again she's on the Indiana Fever right is that
00:14:37.220 what they're they're called uh the Fever along with Caitlin Clark and uh the Fever had a game
00:14:42.560 against the Chicago Sky on Saturday and look what happened to Sophie Cunningham in that game
00:14:47.860 here's Cunningham up ahead of the field lays it in plus the foul and then Cunningham gets into
00:14:54.800 the face of Dijanae Carrington right away in the aftermath and Cunningham has to be separated
00:15:04.860 as both teams will head to their benches you'll see a Dijanae Carrington as Sophie Cunningham
00:15:15.820 comes down gets her right across the face coming down trying to prevent the layup but that is just
00:15:22.000 a hard hit that's definitely going to be upgraded i think to a flagrant too ryan i think that is
00:15:28.300 going to be a flagrant too there is wind up and just getting her out of the way criteria for flagrant
00:15:36.000 file i'll be stunned if this not upgraded to a flagrant too by the way that's espn doing the
00:15:45.700 commentary so that's woke espn who just the other week was telling us to go and listen to what that
00:15:53.620 one wmba coach said it was really profound to go listen to her the one who was like advocating for
00:16:00.020 trans in women's sports um that that espn looked at that and said that's definitely going to be
00:16:06.540 upgraded to a flagrant two penalty which is worse than a flagrant one and it was and it meant an
00:16:12.600 automatic ejection for this Dijanae Carrington. For the listening audience, Dijanae Carrington
00:16:18.020 is a black woman with super blonde, long hair. It's obviously a wig or a weave of some sort.
00:16:27.080 And it's way longer than Sophie Cunningham's. And Sophie Cunningham, of course, is white.
00:16:35.780 The only one surprised by the decision seemed to be Dijanae Carrington herself. Watch.
00:16:41.080 Defensive foul on Dejanae Carrington has been upgraded to a flagrant foul, penalty two.
00:16:48.160 Since there's wind-up, impact, and follow-through, high potential for injury, players in a vulnerable position.
00:16:54.660 Since the basket was successful, Sophie Cunningham will receive two free throws to make one.
00:17:01.380 There's wind-up, there's follow-through, there's potential for injury, the player's in a vulnerable position.
00:17:05.800 And so Dijanae Carrington, who had been off to an incredible start, is now ejected from the game following that hard foul on Sophie Cunningham.
00:17:22.160 By the way, I'm just I'm I'm really curious.
00:17:25.040 Why why can Dijanae get away with wearing that white woman's hair, blonde, long, blonde, straight hair?
00:17:33.840 and it's fine. And yet I can't go to the Bahamas and get my hair in braids or have my daughter
00:17:41.120 get her hair in braids or we'll be called racists. That's what's been happening for the past six
00:17:45.680 years. Google it. Well, so we can't have braids. And in fact, there's a push by some on the woke
00:17:50.680 left. You can't even wear like hoop earrings and do your lip liner outside of your lips as a white
00:17:57.400 woman, because that's cultural appropriation of Hispanic women. The braids are cultural
00:18:02.320 appropriation of black women, but it's fine for Dijanae Carrington to wear her hair straightened
00:18:10.200 white blonde and down to her rear end. That's fine. I'm like, somebody help me understand the
00:18:17.160 rules. Okay. Cause I can't keep up. Is there, is there no white culture to appropriate? Is that
00:18:24.720 really how this works or are the rules on the braids in the Caribbean now off? Can we have the
00:18:31.360 lip liner with the hoop earrings? Somebody who, where do we go to find out? Should I talk to AOC
00:18:35.840 about how woke one was insane? Are the, are the rules done now? That's why Dijanae can do it.
00:18:41.460 Oh no, wait, she could always do it. Couldn't she? Cause it never worked both ways. Moments
00:18:46.460 after she was ejected, the shocked, shocked Dijanae Carrington posted on her threads account,
00:18:52.000 which tells you something threads. Uh, that's the social media company started by Mark Zuckerberg
00:18:58.020 to compete with X when people went into a meltdown after Elon bought Twitter.
00:19:02.900 So she has a Threads account.
00:19:04.260 She posted on it in all caps after she'd been ejected, quote,
00:19:06.900 white privilege in all caps.
00:19:10.440 It was Sophie Cunningham's white privilege that you're not allowed to hurt her, I guess.
00:19:18.060 You can't hurt the whites in the league.
00:19:20.320 I mean, again, tell it to Kaitlin Clark because I think you can hurt the whites.
00:19:23.420 I think actually hurting the whites is totally fine in the WNBA.
00:19:25.920 It's encouraged.
00:19:26.780 It's applauded.
00:19:27.660 it actually will make you somewhat of a heroine over on whatever weird threads board these ladies
00:19:33.900 are attending. She hasn't elaborated on what she meant. I think we can figure it out. I think we
00:19:40.880 know. You would expect everyone on Sophie Cunningham's team to be rushing to her side and
00:19:49.760 to have her back. It was obvious. I know absolutely nothing about sports, but I can see what happened
00:19:54.400 to Sophie. And I go to Jason Whitlock when I'm in doubt because he knows everything about sports
00:19:59.120 and he's totally fair. He's not some disgusting hack. And he was horrified by what this fever
00:20:08.160 coach, Stephanie White, who's been an ongoing problem, had to say after this happened to one
00:20:16.380 of her own star players to where, again, it was so egregious that the refs thought it was a flagrant
00:20:22.400 two. And the ESPN commentators saw it was a flagrant two. And yet listen to what Sophie
00:20:30.180 Cunningham's own coach, Stephanie White, said after the game. Yeah, I mean, look, it was a hard
00:20:35.400 foul. I don't think that Dejanay intentionally came out to get her across the neck like she did.
00:20:41.600 But it did happen. And I thought it was the right call. But, you know, one of the things about Ney
00:20:47.000 is that she's going to play her butt off, man. She's going to compete. Nobody's going to go
00:20:50.040 walking in for a layup. And so, um, I'm not, I don't oppose the hard foul. Um, but I also don't
00:20:55.780 think that she intentionally went for the net. I have a genuine question. Like what happens to
00:21:00.520 you when you join a woman's sports league like this? Do you, do you turn into a man? Do you,
00:21:05.220 are you intentionally trying to talk like a man? Are you, you know, like I'm a tough guy now,
00:21:11.180 uh, you're the way she's talking. Like, I don't, I don't think, you know, nay, she's never going
00:21:16.000 to let somebody just come in and score the layup. Like, what do you, is this how you have to talk
00:21:20.800 now? You can't just talk like a normal person. You have to pretend you're a dude. Is that,
00:21:26.500 is that what's cool? Because I have to say virtually all of them sound like that. Virtually
00:21:30.880 everybody in this WNBA league, when you hear them speak, you're like, what is that? Do you give up
00:21:35.240 all femininity? Like I, I, just because you're a lesbian basketball player doesn't mean you have
00:21:42.380 to give up all femininity doesn't mean you have to start talking like a dude you have to lose all
00:21:47.180 the g's off of your words to be honest it makes you sound stupid stephanie i like honestly i have
00:21:55.740 nothing but disdain for this league i've got to be clear it's i'm so over them i wouldn't be caught
00:22:00.960 dead going to one of these games i wouldn't i don't support them i don't believe in what they
00:22:05.640 do i don't believe in their politics i don't believe in their values at all at all who is
00:22:11.080 there to root for other than Sophie? Tell me. I'll root for Sophie by liking her tweets. That's
00:22:18.160 enough. I want nothing to do with this league. Okay. And then yesterday on WNBA Countdown,
00:22:27.500 a show with which I've only become familiar upon saying its name right here, but it's apparently
00:22:34.160 a show. People, I guess, watch this. Who watches this? It's probably like they're the parents of
00:22:42.440 the women who are in this league. In any event, it's a show on ESPN. And one of the hosts is named
00:22:47.640 Andrea Carter. And you'll be shocked, shocked to learn that she actually did come to
00:22:52.880 Dijoné Carrington's defense. These are plays we've seen from Dijoné, right? So getting in the right
00:22:59.540 position jumping over the top getting these transition blocks she's always going to make
00:23:04.360 that effort so even for some of these she's behind the offensive player coming over the top so again
00:23:11.000 she was behind sophie cunningham she wasn't able to get over the top had she got over the top and
00:23:16.500 made that play we wouldn't have been talking about it she was too far behind the play the
00:23:20.020 contact above the head was too much but that's what djn carrington does like it's not this wasn't
00:23:24.600 to me this wasn't because it was sophie cunningham making the layup um okay the the requirements
00:23:33.880 to get a flagrant foul two are as follows unnecessary and excessive contact committed
00:23:43.720 by a player against an opponent it is an unsportsmanlike act and the offender is ejected
00:23:49.940 following confirmation by instant replay review.
00:23:53.260 So to be clear, it needs to be unnecessary and excessive contact
00:23:57.860 committed by a player against an opponent that is considered unsportsmanlike.
00:24:04.060 You don't have to prove that it was an intentional effort to harm another player,
00:24:12.180 though I think it was.
00:24:14.420 I think it's obvious, but whatever.
00:24:16.380 Who cares?
00:24:16.880 You don't have to prove intent in this particular WNBA crime.
00:24:21.580 So I'm not sure what that woman thinks she's defending.
00:24:24.960 She should probably step out of her fake little courtroom and spend some time Googling the actual offense requirements because it does not appear that this was a crime, a basketball crime that requires a certain mens rea or state of mind.
00:24:39.040 It only needs to be unnecessary and excessive.
00:24:41.320 um okay this was not degenay's first brush with controversy two years ago in the playoffs she
00:24:50.400 poked caitlin clark in the eye though clark said she thought it was not intentional and here's
00:24:56.620 degenay carrington at a professional three-on-three event last year if you look closely at her hoodie
00:25:03.420 she's such a badass guys it reads fuck donald trump you're so tough oh what a tough girl but
00:25:11.080 when you get ejected for your behavior, you have to go cry on threads about the white privilege.
00:25:18.300 I don't know. I think a badass black beauty would not be over there on threads. It doesn't
00:25:26.080 work for me at all. I know a lot of badass black beauties. That's not how they behave.
00:25:31.120 They are classy. They argue with their words and their intellect, and they don't wear foul
00:25:38.840 t-shirts to express express their politics, nor run to threads to play the race card when they
00:25:46.600 get ejected based on fouls that many others have committed in the league, black and white,
00:25:51.840 and got ejected over to including Sophie Cunningham. Now, this Dijoné, Karen, whatever,
00:25:57.320 she also caused drama over the WNBA's All-Star Weekend this year by alleging that her ex-girlfriend,
00:26:03.440 And the Aces forward, Nalissa Smith, cheated on her with multiple WNBA players before they split last year.
00:26:09.960 Good Lord, who's got time for these petty people's drama?
00:26:14.900 Meanwhile, this was circulating this weekend.
00:26:16.740 Carrington at Stanford in 2019 when she was a student at the prestigious university.
00:26:22.560 My dad played football and my mom ran track.
00:26:24.900 And so they were both on collegiate scholarships.
00:26:27.060 And then my dad went on to play in the NFL for eight seasons.
00:26:30.120 and my sister played basketball in college and she played at University of
00:26:34.980 New Orleans my brother played at the University of Oregon and University of
00:26:38.440 Utah and when I was in high school my mom was actually my head coach my dad was
00:26:42.360 her associate head coach and my sister was one of the assistant coaches it was
00:26:46.320 a really fun dynamic and a really cool experience just to have my family
00:26:50.460 surrounding me I hope to return to school get my master's and my PhD in
00:26:55.600 psychology and and when I further that education I want to become either for
00:27:00.000 forensic psychologist or a behavioral analysis profiler. You have to be ready to get better
00:27:05.480 every day and every moment on the court. And I think just being able to do that on the court and
00:27:10.400 be a role model for young girls, and it really humbles you and reminds you that you're playing
00:27:16.340 for a bigger purpose. I'm playing obviously for my faith, my family, but also for all the young
00:27:21.520 girls looking up to me and who aspire to do similar things. Oh, so she was normal. She's
00:27:28.160 talking about her family and her faith.
00:27:30.820 When did she turn gay?
00:27:32.700 When did she get the white girl hair?
00:27:35.220 When did she join threads and start tweeting about white privilege?
00:27:37.940 When did she convert to let's wear a sweatshirt that reads fuck Donald Trump?
00:27:41.920 Like, is this what this league does to you?
00:27:44.320 And this is why parents don't want to send their kids to college,
00:27:46.480 because they're worried that these universities will do this to you.
00:27:50.140 Is this a persona she's adopted to fit in in this bizarre, toxic league to survive, to be cool?
00:27:58.160 to have friends, because she sounded totally normal there. She dual majored at Stanford in
00:28:04.540 psychology and African-American studies. Not great. Not great. Neither one is going to provide
00:28:11.380 a paying job. So, you know, the WNBA is probably the best thing she's got going right now and when
00:28:16.060 it comes to the paychecks. But I think she was on a better path, at least, pursuing her degrees
00:28:21.840 and sounding and behaving, I think,
00:28:24.680 like a normal person
00:28:25.840 instead of like some sort of blacktivist
00:28:29.360 with her bizarre tweeting habits and sweatshirts.

00:29:30.140 insurance agency. Joining me now to discuss it all, Sean Davis, he's CEO and co-founder of The
00:29:36.720 Federalist, and Saurabh Amari, who's U.S. editor of UnHerd. Guys, welcome back. Great to have you.
00:29:42.800 Sean, I mean, what am I missing here in the dynamics of this league and between these ladies?
00:29:49.120 Oh, man.
00:29:49.660 Like, where do we even get started?
00:29:52.400 I knew it was bad when Spirit Airlines went bankrupt.
00:29:55.600 I didn't understand that the low IQ race war energy was just going to manifest itself in the WNBA afterwards.
00:30:04.400 I think it's a real tragedy.
00:30:06.720 It's I know people go watch those games because they like to see basketball.
00:30:12.860 I don't think they generally like that it's turned into like UFC fights.
00:30:16.780 If you're going to have a bunch of people fighting over nonsense, like let's get Dana White involved.
00:30:20.780 The dude's a great fight promoter.
00:30:22.900 This business of trying to clothesline people when they're doing layups and defenseless, it's utterly ridiculous.
00:30:28.820 And I think the reality of what's going on here, and we just need to be able to say it, is that the WNBA is welfare for black lesbians.
00:30:37.460 It's what it is.
00:30:38.200 It can't exist on its own.
00:30:39.960 It doesn't make enough money.
00:30:41.260 It is a charity sponsored by the NBA, so black lesbians can get extra money that they wouldn't be able to get otherwise.
00:30:49.300 And it's why they hate Sophie Cunningham, and it's why they hate Caitlin Clark.
00:30:52.980 And they don't care that they're getting more money or they can fly on charter jets now instead of commercial because of these two.
00:31:00.520 Those two don't belong.
00:31:02.200 They're getting too much attention, and so they have to be taken out.
00:31:05.020 And to watch a coach go and defend other players taking out her own players is so insane.
00:31:13.000 I had to watch the clip several times.
00:31:15.260 If you had something like this happen in a men's league, either NBA or baseball, let's say somebody beans your player in baseball, they're getting beamed back.
00:31:24.700 If you have a pitcher who's hitting someone and the pitcher comes up to bat, they're getting nailed.
00:31:29.200 Those are the rules.
00:31:30.020 If you do a hard foul on someone in the NBA like that, you are getting it back at you.
00:31:34.380 That's how you take care of your team and have some sort of like a doctrine of mutually assured destruction that if you're going to go and take cheap shots, you're going to get taken out as well.
00:31:43.580 So to see a coach go and do it for utterly political woke reasons, defend her players being taken out is so insane that I had trouble processing it.
00:31:53.440 You would never see that.
00:31:54.660 And, you know, nor would you ever have seen that if Dijoné had been white and Sophie Cunningham had been black.
00:32:04.380 There is zero chance that that's coach Stephanie White would have felt the need to say, I, you know, basically I know her heart was in the right place and she's such a tough fighter.
00:32:15.360 And I don't agree that she did this intentionally, but it's fine to do zero chance.
00:32:20.300 It was an it was a pander.
00:32:22.440 It was a race based pander.
00:32:25.640 Yeah, I feel like we would have a national reckoning and a national conversation if the racial dynamics were reversed.
00:32:31.680 But look, I'll be honest here, like this whole world of WNBA drama is is somewhat new to me.
00:32:38.660 Like I had I had not paid so much attention to all of us to the WNBA ever in my life until the last couple of weeks at all.
00:32:47.120 And it began to appear on my radar.
00:32:49.320 What I will say is it feels like what they used to say about academia, that the fights are so vicious because the stakes are so low.
00:32:57.900 That's it. It feels it has a hothouse quality.
00:33:00.640 And I've seen now calls circulating about the NBA dropping the WNBA because actually it is a subsidiary of the NBA.
00:33:09.240 And it's, as Sean pointed out, it's an unprofitable one.
00:33:12.880 The only area of this that I think rises to actual serious national attention is the stuff you covered at the beginning, Megan.
00:33:20.720 And that has to do with the politics of biological males in women's sports and the fact that a significant share of important personalities, coaches, players, et cetera, in the WNBA seem to be rooting for their own successors in the game, younger girls having to play against biological males who have much greater stamina, much greater muscle mass, all the things that we know.
00:33:50.060 So, for example, you mentioned the Minneapolis coach.
00:33:54.380 I think it's the Minneapolis lynx, minx.
00:33:57.000 I can't remember what the name of the team is, but she had worn that T-shirt that said
00:34:00.800 trans kids belong, which they do.
00:34:05.520 But that's like I don't belong to what they belong to society.
00:34:09.560 Yes, they belong to their parents.
00:34:11.100 They belong to their school.
00:34:12.420 Fine.
00:34:12.860 Does that mean, therefore, they belong in a game in which they have this unfair physical
00:34:19.020 advantage over their competitors? No. And it's just this kind of brain dead sloganeering that
00:34:24.840 you remember from from a while ago and you thought had gone away. And lots of sectors of American
00:34:30.200 society have moved on. I will I'll stake a claim on this. We are not living in 2020 anymore.
00:34:36.820 Certain things have been beaten back either at the ballot box or in the public square.
00:34:41.120 But there are certain sectors of society that are stuck. One of them is, for example,
00:34:46.800 mainstream publishing it's still 2020 as far as like the big imprints are concerned another one
00:34:52.580 is some universities and apparently the wnba had no idea is still fully in like 2020 mode and it's
00:35:00.140 kind of nice to see maybe the rest of the country drag them out of out of that 2020 mode with some
00:35:07.220 ruthless i don't think we're dragging them out but it but it's interesting to see what we could
00:35:10.740 have become you know it's like this is this is the other universe behind the other curtain if we had
00:35:17.960 stayed if we had done it all the way AOC wanted the way all these woke warriors wanted this is
00:35:22.720 what we would have become as a nation by the way my team lets me know that Dijonet claims she is
00:35:28.680 straight but only dated that one teammate female teammate okay I don't think that's how it works
00:35:35.820 but whatever I don't care I'm over this person's drama I'm over all of their drama I do one
00:35:40.720 though, Sean, you know, you look at it, it's like truly this is this is why half of us worry about
00:35:47.100 sending our kids to college or into a league. If you've got if you're a conservative mom or dad
00:35:53.800 and you've got a daughter who's an amazing basketball player and maybe is getting recruited
00:35:58.600 to play basketball at a university and you see this is what's on the other side, you've got to
00:36:04.520 be afraid. You've got to be worried. They take what looks like and sounds like a totally normal,
00:36:08.960 sweet Christian girl, which is how Dijoné sounded when she was at Stanford and turn her into the
00:36:15.960 white blonde hair down to the backside, you know, white privilege, fuck Donald Trump.
00:36:22.280 Now she's sleeping with women version of this sweetheart you raised. This is a legit concern
00:36:30.200 by a lot of parents I know who are not even necessarily Republicans, but more right minded
00:36:35.580 in their thinking.
00:36:37.040 Yeah, I love the claim that she's not lesbian,
00:36:40.120 but all her girlfriends were.
00:36:41.620 Like, you can't make this stuff up.
00:36:44.140 Well, first off, her name is like a portmanteau
00:36:46.580 of hamburger condiments.
00:36:48.640 So like, what are we even doing there?
00:36:50.600 Or a hot dog, it depends.
00:36:52.680 Yeah, maybe next year we'll see a magical star
00:36:56.080 out of LA like ketchup mustard.
00:36:58.400 I don't know.
00:36:59.520 The whole thing, it is so dumb.
00:37:02.340 But you're correct.
00:37:03.580 You send your kids off.
00:37:04.940 If you haven't reared them correctly, you send them off and they are going to get eaten alive.
00:37:10.760 And maybe it's in college.
00:37:12.260 Maybe it's in corporate America.
00:37:13.640 Maybe it's in trying to be famous.
00:37:16.420 I don't know what happens, but these people who don't seem to have a rudder or a core, they are the ones who are completely targeted and victimized by these completely insane social identity obsessed Bolsheviks.
00:37:29.600 And I don't know what the solution is.
00:37:31.500 I guess if you've raised someone and you've let them out into the world by the time they're 18 and they don't have any sort of immunological defenses to this woke virus, there's kind of nothing you can do.
00:37:42.460 I mean, the die has been cast at this point, but it really is sad because nobody sends their kids off, especially to a place like Stanford, thinking, I hope they come back a retarded lesbian.
00:37:52.200 That's what I'm looking to get out of like 75 grand a year.
00:37:55.440 I want a retarded lesbian wearing super long blonde weaves.
00:38:00.120 that that's what we're all going for here and yet it seems to happen over and over again
00:38:04.600 these are not hashtag goals it's like hey i am totally fine if my kids wind up being gay or
00:38:10.760 lesbian totally fine with that i don't want a school turning them into one if if they're if
00:38:16.940 they came into this world with that predilection it doesn't look like that's what's happened with
00:38:20.460 my children they're still all young very young but they seem to have healthy attractions for
00:38:23.380 the opposite sex but like if they just showed up that way that'd be one thing if the wnba makes
00:38:29.860 them into a lesbian. It's a totally different thing. I object to the whole situation. And so,
00:38:34.980 Rob, you mentioned Megan Rapinoe. God forbid she just keep her mouth shut, but she's already made
00:38:41.260 her millions. So she's perfectly comfortable being the woke warrior, letting girls like my
00:38:47.520 daughter who plays soccer endanger themselves if they run into boys posing as girls in their sport.
00:38:54.340 She doesn't care at all. She's she's like Peter Dinklage pulling the ladder up after her. Remember
00:38:59.220 how Peter Dinklage didn't want dwarfs
00:39:00.880 in the live version of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs?
00:39:03.420 And he's the most famous dwarf in the world.
00:39:06.040 But he pulled up the ladder
00:39:07.020 and those little dwarfs need a ladder.
00:39:09.060 And he pulled it up and they became CGI characters.
00:39:12.960 And in any event, that's Megan Rapinoe now
00:39:14.640 when it comes to soccer and sports.
00:39:16.520 And here's a bit more of what she said
00:39:18.580 that you referenced a second ago, Sot 11.
00:39:21.440 After the article was published,
00:39:23.380 Cunningham defended her comments
00:39:24.980 and was recently photographed with Riley Gaines
00:39:27.600 at an Indiana Fever game.
00:39:29.220 I don't know Sophie, so I can only project what I see about her beliefs based on her actions.
00:39:35.880 And seeing a picture of her with Riley Gaines after the game told me everything I need to know
00:39:42.160 about what's happening. Riley Gaines has made it her life's mission to exclude trans people
00:39:47.080 from public life. You can hear it even in the language being used that the root of trans
00:39:53.540 exclusion is to protect young girls from men. To be clear, I would love to have that conversation
00:40:01.060 and it's much needed in this country. But it frames the conversation as if we're protecting
00:40:06.000 young girls from men being in WNBA locker rooms. Not happening. It villainizes trans girls as if
00:40:15.700 they're somehow magically older than their peers or are men, when in reality they are also young
00:40:22.900 girls. Okay, first of all, these are lies. But second of all, irrelevant, irrelevant how old
00:40:29.240 the boy is, who's pretending to be a girl. I want to start with this, though. There are men
00:40:35.120 pretending to be girls going into girls locker rooms. She should familiarize herself with rebel
00:40:39.900 news and what's happening up in Canada. As Melody Wisehart, a 50 plus year old man has been swimming
00:40:47.020 with 12 year old girls and getting changed in locker rooms with them with girls as young as
00:40:52.020 eight. And our friends up there in our evil tap hat, as Michael Knowles calls it, are allowing
00:40:57.880 it to happen to their doctors because they're so woke, they don't want to call it out.
00:41:01.640 Secondly, let me just give you a couple of examples of what happened with age appropriate
00:41:06.060 boys pretending to be girls and what they're doing to girls in girls sports. We've talked
00:41:12.940 about Peyton McNabb, who took that volleyball to the face so hard that she got permanent brain
00:41:17.640 damage and and arm damage um this has become a famous case she spoke out she's from north
00:41:22.660 carolina this is the boy on the on the right slamming that volleyball men have volleyball
00:41:27.500 nets that are seven and a half inches higher than girls because they're so much taller and the he
00:41:33.620 was playing at a girl's game with a girl's lowered net and he seriously hurt an actual girl this is
00:41:39.380 how sorry that kid was after he found out what happened to peyton mcnab you tell me if he if he
00:41:46.220 seems um sad about what happened to her uh 12 or 13 senior year recap
00:41:53.180 if you want to have a senior year just like me follow these steps one endure the hell that a
00:42:02.440 school volleyball two hit a girl in the face and make national news getting national hate
00:42:08.700 I was on Fox News twice.
00:42:13.340 Number three, find out that your athletic director and your coach have been outing you to every school you've played since freshman year.
00:42:22.420 Against your will.
00:42:24.220 Number four, get kicked off your old club volleyball team that you've been playing on for seven years.
00:42:30.360 Total Drama Island style.
00:42:32.600 I got voted off by the parents.
00:42:34.860 Number five, try out for the only other good club team near you, and you're getting cut because of the national news that you're a faggot.
00:42:43.680 Number six, contemplate quitting volleyball.
00:42:48.560 Number seven, don't quit volleyball.
00:42:51.760 Number eight, commit to the Kennesaw State on a full scholarship.
00:42:56.840 Number nine, get your scholarship taken away, because you told the coach that you're a tranny.
00:43:04.860 meaning a boy. Okay. Not sorry at all. In fact, full of contempt for anybody who won't go along
00:43:12.140 with his delusion. Then there, I just want to remind the audience. Then there is, um, middle
00:43:17.880 school. This one middle school athlete had their case go all the way up to the U S Supreme court.
00:43:24.520 Um, he was playing in West Virginia across from Adelaide across and, uh, Adelaide alleged that
00:43:32.500 this man, this boy, middle schooler, going by BPJ in the litigation, made multiple explicit
00:43:39.320 remarks to her, including two to three times a week, BPJ would look at Adelaide and say,
00:43:45.200 alleges Adelaide, quote, suck my D, only would say the word. There were usually other girls
00:43:50.760 around who heard it. She heard BPJ say it multiple times to her teammates as well. BPJ made other
00:43:56.160 more explicit sexual statements that he felt were or that were threatening to Adelaide, including,
00:44:01.720 I'm going to stick my D into your P word and into your A as well. So that's what Adelaide had to
00:44:09.440 put up with. Unlike Megan Rapinoe's sweet little boys who this is not happening. They're not making
00:44:14.900 anyone in locker rooms feel threatened. Just get over it. This is not a thing. And then there is
00:44:21.520 the wrestler who alleges that she was sexually assaulted in Washington in December. This past
00:44:29.660 december here's the wrestling match what we didn't know at the time was that callie keeler
00:44:34.160 the actual girl in this match um was being sexually assaulted she did not know that she
00:44:39.940 was wrestling against a biological male right there that male uh unbeknownst to us was sticking
00:44:46.860 his fingers up her vagina which uh is being alleged by the actual female she screamed at the
00:44:53.740 time to her mother that the opponent's fingers were quote in my coochie and then she let herself
00:44:58.960 be pinned just so that it would stop. This this complaint of hers was ignored by her school,
00:45:06.080 which is a mandatory reporter that has an obligation to report sexual assaults,
00:45:09.860 but didn't because of ideology. I I don't think we're going to be hearing about this
00:45:14.580 from Megan Rapinoe. So rap. Yeah, just one thing, Megan. I feel like Sean and I should start
00:45:22.300 getting honorarium checks if we have to watch those videos, because that was that was legitimately
00:45:27.900 painful to watch. I mean, that's, that's a case of an obvious case of mental illness. And I,
00:45:34.300 you know, honestly, this country needs to bring back involuntary inpatient care, which, which was
00:45:39.580 a part of our medical fabric. And I think what we have now with, with just, we allow people's
00:45:46.160 symptoms, we, we, we affirm them instead of treating them as symptoms. And this is a crime
00:45:51.880 against medical progress, honestly. It was just really, I mean, I joke about it, but it's also
00:45:56.680 really painful to watch and then to think that that that person that young boy faced off against
00:46:02.680 actual women on the sporting field is is horrifying to think about and you know you sometimes hear
00:46:10.420 it's like oh it's this is the new line you hear some some progressives now know it's a bad issue
00:46:15.280 they know it's like an 80 20 issue or maybe a 90 10 issue against them but they'll be like
00:46:19.580 it's such a small portion it's such a little bit of a mirror it's a slice of american life it
00:46:24.660 doesn't well theoretically lots of people are parents and lots of parents are parents of
00:46:30.940 daughters and so this is one of those issues where i don't care what you are on your other issues and
00:46:37.080 as you you both know i'm a lot more sympathetic to like old school economic leftism however
00:46:43.220 people will always first vote for the party or the side that upholds basic reality basic reality
00:46:51.500 that the human species has two sexes, male and female,
00:46:57.140 and there are fundamental differences
00:46:59.120 that acknowledging these differences
00:47:02.940 makes the world legible and sensible.
00:47:05.220 And when you try to collapse them,
00:47:07.320 you end up in the worldview of that video,
00:47:11.280 that person you played that video,
00:47:13.420 that's a lunatic worldview.
00:47:15.520 In some part, you sort of pity the person.
00:47:18.160 he's in need of assist of medical assistant psychiatric assistance but we don't want to
00:47:23.500 all the rest of us you know sort of live in his head no it does seem clear that he is mentally
00:47:30.780 unwell and desperately needs actual psychiatry not the kind that just affirms affirms affirms to
00:47:35.820 make themselves feel good but that's what the american um pediatric society the american
00:47:40.400 psychiatric society is still recommending affirm affirm affirm um it's it's truly crazy the megan
00:47:47.660 Rapinoe lies, have the national dominant narrative. And just one point to remember,
00:47:53.980 the UCLA School of Law did a study and said that it estimated the number of trans youth
00:48:01.280 in high school sports right now to be over 120,000. So do not let them get away with saying
00:48:10.000 it's such a small issue. That's UCLA School of Law. It was argued before the Supreme Court
00:48:16.180 in an effort to stop the bans saying, look how many thousands of youth you're going to affect
00:48:23.120 if you allow states to issue these bans. And the Supreme Court said, not our problem. They're
00:48:27.920 allowed to issue these bans. But that is from School of Law, UCLA and trans advocates who say
00:48:33.140 it's over 120,000 at the high school level. It's not a small issue. My daughter and your daughters
00:48:39.580 are going to have to deal with this unless more and more people find their courage like Sophie
00:48:43.440 Cunningham did. So that's why, Sean, Ennis Cantor Freedom and this other guy, Royce, are heroes.
00:48:50.720 And the WNBA is in quite a pickle now. So you got all these coaches and players on the record
00:48:59.480 saying they are pro trans athletes playing in women's sports. So this is where the rubber meets
00:49:07.160 the road. What do they do? Yeah, I think they're going to do one of two things. I might disagree
00:49:14.420 here. I don't think they're going to have a hard time dismissing this. I think one, they may define
00:49:19.500 a woman as someone who's never played in a professional men's sports league. So that's
00:49:24.920 how they're going to immediately get rid of the Royce Whites, the Ennis Cantors, anybody who's
00:49:29.020 played professionally, whether it's in Europe or in the U.S. They'll just say, yeah, yeah, obviously
00:49:33.060 we only want women. And of course, trans women are women. But if you played in a men's professional
00:49:37.340 league, you know, clearly you're not trans. So that's number one, what they might do. Number
00:49:42.180 two, which I think is probably more likely, is they're just going to have a collusive environment
00:49:47.520 where they refuse to draft anyone like Royce Wright or Innes Cantor. There's clearly some sort
00:49:53.420 of implicit kind of coordinating going on. That's how you end up with that coach defending
00:49:59.660 the assault of her own player,
00:50:02.320 whether it's Stockholm syndrome
00:50:03.700 or they're all in on it ideologically,
00:50:07.160 I don't know.
00:50:07.900 But I suspect if you had those guys
00:50:11.680 go into the draft,
00:50:12.900 they're just simply not going to get drafted
00:50:14.320 if they're even allowed to sit for the draft.
00:50:17.140 I think they've started something
00:50:19.560 and you can get them out,
00:50:21.220 but you're not going to get the next ones out.
00:50:23.040 These guys are becoming wise
00:50:24.900 to how to push this battle.
00:50:26.600 And I love it.
00:50:27.540 Stand by.
00:50:28.100 More with the guys after this.
00:50:29.660 You don't wait until your house is on fire to install a smoke detector.
00:50:33.420 You don't wait until the wind and rain hammer your windows and the power goes out to prepare
00:50:37.020 for a hurricane.
00:50:38.000 You don't reach for your seatbelt after you've had a crash because after the crash, the hurricane
00:50:42.980 or the house fire, it's all too late.
00:50:45.600 Similarly, you do not wait until the dollar goes to zero before you buy gold.
00:50:50.640 It's too late then too.
00:50:52.260 So consider diversifying with precious metals right now because you never know what will
00:50:56.920 threaten your savings next.
00:50:59.140 Persistent inflation, we've all been feeling that,
00:51:01.700 a weakening dollar, unexpected financial disruptions.
00:51:05.580 You don't know what's coming,
00:51:07.040 but you can take a preventative step right now.
00:51:09.400 One option, requesting a free info kit on gold
00:51:12.420 from Birch Gold Group.

00:51:37.020 Recently, our company's softball team lost the big game by one run. Then Dale tried to console
00:51:42.800 us with the quote, winning isn't everything. Well, Dale and I are very different. I get early
00:51:49.880 payout from Bet365. If my team goes up big, I get paid out instantly, even if they blow the lead

00:52:01.360 responsibly. If you have questions or concerns about your gambling or the gambling of someone
00:52:03.960 close to you, please go to connexontario.ca and see supply. Back with me now are Sean Davis of
00:52:12.620 The Federalist and Saurabh Amari of UnHerd. We have got to talk about AOC trying to just shrug
00:52:20.800 off as like Dijoné sleeping with that one lesbian, like a youthful indiscretion, the
00:52:28.960 excesses of woke, which now she wants to call woke one as though it's separate and distinct
00:52:35.680 and can be something that's disavowed.
00:52:38.340 Unlike woke two, it's all woke.
00:52:40.400 Woke is one thing.
00:52:41.220 It's been foisted on us by lunatics like AOC for the better part of 10 plus years now,
00:52:49.080 longer, really. And listen to her trying to dismiss it because they're talking about this
00:52:54.100 Francesca Wong or Hong in Wisconsin, the nutcase who wanted to cancel Thanksgiving because it's
00:53:00.340 it's I don't know, whatever it is, colonialist settlement. We shouldn't be celebrating it.
00:53:05.340 I can't keep up with their nutcases. But listen to this.
00:53:09.220 I'm sure you've seen. I mean, she's, you know, the Thanksgiving dust up. She says she doesn't,
00:53:14.920 You know, still believe that. But, you know, the abolished prisons, abolished police, which is also positions that have been taken by a lot of the progressive candidates who have won.
00:53:25.700 How do you how do you get around that? Yeah. Not positions that are supported by.
00:53:30.080 Right. I mean, I think that my understanding is that is is that Francesca Hong has made clear her present stances to her.
00:53:39.960 She's moved away from. Right. She's moved away from it.
00:53:42.660 And I have a local city councilman that has this saying, Woke One was crazy.
00:53:51.180 Woke One was crazy.
00:53:52.620 Okay, that's actually true.
00:53:53.700 I mean, did the movement go too far with some of those positions?
00:53:56.420 I mean, you briefly supported the idea of defunding the police.
00:54:00.160 I think that during this time and during, especially during COVID, there was a huge opening of the Overton window.
00:54:08.100 And I think that the doors were really open in trying to entertain any and every policy that was going to get us to a better place.
00:54:19.300 Oh, my God. OK. Oh, you and Jonathan Carl. What a fool.
00:54:25.020 He's completely enamored with her. Like she's got him leading him around by the balls, which disappeared during that segment.
00:54:32.160 This is her, June 2020 on X.
00:54:34.480 Defunding police means defunding police.
00:54:36.220 It does not mean budget tricks or funny math.
00:54:38.700 Here she goes on, September 2020, during a House hearing,
00:54:42.300 far too much of the discussion around the issue of white supremacist infiltration of policing
00:54:46.520 focuses on whether the problem exists at all.
00:54:48.880 And we have known for generations that it is not a question about whether this problem is an issue.
00:54:55.040 It is a matter of how we have allowed it to sustain for so long.
00:54:59.040 She wants to abolish ICE.
00:55:00.080 She wants to abolish DHS. She wants to trans children. There are plenty of comments about that on the house floor and outside.
00:55:08.440 But this business about the cops, you guys, it's so AOS has been a very long time since she had to support herself by slinging margaritas.
00:55:16.660 She makes a nice living and she's got a social media presence.
00:55:20.540 This woman is not hurting for paychecks, as evidenced by her newfound love of fertility treatments to freeze her eggs, which just six years ago she was saying she didn't think she could afford.
00:55:29.660 Now she's doing these some estimated $20,000 treatment for kicks because she could just have a baby the old fashioned way.
00:55:35.580 She's with a guy. They've been together for five plus years.
00:55:38.760 You don't have to freeze eggs in that situation.
00:55:41.080 She's got money is my point.
00:55:43.340 Unlike the inner city children who were killed, who were gunned down in the towns she advocated, get rid of their police forces.
00:55:55.140 I am so infuriated by this.
00:55:57.000 Heather McDonald, who I know we all trust, is the preeminent authority on keeping track of the damage caused by the BLMers like AOC.
00:56:04.500 And she estimates, based on actual data that she got from the FBI, this is not her finger in the wind,
00:56:09.240 2,500 additional black homicides happened in the immediate aftermath of the summer of 2020
00:56:16.660 as a result of the bastardization of the police around America, thanks to people like AOC.
00:56:23.660 2,500. This is to say, say nothing of what happened to Asians and whites and Indians and
00:56:29.960 so on. This is just blacks. 2,500 of them killed in the immediate aftermath of summer of 2020.
00:56:36.840 Thanks to her insanity. I'm just going to give you a couple of names. Okay. Uh, Don McNeil,
00:56:42.500 11 year old boy. He was shot, shot by a bullet on July 4th, 2020 in Southeast Washington DC,
00:56:49.420 as he returned to an anti-violence cookout organized by his mother.
00:56:53.940 Legend, Tala Farrell, four-year-old boy, shot in June 2020.
00:56:58.520 His killing in late June actually inspired the namesake for the Department of Justice's Operation Legend.
00:57:02.900 He was shot sleeping inside of an apartment at 2.30 a.m. in Kansas City, Missouri.
00:57:08.360 Secoria Turner, eight years old, shot and killed on July 4th in Atlanta, Georgia.
00:57:14.380 Sorry, she was riding in a car near a Wendy's restaurant.
00:57:17.020 We could go on from there.
00:57:17.820 Don and Sandra Samuels are Minneapolis community activists. They came on the show before we had
00:57:26.700 audio. It was July of 2021, July of 21 year and one month post George Floyd, post AOC's push to
00:57:37.260 defund the police, which they did. They did in city after city, including Minneapolis, where my
00:57:42.740 friends who I'm just about to show you lived in Minneapolis. They defunded starting January of
00:57:47.220 2021. This is July of 2021. And listen to what they said for the listening audience. They happen
00:57:53.040 to be black. They live in these communities. They were very against defunding cops. And listen here.
00:57:58.320 And we are disproportionately impacted. Ten-year-old LaDevion Garrett shot in the head,
00:58:05.000 driving with his father in our neighborhood. He's still struggling for his life. He's alive.
00:58:11.840 And this was all within the last couple of months. But we don't know what the quality of his life
00:58:16.960 will be, even if he, and we pray that he survives. A nine-year-old Trinity Addison Smith,
00:58:25.540 she was shot while jumping on a trampoline just a block from our home at a party. And she was
00:58:33.520 shot in the head. She did not survive. And then there was six-year-old Anaya, who we call Naya
00:58:39.620 Allen, and she was shot at coming, getting a happy meal with her mom in the car, in the
00:58:46.040 head, and Aniyah didn't survive either.
00:58:50.260 Surab, how dare she?
00:58:53.440 Yeah, Megan, as you remember, I was at the New York Post at the time, so I paid a lot
00:58:58.740 of attention to what happened in New York City with New York City crime in the aftermath
00:59:04.940 of Black Lives Matter
00:59:08.060 and the George Floyd riots and so on.
00:59:10.740 And obviously the numbers you read off,
00:59:13.420 but I'll never forget the case
00:59:14.680 of a one-year-old named DeVell Gardner Jr.
00:59:19.340 DeVell Gardner was shot in the belly,
00:59:22.560 one-year-old died.
00:59:23.720 And I remember the funeral
00:59:25.380 because he had like a kind of cartoon character casket,
00:59:29.960 like a cocoa melon casket.
00:59:33.300 And I just, that side of that,
00:59:34.480 I'll never forget. And so you're right, the way that AOC just sort of flippantly says like,
00:59:41.260 well, yeah, we just, we tried some crazy stuff, like as though it was in college, you know,
00:59:47.260 like we experimented a little bit. It's like, no, you were a grown up. And look, if you want to say
00:59:53.040 I was wrong then, and then explain how your views have evolved, what do you believe about policing?
00:59:59.360 And what were you wrong about? And you're right. And what changed your view? What changed your
01:00:04.400 view. And Jonathan Karl was like trying to help her being like, of course, yeah, it wasn't a big
01:00:08.160 deal. I know. It's like, wait a second. Aren't you supposed to be like, at least a little bit
01:00:13.500 inquisitive, a little adversarial and press her like, so what was crazy about woke one? And how
01:00:19.200 is it different from whatever has come to succeeded? What have you learned? Nothing like
01:00:23.940 that. He was like sort of chuckling along to help her. And he's exactly right in this area of law
01:00:31.200 and order that this this wrecked a great deal of havoc. And later in the same interview, AOC goes
01:00:37.120 on to say that we had as a result of it, lots of useful conversation or productive conversations.
01:00:45.220 And the upshot of those productive conversation is that a lot of blue localities, they went back
01:00:49.460 to refunding the police, and they drop this stuff like that sort of defund ideology. So is that what
01:00:57.000 she means is by productive conversation is we were proved to be wrong that in fact if you remove
01:01:03.020 policing you're going to have more crime which anyone could have told them at the time as well
01:01:07.120 it's like what did they mean by it was crazy but we've changed so what made you change how have
01:01:13.540 you changed same thing with the thanksgiving lady you know she's now uh francesca such a panderer
01:01:19.720 says something like it's my favorite holiday well it wasn't you you know you said it would hurt
01:01:24.280 people, other, you know, people in our communities, they always use these plural communities are hurt
01:01:30.740 by Thanksgiving and it's bad and we should maybe get rid of it. And now it's my favorite holiday
01:01:35.040 again. So what, what did you go through? Is there going to be some sort of reckoning for why,
01:01:39.640 what went wrong? Or Sareb, press her, press her on her, take her previous position and
01:01:45.880 argue it to her. What do you mean? We are a colonialist settlement settler society. We have
01:01:54.380 oppressed Native Americans and the indigenous people here from the start. How how could you
01:02:00.860 feel comfortable with Thanksgiving? Don't you think that's wrong? Don't you think it? Do you
01:02:05.840 celebrate Columbus Day, too? Like what? Press her that way. There are all sorts of ways in to it
01:02:11.520 that the media won't do
01:02:13.240 because they only have interest
01:02:14.480 in running cover for these villains.
01:02:17.420 Sean, AOC and her push
01:02:19.760 for defunding the cops
01:02:21.140 and demonizing the cops
01:02:23.420 literally got people killed.
01:02:26.300 And in other instances,
01:02:28.100 because she was an equal proponent
01:02:29.920 of cancel culture,
01:02:31.680 I could show you tweet after tweet
01:02:33.440 and comment after comment
01:02:34.280 where she defended it.
01:02:36.080 And that may not have led
01:02:39.940 to the end of lives,
01:02:40.920 but it certainly ruined plenty of them, ruined. And I'm just going to give you a couple of
01:02:46.860 examples because to me, they're equally as heartbreaking as people who were killed because
01:02:51.940 they were innocent Americans who didn't do anything wrong or did something mildly offensive,
01:02:58.220 who had their entire careers yanked from under them and seriously hurt.
01:03:04.640 The first one that comes to mind is Jody Shaw. She was an administrator at Smith College. She
01:03:10.420 came on this program and talked all about it in a great interview that remains one of my favorites.
01:03:15.540 It was from episode 59. So it was early on. And it got started because she went on Facebook one
01:03:22.220 night, very mild-mannered, and said, I don't want to talk about my whiteness as the condition
01:03:28.220 of doing my job. I don't want to be told I have implicit bias in order to keep my paycheck at
01:03:34.720 Smith College in an administrative role. And one thing led to another. They forced her out.
01:03:41.220 I touched base with her about a year and a half ago. Her life still had not recovered.
01:03:45.880 She hadn't found another job. She was shoveling snow to try to support her two children.
01:03:53.240 F AOC and her banal attempts to wipe this all away, cancel culture and woke one as just like,
01:04:02.580 Ha ha ha. Temporary insanity. Here's Jodi Shaw. Um, the original part of the original video,
01:04:08.900 dear Smith, watch this. I ask that Smith college stop reducing my personhood to a racial category.
01:04:21.760 Stop telling me what I must think and feel about myself because I feel like you do that a lot.
01:04:27.620 I know you do that a lot and I need you to stop doing that. Stop presuming to know who I am or
01:04:34.640 what my culture is based upon my skin color because you don't know that. You don't know
01:04:39.780 that about anybody except for yourself. Stop asking me to project stereotypes and assumptions
01:04:47.500 onto others based upon their skin color. Okay, here's AOC on cancel culture. The term cancel
01:04:54.660 culture comes from entitlement odds are you're not actually canceled you're just being challenged
01:04:59.820 held accountable or unliked what is jody smith but she was was she being held accountable she was
01:05:06.180 let go from smith college because she said stop making me talk about skin color all the time
01:05:11.080 and then just one more for you sean we could be here all day if we went through the the victims
01:05:14.480 of woke culture but just pulled a couple randos um there's um mimi groves you may remember that
01:05:23.120 name, and you might not know why, but I'll remind you. You'll know it when I tell it to you.
01:05:27.220 She was the young girl who got into the University of Tennessee on a cheerleading scholarship.
01:05:33.160 And then some villain at her school released a three-second video of her when she was a sophomore
01:05:42.100 in high school getting her license, singing, I Can Drive, N-Word. I guess there's some song
01:05:49.260 out there that is or was very popular where the singer says, I can drive, and then says the N-word.
01:05:57.520 And it shows her saying that along with the actual N-word, along with the song. She sent this five
01:06:05.860 second video to a friend. There was another person in the room, a man, a teenage boy. He videotaped
01:06:13.300 it over the friend's shoulder, is my understanding, held onto it for two years until Mimi Grove got
01:06:21.320 accepted at the University of Tennessee on a cheerleading scholarship, which is no joke.
01:06:25.860 Those girls and young men are serious acrobats, like serious gymnasts. It's not the cheerleading
01:06:30.600 of my day in the 80s. And they yanked it. They yanked her scholarship and they said,
01:06:38.300 either you will withdraw your acceptance at this university or we're pulling it and she she
01:06:44.860 withdrew and the last i heard she was at a community college somewhere i can't stand
01:06:51.840 this from aoc again look at how cavalier she is about what she helped do to so many innocents
01:06:59.940 look at it i have a local city councilman that has this uh uh saying woke one was crazy
01:07:07.260 one was crazy it's disgusts me sean davis disgusts yeah yeah she's basically the hot
01:07:16.000 dog meme guy saying we're all trying to figure out who did this but but i do think it is really
01:07:20.600 instructive for two reasons one you get to see how clownish the corporate media is um you know
01:07:25.860 tim russert who who hosted meet the press forever the guy would used to be a democrat senate staffer
01:07:31.220 i think he was a chief of staff in the senate and yet he went on television and he would challenge
01:07:36.640 everyone. He would come out with their full quotes. You never knew how he was going to get
01:07:40.680 you. He was an equal opportunity attacker. He came after the left and right, and he made you defend
01:07:45.720 past statements. And if you changed your mind, he made you defend why you changed your mind and why
01:07:50.520 you were renouncing what you previously said. Instead, we have Jonathan Karl here, who, before
01:07:55.340 he even brings it up, explains it for, no, no, no, AOC, no, you briefly said we should defund the
01:08:02.320 police. Yeah, he's trying to contextualize it before he even makes her answer to it and then
01:08:07.900 just giggles like a little schoolgirl. She says, oh, you know, welcome. It's crazy. It's instructive
01:08:14.060 her answer because this is how little Bolsheviks, which is what she is, this is how they work.
01:08:19.660 Words to them have no fixed meaning. Now, to us, we say things, we assume that other people know
01:08:24.680 what they mean, and they mean the same thing over time and space. That is not how leptis and
01:08:29.440 Bolsheviks like AOC work. Words are how you manipulate people in the moment. She understands
01:08:35.240 that the stuff she said previously, which by the way, she a hundred percent still believes
01:08:39.480 are inconvenient. So now she's going to pretend, Oh yeah, that was kind of crazy knowing she's not
01:08:44.720 going to be held account for it. And she is going to go ahead and start trying to implement the
01:08:49.000 exact same insanity with all of her insane little friends going forward. They are fundamentally
01:08:54.420 dishonest untrustworthy manipulative people and it's not often that we get to see them show that
01:09:01.020 so clearly like we did in that clip so i think she and john carl did everyone a huge value one by
01:09:06.540 him showing him the world what a ridiculous lapdog he is and her showing everyone how willing she is
01:09:12.280 to lie and pretend she didn't say or believe things we know she still believes i you know the
01:09:17.840 And one other silver lining of that conversation, Saurabh, is that it's a white flag that we've won.
01:09:26.020 Those of us, all three on this panel and beyond, who fought the woke movement, its excesses, that would be way underplaying what it did to our country, have won.
01:09:39.480 She is showing her belly.
01:09:41.760 First, she took her pronouns out of her Twitter bio after they got killed in that election.
01:09:47.840 Um, and we haven't even gotten into what the woke excesses did to our children with the
01:09:53.800 trans movement, but she is on her back showing her belly wiggling right now as she gears
01:10:00.520 up for a likely 20, 28 run, abandoning woke, which means we've officially won.
01:10:07.640 I think, I think that's, that's largely correct.
01:10:10.340 Like I said, there are certain sectors of American society who that completely pretend
01:10:16.060 like we haven't and and they're still sort of carrying on as before but largely speaking at
01:10:21.860 the ballot box in terms of where city local city councils are with the basic need for policing or
01:10:30.620 the basic now increasingly even blue cities that realize these kind of uh urban cores they've
01:10:36.900 created where there's like rampant addiction and mental illness and the philosophy was not to
01:10:41.640 confront them um are a bad idea it's even telling you got to say in in new york city on the on the
01:10:48.800 far west side of manhattan a kind of uh a mom donnieville i call that is has sprung up a kind
01:10:56.300 of homeless encampment now in manhattan that's very rare partly because the city is so this
01:11:01.280 geography is so tight you can't really set up encampments and b i mean the city has just resisted
01:11:06.220 for a long time. Mamdani would, you know, has has somewhat hindered the NYPD from confronting
01:11:13.860 these, they have to like, give them seven days of outreach workers going in and talking to them
01:11:19.580 and gently moving around. But at the end of the day, he is sending sanitation workers to try to
01:11:24.220 clean them up, which is, I know, like starting, you know, baby steps, right? So it's like it's
01:11:29.600 like a step forward. So there is something filtering filtering through because at the end
01:11:34.280 of the day, we're a small D democracy. And these movements are responsive, they realize how unpopular
01:11:39.460 all this stuff was. But I'm still a little bit with Sean, where I'm like, so what, what did you
01:11:44.840 learn? What was the like, what led you to? It's bad politics. It's beyond that, right? Like,
01:11:52.600 that's not persuasive to if you're if you want to have a national electorate listening to you. And
01:11:58.340 I do wish, look, it's good that Jonathan Karl exposed him. But I do want to see other outlets
01:12:04.180 sorry exposed her you do want to see other outlets kind of pick up the mantle of that
01:12:10.000 tim russert style questioning that sean alluded to which is like being like okay no but here's
01:12:15.680 let me read you the full statement right he didn't do that um i can't let me hear some of
01:12:21.100 the names of the children who were killed right then you'll be doing your jobs members of the
01:12:24.740 media right let me hear jody shaw's name or mimi gross let me hear that and let let make her respond
01:12:31.520 Show their pictures. Put their say their names. Right. Isn't that the big thing in the BLM show?
01:12:37.360 Say their names. Say their names to AOC, the people she helped get killed by taking away
01:12:43.800 the police force that meant to protect the people she claimed to want to help.
01:12:49.140 OK, let's keep going. A couple of other things before we leave AOC.
01:12:53.480 Can we talk about the egg freezing? It's very strange.
01:12:55.940 She's a 36-year-old woman in a long-term love relationship, and she's deciding to freeze her eggs.
01:13:02.760 I know lots of 36-year-old women who actually want to freeze their eggs.
01:13:06.080 Not one has a boyfriend.
01:13:07.540 What is this?
01:13:08.500 What are you doing?
01:13:10.560 You say you're in love with this guy.
01:13:12.380 Here she is, sod 18.
01:13:14.120 Usually I keep my private life quite private.
01:13:18.000 We miss those days.
01:13:19.180 I have made the decision to start freezing my eggs.
01:13:23.020 and i want to share that with anyone as i was weighing it for a very long time you know i was
01:13:31.560 saving for it for a very long time and there just isn't a ton out there and as women in general
01:13:39.580 we are not taught about our bodies we are not prepared for our own lives whether that is in
01:13:46.080 puberty whether that is in pregnancy whether that is in perimenopause menopause okay there's
01:13:53.860 something wrong with your mother if you were not taught about puberty your period menopause
01:14:00.640 fertility i'm sorry like that's what you're that's it's called a mom or a grandma or an aunt
01:14:06.040 your your abuelita perhaps should have spoken to you about these things you should not arrive
01:14:12.280 to adulthood, completely clueless on all of this. And she acts like, Sean, she's got to be the one
01:14:18.580 because just nobody knows about how to freeze her. It's fucking called YouTube. You type in
01:14:23.440 freezing my eggs and you can find out anything you want about any subject on earth. We don't
01:14:29.660 need her to do it. And it really just seems like a I am woman, hear me roar moment given the
01:14:34.920 boyfriend and the love relationship and the fact that she's perfectly capable apparently of getting
01:14:39.520 pregnant the old fashioned way right now, but somehow wants us to celebrate. She's going to
01:14:43.700 postpone it. Yeah, the whole thing. Oh, we don't need to watch her instructional video. Go ahead,
01:14:50.000 Sean. The whole thing is so bizarre. And you're right. If you've reached your torta phase before
01:14:54.780 you know where babies come from, we've got a lot bigger problems. But I find the thing so weird
01:15:00.620 because she's been engaged for five years. I think she's been dating this guy for like 10. So I can
01:15:05.680 only assume yes one of two things one she just doesn't want to have kids with this guy which
01:15:11.700 man can you imagine him right now um or two no or two she does want to have kids with him but
01:15:17.580 she wants to do a little genetic engineering like maybe take the ginger gene out um you know maybe
01:15:23.000 make sure it's got a little more uh a little is he a ginger oh he's super ginger like yeah like
01:15:28.780 50 spf out in the sun gender so like maybe she just doesn't want that i don't know
01:15:34.740 why do we have to watch that by the way why is she like i know it's all she's like i know it's
01:15:43.160 private yeah it is just just keep it keep it there you know even if you're gonna do it for
01:15:47.080 whatever reason i don't need to see that yes i don't need to see that it's too much i'll tell
01:15:51.260 you like i i hate this whole debate because look at this we don't need to see a aoc's flabby
01:15:57.040 stomach to understand how to do an injection. Look at her. She's just looking for attention
01:16:02.740 and congrats. She's gotten it. But I have to say the piece of it that I object to,
01:16:07.980 it unleashes like demons around this debate for a lot of people. And, you know, like there was
01:16:15.760 somebody who I like, who is a conservative out there. Like it resulted in them saying it is
01:16:21.980 selfish for a woman to wait until she's 40 to have children. It's selfish because the children
01:16:27.420 won't know their grandparents as well. Well, fuck off because a lot of us didn't meet the right man
01:16:32.040 until later in life and had our children in our late thirties or when we were 40. I'm included
01:16:36.800 in that. So fuck you and your judgment about how it's cruel to have a child when we're 40. No,
01:16:41.660 it isn't. So that shit pisses me off too. Would you think it was cruel if a woman started at age
01:16:48.120 30 and had babies every two years until she was 40? Should the fifth baby not be born? Should we
01:16:55.100 should we stop earlier? How many years is it OK to have with your grandparent before the parent
01:17:00.280 says, I've got to stop now? I mean, that's crazy ass, crazy ass, like far right shit that these
01:17:06.840 types of debates bring out. And I completely reject all of that nonsense. But the leftist
01:17:11.700 feminist, it's somehow like an empowering thing when you are with somebody in a love relationship
01:17:17.260 who apparently wants to marry you and capable of having children. And yet you you somehow think
01:17:22.960 it's like a girl boss moment to postpone it for what? When you actually are a U.S. senator
01:17:30.280 or, God forbid, a president. Is that is that more girl bossy to like wait until you you can never
01:17:37.360 see your baby, Sean Davis, and then have it? Is that how far the left has gone off the rails?
01:17:42.020 Yeah. Again, the fact that she's engaged and has been with this guy for 10 years and is freezing the eggs, that's what makes it so bizarre. Is she wanting to make sure she has a couple props in 32 or 36? You're like, bring me the boy. Now bring me the girl. And then she does her.
01:17:59.920 Joan Crawford style.
01:18:01.160 Yeah, like it's just the weirdness and the bizarreness of it
01:18:05.080 and the performative nature of it is what I find so weird.
01:18:07.860 You know, if you want to have kids, I think kids are awesome.
01:18:12.080 I don't know why you wouldn't just marry the guy
01:18:14.360 you've allegedly been in love with forever
01:18:16.140 and have kids with that person.
01:18:17.580 I don't know.
01:18:18.020 Or move on.
01:18:18.600 But like, it's just so weird.
01:18:20.820 And I don't want to know about it.
01:18:22.000 And I don't want to be a part of it.
01:18:23.300 And I don't want to see her sticking stuff in her stomach.
01:18:25.740 I don't feel like that's too much to ask.
01:18:29.920 You remember that mommy dearest Christina Darling?
01:18:32.820 It'll be like Rosalita Darling.
01:18:37.840 Oh, guys, always great to talk to you.
01:18:40.040 Thank you.
01:18:40.680 Thanks so much for being here.
01:18:41.960 Thank you, Megan.
01:18:42.900 Thank you.
01:18:43.960 Aren't they great?
01:18:44.760 I love that pairing so much.
01:18:45.960 I love both of those guys.
01:18:47.500 Coming up, we save the last half hour for the man responsible.
01:18:52.380 I don't think it's an overstatement.
01:18:54.500 For the downfall of Jason Arday, the Cambridge professor,
01:18:58.180 the youngest black professor in Cambridge history. I don't think we'd know anything
01:19:03.040 about that guy if it were not for my next guest. Wait until you meet him. Everyone's talking about
01:19:09.840 weight loss injections because the results can be so dramatic, too dramatic if you've seen some of
01:19:15.500 these actresses. But in any event, if you moderate it, it can look great on you. They work by
01:19:20.760 lowering blood sugar and reducing appetite. But what if you want to lose some weight, but you're
01:19:26.500 not interested in potentially painful weekly injections. You're going to get bruised up. You
01:19:31.240 don't have to stick yourself with a needle for weight loss. Feels weird, especially when you
01:19:35.560 hear about some of those intense side effects. This is why doctors created a weight loss supplement
01:19:40.540 called Lean, and the results could be remarkable. Lean says the studied ingredients in their product
01:19:47.080 have been shown to lower your blood sugar, burn fat by converting it into energy, and curb your
01:19:53.020 appetite and cravings. So you are not as hungry. But listen, lean is not for the casual dieter with
01:19:58.700 only a few pounds to lose. The doctors at Brickhouse Nutrition created lean for frustrated
01:20:03.900 dieters with 10 or more pounds to lose. You could get started with 20% off and free rush shipping
01:20:11.760 because when you want to get started, you want to get started. Adding lean to your healthy diet

01:20:22.280 That's promo code MK at takelean.com. You might already own a firearm, but what if you could
01:20:30.120 start with less lethal methods to avoid the financial and mental repercussions of pulling
01:20:35.320 the trigger? This is where Burna comes in. I love Burna, B-Y-R-N-A. Burna's less lethal launchers
01:20:42.240 are equipped with tear gas and kinetic ammo, and they're designed to incapacitate an attacker for
01:20:47.800 up to 40 minutes. And by the way, you don't have to actually hit the attacker for Berna to work.
01:20:53.360 If you hit the wall right behind the attacker, they could still be incapacitated due to all of
01:20:59.760 the gases that will overcome them. So I like that if you're not a great shop. And Berna is excited
01:21:06.460 to introduce the all-new Compact Launcher. It's sleek, it's slim, it hits like a sledgehammer,
01:21:11.840 but it's the same size as a smartphone, so it will pop right into your purse. And women,
01:21:16.920 for example, can conceal carry everywhere comfortably and with confidence. It fires at
01:21:21.920 400 feet per second. That's a lot of power to stop aggressors in their tracks. And their pistols
01:21:27.360 are American-made and hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with over 80% of the components
01:21:31.880 in the compact launcher being sourced in the USA. Berna is legal in all 50 states. Berna requires
01:21:39.300 no background checks and can be shipped directly to your door. And Berna is trusted by hundreds
01:21:44.640 of police departments too. Try before you buy. Visit Burna.com, B-Y-R-N-A.com. To find a Burna
01:21:51.600 dealer partner near you, that's B-Y-R-N-A.com. There's nothing better than ballpark evenings,

01:22:43.620 Jesse Kelly, Real Clear Politics, and many more. It's bold, no BS news only on the Megyn Kelly
01:22:50.460 channel, Sirius XM 111, and on the Sirius XM app. We have been following the story of Jason Arday,
01:23:01.240 Cambridge's youngest black professor ever, who just recently resigned after major plagiarism
01:23:06.040 allegations. I mean, like, that doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of his lies.
01:23:15.020 Now, he's got a book coming out tomorrow. I mean, Simon & Schuster is in a real pickle on this.
01:23:21.440 Pulling it back at this point is basically impossible. Do you come out publicly and bash
01:23:25.680 it? What do you do? The inconsistencies between the book proposal and the book itself are already
01:23:32.180 making news because people have gotten their hands on an advanced copy. It's called Great
01:23:36.520 and Unfortunate Things, which basically describes his career in a nutshell. And now the latest shows
01:23:42.940 that there are discrepancies between, because when you write a book, you submit a proposal
01:23:46.800 and then you get somebody to publish it and then you write the book. But there are major
01:23:50.580 discrepancies between the proposal and the book, including his claims about his childhood and how
01:23:55.940 exactly he went from being nonverbal until age 11 to Cambridge's youngest black professor.
01:24:00.540 and also who and when he was told,
01:24:06.580 who told him and when they told him
01:24:07.880 that he was going to have this storied life
01:24:10.280 or these great but unfortunate things
01:24:12.320 would keep happening to him.
01:24:13.460 Like the list goes on and on every day.
01:24:15.560 But what's important to us today
01:24:17.440 is the man who got this all started,
01:24:19.460 the man without whom we might not never know
01:24:21.920 about what a fraud this man was
01:24:24.180 and how he was supported so unjustly
01:24:26.200 by virtually everybody at Cambridge.
01:24:28.900 My next guest is Nathan Kofnes.
01:24:32.320 He's a postdoctoral researcher at Ghent University.
01:24:35.600 He was one of the first to go public about Arde's plagiarism, and he used to be at Cambridge.
01:24:40.380 So he knows of what he speaks.
01:24:42.560 Nathan, thank you so much for joining me.
01:24:44.480 So what first turned you on to the possibility that this guy was a fraud?
01:24:49.700 Well, I left in the middle of my own free speech controversy. I left Cambridge in 2025. And soon after I left, rumors started circulating among the faculty members that this chair professor, the DEI hire, Jason Arday, was a plagiarist and a fraud and a fabulist.
01:25:18.560 And a journalist at Times Higher Education named Jack Grove investigated the story and even wrote an article.
01:25:31.660 but when Arday heard about it either he or the university hired a fearsome defamation law firm
01:25:41.620 to send a threatening letter to Times Higher Education causing them to spike the article
01:25:48.900 so they never published anything on that that was a year ago everybody at Cambridge or probably most
01:25:56.000 of the faculty at Cambridge knew knew the story so that's a lot of people knew about it
01:26:01.420 But they were afraid to say anything because, you know, Cambridge is similar to other universities, which is that the administration does not tolerate dissent, especially with respect to a very politically charged issue here.
01:26:21.060 I mean, Jason Arday was touted as the youngest black professor.
01:26:26.040 He's bringing diversity to Cambridge.
01:26:29.060 And anybody who criticizes him in any way will be called a racist.
01:26:33.760 So for that reason, the rumor just didn't get out.
01:26:38.580 It somehow stayed contained for a whole year.
01:26:43.080 and apparently the administration planned on burying the story for the next 27 years for the
01:26:50.020 rest of our day's career however there's just it just to interrupt one second it does it does occur
01:26:56.160 to me you know this is this is the danger in a universe i mean we all know what the university
01:27:02.940 has been doing around the dei hires and with this guy in particular and making him a token
01:27:07.160 very clearly but it does show you that there's real skin in the game for universities in doing
01:27:12.940 that because if you elevate somebody as the poster child for DEI or black achievement,
01:27:19.860 it's so you are making them unfireable and you better be damn sure there are no skeletons in
01:27:27.420 that person's closet or you're going to make a fool out of yourselves and your university,
01:27:33.840 which is exactly what's happened to Cambridge. This is the biggest black eye in their history
01:27:38.540 And it was completely self-inflicted.
01:27:42.420 Well, and there's so much to the story.
01:27:46.960 I should say, we can talk about this later, but Jason Arday was not fired ultimately,
01:27:53.860 I assume whatever the circumstances of his departure were.
01:27:57.640 He says he resigned, but presumably he resigned knowing that he was at risk of being terminated
01:28:03.940 unwillingly.
01:28:05.020 uh the university after first i published the uh the the evidence for the plagiarism and for
01:28:15.180 the fact that even the work that wasn't plagiarized was of an abysmal quality below
01:28:21.460 undergraduate level completely uh just uh not not what you would expect from somebody
01:28:31.840 who's a professor at any university,
01:28:34.400 let alone a chair professor.
01:28:35.900 Basic grammatical errors
01:28:36.940 that my rising seventh grader would not make.
01:28:39.880 I mean, truly a misunderstanding
01:28:41.640 of how to use the possessive,
01:28:43.360 lack of subject verb agreement.
01:28:45.020 I mean, it was just basic grammatical errors everywhere.
01:28:48.760 You didn't have to look hard at all to find them.
01:28:51.340 But so the thing is,
01:28:52.440 this is something that I emphasized
01:28:54.000 in my original expose,
01:28:55.760 which has people haven't,
01:28:57.700 people have focused mainly on the plagiarism
01:28:59.760 and the lies that he tells about his personal accomplishments.
01:29:03.580 But for me, one of the most interesting aspects to the affair
01:29:08.900 is that even if you didn't know that he was a plagiarist,
01:29:13.240 even if you believed that he could run 600 miles in six days
01:29:17.000 and that he, and 30 marathons in 35 days,
01:29:22.420 and that he played like semi-professional snooker
01:29:25.280 when he was a child, that he was nonverbal until age 11,
01:29:29.760 and then learn to speak, which is a very questionable claim,
01:29:34.780 would make him possibly a medical miracle.
01:29:39.220 Even if you accepted all of that,
01:29:42.520 the quality of the work simply did not justify
01:29:46.220 any position anywhere within academia.
01:29:50.980 Now, there are thousands of Jason Ardays
01:29:56.160 in universities all over the Western world,
01:30:01.040 what Arde's mistake was
01:30:03.540 is he took the plagiarism too far.
01:30:08.040 The lies were,
01:30:09.940 and because he plagiarized,
01:30:11.400 that was a hook for the story
01:30:13.460 because there are lots of fraudulent researchers
01:30:15.760 who are worthless
01:30:16.480 and who have nothing to contribute
01:30:17.940 to scholarship or knowledge or teaching.
01:30:22.180 They're all over the place.
01:30:23.600 And DEI hires, of course,
01:30:25.220 There are many such cases. So he plagiarized too much and he lied too much. And ultimately,
01:30:35.720 what probably did him in wasn't the plagiarism or the lying, because Cambridge was actually
01:30:41.180 supporting him after that had been revealed. And Cambridge University released a statement
01:30:46.440 saying that the critics were waging a vile campaign. And so that was how Cambridge responded
01:30:53.980 to completely persuasive overwhelming evidence of of his wrongdoing but what happened is he started
01:31:02.720 claiming that he had affiliations with prestigious universities such as the Ohio State University and
01:31:09.880 Glasgow University and so they were in a position to hold him accountable because they have
01:31:15.920 you know these universities have institutional power and so that was when Cambridge started
01:31:21.600 the investigation. But Cambridge was willing to continue burying the story and just ignore
01:31:27.780 the plagiarism and made up data and and all the rest of it. Because those universities came out
01:31:35.400 when questioned by now inquiring journalists about whether, in fact, he was a visiting
01:31:40.380 professor at them and said, no, no, he's not. And he never has been. And now Cambridge just looks
01:31:47.060 foolish to its colleagues in the university business. Um, but you're, so you're telling me
01:31:53.240 that all of his, what look like obvious lies about now I'm being attacked daily on the Cambridge
01:32:01.820 campus, you know, justice seeking thugs are approaching me as I leave my Cambridge office
01:32:08.840 and hurting me. And they installed a panic button in his office and they have CCTV everywhere.
01:32:15.000 none of which was caught and then he claims he pressed the panic button but no one came they
01:32:21.640 just fed him to the wolves you're telling me none of that had an effect on cambridge to say
01:32:27.200 it's possible this guy is lying well you know i'm sure that many many people knew that he was lying
01:32:35.620 and as i say the the whistleblower who gave me the story uh told me that most professors know
01:32:41.960 know about this but okay so what if you say something he'll call you racist now what now
01:32:48.860 you've been called the racist stick his lawsuit his lawyers on you no that that's right so you
01:32:53.440 you may have uh the so now are you going to spend the next you know five years fighting him in court
01:33:00.300 or or let's say the administration retaliates against you now you have to take uh cambridge
01:33:06.840 university to the employment tribunal that takes years and is uh you know it's expensive and it's
01:33:15.200 it's ruinous so just uh and even as the scandal unfolded for now it's been weeks there as far as
01:33:28.100 i'm aware there was just a couple days ago one professor who's actually a wokester herself
01:33:36.420 actually talked about the fact that cambridge had done something wrong every there no one else on the
01:33:42.440 faculty at cambridge said anything even up to now and as far as i know the only person
01:33:49.860 faculty or student at cambridge who uh besides this the woke woman who said anything
01:33:57.060 is an undergraduate student who tried to publish an article in the cambridge student newspaper
01:34:05.220 varsity and they rejected it now this is another aspect of the story is that the response of
01:34:12.620 Cambridge was very much influenced by the fact that I was the one to write the expose because
01:34:18.140 I have a history with them they don't like me when I was there I was a critic of DEI ideology
01:34:26.460 and I talked about certain politically incorrect topics causing the students to protest me and
01:34:35.160 And then in response that the university placed me under investigation for a year and a half, tried to fire me.
01:34:43.140 I was also affiliated with one of the colleges.
01:34:46.380 So Cambridge is like Oxford is a collegiate university and most people are a member of a faculty or a department and a college.
01:34:53.680 So I was affiliated with Emanuel College.
01:34:56.080 Emanuel College terminated my position on the grounds that a Substack article I wrote
01:35:02.700 is or could be construed as a rejection of the values of diversity, equality, and inclusion.
01:35:09.880 That's an exact quote. They terminated my position. So, you know, Cambridge, a university.
01:35:16.180 And of course, the response is it is a rejection of that. You're correct. Why is that grounds for
01:35:21.260 termination? Well, that's the question I asked them, and I took them to court to ask them that
01:35:26.880 question. But anyway- What happened there? So Cambridge, they have a lot of objections to me.
01:35:36.940 And so now, a year later, I show up and I'm the one to expose the fraud because they know that
01:35:49.320 if they would say Carter Ruck on me that I'm not going to stop. I'm still I'm going to publish.
01:35:55.200 I'm not going to be intimidated. And but if it's between you and Jason Arde, they are on team our
01:36:00.800 day all day long. You're like the white guy who they had to fire because he didn't get on board
01:36:05.340 the DEI train and was saying controversial things like, I'm sorry to tell you, the numbers would be
01:36:10.360 very, very low on black professors and students if we went on pure meritocracy. And they were like,
01:36:17.460 holy mother of god we're not going to be saying that at cambridge so it's either you
01:36:22.420 or their poster boy for dei so no wonder they were like yeah there's no embracing jason our day no
01:36:29.660 we don't we don't want to be with this lunatic he's going to get us all fired so it would have
01:36:33.920 been much better for them to let times higher education break the story a year ago because
01:36:39.780 Times Higher Education is much more ideologically close to Cambridge than I am. So they would have
01:36:48.380 softened the blow. And it might not have blown up in the same way if they had let Times Higher
01:36:54.080 Education do it. But then I just... Let me ask you this. Let me ask you this, Nathan. Have you,
01:36:59.960 like, of all the lies that have come out that he's told, obvious lies, have any of them
01:37:06.240 shocked you? Like, what are the ones that stand out to you? Because there's a lot to choose from.
01:37:09.780 um i don't know i'm hard it's hard to shock me you know i've been in academia i've seen a lot of
01:37:16.760 things uh i mean maybe the claiming that he was non-verbal up until age 11 i mean saying something
01:37:27.560 that is as far as i can tell basically impossible or or unprecedented and that nobody asked
01:37:35.080 questions and interestingly one of his main supporters is simon uh an eminent psychologist
01:37:41.340 and and autism researcher simon baron cone very prominent uh professor at cambridge also the
01:37:48.920 cousin of comedian sasha baron cone the piece of trivia uh so simon baron cone is an autism
01:37:58.260 researcher the world's leading expert on autism and he is defending our day on the basis that
01:38:04.320 He says our day is autistic, although, you know, I can't obviously diagnose our day, but his claim to be autistic and then as a result of being autistic, being nonverbal until age 11 is all all very strange.
01:38:20.580 there's a great piece now in the atlantic uh on the inconsistencies around this guy's story and
01:38:29.560 between his book proposal and the book uh it's titled lies found in our days no it's titled um
01:38:36.340 icarus in the faculty lounge by david engber and he points out i mean there's so much in here but
01:38:44.180 he's talking about how the proposal the thing he has submitted to get his book deal does not match
01:38:48.260 his actual book deal. The proposal, he writes, lays out many of the same events as the actual
01:38:53.020 memoir, but with slightly different dates and details. The boys who beat him up were not his
01:38:59.680 age, but four years older. So he changes the age from the proposal to the book of the group of boys
01:39:05.900 who allegedly beat him up so badly he claims he got epilepsy from it. His suicide attempt,
01:39:10.860 that seems like something that you would remember when you did it, happened before, not during the
01:39:16.580 pandemic. So he changed the date of his attempted, alleged attempted suicide. And whereas the book
01:39:22.140 describes our day as having survived not one, but two brain tumors, the proposal says he had a bout
01:39:29.680 of testicular cancer with no reference to that, to the brain tumors appearing in the memoir.
01:39:38.660 He also said not only did he have two brain tumors, but he had a stroke as well before he
01:39:43.420 went to defend his dissertation i had said earlier it was a lung thing it was a stroke
01:39:46.760 nor does the book describe the time that our day then a teenager was allegedly struck by a car
01:39:53.560 and spent several months in a coma the book proposal does discuss that and according to
01:39:59.040 the proposal the doctors told his parents he would never recover suggested taking him off
01:40:03.200 life support as an act of mercy um through all of this he claimed he was aware of everything going
01:40:08.420 on because he had locked in syndrome where you can hear everything around you but you appear to
01:40:12.400 the outside world like you're in a coma. That'd be extraordinary. It seems like something you
01:40:16.780 might mention in a memoir, and yet it's not in there, though it was in the proposal. The lies
01:40:22.060 were so obvious. All it took was somebody like you from the outside to say, let me just start
01:40:28.300 with the academic piece of it and see whether we're legit. And as soon as you find out that's
01:40:33.540 not legit, and this was never done to the Claudine gaze of the world, the odds are there's going to
01:40:38.060 be more lies and in some cases a tower of them so in the in the original expose i did raise
01:40:45.200 questions about his his claims about his personal achievements and his personal life but you know i
01:40:51.580 didn't have like i said i didn't have hard evidence to contradict him so for that reason i i said i'm
01:40:59.140 going to focus on the scholarship angle and the plagiarism angle. But and I, you know, I didn't
01:41:08.120 want to say even as confident as I am that these were lies. I did want him to, you know, who knows
01:41:14.820 if he can come up with some fake evidence and then drag me to court. And then, you know, so but now
01:41:20.480 it's safe to say that, yeah, it's all lies. And now, why is Simon and Schuster going forward with
01:41:26.420 this. I mean, that's that's unclear. But the New York publishing industry may be like the only
01:41:33.720 domain that's woker than academia and Cambridge. So maybe it's just that they can't say that a
01:41:42.440 black person did something wrong, like a DEI, a DEI person lied. They're not willing to say it.
01:41:50.220 They are incredibly woke in the in the publishing industry. It's actually quite annoying.
01:41:56.420 In the time we have left, what does this tell us about Cambridge University?
01:42:03.560 So I think the, so Cambridge is going to try to cover it up.
01:42:09.940 They got, so our day is gone.
01:42:12.820 Maybe some administrator will be held accountable.
01:42:16.680 But the only lesson that people have, that the wokesters have learned from this is that they have to cover their tracks better,
01:42:23.120 that the DEI candidates better, but the ideology is not going anywhere. There will still be,
01:42:30.880 there'll be thousands more our days, just, you know, a little bit less plagiarism, maybe.
01:42:40.120 Well, we'll see about that. Listen, thank you. Thank you for your courage and calling attention
01:42:44.640 to it. This guy had no business at Cambridge, and they deserved to be embarrassed. We appreciate
01:42:49.580 your time. Thank you very much. All the best. Thank you. Okay. Coming up tomorrow, we've got
01:42:53.540 a full Kelly score. We'll see you then. Thanks for listening to the Megan Kelly show. No BS,
01:42:59.580 no agenda and no fear.
